In an accelerated pace, they meddle in traditional social settings, causing plenty of reactions among their established actors, leading to developments that, in the context of communication studies, raise new questions and perspectives to be investigated. Within this universe, this study picked out two cases to be more closely detailed: the website Wikileaks, and the Blog do Luis Nassif. The two cases were analyzed as phenomena that alter some of the interactional logic of the environment in which they appear, and in which they begin to establish relations of interaction, conflict and displacement. The two cases, that at first have no specific relationship between them, were addressed in an around some conceptual elements of classical social theory, particularly the critical traditions of the Public Sphere. As for their communicational aspects, they’ve been investigated according to the concept of interactional device, as it appears in contemporary communication studies. / As novas tecnologias de comunicação e informação, notadamente suas aplicações em rede e suas diversas configurações na internet, estão cada vez mais presentes na sociedade e política contemporâneas. Em ritmos cada vez mais acelerados, elas vão se intrometendo em ambientes e dinâmicas tradicionais, provocando reações nos atores constituídos desses ambientes, dando origem a desdobramentos que, no âmbito dos estudos comunicacionais, levantam novas perguntas e perspectivas a serem investigadas. Dentro dessa problemática, o presente trabalho escolheu dois casos para maior detalhamento: o site de vazamento Wikileaks, e o Blog do Luis Nassif. Os dois casos foram analisados segundo a perspectiva de serem fenômenos que alteram algumas das lógicas interacionais nos ambientes em que eles surgem e nos quais elas passam a estabelecer relações de interação, disputa e deslocamentos. Os dois casos, sem relação específica entre si, foram abordados num arco conceitual em torno de elementos da teoria social clássica, em particular as tradições críticas em torno da Esfera Pública. Já para problematizar os aspectos comunicacionais dos referidos casos, foi mobilizado o conceito de dispositivo interacional, tal como ele aparece nos estudos de comunicação contemporâneos.

Este estudio se centra en el uso del Internet en niños entre 8 y 10 años del colegio Puruchuco, en Ate Vitarte y consta de dos etapas que permitieron un análisis comparativo entre los años 2013 y 2016. Con este trabajo se buscó tener un diagnóstico de esta realidad y conocer así cuanto del potencial de las tecnologías está siendo aprovechado por los niños, y si es que se da una confluencia de intereses entre los niños, los padres y los docentes de la institución a la que asisten los niños. Se buscó así conocer como los niños perciben este medio, la frecuencia de su uso, los programas que utilizan, las diferencias entre niños y niñas, sus opiniones con respecto a sus beneficios y riesgos y si reciben algún acompañamiento o enseñanza por parte de sus padres o profesores. / Trabajo de investigación

The general objective of this research is to analyze how the mobile technologies may be articulated to the development of work projects, aiming at their integration into the pedagogic practices in higher education. The research adopted a qualitative-quantitative approach, with the former being predominant, and it was carried out as action/intervention way with a group of a Marketing higher course composed of 34 voluntary students in the discipline "Communication" offered in the second term of the course, in a private institution of higher education in the city of Lins/SP. The survey also counted on the collaboration of a teacher who worked with the same class. The data were collected by a participating observation, semi-structured interviews, questionnaires and focus groups. According to this scenario, the methodological approach adopted for using mobile technologies in the classroom was the development of work projects getting to four projects: 1) Crosswords Game, an application that, among other skills, stimulates the memory capacity, enriches the vocabulary and helps the understanding of several subject-matters; 2) Contest by WhatsApp, since being the most used application by students, the group chose to use it as a channel for conducting a type of "contest" in the room itself; 3) Stop Motion Video, an important tool for the marketing professional, because it gives meaning and values to the signs in the communication process, since the image is essential in promoting brands and products; 4) A Game of Questions and Answers, an application aiming to test some knowledge and stimulate memory. The results were broadly satisfactory. From the students’ viewpoint, the work projects gave them a significant support in carrying out the activities, allowing them to correct the deviation and improving the final results, as well as the works permitted the insertion of mobile technologies in the classroom, giving them more autonomy and responsibility to develop their own projects. From the teacher point of view, the students practiced the team work and learned the matters in a collaborative way, by using tools that are already part of the routine of the Marketing professional. In addition, they experienced many procedures and attitudes involving concepts still unknown, and were co-responsible for their own learning process, with autonomy and responsibility. Analyzing the Work Projects from the Marketing professional viewpoint, the conclusion is that this methodology is an important tool beyond the professional qualification, by providing a better organization of any activities with educational purposes, in a more active manner. / A presente dissertação vincula-se ao Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação – Mestrado em Educação, linha de pesquisa - Formação e Prática Pedagógica do Profissional Docente - ofertado pela Universidade do Oeste Paulista – Unoeste/Presidente Prudente/SP. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa consistiu em analisar como as tecnologias móveis podem ser articuladas ao desenvolvimento de projetos de trabalho, visando à sua integração às práticas pedagógicas no ensino superior. A investigação assumiu uma abordagem quali-quantitativa, com o predomínio da abordagem qualitativa, e foi realizada sob a forma de pesquisa na ação/intervenção, com uma turma do curso de Marketing composta por 34 estudantes, cuja participação se deu de forma voluntária, especificamente, no âmbito da disciplina “Comunicação”, ofertada no segundo termo do curso em uma instituição particular de ensino superior da cidade de Lins/SP. A pesquisa contou também com a colaboração de um professor que atuava junto a essa turma. Os dados foram coletados por meio de observação participante, entrevista semiestruturada, questionário e grupo focal. De acordo com esse cenário, a proposta metodológica adotada para uso das tecnologias móveis em sala de aula foi o desenvolvimento de projetos de trabalho, culminando em quatro projetos: 1. Jogo de Palavras Cruzadas - um aplicativo que, entre outras habilidades, desenvolve o estímulo da memória, enriquece o vocabulário e auxilia na compreensão de vários assuntos; 2. Competição no Whatsapp - por ser o aplicativo mais utilizado pelos estudantes, o grupo optou por utilizá-lo como canal para a realização de uma espécie de “gincana” na própria sala; 3. Vídeo Stop Motion - ferramenta importante para o profissional de Marketing, pois dá significação e importância aos signos no processo de comunicação, sendo a imagem essencial para a promoção de marcas e produtos; 4. Jogo de Perguntas e Respostas - um aplicativo para testar o conhecimento e estimular a memória. Os resultados obtidos foram amplamente satisfatórios. Na ótica dos estudantes, os projetos de trabalho auxiliaram de maneira expressiva a realização das atividades, possibilitando-lhes corrigir o percurso e melhorar o resultado final, bem como favoreceram a inserção das tecnologias móveis em sala de aula, dando-lhes mais autonomia e responsabilidade para desenvolverem seus próprios projetos. Na visão do professor, os estudantes exercitaram o trabalho em grupo e aprenderam o assunto de forma colaborativa, por meio de ferramentas que já fazem parte da rotina do profissional de Marketing. Também vivenciaram diversos procedimentos e atitudes, compreendendo conceitos ainda desconhecidos, e foram corresponsáveis pelo seu próprio processo de aprendizagem, com autonomia e responsabilidade. Analisando os Projetos de Trabalho na ótica do profissional de Marketing, concluimos que essa metodologia se constitui numa importante ferramenta para além da formação profissional, proporcionando melhor organização de quaisquer atividades com fins educacionais, de forma mais ativa.

Alors que la littérature scientifique décrète que l’innovation collaborative n’est pas une nouveauté, les définitions sont souvent contradictoires et sa mise en œuvre reste énigmatique. Par conséquent, cette thèse en sciences de gestion a souhaité apporter des clarifications et des premiers éléments de réponse à travers la problématique centrale suivante : " Comment appréhender les nouvelles formes d’organisation du travail au service de l’innovation collaborative dans le cadre des territoires inscrits dans une démarche de stratégie intelligente ? Le cas des espaces de coworking ". Plusieurs objectifs en ont découlé : 1. Analyser la dimension collaborative de l’organisation du travail afin de déceler son potentiel novateur ; 2. Identifier les processus de gestion qui favorisent l’innovation collaborative en utilisant le cas des espaces de coworking ; 3. Conjuguer ces processus au niveau d’un territoire afin de pouvoir proposer un modèle de gestion intégratif capable de démultiplier le potentiel d’innovation collaborative. La thèse s’est, donc, articulée autour de trois niveaux d’analyse : conceptuel, conjoncturel et territorial. La recherche empirique s’est concentrée sur plusieurs études de cas : 11 espaces de coworking en France et 6 espaces de coworking aux États-Unis. La triangulation des données à partir des entretiens semi-directifs, de l’analyse documentaire et de l’observation empirique a contribué à une meilleure qualité des résultats obtenus. L’analyse conceptuelle nous a permis de clarifier la notion de « nouveauté » associée aux nouvelles formes d’organisation de travail, ainsi que leur potentiel novateur, afin de pouvoir esquisser la grille d’analyse de l’innovation collaborative, le schéma conceptuel de la thèse. Le niveau conjoncturel de l’analyse propose, donc, un schéma conceptuel enrichi intégrant les éléments du terrain. Enfin, l’analyse territoriale a donné lieu à un modèle intégratif de gestion territoriale de l’innovation collaborative. Ces résultats visent, d’un côté, la prise de conscience de nouveaux enjeux associés au concept de travail collaboratif et son potentiel, notamment l’innovation collaborative ; et de l’autre, la prise de conscience de l’importance de l’espace et des trois types de communication - communication pour coordination, communication pour information, communication pour inspiration - dans la gestion de l’innovation collaborative afin d’envisager de nouvelles politiques (publiques) de gestion de l’innovation collaborative (territoriale). / While the scientific literature concludes that collaborative innovation is not a new concept, definitions are often contradictory and its implementation remains enigmatic. Therefore, this thesis in management aimed to address the issue by stating its main question as follows: "How do we capitalize on the new forms of work organization targeting collaborative innovation in regions supporting smart specialization strategies? The case of coworking spaces". As a consequence, the following research objectives have been formulated: 1. To analyze the collaborative dimension of the organization of work in order to detect its innovative potential; 2. To identify management processes that foster collaborative innovation using the case of coworking spaces; 3. To conjugate these processes at the level of a territory in order to propose an integrative management model capable of enhancing the potential of collaborative innovation. The thesis was articulated around three levels of analysis: conceptual, conjunctural and territorial. Empirical research has focused on several case studies: 11 coworking spaces in France and 6 coworking spaces in the United States. The triangulation of the data from semi - structured interviews, documentary analysis and empirical observation helped produce quality results. The conceptual analysis permitted to clarify the notion of "novelty" associated with the new forms of work organization, as well as their innovative potential; thus, this level of analysis aimed to outline the collaborative innovation analysis grid, the conceptual schema of the thesis. The conjunctural level of the analysis proposed an enriched conceptual diagram by integrating the elements of the fieldwork. Finally, the territorial analysis provided an integrative model of the territorial management of collaborative innovation. On the one hand, these results are meant to raise awareness of the new implications of collaborative work and its potential, particularly collaborative innovation; on the other hand, they emphasize the importance of space and the importance of the three types of communication - communication for coordination, communication for information, and communication for inspiration - in the management of collaborative innovation. Thus, they underline multiple opportunities to define new (public) policies for the management of (territorial) collaborative innovation.

Comunidades de prática online: contribuições à formação de professores no Brasil e em Portugal

The theoretical basis of this thesis articulates the concept of community of practice with references from Wenger, Lave, McDermott, Synder and Matta; collaboration, as proposed by Oliveira and Magalhães; reflexive and shared teacher development according to Pimenta, Vázquez, Gimeno, Sacristán, Tardiff, Masetto; and integration of DICT in education as discussed by Valente, Almeida and others. The researched contexts were Communities of Practice in Brazil, namely Grupo de Estudos Educar na Cultura Digital, Práxis, Grupo de Sábado, Portal do Professor and Nética; and, in Portugal, ArcaComum and Pigafetta. Besides these players, the research natural intervention environment was the municipal school Governador André Franco Montoro, located in the town of Campo Limpo Paulista, in the state of São Paulo. The methodological approach was action research. Data analysis and interpretation were built on the definition of 7 potentiality indicators depicted from the collected data. The analysis used the multidimensional statistic method of hierarchical ranking by similarity, through data compilation in CHIC software, which showed similarity or similitude in the data referring to shared teacher development and the resulting effects in the teacher s own practice as a consequence of participating in an Online Community of Practice. The results showed that the sharing of experience in a OCoP has enabled us to build up knowledge about the integration of DICT in educational context. The participants spent the better understand your role as an agent of change that organises and reflects on their pedagogical actions in the classroom / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar quais são os indicadores de potencial das COP online no Brasil e em Portugal que contribuíram para a formação compartilhada dos professores no desenvolvimento de competências pedagógicas com o uso das TDIC constituindo a COP online denominada COPFUCA, no âmbito do projeto UCA. O referencial teórico desta tese articula os conceitos de comunidades de prática com referências em Wenger, Lave, McDermott, Synder, Matta; colaboração Mandaji, Oliveira e Magalhães; formação compartilhada e reflexiva de professores baseado em Pimenta, Vázquez, Gimeno Sacristán, Tardiff, Masetto; integração do uso das TDIC no processo educacional, Valente, Almeida, dentre outros. Os contextos investigados foram as Comunidade de Prática no Brasil: Grupo de Estudos Educar na Cultura Digital, Práxis, Grupo de Sábado (GDS), Portal do Professor, Nética; e em Portugal ArcaComum e Pigafetta. Além disso, teve como ambiente natural de intervenção a escola municipal EMEF Governador André Franco Montoro localizada no município de Campo Limpo Paulista, São Paulo. A abordagem metodológica adotada foi a da pesquisa ação. A análise e interpretação dos dados nesta pesquisa foram construídas a partir da definição de 7 indicadores de potencial identificados nos extratos coletados. Na análise adotou-se o método estatístico multidimensional da classificação hierárquica de similaridade por meio da compilação dos dados no software CHIC que evidenciou a similaridade ou semelhança entre os dados referentes à formação compartilhada dos professores e os efeitos causados na própria prática pedagógica ao participar de uma COP online. Os resultados evidenciaram que o compartilhamento de experiência em uma COP online permitiu construir conhecimento sobre a integração das TDIC no contexto educacional. Os participantes passaram a compreender melhor o seu papel enquanto agente de mudanças que planifica e reflete sobre suas ações pedagógicas em sala de aula

More specifically, it tries to understand how teachers identify the relations originating from experiences in virtual environments lived in the roles of student, teacher, monitor, manager or tutor with the one lived in the School Management and Technology Project and with the professional training process, having as research subjects the teaching staff of the School Management and Technology Project. The qualitative research took place guided by the training experience principle for articulating the knowing how to do and knowledge, functionality and meaning, techniques and values. The theories of Tardif, Dewey, Larossa and Josso have been used for the data interpretation. Theoretical concepts were articulated to provide grounds for the observations, as well as to understand the meaning of learning through experience in virtual environments. The articulation between theory and practice resulted in a group of indicators for training programs with more focus, from the subjects point of view, on knowledge that emerges from experience, acquired and built-up by practicing and living other roles, implying the understanding and guidance for the development of the practice itself. The experience in the role of student in a virtual environment revealed itself as a useful source of knowledge for the professional training. However, the set of opportunities and practices that are presented during the life, articulated on theoretical bases, is what defines and improves training. Finally, this study opens the possibility of considering the experience as a dimension for supporting proposals for the training of teachers that act in an interactive virtual environment / O presente trabalho trata dos saberes da experiência na formação do professor que atua em ambiente virtual de aprendizagem. Mais especificamente, procura entender como os professores identificam as relações provenientes das experiências em ambientes virtuais vivenciadas nos papéis de aluno, professor, monitor, gestor ou tutor com a vivida no Projeto Gestão Escolar e Tecnologias e com o processo de formação profissional, tendo como sujeitos da pesquisa a equipe docente do Projeto Gestão Escolar e Tecnologias. A pesquisa qualitativa ocorreu pautada pelo princípio da experiência formadora na articulação do saber-fazer e conhecimento, funcionalidade e significação, técnicas e valores. Para a interpretação dos dados, foram utilizadas as teorias de Tardif, Dewey, Larossa e Josso. Os conceitos teóricos foram articulados para fundamentar as observações, bem como para entender o significado da aprendizagem pela experiência em ambientes virtuais. A articulação entre teoria e prática resultou em um conjunto de indicadores para programas de formação com maior evidência, do ponto de vista dos sujeitos, para os saberes que emergem da experiência, adquiridos e construídos na prática e na vivência de outros papéis, implicando a compreensão e orientação para o desenvolvimento da própria prática. A experiência no papel de aluno em ambiente virtual revelou-se como profícua fonte de conhecimento para a formação profissional. Entretanto, o conjunto de oportunidades e práticas que se apresentam no decorrer da vida articulados com bases teóricas é o que define e aprimora a formação. Por fim, esse estudo abre a possibilidade para se considerar a experiência como uma dimensão para a sustentação de propostas de formação de professor que atua em ambiente virtual interativo

Disertacijoje yra analizuojami šiuolaikiniai visuomenės įtikinėjimo procesai ir teigiama, kad šiuolaikinės informacinės kampanijos, orientuotos į pozityvių pokyčių skatinimą visuomenėse, neturi siekti konstruoti tvirtų identitetų ir nekintančių socialinių nuostatų, nes tokio pobūdžio įtikinėjimas yra susijęs su masių visuomenei būdingais informacijos vartojimo būdais ir nebeatitinka šiandieninio mobilaus, atviro pokyčiams individo poreikių. Disertacijoje siekiama įrodyti, kad šiuolaikinės pozityviojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo kampanijos turi būti paremtos silpnuoju tinkliniu įtikinėjimu; darbe toks įtikinėjimo būdas yra konceptualizuojamas, pasiūlomas tinklinio silpnojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo modelis ir aprašomas jo veikimas. Šis modelis pristatomas kaip praktinis ir analitinis instrumentas, galintis padėti organizuoti komunikacines pozityvių socialinių pokyčių programas bei jas tirti. Teorinės ir metodologinės disertacijos idėjos yra patikrinamos atliekant 2011 m. Lietuvoje vykusio savanoriškos veiklos populiarinimo, susieto su tuo metu visoje Europos Sąjungoje vykusiais Europos savanoriškos veiklos metais, analizę, savanorystės idėjų sklaidą šalyje vertinant kaip pozityvių visuomenės pokyčių skatinimo programą. Remiantis kritinės diskurso analizės ir socialinio tinklo analizės tyrimo technikomis, yra įvertinama savanoriškos veiklos populiarinimo akcijų turinys bei organizacinės jų kūrimo formos tinklinio silpnojo visuomenės įtikinėjimo modelio požiūriu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Contemporary society persuasion processes are analysed in the Dissertation and it is stated that the contemporary informational campaigns, oriented towards the encouragement of positive processes within societies, should not seek for the construction of solid identities and not changing social provisions, because the persuasion of such type is linked with ways of the information consumption, characteristic to society of masses and does not correspond to contemporary needs of the mobile individual, open for changes. It is strived to prove in the Dissertation that contemporary campaigns of the positive society persuasion should be based on the soft networked persuasion; such way of persuasion in the Work is conceptualised; the model of the soft networked society persuasion is presented and its operation is described. This model is introduced as the practical and analytical instrument able to help organising the communicative programmes of positive social changes as well as to analyse them. Theoretical and methodological ideas of Dissertation are verified by implementing analysis of the voluntary activity promotion that took place in Lithuania in 2011, linked with the Year of European Voluntary Activities Promoting of the European Union, assessing the spread of ideas of volunteering in the country as the programme for promoting positive changes within the society. Viešojo administravimo institucijų interneto portalų komoderavimo modeliai / Comoderation models of the internet portals of public administration institutions

Operative feedback between authors of publications and readers as well as between readers themselves determines considerable growth of portals with commenting functions. Unfortunately, the advantages of commenting are not used in the portals of public institutions. Therefore, this paper surveys internet commenting influence in the e-democracy development, involving the communities into decision making processes. The paper investigates, if the electronic discussions can support realization of principles of publicity, society interests importance and community involvement into the public management, mainly highlighted in theory of public administration and new public management. The main problem, why commenting functions are not being deployed in the portals of institutions, is inefficiency of commenting process regulation. So far used methods of comments regulation – simple moderation and automoderation – are inefficient (slow, subjective) when there are huge amount of users, consequently, these methods do not fit to the portals of public institutions. This paper surveys new method of commenting regulation – comoderation – which is based on user self-regulation and comment rating, consequently, more efficient. So, adopting of comoderation in the portals could provide a powerful tool for fast and purposeful changing of ideas between officials and citizens.
