Tolv år av professionalisering : En kvalitativ studie av Sverigedemokraternas professionalisering av valaffischer. / Twelve years of professionalization : A qualitative study of Sverigedemokraterna’s professionalisation ofelection posters.

Valaffischer är ett gammalt traditionellt medium för politiska partier att nå ut med sin kommunikation med. Men trots de nya tillvägagångssätten att nå ut med sin kommunikation tack vare digitaliseringen, är valaffischer fortfarande ett aktuellt medium trots att de har använts under så pass lång tid. Sverigedemokraterna är ett relativt “ungt” parti. De blirintressanta att studera då de har sina rötter i nazismen och därifrån har de snabbt vuxit till att bli Sveriges tredje största parti. Studien redovisar en analys av Sverigedemokraternas professionalisering och hur deras utveckling av valaffischer sett ut under valrörelserna 2006, 2010, 2014 och 2018. Totalt har det analyserats femton valaffischer som ingått i Sverigedemokraternas valkampanjer under de fyra senaste valrörelserna. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad professionaliseringen av politiken har haft för betydelse för Sverigedemokraternas visuella politiska kommunikation, i form av deras valaffischer. Därav formades frågeställningar för att svara påsyftet: “Hur har Sverigedemokraternas kommunikation genom valaffischer förändrats från2006 till 2018?” och “Hur har professionaliseringen av visuell politisk kommunikation tagit form i Sverigedemokraternas valaffischer?” Valaffischerna i denna studie utgår från en kvalitativ textanalys och med fokus på ett parti. Den kvalitativa textanalysen utgår från en semiotisk analys, där den analysmodell som använts är en sammansättning av 5 teman, 14 kategorier och 1 underkategori. Valaffischerna i studien har framförallt analyserat med hjälp av tidigare forskning av Nicklas Håkansson, Bengt Johansson och Orla Vigsø (2014), som ofta ses som referenser i samband med studier av valaffischer. Teorierna politisk kommunikation och professionalisering ligger till grunden för denna studie. Resultatet av analysen har applicerats på fyra tidsperioder i valaffischernas utveckling och slutsatsen visar på att Sverigedemokraterna har genomgått en förändring i professionaliseringen av valaffischer mellan åren 2006 och 2018, fast under kortare tid än de fyra tidsperioderna. Det är en förändring som anpassats i takt med utvecklingen i samhället, bland annat i form av den digitala utvecklingen och utvecklingen av specialistyrken inom marknadsföring och visuell kommunikation. Förändringen av Sverigedemokraternas kommunikation i valaffischer har bland att visats i att de har gått från att använda tydliga budskap och starka åsikter, till att deras budskap har blivit mer och mer abstrakt och att de inte längre behöver argumentera för sin sak. Deras åsikter har normaliserats till den grad att de inte längre behöver övertyga väljarna på samma sätt genom sina valaffischer. / Election posters are an old traditional medium for political parties to reach out with their communication. Despite the new approaches to reach out with political communication thanks to digitalization, election posters are still a relevant medium despite having been used for a long time. Sverigedemokraterna are a relatively "young" party. They became interesting for this study as they have their roots in nazism and therefrom quickly grew to become Sweden's third largest party. This study presents an analysis of Sverigedemokraterna’s professionalization of electionposters during the electoral campaigns 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018. A total of fifteen electionposters were analyzed, all of which were included in Sverigedemokraterna’s electioncampaigns during four different electoral movements. The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of professionalization of politics for Sverigedemokraterna’s visualpolitical communication, in form of their election posters. From this, questions at issue were formulated to answer the purpose: How has the communication through election posters from Sverigdemokraterna changed from 2006 to 2018? and How has the professionalization of visual political communication shown in Sverigedemokraternas election posters? The election posters in this study are processed on the basis of a qualitative textanalysis and with focus on one party. The qualitative textanalysis is based on a semiotic analysis, where a analysis model is used. The analysis model is a composition of 5 themes, 14 categories and 1 subcategory. The results of the study have primarily been analyzed with the help of previous research by Nicklas Håkansson, Bengt Johansson and Orla Vigsø (2014), who are often seen as references in connection with studies of election posters. The theories of political communication and professionalization form the basis of this study. The result of the analysis has been applied to a four time period in the development of the election posters and the conclusion shows that Sverigedemokraterna has gone through a change in the professionalization of election posters between 2006 and 2018, though for shorter periods than the four time periods of election posters. It is a change that has been adapted in line with developments in society, including in the form of digital development and the development of specialist professions in marketing and visual communication. The professionalization has also shown through the normalization of the party. The change inSverigedemokraterna’s communication in election posters has among other things been shown in their use of clear messages and strong opinions in their election posters to that their message has become more and more abstract and that they no longer need to argue for their cause. Their opinions have been normalized to the point that they no longer need to convince voters and other parties with their election posters.

A partir do entendimento da gênese e do percurso histórico da Ciência da Informação, pode-se identificar a diversidade documental que essa Ciência busca abarcar e explorar como objeto de estudo e de intervenção. Dentro dessa diversidade, percebe-se a complexidade apresentada tanto pela literatura como pela informação imagética, mais especificamente, cartazística, para a área disciplinar de Organização e Representação da Informação e do Conhecimento. Considerando essa complexidade, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo contribuir para a formulação de procedimentos metodológicos, no âmbito da análise de conteúdo de cartazes, tendo em vista a geração de produtos documentais. From the understanding of the genesis and historical trajectory of Information Science, the diversity of documents that this Science seeks to embrace and explore as an object of study can be identified. Within this diversity, the complexity presented by literature as well as by image information and more specifically, posters, for the area of Information and Knowledge Organization and Representation, is perceived. Considering such complexity, this research aims to contribute to the formulation of methodological procedures, in the ambit of content analysis of posters, with an end to the elaboration of document products. Taking as the basis Shiyali Ramamrita Ranganathan's theory, one of the first theorists in Information Science of the 20th century, a theoretical-conceptual approximation between Essential Categories and the elements that make up the structure of rhetorical discourse and literary narrative categories is explored. This choice was made in the light of the potentiality that literary enunciations engender to contribute to the process of conceptual enlargement of Ranganathan categories. Ny standard - Nytt resultat : IAS 1 ”Utformning av finansiella rapporter”

Sedan 2005 har tillämpning av den internationella standarden IFRS/IAS varit obligatoriskt för alla svenska noterade bolag i deras koncernredovisning. Trots det relativt nya införandet av standarden sker hela tiden ändringar och tillägg i rekommendationerna. I januari 2009 kommer en ny reviderad version av standarden IAS 1 ”Utformning av finansiella rapporter”. Den nya versionen innebär att även de transaktioner som tidigare enbart redovisats direkt mot eget kapital, och som inte är hänförliga till ägarna, nu ska redovisas över resultaträkningen. Detta innebär bland annat att fler orealiserade värdeförändringar kommer att inkluderas i resultaträkningen. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur revisorer ser på införandet av IAS 1 och ställa det i relation till IASB:s officiellt uttalade grundintentioner. För att besvara vår forskningsfråga har vi valt att använda oss av en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi och intervjua kvalificerade revisorer på tre av Sveriges större revisionsbyråer. I empirin redovisar vi resultaten av den genomförda undersökningen. Vår slutsats är att revisorernas synpunkter skiljer sig i en del frågor från IASB:s officiella uttalanden, samt att syftet med den nya resultaträkningen inte till fullo har tillfredställt den generella användargruppens behov. Däribland märks särskilt de mindre företagen som mest upplever reglerna som omständliga och svåra att tillämpa. Det återstår att se i framtiden, om de potentiella positiva effekterna av den nya standarden även kommer att bli märkbara för företagen. / Since 2005 the international IFRS/IAS standards have been applied, and they are required for all Swedish public companies in their consolidated financial statements. The introduction of the new standards is still relatively new, but there are constant changes and amendments to them. In January of 2009 a new and revised version of IAS 1 will come into force. This new version means that transactions, that before were reported in the balance sheet but not applicable to the owners, now will be reported in the statement of income and expense. One of the effects that will come from this change is that more unrealized value changes will be included in the statement of income and expense. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the accountants view on the changes of IAS 1 and put that in relation to the published statements made by the IASB concerning their intentions of the changes. To answer our research question we have chosen to use a qualitative strategy and interview accountants from three of the larger accounting firms in Sweden. The results of the interviews will be presented in the empirical chapter. Our conclusion is that the accountants’ views are different from the published statements made by the IASB, in some areas of their intention. The new statement of comprehensive income have not fully satisfied the needs of general users, among which especially for smaller companies that mostly find the rules as being difficult and hard to apply. The future will show whether the potential positive effects of the new standards will be noticeable for the Swedish companies.

В исследовании Формы репрезентации повседневности в белорусском плакате 1966-1980 годов Пигальской Аллы, ставится цель выявить формы репрезентации повседневности в белорусских плакатах, в период наиболее массового их выпуска на территории Беларуси. Исследование базируется на антрополого-социологической трактовке повседневности Мишеля де Серто; анализе визуальной репрезентации, согласно конструктивистскому подходу визуальных исследований Стюарта Холла с элементами семиотического анализа фигуративного и пластического уровней визуального сообщения. Исследование культуры повседневности М. де Серто как одновременное существование устной и письменной парадигм, задающих логику выполнения разрозненных повседневных практик, позволил рассматривать белорусские плакаты в контексте устного и письменного типов коммуникаци. Письменный тип коммуникации актуализирует культурные механизмы, которые структурируются относительно “закона”, частной собственности, дифференциации пространства, техник индивидуализации. Устный тип коммуникации ориентирован на воспроизведение знакомого и понятного, поддерживающего целостность коллектива, в котором недопустимо нарушение “неписанных” правил и норм. Доминирование устной парадигмы в советской культуре позволяет реконструировать логику выполнения художественных практик. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the dissertation Forms of Everyday Representation in Belarus posters 1966-1980 completed by Ala Pihalskaya, is to identify forms of representation of the everyday in Belarusian posters, when they were most actively produced on a mass scale in Belarus. The research is interdisciplinary in nature, since it is based on the anthropological and sociological interpretation of the everyday proposed by Michel de Certeau, while the analysis of visual representation is made according to the constructivist approach in visual studies developed by Stuart Hall, with elements of the semiotic analysis of the figurative and plastic levels of the visual message. The analytical model of the investigation of everyday life proposed by Michel de Certeau, which posits the simultaneous existence of oral and written paradigms that explain the logic of disparate everyday practices, make it possible to study Belarusian posters in the context of oral and written types of communication. The written paradigm actualizes cultural mechanisms that are structured according to "law", private property, the "conquest" of space and individualization, while the oral paradigm is focused on the repetition of the familiar. Uppror och solidaritet : 1960- och 1970-talets politiska uttryck i den svenska affischkonsten / Insurrection and solidarity : the political expression in Swedish poster art during the 1960s and 1970s

Under det svenska 1960- och 1970-talet engagerade sig det svenska folket i en rad olika ideologiorienterade organisationer, internationella frågor eller folkrörelser, något som även tog sitt uttryck i kulturen. Mitt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka ett urval politiska affischer, utifrån Michael Baxandalls teori "The period eye", hur 1960- och 1970-talets konst påverkades av samtidens samhällstrukturer och politiska engagemang. Min tyngdpunkt kommer att ligga i de politiska affischer som på något sätt hade en anknytning till en alternativ rörelse, såsom Miljörörelsen, Kvinnorörelsen och Vietnamrörelsen. Men även den den svenska konstscenen i stort kommer att tillföras till undersökningen som en komplettering till förståelsen av affischernas uttryck och funktion, som ofta fabricerades utanför institutionella sammanhang. Dessa frågeställningar vill jag besvara med hjälp av den historiska bakgrunden och min analys: Vilka orsaker ligger bakom användandet av konstnärliga affischer vid spridningen av politisk propaganda? Det vill säga: Vilka faktorer gjorde att affischen användes flitigt som medium av de alternativa rörelserna istället för annan bildkonst? Hur kan den politiska andan från decennierna urskiljas konkret i affischerna? Hur skiljer sig affischkonsten från den mer institutionella konsten under dessa två decennier? Utifrån mina frågeställningar kommer jag att analysera tre politiska affischer genom att sätta in dem i ett historiskt perspektiv, vilket är deras samtid, 1960- och 1970-tal. Viktigt i det historiska perspektivet kommer att vara; de ekonomiska förutsättningarna, politikens uttryck i de olika sociala rörelserna, de internationella frågorna som präglade den svenska inrikespolitiken, synen på kulturarbetarnas politiska ansvar och konstnärens roll som politisk aktör.

Revisorns dilemma : En studie om riskproblematik i perspektiv av skadeståndsansvar

Revisorer har i uppdrag att granska företagens finansiella räkenskaper för att säkerställa attsiffrorna är rättvisande, trots att det inte är en fullständig garanti. Revisorn har ettskadeståndsansvar i de fall han eller hon vållar skada i det granskade företaget. Dennahermeneutiska studie har genomförts till följd av ett gap i forskningen gällande denriskproblematik i granskningen som kan föranleda skadestånd. Syftet med studien är attbeskriva riskproblematiken i granskningen kopplat till skadeståndsansvaret och hurproblematiken påverkar revisorns arbete, samt utveckla begreppet revisorns dilemma.Forskningsfrågan: Vilken riskproblematik i perspektiv av skadeståndsansvar finns och hurpåverkar den revisorns granskning? har med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod besvarats. Empirinär uppbyggd av tio personliga intervjuer med auktoriserade revisorer från små och storarevisionsbyråer verksamma i Västsverige. Resultatet visar att skadeståndsrisken och revisornsriskmedvetenhet har ökat de senaste åren. Risken för skadestånd är högre för större byråer,eftersom deras klientstock består av större klienter, till skillnad från mindre byråer. Revisornförhåller sig till skadeståndsansvaret, men påverkas dock inte av det i sitt dagliga arbete.Dessutom anses sanktioner från Revisorsinspektionen vara en mer betydande risk än ettskadeståndsanspråk. Många svårigheter i granskningen grundas i att de kräver en bedömningav framtida prospekter, som ibland stöds av få konkreta revisionsbevis. I granskningenbedömer revisorn poster utifrån revisionsrisken. I det fall klientens företagsledning undanhållereller förfalskar information ökar risken för att revisorn gör en felaktig bedömning. Därmedökar risken för att förskingring och annat mygel inte upptäcks. Denna farhåga stiger också dåföretagsledningen visar på hög riskbenägenhet. Slutligen kan skadestånd föranledas då revisornupplyser för mycket eller för lite i revisionsberättelsen. Både typ I- och typ II-fel utförda avrevisorn kan skada klienten och ligga till grund för ett monetärt anspråk. / The auditor has a task of reviewing a company's financial accounts to ensure that the numbersare accurate. Nevertheless, it is not an absolute guarantee of ensurance. The auditor is liablefor damages in the event of injury to the audited company. This hermeneutic study has beencarried out due to a research gap regarding the problematic risks in the audit that could lead todamages. The purpose of this study is to describe the problematic risks in the audit associatedwith the auditor’s liability of damages and how this affects the auditor's examination, as wellas to develop the concept of the auditor's dilemma. The research question: What problematicrisks in terms of liability of damages exist and how does it affect the auditor's examination?has been answered by means of a qualitative method. The empirical evidence consists of tenpersonal interviews with authorized auditors from small and large auditing firms operating inwestern Sweden. The results show that the auditor’s risk of being liable for damages, and thusthe auditor’s risk awareness, has increased in recent years. The risk of a claim for damages ishigher for larger auditing firms because their client base more often consists of larger clients,unlike smaller auditing firms. The auditor maintains an awareness for the damages liability butis, however, not affected by the liability in his or her daily work. In addition, sanctions fromthe Swedish Inspectorate of Auditors are considered to be a more significant risk than a claimfor damages. Many difficulties in the audit are based on the fact that they require an assessmentof future prospects, sometimes supported by few concrete audit evidence. In the audit, theauditor makes assessments based on the audit risk. In the event that the client's managementwithholds or falsifies information, it increases the risk that the auditor makes an incorrectassessment. This amplifies the risk of not detecting embezzlement and other manipulationsmade by the management of the client. This apprehension also enhances when the client’scorporate management exhibits high risk propensity. Finally, damages can be induced whenthe auditor remarks too much or too little in the audit report. Both Type I and Type II errorsmade by the auditor can damage the client and may form the basis for a potential monetaryclaim.

The analysis seeks to unders- tand the mechanisms of visual pro- duction - the design and the articula- ted visual elements - of each poster, as well as the historical-cultural chain that the Brazilian visual arts experien- ced during this period, mainly investi- gating relations that transcend one’s own poster. / Esta dissertação realiza uma análise dos cartazes do movimento feminino pela anistia no período da ditadura, mais especificamente os produzidos entre os anos de 1975 e 1979 e distribuídos entre os acervos do Arquivo Edgard Leuenroth (AEL) do Instituto de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas da Universidade de Campinas (IFCH-Unicamp), do Centro de Documentação e Informação Científica Professor Casemiro dos Reis Filho da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (CEDIC), do Centro de Documentação e Memória da Universidade do Estado de São Paulo (CEDEM) e da Fundação Perseu Abramo, do Partido dos Trabalhadores. São descritas as experiências de visitação e acesso a estes arquivos, assim como os quantitativos temáticos do suporte cartaz localizados durante a pesquisa, elencando os elementos estruturais e as limitações encontradas, além de esclarecer o caminho que foi traçado até a seleção final de apenas dois cartazes: Movimento Feminino pela Anistia e Saia da sombra/ diga conosco/ liberdade, ambos de 1975 e sem autoria conhecida. A análise busca entender os mecanismos de produção visual - o design e os elementos visuais articulados - de cada um dos cartazes, assim como também a cadeia histórico-cultural que as artes visuais brasileiras experimentaram nesse período, investigando, principalmente, as relações que transcendem o próprio cartaz.

The diploma thesis describes the various aspects of an advertising in the period of Czechoslovakia. It follows the continuity of an interwar advertising culture in the cultural and historical context of the time. Furthermore it poses a different beliefs of advertising culture compared to today on the one hand and a very modern approach of advertising through the use of new media, advertising tactics, the amount of advertising studios or innovative design on the other hand. On the theoretical background is established an interpretation of selected product advertising posters to reveal unifying characteristics of poster creation of the time. At the final part is searched for a continuity and use of the topic in present art education.

A partir do entendimento da gênese e do percurso histórico da Ciência da Informação, pode-se identificar a diversidade documental que essa Ciência busca abarcar e explorar como objeto de estudo e de intervenção. Dentro dessa diversidade, percebe-se a complexidade apresentada tanto pela literatura como pela informação imagética, mais especificamente, cartazística, para a área disciplinar de Organização e Representação da Informação e do Conhecimento. Considerando essa complexidade, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo contribuir para a formulação de procedimentos metodológicos, no âmbito da análise de conteúdo de cartazes, tendo em vista a geração de produtos documentais. Tomando-se como base a Teoria de Shiyali Ramamrita Ranganathan, um dos primeiros teóricos da Ciência da Informação no século XX, explora-se uma aproximação teórico-conceitual entre as Categorias Essenciais e os elementos que compõem a estrutura do discurso retórico e as categorias da narrativa literária. Essa opção foi feita, diante da potencialidade que os enunciados literários suscitam em contribuir para um processo de ampliação conceitual das categorias ranganathianas. Nessa aproximação, estabeleceu-se um alinhamento teóricoconceitual capaz de verificar a possibilidade de uma efetiva contribuição de aspectos da Teoria Literária para a realização de análise de conteúdo cartazístico e de sua representação por meio da elaboração de sínteses ou resumos, no âmbito da Ciência da Informação. Faz-se uso dessas categorias ampliadas , para análise do conteúdo apresentado em cada cartaz, pautando-se em procedimentos de leitura do discurso retórico e identificação de... / The factors that contribute to the construction process of the concept of Nature have, in literary and visual works, information that reflects the thinking of society in a given time and space. From the understanding of the genesis and historical trajectory of Information Science, the diversity of documents that this Science seeks to embrace and explore as an object of study can be identified. Within this diversity, the complexity presented by literature as well as by image information and more specifically, posters, for the area of Information and Knowledge Organization and Representation, is perceived. Considering such complexity, this research aims to contribute to the formulation of methodological procedures, in the ambit of content analysis of posters, with an end to the elaboration of document products. Taking as the basis Shiyali Ramamrita Ranganathan´s theory, one of the first theorists in Information Science of the 20th century, a theoretical-conceptual approximation between Essential Categories and the elements that make up the structure of rhetorical discourse and literary narrative categories is explored. This choice was made in the light of the potentiality that literary enunciations engender to contribute to the process of conceptual enlargement of Ranganathan categories. In this approximation, a theoretical-conceptual alignment was established, capable of verifying the possibility of an effective contribution of aspects of Literary Theory to content analysis of posters and of their representation by means of the elaboration of summaries or abstracts, in the ambit of Information Science. Use is made of these enlarged categories for analysis of the content presented in each poster, based on procedures from rhetorical discourse reading and concept identification. This diploma thesis with name "Social Poster as a Communication Tool" deals in the content with social advertisings and theirs potential use as a communication tool. The theoretical part deals with graphic design and especially the role of poster as a visual communication medium of advertising. Furthermore, the theoretical part outlines the historical development of advertising and lists the characteristic feature of social advertising, which defines in relation to commercial advertising. It outlines the historical development, refers about the legal and ethical problems of definition and raises questions about its impact and effectiveness in society. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains a list of characteristics of social advertising. It outlines an issues of legal and ethical definition and raises questions about its impact and effectiveness in society. The practical part of this work incorporates the creation own set of six social posters. Set of posters is quite focused on issues specific to the target group. In this context, the work is based on pedagogical and psychological knowledges peculiar to the target group. The assumption is further possible use posters as educational material in the second class students primary schools. On the basis of this materiál it is possible stimulate to discussion on the whole range of social issues. With this is suggested space for communication, asking questions and seeking answers.Part of this work is illustrated appendix, on which is referred to throughout the text. This section is also a record of the creative process and the resulting file of social posters and their possible variations.
