Die Dissertation widmet sich den intertextuellen Schreibstrategien in Ingeborg Bachmanns (1926-1973) Todesarten-Romanen Malina und Das Buch Franza und Elfriede Jelineks (1946-) Roman Die Klavierspielerin und Dramolett Der Tod und das Mädchen V (Die Wand). In diesem Zusammenhang werden zum einen die Systemreferenzen der beiden Österreicherinnen auf die Psychoanalyse und zum anderen die Bezüge auf einzelne sowohl literarische als auch philosophische und mythologische Texte untersucht. Es wird gezeigt, inwiefern sich Bachmanns Inszenierung der Hysterie in Anlehnung an die Schriften Sigmund Freuds und Josef Breuers von Jelineks Inszenierung des psychoanalytischen Diskurses unterscheidet. Bei Bachmann, die sich auf psychoanalytische Schriften beruft bzw. diese zugunsten ihrer eigenen Krankheitskonzeption verwirft, stellt die Hysterie den literarischen Gegenstand dar. Jelinek hingegen erhebt die Hysterie zum Schreibprinzip, insofern sie die inkriminierten Strukturen durch eine Art hysterische Mimesis parodierend bloßzustellen versucht. Die Funktion der Einzeltextreferenzen wird im Kontext von Bachmanns utopischer und Jelineks satirischer Schreibweise erarbeitet. Während Bachmann durch Bezüge u.a. auf Virginia Woolf und Paul Celan Bedeutungszusammenhänge schafft, bringt Jelinek ihre Texte durch die Anhäufung intertextueller Verweise u.a. auf Heidegger, Platon, Hesiod, Homer und Christa Woolf sowie auf Leben und Schaffen Bachmanns, Sylvia Plaths und Marlen Haushofers an den Rand der Bedeutungsimplosion. Die intertextuellen Strategien der beiden Schriftstellerinnen werden zum Schluss im Licht der Moderne/Postmoderne-Diskussion betrachtet. ----------------------------------- La thèse est consacrée aux stratégies décriture intertextuelles dans les romans « Malina » et « Franza » du cycle « Manières de mourir » dIngeborg Bachmann (1926-1973) et au roman « La Pianiste » et au dramolet « La Jeune Fille et la Mort V (Le Mur) » dElfriede Jelinek (1946-). Sont examinés dans ce cadre dune part les références systémiques des deux Autrichiennes à la psychanalyse et dautre part les renvois à divers textes, tant littéraires que philosophiques ou mythologiques. Il est montré dans quelle mesure la mise en scène de lhystérie par Bachmann à lappui des écrits de Sigmund Freud et Joseph Breuer diffère de la mise en scène du discours psychanalytique par Jelinek. Chez Bachmann, qui se base dans sa nosographie sur des écrits psychanalytiques tout en rejetant ces derniers au profit de sa propre conception de la maladie, lhystérie constitue lobjet littéraire. Jelinek, par contre, élève lhystérie au rang de principe décriture dans la mesure où elle tente de ridiculiser de manière parodique les structures incriminées par une sorte de mimesis hystérique. La fonction des références intertextuelles est investiguée dans le contexte des procédés décriture utopique de Bachmann et satirique de Jelinek. Alors que Bachmann met en place des rapports de sens au moyen de références entre autres à Virginia Woolf et Paul Celan, Jelinek mène ses textes au bord de limplosion sémantique par la multiplication des références intertextuelles, entre autres à Martin Heidegger, Platon, Hésiode, Homère et Christa Wolf ainsi quà la vie et à luvre de Bachmann, Sylvia Plath et Marlene Haushofer. Pour terminer, les stratégies intertextuelles des deux auteurs sont étudiées à la lumière de la discussion moderne/postmoderne. ---------------------------------------- This thesis focuses on the intertextual writing strategies in Ingeborg Bachmanns (1926-1973) novels Malina and Franza (from her cycle of novels Ways of Dying) as well as in Elfriede Jelineks (1946-) novel The Piano Teacher and her drama Death and the Maiden V (The Wall). In this context the authors allusions to psychoanalysis and their references to various literary, philosophical and mythological texts are thoroughly investigated. The analysis reveals that Bachmanns staging of hysteria, in the way it recalls Sigmund Freuds and Josef Breuers writings, differs from the way Jelinek deals with psychoanalytical discourse. Bachmann who partly relies on psychoanalytical writings and partly rejects them in favour of her own concept of malady chooses hysteria as her literary topic. Jelinek, on the contrary, makes hysteria her writing principle in trying to uncover incriminated structures by parodying them in some sort of hysterical mimesis. This thesis also investigates the functioning of the authors intertextual links in the context of Bachmanns utopian, and Jelineks satirical, writing style. While Bachmann creates new meaning through references, among others, to Virginia Woolf and Paul Celan, Jelineks texts reach the point of semantic implosion - by the amassment of intertextual hints (for instance to Martin Heidegger, Plato, Hesiod, Homer and Christa Wolf) and references to the life and work of her fellow writers Bachmann, Sylvia Plath and Marlen Haushofer. Finally, both authors intertextual strategies are examined in the light of the Modernism versus Postmodernism discussion.

Among the nine short stories that made up the work, we will select the following ones, to be analysed: "O Burrinho Pedr?s", Tra?os Biogr?ficos de Lalino Sal?thiel ou A volta do marido pr?digo , "S?o Marcos" and A hora e vez de Augusto Matraga". Among the hypothesis that organize and surround this work, we will approach the narrative aesthetics, the creative process and the orallity, i.e., how Rosa trans1ate the oral world, rescuing the archaizing speech in the written narrative construction.We will choose for the establishment of developed questions in this ressearch the theories of Paul Zumthor, C?mara Cascudo, S?lvio Romero, Antonio Candido and Alfredo Bosi, among others. Therefore, we will see, through the narrative reading, how the popular parlances are used, which they are linked. The citations that show the popular tradition presence will be pointed out, through anecdotes, folk songs, legends, myths, folktales and proverbs. Therefore, we, readers, will see the popular tradition presence, that will show itself, and the Rosa's thinking will be known through language art, what is the result of the writer's deliberate choice. Background: Every two seconds a person dies by the result of a trauma. The trauma teams' initial assessment is a structured and systematic concept, where the treaters in the acute care setting are involved in excluding life-threatening conditions and to do an accurate medical examination of the patient. The trauma resuscitation is a fast encounter between the patient and the trauma team. Patients is often affected by the acute event when they lose control over their own situation. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe the patient experience of the trauma resuscitation at the emergency department. Method: A literature review has been made of 5 qualitative and 5 quantitative articles. Articles were analyzed by searching for similarities and differences. The analyzed articles were published between 2004-2015. Results: The result showed that patients had unique needs such as; be treated like individuals and be cared for by competent personnel. The results also showed the importance of sufficient information on examination and treatment. The patient could feel either insecure or cared for in the trauma resuscitation depending on nurses’ communication. Conclusion: The trauma resuscitation is a complex concept and involves many aspects that a nurse should keep track of. The nurse and the traumateam need to face the high requirements of the resuscitation to provide good and safe care for the patient under the whole intervention.

The aim of the study is to examine characters in books for children through a gender perspective. Partly I want to examine how female and male gender are constructed, partly how gender norms reproduce and/or challenges. This study proceeds from the following questions: ● How are female and male characters described in the books? ● What actions do female and male characters perform? ● How do the characters act towards characters of the opposite gender? The investigation is based on text analysis and the material consists of seven books for children. The theoretical basis is based on Butlers theory “gender performativity”, Hirdmans gender theory and Nikolajevas scheme of qualities of gender stereotypes. The result showed that the characters often seem to have gender stereotypical qualities. Female characters are more likely to behave as both male and female gender performativity and the male gender performativity and qualities of gender stereotypes are considered more valuable than female. To challenge gender norms we need to study and discuss literature, otherwise the gender norms will be maintained.

"Thèse présentée à la Faculté des études supérieures En vue de l'obtention du grade de Docteur en droit" / La présente thèse a d'abord pour sujet la fonction participative reconnue à l'interprète de la nonne, déniée par la doctrine classique au profit de la fiction qui fonde l'absolutisation de l'intention de l'auteur de la nonne. Faisant état des phases de l'avènement du sens de la loi dans le déploiement du cercle hennéneutique, nous analysons la doctrine classique et, abordant l'interprétation selon l'approche hennéneutique, nous dégageons et explicitons les conditions propres à l'avènement de la juridicité tant au niveau de l'autonomie du texte que de sa réception. La présente thèse a également pour fin d'évaluer le poids des contraintes sur l'interprétation et l'application à l'oeuvre en droit. Comment, dans le processus de l'avènement du sens de la nonne, l'interprétation juridique s'édifie-t-elle et s'enrichitelle des valeurs et des règles qui régissent la production du droit? Pour analyser et caractériser le rôle du juge dans l'avènement du sens de la nonne juridique selon une démarche dont la spécificité relève de la phénoménologie et de 1'hennéneutique philosophique, nous choisissons le domaine des droits linguistiques. L'analyse des données empiriques recueillies pennet de voir sur quelles voies, au-delà de la prédétennination et de la co-détennination du sens de la nonne, s'engage la «surdétennination» (concept propre à la théorie de «l'analyse systémale» et selon lequel le sens de la nonne émerge aussi en référence au champ de valeurs qui traverse la représentation de la réalité de la nonne) et dès lors d'en illustrer concrètement les manifestations propres. D'abord envisagée sous le règne de l'histoire, des principes fondateurs et des enjeux liés à la dualité linguistique, l'étude du contentieux linguistique est spécifiquement traitée sous l'angle des droits des minorités linguistiques et de la représentation des valeurs privilégiées. L'analyse des mémoires déposés par les IV parties et les intervenants dans les causes entendues en matière de droits linguistiques révèle que les valeurs identitaires dominent les interventions analysées. L'analyse de la réceptivité de la Cour et l'interprétation des juges confirme ensuite que la surdétennination est à l' oeuvre. Ce parcours théorique pennet que nous disposions d'une représentation raisonnée du rôle du juge dans la construction du sens en droit selon laquelle les trois moments du cercle hennéneutique - compréhension, interprétation, application s'unissent dans l'avènement du sens de la loi en une dynamique circulaire et anticipatoire propre à révéler les constituants du texte juridique. L'analyse empmque confirme quant à elle la participation du récepteur et interprète de la nonne sur le sens qui préside à son accession à la juridicité. / This thesis deals primarily with the participative function of the interpreter of the law as it is acknowledged except by the c1assical doctrine that is more inc1ined to see the intention of the lawmaker as the absolute detenninant. Referring to the various stages in the meaning-making process through the creation of the henneneutical circ1e, we analyze the c1assical doctrine and, while dealing with interpretation of the law under the henneneutical approach, we put forward and explain the very conditions where the legal phenomenon appears at the level of the autonomy of the text and of its reception. This thesis also intends to assess the impact of the construction and enforcement constraints regarding the law. How, in the course of the meaningmaking process, is legal interpretation built and enriched by the values and rules which govem law-making? To analyze and characterize the role of the judge in the making of the meaning of the law with a specifie approach inspired by phenomenology and philosophical henneneutics, we have chosen the area of language rights. The analysis of the empirical data that was gathered enables us to see, beyond the predetermination and the co-determination of the meaning of the law, where overdetermination is headed (a specifie concept of the "systemal analysis" theory under which the meaning of the law also emerges by reference to the value system permeating the representation of the reality of the law) and therefore to concretely illustrate its very expressions. First approached from the perspectives of history, of the founding principles and of the issues related to the linguistic duality, the linguistic case law is specifically VI reviewed in the context of linguistic minority rights and of the representation of preferred values. An analysis of submissions filed by the parties and the interveners in linguistic rights cases shows the major role played by identity-related values in the reviewed interventions. The analysis of the Court's responsiveness and the interpretation of judges then confirm the existence of an over-determination. This theoretical exploration allows us to have a reasoned representation of the judge's role in the making of meaning in law through the three stages of the hermeneutical circle - understanding, interpretation, application - that are combined in a circular and anticipatory process aiming at revealing the constitutive elements of the legal text. The empirical analysis confirms the influence of the recipient and interpreter of the law on the meaning which leads it to become a legal phenomenon.

In this thesis, gender in children's literature is the focus. The purpose is to analyze the gender balance and how the characters affecting the storyline are portrayed. Are the characters portrayed with gender stereotyped characteristics? This study also aims to investigate what educators think of the study's selected books. The books selected for this study are popular children’s books in Sweden that are often used while teaching. The text provides information as to whether educators show awareness of the gender perspective in the study’s chosen books. Do they make conscious decisions and are they aware of what the literature contains? To obtain this, both a questionnaire and a literature analysis will be conducted. The literature analysis creates a deeper picture of which values ​​the literature conveys while the questionnaire is to expand the knowledge of the teachers' views on the books that the study process. The result shows factors that educators have taken into consideration when choosing children's literature and general opinions on specific literature. The result of the literature analysis shows a stereotypical gender distribution among all the children's books, but the main characters was not stereotypically portrayed. / I detta examensarbete är genus i barnlitteratur i fokus. Syftet är att analysera genusbalansen och hur huvudkaraktär och deras motspelare framställts. Har karaktärerna könsstereotypa egenskaper? Studien syftar också till att undersöka vad pedagoger tycker om studiens utvalda böcker. Böckerna som blir utvalda för studien är populära böcker i Sverige som ofta används i undervisning. Texten ger information huruvida om pedagoger visar medvetenhet om genus i dessa populära böcker. Gör de medvetna val och vet de vad litteraturen innehåller? För att få dessa resultat genomförs både en enkät och en litteraturanalys. Litteraturanalysen skapar en djupare bild av de värderingar litteraturen förmedlar medan enkäten är för att utöka kunskapen om pedagogernas syn på böckerna som studien behandlar. I resultatet framkommer faktorer som pedagoger har tagit hänsyn till när de väljer barnlitteratur och överskådliga åsikter gällande specifik litteratur. Resultatet av litteraturanalysen visar en stereotyp könsfördelning i barnböckerna men huvudsakligen ingen stereotyp framställning av litteraturens huvudkaraktärer.

Avec ses quatre témoins, le récit épique d’Anseÿs de Gascogne est l’un des succès du Moyen-Âge. C’est une conclusion du Cycle des Lorrains nettement en faveur des comtes du Nord, et Philippe le Bon en a naturellement commandé une mise en prose. La copie de David Aubert datée de 1465 nous est parvenue dans un luxueux manuscrit conservé à Bruxelles (KBR, 9), quatrième volume des Histoires de Charles Martel. La seconde partie du récit – à partir de la bataille en Santerre – sur laquelle s’appuie notre étude, ne peut être considérée comme un simple dérimage. En effet, elle révèle les goûts de la société bourguignonne du XVe siècle, s’organise en chapitres et modernise la langue, le vocabulaire et surtout les techniques littéraires. Nous sommes donc en présence d’un récit davantage ancré dans l’époque de la copie que dans celle de son modèle en vers. La présente édition réunit une description du manuscrit, une étude littéraire commentant la filiation de la prose et du vers, une analyse linguistique ainsi qu’un glossaire, un index des noms propres et une table des proverbes. / The epic tale Anseÿs de Gascogne, which is composed of four reference texts, is one of the best medieval literary achievements. It comes as a conclusion to the Lorraine cycle clearly paying tribute to the counts of the North of France and Philippe le Bon naturally ordered a copy of it in prose. David Aubert’s copy, dating back to 1465, is to be found in a luxurious manuscript kept in Brussels (KBR, 9) in the fourth volume of Histoires de Charles Martel. The second part of the tale – from the Battle of Santerre onwards – on which our study lies should not be considered as a mere conversion from poetry to prose. Indeed, not only does it throw light upon the tastes of the Bourguignon society of the XVth century but it also falls into chapters and modernises the language, the vocabulary and above all, the narrative techniques. The tale is really anchored in the prose tradition rather than in that of verse. This edition gathers a description of the manuscript, a literary study commenting on the connections between prose and verse, a linguistic analysis as well as a glossary, an index of proper nouns and a table of proverbs.
