Lapinskaite, Ieva January 2013 (has links)

Schiskin, Katrin January 2002 (has links)
This report emphasizes the importance of seeing a university as a company that offers a service. It isimportant to see the different quality dimensions that distinguish a service. The customer-focused planninghas also set the structure of this degree project. The marketing investigation is based on recruit questionnaires and interviews with secondary schoolstudents. The questionnaires show that the catalogue still reaches out with most information despiteconstant increase of information search at the Internet. The students seem to prefer University ofKristianstad´s catalogue front. The competition analysis is based on telephone interviews and information material sent from theother universities. Structure, usage of the graphic profile amongst more is reviewed for every university. The answers have varied a lot but there are few that have a good structure. University of Dalarna´sinformation material has neither structure nor a homogenous look. The employees at University of Dalarna are not using the universities graphic profile. They are alsodissatisfied regarding the absence of pre-produced, general overhead film series. The internal analysisalso shows that the employees don’t know which material is accessible or where to find it.

Die Motivik und Struktur der Quest in Doris Dörries Geschichte und Film Paradies

Addala, Michael January 2006 (has links)
In the thesis at hand I will analyze to what extent Doris Dörrie constructed her story and film Paradies according to the structure of the quest. First of all, some background information will be provided concerning Dörrie's career. After that, a short summary of the important contributions that have been made in the area of the hero's journey and Dörrie's Paradies will be given. Following a depiction of the quest's mythological roots, the Jungian concept of the collective unconscious and its archetypes will be introduced. After that, Joseph Campbell's Monomyth will be explained step by step, for the structural analysis of the action will follow that pattern. The theoretical part will close with a description of the archetypal and mythological method that will be applied to the primary texts. In the practical analysis the theoretical foundation will be utilized to prove that Dörrie's texts are arranged according to the Monomyth. With the help of quotations from the primary works, it will be shown that the plot-device of the quest underlies the relevant story and its adaptation to the screen.

Furthermore, Jung's findings concerning the archetypes will be consulted to find out whether the characters the quester meets correspond to the archetypal roles that the classic seeker encounters. That is why the title includes the word Motivik. Besides that, a connection will be made between the seemingly inappropriate title Paradies and the quest-structure. First of all, the probable reason for Dörrie's choice concerning the title will be ascertained. Highly esteemed philosophers and authors have equated the fall of man with the birth of reason and curiosity. Eve's sin can be interpreted as the start of a quest. The aim of the latter is to return to the Garden of Eden. Furthermore, it will be shown that the hero meets the key archetypes of the shadow, anima and mother, which leads to the finding that the hero's external voyage is above all an internal one. Jakob or Viktor, respectively, is desperately searching for psychological equilibrium ? the archetypal self represented by Lotte.

The major outcome of this thesis will be that both versions of Paradies can be described as modern anti-quests. The reason for that lies in Dörrie's first following the classic pattern only to leave it prematurely in order to manoeuvre her characters into nemesis. Not only the male quest, which is analyzed in detail, but also the two searches of Lotte and Angelika end tragically. The only exception is Lotte's journey in the prose version, which Dörrie only provides incompletely.

”Ögonblick som aldrig upphör” : En komparativ analys av mytens intertextuella funktion i Göran Tunströms roman Juloratoriet

Jernlilja, Marie January 2010 (has links)

Krantz, Tobias January 2010 (has links)
Background and aim: Organizations must be able to manage change in order to survive in today’s competitive society. To continue to develop and reach better results is fundamental. Case Company Parker Hannifin Corporation, Quick Coupling Division Europe, Tema Ingenjörsfirman AB, Skövde has an ambition to have an organization that manage changes and continuously improve its performance. That is the reason why this examination work arises. The aim on the examination work is to present a proposal on how the organization more systematic and effective can work with improvements. This has been done by identifying the key success factors for the improvement work in the literature, the company and through the benchmarking-company. Method: The examination work is done as a qualitative case study with an abducted approach. The data collection has been done through a variety of methods, which are past experience, literature studies, observations and interviews. The literature indicates several success factors to consider in order to achieving a successful change work. To have core values that the work can rely on and from that create an organization that continually improves. Within the organization can the continuously improvement work be divided in four different levels: individual- local-, cross functional- and global business improvement. The improvement work should in main be driven in a project form with defining roles and reach goals. By comparing the literature and the benchmarking-company are essentially the same success factors identified. Result and conclusions: The experience inside the case company is that the improvement work is unstructured and slow. The work is mostly in ad-hoc nature and a common destructive method that is uses to solve problem is “fire-extinguishing”. This examination work indicates that the organization is working unsystematic and are missing a structure with defines roles and distinct goals in order to work with changes. To create a more systematic improvement work the author has given a proposal on how the company can organize. By resting on core values and supporting infrastructure based on improvement teams that work at different levels with defined roles and clear goals is it good assumes to have a successful improvement work. Suggestions for future research: By using this examination works result, I hope that organizations can be able to achieve a successful improvement work and therefore continuously improving. This examination work delimits itself to only give proposals for actions, and does not scope how the proposals has been implemented in the organization. Therefore, I propose further studies of the implementing process of the improvement work in the organization.

West, Emma January 2008 (has links)

/

This Master’s Level paper examines the Swedish market of music festivals, in the year 2008. The author takes an interest in why the market is important and what the market structures look like. What kind of rules exist in the market and how must one operator manage these rules of the game in order to survive in an ever-more competitive music festival market? These are questions that the paper deals with. French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu developed the concept of fields; a framework of cultural and literary fields that can be used to understand relations in social life. The author has used Boudieu’s field theory as tool to understand the structure of the wedish market of music festivals. The paper has a perspective from the inside, as well as a perspective from the outside. It includes the views of the arranger of the music festival, as well as those of the press and the festival audience. All these three angles are part of the market and have a significance for its structure and future. As such, they therefore make up the frame of the analysing part of the paper.

/ Emma och magisterprojektet på KSM

Simulation Rekursiver Auto-Assoziativer Speicher (RAAM) durch Erweiterung eines klassischen Backpropagation-Simulators

Seifert, Christin, Parthey, Jan 06 June 2003 (has links) (PDF)
