Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / Esta tese examina o possível sentido atribuído por Ferenczi à amizade. São feitas considerações sobre o mesmo, a partir de um exame de relações pessoais de Ferenczi com alguns de seus pares, e no contexto de sua obra. A importância de uma reflexão sobre a amizade, sobretudo no campo psicanalítico da atualidade, se deve a uma preocupação sobre em relação ais desafios gerados no âmbito da clínica psicanalítica contemporânea. Considera-se que a liberdade dominante na cultura contemporânea contribui para a formação de subjetividades bastante resistentes à aceitação das condições mediante as quais a terapia psicanalítica costuma se desenvolver, ou seja, pela via da comunicação verbal. Por outro lado, a redução do senso de responsabilidade e da função crítica implicadas em escolhas e decisões, e observadas na contemporaneidade, se constituem em fatores adversos à situação analítica. Um dos aspectos da resistência então verificada deriva de uma formação egóica que pode ser caracterizada como tão plástica quanto rígida, cujo funcionamento opera de acordo com circunstâncias, e em função de os indivíduos não serem, na contemporaneidade, na verdade tão livres quanto a princípio se espera. Ferenczi, divergindo em parte de Freud, concede um maior destaque à importância dos afetos nas relações interpessoais, notadamente no âmbito terapêutico, de forma que enfatiza, por exemplo, a importância terapêutica da regressão e da contratransferência, para se lograr o equilíbrio da economia psíquica do analisado. Então, desde um destaque dado à implicação do afeto amizade em experimentações técnicas realizadas e nas considerações propostas por Ferenczi, esta tese situa o afeto amizade, experimentado pelo analista junto ao analisando, como uma variante importante na condução da cura analítica. Como suporte desta tematização, se recorre à Filosofia, no intuito de recensear alguns dos sentidos historicamente atribuído à amizade. O principal suporte bibliográfico utilizado é uma trilogia dedicada a este tema, pulicada por Francisco Ortega, em que aquele é investigado desde a Antiguidade até a Contemporaneidade. Outros filósofos, aos quais este autor recorre, são Derrida e Foucault. Assim, conclui-se ser recomendável que o analista não se mantenha alheio às condições culturais e aos valores que influem nos processos de subjetivação, nem tampouco distanciado do que envolve o sofrimento de seu analisando, não se furtando, portanto, a apresentar-se, em certa medida, como um artigo. Compreende-se, então, que é preciso que o analista se implique cada vez mais no processo analítico, apresentando-se também como uma amigo, à medida que esta postura possa se revelar terapêutica. / This thesis looks into the possible meaning ascribed by Ferenczi to friendship. Considerations are made starting from an exam of Ferenczis personal relationships with his peers, and in his work. The importance of a reflection on friendship, especially in the present-day analytic field, comes from a concern with the challenges created in the scope of the contemporaneous psychoanalytic practice. The author regards the liberalism prevailing in contemporaneous culture as contributing to the shaping of subjectivities that are fairly resistant to the acceptance of conditions by means of which psychoanalytic therapy usually develops, namely, through verbal communication. On the other hand, decrease in sense of responsibility and in critical thought nowadays, implicit in choices and decision-making, appears as an adverse circumstance to the analytical situation. One of the aspects of resistance arises from ego formation which we can characterize as both, plastic and rigid, the functioning of which works according to circumstances, since individuals are not, truly, as free as one is led to expect in the present times. Ferenczi, dissenting partially from Freud, gives prominence to the importance of affection in interpersonal relationships, notably in the therapeutic sphere, so that he emphasizes the importance of regression and countertransference in the analytical process, in order to achieve a point of equilibrium on the patients psychic economy. Therefore, starting from the importance given to the implications of friendship in Ferenczis technical experiments and in the considerations he made, this thesis places it as an important variant in conducting analytical treatment. As a support to this theme, the author resorts to Philosophy, to get a broader of the view the meanings historically attributed to friendship. The main bibliographical support for this conclusion is a trilogy published by Franscisco Ortega, in which is explored this theme, from Antiquity to contemporaneity. Other philosophers, from whom this author has gathered insights, are Derrida and Foucault. As a conclusion, it is advisable that the analyst takes into consideration the cultural background and ethical values influencing the patients process of subjectivation, and refrains from remaining oblivious to the suffering of the patient; in fact, the analyst should not abstain from showing himself as a friend of the patient, to a certain degree. With this, it is understood that analyst must involve himself more and more in the analytical process, also coming forward as a friend, provided it would be therapeutic.

Esta tese se dedica ao estudo do corpo em sua qualidade sensível, buscando evidenciar que é sobre este que incidem as formas de dominação contemporâneas na medida em que o corpo vem sofrendo, na atualidade, um processo de anestesiamento em seu campo intensivo, seja por uma sobre-excitação da sensação ou, ao contrário, pelo seu apagamento. Tal anestesiamento decorre dos novos modos de subjetivação contemporâneos em que a vida se tornou o lócus privilegiado das intervenções dos poderes. O corpo entediado, esvaziado de suas forças singulares produtivas, tem sido resultante da complexa rede de ingerências a que tem sido exposto. Na condução das políticas de saúde, os saberes se organizam em suas regulamentações para indivíduos e grupo, fechando-os às diferenciações. A possibilidade da experiência alteritária se torna rarefeita, já que indivíduos e grupos reproduzem a lógica de desapropriação de seus próprios modos de sentir, de perceber o mundo. Os trabalhos pesquisados, nesta tese, seja na dança ou nas técnicas de mobilização dos corpos que desenvolvem métodos para experienciar seus movimentos e ritmos, permitem o acesso às condições sensíveis, por colocarem questões ao corpo que ultrapassam o saber racionalizado sobre o mesmo. Funcionando como novos operadores cognitivos, estes trabalhos sustentam um fazer-se dos corpos, nos seus processos subjetivantes, em que o paradoxo e alteridade possam emergir como resistência às formações decorrentes dos jogos de saber/poder contemporâneos. Na mesma direção, também, a psicanálise tem muito a contribuir a partir da reavaliação de suas práticas observando a condição sensível dos corpos e do repensar teórico deste lugar, o corpo, que como campo de virtualidades atravessado pelo coletivo, aproxima-se do estado inaugural da existência. Neste lugar, a subjetivação se dá no campo das forças, campo pulsional ao realizar sua preensão do mundo e produção de suas formas através dos processos de erotização do corpo. Algumas teorias psicanalíticas têm colaborado significativamente para a sofisticação de um saber em que o psiquismo é visto como encarnado. Essa leitura, ao não dissociar o corpo do psiquismo, busca romper com a lógica binária, característica da leitura clássica psicanalítica, destacando a importância dos afetos na clínica e viabilizando, deste modo, para o entendimento dos sintomas, o enlace definitivo do sujeito com a cultura. A forma das forças é o resultado de um processo que se realiza a partir das percepções decorrentes de um dado campo de afetação, intensivo. Assim a possibilidade de sustentação de formas singulares de existência está relacionada à capacidade em acessar este campo das forças, entendido como um campo que permite as operações de construção e desconstrução do universo simbólico. Na aproximação da dimensão crítica envolvida nos estudos sobre a corporeidade, os estados patológicos podem ser compreendidos, então, como resistência aos imperativos das organizações codificadas. / This thesis deals with the study of the body in its sensitive quality, trying to evince that the current dominating forms fall on this body, since it undergoes an anesthetic process in its intensive field, either due to an over-excitement of sensation or, contrarily, due to its obliteration. Such anesthesia comes from new contemporary subjectivation ways, in which life has become the privileged locus for the action of powers. The annoyed body, deprived of its unique productive strengths, arises in a complex interferences network around it. For health politics orientation, knowledge is organized in its rules for individuals and groups, guarding them from differentiations. The possibility of alterity experience is faded, since individuals and groups reproduce the logic of expropriating their own ways of feeling and perceiving the world. The works here investigated, on dance and on the mobilization of bodies that develop methods to experience their movements and rhythms, grant access to sensitive conditions, since they ask the body questions that go beyond the rationalized knowledge about it. Working as new cognitive operators, these papers sustain a making of bodies in their subjective processes, where paradox and alterity can emerge as resistance to formations arising from current knowledge/power games. Also in the same direction, psychoanalysis can contribute a lot in reevaluating its practices observing the sensitive conditions of bodies and in theoretically rethinking this place, the body, which as a field of virtues trespassed by the collective, approaches the original state of existence. In this place subjectivation occurs in the field of strengths, pulsional field that grasps the world and produces its forms in process of bodily erotization. Some psychoanalytic theories gave an important contribution to sophisticate a knowledge which considers psychism embodied. This viewpoint, that does not separate body and psychism, tries to break with the binary logic characteristic of the classical psychoanalytical viewpoint, highlighting the importance of affections within the clinic and thus allowing the definite marriage of subject and culture, for the understanding of symptoms. The shape of strengths results from a process based on the perceptions of a given affective, intense field. So the possibilities of keeping unique existence forms relates to the ability to access this field of strengths, conceived as a field that allows constructing and de-constructing the symbolic universe. In approaching the critical dimension of studies on corporeity, the pathological states can be understood as resistance to the imperative of codified organizations.

Este trabalho consiste em um estudo sobre a relação entre subjetividade e meio, mais especificamente, sobre a formação subjetiva no contexto da violência nas favelas cariocas. A reflexão proposta traz, como principal referencial teórico, a noção, adotada, entre outros, por John Bowlby e Donald Winnicott, de uma constituição subjetiva marcada pela intersubjetividade. Dito de outro modo, a subjetividade aqui é resultante do encontro do indivíduo com o meio (inicialmente a própria figura materna); o que significa que um não pode ser compreendido a não ser na interação com outro. Desse pressuposto comum, tais autores partem para construir percursos teóricos independentes, que ora se aproximam, ora se distanciam. Contemporâneos e membros da Sociedade Psicanalítica Britânica da época, Bowlby e Winnicott fizeram parte do chamado Middle Group. Tal vertente psicanalítica, sob a influência da biologia de Darwin, da etologia e da literatura, apresenta como característica fundamental a de conferir uma importância inédita ao ambiente no processo do desenvolvimento emocional. A adaptação dos cuidados maternos às necessidades do bebê, nos estágios precoces de seu desenvolvimento, ganha a função primordial de sobrevivência e desempenha aqui um papel decisivo para a saúde mental do sujeito. Bowlby utilizar-se-á da idéia de que os pais, ou cuidadores, funcionam como uma espécie de base segura a partir da qual a criança pode explorar o mundo com a confiança de que será acolhida caso precise. Para ele, o comportamento de apego sustenta o processo de subjetivação e representa um elemento constituinte da natureza humana, que se manifesta através da propensão para estabelecer laços íntimos. Já Winnicott adotará a idéia de uma maternagem suficientemente boa, capaz de garantir à criança a continuidade de sua existência. Interrupções nessa provisão dos cuidados precoces são, para estes autores, potenciais agentes patogênicos. À luz dessa perspectiva teórica, serão apresentadas as narrativas biográficas de três moradores de uma favela da zona sul carioca representativa dos constantes e violentos confrontos que vêm ocorrendo entre os integrantes do tráfico de drogas daquela localidade com a polícia, com outras facções rivais e entre eles próprios. A experiência da provisão materna, em ambientes prejudicados por um determinado tipo de violência contextualizada, é o que tais histórias pessoais tentam retratar. / This work consists in a study about the relation between subjectivity and the environment, specifically, about the subjective formation in the context of the violence in the Rio de Janeiros slum. The reflection proposed has, as principal theoretical reference the notion adopted by John Bowlby and Donald Winnicott of a subjective constitution marked by the intersubjectivity. In another way, the subjectivity results from the meeting of the individual with the environment (represented initially by the mother), considering that one cannot be understood without the other. From this common view, the authors construct independents theoretical courses that sometimes get close and sometimes get distant. Contemporary and members of the British Psychoanalytic Association, Bowlby and Winnicott took part of the called Middle Group that under the influence of Darwins biology, of ethology and literature, presents the fundamental characteristic of giving an inedited importance of the environment on the development. The adaptation of the maternal care to the child necessity, by the initial stages of the development, has the primordial function of survival and performs a decisive role to the subjects mental health. Bowlby uses the idea that parents or the person who cares of the child work as a secure base from which the child can explore the word with the confidence that will be protected if its necessary. For the author, the attachment comportment sustains the subjectivation process and represents a constitutive element of human nature that can be reveled by a propension to establish intimate connections. Winnicott adopts the idea of a good-enough mother able to guarantee to the child the continuity of existence. For these two authors, the interruptions in the supply of the precocious care are potential pathogenic agents. Considering this theoretical perspective, will be presented the biographical narratives of three resident of a slum located in the south area of Rio de Janeiro, that are representative of the constant and violent conflicts that occurs with integrants of drug traffic and the police, other traffic groups and themselves. The experience of maternal providence in environments prejudiced by determinate kind of contextualized violence, is what these three stories try to show.

Esta tese, Corpo do lazer: reflexões a partir da vida lesada na hipermodernidade, representa um exercício de reflexão e investigação acerca do lazer como um fenômeno psicossocial na atualidade. Enquanto reflexão, parte do corpo como centro de gravidade da subjetividade, tomando como referenciais epistemológicos alguns teóricos da primeira geração da nomeada Escola de Frankfurt, a psicanálise freudiana e estudiosos franceses que denominam a atualidade de hipermodernidade. Outros pensadores também permearam as reflexões, principalmente aqueles que viabilizam o viés crítico argumentativo. Já como investigação, um material de campo no formato de folder teve suas construções discursivas em torno do lazer destacadas, constituindo, assim, o corpus de análise da pesquisa documental de cunho qualitativo. Neste trabalho, a reflexão e a investigação se complementam na compreensão da articulação dos dois eixos principais, as esferas do desejo e do mercado, entrelaçando a noção de corpo do lazer em tempos hipermodernos e, deste modo, buscando questionar a hipermodernidade como produto e cenário em que a existência humana é prejudicada nas partículas elementares de uma vida justa, isto é, lesada nos mínimos modos de ser e estar no mundo. No âmbito do entretenimento, a vida lesada é percebida como sofrimento psicossocial e subjaz nas artimanhas sutis dos lazeres mercadológicos em expansão na hipermodernidade. Este cenário produz novos processos de subjetivação, decorrentes também das práticas de lazer atuais voltadas para consumo, e, com isso, o lazer adquire valor de troca na realidade hipermoderna. Como o corpo está no centro da cena hipermoderna em expansão nas cidades, ele é o foco dos processos de subjetivação deste estudo. Para tanto, o corpo é abordado nas noções tragicômico e erótico-narcísico, além de outros desdobramentos, no intuito de situar o corpo do lazer. A fim de explorar a temática, serão apresentadas reflexões a partir de conceitos do lazer, da inauguração do lazer na modernidade, além de análises de como ele está inserido atualmente nos mecanismos mercadológicos regidos pela lógica econômica a fomentar a indústria do entretenimento para atender os anseios humanos por prazeres como rotina dos sentidos e das sensações voltados para o corpo. Como exemplo desse cenário, elegeu-se a Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro (RJ), como espaço urbano para a realização da pesquisa, pois neste bairro a realidade hipermoderna pode ser espontaneamente verificada. Como aspectos conclusivos, o corpo do lazer demonstra ser, por um lado, o alvo dos interesses mercadológicos pautados na lucratividade e com metas a incrementar o viver no tempo supostamente livre, baseado na emotividade e estados de felicidade. Por outro lado, o corpo capturado está na condição reduzida e fragmentada pelas mesmas estratégias instrumentais do capitalismo especulativo que fomentam modos de subjetivação baseados no consumo e nos prazeres efêmeros. No entanto, esse processo ocorre com o consentimento do sujeito afetado por essas estratégias, da mesma forma como este mesmo sujeito também afeta e determina tais estratégias e, assim, produz seus efeitos nos esquemas mercadológicos. É neste interstício entre o sujeito e o mercado que percorrerão as reflexões desta tese. / This thesis, Body of Leisure: reflections from an injured life in the hypermodernity, represents an exercise of reflection and investigation about leisure as psychosocial phenomenon nowadays. As a reflection, part of the body, as gravity center of subjectivity, takes epistemological reference from some theorists of the first generation of Frankfurt School, the Freudian psychoanalysis and the French scholars who named the present time as hypermodernity. Other thinkers have also permeated these reflections, mainly those who enable the argumentative critical bias. Therefore, as a matter of investigation, a field material in a folder format had its discursive construction around leisure outlined; which forms the analysis object of the qualitative and documental research. In this thesis, the reflection and the investigation complement each other in the comprehension of the articulations of the two main axes, the desire and market spheres, intertwining the notion of body of leisure in hypermodern times, and, in this way, seeking to questioning the hypermodernity as a product and scenery in which the human existence is damaged in its elementary particles of a fair life, which means, damaged in the minimal modes of being and staying in this world. In the field of entertainment, the damaged life is perceived as psychosocial suffering and underlies in the subtle tricks from the marketing leisure activities in expansion in the hypermodernity. This scenery produces new processes of subjectivation, which are also a result from the current leisure practices aimed to consumption, and, for this reason, the leisure acquires trade value in the hypermodern reality. As the body is in the center of the hypermodern scene in expansion among cities, it is the focus of the subjectivation processes for this research. In this way, the body is approached with the tragicomic and erotic-narcissistic notions, besides other developments, in order to place the body of leisure. As a way to explore the thematic, will be presented reflections from the concept of leisure, the initiation of leisure in the modernity, and also the analysis of how it is currently inserted in the market mechanisms orientated by the economic logic which foster the entertainment industry to fulfill the human desires for pleasure as a routine of senses and sensations turned to the body. As an example of this scenery, Barra da Tijuca, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, was chosen as the urban space to perform this research, because, in this neighborhood, the hypermodernity can be spontaneously verified. As the conclusive aspects, the body of leisure, on one hand, seems to be the aim of market interests focus upon profitability and its goals to increase life in the supposed free time, based on emotionality and states of happiness. On the other hand, the captured body is in a reduced and fragmented condition for the same instrumental strategies of speculative capitalism, which encourages modes of subjectivation guided by consumption and ephemeral pleasures. However, this process occurs with the agreement of the subject affect by these strategies, in the same way as this subject itself can affect and determine those strategies, and so, produces its effects in the market schemes. The reflection of this thesis will take place in this gap between subject and market.

Desde uma perspectiva cartográfica, este trabalho pretende analisar os processos de subjetivação no campo dos esportes orientados para o alto rendimento. Em primeiro lugar, escolhemos criticar a psicologia do esporte, propondo que esta disciplina, ao invés de privilegiar a expansão da vida, multiplica uma série de valores capitalísticos como a competitividade, a produtividade, a homogeneidade e o recorde. Em seguida, nós apresentamos a Democracia Corinthiana como um acontecimento que demonstra uma real experiência de democracia plena dentro de um dos maiores clubes de futebol do Brasil. Finalmente, consideramos que a emergência da Democracia Corinthiana promoveu um movimento de resistência à subjetividade capitalística a partir do âmbito das práticas esportivas de alto rendimento. / From a cartographic perspective, this work intends to analyze the processes of subjectivation on the field of the high performance sports. At first, we chose to criticize the sports Psychology, suggesting that this discipline, instead of producing life expansion, develops capitalistic values such as competitiveness, productivity, homogeneity and record. After that, we introduce the “Democracia Corinthiana” as a happening which demonstrates a real experience of full democracy with in one of de biggest soccer clubs in Brazil. And finally, we consider that the emergence of the “Democracia Corinthiana” promoted a movement of resistance to the capitalistic subjectivity started on the field of high performance sporting practices.

Esta tese aborda os temas centrais da imagem e subjetivação, que se desdobram em outros três, de forma transversa: trabalho, que ganha a cena enquanto atividade, clínica, pensada por entre as formulações da Clínica da Atividade e dos procedimentos de Crítica e Clínica e tecnologias digitais de imagem, em seus potenciais de estetização de si e do trabalho. Situada em uma Casa Albergue Feminino, destinada a mulheres que cumprem pena em regime semi-aberto, a pesquisa teve como objetivo geral a criação de um campo de experimentação da atividade prisional pelo emprego de recursos tecnológicos de videografia digital junto a trabalhadoras agentes do sistema penitenciário. Assim, o eixo da tese consiste no dispositivo que propusemos para disparar uma análise das situações de trabalho na prisão, o qual intitulamos Tecno-Poético de Análise da Atividade, para fins de confrontação com situações do trabalho na prisão por meio do uso de câmera de vídeo e de computadores para edição de imagens. Exploramos, então, as peculiaridades da atividade de produção de imagens sobre o trabalho prisional ressaltando as imbricações entre ver, pensar e falar visando suas potencialidades para deflagrar um processo de pensamento por imagens acerca da atividade de trabalho, o que caracteriza uma vertente metodológica no percurso desta tese. Dedicamo-nos ainda, a uma vertente teórica, pela qual operamos um tensionamento conceitual visando abrir veredas no que se refere à construção de possibilidades para uma Clínica do Trabalho valendo-nos das ferramentas analíticas da Filosofia da Diferença, da Ergologia e da Clínica da Atividade, que enfatizam a afirmação do que está em vias de diferir no plano do pensamento em curso nas atividades de trabalho, enlaçando os planos dos fazeres profissionais, das tramas institucionais e da subjetivação. Buscamos uma espécie de expansão do poder de ver, por onde as cenas produzidas pelas agentes, com o uso da câmera e do software de edição, dão o testemunho de um processo pelo qual o pensamento sobre a atividade prisional foi acionado pelo próprio dispositivo imagético. Esta tese se inscreve na linha de pesquisa Interfaces Digitais em Educação, Arte, linguagem e Cognição. / The following thesis discusses two central subjects: image and subjectivation, which will result in another three subjects, such as: work, which implies, in this thesis, an activity; clinic, which involves the formulations of the Clinic of Activity and the Critic and Clinical procedures; and last but no less important, digital technologies of image, in its potentials of aesthetization of the self and work. Situated in one Feminine House Shelter, destined to women who fulfill penalty in half-open regimen, the research had as general objective the creation of a field of experimentation of prison activity through the implementation of technological resources of digital videography used by the agents workers of penitentiary system. Thus, this thesis intend to analyze the device that was applied to provoke an exam of the situations of work in prison, which was intitled Technical-Poetical Analysis of Activity, in order to collate situations from the work in prison through the use of video camera and computers to edit that images. It was explored a few peculiarities from the activity of the production of images concerning the prison work emphasizing the imbrications between seeing, thinking and speaking and aiming at its potentialities to make to appear a process of thinking through images about the activity of work, what it defines a methodological source in the history of this writing. To operate a conceptual tension that would open ways for the construction of possibilities for a Clinic of the Work it was necessary to establish a few theoretical sources, such as the analytical tools from the Philosophy of the Difference, from the Ergology and from the Clinic of the Activity, that emphasizes the affirmation of that that differs in the plan of thinking and in the course of the activities of work. The use of theoretical sources it also intends to bring together at the same time the plans of the professional attribute, the institutional trams and the subjectivation. To this extend this writing makes an attempt to search a species of expansion of the power of seeing that, considering the scenes produced for the agents with the use of the camera and a software of edition, give the certification to a process through which the thinking, on the prison activity, was provoked by the proper image device. This thesis is associated with the research line on Digital Interfaces in Education, Art, Language and Cognition.

Escolhi trabalhar com entrevistas, a partir destas analisar as narrativas - que estão em temporalidades que se atravessam entre as décadas de 1940 ao tempo presente - pelas experiências de sexualidade, espaços praticados e as transformações estéticas dos corpos. Discuti as práticas de subjetivação que emerge das performances de si pela fluidez das noções identitárias, os sujeitos da trama traçada foram vistos pela sua contingência e historicidade. Também foram analisadas as elaborações de si, afetividades e modos de vida que se dão nas interações dos sujeitos que se dão em diversos espaços em Campina Grande e outras cidades. Por fim, problematizei as narrativas sobre os corpos, as noções de travestilidade e a multiplicidade das experiências que permitem a subve rsão das identidades como fixas e naturalizadas. Para tecer novos olhares acerca destas interações, usamos os diálogos teóricos fornecidos principalmente por Judith Butler, Michel de Foucault, Michel de Certeau e Gilles Deleuze. / This study is about sexualities narratives in the intertwining of knowledge and experiences of two protagonists in contemporary urban scene of Campina GrandePB, the transvestite Valquíria Montini and Maria de Calú, owner of the first gay bar in this city. I chose to work with interviews, analyze these narratives - that are in temporalities that crisscross between the 1940s to the present time - the sexuality studied on aspects of experience, spaces and aesthetic transformations of bodies. We also analyzed the elaborations of themselves, the affections and ways of life that occur in the interactions of the subjects that take place in different spaces in Campina Grande and other cities. Finally, we analyze the narratives of their own bodies, the notions of being a transvestite and the multiplicity of experiences that allow subversion of identities as fixed and naturalized. To weave new perspectives about these interactions, we use the theoretical dialogues by Judith Butler, Michel Foucault, Michel de Certeau and Gilles Deleuze.

For the proposed analysis, we map the term technology, which reveals that there is a set of dynamic and non-linear forces acting behind each of these devices, opening a field for dialogical interactions between human and machine. We also map out the theories of listening that emerged in the twentieth century that spring from this dialogical relationship with technology or that take it into account in order to establish a field for thinking about what is at stake in these theories. We conclude the study with an analysis on the relationship between the listening and one of the most established sound devices currently: the smartphone. / O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a atual relação que emerge da acoplagem entre os seres humanos e os dispositivos tecnológicos relacionados à escuta, considerando alterações que ocorrem nestes dispositivos principalmente a partir do fim do século XX e início do século XXI, como a miniaturização e a proliferação massiva. Para a análise proposta, foram mapeadas acepções do termo tecnologia que revelam que há um conjunto de forças dinâmicas e não lineares atuando por trás de cada um destes dispositivos, abrindo um campo para interações dialógicas e processos de subjetivação entre ser humano e máquina. Mapeamos também teorias de escuta surgidas no século XX, que brotam a partir desta relação dialógica com a tecnologia ou que a levem em conta, a fim de estabelecermos um campo para pensarmos o que está em jogo nestas teorias. Concluímos o estudo analisando a relação da escuta com um dos dispositivos sonoros mais disseminados atualmente: o smartphone.

Therefore, the research was established at two certain moments: (1) through the Lampião da Esquina newspaper, circulated in Brazil when censorship was relaxed by the military regime in the sections "troca-troca" (partner swapping) and “cartas na mesa” ("cards on the table" similar to an advice column) from April, 1978 to June, 1981 and (2) based on an analysis of the profiles currently sought by the Hornet® web application, which had ages and residence equivalent to those found in the newspaper advertisements. As a specific aim, we analysed what changed in terms of loving, sexual and personal expectations among men who sought other men; how the search for loving and/or sexual partners began to affect desires, market, work, leisure and forms of subjectivation with new collective ideas. To do this, we investigated the following considering descriptions published in the respective sections (a) and web application (b), the intersected cleavages in the search (race, ethnicity, generation, social class, education and location), as well as the processes, mediations, break-ups and dilemmas that modulated loving and sexual expectations, above all, by the centrality of sex appeal and body as elements imbued by emerging socioeconomic and cultural characteristics. The research presents a multi-method design and therefore combines quantitative and qualitative techniques using documentary analysis and online profiles, integrating statistical controls using the SPSS package. In order to construct the theoretical reflection intended, references were made to digital media, gender and sexuality. From the results, the research allowed to recognize a process of intensification of the selection of partners from the second moment, keeping continuities and ruptures in relation to the descriptors of the first moment, as well as the emergence of a grammar of the desire that alludes to the sexual panic of AIDS in sociological terms. / Esta pesquisa investigou os critérios que foram acionados na busca por parceiros amorosos e/ou sexuais entre homens em dois períodos diferentes: (a) antes do surgimento da epidemia de HIV-aids e do advento da internet pelo jornal Lampião da Esquina e (b) após a epidemia e expansão da internet comercial por meio do aplicativo Hornet. A pesquisa, portanto, foi estabelecida em dois momentos: (1º) por meio do jornal Lampião da Esquina – veiculado no Brasil na época do abrandamento da censura pelo regime militar – por meio das colunas “troca-troca” e “cartas na mesa” (de abril de 1978 a junho de 1981) e (2º) a partir de uma análise dos perfis atualmente buscados pelo aplicativo Hornet, que possuíam idades e residência equivalentes às encontradas nos anúncios do jornal. Como objetivo específico, aventou sobre o que mudou nas expectativas amorosas, sexuais e pessoais entre homens que buscavam outros homens; como a busca de parceiros afetivos e/ou sexuais passou a articular desejos, mercado, trabalho, lazer e formas de subjetivação com novos ideais coletivos. Para tanto, se investigou por meio das descrições feitas nas respectivas colunas (a) e aplicativo (b), as clivagens interseccionadas na busca (raça, etnia, geração, classe social, educação e localidade) bem como os processos, mediações, rupturas e dilemas que modulavam as expectativas amorosas e sexuais, sobretudo, pela centralidade do sex appeal e do corpo como elementos imbuídos por características socioeconômicas e culturais emergentes. A pesquisa apresenta desenho multimétodo, portanto, combina técnicas quantitativas e qualitativas, com análise documental e de perfis online, integrando controles estatísticos pelo pacote SPSS. Para construir a reflexão teórica pretendida, articularam-se referências em estudos sobre mídias digitais, gênero e sexualidade. Dos resultados, a pesquisa possibilitou entrever um processo de intensificação da seleção de parceiros a partir do segundo momento, guardando continuidades e rupturas em relação aos descritores do primeiro momento, bem como a emergência de uma gramática do desejo afeita ao pânico sexual da AIDS em termos sociológicos. / FAPESP: 15/05623-1

A partir dos conceitos de “biopoder” e “biopolítica”, de Michel Foucault, conseguimos descrever os processos de subjetivação que sintonizam as relações econômicas contemporâneas (produzidas pelo mercado capitalista neoliberal) e o funcionamento psíquico dos sujeitos. Portanto, nesse processo, o corpo sofre uma espécie de “empresariamento”, causado por políticas de subjetivação empreendidas pelo mercado. A eficácia desse tipo de produção é garantida porque o sistema econômico, em sua essência, atua sobre o corpo, explora os processos históricos, econômicos e a constituição humana (o sistema psíquico do sujeito). A escola como parte dos processos de subjetivação contribui para a produção de um tipo de sujeito refém do mercado, sobretudo, quando incorpora os seus valores. Isso ocorre porque as políticas de subjetivação, produzidas pelo sistema econômico global e organizadas pelas suas instituições financeiras, fazem a regulação econômica, humana e institucional. Tais políticas existem para garantir as demandas do mercado. Michel Foucault é a nossa base teórica e, a partir do conceito de “cuidado de si”, nós retornamos aos antigos gregos para apresentarmos uma concepção de corpo, sobretudo na perspectiva do fortalecimento ético e democrático no movimento educacional e cultural da sociedade contemporânea. O “cuidado de si” possibilita o enfrentamento das tensões consigo mesmo, consistindo em estar atento perante o cuidado consigo, com os outros sujeitos e com a natureza. Ele não garante a segurança, mas abre múltiplas possibilidades para a vida. O mesmo podemos dizer sobre o “cuidado de si” na escola, na relação do educador consigo, com os colegas de trabalho, com os alunos e com a natureza (como ciência). O corpo cuidado torna-se mecanismo de ruptura fundamental para enfrentarmos os desafios culturais e educacionais da sociedade contemporânea. É nele que apostamos. / The following study defends the body implicated as a rupture mechanism in light of subjectivation policies controlled by a neoliberal capitalist market. From the concepts of "biopower" and "biopolitics" by Michel Foucault, the study describes the processes of subjectivation that are a result of the contemporary economic relations (brought about by the capitalist neoliberal market dynamics), as well as the mental (psyche) functions of the subjects. Therefore, in this process, the body suffers a kind of "business transformation", caused by the subjectivation policies brought on in the marketplace. The effectiveness of this kind of production is guaranteed because the economic system, in its essence, acts on the body, explores the historic and economic processes and the human constitution - the mental (psyche) system of the subject. Schools as a part of the process of subjectivation contribute towards the production of a type of subject who is hostage to the market, even more so when the subject incorporates the economic systems values. This occurs, as will be shown throughout the study, because the policies of subjectivation produced by the global economic system, and organized by the financial institutions, also provide economic, human and institutional regulation. Such policies exist in order to guarantee the market demand balance. Michel Foucault and his theories were used as the basis for the study, and starting with the concept of "Care of Self" we go further back to ancient Greece to present further evidence of bodily awareness, with special emphasis on the strengthening of ethics, democracy and culture in the educational movements as well as in modern society as a whole. "Care of Self" enables the subject to face tough times in one's life, and consists in being aware of one's own well-being as well as others' well-being and nature's well being. It must be said, that this will not guarantee safety and well-being, but it does open up many different possibilities. The same can be said of "Care of Self" in school, in relation to the educators with themselves, with their colleagues, with the students and with nature. The well-taken-car-of body becomes a fundamental rupture mechanism which enables coping with the cultural and educational challenges in modern society, and it is in this theory that we have focused the following study.
