交換、窺視與文化消費--《交換日記》文字與圖像的互文研究

本論文以《交換日記》前十一集為研究對象,分別就外緣與內容以及當中所呈現的文化現象作探討。 第一章分為三小節,分別對本論文的研究動機與目的、研究範圍與方法及前人研究等內容作一說明。 第二章就《交換日記》外緣的文本類型與編排設計作探討。第一節先就繪圖部分的定位作分析,與漫畫、繪本相比較,確立其插圖的定位。第二節就文字部分與日記、散文相比對,界定其為隨筆。第三節則就文本的編排與設計入手,觀察此文本特殊的風格、隨性的書寫與繪畫風貌。 第三章就《交換日記》中的主題內容與多向文本的敘述方式作探究。第一節的主題內容首先歸納出愛情、親情的話題;其次梳理出與異地見聞相關的話題;再其次對與生活省思有關的論述作一整理。在不同的話題範疇中,可以看見當代人們生活的現象、矛盾與進步。第二節以多向文本的敘述方式加以探討,可以瞭解《交換日記》無始終、去中心、非因果、非線性、互動開放的書寫風格如何擄獲讀者的喜愛。 第四章針對《交換日記》文字與圖像二者,瞭解在大量插圖的隨筆敘述中,圖畫與文字的互動關係。第一節對插圖的形式與功能,分別就敘事性質、抒情性質與幽默嘲弄等三方面作分析,瞭解插圖在此文本中不可或缺的地位。第二節,就文字與圖像二者的互文關係進行討論,可以看出文、圖互足的敘述方式、藉圖畫改變敘述的氛圍、以及藉由圖畫來區分現實與想像。 第五章進入閱讀心理的討論,藉以了解讀者在閱讀過程中的接受反應。第一節討論此文本中獨特的現象--作者/讀者的重疊,在此重疊、開放的空間下呈現的特殊景觀。第二節則以讀者的一般性心理現象為討論焦點,分別就窺視心理的動機與滿足;閱讀行為中涵蓋的交換行為與作者與讀者密切互動的行為等三方面進行討論。 第六章針對《交換日記》與文化消費作討論。第一節探討《交換日記》呈現的後現代現象;第二節探討《交換日記》中呈現的消費文化;第三節則探討存在於《交換日記》中的次文化現象。 第七章對本研究提出總結論述。 當前的文學研究不斷朝向東、西方的對話、多學科的融合發展,並轉移到以讀者為中心的觀點。文學研究也從傳統的文字閱讀、解釋層面,衍生為對整個文本在社會的作用與地位的關注,這正是本研究從各種不同角度對文本及其所呈現的文化現象進行分析的出發點,希望藉此對書寫文本的變化作一觀察,在當代眾多文本形式大量出現的世代中,記錄其一斑,以填補文本創作改變歷程的一角。

從電子期刊使用探討圖書館期刊館藏發展--以政治大學傳播學院為例 / A Study on Serials Collection Development from the Viewpoint of Electronic Journals Use: A Case Study of Communication Library at National Cheng-Chi University

著電子期刊發展日益成熟,圖書館引進電子期刊館藏蔚為風尚,對圖書館紙本期刊的發展與學術傳播都帶來了巨大的影響。圖書館期刊館藏的改變,也連帶對於使用者的期刊使用造成影響。本研究旨在了解傳播學門教師電子期刊的使用行為,並從使用者的角度探討電子期刊對圖書館館藏發展之影響進而研訂以使用者角度為導向的電子期刊館藏發展政策,以做為未來圖書館館藏發展之參考。 本研究利用問卷調查與深度訪談以了解政大傳播學院教師的資訊行為與電子期刊的使用情形,以及政大傳傳播學院圖書館館藏發展現況、所面臨的問題與困難與對未來館藏發展之看法。最後獲致研究結論如下:(1)傳播學院教師平時的主要任務以教學與研究為主,而資訊需求也多因教學與研究而產生;(2)學術期刊是教師教學與研究的最重要資源;(3)傳播學院教師使用電子期刊甚於紙本期刊;(4)教師對傳播學院圖書分館期刊館藏與服務感到滿意;(5)傳播學院圖書分館重視發展學術期刊館藏,並以西文期刊為館藏重要特色;(6)傳播學院圖書分館期刊館藏發展以電子期刊與紙本期刊並重;(7)傳播學院圖書期刊選購由教師決定,主要考慮期刊內容學術性與教師需求;(8)獲得政大傳播學院圖書分館電子期刊館藏發展要件與程序;(9)傳播學院圖書分館經費有限與典藏空間不足促使電子期刊館藏發展的需求;(10)獲得政大傳播學院圖書館紙本期刊刪訂決策因素;(11)政大傳播學院圖書分館缺乏館藏發展政策訂定;(12)多數教師同意政大傳播學院圖書分館有發展電子期刊之需求;(13)多數教師對於全面發展電子期刊的看法仍有疑慮。 本研究最後針對圖書館電子期刊館藏發展與服務提出以下建議:(1)依據教師使用行為加強電子期刊館藏服務;(2)傳播學院三系所建立期刊選購合作機制;(3)訂定傳播學院圖書分館電子期刊館藏發展政策;(4)加強使用者電子期刊使用教育訓練;(5)強化傳播學院圖書分館館員的功能與價值。 / With the great developments of electronic journals, it becomes a trend for academic libraries to purchase a large amount of electronic resources. Electronic journals bring a lot of impacts on the academic libraries and scholarly communication. The changes on library serials collection also affect the way that faculty use scholarly journals. This research investigated the use of electronic journals among the faculty of Communication at the Cheng-Chi University, and tried to use user-oriented approach to formulate the serials collection development policy. The research conducted at the Cheng-Chi University in 2008 by questionnaire and interviews to exam the use of electronic journals by the faculty of Communication, investigate the status of serials collection in Communication Library, and obtain the faculty and librarians’ viewpoints about the future of serials collection development. The research findings are as follow: (1) The information needs of faculty of communication most came from research and teaching. (2) Scholarly journals are essential resources in the field of communication. (3) Faculty of communication rely on electronic journals than print journals. (4) Faculty are satisfied with the serials collection and services provided by communication library. (5) Communication library set great store by developing academic journals collections and foreign languages journals are features of communication library. (6) Emphasizing electronic journals and print journals equally is the main collection development strategy of communication library. (7) The purchases of journals are decided by faculty, and the technicality and needs of teachers are the two major factors that have great impact on serials selection. (8) Formulate procedures and components of serials collection development for communication library. (9) Shortage of budget and shelving space made communication library has need to develop electronic serials collection. (10) Formulate factors of serials cancellation for communication library. (11) Communication library need to establish collection development policy. (12) A majority of faculty agree that communication library need to develop electronic serials collection. (13) The mostly concerned issue when the library develops the whole electronic journal collection is the electronic archiving. Based on the final results of this research, several suggestions are proposed for improving communication library serials collection development and services are as follow:(1) Strengthen electronic journals collection services based on patterns of journal use by faculty. (2) The college of communication should build cooperation mechanisms for purchasing journals. (3) Communication library should establish electronic serials collection development policy. (4) Enhance training in e-resource use to faculty and students. (5) Strengthen the function and value of librarians in communication library to become the intermedium between main library and faculty.

以認知性與情緒性因素探討網路口碑對消費者決策之影響

口碑對於消費者在做購買決策時扮演重要的角色,根據研究,口碑不僅是獲得產品相關資訊的重要來源之一,而且在消費者做決策時,口碑訊息也是重要的決定性因素。而在網際網路出現之後,口碑傳播的方式從原來的口耳相傳,演變到現在的網路傳播,而由於網際網路的持久性,以及多對多的性質,使得網際網路成為口碑傳播最有效、最便利的管道。 口碑傳播的傳統研究中,有許多的變數被證實為影響口碑傳播的重要變數,例如傳播者的專業、口碑接受者的專業、知覺風險、主動搜尋口碑的程度、聯繫強度等等,都是重要的要素。但是近年來的研究也顯示,口碑傳播的過程中,屬於感性層面的情緒性變數也會強力的影響到口碑傳播的效果。 因此,本研究以Bansal & Voyer(2000)所提出的傳統口碑程序模型為基礎,加上以Soderlund and Rosengren(2007)所提出之情緒性口碑傳遞模型為基礎的情緒性口碑傳遞模型後,經過修改提出本研究之架構。本研究設計了一個正面口碑實驗與一個負面口碑的實驗,希望能夠了解在網路環境下,認知性要素與情緒性要素是如何影響網路口碑的傳播效果,以及消費者的決策。 本研究使用實體以及網路問卷的方式,共回收正面口碑實驗265有效樣本,負面口碑實驗289有效樣本。並以AMOS進行模型結構方程式的驗證,得到實證結果如下: 1. 口碑傳播者的專業會對口碑效果以及口碑接受者的主動搜尋程度有正向顯著影響。 2. 口碑接受者的專業會對其所感受到的知覺風險有負向影響。 3. 口碑接受者感受到的知覺風險和其主動搜尋程度有正向顯著相關。 4. 口碑傳播者的專業、口碑接受者的主動搜尋程度會對口碑的影響力有正向顯著相關。 5. 口碑傳遞者的情緒會影響到口碑接受者的情緒,且會讓口碑接受者的對產品的態度有顯著影響。 6. 口碑接受者的情緒也會影響到其對於產品的態度。 7. 口碑接受者對產品之態度會和其購買產品的意圖有正向顯著相關。

Also, we provide the short proofs of some of classical results on bounded bitolerance orders, including the equivalent classes of bounded bitolerance orders、the relation of unit and proper bitolerance orders. Our goal is to provide the fresh insights into the current status of research in the area while suggesting directions for the future.

圖書出版業與音樂產業的現況與未來發展 / The Current Situations and the Future Developments of the Book Publisher Industry and the Music Industry

從2007年發生的「金石堂、凌域事件」到2008年初誠品書店重新制訂和上游廠商的交易方式,都很明顯地顯示出國內出版業大型連鎖書店獨大的情形。另外,數位化隨著科技的進步對於產業的衝擊與影響越來越大,許多公司皆陸續推出數位化的相關服務,以滿足在這波趨勢下消費者逐漸改變的需求。像是圖書出版產業最近面臨電子書所帶來的數位閱讀風潮,正慢慢的在改變消費者的閱讀習慣。反觀音樂產業內,數位音樂的出現逐漸顯示多數消費者從以往購買實體唱片CD,轉變成直接從網路或手機下載歌曲、聆聽音樂;整體而言,兩產業內的廠商可說在先後面對產品數位化所帶來的衝擊,需要擬定轉型策略和未來發展方向。 本研究藉由蒐集圖書出版產業和音樂產業的次級資料瞭解現況,再經由相關文獻理論的探討後擬出訪談大綱,深度訪談兩產業價值鏈中的主要關鍵角色,希望融合第一手的訪談資料與理論文獻,找出存在於兩產業中的問題並加以分析解決,最後提出兩產業的未來發展模式與經營之道。 經由瞭解兩產業於產品流通時歷經的物流、金流與資訊流情況後進行比較分析,並在最後以價值鏈為基礎結合產品流通情況後發現,目前圖書出版產業內最大的問題為逆物流作業成本過高與資訊流不暢通,導致握有資訊流程度高與物流成本低的廠商,得以主導產業走向並擁有高議價力;而實體音樂產業內業者目前遭受最大的困境則為數位化下造成實體產品消費減少,以致廠商利潤降低。此外,現今在兩產業實體部份最具議價力的角色皆為下游大型連鎖零售商,而圖書出版產業中議價力最低的角色為中間商,音樂廠商則是唱片公司。 在兩產業共同面臨實體產業衰退與數位化衝擊下,由於產品本質上的差異,讓音樂產業數位化的腳步較早,因此所採取的因應措施與發展對於具有相同產業結構的圖書出版產業有很大的參考價值,經過整合歸納後,未來圖書出版產業除了物流整合與資訊流順暢的當務之急外,應掌握實體書籍本身產品本質的優勢並藉由口碑傳播效應創造更多商機,同時透過減少廠商家數或縮減價值鏈長度,讓產業內廠商的獲利空間得以提升。 關鍵字:價值鏈、交易成本、物流、金流、資訊流、圖書出版業、音樂產業 / The dispute between the Kingstone Bookstore and its distributor in 2007 and the revision of transaction with upstream firm made by the Eslite Bookstore in the value chain of the industry revised at beginning in 2008 represented the situation that huge chain bookstores obviously had great bargaining power in the book publisher industry. Furthermore, with progressing technology, digitization brought about a big impact and influence on industries. One after another, many companies continually provide services related to digitalization to satisfy the consumers’ changing needs. For instance, the book publisher industry faces the challenge of gradually changing reading habits resulting from the digitalized reading trend brought about by electronic books. Similarly, the music industry is experiencing a comparable situation in which the flourish of digitalized music resulted in consumers directly downloading and listening to music through the Internet or cell phones. These consumers originally bought material music products, e.g. CDs. Overall, firms in the two industries are sequentially confronted with the impact of digitalized products, and they need to make reform strategies and think about the future development. This research collected secondary data to understand the current situation of the book publisher industry and music industry and through relevant literature reviews, interview outlines were drafted so as to capture information on the key roles of the value chain of these two industries. In addition to combining the primary data and literatures to discover and solve the problems in the two industries, this research also suggests the ways of development and business models of the two industries in the future. After understanding and comparing the logistic, cash, and information flow related to product flow in the two industries, this research, based on the value chain theory, discovered that the present most serious problem in the book publisher industry is that the high cost of adverse-logistic and block of information flow result in the situation in which firms who control information flow and firms that have low logistic costs hold high bargaining power and guide industry trends. On the other hand, the most difficult situation faced by the music industry faces now is the declining consumptions of material products under the digitalizing trend leading to the firms’ decreasing profits. In addition, big wholesaler chains hold the highest bargaining power in the brick-and-mortar sections of the two industries, while distributors and record companies hold the lowest bargaining powers in the book publisher industry and in the music industry. Both industries confront the decline in the material industry and the impact of digitalization. Resulting from the intrinsic product differences, the music industry digitalized early. Consequently, the developments and the measures firms took in the music industry have high reference value for the book publisher industry which shares the same industry structure as its predecessor. The conclusion is that the book publisher industry must promptly conduct logistic integration and smoothen information flow, as well as capture the advantages of the nature of material books so as to create more sales resulting from the word of mouth effect. Simultaneously, firms in the book publisher industry must raise profit by reducing the numbers of firms or by shortening the length of value chain. Christensen提出「破壞性創新」,解釋為什麼許多過去成功的企業,在遭遇到新市場或新科技的衝擊時,常常失去他們在業界的領導地位。然而,相當可惜的是,Christensen只提出的「破壞性創新」的概念,卻沒有清楚地定義什麼才算是「破壞性創新」。 本研究將建立一個具有「價值創新程度」、「市場創新程度」、「市場成長速度」,三個構面的模型,用來決定是否為「破壞性創新」的要件。在每個構面下,分別發展出更細微的判斷指標,使模型更趨於完善。本研究更深入訪談三間具創新能力、其產品在市面上都有一定知名度的公司創辦、負責人,就本研究的三個構面,分別以其公司的創新產品做出對應的回應。最後統整出這些創新產品在這些構面的相似性。 / Christensen proposed the concept of "disruptive innovation" to explain why the established firm always failed when facing new market of new technology. However, Christensen just proposed the idea of "disruptive innovation", but he didn't clearly define what "disruptive innovation" is. This research established a model including three dimensions: value innovative ability, market acceptability, and market innovative ability, to determine if it is disruptive innovation. There are some criteria under the three dimensions. This research also interviewed the persons in charge innovative products, which is very popular in the market, in three innovative companies. They reposed according to the three dimensions. Some similarities of the three innovative products are concluded.

西文資訊科學重要期刊引用文獻之研究 / Citation analysis of western journal literature on information science

在學術傳播中,引用文獻揭示正式傳播的模式與學術影響,本研究是以1998年至2008年資訊科學重要期刊Information Processing and Management、Journal of Information Science及Journal of Documentation為研究對象,利用引用文獻分析法,分析近年來資訊科學引用參考文獻之情形,以瞭解資訊科學學門研究的學科及主題範疇。 研究結果發現,西文資訊科學期刊引用參考文獻的類型以期刊為主,圖書與會議文獻次之。在文獻分布方面,並不完全符合布萊德福與布萊德福─齊夫定律,其核心期刊主題以資訊科學及圖書資訊學為主,僅有兩種期刊偏向電腦科學。參考文獻引用的學科以圖書資訊學門為主,此外更涉及科學、社會科學及科技學門,著重於數學、電腦科學;科學總論;工業、土地用途、勞工;一般語言學;電機、電子、核子工程、電腦硬體;科技總論等。在期刊引用的學科範疇偏向圖書資訊學門及電腦科學,然而在圖書引用方面,圖書資訊學所佔比例未如同在期刊引用,且對於社會科學的引用比例亦提高許多。 深入分析圖書資訊學相關圖書與期刊的主題,發現重要議題包含:機械化(電腦)資訊檢索及書目控制、圖書館學與資訊科學、索引摘要、編目、各類型圖書館、參考服務、圖書館資訊網路、電子資源等。而圖書資訊學文章熱門研究主題有:搜尋、線上資訊檢索、資訊工作、全球資訊網、資訊儲存與檢索、主題索引法、技術服務、資訊尋求行為、評估及研究、引文分析、書目計量學、資訊科學、使用者調查等。 本研究結果可應用於館藏規劃與評估,界定重要的期刊與圖書文獻來源,有助於圖書館或相關研究單位評估資訊科學相關館藏是否足以支援研究。同時可將研究之分析應用於資訊科學學術研究,提供研究人員近年來資訊科學引用學科之變化及研究主題趨勢等相關資訊,作為資訊科學學者進行研究規劃之參考。 / As an artifact of scholarly communication, citations reveal formal communication patterns and scholarly impact. By Citation Analysis, this study explores the related disciplines and subjects with Information Science through investigating the important Information Science journals: Information Processing and Management, Journal of Information Science, and Journal of Documentation during the period 1998 to 2008. Results show that the main documentation type of Information Science citation is journal, and followed by book and conference. The distribution of Information Science citation does not exactly fit Bradford’s Law and Bradford-Zipf Law. Of the citation, the chief field of core journals is Information Science and Library & Information Science; only two core journals are about Computer Science. The primary discipline of citation is Library & Information Science. However, it also involves with Science, Social Science, and Technology, such as Mathematics, Computer Science; General Science; Industries, Land use, Labor; General Philology and Linguistics; Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Nuclear Engineering, Computer Hardware; General Technology and so on in particular. From further examination of subjects of the cited Library & Information Science journals and books, some important topics are found: Machine Methods of Information and Retrieval, Mechanized Bibliographic Control; Library Science, Information Science; Indexing and Abstracting; Cataloging; Classes of Libraries; Reference Services; Library Information Networks; Electronic Information Resources and so on. On the other hand, popular research subjects of the cited Library & Information Science journal articles are Searching, Online Information Retrieval, Information Work, World Wide Web, Information Storage and Retrieval, Subject Indexing, Technical Services, Information Seeking Behavior, Evaluation, Research, Citation Analysis, Bibliometrics, Information Science, User Surveys, etc. Finally, the results of this study can be applied to collection planning and assessment, and identify the core journals and books. It assists libraries or information centers in evaluating the adequacy of Information Science collections to support research. Meanwhile, it provides researchers with recent trends of Information Science research.

影音分享網站使用者意圖之研究 / A study of user intention on video sharing website

網路科技不斷進步,服務創新與商業模式陸續推出。線上影音分享網站為目前當紅的領域,但對於網站該如何設計以及使用者為何使用影音分享網站都未有明確準則。因此本研究藉由科技接受行為相關理論的回顧,配合影音分享網站之特性,以Davis(1989)的科技接受模式為基礎,結合相關重要變數,提出概念性架構。目的為找出可能影響網站使用者的相關變數、並瞭解Web2.0影音網站使用者之使用意圖。 實驗方法採用線上問卷方式,在回收的501份問卷中,得到492份有效問卷,以結構方程模式進行研究模式分析。分析結果顯示,研究模式之適配度均達到應有標準。 研究結論章節中會說明本研究之管理意涵,並將研究結果提供給未來欲設立Web2.0影音分享網站的設計者,在網站建立初期,將有限資源投注在重要的變數上,使網站可達到最大效益。 / As the advance of Internet technology continues new business models are emerging in the market. Online video sharing website is the hottest application nowadays, but there is little study on designing the website and why the users using the website. In this research, we propose a conceptual model based on the technology acceptance model developed by Davis (1989) and this model integrating the important variables due to the extant research of relevant theory of technology acceptance and characteristics of video sharing website. The data collection was used the online survey, and we got the 492 eligible data and the analysis was used the Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to the result, the model fit was qualified. This research will give some management implication for designers who want to set up a video sharing website, this research provides the information on how to invest the limited resource on the critical variables in order to maximize the service value in the conclusion section in this paper.

社會企業經營風險暨管理架構之探討

社會企業在台灣近年因非營利組織為尋求穩定財源而興起,在全球則具有多元的型態以解決各地所面臨的獨特社會議題,然後對於社會企業由於其同時具備至少需要滿足財務與社會目標甚至包含環境等多重目標底線的特性,對於面臨的營運風險問題相當複雜而其風險管理架構尚未被統合性的探討。 透過社會企業在各地發展的脈絡,以及經營型態討論了社會企業的特性以及所面臨的關鍵議題,而社會企業本身同時具備了私人企業與傳統非營利組織在運作上的某些特性,因此配合成熟的企業風險管理與非營利組織風險管理架構,歸納出社會企業在營運上所面臨的風險面向。 當風險面向歸納出來之後,以策略地圖之概念,將各風險面向進行連結,發展出訪問問題。對於企業所可能產生的社會企業風險問題,包含了對風險的辨識到回應策略,透過所發展的問題,選擇台灣較具代表性的社會企業,包含台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區心靈舖子、財團法人布農文教基金會、財團法人彭婉如文教基金會進行質性訪談,企圖研究台灣社會企業在風險管理上的態度與發展程度,以及是否具備相對應的管理觀念。 透過訪問分析,發現台灣社會企業面對的風險問題,財務風險仍是關鍵的風險來源,對於核心領導人員的能力則與許多風險面向產生關聯,造成風險的原因則來自於組織在核心技能中較缺乏專業的商業與管理技能。此外對於人力資本等無形資產的發展,在整體風險的回應策略上,能產生較大的影響。

全臺早期農地重劃區約占27.8萬公頃;本研究以新竹縣為例,由理論推估法及實測比較法分析其地籍圖精度,同時了解差額地價問題,冀作為複丈或釐整地籍之參考。 本研究通過釐清測繪當時所使用之方法、程序及其精度規範,由誤差傳播定律,推估其理論精度;並以實地經界及原重劃規劃、分配之設計邊長,逐筆推求出實驗區內2,593筆宗地界址點之實地坐標後,按位置、邊長及面積三方面與數化地籍圖比較,探討其實際精度。 研究結果顯示,早期農地重劃地籍圖實際精度與理論推估結果差距甚大,無法符合複丈之精度要求,建議儘速採重測手段釐整;而面積增減及差額地價問題,並非難以處理,無庸過於顧忌。此外,另歸納出許多對於複丈或釐整地籍有所幫助的資訊。 / There were about 278,000 hectares of farm land consolidations early in Taiwan. The theoretical inference method and field check method were used to analyze the precision of cadastral maps in the research and Hsin-Chu county was chosen as a case study region. The differential land values were also accounted and hopefully that can be cited as inferences of land revision or cadastral survey. The theoretical accuracy was estimated with the method of error propagation after verifying the methods and procedures of measurement used and the regulations for precision requirement. In the mean time, the coordinates of 2,593 ground boundaries were obtained in the study region by considerations of the principle of consolidation, re-distribution regulations and real ground boundaries. The coordinates of the boundaries of parcel in analog cadastral map were also obtained by digitizing. The two types of coordinates were compared each other in the location, side length and area of the parcel. It is very obvious that there were large differences between cadastral maps and theoretical estimations in the region. It also cannot meet the requirements of land revision in precision and it is necessary to cadastral resurvey completely. The problems of the differences in area of parcel and the differential land values can be solved with compensation supported by the foundation of farm land consolidation and will not be an obstruction in the progress. In addition, some useful methods for land revision and cadastral survey were generalized.
