隨著品質管制技術的開發,越來越多產業將品質管制的理念應用在產業資料中,而品質管制的方法非常多樣,其中統計製程管制(SPC)為品質管制中重要的技術,其主要是以統計理論背景做支持對產品製程進行監控,本文也將針對SPC中理論背景較完整的管制圖方法做進一步的研究,然而品管在實務應用上,母體資料通常為非特定分配或者未知分配,諸多文獻中已證實,若使用特定假設分配的有母數管制圖用於製程狀態為非假設分布時,會導致管制狀態下的平均連串長度不穩健的情形,若使用無母數管制圖做監控,其管制狀態平均連串長度具有穩健性,因此無母數管制圖實用性能高出許多,近年來對無母數管制圖的研究越來越進步,然而現存的無母數管制圖大多是針對產品製程中平均數、變異數的變動,或者是使用符號函數(sign function)、排序(rank)等方式對觀測值和目標值的差距做監控,又或者觀察資料的分佈狀況監控其分配或目標值是否有偏移的情形等,較少有針對觀測值前後之間變動的差距來偵測資料出現偏移的狀況,因此本文提出一個新的無母數管制圖,想利用模糊相關權重統計量的性質來呈現觀測值之間變動的情形,以此統計量為基礎,建構無母數模糊相關權重指數加權平均(FRWEWMA)管制圖,對製程資料中的平均數(位置參數)和標準差(尺度參數)進行監控,並透過平均連串長度來比較FRWEWMA 管制圖和其他管制圖偵測效能的差異與優勢為何。

基於臉書互動行為的關係圖領域專屬語言與工具 / A Domain Specific Language for Describing Facebook Interaction Graphs

因大量臉書用戶留下不少行為紀錄,吸引研究人員蒐集臉書資料,從中挖掘具有價值的潛在資訊與研究成果,並用 Graph 點線關係圖視覺化呈現成果。然而透過臉書 Graph API 蒐集資料的方法,自 2.0 版起漸漸提高了限速限制,造成蒐集資料開始是一個問題。雖有研者人員提出應對方法,卻也產生用戶識別度弱化問題。故本研究動機是提出一套工具能有效協助研究人員進行臉書資料蒐集與建立關係圖以利進行分析與研究,在進行相關臉書蒐集資料與社會網絡與社群網絡分析文獻探討後,實作一種基於爬蟲技術,蒐集具用戶識別度之臉書資料;以及提出描述臉書互動行為的關係圖領域專屬語言;實作對應之使用者操作介面工具,讓使用者透過圖形化操作方式描述定義臉書粉絲頁、使用者、Hashtag、留言及回覆與貼文之間互動行為建立關係圖。經過本研究實驗設計與驗證,證明蒐集資料具識別度、產生的關係圖是正確以及問卷調查指出 75% 受試人員認同本系統可快速建立關係圖。未來可以結合爬蟲與關係圖領域專屬語言線上即時建立關係圖,以及導入更多社群分析功能,以利研究人員可以在本系統上進行更深入的分析與研究。 / The huge amount of digital footprints of Facebook users have become a good research resource and we have seen many good results developed by collecting data from Facebook and visualizing it to node-link diagram. However, there are more and more rate limits in Facebook Graph API since version 2.0. Although one could overcome the restriction of rate limits by creating more Facebook App resources, yet this makes user identification become cumbersome in analyzing the retrieved data. Therefore, the motivation of this research is to provide a set of tools to assist researchers in collecting recognizable Facebook user data with a crawler and propose a domain specific language (DSL) to build the relation graph by describing Facebook interactions. With our crawler and the DSL tool, we are able to gather unique user data successfully. The experimental results show that we can construct node-link diagram conveniently, and 75% of the surveyed subjects agreed that our tool could be helpful for building graph.

地方政府主管建築機關受僱人員工作滿意與離職傾向之探討:以新北市政府工務局為例 / A Study on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Employees at the Local Competent Authority of Construction: A Case Study on Public Works Department of New Taipei City Government

本研究旨在探討地方政府主管建築機關受僱人員的工作滿意和離職傾向。過去研究指出,工作滿意能使員工持續參與並為組織奉獻;反之,較低的工作滿意則可能導致較高的離職傾向,即工作滿意和離職傾向之間具有負向關聯性。除此之外,許多研究也指出,不同的個人屬性亦會導致不同程度的工作滿意與離職傾向。有鑑於維護公共安全的重要職責,地方政府主管建築機關卻經常出現離職率居高不下的情形,本研究因此以新北市政府工務局的受僱人員為對象,希望藉由探討其工作滿意與離職傾向,歸納研究結果與發現,提供建議予個案機關及其他地方政府主管建築機關參考,作為提高工作滿意及排除離職傾向之策略依據。研究結果發現:個案機關的工作滿意為略低的程度,離職傾向為略高的程度;不同性別的外在滿意具有顯著差異;不同性別、教育程度、服務年資及服務單位的離職傾向具有顯著差異;工作滿意與離職傾向具有顯著的負向關聯性;工作滿意及外在滿意對離職傾向具有顯著的負向影響性。因此,本研究認為,要有效減緩個案機關的離職傾向,可以先從提高受僱人員的外在滿意著手。 / The purpose of this study is to explore the job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees at the competent authority of construction. Past studies have shown that job satisfaction can make the staff continue to participate in and dedicate to the organization; on the other hand, lower job satisfaction can lead to higher turnover intention; that is to say, there is a negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention. In addition, many studies have also pointed out that different personel characteristics result in differernt job satisfaction and differernt turnover intention. Whereas the responsbilities of maintaining public safety, high trunover rates occur frequently in local competent authority of construction, and therefore this study was based on the employees of Public Works Department of New Taipei City Government, hoping to explore their job satisfaction and turnover intention, summarize the findings and provide the suggestion to the case and other local competent authority of construction for reference, as the policy of improving job satisfaction and reducing turnover intention. This study found that the job satisfaction of the case was on the low side and the turnover intention was on the high side. There was a significant difference of job satisfaction between differernt genders, and also a significant difference of turnover intention between differernt genders, differernt educational backgrounds, differernt seniorities and differernt departments. There was a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, and also a significant negative impact between job satisfaction and turnover intention, especially extrinsic satisfaction. Therefore, this study suggests the case to improve the extrinsic satisfaction of employees to reduce their turnover intention.

大學圖書館對於學習障礙學生服務現況分析 / The analysis of university library services for students with learning disabilities

隨著身心障礙者的服務範圍越來越廣,圖書館的特殊讀者服務也由視覺障礙、肢體障礙等外顯性障礙的服務擴展到學習障礙者、聽覺障礙者或其他感知著作有困難之特定身心障礙者。 由於學習障礙者也被納入了特殊讀者服務的修正辦法中,因此本研究旨在討論大學圖書館對於學習障礙學生服務之現況,以半結構式訪談法進行研究,對象分為大學圖書館員,以及大學學習障礙學生。 就館員而言,進行館員對於學習障礙學生的認識及服務內容與實際上的服務進行調查。就學習障礙學生而言,調查其對於館內圖書資源與服務的看法,了解是否適合學習障礙學生使用。 綜合訪談之結果獲得結論為:(一)圖書館員對於學習障礙的認知與專業能力不足;(二) 圖書館員難以辨認無外顯障礙的學習障礙大學生;(三) 大學圖書館尚未建立學習障礙相關設備;(四)學習障礙大學生們目前可以取用的資訊仍限於館內現有資源。 最後提出根據研究結論大學圖書館對於學習障礙學生應提供服務之建議,及未來相關可行的研究方向。 / As the service scope for people with disabilities broadens, library services for people with disabilities have expanded from the initial provision of services for people with physical disabilities, such as visual or mobile impairment, to those with learning disabilities, hearing impairment, or other perception-based disabilities. Recent amendments to regulations governing library services for people with disabilities have added provisions for people with learning disabilities. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the current state of library services for people with disabilities in universities. A semi-structured interview was designed to collect data from university librarians and university students with learning disabilities. For the librarians, interviews were centered on their understanding of students with learning disabilities, service content, and actual service provision. For the students with disabilities, interviews were focused on their perceptions of library resources and services and whether they are suitable for students with disabilities. A summary of the interview outcomes revealed that (1) the librarians lacked the understanding and professional capacity to serve students with disabilities; (2) the librarians found it difficult to recognize students with learning disabilities without apparent physical impairments; (3) universities libraries lack the facilities to provide services to students with learning disabilities; and (4) only a limited amount of library resources are available to students with learning disabilities. Finally, several suggestions were proposed to university libraries for the provision of services to students with learning disabilities were proposed based on the findings of this study, and several recommendations were proposed for future research.

臺灣永續大學評估指標建構之研究 / A study on the construction of assessment indicators of sustainable university in Taiwan

本研究目的在建構臺灣永續大學之評估指標,提供大學永續發展之參考。研究方法上,先採以文獻分析歸內出臺灣永續大學之59項評估指標,並以專家問卷進行指標的刪修與確立,建立48項臺灣永續大學評估指標,接者以概念構圖法及集群分析整合高等教育永續發展學者、永續政策行政主管及高等教育永續政策承辦人員對指標的重要性評估與分群以建立構面,最後求取各構面及指標權重,完成臺灣永續大學評估指標體系。根據研究之結果與分析,歸納主要結論如下: (一) 本研究建構之臺灣永續大學評估指標含「永續承諾與完整計畫」、「永續氛圍與營運規劃」、「永續課程與研究發展」、「永續環境與制度平等」及「永續推廣與專業培訓」等五大構面與48項指標。 (二) 五大構面於永續發展政策中所佔之分量與重要性,由高至低為「永續環境與制度平等」(22.51%)、的「永續氛圍與營運規劃」(20.96%)、的「永續課程與研究發展」(20.08%)、的「永續承諾與完整計畫」(18.42%)及「永續推廣與專業培訓」(18.08%)。 (三) 分析高等教育永續發展學者、永續政策行政主管及高等教育永續政策承辦人員的三方之意見。由綜合比較分析後發現: 1. 「永續承諾與完整計畫」構面的重要性具有高度共識。 2. 「永續課程與研究發展」是三方意見較具歧異之構面,於大學校園內工作之高等教育永續發展學者及永續政策行政主管較為重視此構面,而高等教育永續政策承辦人員則較為不重視。 3. 「1-3.永續發展計畫的制定」及「1-5.永續發展計畫的落實執行」受到三方群體皆高度重視的指標。 4. 「2-6.建立公開透明的課責機制」、「1-7.永續發展的刊物或文宣」與「3-1.開設永續發展相關課程」此三項指標則因各方利害關係人在大學永續發展中所扮演之角色不同而具有較大的差異。 本研究針對高等教育永續發展及未來研究方向提出具體建議。 關鍵字:永續大學、評估指標、概念構圖

Koha圖書館自動化系統在台灣之應用 / Application for koha integrated library systems in Taiwan

隨著時代的變遷,圖書館員和使用者對於圖書館自動化系統的功能和現況漸漸產生許多不滿與問題。由於系統的開發過程封閉且原始碼無法取得,使圖書館只能另覓其他的自動化系統產品。開放程式的發展在二十一世紀隨著網際網路的發展受到重視。開放程式的圖書館自動化系統讓使用者除了使用還可以有複製、散佈、研究、改寫、再利用的自由。 本研究旨在探討台灣開放程式圖書館自動化系統的引進與發展現況,以Koha系統為研究對象,首先由文獻探討獲得圖書館自動化的現況、開放程式碼的發展,及開放程式應用於圖書館自動化系統之現況,並依據TAM科技接受模式為基礎設計問卷問項與進行分析,接著由訪談的方式深入瞭解台灣使用Koha系統的現況與問題,訪談對象包括使用Koha系統之圖書館以及與Koha系統相關的單位或個人,最後進行問卷調查與訪談資料整理分析。 本研究結果如下:1.台灣開放程式圖書館自動化系統的現況:台灣引進Koha系統始於2005年,由輔大圖資系毛慶禎副教授提倡Koha中文繁體的發展。使用對象多為中小學圖書館與對開放程式有興趣者,由於政府政策的影響,未來繼續使用Koha系統之中小學圖書館將銳減。2.圖書館使用開放程式圖書館自動化系統之動機:(1)圖書館未自動化;(2)缺乏購買系統的經費;(3)經由推廣取得;(4)對應用開放軟體有興趣;(5)過去使用過的圖書館自動化系統不成功;(6)教學使用;(7)有良好的技術支援協助。3.對Koha系統接受度不高:Koha系統由於技術支援、易用性與滿意度不足,以及受到政府政策影響,導致其接受度不高。4.成功使用開放程式圖書館自動化系統之因素:(1)教育訓練與交接完整;(2)其他人力支援;(3)技術支援;(4)介面親和;(5)功能容易使用;(6)館員態度積極。5.使用開放程式圖書館自動化系統失敗之原因與困難:(1)教育訓練不足;(2)缺乏人力;(3)缺乏技術支援;(4)功能不全;(5)系統說明手冊不完整;(6)介面不親和;(7)技術門檻較高。 本研究結果可提供台灣未來發展開放程式圖書館自動化系統的參考方案,觀察使用Koha系統圖書館失敗的原因以及與Koha系統相關單位兩方的觀點與困難,發現其中產生的問題,給予Koha系統、使用者與在地團隊建議。 / As the wheel of time turns, librarians and users of the integrated library system(ILS) become to be unsatisfied the features of ILS. Because of the developing process is closed and the unavailability of the source code, libraries have to try other ILS products for further development. Open source ILS is one of options, it gives users the freedom to copy, distribute, research, rewrite and reuse. The purpose of this research is to study the current developing situation of open source ILS in Taiwan. We use Koha system as research case. By studying related papers, we captured the current situation of ILS, the development of open source, and the application of open source ILS. Using the questionnaires based on technology acceptance model (TAM) and interviews, we enhance our understanding of the current use and question about the Koha system in Taiwan. The findings are as follows: 1.Current view of open source ILS in Taiwan: Prof. Mao has been distributing the developing of Koha in traditional Chinese since 2005. Users who used Koha system are mainly libraries in junior-high schools and elementary schools and those who are interested in Koha system. Due to the policy of Ministry of Education, the usage of Koha system in libraries in senior-high schools and elementary schools will be significantly less after 2010. 2. Reasons why libraries use open source ILS were categorized as follows :(1)Libraries was not automated; (2)Libraries were not automated successfully; (3)Libraries adopted Koha from promotion; (4)Libraries had insufficient budget; (5)Libraries had good technical supports; (6)Schools used Koha for education training purpose; (7)Schools were interested in the usage of open source. 3.The reasons of low acceptance of the Koha system: (1)Lack of technical supports; (2)Koha system was hard to use for average users; (3)Ministry of Education command the elementary and secondary schools to adopt new ILS. 4.Factors of the success adoption of the open source ILS: (1)Complete education training for users; (2)Other human resource support; (3)Technical support; (4)Friendly user interface; (5)Ease of use; (6)Positive attitude. 5.Reasons of the failure of library automation system and its difficulties: (1)Lack of training; (2)Lack of human support; (3)Lack of technical supports; (4)Incomplete features; (5)Incomplete system manual; (6)Unfriendly user interface; (7)Higher technology requirement.

數位圖書館學習網站之研究

數位學習是透過網際網路終身學習的管道之一,透過網際網路提供數位學習,讓人們可以不受時空的限制得以在教育學習上得到數位圖書館為數位學習帶來豐富的學習素材。 本研究採用個案研究法,選擇美國國會圖書館的學習網(American Memory之Learning Page)、美國地球數位圖書館的地球系統教育(DLESE)以及我國淡水河溯源數位博物館為個案研究對象,研究目的在探討數位圖書館學習網站在教育學習的應用及其數位學習架構,包括探究數位圖書館之意涵、特色與應用、數位學習的意涵與發展、數位學習架構的要件與設計、數位圖書館學習架構之模式,並進一步對我國數位圖書館學習網站發展提出建議,最後根據研究結果提出「數位圖書館學習模式芻議」。 根據研究結果提出數位圖書館學習模式芻議,此模式可分成兩大部分,分別為數位圖書館的部分以及數位學習網站的部分。數位圖書館數位學習架構歸納十大項,根據本論文之歸納分析,將數位圖書館數位學習架構分成十大項,分別為:(1)數位圖書館特質;(2)數位館藏;(3)數位物件;(4)Metadata;(5)資訊檢索;(6)數位學習目的與特色;(7)教學系統;(8)學習系統;(9)管理系統;(10)數位學習與數位圖書館整合等。 本研究建議:(1)從事數位圖書館學習系統總體性規劃及策略,以有效整合數位資源並進行整體化建設;(2)重視數位資源之組織與互通性研究,建立全國數位圖書館聯盟管理單位;(3)擴大數位圖書館資源共享合作服務範圍,凝聚共識與團隊力,共同建立數位圖書館學習系統的功能,結合各方資源,將數位資源發揮至最大的效益;(4)由政府單位規劃中長期的數位圖書館學習系統之發展計畫,長期而持續與推動,並且培育專門的人才。 / Digital library is studied to pass on the internet network lifetime study channels, offer the digit to study through the internet network, let people not be restricted by space-time and be educating in study to receive the digital library to study for the digit bring the abundant study material. The method of case study was used, choose the Library of Congress American Memory’s Learning Page, Digital Library for Earth System Education, and the Digital Museum of Discovery of Tamsui River were used as the case research subjects. The purpose of the study is to understand the digital library studies websites and educates the application, and several in education and study structure, including probe into the meaning of the digital library, characteristic with use, several meaning of study and develop, several between important document and design, digital library to study structure study, and study website’s development and put forward the suggestion on the digital library of our country further. Then proposing the digital library study preliminary model from the result. According to the result of the study, it provided a digital library study preliminary model, this model can divide into two major parts, first parts of the digital library and second parts of studying websites respectively. Several digital libraries study structure and sum up ten great one, analyze according to the summing up of this thesis, study the structure on several of digital libraries to divide into ten great one, including: (1)Speciality of digital library; (2)The digit hall hides; (3)Digit things; (4)Metadata; (5)Information retrieval; (6)Study the purpose and characteristic in digit; (7)Tutoring system ; (8)Study the system; (9)Administrative system; (10)The digit is studied and combined etc. with the digital library. This study is proposed: (1)Engaged in digital library learn system getting overall planning and tactics, by combining several resources and carrying on whole construction effectively; (2)Pay attention to several organization of resource and general character study each other , set up national digital library alliance management unit; (3)Expand the cooperative service range of resource-sharing of digital library, condense common understanding and group's strength , set up the digital library and study the systematic function together, combine each side resource, give play to several resources to the greatest benefit; (4)The government unit plans the medium and long-term digital library and study the systematic development plan, sustain and promote for a long time, and foster special talents.

藉由直覺性素描與輔助影像的模型搜尋技術 / Model Retrieval by Intuitive Sketching and Suggestive Reference

本篇論文建立一個藉由直覺性素描搜尋模型的系統,結合筆觸繪圖搜尋手繪圖與模型。希望可以藉由本系統,提供使用者比起關鍵字或模型搜尋模型,更加方便的模型搜尋工具。系統主要分為建立索引檔、比對特徵向量和使用者介面三個部分。建立索引檔部分要將三維模型處理成資料庫可認知的資料型態,首先將模型旋轉到不同角度並且將之從三維空間描繪成二維模型投影圖,再透過分類演算法把模型投影圖和手繪圖描述為二維特徵向量。比對特徵向量部分需建立手繪圖資料庫和三維模型資料庫的橋梁,藉由計算兩者的特徵向量之間的距離與角度,得到相似度的排序。使用者介面部分提供直覺性使用者繪畫的介面,以不影響使用者創造性的前提下,在使用者繪畫過程中給予最相似於使用者繪畫的手繪圖結果,使用者可以藉由臨摹此結果更貼近所想繪畫的物體,更進一步地取得模型的搜尋結果。最後我們將透過統計方法去驗證系統的有效性。 / We proposed an intuitive model retrieval system with a sketch interface for a database contains sketch drawings and 3D models. Benefit the sketch interface, the proposed system can facilitate the search process better than keyword query or search by 3D model. The system begins with offline indexing preprocess which convert the 3D models into feature vectors. Under best view selection, we render each 3D model into a 2D feature line image. Then classification method will apply the line images and sketching images in model database to build the feature vector. The rank of matching is computed with the angle between the feature vector of input sketch image and feature line images in the database. To extend the usability, we design a sketch interface for searching the best match result during the drawing process. For suggesting the drawing hint, candidate matching results are listed aside to the sketch input screen. We use statistical method to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed system.

公共圖書館青少年閱讀推廣活動成果評鑑:以臺北市立圖書館為例 / Outcome Measurement of Public Libraries Reading Promotion for Young Adults: A Case Study of Taipei City Public Library

本研究旨在探討公共圖書館青少年閱讀推廣活動成果評鑑之規劃與執行,研究目的包括:(1)探討公共圖書館青少年閱讀推廣活動成果評鑑方法與指標。(2)應用成果評鑑指標,進行圖書館青少年閱讀推廣活動成果評鑑,評定閱讀素養、閱讀興趣、閱讀習慣與使用圖書館是否提升成效。(3)探討公共圖書館青少年閱讀推廣策略。本研究採用焦點團體訪談建構成果評鑑指標,於執行活動後進行成果評鑑,以問卷及後續追蹤手冊蒐集資料,評估活動辦理成果。 本研究使用之成果評鑑面向包括:(1)活動滿意度、(2)閱讀興趣、(3)知識學習及(4)圖書館使用意願,活動選用臺北市立圖書館「翻轉知識系列活動─青少年經典閱讀週」。由本研究研究結論可知,此次成果評鑑面向與指標具有可行性,並經由研究分析之後提出十項結論:(1)後續追蹤手冊回收數量過少,可知學生的後續閱讀及圖書館利用不如預期。(2)成果評鑑面向的研究結果皆顯著。(3)量化分析中,平均數大部分達到四以上,可知對參與學生而言,整體系列活動為滿意。(4)科學主題、表演藝術主題活動想讓學生再次參與相關活動,電影及文學主題能夠影響學生借閱相關書籍或資源的意願。(5)有關學生閱讀行為,閱讀清單的規劃有自主性,以文學類書籍為主。(6)四主題活動參與學生對於圖書館皆有正向的意象。(7)整體研究發現,在活動主題與類型的搭配方面,電影、表演藝術適合帶領人活動類型,以提升學生的閱讀興趣,科學、文學主題活動適合規劃為長期活動,以逐步培養閱讀素養。(8)在閱讀推廣策略方面,本次活動透過「與學校合作」並「結合圖書館其他資源」達成綜效。(9)以活動參與者角度進行活動設計,結合生活、課業與未來規劃三訴求選定活動主題。(10)建立長期閱讀素養的初始階段,以「帶領人活動」之活動類型吸引青少年讀者參與閱讀活動。 最後,本研究針對研究結果提出研究建議,有關青少年閱讀推廣活動之建議:(1)與圖書館利用連結的推廣活動。(2)學生自選書單延伸推廣。(3)目標導向閱讀素養培養。(4)推廣紙本書籍以外的閱讀資源。有關後續研究之建議:(1)針對不同活動類型與主題的青少年閱讀推廣活動進行成果評鑑研究。(2)資料蒐集方式可再加強信度與效度。(3)改進後續追蹤設計形式及進行方式。

過往職場負向互動的研究多關注加害者與加害行為,但負向互動對於受害者的衝擊則該端視受害者本身的屬性與主觀理解而有不同,而職場受害試圖從受害者的角度來理解職場間的負向互動。本研究希望能探討個體的受害者敏感性與職場受害的關聯,以及職場受害對個體的幸福感及離職意圖造成的影響,此外更進一步探討知覺組織正義氣候可能對受害者敏感性與職場受害關係的調節效果。本研究採時間間隔的方式,以問卷調查法施測,共得222份有效樣本,研究結果發現受害者敏感性能預測職場受害,而職場受害能負向預測幸福感以及正向預測離職意圖,但是知覺組織正義氣候對於受害者敏感性與職場受害關聯的調節效果則未獲支持。最後,針對本研究之結果進行討論,並說明理論貢獻、管理意涵、研究限制以及未來建議。
