[pt] A teoria pulsional foi, e continua sendo, constantemente repensada e modificada. É essencialmente em torno da questão pulsional que as diferentes escolas pós-freudianas se posicionam e configuram abordagens teóricas e clínicas por vezes antagônicas. Após contextualizar a origem do conceito de pulsão e apresentar suas modificações na obra de Freud, a tese foca a releitura dos teóricos da relação de objeto, especialmente Winnicott, marcando sua filiação ferencziana. Ao contrário de Freud, para quem a pulsão é a substância mesma da experiência, em Winnicott, a pulsão só vem a ganhar importância na experiência em um segundo momento, após a integração do self. A partir da perspectiva winnicottiana, e da leitura mais recente de autores franceses, como André Green, que procuram enriquecer a teoria pulsional com as teorizações e os dados clínicos da perspectiva da relação de objeto, a tese visa mostrar como a oposição entre as duas teorias, a da pulsão e a da relação de objeto, está sendo ultrapassada na psicanálise contemporânea. / [fr] La théorie pulsionnelle n`a jamais cessé d`être constamment repensée et modifiée. C`est essentiellement autour de la question du pulsionnel que les différentes écoles post-freudiennes se positionnent, configurant des choix théoriques et cliniques divers et parfois même antagoniques. Après avoir éclairci l`origine du concept de pulsion et présenté les modifications que l`ceuvre freudienne y a apportées, la thèse expose la relecture des théoriciens de la relation d`objet, notamment Winnicott, soulignant leur filiation ferenczienne. La pulsion chez Winnicott ne prend de l`importance que dans un deuxième moment, après l`intégration du self. De ce point de vue et selon les contributions de quelques auteurs français, comme André Green, qui essayent d`enrichir la théorie pulsionnelle avec les données cliniques issues de la perspective objectale, la thèse vise aussi à démontrer comment l`opposition entre la théorie classique de la pulsion et la théorie de la relation d`objet est dépassée dans la psychanalyse contemporaine.

[pt] O potencial criativo e de simbolização de crianças de duas favelas do Rio de Janeiro, Turano e Chapéu Mangueira, foi o ponto de partida para a presente pesquisa que se propõe a investigar a estruturação e as estratégias de subjetivação apresentadas neste contexto sócio-cultural, muitas vezes hostil e violento. Utilizamos casos e experiências vividas na ONG Casa da Árvore para desenvolver este estudo e retratar a realidade revelada nas falas e brincadeiras das crianças. O objetivo desta dissertação é investigar como se constitui um sujeito que vive constantemente em uma realidade onde o medo, o terror e o desamparo se apresentam de forma tão intensa e o potencial traumático precisa ser considerado. Trabalhamos com a hipótese de que neste ambiente traumático a comunidade e os laços afetivos existentes amenizam o potencial desestruturante. Com a sua hospitalidade e empatia, a comunidade forneceria o acolhimento necessário para propiciar um desenvolvimento saudável. No entanto, acreditamos também que o excesso de desamparo do ambiente pode acarretar um amadurecimento precoce da criança como uma tentativa de cura, de sabiamente cuidar de si. / [en] The creative and symbolization potential of children from two slums, Turano and Chapéu Mangueira in Rio de Janeiro was the jumping-off point for this research that proposes an investigation of the structure and subjectification strategies presented in this often violent and hostile socio-cultural context. We used cases and experiences lived out at the NGO Casa da Árvore in order to develop this study and to create a portrait of the reality revealed within the slums and in the children s play. The goal of this dissertation is to investigate how a subject that lives constantly in a reality where fear, terror and helplessness are constantly present in an intense and potentially traumatic way needs to be considered. We work with the hypothesis that in this traumatic environment, the existing community and affective ties alleviate the deconstructive potential. With its hospitality and empathy, the community provides the necessary refuge to propitiate a healthy development. We believe, however, that the excess of destitution of the environment can result in the early maturity of the child in an attempt to cure, to wisely care for themselves.

[pt] A partir das possibilidades de diálogo franqueadas pela relação entre psicanálise e literatura, visa-se, tomando como recurso o texto literário encerrado em duas novelas de Stefan Zweig, a investigar, desenvolver e ilustrar os conceitos de amor, feminino e gozo, aludidos no título desta dissertação. Tomando a sexualidade feminina como referencial, pretende-se examinar o gozo feminino e sua articulação com o amor, restringindo-o a um construto teórico próprio do campo psicanalítico. Para tanto, considera-se as parcerias amorosas como via privilegiada de demonstração e incidência do fenômeno da devastação para uma elucidação mais apurada acerca das ideias propostas como dirigentes deste trabalho. Apresenta-se, então, como proposta, o desenvolvimento do tema alicerçado em dois eixos: a partir da reassunção do questionamento de Freud o que quer uma mulher?, e a trajetória de Lacan no que diz respeito a lógica da sexuação do sujeito nas conormidades do feminino e, também, a depuração da concessão da loucura, ou em linguagem popular pirações, como iminente insígnia da mulher relacionada ao gozo e, logicamente, ao amor e à devastação, aspectos encontrados e evidenciados na produção de Zweig. / [en] Based on the possible dialogue given by the relation between psychoanalysis and literature, it is aimed, throughout the literature text enclosed in two novels of Stefan Zweig as resource, to investigate, to develop and to illustrate the concepts of love, feminine and jouissance, alluded in the title of this dissertation. Taking the feminine sexuality as a reference, it is intended to examine the concept of feminine jouissance and its relationship to love, restricting it to a theoretical construct of the psychoanalytic field. For this, the amorous partnership is considered as a privileged way of demonstration and incidence of the phenomenon of devastation for a more detailed elucidation about the main ideas of this work. As a proposal, the development of the theme is based on two axes: from the reassumption of Freud s question what does a woman want?, and Lacan s trajectory with respect to the logic of the subject s sexuation in the conformity of the feminine, and also the concession of madness, or in popular language (in portuguese) pirações, as a woman s insignia related to jouissance and, logically, to love and devastation, aspects found and evidenced in the production of Zweig.

[pt] O presente trabalho tem como objetivo central discutir as experimentações técnicas de Sándor Ferenczi frente aos impasses oriundos de sua clínica com pacientes difíceis . Neste sentido, buscamos apresentar como seus remanejamentos teóricos e reformulações técnicas foram, aos poucos, se distinguindo dos pressupostos básicos da técnica psicanalítica formulada por Freud. Assim, após uma discussão pormenorizada sobre os limites da técnica e da análise nos dois autores, abordamos as inovações de Ferenczi como possíveis norteadores para pensarmos os impasses da clínica contemporânea. Além disso, mostramos como sua obra pode ser tomada como matriz teórica para outros desenvolvimentos conceituais em psicanálise, sobretudo, os de Michael Balint e Donald Winnicott. / [en] The aim of this dissertation is to discuss the technical experiments of Sándor Ferenczi born from his clinic with difficult patients . In order to explain his efforts, we present how his theoretical changes and technique reformulations were gradually distinguishing from the basic knowledge of psychoanalytic technique formulated by Freud. So, after a detailed discussion of the limits of psychoanalytic technique in both authors, we present Ferenczi s innovations as a possible guide to think the difficulties in contemporary clinic. In addition, we explain how his work can be taken as theoretical framework to other conceptual developments in psychoanalysis, especially in the work of Michael Balint and Donald Winnicott.

[pt] Investiga-se os elementos da fantasia que influenciam a percepção e as reações sociais e subjetivas aos crimes sexuais, e seus efeitos na teorização das perversões, desde sua origem na Medicina Legal do Século XIX. A abordagem é orientada à elucidação das moções pulsionais que determinam as características dos discursos que delimitam o perverso como uma entidade nosográfica. / [en] This thesis investigates fantasy elements that influence the perception and the social and subjective reactions to sexual crimes, and their effect on the theorization of perversions, from its origins in nineteenth century s Legal Medicine. The approach is focused on elucidating the impulses which determine the characteristics of the discourses that define perversion as a nosographic entity.

[pt] Este trabalho analisa as diferentes formas de inserção do saber psicanalítico no contexto institucional, notadamente nos CAPS da Rede de Serviços Substitutivos em Saúde Mental. Procura resgatar a forma de constituição destes dispositivos e equipamentos que tentam levar adiante a proposta da Reforma Psiquiátrica brasileira. Estabelece alguns pontos fundamentais da dinâmica clínica e social no cuidado e na assistência em saúde mental, com vistas a melhor demarcar os desafios da clínica ampliada neste contexto. Serve-se das experiências clínicas empreendidas por profissionais em todo o Brasil para pensar um modelo de psicoterapia de grupo que possa fazer frente às necessidades que a instituição apresenta, e às demandas dos chamados usuários do sistema público de saúde. Retoma o desenvolvimento das técnicas grupais em psicanálise e defende a grupoterapia como dispositivo clínico e técnico, que pode apresentar bons resultados, tanto no plano da reabilitação social dos pacientes, quanto no âmbito da clínica da subjetividade. / [en] This paper explores the different methods for introducing psychoanalytic knowledge into the modern institutional care system, with focus on the CAPS Network substitutive services in Mental Health. It seeks to define and evaluate the origns and evolution of these practices and facilities that aim to implament the proposed Psychiatric Reform in Brazil. Some of the fundamental aspects and social dynamics of clinical assistance and mental health care are established in order to better define the challenges of extended clinic in this context. This research considers clinical trials undertaken by professionals in Brazil to develop a model of group psychotherapy able to address the needs and requirements inherent in the current institutional public health system, while meeting clinical demands and providing individual treatment plans for the users/patients. The modern development of group techniques in psychoanalysis is discussed. In addition, group therapy - as a clinical and technical device capable of delivering positive results - is supported both in terms of the social rehabilitation of patients, as well as in the the subjective clinic.

[pt] Esta tese tem como objetivo central a realização de um confronto entre as abordagens de duas linhas de pensamento sobre a questão política. A primeira é aquela que vai da filosofia da diferença construída por Gilles Deleuze até a teoria política de Antonio Negri, a segunda, da psicanálise de Jacques Lacan até a filosofia de Slavoj Zizek. Trata-se, em um primeiro momento, de desenvolver o tema da política conforme este aparece nas obras de Lacan e Deleuze. Em Deleuze, buscaremos traçar os contornos fundamentais da filosofia da diferença elaborada pelo autor. Em seguida, analisaremos a proposição de uma nova teoria política que é empreendida pelo autor nos anos 70 junto a Félix Guattari. No caso de Lacan, nosso foco será nas consequências política do movimento em que o psicanalista se afasta, a partir dos anos 60, do paradigma estruturalista e simbólico que havia constituído a base de sua teoria nos anos 50. Buscaremos investigar, em Antonio Negri e Slavoj Zizek, dois dos mais importantes filósofos que, atualmente, se encarregam de continuar a linha de pensamento inaugurada por Deleuze, no caso de Negri, e por Lacan, no de Zizek. / [en] Our main goal in this thesis is to study the political implications of two lines of thought and they differences. The first is the one that goes, thought the philosophy of Gilles Deleuze to the works of Toni Negri, and the second, thought the psychoanalysis of Jacques Lacan to the philosophy of Slavoj Zizek. In Deleuze, we seek to trace the contours of the philosophy of difference created by the author. Our next move is to analyze the proposition of a new political theory that was undertaken by the author in the 70s along with Félix Guattari. In the case of Lacan, our focus will be on political consequences of the movement in which the psychoanalyst, in the 60s, moves away from the symbolic and structuralist paradigm that had formed the basis of his theory in the 50s. And in Antonio Negri and Slavoj Zizek we find two of the most important philosophers who are currently responsible for continuing the line of thought that was inaugurated by Deleuze, in the case of Negri, and Lacan, in the case of Zizek.

[pt] A tese tem como tema a ênfase dada por Lacan à linguagem na experiência psicanalítica, em diferentes momentos de seu ensino. A partir da oposição entre modelos de linguagem que reduzem seu objeto às leis internas ao sistema da língua, e modelos que abarcam a posição dos falantes e o contexto discursivo, buscamos verificar qual concepção de linguagem Lacan usa quando teoriza sobre a linguagem na experiência analítica. A fim de demarcar a especificidade do campo psicanalítico, cotejamos a noção de linguagem em Lacan com o modelo estruturalista e com a filosofia pragmática da linguagem. / [en] This thesis has as its theme the emphasis given by Lacan to the language in the psychoanalytic experience, during different moments of his teaching. From the opposition between language models that reduce their object to the internal laws of the language system and models that embrace the position of the speakers and the discursive context, we seek to determine which is the conception of language Lacan uses when theorizing on language in the psychoanalytic experience. In order to demarcate the specificity of the psychoanalytic field, we compare the notion of language in Lacan with the structuralist model and the pragmatic philosophy of language.

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo destacar os elementos de satisfação presentes na neurose histérica, considerando que há um núcleo ligado a essa satisfação que, desde Freud, está para além da organização da novela familiar enredada pelo Complexo de Édipo. Para isso, é fundamental retomar o caso Dora, paciente atendida por Freud, propondo esta perspectiva: de que há um material de satisfação estranho, sem sentido, no sintoma histérico, que escapa à ordem prometida pelo pai. Essa questão será aprofundada no quarto capítulo deste trabalho, onde será trabalhada a histeria em nossos tempos. A interpretação paterna, que organiza uma vida, através de sentidos compartilhados, pode vir em um segundo tempo. Obviamente não está em questão retirar a importância que o complexo paterno, especialmente a identificação ao pai, possui em relação ao sintoma histérico. Nesta direção esta investigação se propõe a evidenciar e trabalhar a seguinte tensão: se ao mesmo tempo em que há uma satisfação no sintoma histérico, que é remetida ao pai como mensagem que busca uma resposta, há também uma parte da satisfação que não quer dizer nada, que porta um indizível, e ao mesmo tempo opera em cada sujeito, marcaram os corpos falantes com uma escrita que não é compreensível, mas que orienta um estilo de viver. A dissertação ainda aponta para o desafio que a clínica atual lança aos psicanalistas na medida em que hoje o Outro, uma certa alteridade, não está facilmente localizável, o que gera consequências clínicas, inclusive para a função do analista como aquele que supostamente saberia algo a respeito do sofrimento do sujeito. / [en] This dissertation has the purpose to detach the satisfaction elements presents in hysterical neurosis considering that there is a nucleon connected to this satisfaction that since Freud is beyond the arrangements of the family novel entangled by the Oedipus Complex. In order to achieve that is essential to resume Dora case, patient attended by Freud, proposing the perspective that there is a strange and meaningless material of satisfaction in the hysterical symptom that escapes the order promised by the father. This matter will be deepened on the forth chapter of this essay where the theme of hysteria in our times will be wrought. The paternal interpretation which organizes a life through shared meanings can come on a second time. Obviously it is not in concern withdraw the importance that the paternal complex has in relation with the hysterical symptom specially regarding the identification with the father. In this direction this research proposes itself to point and work over the following tension. If at the same time exists a satisfaction in the hysterical symptom that is referred to the father as a message that seeks for an answer there is also a part of the satisfaction that does not mean anything carrying an unspeakable at the same time that operates in each subject, marked their speaking bodies, with a writing that is not comprehensible yet guides a way of living. The present dissertation also points the challenge launched by the contemporaneous clinic to the psychoanalysts as in nowadays the Other, a certain otherness, it is not easily located which generates clinical consequences including to the function of the analyst as the one that is supposed to know something regarding the subject s suffering.

[pt] Esta tese apresenta um novo espaço terapêutico grupal: o Espaço de acolhimento mãe-bebê. Sua dinâmica busca integrar a escuta psicanalítica a uma prática corporal - a massagem shantala para bebês -, objetivando consolidar o vínculo materno-infantil e facilitar os processos de integração somato-psíquico inerentes à constituição da subjetividade. Trata-se, sobretudo, de ressaltar a importância do trabalho psicanalítico no campo da provisão ambiental. Parte do pressuposto de que os processos de integração somato-psíquicos se constituem a partir de duas dimensões interatuantes: uma referente ao campo das experiências somáticas e outra em relação às trocas do indivíduo com o meio ambiente - o contexto sócio-cultural. O desenvolvimento da proposta apresentada - a criação do Espaço de acolhimento mãe-bebê - foi trabalhado a partir da elaboração de um referencial teórico-clínico-metodológico, com o objetivo de fundamentar e construir o campo. A pesquisa foi implementada no Posto de Saúde da comunidade Chapéu Mangueira, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, onde mães e seus bebes foram introduzidas à técnica da shantala. A repercussão positiva do trabalho realizado conduziu a sua integração à rede de cuidados oferecidos pelo Posto. / [en] This thesis presents a new therapeutic grupal space: Mother- Baby s Holding Space. Its dynamics looks for an integration between psychoanalytic understanding to a corporal practice - the shantala massage for babies -, objectifying to consolidate the mother-infant relationship and to facilitate the somato-psychic integration processes inherent in the constitution of the subjectivity. It is, above all, of standing out the importance of the psychoanalytic work in the field of the environmental provision. The work is based on the assumption that the somato-psychic integration processes are constituted starting from two interacting dimensions: one regarding the somatic experiences areas, the other one relating to the individual s interchanges with the environment - the social-cultural context. The development of the presented proposal - the creation of a mother-baby s welcoming space - was based upon the elaboration of a theoretical-clinical- methodological referential network, aiming to establish the fundamental basis of the proposed field. The research was implemented in the Health Care Center of the community Chapéu Mangueira, in the city of Rio de Janeiro, where mothers and their babies were introduced to the technique of the shantala. The positive repercussion of the accomplished work drove its integration as one of the regular services offered by the Center.
