電子產業為我國長期重點發展之產業,而平衡計分卡可謂最具效力之績效管理工具。個案公司為一國內被動元件製造廠,導入平衡計分卡專案時程約三年,本研究以分析策略性衡量指標的方式,探討平衡計分卡制度導入後實際執行情況,深入瞭解如何設計合適的策略性衡量指標,並設計指標診斷機制,以提供公司所需的衡量指標回饋。   本研究將策略性衡量指標系統之建立區分為「策略性衡量指標設計系統」、「策略性衡量指標診斷系統」,及「策略性衡量指標回饋系統」三大部分。簡而言之,本研究說明企業如何利用平衡計分卡實際進行管理,以策略性衡量指標為重點,將企業的策略至實際營運活動一以貫之,經營者同時能藉此思考企業可精進之處,此研究結果俾作為個案公司及後續企業執行平衡計分卡時之參考。 / The electronic industry in Taiwan is the key within the industry development policy, and the balanced scorecard is one of the most powerful tools of performance management. The object of the research is a domestic manufacture of passive components, which implements the case of balanced scorecard for three years. The research explores the implementation of balanced scorecard by analyzing the strategic performance indicator, building the system of indicator diagnosis, and offers the feedback of indicator for the company need. The research divides the analysis of strategic performance indicator into “the design of strategic performance indicator”, “the diagnosis of strategic performance indicator”, and “the feedback of strategic performance indicator”. In short, the research explains how the company use balanced scorecard to manage. Use a strong logic to link from the company’s strategy to every operating activity. CEO also can think about where the company can improve. The result of research could be the reference for the case and other companies

行動政府網頁設計準則影響資訊尋求之研究 / Effects of Design Criteria of Mobile Government Information Webpage on Information Seeking

因應行動政府的發展趨勢,美國、加拿大、印度、阿拉伯聯合大公國、我國政府都相繼提出發展行動政府網頁時的設計準則,然而各國政府所提出來之行動政府網頁設計規範相當混亂不統一。因此,本研究將各國政府單位所提供行動網頁設計準則統合整理成七大面向共46條的設計準則。另ㄧ方面,過去許多有關網站設計準則之相關研究,大多使用問卷了解使用者感受,皆無法判斷其準則對資訊尋求的真正影響。因此,本研究以臺北市政府觀光傳播局建置之「臺北旅遊網」為資訊尋求實驗網站,以程式記錄器記錄使用者在執行資訊尋求任務時,實際使用準則之行為歷程記錄為客觀資料,以及資訊尋求任務完成後所進行使用者認知行動政府網頁準則對於資訊尋求之重要性問卷調查為主觀資料,探討影響行動政府網頁資訊尋求速度與資訊尋求完成度之主要準則為何,以作為行動政府網頁設計之考量,以提升網站之資訊尋求效能。 本研究之研究結果顯示:(1)合計有七項使用者無法實際操作卻被認知重要之行動政府網頁設計準則;(2)合計有九項使用者可實際操作之行動政府網頁設計準則,可用操作次數預測資訊尋求達成度;(3)合計有十四項使用者可實際操作之行動政府網頁設計準則,可用操作次數預測資訊尋求速度;(4)合計有十項使用者可實際操作之行動政府網頁設計準則於資訊尋求時頻繁被使用,並且具有一定重要性;(5)合計有四項使用者可實際操作之行動政府網頁設計準則有助於提升同時提升使用者資訊尋求速度與達成度;(6)使用者資訊行為研究有必要以問卷及使用者行為記錄並行評估。 最後,本研究考量可實際操作之行動網頁設計準則之實際使用歷程操作狀況、資訊尋求時間、資訊尋求完成度及受測者認知準則重要度之行為特性,透過SOM分群方法歸納出七群影響資訊尋求速度與達成度之準則特性,並據此提出對於行動政府網頁設計者,使用準則時之參考依據,亦提出未來可供繼續探討之研究方向。 / To cope with the development trend of mobile government, the USA, Canada, India, United Arab Emirates, and domestic governments have proposed the design criteria for developing mobile government information webpage. Nevertheless, the design specifications of mobile government information webpage are chaotic and not uniform. For this reason, design criteria of mobile information webpage provided by various governments are integrated into 7 dimensions and 46 articles in this study. On the other hand, most past research on web site design criteria tried to understand user experience with questionnaire survey, which could not really judge the effect of the criteria on information seeking. As a result, “Travel Taipei”, established by Department of Information and Tourism, Taipei City Government, is utilized as the experimental web site for information seeking in this study. Programmable recorders are used for recording user behavior course of the criteria for information seeking as the objective data; and, the questionnaire survey of users’ perceived importance of the criteria of mobile government information webpage to information seeking as the subjective data. It intends to discuss the major criteria for the information seeking speed and information seeking completion of mobile government information webpage for the design of mobile government information webpage to enhance the information seeking efficacy of web sites. The research results are concluded as following. (1) There are 7 design criteria of mobile government information webpage which are not actually operated by users, but are considered important. (2) There are 9 design criteria of effective mobile government by predicting information seeking completion with operation behavior. (3) There are total 14 design criteria of effective mobile government by predicting information seeking speed with operation behavior. (4) There are 10 design criteria of mobile government information webpage which are used by most users for information seeking and present certain importance. (5) There are 4 design criteria of mobile government information webpage which could simultaneously enhance information seeking time and completion. (6) It is necessary to study users’ information behavior with questionnaire survey and user behavior records for the evaluation. Finally, the behavior characteristics of information seeking completion, information seeking time, and participants’ perceived criteria importance in the actual use of course operation of mobile information webpage design criteria which could be actually operated are taken into account in this study. Seven criteria characteristics to influence information seeking speed and completion are organized through SOM clustering, and, based on which, reference for the use of criteria are provided for mobile government information webpage designers and future research directions.

桌上遊戲融入華語文教學複習活動─以「驢橋」為例 / Reviewing activities of teaching Chinese as a second language integrated with tabletop games– the case of Eselsbrücke

課堂遊戲活動是語言教室裡重要的一環,透過遊戲不僅可降低學習者壓力、提升學習動機、增加學生互動,更能刺激高層次的思考,對華語教師而言也是不可或缺的語言練習。然而,目前華語教學關於遊戲活動的相關研究尚在發展階段,在教學現場,華語老師也受限於難以自行設計遊戲或製作道具等因素,因而降低使用課堂遊戲活動的意願和頻率。 本研究將桌上遊戲元素加入華語文課堂中,透過適度更動桌上遊戲「驢橋」的部分規則和道具,盼學生在帶有競爭性質的規則中歡樂且積極地練習所學生詞,證明桌上遊戲作為華語教學複習活動的可行性。 此次實驗過程中讓受試學生實地操作「驢橋」,實驗過程中同時錄音,實驗結束後請所有受試學生填寫問卷,並徵求自願者進行一對一訪談,最後綜合實驗觀察紀錄、問卷與訪談以觀察探究學生對「驢橋」的反應。根據研究結果,「驢橋」作為華語課堂的遊戲活動時,可引起學生注意力,積極將所學應用於遊戲中,提升生詞學習的自信心,華語教師在遊戲中可鼓勵增強學生的滿足感,扮演給予學生回饋的重要角色,「驢橋」為學生接受程度高的華語課堂教學複習遊戲活動。此次研究證明桌上遊戲「驢橋」改編為華語教學課堂複習活動可提升學生學習動機,學生反應熱烈,未來可推廣更多樣化的桌上遊戲進入華語教學課堂,讓華語教學的活動更豐富多彩。 / Class games play an important role in language class. The advantages of games include: lower the learning pressure, strengthen the learning motivation, enhance the interaction between students, and stimulate higher-order thinking ability. Games are also a necessary practice for language learning. However, related research in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language is still developing. Also, due to the difficulty of designing the games and preparing the props, Chinese teachers would hesitate to use the games or reduce the frequency of language games in the classroom. The topic of this research is teaching Chinese as a second language class integrated with tabletop games factors. By amending some rules and props of the board game Eselsbrücke, students would be expected to practice the learned vocabularies actively and delightfully in this game. Also, this research could prove the feasibility of tabletop games as the reviewing activity of teaching Chinese as second language. In the research, subjects would operate Eselsbrücke directly, and all their response would be observed through recording. After the research, students filled in the questionnaire, and volunteers would accept the interview. According to the research result, as a game in Chinese class, Eselsbrücke can arouse student’s attention, review what they have learned, makes students more confident in learning vocabularies. Chinese teachers play an important role that not only encourages students to achieve higher sense of satisfaction, but also feedbacks to students immediately. Combining the fun of game and the effective language practice, Eselsbrücke is a reviewing activity which is easy for students to accept in teaching Chinese as a second language class. This research proves that tabletop game Eselsbrücke shows positive effect to students as a Chinese class reviewing activity. In the future, we may promote tabletop games in teaching Chinese as a second language class, to create more and more interesting and attractive Chinese teaching activities.

當身處一個競爭激烈的行業,企業想要保持發展,就必須與時俱進,積極創新。但企業應該從哪裡找到創新的機會?除了技術和產品之創新,越來越多企業開始關注商業模式的創新。過去,對商業模式創新的討論大部分集中在企業的內部系統活動改造,或是期待從開放創新中尋找機會。本研究嘗試把商業模式理解為一種敵我對應關係,從主流企業與後進者的攻防戰中理解創新的調適過程。通過分析「非主流」的後進者如何回應主流設計,並由主流企業之迷思理解後進者如何找出商業模式創新的可能。本研究發現,商業模式創新的本質是動態的,而其過程是調適的。後進者可以由主流企業建構商業模式之迷思中,找到自身商業模式創新的諸多樣貌與調適的巧思。 / In an industry that faces intensified competitions, firms need innovate constantly and timely so as to maintain steady growth. But where could firms identify opportunities for innovation? In addition to the innovation of technologies and products, more and more firms pay attention to business model innovation. Previously, our understanding of business model innovation is limited to firms’ business activity systems, or to seek opportunities from open innovation. This thesis attempts to consider the business model as a kind of responsive process between rivals; and to analyze the adaptation of business model within the defensive process between the mainstream firms and the second mover. By analyzing how the non-mainstream player may respond to the evolving dominant design, it is posisble to recognize the myths of the development of mainstream business models. This research suggests that business model innovations are dynamic in their nature and adaptive in their developmental process. The second mover could identify various patterns of new business models and conceive creative adaptation from the mainstream firms’ myths in building their own business models.

「自動」已是舊名詞,取而代之的是「無人」。 零售業也一樣吹起了「無人」風,引燃此波競逐的非為2017年1月正式推出「Amazon Go」所屬,而回想零售業才自於2013年宣稱將邁入4.0時代,啟動全通路經營模式(Omni-Channel)運動,3年後立即進入了無人時代,反觀傳統通路商以不變應萬變之姿繼續立於零售商與品牌製造商中間,事實上其價值已明顯地逐步限縮,甚或僅餘傳統的物流、庫存調節及應收融資價值。隨著金融也來到4.0的無實體之虛擬貨幣時代,其可能徹底改變信用風險的問題,而工業4.0更已開始重塑生產價值鏈,在這一巨浪變化中,可能因根本結構的改變,通路商能真的被去中心化。通路商必須即早尋求在此新產業結構下的新價值及經營模型,與時俱進以永續發展。   本論文研究將專注在資訊通路商於新零售之全通路經營模式(Omni-Channel)下,如何以服務設計的思維,引入結合終端消費者,擴增通路商價值,創造消費者、零售商、通路商、製造商多贏的創新商業模型。

區塊鏈是一種高可行性的基礎建設技術,不僅能提高效率、降低建設成本,其交易透明化和避免篡改等特性更使之得以被廣泛應用。由於資訊科技蓬勃發展,互聯網革命伴隨著客戶主導邏輯的興起,平台思維對於服務設計而言早已不敷使用。因此,區塊鏈數位生態系統將成為下一代服務設計的解決方案,強調生態系統中利益相關者的價值共創欲目標追求。 以現況而言,仍有許多服務無法在現實中發展或得以維持,網路效應的影響在數位環境中是極為強大且不容忽視的。我們的研究旨在由此出發衡量區塊鏈數位生態系統的成敗。我們提出的方法能使設計師基於理解關鍵多數的實現和網絡效應水平的大小,來瞭解其設計的可適應性與競爭力,這是一個數位生態系統能否突破真空的關鍵。此方法還提供如何提升設計的指南,使服務設計能更有機會地進入網路效應的爆炸階段。 / Blockchain is an infrastructure technology not only restricted to the financial industry, but also feasible and affordable to facilitating the operation of service provision with efficiency, lower construction cost, information transparency and non-falsified characteristics. By virtue of the information technology booms swiftly, the revolution which Internet brings about, accompanies with the rise of customer-dominant logic, platform thinking is no longer sufficient for the service design. Consequently, blockchain-based digital ecosystem becomes a solution of the next generation’s service design aspect which stresses on value co-creation among all the stakeholders of the ecosystem and proceeds to the same proposition. However, there are many service provisions unable to launch or sustain in reality. The network externality of the Internet is the most powerful, indispensable and un-negligible effect in the digital environment. Our study aims to estimate and measure the success or failure of blockchain-based digital ecosystems from this perspective. We propose a method which enables blockchain-based digital ecosystem designers to comprehend with the adaptability and competitiveness of the fulfillment of the critical mass and the examination of network effect level. They are crucial to pass through the vacuum stage of ecosystem lifetime. The method also provides guides about how to improve the designs in order to have a greater opportunity to get into the explosion stage of ecosystem lifetime.

以科技業而言,由於近來創業風潮蔚為風行,同時新創企業的數目也蓬勃增加,但是要如何永續發展,成為穩定生存的企業,還有很多需要努力及進步的地方。另外一方面,台灣各個科技大廠多數面臨創新動力及幅度不足的困境,始終處在代工的階段,毛利無法提升,故近來也有許多科技大廠積極找尋新創企業標的購併或合作,以期提升企業未來之競爭力。 本論文旨在研究新創企業及大型科技企業於供應鏈上的互動,大型科技企業該如何找尋正確之標的並且不影響原業務內容以及新創企業須具備哪些核心技能以期公司持續發展。本研究個案以Q公司以及N公司為個案案例,其中大型OEM/ODM系統廠Q和硬體新創企業N的合作是為研究重點,因兩者的合作並不符合一般的直覺思維,Q公司必須要犧牲規模經濟才得以進行Q公司之產品製造,所以本研究透過資源觀點的學說,如資源基礎理論、資源優勢理論、資源相依理論等進而從外部環境到內部資源分析,可以發現因為環境因素的促使,導致Q公司與N公司形成互利的相依共生關係。 / Recently in technology industry, due to the recent upsurge of entrepreneurship, the number of start-ups has also increased vigorously. However, how to achieve sustainable development and become a stable and viable enterprise has a lot to do with efforts and progress. On the other hand, most of the Taiwanese technology firms are faced with the lack of margin and innovation power. They are still in the stage of foundry work and the gross profit can not be improved. Recently, many technology companies are keenly searching for the merger or cooperation of the new startups in order to maintain the future competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to study the interaction between start-ups and large-scale technology enterprises in the supply chain. How can large-scale technology enterprises find the right target and do not affect the original business content and what core skills the start-up enterprises should have in order to keep the company going. The research case is based on the case of Q company and N company. The cooperation between the large OEM / ODM system Q and the hardware start-up enterprise N is the focus of the research, because the cooperation between these two is not in line with the general intuitive thinking. It is necessary to sacrifice the Q’s scale economy to carry out the N company's product manufacturing, so this study will go through the resource point of view, such as resource-based theory, resource advantage theory, resource-dependency theory to analyze the external environment to internal resources. Simply saying the result can be conclude because of the relationship between environmental factors, resulting in Q company and N company to form a mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship.

本地化玉米餅:台灣多力多滋傳播策略案例研究 / Localizing the tortilla chips: a case study of Doritos' communicative strategies in Taiwan

無 / This study examines the strategies adopted by the global brand Dorito’s in Taiwan, and contrasts the communicative strategies with those used in Mexican market. The foundation of this analysis resided in Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions. This research has sampled filmic advertisements used in previous and current campaigns in both countries available in social media and video sharing platforms. Cultural values, marketing appeals, and value paradoxes were analyzed, as well as other elements like product design and packaging have been assessed to understand the implications and the role that national culture plays when creating marketing strategies. Product localization and standardization have their implications in this study. Doritos’ brand communicative strategies have been modified to fit into the taste of Taiwanese buyers, adopting different appeals and values than those utilized in Mexican market. Recurrent use of value paradox, in harmony with Doritos’ brand values is found to be consistent in Mexico and Taiwan. One of the most remarkable value paradoxes adopted in branding is irreverence it extends the reach of campaigns, and brand memorability. Product standardization across markets has been a long-time strategy adopted by Doritos, although, some characteristics like flavor and spiciness level were modified in order to fit Taiwanese buyers’ taste. The data set utilized for the purposes of this study was constrained and dramatically reduced by the availability of video-based advertisements publicly available on social media channels of Doritos in each market. Doritos’ brand communicative strategies have been modified to fit into the taste of Taiwanese buyers, adopting different appeals and values than those utilized in Mexican market. Product standardization across markets has been a long-time strategy adopted by Doritos, although, some characteristics like flavor and spiciness level were modified in order to fit Taiwanese buyers’ taste.

台灣電視氣象播報傳播研究--以一個颱風的生與死為例 / TV Weathercast in Taiwan – A Case Study on the Life Cycle of a Typhoon

全球極端氣候、天災頻仍,氣象訊息與民眾生活息息相關,根據中央氣象局104年調查,民眾獲得氣象資訊的管道仍以「電視」占最多數,氣象傳播是科學傳播的一環,本研究以一個颱風從生到死為範圍,對四位電視氣象主播晚間新聞時段氣象預報,分訊息呈現、媒體設計、播報展演等三個層面進行內容分析,並輔之以四位主播的深度訪談,探討國內電視氣象主播在颱風警報發佈前、警報發佈期間與警報解除後,如何對閱聽大眾進行傳播。 近年來由於媒體競爭激烈,使得電視氣象預報從颱風還在一兩千公里外就開始眾聲喧嘩。本研究發現,氣象主播的科學背景會影響其颱風播報敘事結構,對於尚處遙遠的颱風,任立渝、林嘉愷用語比較保守,戴立綱語多暗示,王淑麗暗示性最強、使用篇幅也最多。在警報發佈期間,任立渝偏重颱風分析,林嘉愷擅長運用圖表解析即時風雨狀況,戴立綱敘事強調生活化提醒閱聽人防颱防淹水,王淑麗用語相對生動活潑、善用周遭事物比擬陳述颱風。在颱風警報解除後,任立渝、林嘉愷和戴立綱立即恢復平日氣象播報格式,惟王淑麗仍停留颱風訊息的陳述。在媒體設計上,林嘉愷使用的虛擬棚、鏡面和圖表,在視覺化的設計和呈現都較其他三人為佳。在播報展演上,四位主播各有風格,任立渝誠懇嚴肅、林嘉愷草根親和、戴立綱急切亢奮、王淑麗則走輕鬆活潑路線。手勢和觸控筆是氣象主播很重要的展演,手勢是一種肢體表演,觸控筆則是展現專業分析的工具,視覺性的動態展演是聚焦觀眾注意力的方式。 綜觀分析結果,本研究也提出颱風氣象播報準則,氣象主播的長期專業形象是其一,訊息呈現的敘事結構必須隨著颱風逼近而機動調整,當颱風地處遙遠時,對於颱風的敘事以「教育」觀眾大氣環境變化為主;當颱風逐漸靠近時,颱風動態路徑的解析說明展演能力,是氣象播報的決勝關鍵;當颱風警報發佈後,對台灣陸地影響的預估解釋能力則是觀眾收視關切的重點。至於搭配的氣象鏡面宜以視覺化為原則,追求圖表色調文字簡單明瞭且可視性高,並且讓觀眾熟悉且習慣這些圖表規格的呈現,惟須避免造成視覺疲勞。而展演方式則視個人風格特色而定,有些人適合沈穩嚴肅,有些人適合親切活潑,但考量電視是視覺展演的平台,動的畫面會比靜的畫面吸引觀眾,不論是眼神、表情、手勢、觸控筆、左右走動都是牽動觀眾視覺的重要元素,讓主播的講解、動作與鏡面三者在視聽感官上的互動,達到人機一體展演的效果。 氣象主播的個性發揮與風格確立,關係品牌形象與信賴感。專業氣象人有過實務或學術訓練,如果加上好的展演訓練及觀眾緣,或者是非氣象專業的新聞人,經由豐富的新聞訓練及額外自修,都能獲得觀眾的喜愛與信賴。本研究經由對四位氣象主播播報的分析與歸納,最後提出一套颱風氣象播報準則,俾以提供有志從事電視(影音)氣象播報工作者之參考。 / Since the world has experienced extreme weather and natural disasters constantly, weather information has been closely related to the lives of human being. According to the survey conducted by the Central Meteorological Bureau in 2015, TV is still the main channel for the public to access to meteorological information and meteorological communication is a part of science communication. Based on a typhoon from the birth to death, this study explores 4 weather presenters during prime time broadcasting by the use of content analysis which includes 3 aspects: message presentation, media design and performace. Also, by conducting in-depth interviews with the 4 presenters, this study examines how the domestic weather presenters communicates with the public before and during the authorities announces the typhoon alert, and after the alert is lifted. News media face fierce competition in recent years which leads to the rise of infotainment. For example, TV weather presenter starts to dramatize the strength of typhoon when it's just 1000km or 2000km away. This study found that presenter’s academic background in science does affect the structure of narration. When typhoon is still far away and the impact is variable, Ren Li-yu and Lin Jia-kai are more likely to present with a conservative tone while Dai Li-kang is more suggestive. Wang Shu-li has the strongest suggestive tone. During the alert, Ren Li-yu focuses on the typhoon analysis, Lin Jia-kai is fond of using charts and graphics to analyze the current wind speed and rainfall. Dai Li-gang puts more emphasis on reminding audience to be cautious and to do as much as one can to prevent the typhoon. Wang Shu-li’s style is relatively lively and she tends to make an analogy with surrounding things to describe the typhoon. Also, the program should let viewers absorb and familiarize with these presented charts. One thing that needs be avoided is visual fatigue. In terms of performace, some presenters are calm and serious, some are cordial and lively. Since television relies heavily on visualization, moving pictures are more eye-catching than still images. Otherwise, both eye contact and facial expressions, gestures, the use of touch pen, or even the body movement all play a dispensable role. TV weather presenter’s personality and personal style establishment is helpful to build brand image and earn the trust of the audience.
