Lithuania being a European Union member should fit european education standarts which propose such basic competences as communication skills, social skills, foreign language speaking as the main goals. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas - Suformuluoti VĮ Tarptautinio Palangos oro uosto plėtros strategiją. Teorinėje dalyje nagrinėjami veiksniai lemiantys veiklos organizavimo ypatumus organizacijoje, bei organizavimo procesą veikiančių veiksnių charakteristika.Nustatant starteginės plėtros organizavimo kokykybę buvo atliktas anketinis tyrimas, kurio metu buvo nustatytas "Tarptautinio Palangos oro uosto" darbuotojų nuomonė apie strateginį organizacijos veiklos organizavimo valdymo lygį. Tyrimo eigoje nustatytas būtinumas efektyvinti strateginio planavimo procesus, kurie leistų didinti darbuotojų naudą organizacijai. "VĮ") "Tarptautinis Palangos oro uostas" (Engl. "International Palanga Airport") development strategy. The theoretical part analyzes characteristics of activity planning in an organization and characteristics of factors which affect organizational process. To determine strategic development quality questionnaire survey was conducted. During it employees' opinion about strategic management level of the organization of the airport was determined. During the research a need to increase efficiency of strategic planning processes, which could allow to increase employees' benefits for the organization, was identified. Also, a need to install new technologies, which could improve performance of process organization of employees' activity, was determined. In the project part, strategic objectives for efficiency growth were formulated and recommendations for new business management system were presented.

Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe analizuojamas strateginis marketingo planavimas: Šiaulių mieso įmonių atveju, kurio tyrimui buvo nusitaikyta į didžiausias Šiaulių miesto įmones, vertinant pagal metines pardavimo apimtis. Šio darbo tikslas identifikuoti Šiaulių miesto įmonių strateginio marketingo planavimo būklę. Darbo objektu pasirinktas strateginis marketingo planavimas.Teorinėje darbo dalyje atlikta teorinė strateginio marketingo planavimo analizė. Vadovaujantis moksline literatūra, gautos sampratos buvo susistemintos, siekiant pagrįsti jų svarbą strateginio marketingo planavimo procese. / The Bachelor thesis analyzes the strategic marketing planning: Siauliai city enterprises in which the study was tar the largest city of Siauliai companies in terms of annual sales. The aim of this work is to identificate the city of Siauliai corporate strategic marketing planning condition. The object of this work was chosen strategic marketing planning. In theoretical part of the paper made the theoretical analysis of the strategic marketing planning. According to scientific literature, the concept has been codified in order to justify the importance of the strategic marketing planning process. In empirical part of quality testing, data analysis and present their results. Qualitative analysis was used to carry out an expert - customer interviews, expert interviews and focus group methods. Expert - customer define their interviews were taken and tested expert - customer submission of the initial versions and after that it was slightly adjusted. The expert survey were interviewed 36 Siauliai companies, the study helped to identify the key criteria for further investigation. In Focus group was discuss the results, the experts submitted their interpretations and insights. The study helped to identify that the strategic marketing planning condition is moderate.

Darbe atlikta teorinė socialinio pedagogo veiklos galimybių nepilnamečių šeimos planavimo prevencinėje veiklos analizė, išskirti pagrindiniai veiksniai, pagrindžiantys socialinio pedagogo veiklos galimybių modeliavimo būtinybę nepilnamečių šeimos planavimo prevencinėje veikloje. Nepilnamečių focus grupės diskusijos metodu atliktas tyrimas, kurio tikslas - atskleisti socialinio pedagogo veiklos modeliavimo galimybes nepilnamečių šeimos planavimo prevencijos procese. Atlikta tyrimo duomenų analizė, taikant teksto turinio (content) analizės metodą. Tyrime dalyvavo 9 14-16 metų amžiaus nepilnamečiai, kurie mokosi „X“ bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos 8-10 klasėse. Tyrimo dalyvių imtį sudarė 6 mergaitės ir 3 berniukai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjami 14-16 metų nepilnamečiams reikšmingų reiškinių sampratos bei reikšmė, atskleista šeimos planavimo samprata bei struktūrą, išskirtos pagrindinės socialinio pedagogo veiklos galimybės nepilnamečių šeimos planavimo prevencinės veiklos procese, akcentuoti socialinio pedagogo inicijuojamos prevencinės veiklos trūkumai bei problemos, reikalaujančios sprendimų bei tobulinimo. Dažnas vadovas pasakoja apie sėkmingas strateginio planavimo sesijas, laiku atskleidusias svarbias problemas ir padėjusias sutelkti visos sanatorijos darbuotojų pastangas kryptingai verslo plėtrai. Upių ūkinę veiklą, pvz. hidroenergetiką, galima tam tikromis sąlygomis plėtoti saugomas teritorijas (pavyzdžiui, ekologinio tinklo NATURA 2000). Šios direktyvos 6 straipsnis 2001 m. buvo perkeltas į Saugomų teritorijų įstatymą, tačiau praktinis jo nuostatų taikymas išliko apribotas, ypač šio straipsnio 3 ir 4 dalių nuostatos. Tam, kad reikalavimas dėl planų ir projektų vertinimo veiktų sklandžiai Lietuvoje, priimti Planuojamos ūkinės veiklos poveikio aplinkai vertinimo ir Teritorijų planavimo įstatymas. Tam leidžiama atlikti veiklos poveikių aplinkai vertinimą. Visos didelės ir didesnės upės (Nemunas, Neris, Merkys, Minija ir kt.) yra uždraustos ištisai planuoti ir statyti užtvankas. Draudimo teisinis pagrindas – ES aplinkosaugos direktyvos, rekomendacijos (Berno, HELCOM, IBSFC), kurias Lietuva pasirašė. All rivers (bigger) are banned for planning and building weirs. The basis of insurance are: EU directive of environment, guidelines which Lithuania signed on. There are sectors in the rivers of Nemunas or Neris where is no reserve at all and they are suitable for building weirs and hydroelectric. Trying to restore the affected dynamic balance and the ecological integrity is recommended to equip fish-ladder. The equipment should be regulated with priority and importance of passages priority too. The implementation of WFD is given to keep and to encourage the use of water power and to improve ecological conditions of water fields. The directive of the EU (2000/60/EC): to build the new hydroelectric is allowed if there are some problems such as: output of electric power, protection from the flood, navigation, water supply. Hydroelectric plants should be adjusted to a natural river run off. Suitable places might be those, which have no objections to recent acts. Inappropriate rivers are those which are in protected territory.
