[pt] A dissertação se debruça sobre os pensamentos de Immanuel Kant e Michel Foucault a fim de estabelecer uma compreensão sobre as relações que podem ser traçadas entre o elemento da subjetividade e o da política. Tentar-se-á identificar, através do trabalho de Kant, os termos pelos quais o sujeito moderno foi assimilado a um modelo de autonomia que seria sua única garantia de realização plena. Ele será visto como um teórico dos limites, autorizando as fronteiras que separam o que é humano daquilo que não o é, e que o faz justamente ao minimizar a política a uma instrumentalidade técnica a serviço de uma ética universal da lei. Apontando para as impossibilidades constituintes desse modelo, bem como para a insuficiência de uma política enquadrada nesses termos, o artigo passará, então, a uma leitura da obra de Foucault. Nesta, o autor será encontrado negociando nas fronteiras, mas, à diferença de Kant, irá recusar sua estabilização mediante apelos a um universal. Nesse sentido, seu pensamento será investigado a fim de compreender a partir de que chaves torna-se possível pensar a política a partir de esquemas menos totalizantes, movendo-se para além do modelo de um sujeito racional idêntico a si mesmo. / [en] The dissertation turns to the thoughts of Immanuel Kant and Michel Foucault in order to establish a comprehension on the relations that could be traced between the elements of subjectivity and politics. It will try to identify in Kant’s work the terms through which the modern subject was assimilated to a model of autonomy, which would be its only guarantee of fulfillment. He will be seen as a theorist of limits, authorizing the frontiers that separate what is human from what is not, doing it by minimizing politics to a technical instrumentality in favour of a universal ethics of law. By pointing to the impossibilities of this model, as well as to the insufficiency of a politics framed in these terms, the article will move, then, to a reading of Foucault’s oeuvre. Its author will be found negotiating at the frontiers, but, differently from Kant, refusing its stabilization through appeals to a universality. In this sense, his thought will be investigated in order to pin down which keys allow thinking about politics in less totalizing schemes, moving beyond the model of a rational subject identical to itself.

[pt] O presente trabalho se situa no campo da filosofia da educação e tem como tema norteador as contribuições que o pensamento hermenêutico pode oferecer para os debates na área da pedagogia, em especial na reflexão sobre os processos de aprendizagem e de formação humana. Desta forma, nosso objetivo está em apresentar de que forma esta corrente de pensamento nos trás uma perspectiva crítica com relação às teorias de caráter universalista, surgidas na Modernidade, de modo que possamos problematizar noções fundamentais como a de subjetividade e a de racionalidade. Concluímos, a partir de nossos estudos, que a hermenêutica representa não apenas uma alternativa, mas sim uma virada na compreensão dos processos educativos, uma vez que ela coloca em xeque pressupostos fundamentais, intrínsecos as idéias de sujeito e racionalidade. Neste trabalho também procuramos refletir sobre as contribuições que o pensamento hermenêutico pode trazer no que tange à busca por narrativas não hegemônicas na educação, de tal maneira que tenhamos em vista uma maior compreensão da pluralidade discursiva presente nos processos de aprendizado. / [en] The present work is situated in the field of philosophy of education and has got as its guiding theme the contributions that hermeneutics can provide for the debates in the area of pedagogy, especially in the reflection on learning processes and human formation. From this point on, we try to show how this current of thought can offer a critical perspective concerning those Universalist theories, which appear in Modernity, so that we can put in question fundamental notions such as subjectivity and rationality. Hence, we try to make clear in which way hermeneutics represents not just an alternative, but also a turning point in the understanding of educational processes, for it puts in check fundamental presuppositions, which are intrinsic to the ideas of subjectivity and rationality. In our work, we also try to think about the contributions that hermeneutics can bring to the search for non-hegemonic narratives in education, so that we can have in view a wider understanding of the plurality of discourses involved in learning processes.

[pt] A crítica do sujeito na arqueologia de Michel Foucault tem, como foco principal, a investigação da emergência histórica das ciências humanas e a teorização da história arqueológica realizadas por Foucault respectivamente em Les mots et les choses e em Larchéologie du savoir. Essa dissertação procura desenvolver uma leitura sistemática da crítica que o filósofo francês faz à noção de sujeito no período em que concentra seus esforços na realização de uma história filosófica denominada arqueológica. Para tanto, foi necessário, primeiramente, além de reunir elementos da crítica empreendida por Foucault ao humanismo presente na filosofia moderna, explicar em que consiste o método histórico-filosófico denominado arqueológico, para, em seguida, tematizar a tentativa de uma, por assim dizer, desconstrução crítica da filosofia do sujeito moderno, tal como realizada por Foucault nas obras analisadas ao longo dessa pesquisa. / [en] The criticism of subject in Michel Foucaults archaeology, specially as shown in Les mots et les choses and L archéologie du savoir, has its focus on the investigation into the historical emergency of human sciences and the theoretical attempt to elaborate what the french philosopher calls an archeological history. This work intends to develop a systematic reading on Foucaults criticism of the notion of subject in the period in which the achievement of a new philosophical history an archeological history is his main concern. Considering this, we must not only put togheter the essential points of Foucaults criticism towards modern philosophical humanism, but also explain the foundations of his archeological method. The next step is an attempt to analize what could be called the critical deconstruction of the modern subject-philosophy achieved by Foucault in the works above.

[pt] A dissertação apresentada é o primeiro movimento de uma pesquisa-intervenção que se empenha em cartografar o processo de escrita, aproximando a escrita do gesto. Nomeamos de pesquisa-intervenção porque esse movimento pressupõe um mergulho na experiência e afirma a inseparabilidade entre conhecer e fazer, entre pesquisar e intervir. Essa cartografia, transformada em dissertação, parte do seguinte problema: que desejo leva o escritor à árdua tarefa de rachar as palavras-muro? Palavras-muro são ao mesmo tempo abertura e os fracassos dessa abertura, afirmam, na sua construção, que, de nada adianta bater-lhes com força, é necessário outro corpo, talvez o corpo de um sujeito dissolvido, para mina-las e lima-las, com extrema paciência. Que corpo seria esse? As pistas estão na relação do corpo com a grafia: uma dança sobre a terra, um desenho na parede, uma marca no corpo. A escrita e a experiência, o afeto e o corpo. A noção de reportagem aqui nos foi muito útil, porque ela fez a ponte entre corpo, experiência, grafia. É impregnada dela que chegamos à construção da noção de trans-reportagem, processo de escrita em que a figura do autor está diluída, num parto construído a partir de tantos nascimentos simultâneos que não há mais sentido em falar de paternidade (e consequentemente de autoria, propriedade, etc). A autoria dá lugar a um agenciamento criativo, produtor de realidades infinitas e incessantes. O real se coloca aqui como criação. Esse primeiro movimento se preocupou em trabalhar com alguns dispositivos teóricos que auxiliassem a construir o conceito de trans-reportagem, necessário para pensar uma escrita situada na fronteira entre a literatura e o jornalismo. / [en] The thesis presented is the first movement of a research-intervention which seeks to map the writing process, approaching the writing of the gesture. We nominate for intervention-research because this movement assumes a dip in claims experience and the inseparability of knowing and doing, between research and action. This mapping, transformed into a dissertation, part of the following problem: we want to take the writer to the arduous task of cracking the words-wall? Wall-words are both opening and the failures of this opening, say, in its construction, which is useless hit them hard, it needs another body, perhaps the body of a subject, dissolved them to mine and lime them with the utmost patience. What body would that be? The clues are in the relationship with the spelling of the body: a dance on the earth, drawing on a wall, a mark on the body. The writing and experience the warmth and body. The notion of story here to us was very helpful, because it made the bridge between body experience, spelling. It is imbued with it that we get to the construction of the notion of cross-reporting, writing process in which the author figure is diluted in a delivery constructed from many simultaneous births to no more sense in speaking of paternity (and hence of authorship, property, etc.). The author gives way to a creative agency, producing endless and incessant realities. The real place here as creation. This first movement was concerned with working with some theoretical devices that would help to build the concept of trans-reporting, need to think about writing on the border between literature and journalism.

[pt] Este trabalho visa a investigar a que se refere a construção da fantasia em análise, com referências de Freud e Lacan. O conceito de construção, técnica da psicanálise diferente da interpretação, designa um trabalho feito em análise a partir do que é esquecido na história do paciente, do limite da rememoração. Diante do impossível de interpretar, constrói-se, segundo Freud, uma cena, que diz respeito à fantasia primordial do sujeito. Lacan aborda essa construção em termos de fantasia fundamental. Segundo ele, a construção da fantasia é a construção de uma fórmula que rege a relação entre sujeito e objeto, relação essa que encontra sua base na posição que o sujeito toma como objeto do desejo do Outro. A consideração da construção da fantasia no percurso de uma análise é especialmente importante na psicanálise com crianças, em que cada vez mais surgem crianças com dificuldade em que se separarem da posição de objeto na fantasia materna. / [en] This work aims to investigate to what the construction of fantasy in analysis refers, with references from Freud and Lacan. The concept of construction, a psychoanalysi s techinique different from interpretation, indicates a work done in analysis from what is forgotten in the history of the patient, the limit of remembrance. Faced with the impossible to interpret, one constructs, according to Freud, a scene that relates to the subject s primary fantasy. Lacan aproaches this construction in terms of fundamental fantasy. According to him, the construction of fantasy is the construction of a formula that governs the relationship between subject and object, a relationship that finds its basis in the position that takes the subject as an object of desire of the Other. The consideration of the construction of fantasy in the course of an analysis is especially important in psychonalysis with children, in which increasingly appear children with difficulties to separate from the object s position in the maternal fantasy.

[pt] A presente dissertação expressa e narra meu processo de compreensão do meu desejo de saber, suas impossibilidades, e as conexões entre poder e reivindicações à verdade nas narrativas e sujeitos autorizados por tais reivindicações. Eu escolhi particularmente o processo de formação do sujeito como compreendido pela teoria psicanalítica desenvolvida por Jacques Lacan – em seu “retorno a Freud” – e pela teoria contratualista como desenvolvida por Thomas Hobbes. Esse processo de formação do sujeito é um que eu entendo, como Judith Butler, como co-constitutivo e codependente com o poder que o forma numa relação em que não há emergência de um sujeito a não ser que autorizado por alguma instância de poder, ao mesmo tempo que não há poder senão como efeito sobre e através dos sujeitos a quem sujeita. O caminho em particular que eu consegui traçar em minha exploração, primeiro, foi entendendo um certo caráter ou papel estruturante da linguagem na teoria de ambos Lacan e Hobbes. Isso me permitiu dar um passo além, na análise de como o sujeito neurótico e o sujeito do contrato social emergem não só dos mesmos contextos, mas, sendo assim, talvez sejam um e o mesmo sujeito. Para, então, seguir o processo de formação do sujeito como colocada por Lacan até o mecanismo do Nome-do-Pai, procurando entender nossos investimentos políticos em uma certa forma paternalista de autoridade. No último e final passo deste processo ao invés de se fechar e confirmar-se a si mesma, eu busco partilhar uma crítica de um certo modelo heteronormativo e falocêntrico no qual muito da teoria psicanalítica está baseada, seus efeitos danosos nos mecanismos de exclusão e autorização de determinados sujeitos na nossa sociedade, baseados em uma diferenciação sexual. Eu emerjo desta dissertação não só mais capaz de engajar livros, autores e literaturas, mas compreendendo melhor e sendo mais atenta ao meu próprio desejo de saber e os mecanismos de exclusão vigentes no nosso mundo. / [en] This dissertation expresses and narrates my struggle to grapple with my own desire of knowing, its impossibility, and the connections between power and claims to truth in those – people and narratives – authorized by claims to know. I chose the particular process of subject formation as understood by the psychoanalytical theory developed by Jacques Lacan – in his return to Freud – and the social contract theory of Thomas Hobbes. This process of subject formation is one I understand, rooted in the thought of Judith Butler, as a co-constitutive and codependent relationship, where no subject can emerge unless subjected by power, and power can only exist as the effects of authorization of certain subjects. The particular path through which I have been able to do this has been through the exploration, first, of a certain structuring character language has both in lacanian psychoanalytical theory and in the hobbesian political treatise. This allowed me to take one step further into analyzing how the neurotic subject and the social contract subject emerge and understand them as one and the same. So then I could be able to follow Lacan s exploration of subject formation in the device of the Name-of-the-Father, hoping it would make me understand a particular investment of the social contract theory subject in paternal authority. I chose to close this dissertation, then, not confirming and reiterating the movement I have been able to find and develop, but with a critique of the heteronormative, phallocentric model in which much of psychoanalytical theory is rooted in, and its damaging effects on the mechanisms of exclusion and authorization of subjects in our society, as based on sexual difference. I have emerged from this dissertation not only smarter from the books I have read and literature I have engaged with, but wiser in my own inquiries and desire to have access and know how the world works.

[pt] A partir da década de 1960, consolidou-se um movimento de crítica que passou a informar investigações que se propunham a desmitificar a legalidade dogmática tradicional a partir da aproximação entre Direito e Estado das práticas sociais e da crítica interdisciplinar, propondo uma nova racionalidade para desvelar os processos de dominação e de construção de verdades que sustentam as diversas formas de opressão social. Quanto aos direitos humanos, esse movimento se colocou a analisar primordialmente as teorias que assumiam um caráter universal desses direitos e de seus sujeitos, ignorando os contextos socioculturais nos quais se inseriam e eram produzidos. Contudo, teorias de direitos humanos localizadas como críticas – a exemplo de Costas Douzinas, Richard Rorty e Paul Ricoeur –, quando analisadas em seus pressupostos de fundamentação, parecem não dar conta da pluralidade de sujeitos e modos de vida que a realidade prática comporta e exige numa perspectiva pragmática dos direitos humanos. Isso parece observável quanto aos sujeitos que desviam da heterocisnormatividade compulsória, imposta por um esquema de verdades sobre a sexualidade e os gêneros ao qual a Teoria Queer – especialmente trabalhada por Judith Butler – impõe resistência, deslocando a potência da mudança social para os (não) sujeitos com sua agência política. Dessa forma, este trabalho aborda as teorias críticas de direitos humanos e sua produção de sujeitos e não sujeitos, contrapondo-as à proposta de agência política e produção dialética dos sujeitos, objetivando responder à questão da utilidade dessas teorias à construção de uma sociedade que reconheça a pluralidade humana, sem (pré)definições do que ou de quem será considerado digno de direitos humanos. / [en] From the 1960s onwards, a critical movement was consolidated, which began to inform investigations that sought to demystify the traditional dogmatic legality based on the approximation between the Law and the State of social practices and interdisciplinary criticism, proposing a new rationality to unveil the processes of domination and construction of truths that sustain the various forms of social oppression. About the human rights, this movement focused primarily on theories that assumed a universal character of these rights and their subjects, ignoring the sociocultural contexts in which they were inserted and produced. However, critical human rights theories – such as Costas Douzinas, Richard Rorty and Paul Ricoeur –, when analyzed in their presuppositions of justification, do not seem to account for the plurality of subjects and ways of life that practical reality entails and demands from a pragmatic perspective on human rights. This seems to be observable in the case of subjects who deviate from the compulsory hetercisnormativity, imposed by a scheme of truths about sexuality and gender, to which Queer Theory – especially worked by Judith Butler - imposes resistance, shifting the power of social change to the (not)subjects with their political agency. Therefore, this work approaches the critical theories of human rights and their production of subjects and non-subjects, opposing them to the proposal of political agency and the dialectic production of the subjects, aiming to answer the question of the usefulness of these theories to the construction of a society that recognizes the human plurality, without (pre)definitions of who or of whom will be considered worthy of human rights.

[pt] A pesquisa investiga, em determinadas obras da literatura contemporânea, em sua maioria brasileiras, uma tensão entre as noções de contar e de expor, ou, ainda, entre os gestos de narrar, associar eventos e os de reunir e mostrar elementos. Cada vez mais lidamos com arquivos, coleções, inventários, listas, pastas e com interfaces com suas próprias modulações representativas do humano. Cada vez mais produzimos passado e vivemos uma enxurrada de informações no presente, encontrando desafios para construir sentido. A hipótese principal da pesquisa é a de que vivemos uma reformulação na estruturação da experiência, por meio de um diálogo da forma narrativa com a forma do banco de dados, e, na expressão poética, entre o lírico e conceitual. O gesto da pesquisa é olhar para tal mudança por meio de contos, poemas e escritas artísticas que, ao nosso ver, carregam em si sinais desses diálogos e tensões. O corpus de obras literárias trará textos de Alex Hamburguer, André Sant Anna, Diego Pansini, Carol Rodrigues, Marta Barcellos, Nicholas Feltron, Raphael Sassaki, Reginaldo Pujol Filho e do próprio autor, entre outros. / [en] The research investigates, in certain works of contemporary literature, mostly Brazilian, a tension between the notions of counting and exposing, or even between the gestures of narrating and associating events and those of gathering and exhibiting elements. We increasingly deal with files, collections, inventories, lists, folders. We increasingly produce the past and live a flood of information in the present, and we find ourselves in difficulties to make sense of it. The main hypothesis of the research is that we are experiencing a change in the structuring of the experience, from the narrative form to the form of the database and, in poetic expression, between lyric and conceptual. The gesture of the research is to look for such a change through short stories, poems and conceptual poetry that, in our view, carry signs of this transformation. Our literary corpus will bring texts by Alex Hamburguer, André Sant Anna, Diego Pansini, Carol Rodrigues, Marta Barcellos, Nicholas Feltron, Raphael Sassaki, Reginaldo Pujol Filho and the author, among others.

[pt] A realidade do capital nos apresenta um mundo onde a mercadoria é a centralidade das relações sociais. Nesta dissertação, lançamos um olhar sobre o ser humano distanciado da sua capacidade criativa e desumanizado pela alienação do capital. Entretanto, nem tudo parece perdido quando, ao olharmos para as contradições dessa lógica, identificamos aberturas para a desalienação do ser humano propiciadas pela sua essência criativa e insurgente. Propomos realçar o protagonismo e a potencialidade criativa dos seres humanos a partir da ideia de sujeito criativo. Em constante processo de efetivação, sua realização produz relações sociais e novas formas espaciais desalienadoras. A partir das contribuições da teoria da alienação e dos conceitos de trabalho e produção, tal como elaborados por Karl Marx, e da geografia crítica marxista, compreendemos o espaço como dimensão essencial para a emancipação do ser humano no mundo do capital. O movimento zapatista, as insurreições no Chile e as jornadas de junho no Brasil, além de projetos de hortas urbanas comunitárias e cozinhas coletivas em grandes centros urbanos são apontados como contrários à alienação produtiva ao se realizarem de forma autogestionada e emancipatória. / [en] The reality of capital presents us with a world where commodities are the centrality of social relations. In this dissertation, we take a closer look at the human being who is distanced from his creative capacity and dehumanized by the alienation of capital. However, not all seems lost when, by looking at the contradictions of this logic, we identify openings for the de-alienation of the human being provided by their creative and insurgent essence. We propose to emphasize the protagonism and creative potential of human beings based on the idea of the creative subject. In a constant process of becoming, its realization produces social relations and new disalienating spatial forms. Based on the contributions of the theory of alienation and the concepts of work and production, as elaborated by Karl Marx, and of the Marxist critical geography, we understand space as an essential dimension for the emancipation of human beings in the world of capital. The Zapatista movement, the insurrections in Chile and the June Journeys in Brazil, as well as community urban gardening projects and collective kitchens in large urban centers, are pointed out as opposing productive alienation by being carried out in a self-organized and emancipatory way.

[pt] A dissertação investiga, na obra de João Gilberto Noll, a construção de um novo sujeito, marcado por um percurso e por uma representação em fragmentos na contemporaneidade. Procura-se evidenciar essa construção por meio das articulações da memória, da reinvenção de si mesmo e dos usos do corpo, identificáveis no desenvolvimento das narrativas e em seus protagonistas. O estudo lança, primeiramente, um amplo olhar sobre a obra do autor, privilegiando dois de seus romances como estudos de caso - Hotel Atlântico e Berkeley em Bellagio -, evidenciando a presença das questões investigadas. Posteriormente, o romance Lorde, o último do autor e ápice de seu projeto estético, é analisado, desenvolvendo-se aproximações entre as questões investigadas e mostrando como a obra de Noll aponta para a formação de uma nova noção de sujeito. / [en] The following thesis studies the construction of a new subject in João Gilberto Noll`s work, marked in contemporary time by fragmented path and representation. This construction is provided by the articulations of the memory, the reinvention of the self, and the uses of the body, all identifiable in the development of the narratives and its protagonists. Primarily, the study overlooks the author`s work, emphasizing two of his novels as case studies - Hotel Atlântico and Berkeley em Bellagio -, proving the presence of the studied questions. Secondly, Lorde - Noll s last novel and top work of his aesthetical project - is analyzed, developing confluences among the studied questions and showing how his work points to the creation of a new notion of subject.
