二二八事件期間台灣新生報的角色與作為分析

本論文共分五章。第一章為緒論,包括研究問題、研究動機與研究意義。研究問題在探詢「二二八事件」當時台灣主要官方報紙《台灣新生報》呈現了什麼觀點、其言論立場的轉變的原因為何?此轉變對日後台灣媒體論述有什麼影響?研究動機主要想瞭解「二二八事件」期間《台灣新生報》言論立場轉變之原因,進而反省當今媒體意識形態問題,藉以瞭解國民黨意識形態如何運用媒體形塑文化霸權論述。同時說明「二二八事件」與《台灣新生報》的研究意義與價值。 第二章為文獻回顧與理論探討,首先回顧「二二八事件」的相關研究,並藉由與文獻對話的過程體現研究者對「二二八事件」的論述觀點。理論的部分則在檢視葛蘭西的「文化霸權」理論,思索身為國家意識形態機器的《台灣新生報》在事件期間的角色與其報導論述之取向。 第三章觀察《台灣新生報》文本在「二二八事件」期間的論述立場、報導題材與版面處理的變化,瞭解在政府介入下該報霸權論述的形塑過程。 第四章進一步探究《台灣新生報》文本內容,指出該報在特定意識形態力量召喚下所呈現出的幾種霸權論述樣貌。 第五章為結論,說明《台灣新生報》霸權論述的意義,指出國民黨的意識形態霸權對台灣媒體論述的影響,反思當前台灣媒體諸問題。 / This thesis is divided into five chapters. It starts, in “Introduction,” with the explanation of the author’s problem, motivation and the significance of this study. For a start, the problem is to find out what kinds of news were represented and why its remarks had transformed Taiwan Shin Sheng Daily News(hereafter TSSDN), Taiwan’s major publicly-owned newspaper at that time, on its viewpoints of the Feb.28 Incident. In addition, questions are asked about how this change has made an impact on Taiwan media accounts and remarks. Secondly, the motivation is mainly to understand why TSSDN altered its statement and remarks during the Feb.28 Incident. In observing this change, the author tries to discover how KMT ideology took advantage of the media and formed its hegemony as a reminder of present-day media ideological problems in Taiwan. At the same time, the researcher manifests the meaning and value of this thesis. The second chapter deals with“literature review”and“theory probing.”To begin with, the author reviews studies regarding the Feb.28 Incident and makes clear his own view on the Incident by means of a dialogue with the literature. Moreover, by inspecting Gramsci’s hegemony theory, the author ponders on TSSDN’s role as the Ideological State Apparatus and its accounts of the incident In the third chapter, the author scrutinizes TSSDN’s discourse to find out its perspective, accounts and layouts during the Feb.28 Incident in an attempt to understand the progress of TSSDN’s discursive hegemony built in the era of government intervention. In the fourth chapter, the author probes further into TSSDN’s discourse to identify several patterns under the summons of the specific ideology. In the concluding chapter, by interpreting the meaning of TSSDN’s hegemony discussion, the author points out the influence of KMT’s ideological hegemony on Taiwan media remarks and introspects on current problems of Taiwan media.

中國宣傳畫(1949~2008)圖像符號分析 / Pictorial Semiotic Analysis of Chinese Propaganda Posters from 1949 to 2008

中國宣傳畫作為中國政治社會變遷的記錄儀,擁有著深遠的史料價值和時代特徵。本研究運用Roland Barthes的圖像符號學理論作為分析工具,探討1949至2008年期間中國宣傳畫中圖文符號的意義指涉和運作規則。本研究將中國宣傳畫分為「中共建國時期」、「大躍進時期」、「文化大革命時期」與「改革開放時期」四個歷史階段;在每一個時期的宣傳畫中,則重點分析偉人領袖、工農兵、女性以及兒童這四類人物符號;歸納出這些人物符號在時代中的變遷以及他們所體現的意識形態與社會政治文化脈絡。 本研究發現,中國宣傳畫呈現出了領袖崇拜、敵我矛盾與階級身份的圖像符號運作原則;文字與圖像意義的連結較為緊密,圖文能產生強烈的對應關係。中國宣傳畫的意符與意指穩固了民眾的服從,它們來自傳統的文化,蘊含無數的集體記憶,也反映出群眾值得追求和嚮往的「目標」;這些「目標」均為國家的重要施政方針,例如:熱烈從事生產建設與追隨領導人等。雖然中國宣傳畫運用寫實主義的手法來勾勒出人民生活的圖景,但並非完全真實的反映,這種「真實」是經過政治考量之後被選擇與建構的「真實」。中國共產黨官方意識型態與社會主義價值觀支配著中國宣傳畫所傳遞的訊息,宣傳畫「再現」意識形態的同時,也展現出「去菁英化」的無產階級文化。然而改革開放之後,由於社會轉型和市場化進程,宣傳畫也反映出中國的中產階級與小資產階級文化的逐步發展。 / As the recorder of the changes of Chinese political society, Chinese propaganda posters showed remarkable historical values and characteristics of the times. Using Roland Barthes’ pictorial semiotics, we studied in this review the implications and rules of the images and texts signs of Chinese propaganda posters between 1949 and 2008. The review was divided into four parts: Building the People's Republic, The great leap forward and back, Cultural revolution and China opens up. In each part, four types of character signs were analyzed: great leaders, workers/farmers/soldiers, women and children. The changes of the character signs in different times and the development of ideology and social political cultures indicated by the changes were generalized. The research results indicate that Chinese propaganda posters illustrate the semiotic rules of worship to leaders, the contradiction and the classes. The close connection between images and texts generate strong correspondence. The signifier and signified in Chinese propaganda posters, which strengthened the obedience of people, came from Chinese traditional culture and involved numerous collective memories. They also reflected the targets people pursued, which were the government’s major policies, such as great emphasis on manufacturing and construction industry, or adherence to the leaders. Although the vision of people’s life was depicted in the posters in a realistic way, it was not purely real, but a politically tailored ‘reality’. The official ideology of Chinese Communist Party and socialism values dominated the information conveyed by the posters. The posters showed proletarian culture, which involved populism, as well as representing the official ideology. However, after the beginning of reform and opening, the propaganda posters started to show the development of the culture of the middle class and petty-bourgeois in China brought by the transition and the marketization of the society.

生技產業為典型知識產業,同時也因醫藥研發的突破,而使國人受惠享受健康的生活,惟因與人類健康相關,涉及複雜的知識領域、道德倫理、法規管理、產業合作及商業化等過程。近年來國內新設生技公司莫不以開發新藥為職志,且都有其獨特經營哲學與營運模式來達成其企業終極目標。 本研究以國內開發新藥的生技公司為研究對象,採個案研究方法透過分析個案公司之過去策略發展,實地訪問經營團隊以描述策略形態及勢態,發展策略地圖及平衡計分卡四大構面具體內容並進而以相關係數驗證各策略衡量指標與策略目標間之關聯性,最後試圖連結PwC企業價值報告中價值平台,據以建構個案公司內部策略態勢與策略管理報導。 本研究之主要研究結論包括: 一、 個案公司已有明確的企業願景,亦已積極分析未來的策略形態,除定期性財務資訊外,應系統化建置一策略管理報導,使組織資源聚焦,形成共識,改善組織策略執行力。 二、 經由驗證相關分析,現階段策略形態的部分衡量指標間呈現顯著正相關,亦有大多數衡量指標因產品商品化時間過長尚無明確關聯,故個案公司應持續追縱現行策略衡量指標因果關聯狀況。 三、 個案公司可運用內部策略管理報導具體呈現策略活動執行結果,建立評估策略目標達成程度之價值管理報表,成為內部策略檢討會議之共同基礎,利用策略思考、澄清與共識之達成。而長期系統化之分析比較,除可提供更具攸關內部價值報告及管理資訊外,亦可作為外部報導企業價值資訊的基礎。 / Pharmaceutical industry is a typical knowledge industry. At the meantime, people can enjoy healthy life because of the breakthrough of medicine research and development. However, this industry is closely connecting to human health, thus there are various and complex domains involved, including knowledge, ethics, laws and regulations, collaboration of industry and commercialization, and etc. In recent years, local newly established pharmaceutical companies set their goals in developing new drugs, and have their own unique operating philosophy and operating models in order to reach their ultimate corporate goals. The object of this study is a local new drug developing pharmaceutical company. Through the analysis of strategic development of the past based on the methodology of case study and describing strategic posture and strength via interview with the managing team, the strategic plan and contents of four scopes for balanced scorecard are developed. Further, the relationship between strategic measurement indicators and strategic objectives are verified through correlated coefficients. And lastly, linking to the value platform of PwC Corporate Value Reporting in order to construct internal strategic move and strategic managerial reporting of the case company. The conclusions of this study including: 1. Case company has clear business vision, and is actively analyzing future strategic form. In addition to periodic financial information, the case company should construct a strategic managerial reporting in order to focus organizational resources, draw consensus, and improve organizational strategic executive. 2. Based on the correlation coefficient analysis, there is positive correlation among partial measurement indicators of current strategic posture. However, there is no clear correlation for most of the measurement indicators due to long span for product commercialization. The case company should continuously follow up the correlation for current strategic measurement indicators. 3. The case company can apply its internal strategic managerial reporting to specifically present the results of its operations, and establish value managing statements for assessing the achieving of strategic targets, to formulate the common basis for internal strategic review meeting, and utilize strategic thinking, clarification and reaching of consensus. In addition, long-term systematic analysis and comparison can be used not only for more relevant internal value reporting and managerial information, and be the basis for external corporate value reporting.

線上遊戲產業是目前國內數位內容發展當中的重點產業,隨著線上遊戲種類越來越多,其消費者區隔也成為重要的課題。本研究旨在研究性別差異與生活型態變項,對於線上遊戲使用者之消費行為影響,期能提供線上遊戲廠商與線上遊戲消費行為研究者,對於線上遊戲使用者間性別差異與生活形態差異之了解。 研究中採用了EKB消費者決策模式,將線上遊戲使用者之消費行為分為五個階段探討:「需求確認」(Problem Recognition)、「蒐集資訊」(Information Search)、「評估方案」(Alternative Evaluation)、「購買行為」(Purchase Decision)以及「購後行為」(Post-purchase Behavior)。 研究工具則使用網路問卷調查,將問卷內容置於免費問卷網站My3Q(www.my3q.com)提供BBS遊戲討論區及遊戲討論網站之網友連結填答,得到353份網路問卷,其中有效問卷計有327份。 研究結果如下: 一、男性使用者注重「遊戲主題與形式」,而女性注重「人物場景造形設計」。 二、女性使用者對「動作」、「益智」類型遊戲較男性使用者熱衷。 三、男性玩過的遊戲數量較女性為多。 四、女性較常與網友一同進行遊戲,男性則較常與現實中的朋友一起。 五、刺激流行族為線上遊戲主力族群。 六、積極規劃族對線上遊戲之投入程度較低。 七、固執理性族較不願意花費在線上遊戲上。 / On-line game industry is the key industry of digital content development in Taiwan. With the increasing categories of the on-line games, segmenting the consumers becomes an important subject. The study focus on how gender and lifestyle factors affect consumer behavior, which suggest to offer the on-line game manufacturers and on-line game consumer behavior researchers, to the understanding of on-line game players. The E.K.B. consumer decision model has been applied on the study, and divides the consumer behavior into five stages: Problem Recognition, Information Search, Alternative Evaluation, Purchase Decision and Post-purchase Behavior. Questionnaire post on free website My3Q (http://www.my3q.com) was used for this study, and offered BBS users and game websites users to link and fill out. Among completed 353 subjects, 327 are effective questionnaires. The results of this study are: First, most male players pay attention to “the theme and form of the game,” and most female players pay attention to “characters design and scenery design.” Second, comparing with male players, most female users are in favor of “action games” and “casual games.” Third, male players have more on-line game experience than female players. Fourth, female players often join with internet friends; male players often join with friends in their real life. Fifth, people who like exciting are the main population of on-line game. Sixth, relatively, people who plan their life actively apply themselves less on the on-line game. Finally, stubborn and rational people spend less on on-line game.
