Este proyecto se centra en el estudio de la empresa “Pacifico Seguros” que opera principalmente en el sector de seguros. El desarrollo del trabajo está enfocado en el subproceso de “Emisión” que es uno de los procesos importantes de la empresa porque acá se inicia todo el proceso de las emisiones de los clientes para las afiliaciones de sus trabajadores.
La oportunidad de mejora se presenta en la mayoría de actividades del subproceso de “Emisión” que suelen ser repetitivas y operativas; y en su mayoría son ejecutadas de forma manual. Por tal motivo, el proyecto contempla una solución para la optimización del sub proceso que permitirá reducir el tiempo de atención como principal objetivo.
La propuesta consta de un software RPA que permita a los usuarios crear “bots” que pueden aprender, imitar y luego ejecutar procesos del negocio basados en reglas para la gestión administrativa que ayudará a la descarga y respuestas de los correos, también contará con un motor de asignación para la distribución equitativa y atención de las solicitudes de afiliación.
El propósito del trabajo es llevar a cabo la gestión del desarrollo del software y la arquitectura empresarial dentro del marco de trabajo de TOGAF y PMBOK sobre el objeto estudio para la evaluación de los procesos y para una correcta arquitectura de software lo cual se podrá desarrollar en fases y actividades para formular el plan estratégico y el control de su cumplimiento. / This project focuses on the study of the company “Pacificos Seguros” that operates mainly in the insurance sector. The development of the work focuses on the sub-process “Emisión” which is one of the important processes of the company because here begins the process of customer emissions for the affiliations of its workers.
The opportunity for improvement occurs in most of the activities of the sub-process “Emisión”, that tend to be repetitive and operational and they are mostly run manually. Therefore, the project contemplates a solution for the optimization of the sub-process that will reduce the attention time as main objective.
The proposal consists of an RPA software that allows users to create "bots" that can learn, imitate and then execute business processes based on rules for the administrative management that help download and reply to emails also there will be a queue engine for the distribution and attention of the affiliation requests.
The purpose of the work is to carry out the management of the software development and business architecture in the TOGAF and PMBOK framework on the study object for the evaluation of processes and a correct software architecture which can will be developed in phases and activities to formulate a strategic plan and control its compliance. / Tesis

This paper investigates the contribution of enterprise modeling to the emergence and sustainability of the firm’s competitive advantage using the theoretical model developed by Chandra S. Mishra (2017). Agility, alertness, knowledge integration and business model mechanisms have been identified as the main sources of competitive advantage. Four semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts and senior enterprise modeling consultants with diverse national and international experiences, based on which a qualitative content analysis was done. The study shows that enterprise modeling has an enhancing effect on corporate agility stimulating collaboration and effective communication among organizational members as well as enabling the company to exploit turbulence in the business environment through systematizing and facilitating change management. Enterprise models were also found to be effective for strengthening the firm’s structural capital through stimulating constant problematization of the business model, streamlining the organizational processes and increasing alertness about the procedural inefficiencies and automation potential. However, the understandability of the business model is found to be increased through enterprise modeling at the expense of reducing tacitness. Therefore, more research is needed to confirm the influence of enterprise modeling on the firm’s isolating mechanisms to investigate to what extent enterprise models should be considered as company secrets.

This report describes a study aimed at uncovering flaws and finding potential improvements from when the modelling tool EAAT is used in conjunction with the modelling language CySeMoL. The study was performed by developing a framework and applying it on CySeMoL and EAAT in real life context networks. The framework was developed in order to increase the number of flaws uncovered as well as gather potential improvements to both EAAT and CySeMoL. The basis of the framework is a modified version of the Quality in use model from ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard. Upon the characteristics and sub characteristics of this modified model different values for measuring usability where attached. The purpose of these values is to measure usability from the perspectives of both creating and interpreting models. Furthermore these values are based on several different sources on how to measure usability. The complete contents of the framework and the underlying ideas, upon which the framework is based, are presented in this report. The framework in this study was designed in order to enable it to be used universally with any modelling language in conjunction with a modelling tool. Its design is also not limited to the field of computer security and computer networks, although that is the intended context of CySeMoL as well as the context described in this report. However, utilization outside the intended area of usage will most likely require some modifications, in order to work in a fully satisfying. Several flaws where uncovered regarding the usability of CySeMoL and EAAT, but this is also accompanied by several recommendations on how to improve both CySeMoL and EAAT. Because of the outline of the framework, the most severe flaws have been identified and recommendations on how to rectify these shortcomings have been suggested.

The activities of the State Budgetary Institution «Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology» were studied and a model of the complete architecture of the enterprise was compiled using the ARIS application package. The necessity of introducing a digital platform into the activities of the organizational and management department of the Central Republican Bank of the Donetsk People's Republic is substantiated. The development of a project for the implementation of a digital platform for an enterprise was completed; the economic efficiency of implementation was determined, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to demonstrate the labor costs for the implementation of the stages of implementation of the digital platform.

Today’s enterprises are operating in a highly complex environment with rapid disruptions from different areas such as technology, regulations or market, all of them capable of bringing the entire industry upside down. And many large organizations are adopting agile software development methods as part of their continuous push towards higher flexibility and shorter lead times. Agility, however, introduces challenges and problems for the engineering of enterprises, yet few reports on organizational alignment in this regard are available in the literature. This problem of alignment between business/operations and IT has been around for as long as computers have been introduced to the work offices and is still today an important issue for enterprises of any kind. This thesis, therefore, tries to investigate the lack of insight or fragmented knowledge regarding organizational design or architecture of modern enterprises in both academia and industry. The purpose of this thesis is to explicate the challenges and recommendations found in research papers, industrial whitepapers and interviews in order to propose guidelines for achieving better alignment. The goal of this thesis is to provide an inventory of available researches in the area of Business and IT Alignment (BITA) and organizational science in order to help suggest a basis for future research. For this purpose, a Design Science Research (DSR) strategy has been followed in combination with a literature review accompanied by two rounds of interviews as a means for data collection and evaluation. The artefacts resulting from this thesis take the form of fifteen guidelines extracted using coding analysis from the literature review and a first round of interviews at a major Swedish vehicle manufacturing enterprise. The guidelines were subsequently evaluated in a second round of interview with an industry expert reviewing the correctness and usefulness of the guidelines. The results of the evaluation proved that guidelines were useful for both the academia and industry experts. Hence, enabling the author to claim that a tentative proposition has been achieved. / Dagens företag arbetar i en mycket komplex miljö med snabba störningar från olika områden som teknik, regler eller marknader, som alla kan vända hela branschen upp och ner. Och många stora organisationer använder sig av agila programvaruutvecklingsmetoder som en del av deras kontinuerliga tryck mot högre flexibilitet och kortare ledtider. Agilitet eller snabbfothet medför emellertid utmaningar och problem för konstruktion av organisationer, men få rapporter om organisatorisk anpassning i detta avseende finns tillgängliga i litteraturen. Detta problem med anpassningen mellan verksamhet och IT har funnits så länge datorer har introducerats på arbetsplatserna och är än idag en viktig fråga för organisationer av alla slags. Denna avhandling försöker därför undersöka bristen på insikt eller fragmenterad kunskap om organisationsdesign eller arkitektur hos moderna företag i både den akademiska världen och såväl industrin. Syftet med denna avhandling är att beskriva de utmaningarna och rekommendationerna som finns i forskningspapper, industriella vitböcker och intervjuer för att föreslå riktlinjer för bättre anpassning. In this thesis, a detailed reference model of theadvanced metering architecture (AMI) has been produced to support enterprisesinvolved in the process of implementing smart meter architecture and to adapt to newrequirements regarding cyber security. This has been conduct using foreseeti's toolsecuriCAD, foreseeti is a proactive cyber security company using architecturemanagement. SecuriCAD is a modeling tool that can conduct cyber security analysis,where the user can see how long time it would take for a professional penetrationtester to penetrate the systems in the model depending of the set up and defenseattributes of the architecture. By varying defense mechanisms of the systems, fourscenarios have been defined and used to formulate recommendations based oncalculations of the advanced meter architecture. Recommendation in brief: Use smalland distinct network zones with strict communication rules between them. Do diligentsecurity arrangements for the system administrator PC. The IT sector is in constant change and new IT emerges constantly. This enables organizations to adopt new IT at a correspondingly rapid pace. Nonetheless, it is not certain that the adoption of new IT contributes positively to the organization’s existing application portfolio. Hence, the purpose of this study is to provide insights to how organizations adopt IT and the factors that are important to ensure positive effects from adopting new IT. A case study, consisting of semi-structured interviews, was conducted on a Norwegian governmental organization. The majority of current literature on the field are describing IT adoption for commercial for-profit organizations. Since the case-organization is a governmental organization, this study will also aspire to investigate how that influence IT adoption. The empirical findings of this study show that there is a purpose of having a strategy for adopting new IT to an existing application portfolio. A framework describing the adoption process and factors of importance for successfully adopting new IT is provided. Also, the empirical findings show that being a governmental organization does not influence the adoption of IT significantly. However, the findings show that other aspects of each individual organization can have more significant influence on the adoption process. / IT-sektorn är i ständig förändring och ny IT blir ständigt tillgänglig. Detta gör det möjligt för organisationer att ta sig an ny IT i motsvarande snabba takt. Det är dock inte säkert att implementering av ny IT bidrar positivt till organisationens befintliga applikationsportfölj. Därför är syftet med denna studie att ge insikt om hur organisationer tar sig an IT och de faktorer som är viktiga för att säkerställa positiva effekter från adoption av ny IT. En fallstudie, bestående av semi-strukturerade intervjuer genomfördes på en norsk statlig organisation. Majoriteten av befintlig litteratur inom fältet beskriver IT-adoption för kommersiella vinstdrivande organisationer. Eftersom fallstudieorganisationen är en statlig organisation kommer denna studie också att undersöka hur det påverkar IT-adoption i organisationen. De empiriska resultaten från denna studie visar att det finns ett syfte med en strategi för att adoptera ny IT till en befintlig applikationsportfölj. Ett ramverk som beskriver adoptionsprocessen och faktorer som är viktiga för en framgångsrik adoptionsprocess av ny IT finns framtaget. De empiriska resultaten visar också att det att vara en statlig organisation inte påverkar adoption av IT i särskilt hög grad. Resultaten visar dock att andra aspekter av varje enskild organisation kan ha mer inflytande på adoptionsprocessen.
