[pt] A pesquisa se propõe a analisar como o cinema poderia transcrever a experiência vivenciada nos espaços e ajudar a desvelar a arquitetura em outras camadas que não apenas técnicas, formais e objetivas. Para isso, recorre ao curta-metragem Sizígia (2012), no qual a arquitetura não é apenas um tema abordado, mas parte fundamental de sua configuração. O curta-metragem do pesquisador Luis Urbano se insere no âmbito acadêmico de análise da arquitetura e foi filmado no projeto Piscina das Marés (1959-65) do arquiteto português Álvaro Siza. Em Sizígia, a imagem em movimento foi encarada não apenas como representação da arquitetura, mas como forma de investigação do espaço, explorando suas qualidades e seu potencial narrativo. O cinema, como uma forma de expressão, busca contar os enredos da vida vivida nos lugares por meio da imagem em movimento, conectando os dilemas da vida humana à arquitetura. Sua linguagem acaba por captar eventos, vinculando-os ao espaço e, como consequência, sua narrativa revela a arquitetura onde o enredo da vida se dá. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa busca no cinema um meio alternativo de investigação e representação da arquitetura. / [en] The research aims to analyze how cinema could transcribe the experience lived in spaces and help to unveil architecture in layers other than just technical, formal and objective. For this, it uses the short film Sizígia (2012), in which architecture is not only an approached topic, but a fundamental part of its configuration. The short film by researcher Luis Urbano falls within the academic scope of architecture analysis and was filmed in the project Piscina das Marés (1959-65) by Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza. In Sizígia, the moving image was seen not only as a representation of architecture, but as a way of investigating space, exploring its qualities and its narrative potential. Cinema, as a form of expression, seeks to tell the plots of life lived in places through the moving image, connecting the dilemmas of human life to architecture. His language ends up capturing events, linking them to space and, as a consequence, his narrative reveals the architecture where the plot of life takes place. In this sense, research seeks in cinema an alternative means of investigation and representation of architecture.

[pt] O uso de substâncias psicoativas sempre esteve presente na sociedade (de forma recreativa, terapêutica ou religiosa). A dependência em relação a essas substâncias, por sua vez, tem ocupado cada vez mais espaço na mídia e em discussões político-sociais que buscam entender o fenômeno. Questões culturais, sociais, econômicas, farmacológicas e psíquicas devem ser consideradas quando se propõem teorias e ações de tratamento. Esse trabalho investiga as principais concepções teóricas acerca das toxicomanias no campo da psicanálise e analisa seus percursos teóricos. Destaca os principais conceitos que embasam as teorias, apura as divergências e convergências e verifica a evolução destas a partir do surgimento de novas perspectivas e da influência do contexto social contemporâneo a elas. Para melhor compreensão do contexto no qual essas teorias foram elaboradas, foi feito um levantamento da história do uso de drogas e do tratamento dos toxicômanos ao longo da história. Em seguida, investigou-se as principais concepções teóricas no campo da psicanálise através de um mapeamento de obras de autores clássicos e contemporâneos. Destacou-se e analisou-se os principais conceitos-base para as teorias encontradas. Como resultado, identificou-se alguns eixos teóricos, que partem do narcisismo, identificação, destrutividade, compulsão à repetição e relações objetais. Também observou-se variações no estatuto psicopatológico, classificado como sintoma, estrutura, quadro, dentre outros. Por fim, constata-se que, apesar das divergências existentes, o recurso aos tóxicos predomina enquanto uma tentativa de remediar uma angústia, ainda que tenha consequências nocivas. / [en] The use of psychoactive substances has always been present in society (in a recreational, therapeutic or religious way). The addiction to these substances, in turn, has been more and more present in the media and in political-social discussions that try to understand the phenomenon. Cultural, social, economic, pharmacological and psychological aspects must be considered when theories and treatment actions are proposed. This work investigates the main theoretical conceptions about drug addictions in the psychoanalysis field. It also analyzes their theoretical paths. It highlights the main concepts that underlie the theories, refines divergences and convergences, verifies their evolution from the emergence of new perspectives and verifies the influence of the social context to them. In order to understand the context in which these theories were elaborated, a survey of the history of drug use and treatment of drug addicts was made throughout history. Moreover, the main theoretical concepts in psychoanalysis were investigated through a bibliographical analysis of works in both classic and contemporary authors. The main basic concepts for the theories found were highlighted and analyzed. As a result, some theoretical biases were identified, from narcissism, identification, destructiveness, repetition compulsion and object relations, for instance. There were also variations in psychopathological status, classified as symptom, structure, condition, among others. Finally, it was noted that despite the disagreements, the use of toxic substances predominates as an attempt to relieve anguish, even if the psychotropic medication has harmful consequences.

[pt] Este trabalho busca desenvolver articulações entre práticas feministas e atividades do design, e propõe problematizar o campo do design, buscando se afastar de abordagens essencialistas, que situam o designer como um gênio criador ou que definem o design a partir de abstrações idealizantes. Para isso, os consciousness raising groups, práticas feministas da década de 1960, e diversas dinâmicas dos movimentos feministas contemporâneos, a partir do ano de 2015, são utilizados como inspiração de atividades críticas para pensar e constituir outras formas de relações consigo e com os outros através de processos criativos. Assembleias, performances, ações estético-políticas, construção de greves e manifestações, são algumas das ações abordadas, por evidenciar entrelaçamentos entre arte, protesto, design, corpo e vivências pessoais, enquanto militante e designer. A análise, reflexão e vivência de tais práticas originaram o trabalho de campo da pesquisadora, que mediou oficinas online com mulheres. A metodologia das oficinas foi pensada a fim de potencializar o processo criativo e a experiência de estar juntas. Baseando-se na pesquisa-ação e pesquisa criativa, propõe-se queerizar o design e ampliar as abordagens possíveis ao campo. As práticas coletivas propostas nas oficinas criaram vínculos, amizades e relações de mentoria através das oficinas de sensibilização, organizando mulheres em torno de um debate em comum, fortalecendo os movimentos feministas, dando a ver que os problemas vividos pelas mulheres são, em sua maioria, estruturais e coletivos, não individuais e privados. Todo o desenvolvimento do campo se deu remotamente, durante a pandemia da COVID-19, adicionando uma outra camada de complexidade inesperada à pesquisa. / [en] We present an attempt to develop feminist-oriented design practices, through an approach to the field of design that tries to distance itself from the essentialist approaches that historically place the designer as a creative genius or that define design drawing from idealized abstractions. Inspired by the praxis of feminist consciousness raising groups from the 1960s, and from other dynamics of the feminisms from 2015 onwards, we study collective feminist activities of a critical nature to think about the processes of construction of social relations that are not directly mediated by capital, with a special emphasis in creative processes. Meetings, performances, aesthetic-political actions, construction of strikes and demonstrations, are some of the actions here addressed to help us highlight the overlaying between art, protest, design, bodies, and personal experiences, especially in their intertwining with the categories of militancy and design. The analysis, reflection and experience of such practices originated the fieldwork that took place in this project, which was based on online workshops for women, mediated by this researcher. The methodology of the workshops was designed to highlight the role of the creative processes in the collective female experience. Based on action-research and creative research, we propose to queerize design, transgress practices, and expand the possibilities of field of action. The collective practices proposed in our workshops created bonds of friendship and mentoring based on sensitization, on the organization of women around common agendas, on the strengthening of feminist consciences, all of which indicated that several of the problems experienced by women in general are structural and collective, and not individual and private. Lastly all of our field development took place remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which also added another (unexpected) layer of complexity to our research.

[pt] Ao menos desde 1916, a quitação é um instituto típico do Direito Privado brasileiro. Mas é certo que, muito antes disso, a quitação já era um instrumento socialmente típico e de absoluta relevância, com presença marcante no tráfico negocial. Apesar da sua importância prática, o instituto da quitação carece de trabalhos monográficos específicos a seu respeito. E custa caro aos tribunais brasileiros a inexistência de um estudo dedicado à sistematização do instituto e ao estabelecimento de parâmetros interpretativos para as situações em que o alcance da eficácia da quitação é objeto de controvérsia. Somente na Segunda Seção do Superior Tribunal de Justiça – órgão fracionário de elevada hierarquia dentro da Corte nacional que tem exatamente a função de uniformizar a jurisprudência – há entendimentos conflitantes sobre a interpretação da quitação que geram insegurança e incerteza ao jurisdicionado quanto aos critérios a serem analisados pelo intérprete para autorizar ou não a investida judicial para ver complementada uma obrigação já anteriormente quitada. Nesse cenário, com o objetivo de, em alguma medida, preencher tal lacuna doutrinária, este trabalho analisará o instituto da quitação de forma sistematizada à luz da legislação brasileira, abordará o seu perfil funcional, examinará precedentes do Superior Tribunal de Justiça que revelam séria divergência e buscará oferecer parâmetros interpretativos para os impasses a respeito do alcance da quitação. / [en] At least since 1916, the discharge is a typical institute of Brazilian Private Law. However, it is certain that, long before that, discharge was already a relevant and socially typical instrument, continuously present in business traffic. Despite its practical importance, the discharge institute lacks specific monographic works about it. And it is costly to the Brazilian courts that there is no study dedicated to systematizing the institute and establishing interpretative parameters for situations in which the scope of the effectiveness of the discharge is a controversial topic. For example, in the Second Section of the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice – a hierarchically high part within the national Court that has the exact function of standardizing the jurisprudence – there are conflicting understandings on the interpretation of the discharge that create insecurity and uncertainty for the person subject to its jurisdiction related to the criteria to be analyzed by the interpreter in order to authorize or not the judicial onslaught to see a previously settled obligation complemented. In this scenario, with the objective of, to some extent, filling this doctrinal gap, this work will analyze the institute of discharge in a systematized way in light of the Brazilian law system, address its functional profile, examine precedents of the Superior Court of Justice representing serious divergence and seek to offer interpretative parameters for certain impasses regarding the scope of the discharge.

[pt] Um estudo de caráter etnográfico e comparativo entre dois grupos de homens que se reúnem para falar sobre masculinidade, sexualidade e gênero através da internet. O primeiro grupo se aproxima dos grupos terapêuticos clássicos, nos quais diferentes indivíduos se reúnem para falar especificamente sobre seus sentimentos mais adversos. O segundo grupo se reúne com a proposta de debater um tema específico, com o objetivo de encontrar nas suas memórias, sensações e comportamentos exemplos que se aproximem do tema em voga. Os dois grupos resultam da luta dos movimentos feministas que incentivam os homens a se reunirem para falar sobre gênero, entender as suas problemáticas e encontrar soluções, afastando-os da figura clássica, generalista e naturalista de vilanesco, relacionando o homem a também parte de um processo histórico e social de construção de um papel social oposto às mulheres, ligado à dominação. As diferentes motivações dos participantes desses grupos estão relacionadas desde a paternidade até sua relação com a pornografia e a traição. Pretende-se contribuir para os estudos sobre masculinidades no Brasil a partir das lentes da Antropologia das Emoções e da Antropologia das Terapias (Favret-Saada, 2005). / [en] An ethnographic and comparative study between two groups of men who meet to talk about masculinity, sexuality and gender through the internet. The first group approaches classical therapeutic groups, in which different individuals get together to talk specifically about their most adverse feelings. The second group meets with a fixed theme, with the proposal to find examples in their memories, sensations and behaviors that are close to the current theme. These two groups are the result of the struggle of feminist movements that open and encourage men to come together to talk about gender, understand their problems and find solutions, moving them away from the classic, generalist and naturalist figure of villainy, relating man to also being part of a historical and social process of construction of a social role opposed to women, linked to domination. The motivations of the participants in these groups range from paternity to their relationship with pornography and cheating. I understand this document as a contribution to the historical overview of studies on masculinities in Brazil from the lens of Anthropology of Emotions and Anthropology of Therapies (Favret-Saada, 2005).

[pt] A dissertação tem como objeto a análise do consentimento informado do paciente no âmbito da telemedicina, especialmente na relação médico-paciente realizada em estabelecimento hospitalares. Nesse sentido, são destacadas as modalidades da telemedicina com o escopo de identificar e atribuir a responsabilidade civil pela violação do consentimento informado do paciente em cada categoria, com base nas normas deontológicas e na legislação pertinente. Com efeito, a dissertação buscará responder os seguintes questionamentos: (a) como respeitar o consentimento informado do paciente na seara da telemedicina? (b) como deve ser efetivado o termo de consentimento informado em cada modalidade da telemedicina? (c) como imputar a responsabilidade civil na relação médico-paciente oriunda da violação do consentimento informado no campo da telemedicina? (d) como provar o consentimento do paciente no âmbito da telemedicina? Para tanto, analisa-se a evolução do consentimento informado do paciente, chegando-se a conclusão de que a autodeterminação é parte integrante da dignidade humana e deve ser respeitada na relação médico-paciente, sob pena de ser imputada a respectiva responsabilidade civil. Nessa toada, discorre-se sobre o desenvolvimento do atendimento médico realizado à distância, bem como são analisadas decisões judiciais a respeito do tema a fim de demonstrar as dificuldades concernentes à consumação do consentimento informado do paciente no âmbito da telemedicina. Por conseguinte, são apresentadas proposições para inclusão no termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido com o escopo de facilitar a compreensão do paciente no atendimento telepresencial e possibilitar a concretização do consentimento informado. Enfim, considerando a dificuldade na produção probatória relacionada ao consentimento informado do paciente, é apresentada uma recomendação que visa contribuir com o aperfeiçoamento da relação médico-paciente no campo da telemedicina. / [en] The dissertation has as its object the analysis of the patient s informed consent in the context of Telemedicine, especially in the doctor-patient relationship carried out in hospitals. In this sense, it is intended to discuss the modalities of telemedicine, identifying and attributing civil liability for the violation of the patient s informed consent in each category, based on deontological norms and on the institutes of the Consumer Defense Code. Consequently, the dissertation will seek to answer the following questions: (a) how to respect the informed consent of the patient in the field of telemedicine? (b) how should the informed consent form be implemented in each modality of telemedicine? (c) how to impute civil liability in the doctor-patient relationship arising from the violation of consent in the field of telemedicine? (d) how to prove the patient s consent in the context of telemedicine? To this end, the evolution of the patient s informed consent is analyzed, reaching the conclusion that self-determination is an integral part of human dignity and must be respected in the doctor-patient relationship, under penalty of being imputed the respective civil liability. In this sense, the development of remote medical care is discussed, as well as judicial decisions on the subject are analyzed in order to demonstrate the difficulties concerning the consummation of the patient s informed consent in the context of telemedicine. Indeed, propositions are presented for inclusion in the free and informed consent form with the aim of facilitating the patient s understanding in telepresence care and enabling the implementation of informed consent. At the end, considering the difficulty in producing evidence related to the patient s informed consent, a recommendation is presented that aims to contribute to the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship in the field of telemedicine.

[pt] Próprio do presente momento histórico e da vigente fase de desenvolvimento do capitalismo, o processo de metropolização do espaço acarreta metamorfoses sociais, políticas, econômicas, culturais – portanto, espaciais – inéditas. Marcado pela exacerbação da sociedade de controle e segurança, sob o domínio da biopolítica, o atual momento histórico é de exacerbação dos efeitos da globalização e do aperfeiçoamento de tecnologias de informação e comunicação, assim como de tecnologias bélicas e de vigilância. Nesse contexto, constatamos que a reestruturação produtiva da economia (as transformações decorrentes a hegemonia do trabalho imaterial), a pandemia do covid-19 e o exercício do controle na era da informação possuem fortes vínculos e repercussões espaciais, especialmente no que concerne às metamorfoses metropolitanas em curso. Desse modo, indicamos como nossa tese que a exacerbação da sociedade do controle e segurança e sua disseminação para todas as dimensões da vida, o exercício da biopolítica, a metamorfose metropolitana e a reestruturação produtiva (com a consolidação da hegemonia do trabalho imaterial), na era da informação, inauguram uma nova fase da (re)produção capitalista: a metropolização do espaço. Assim sendo, nosso objetivo central será analisar os vínculos espaciais entre a exacerbação da sociedade de controle e segurança sob o paradigma da biopolítica, a reestruturação produtiva e o decurso da globalização à luz do processo de metropolização do espaço. / [en] Specific to the present historical moment and to the current phase of development of capitalism, the process of metropolization of space leads to unprecedented social, political, economic, cultural – and therefore spatial – metamorphoses. Marked by the exacerbation of the society of control and security, under the domain of biopolitics, the current historical moment is one of exacerbating the effects of globalization and the improvement of information and communication technologies, as well as war and surveillance technologies In this context, we found that the productive restructuring of the economy (the transformations resulting from the hegemony of immaterial labor), the covid-19 pandemic and the exercise of control in the information age have strong links and spatial repercussions, especially with regard to the ongoing metropolitan metamorphoses. Thus, we indicate as our thesis that the exacerbation of the society of control and security and its dissemination to all dimensions of life, the exercise of biopolitics, the metropolitan metamorphosis and the productive restructuring (with the consolidation of the hegemony of immaterial labour), in information age, inaugurate a new phase of capitalist (re)production: the metropolization of space. Therefore, our central objective will be to analyse the spatial links between the exacerbation of the society of control and security under the paradigm of biopolitics, productive restructuring and the course of globalization in the light of the process of space metropolization.

[pt] Inicialmente, investigamos o movimento de patologização que levou a angústia a ser tomada de compromisso, definição freudiana geral para o sintoma. Entretanto, os como transtorno de ansiedade. Para isso, percorremos o histórico desse fenômeno nos manuais de classificação de doenças e transtornos – DSM e CID. Constatamos como, na clínica psiquiátrica, a angústia é equivalente a um sintoma a ser eliminado; enquanto na clínica psicanalítica o sintoma é uma expressão subjetiva que carrega uma mensagem do inconsciente a ser decifrada. As contribuições de Freud e Lacan sobre a angústia apontam que ela deve ser tomada como um afeto e não um sintoma, no sentido em que sua expressividade subjetiva não se faz ao modo da formação autores consideram que há uma relação possível entre angústia e sintoma analítico, já que o sintoma pode ser uma via de tratamento simbólico que permite desangustiar o sujeito. Neste sentido, Lacan segue a proposta freudiana de considerar a angústia em relação a um perigo fundamental, o da castração como desamparo primordial. Para tanto, após breve percurso sobre as indicações essenciais de Freud e Lacan sobre a angústia, investigaremos a proposta lacaniana da sintomatização da angústia como possibilidade para o tratamento psicanalítico. / [en] Initially, we investigate the pathologization movement that led to the anguish to be taken as an anxiety disorder. by raising the history of this phenomenon in disease and disorder classification manuals - DSM and CID. We see that in the psychiatric clinic, anguish is equivalent to a symptom to be eliminated; While in the psychoanalytic clinic the symptom is a subjective expression that carries a message from the unconscious to be deciphered. Freud and Lacan s contributions to anguish point out that it should be taken as an affection and not a symptom, in the sense that its subjective expressiveness is not made in the way of forming commitment, general definition general for the symptom. However, the authors consider that there is a possible relationship between anguish and analytical symptom, since the symptom can be a symbolic treatment that allows the decrease of the amount of anguish in the subject. In this regard, Lacan follows the Freudian proposal to consider anguish in relation to a fundamental danger, that of castration as primordial helplessness. To this end, in addition to a brief course on Freud and Lacan s essential indications of anguish, we will investigate the Lacanian proposal of the symptomatization of anguish as a possibility for psychoanalytic treatment.

[pt] A presente tese busca promover um estudo sobre a questão do reconhecimento na clínica psicanalítica. Para tal, serão traçadas as linhas a partir das quais o reconhecimento atua no movimento de constituição subjetiva do indivíduo na saúde, tornando possível para este a expressão de seu potencial espontâneo. Será apresentada a ideia segundo a qual o modelo do trauma pode ser identificado enquanto o negativo do reconhecimento, implicando em um movimento de rearranjo da própria organização e funcionamento do psiquismo. A partir destes dois pontos traçaremos uma delimitação clínica da questão do reconhecimento a partir dos casos limite. Este enfoque nos possibilitará findar nossas ponderações sobre a temática do reconhecimento articulando nossa temática central a posição do analista e seu manejo. Com isso nos veremos diante da importância da presença e de uma ética psicanalítica pautada no cuidado para que, a partir de uma dinâmica de reconhecimento de dupla hélice em comunhão aum movimento regressivo, novas formas de ser, estar e se relacionar no mundo possam ser criadas pelo paciente. / [en] The present thesis seeks to promote a study of the recognition in the psychoanalytic clinic. To make it possible we will draw the lines to defend that the recognition is an important part in thenatural movement of the individual s subjective constitution, and make possible for the subjectto express himself spontaneously according with his own potential. That idea will be present in parallel with the trauma model that we identified as the negative of recognition. This consideration imply a movement of rearrangement of psychic organization and functioning itself. To discuss these two point we will present a clinical delimitation on the limit cases. With that, we will discuss the importance of presence and a psychoanalytic ethics based on care. With that, we will present to the reader a dynamic of the recognition of a double helix that in communion with a regressive movement makes possible the emergence of new ways of being relating in the world.

[pt] O processo de construção e socialização do conhecimento geográfico escolar, de modo geral, é a discussão dessa tese de doutorado. Especificamente, a discussão se constrói tendo como foco o que chamamos de teorização do pensamento geográfico, ou seja, o debate acerca da identidade disciplinar, da importância do conhecimento geográfico e, por fim, do acionamento do conceito espaço. O trabalho nasce no pensar a construção de uma aula para o 1º ano do ensino médio e vai, ao longo dos capítulos, construindo-se como uma pesquisa científica. Teoricamente, o estudo se fundamenta a partir de pesquisas sobre currículo (LOPES, 2004; MACEDO, 2006), produção curricular (OLIVEIRA, 2012), cotidiano (FERRAÇO et al, 2018), conhecimento escolar (GABRIEL, 2013, 2015), saber docente (TARDIF, 2014), educação geográfica (ROQUE ASCENÇÃO; VALADÃO, 2017; CAVALCANTI, 2019) e teorização do pensamento geográfico (MASSEY, 2009; GOMES, 2017; CAVALCANTI, 2019). Como via de operacionalização, entrevistamos um conjunto de professores que, sendo lotados em um Colégio de Aplicação, trabalham simultaneamente na educação básica e no ensino superior com a formação de professores. Estruturamos, com base nesse escopo teórico e no empírico por nós explorados, uma proposta em como trabalhar a teorização do pensamento geográfico na escola e demonstramos a relevância de posicionar a escola como condição espacial da prática docente. Por fim, ao longo desse estudo, também investimos na construção de uma perspectiva geográfica para pensarmos a educação ao longo de temáticas diversas (escola, currículo, construção e socialização do conhecimento escolar, etc). / [ca] The process of construction and socialization of school geographic knowledge, in general, is the discussion of this doctoral thesis. Specifically, the discussion is built focusing on what we call theorization of geographic thought, that is, the debate about disciplinary identity, the importance of geographic knowledge and, finally, the activation of the concept of space. The work is born in thinking about the construction of a class for the 1st year of high school and, throughout the chapters, it builds itself as a scientific research. Theoretically, the study is based on research on curriculum (LOPES, 2004; MACEDO, 2006), curriculum production (OLIVEIRA, 2012), daily life (FERRAÇO et al, 2018), school knowledge (GABRIEL, 2013, 2015), knowledge (TARDIF, 2014), geographic education (ROQUE ASCENÇÃO; VALADÃO, 2017; CAVALCANTI, 2019) and theorization of geographic thinking (MASSEY, 2009; GOMES, 2017; CAVALCANTI, 2019). As a means of operationalization, we interviewed a group of teachers who, being allocated in a College of Application, work simultaneously in basic education and in higher education with teacher training. We structured, based on this theoretical and empirical scope explored by us, a proposal on how to work the theorization of geographic thinking at school and demonstrated the relevance of positioning the school as a spatial condition of teaching practice. Finally, throughout this study, we also invested in building a geographical perspective to think about education along different themes (school, curriculum, construction and socialization of school knowledge, etc.).
