Advances in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can provide competitive
advantages for organizations. The search for innovations by organizations demand better
solutions for the constant technology and market advancements and the guarantee of quality
and satisfaction to its customers. In this sense, organizations need that the Strategic Planning
(PE) and ICT be integrated, coherent and with synergy to ensure the survival of organizations.
The PETIC Methodology is a form of PE that safely help managers identify the maturity and
consequent improvement of ICT processes required in company management. The growing
number of case studies of PETIC in organizations has shown a difficulty to locate and classify
PETIC Artifacts produced during these case studies. In this context, the use of classificatory
structures (taxonomies) has been successfully applied to the classification and retrieval of
information. This work proposes a taxonomy to support methodology PETIC called
TAXOPETIC. Among the various technical approaches to build a taxonomy, we opted for the
use of approaches Aganette et al. (2010) and Bayona-Oré et al. (2014). After the construction
of TAXOPETIC, we performed a comparative study between these used approaches. In this
paper, we present the reasons of choosing Bayonne-Oré et al approach. (2014). To test the
TAXOPETIC structure, a software product called TAXOPETICWeb was built. Among the
results, it was evident that the non-use of TAXOPETICWeb tool disables the centralized and
classified access to Artifacts PETIC legacy. The TAXOPETICWeb enables the storage of all
rated PETIC artifacts and, through the defined metadata tags, allows the most efficient
location and categorizes the artifacts stored in PETIC TAXOPETICWeb.
impossibilita o acesso centralizado e classificado do Artefatos PETIC legados. A

The current society called "information society" has as a characteristic the communication at high speed. Thus, with the expansion of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the way the human being behaves before the world and the other has been altered. In this society, the school environment divides space with computers, internet, tablet, cell phones, etc. Faced with this reality, educators are challenged to rethink their knowledge and teaching methodologies, as well as to review their teaching practices, in order to enable the student to build knowledge in a playful, interactive and critical way. In this perspective, the aim of this research was to understand how teachers of Natural Sciences and Mathematics use the technologies, in High School. Collaborated with the study: six teachers of science teaching and mathematics, thirteen students of the third year of high school and eight specialists in education In an attempt to support this study, we sought support in authors such as Castells, (2006); Freire, (2011); Kenski, (2001, 2003 and 2013); Libâneo, (2004 and 2015); Richardson, (2012); Tardif, (2010) and others that approach the theme. It was decided by qualitative approach, such as a case study, using observation techniques, questionnaire and guided interview. In order to study and interpret the information, we opted for the Bardin content analysis (2011, p.50), considering that this technical of analyzing communications "aims at the knowledge of variables ... through mechanisms of deduction based on indicators reconstructed from a sample of particular messages ". Thus, it was possible to perceive that: there are teachers who remain oblivious to this social reality permeated by ICT; technologies have entered the school environment, teachers and students are engaging in the use of ICT for pedagogical purposes; but it was also visible the permanence of "old practices" that do not reality fit. Against this data, we outline a Technology Pedagogy with the perspective of contributing to significant changes occurring.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This research work aimed at verifying the continuous teachers training for the use of technologies by examining how the technologies have or have not been used, especially the computer and internet, by the English teachers who work in the elementary level of education in the schools which are part of the municipal teaching system of Aracaju-SE, as well as how much they can contribute to the educational process. In order to lay the foundation for the empirical research, a theoretical study was conducted, reflecting upon the current
socialeconomic, political and cultural determination of the present situation of worldwide capitalism, when the importance of the English language together with the insertion of the technologies of information and communication have been growing. The policies of continuous training directed to the teachers, together with the public policies for the use of
technologies in education were also analysed in order to understand the local reality and compare it to the developments in computer assisted language learning. Bibliographical, documental and empirical research were conducted, the latter making use of semi-structured
interview and having as intentional non-probabilistic sample, 9 English teachers of 6 municipal schools, 26.5% of the total number of English teachers who work with the elementary level in the system. The results found indicate the inexistence of public policies related to teachers training to the use of technologies, the inefficiency of English language teaching and the ineffectiveness of the continuous training programs offered by the Municipal Secretaryship of Education. In other words, the study found out that the information and
communication technologies are laid aside the educational process.

The federal government, has been developing actions
to stimulate the Brazilian public organizations seeking to manage the citizen and not only their internal processes. These actions are consolidated, among other ways, by the
Charter of the Citizen Service Act and the Access to Information Law (AIL). One of the purposes of the Charter of Services to Citizens is to publicize the services provided by public organizations with their commitments of
service to be widely known by the company since the AIL, requires public organizations to provide information to citizens by providing access and knowledge of their essential rights. In this context, it is imperative to understand and improve the organization's processes that are
the foundation to execute demands, but also seek to
align the process view of the data, enabling the implementation of information systems (IS) more streamlined and integrated. Business Process Management (BPM) is an alternative to learn, improve, adapt and automate
business processes in order to support the administ
rative activities providing greater control and quality initiatives undertaken. However, there are obstacles to a public organization to deploy BPM and align information systems, one of them is the lack of a strategy for the
transition of management of functions for the management of processes. This paper presents a methodology Gressus
to drive the implementation of BPM in public organizations, in order to support the development of SI compatible to the organization's processes. The applicability of Gressus
was verified through a case study that selected the
purchasing process in a public organization. The results indicated that the methodology Gressus may be a viable option for deployment of BPM in organizations that still don t have adopted by the management processes. This paper contributes by providing a way for the institutionalization of BPM in public organizations, supporting the development of SI aligned and thus obtain the best results / O governo federal, vem-se desenvolvendo ações para estimular as organizações públicas brasileiras a administrar visando o cidadão e não somente os seus processos internos. Essas

Robert, Rémi January 2018 (has links)
Abstract : The turn of the century brought with it an emergence of information and communications
technologies (ICT) and web 2.0 to the Quebec junior college network. In the wake of this
technological progress, the presence of ICT changed (transformed) the way students
learned about discipline-related content while allowing the teachers to redefine their
pedagogical methods that would make courses more interactive. At the outset, the
miniaturisation of these tools was a source of emulation for the developers as well as a
cause of concern for the tenants of traditional teaching methods. Even today, this duality
has led to diverging professional convictions with regards to how we should teach
philosophy. The goal of this thesis is to show that in developing a feeling of mutual competency,
students and teachers of the Springboard to a DCS pathway must engage in an ethically
responsible usage of information and communications technologies. This will improve
teaching methods of philosophy, which will lead to renewed discipline-related learning.
Over time, the validation of electronic pedagogy (e-pedagogy) will allow students to
cultivate a sense of responsibility with regards to their learning and make them more
autonomous. In addition to increasing the passing rate, as shown by our data, e-pedagogy
permits the teacher to develop a more targeted approach to accompany the particular
needs of students in the Springboard to a DCS pathway.
Our thesis is broken into four parts and is based on an interdisciplinary approach. The
first part deals with the sociology of communication. We will explain how ICT have
changed the nature of socialization and the dynamics of user interactions. For some,
technological tools allow for a more efficient communication, whereas others feel that
these tools encourage a breakdown of human relationships because in prioritizing
communication efficiency, we risk harming the quality and longevity of interpersonal
relationships. The second part focuses on education and the importance for students and
teachers to develop a shared reflective practice with regards to learning and transmitting
discipline-related content. Despite the difficulties faced by students in the Springboard to
DSC pathway and their instructor, all of the actors must acquire a series of common
competencies, without which the use of ICT would be futile. That means that the nature
of the pedagogical relationship must be re-evaluated to allow to increased e-pedagogy
innovation. The third part deals with ethically responsible usage of ICT in learning
situations. Indeed, in using ICT, instructors and students must assure a shared
responsibility and consider common values of solidarity and complementarity. These two
values are necessary for teachers to be able to adapt academic supervision in order to
answer specific student needs. Furthermore, a professional learning community would
optimize teacher commitment thereby increasing a student’s efforts in his or her
academic success. Finally, we will propose a series of recommendations to improve the
teaching of philosophy. The purpose is to bring about a culture of change which, in our
opinion, would be beneficial for the entire college network and constructive for the
development of e-pedagogical strategies in philosophy.

Petrovich, Ingrid January 2018 (has links)

La rencontre interculturelle par vidéoconférence de groupe : approche conversationnelle de la relation franco-allemande / lntercultural encounter using group-based videoconference : conversational approach of the French-German relationshipBouyssi, Christophe 16 January 2015 (has links)
This research on French-German intercultural encounters, within the framework of learning French as a neighbouring foreign language, has been carried out using group-based videoconference. Using a conversationalist approach (Goffman, Traverso, Cicurel), we consider conversation as both a social and a didactic activity; our hypothesis is that ordinary conversation promotes intercultural encounters in the classroom. We have carried out both a non-verbal and a verbal conversation analysis of a corpus made from a video-recorded conversation during a videoconference. The students were in a French (as a foreign language) class at the University of Hanover, and met a group of students (of the target language) who were in a French university did not speak any German. We based our analysis on the familiar conversation scheme in order to reshape it and to suggest a scheme for French-German intercultural encounters in the classroom.

E-Learning culture : operationalization of a systemic model to support ICT-Integration in pre-service teacher trainers’ practiceVilla, Genny 06 1900 (has links)
In today's knowledge society, ICT has become essential for teachers and learners (BECTA, 2009) not only because of the need for children to acquire and develop skills that will help them grow as collaborative, problem-solving, creative learners (UNESCO, 2011; Dede, 2014), but also because of the potential value of such technologies as tools for learning (Gill and Dalgarno, 2008). However, when looking at the current educational ICT uses reported by research conducted with teachers and students, (Karsenti and Lira, 2010; Villeneuve et al., 2012) and the low impact observed on learning - despite the substantial investment in equipment and material -we can only question the possible reasons for such a situation. One of the causes identified in the literature is teacher training, especially in its content and the training strategies adopted by teacher educators (Angeli, 2009; Enochson, and Rizza, 2009). We developed a training intervention to operationalize the IntersTICES model (Peraya and Viens 2005) and help teacher trainers integrate ICT in their teaching practice. This operationalization involving teachers working in the teacher training program at Université de Montreal, put into perspective the importance of teacher trainers’ e-learning culture, personal support and follow-up interventions for activities including pedagogical use of ICT. The research focused on analyzing the impact of the training intervention on participants’ e-learning culture, as well as on their intention to adopt and use ICT in their courses. Findings suggest that the operationalization of the IntersTICES model via an interactive training intervention, can provide teacher trainers with an opportunity for reflection and awareness about their personal representations regarding every aspect of their e-learning culture. Furthermore, it helped teacher trainers becoming aware of the impact their e-learning culture has on their practice throughout and at any stage of the development and implementation of their chosen activity integrating ICT.
