[pt] A partir do Concílio Vaticano II e, particularmente, a partir do decreto Optatam Totius, foi pedida uma renovação da Teologia Moral segundo três orientações fundamentais: o resgate da tradição bíblica, o acento na História da Salvação e o vínculo com a Liturgia. Tal renovação se faz urgente e necessária face aos inúmeros desafios para se tratar teologicamente do tema da sexualidade na pós-modernidade. É por essa razão, que a mistagogia da Iniciação Cristã apresenta-se como uma maneira de, simultaneamente, atender aos apelos do Concílio Vaticano II e falar uma linguagem acessível ao ser humano pós-moderno. É, com efeito, a partir de uma aproximação mistágógica ao Ritual de Iniciação Cristã de Adultos que se descortinam uma série de implicações para a ética da sexualidade tais como a comunicabilidade, a relacionalidade, a criatividade, a fecundidade, a ludicidade, a responsabilidade, a esponsabilidade, etc. Tais implicações ampliam o horizonte de possibilidade para se tratar do tema da ética da sexualidade na pós-modernidade, ao mesmo tempo que reorientam essa disciplina teológica à centralidade do mistério pascal de Cristo. / [en] From the Second Vatican Council and particularly from the decree Optatam Totius, a renewal of Moral Theology was requested in three basic guidelines: the rescue of the biblical tradition, the accent in the Salvation History and the link with the Liturgy. Such renewal is urgent and necessary in meeting the many challenges to talk theologically about the sexuality in post-modernity. Because of that, the mystagogy of Christian Initiation is presented as a way to simultaneously meet the Second Vatican Council appeals and speak a language accessible to postmodern human being. It is, in effect, from a mystagogical approach to the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults that several implications for the ethics of sexuality such as communicability, relationality, creativity, fertility, playfulness, responsibility, nuptiality, etc., are revealed. Such implications extend the horizon of possibility to address the ethics of sexuality theme in post-modernity, while redirect this theological discipline to the centrality of the Paschal Mystery of Christ.

[pt] O trabalho em questão visa entender como o discurso de direitos humanos e o discurso de orientação sexual e identidade de gênero se sobrepõem no cenário internacional, criando tensões e normatividades que minam diferentes formas de ser, viver ou pensar gênero e sexualidade e esvaziam o político dessas questões na arena internacional. Nesse sentido, o discurso de direitos humanos, como uma solução preexistente para problemas diversos com foco no indivíduo e em uma noção procedimental de justiça, deve ser reavaliado de forma superar sua geografia euro-americana e o frequente embate entre cosmopolitismo e comunitarismo. O modo pelo qual os direitos humanos são aplicados requer sujeitos estáticos, que também são reforçados por meio do discurso de orientação sexual e identidade de gênero, reafirmando os binários ocidentais de gênero e sexualidade e suas normatividades. Direitos relacionados à sexualidade e ao gênero são encarados como mais uma geração de direitos humanos, tendo como guias documentos como a Declaração Universal de Direitos Humanos e negligenciando diálogos contingentes dados em intercâmbio social. O trabalho dialoga com uma abordagem radical e coletiva de direitos humanos, sexualidade e gênero para que se resgate o político dessas questões e a noção de justiça social, bem como se considere as múltiplas constituições dos sujeitos pelo mundo. Em resumo, uma primeira parte se dedica às lacunas nas teorias de RI sobre os temas tratados e, depois, em uma segunda parte, as problematizações e as alternativas são trabalhadas focando mais na prática de relações internacionais em fóruns multilaterais. / [en] The paper aims to understand how the human rights discourse and the sexual orientation and gender identity discourse overlap in the international realm, raising tensions and normativities which undermine different forms of being, living or thinking gender and sexuality and remove the political of these issues in the international arena. In this sense, the human rights discourse, as a pre-existing solution for various problems with focus on the individual and in a procedural view of justice, needs to be revaluated to overcome its Euro-American geography and the frequent debate between cosmopolitism and communitarianism. The way by which human rights are applied demands static subjects that are also reinforced by the sexual orientation and gender identity discourse, reaffirming the western binaries of gender and sexuality and their normativities. Rights related to sexuality and gender are approached as another generation of human rights, having as reference documents like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and neglecting contingent dialogues in social exchange. The paper dialogues with a radical and collective perspective of human rights, sexuality and gender to recover the political of these issues and the notion of social justice, as well as to consider the multiple constitutions of subjects around the world. In sum, a first part of this paper works with the silence of IR theories about the above-mentioned themes and, then, in a second part, the problems and alternatives are thought with focus on the practice of international relations in international forums.

[pt] Esta dissertação analisará a (re)produção das formas de controles de corpos e sexualidades em diferentes espaços e tempos. Tal análise é possível através do entendimento, desenvolvido em trabalhos anteriores, de que o pensamento moldado pela Inquisição e a caça às bruxas na Idade Média foi reproduzido durante a construção do Brasil enquanto sociedade. No trabalho presente, será somada a tal entendimento a hipótese de que o pensamento medieval continua permeando o imaginário social da sociedade brasileira na atualidade. Para tal, serão analisadas práticas de esterilização involuntárias de mulheres negras no Brasil a partir da década de 1980; assim como, discursos e práticas violentas contra a comunidade LGBTQIA+ (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis/Transexuais/Transgêneros, Queers, Intersexuais, Agêneros/Assexuais/Arromânticos e outras possibilidades de orientação sexual e identificação de gênero) perpetrados por grupos contra a ideologia de gênero, representados aqui em grande parte por membros do governo Bolsonaro. Com base em correntes teóricas feministas, principalmente dos feminismos negro e decolonial, serão ressaltados os efeitos das posicionalidades de gênero, sexualidade e raça dos sujeitos alvos de violência. / [en] This dissertation will analyze the (re)production of forms of control of bodies and sexualities in different spaces and times. Such an analysis is possible through the understanding, developed in previous works, that the thought shaped by the Inquisition and the witch hunt in the Middle Ages was reproduced during the construction of Brazil as a society. In the present work, it will be added to this understanding the hypothesis that the medieval thought continues to permeate the social imaginary of Brazilian society today. To this end, involuntary sterilization practices of black women in Brazil from the 1980s will be analyzed; as well as, violent speeches and practices against the LGBTQIA+ (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Trans/Transsexual/Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexuals/Aromantics and other possibilities of sexual orientation and gender identification) community perpetrated by groups against the gender ideology, represented here largely by members of the Bolsonaro government. Based on feminist theoretical currents, mainly black and decolonial feminisms, the effects of the gender, sexuality and race positions of the subjects targeted by violence will be highlighted.

[pt] Considerando os processos de normalização de performances de gênero e sexualidade no contexto familiar, o presente trabalho se debruça sobre as histórias de vida de pessoas que se identificam como LGBTQIA+ acerca de suas experiências com seus familiares. Inserido nas investigações atuais da Linguística Aplicada, a partir da Análise de Narrativa – a qual tem buscado compreender, dentre outras coisas, os processos de produção de vulnerabilidade e subalternidade em práticas sociais e discursivas – buscase compreender os processos de construção identitária, performances, bem como os respectivos discursos que lhes dão suporte. Em um viés metodológico de pesquisa qualitativa e interpretativa, foram gerados dados em situação de entrevista com homens e mulheres cujas performances correspondem ao espectro de sexualidades supracitado. Destas, optou-se por analisar as narrativas de três participantxs. Para isso, foram mobilizadas discussões e ferramental teórico-analítico próprio à Análise de Narrativa, às análises sobre estigma de Goffman (1963) e à Linguística Queer. A análise se dá a partir da divisão laminar em três partes. Na primeira lâmina, busca-se mostrar como identidades são indexadas em relações de sequencialidade na produção de causalidade e por avaliações de modo a produzir a família como uma instituição repressora. Na segunda, pautado no trabalho de face, busca-se mostrar como ocorre a negociação do estigma na interação. Por fim, busca-se mostrar quais sistemas de coerência atuam na construção dessas histórias. A partir disso foi possível compreender como performances identitárias não alinhadas a ideias cis-heteronormativas desencadeiam processos de controle, regulação e repressão. / [en] Taking into account the processes of normalization of experiences of gender and sexuality in the family context, the present work focuses on the life stories of people who identify themselves as LGBTQIA+ regarding their life experiences with their family. As part in the contemporary researches of Applied Linguistics – which has been intending to understand the processes of production of vulnerability and subalternity in discursive and social practices – the processes of identity construction (performance) in these narratives as well as the respective discourses that support it are investigated. In a qualitative and interpretative research methodological bias, data were generated through interview with men and women whose performances correspond to the above-mentioned spectrum of sexualities; for the analysis it was chosen the narratives of three participants. For this, it was mobilized discussions and tools proper to the Narrative Analysis, Intercultural Sociolinguistics and Queer Linguistics. The analysis follows the laminar division in three parts. In the first, it is intent to demonstrate how identities are indexed through sequential relations in the production of causality and through evaluations in order to produce the family as a repressive institution. In the second, based on the face work, we seek to show how a stigma negotiation occurs in the interaction. Finally, based on lexical choices and evaluative sequences, it is intent to show how the Discourse of Repression is indexed in the narratives. From this, it was possible to understand how identity performances not coherent with cis-heternormative values triggered process of control, regulation and repression.

[pt] Esta dissertação propõe abrir um caminho especulativo de imaginação sobre a arquitetura moderna da Casa das Canoas (1951-1953), de autoria do arquiteto carioca Oscar Niemeyer (1907-2012), tendo alguns acontecimentos como âncora. Diferente de uma análise de projeto tradicional de arquitetura, esta pesquisa se desenvolve a partir das relações, dos afetos masculinos, da construção de corpo da modernidade, de sua visão sobre sexualidade e do seu fetiche com gênero. Neste sentido, não só a arquitetura como seus meios de comunicação – desenho, fotografia, escultura, paisagismo ou publicação – , demonstram o arcabouço projetivo das condutas humanas modernas e da construção de sociedade da época. Essas mídias possuem um papel fundamental formador de um imaginário moderno construído segundo prazeres e desejos específicos. Esta pesquisa convida a refletir sobre esses estatutos e a considerar objetos como corpos construídos, bem como a refletir sobre as normas que governam corpos e discursos de acordo com condutas e códigos culturais masculinos. Parto da inevitável consideração de que a prática arquitetônica moderna foi dominada por um pensamento patriarcal e, consequentemente, espaços projetados foram imaginados a partir de fantasias masculinas. Nesse processo está presente uma narrativa crítica à violência deste imaginário, presente em parte na arquitetura moderna brasileira e perpetuada até os dias de hoje. / [en] This dissertation proposes to open a speculative path of imagination about the modern architecture of Casa das Canoas (1951-1953), by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer (1907-2012), having some events as an anchor. Different from a traditional architectural project analysis, this research is developed from its relations, male affections, the construction of a modern body, its vision of sexuality and its gender fetish. In this sense, not only architecture but the media through it was manifested – drawings, photography, sculpture, landscaping or publishing – demonstrate the projective framework of modern human behavior and the construction of society at the time. These media have a fundamental role in forming a modern imagination built according to pleasure and desire. This research invites you to reflect on these statutes and consider objects as constructed bodies, as well as to reflect on the norms that govern bodies and discourses according to male behaviors and cultural codes. I start from the consideration that modern architectural practice was dominated by patriarchal thinking and, consequently, designed spaces were imagined from male fantasies. In this process, a critical narrative of the violence of this imaginary is present in part of modern Brazilian architecture and perpetuated until today.

[pt] Este trabalho de pesquisa se dedica a escutar corpos dissidentes sexuais transviados na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, que a partir de suas práticas estéticopolíticas desobedientes perturbam a heteronormatividade ao questionar classificações e binarismos de gênero e sexo. Uma cartografia de ações insurgentes frente a cada vez maior fascistização da conservadora sociedade brasileira, indissociável do contexto capitalista neoliberal em que está inserida. Corpos insubordinados que transformam as dores e preconceitos que os atravessam em potentes ferramentas de luta política queer não institucionalizadas, para propor novas formas de saber do corpo a partir da arte e do design, transitando pela arte da performance, cyberativismo, pichações, mobilizações de rua e show de drag. Propostas que evocam reflexões críticas sobre questões como a violência sofrida por pessoas trans invisibilizadas pelas lógicas binárias de gênero e sexo; as formas distorcidas de representação e invisibilização de transviados na mídia brasileira; a exaltação das belezas do ânus como órgão reprodutor da diferença e ponto de partida para novas possibilidades de vida; e o estado, família e religião como dispositivos de controle dos corpos transviados. / [en] This research is dedicated to the listening of queer sexual dissident bodies in the city of Rio de Janeiro, who from their disobedient aesthetic-political practices work to disturb the heteronormativity order and question norms and the binary logic of gender and sex. A cartography of insurgent actions as means to face the ever increasing fascistization of the conservative Brazilian society, inseparable from the neoliberal capitalist context in which it operates. Insubordinate bodies that transform the pain and prejudice that cross them into non institutionalized powerful queer political tools, to propose new ways of existence through art and design practices: the art of performance, cyberactivism, graffiti, street mobilizations and drag shows. Proposals that evoke reflections on critical issues such as violence experienced by trans people made invisible by the binary logic of gender and sex; the distorted forms of representation and invisibility of queer people in the Brazilian media; the exaltation of the beauty of the anus as a reproductive organ of difference and the starting point for new possibilities of life; and the state, family and religion as control devices of queer bodies.

[pt] Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar as repercussões do declínio da lógica fálico-edípica sobre a produção psicanalítica a respeito da sexualidade feminina. Para tanto, traça o perfil do lugar do pai na modernidade e a fragilização deste lugar na contemporaneidade. A seguir mostra os reflexos desse estado de coisas na teorização psicanalítica atual sobre a mulher através da apresentação e discussão dos conceitos de objeto a, por um lado, e feminilidade, por outro, representativos de duas teorias psicanalíticas contemporâneas que estudam a questão da mulher. / [en] This dissertation has the purpose of analyzing the consequences of the decline of the phallic logic on the psychoanalytic theory about female sexuality. In order to do so, it discusses the role of the father in modernity and its weakening in contemporary society. Next it shows the effects of this state of affairs on current psychoanalytic ideas about women by introducing and discussing the concepts of object a, on one hand, and femininity, on the other hand which represent two different contemporary psychoanalytic theories that study female sexuality.

[pt] Esta presente pesquisa aborda práticas estético-políticas nos campos das artes e dos ativismos, incluídos neste escopo práxis curatoriais e editoriais, tendo como denominador comum corpos transviados (sexo e gênero dissidentes), cujas atuações conformam redes contra-normativas de resistências a apagamentos frente aos regimes de visibilidade dominantes em espacialidade e temporalidade definidas como a cidade do Rio de Janeiro na década de 2010. Tais manifestações insurgentes integram movimentos sociais e políticos – levantes cuir, feminista e transfeminista –em curso no Brasil contemporâneo, e atuam nas mais diversas frentes sobre as quais incide o reposicionamento epistemológico frente às teorias e metodologias de base colonial e cisheteronormativa brancas. Este escrito trata-se, portanto, da consolidação de uma investigação participante, ancorada no corpo de um pesquisador bicha que, através de uma série de trabalhos em campo e pesquisas coletivas (manifestações, mostras, exposições, encontros, debates, treinamentos, festas, palestras, aulas, grupos de estudo, residências artísticas, leilão de arte, entre outras ações), cria estratégias de auto representação que atravessam as múltiplas manifestações estudadas. Através de exercícios de reconstituição das narrativas aqui retratadas, que a história oficial sistematicamente exclui da memória social, foi possível propor questões concernentes às práticas de memória e esquecimento, identificar relações entre as políticas de memória e escritas da história, alcançando o debate sobre o desenho de arquivos sexo e gênero dissidentes como prática político-estética de sobrevivência: uma queerização do campo do design, pensado aqui como design político, frente à sua responsabilidade ética. Trabalho que resultou também na realização de uma plataforma independente para a salvaguarda informacional e articulação comunicacional continuadas de práticas reunidas ao longo da realização desta pesquisa acadêmica. / [en] This research addresses aesthetic-political practices in the fields of arts and activism, included in this scope curatorial and editorial praxis, which have as common denominator gender and sex dissident bodies, whose actions form counter-normative networks of resistance to erasure against the dominant visibility regimes, in a spatiality and temporality defined as the city of Rio de Janeiro in the 2010s. These insurgent manifestations are part of a larger political movement, composed of a cuir, feminist, transfeminist uprising ongoing in contemporary Brazil, acting upon also on epistemological repositioning that are focused on theories and methodologies of colonial and white cisheteronormative basis. This writing is, therefore, the consolidation of a participatory investigation, anchored in the body of a queer researcher who, through a series of fieldwork and collective research (manifestations, exhibitions, meetings, debates, trainings, parties, lectures, classes, study groups, artistic residencies, art auction, among other actions), to think of self-representation strategies that cross multiple manifestations studied. By the reconstitution of queer narratives portrayed here, which official history systematically excludes from social memory, it was possible to propose questions concerning practices of memory and forgetting, to identify relations between memory and written policies of history, reaching the debate on the design of dissident sex and gender archives as a political-aesthetic strategy of survival: a queerization of the field of design, thought of here as political design, facing its ethical responsibility. For this reason, this work also results in the realization of an independent platform for the continued informational safeguarding and communicative articulation of practices gathered throughout this academic research.

[pt] Esta tese resulta da preocupação da autora com significativa experiência profissional na área da saúde da mulher e efetiva presença na pastoral em torno do tema da sexualidade humana. Busca apresentar uma metodologia de educação continuada visando a formação da pessoa na pastoral para melhor compreensão e vivência de sua dimensão afetivo-sexual. No primeiro momento, apresenta o ser humano na sociedade contemporânea na sua forma de compreender e viver a sexualidade, influenciado por diversas situações antropológicas, sociais, culturais, que nem sempre favorecem o desenvolvimento harmonioso da dimensão afetivosexual, mas que interferem em seu pensar e agir. Quer enfatizar, ainda, a reflexão que a contemporaneidade exige dos cristãos e teólogos sobre a necessidade de um empenho contínuo na construção de um saber integrador e interdisciplinar que contribuam para o amadurecimento da pessoa em todas as suas dimensões. Apesar dos recorrentes prejuízos, no campo da sexualidade, em virtude de uma visão dualista do ser humano, existe a possibilidade de mudanças iniciada na moral renovada no pós-concílio do Vaticano II com a importante contribuição de documentos da Igreja sobre a Ética Sexual. A autora aponta lacunas e deficiências nas formas de abordagem do tema afetivo-sexual no trabalho teológico acadêmico e na atuação pastoral. Propõe uma metodologia, alicerçada na reflexão éticoteológica, mediada pela Práxis Educacional de Paulo Freire, para uma Educação Continuada, libertadora e humanizadora, a serviço da pessoa na pastoral, para o seu desenvolvimento e amadurecimento afetivo-sexual. / [en] The present thesis is a result of the author s concern with a significant professional experience in women’s health field and an effective presence in the pastoral compassing the theme of human sexuality. It seeks to present a methodology of a continuing education aiming the person s conformation in the pastoral so as to have better comprehension e probation of one’s sexual-affective dimension. At first, the human being is revealed in the contemporary society when it comes to its manner of understanding and experiencing sexuality, influenced by several anthropological, social and cultural situations which do not always indulge the harmonious development of the sexual-affective dimension, but interfere in one s way of thinking and acting. It is yet emphasized the reflection that the contemporaneity demands from Christians and theologians concerning the need of a continuous effort in framing an integrator and interdisciplinary knowledge that contributes to the person s maturing in all dimensions. Even though there are damages in the field of sexuality, due to a dualistic point of view of the human being, there is the possibility of changes incited by the renewed moral after Vatican Council II through the material contribution of the Church s documents on Sexual Ethics. The author shows gaps and deficiencies in the forms of approaching the sexual-affective theme in the academic theological work and in the pastoral performance. A methodology is proposed grounded in the ethicaltheological reflection mediated by Paulo Freire s Educational Praxis, objectifying an emancipator and humanizing Continuing Education that serves people in the pastoral, addressing their sexual-affective development and maturing.
