However, the operationalization of the concepts which allow its identification, evaluation, classification and practical deployment to the business world keep as challenges to be overcome. Through a qualitative case study with a descriptive and exploratory approach and the analysis of Wilson Sons Shipping Agency, this study sought to contribute to theoretical and practical development of the theme. Therefore, a Framework was developed to evaluate the organizational competencies, containing an identification method, an analysis about the Performance, Sustainability and Organization (P.S.O) of the competence, a competence classification (non strategic, embryonic, basic, differentiated or essential), as well as the elaboration of a systemic map of the competence. As result obtained from the application of the Framework, it is highlighted the identification of the competence differentiated in provide information and solutions in WSAM. The analysis of the main parameters of evaluation reveals the evolutionary history of the company competence and the present context experienced, a development proposal of to broaden its classification to an essential level, as well as the interaction of its components through systemic architecture / A abordagem por compet?ncias essenciais ? uma ferramenta de gest?o estrat?gica empresarial, sendo constantemente objeto de estudos acad?micos em administra??o. Entretanto, a operacionaliza??o dos conceitos que possibilitem sua identifica??o, avalia??o, classifica??o e desdobramento pr?tico para o meio empresarial permanecem como desafios a serem superados. Atrav?s de um estudo de caso qualitativo com enfoque descritivo-explorat?rio, tendo como unidade de an?lise a Wilson Sons Ag?ncia Mar?tima (WSAM), esta pesquisa busca contribuir para o desenvolvimento te?rico e pr?tico do tema. On one side, we have rules that contribute to the disempowerment of such expertise in the Basic Education ? Primary and Secondary Education. On the other side, an educational policy that brings back values to the Technical Professional Education, that in its turn is a major step to courses in the field of industry and infrastructure mostly, which demands proper qualification and expertise in order to expand competencies in the interpretation and development of graph sketches through Technical Design. The instructor stands in between such two edges restricted to a small number of actual professionals. In addition, due to the ever-downsizing labor area those professionals usually work as tutors in technical schools at both primary and secondary levels, since Geometrical Design is a discipline no longer mandatory in the referred school?s curriculum. On the other hand, such subject is not only present but also mandatory to schools that require some expertise in graph constructions, since it has been denied to students who have just graduated from middle school. From 2007 on, with the Professional Education implemented by the local federal government Technical Design instructors migrated to technical schools as means to qualify scholars in those institutes who had no opportunity to be previously skilled in Geometrical Design. This study main objective is to raise means to students? autonomy development from the Instituto Federal da Bahia (IFBA), Salvador Campus, in the process of geometrical constructions from a logo study based upon a gap filling status in order to make Primary and Second Education less and less distant concerning the information upon Geometrical Design and Technical Design. Therefore, it was possible to identify the rank both Geometrical Design and Technical Design actually stand in the curriculum proposed by IFBA and analyze aspects related to expansion of competencies in Geometrical Design having a specific teaching strategy applied as a starting point. / O ensino do Desenho Geom?trico tem sido, para muitos docentes, um grande desafio. De um lado encontram-se as leis que colaboraram para o empobrecimento deste conhecimento na Educa??o B?sica e, do outro, uma pol?tica educacional voltada para a valoriza??o da Educa??o T?cnica Profissional, com a preval?ncia da oferta de cursos da ?rea industrial e de infraestrutura, ?reas de forma??o nas quais o conhecimento em Desenho Geom?trico ? fundamental para o desenvolvimento de compet?ncias, notadamente na interpreta??o e elabora??o de projetos gr?ficos atrav?s do Desenho T?cnico. Entre esses polos antag?nicos est? o docente qualificado para o ensino do Desenho, que assistiu ? gradativa e cont?nua redu??o da sua ?rea de atua??o, especialmente nas ?ltimas duas d?cadas, ocasionada pela desobriga??o do componente curricular Desenho Geom?trico nas Matrizes das escolas de Ensino Fundamental e M?dio. Through a research of nature empiric, bibliographical and documental, the analysis focus outlines the glance and the understanding of the professionals' category that represent the defense organs, fiscalization and formation of the profession. The importance of the scientific study is justified for the social worker necessary contribution acting in the School Education, whose political and pedagogic context presents multiple demands, you know and relationships, and when it is lived a social and education picture at the present time with order words in formation, as inclusion, empowerment, competence, that they demand other specialists in the school scenery to work with the varied expressions of the social subject. Since the years 1930 the social worker acts in the area of the Education, with an originating from knowledge the human and social areas that you/he/she makes possible him/it to contribute, undisciplinement, close to the pedagogic team of the School Education. The clarity of the you know and of the necessary competences to intervene in that field of specific work makes possible the legitimation of the identity, of the social worker professionalization and the formalization of his/her practice. The Theory ends that the profissionality and the social worker professionalism is built and it is recognized in the area of the Education starting from the knowledge of the you know and pertinent competences to intervene in that context, beginning that knowledge on the part of the category of the Social Service and of the formation organs and representation of the profession so that the school community - administration and pedagogic coordination, teachers and students - he understands and recognize the social worker necessary intervention in that field. The formalization of those you know and competences are built starting from actions and thought mobilizations and operation in the group of the category, and not for isolated actions and individualized. It is revealed, in the opinion of the ones that represent Regional Council of Social Service, a wide vision of the social worker in that space exercising, among other, functions that don't compete to the professional's profile or restricted to actions and techniques historically exercised in their work fields. A new profile of the professional of the Social Service that it acts in the School Education is possible when his/her action is visualized centered not just in the work with the family, but, doing of the school a proposition space and execution of programs, projects, studies and social researches. Na cidade de Natal (RN) as praias servem de local de trabalho para milhares de trabalhadores informais, que se utilizam de diversas compet?ncias profissionais, traduzidas na capacidade de mobilizar e articular saberes, habilidades e comportamentos para resolver problemas em situa??es concretas de trabalho. A presente pesquisa teve, portanto, como objetivo geral, investigar a atividade de trabalho do vendedor ambulante de praia, buscando identificar as principais compet?ncias mobilizadas diante das demandas e obst?culos desse contexto. Adotou-se como campo a praia de Ponta Negra (Natal-RN) e como participantes um grupo de vendedores ambulantes. Metodologicamente, foram combinados m?todos quantitativos e qualitativos de produ??o e an?lise dos dados, divididos em tr?s etapas. Na etapa quantitativa aplicou-se um question?rio socioprofissional para uma amostra de 60 sujeitos, com uma an?lise quantitativa de natureza descritiva uni e multidimensional, complementada por an?lise estat?stica inferencial. Os resultados dessa fase indicam uma predomin?ncia de vendedores homens, com faixa salarial entre um e dois sal?rios m?nimos, de idade e escolaridade bastante heterog?neas, extensa jornada de trabalho e perman?ncia unicamente nessa atividade e nessa praia por todo o ano. Concomitantemente a essa etapa, foram realizadas observa??es assistem?ticas da atividade dos vendedores e, em seguida, conduzida a t?cnica de Instru??o ao S?sia com quatro participantes, escolhidos em fun??o de dados do question?rio. Esta fase teve uma an?lise cl?nico-interpretativa, ancorada na perspectiva psicol?gica hist?rico-cultural vigotskiana e na abordagem francesa das compet?ncias e habilidades. Os principais resultados apontam para diversas estrat?gias de supera??o de obst?culos, uso de saberes pr?ticos cotidianos e t?cnicos ancorados em experi?ncias laborais, constru??o de regras de conduta por coletivos e mobiliza??o de diversas compet?ncias profissionais semelhantes ?s encontradas em contextos formais de trabalho, como gest?o de neg?cios, gerenciamento do tempo, uso de ferramentas comunicativas, flexibilidade na resolu??o de problemas, criatividade e trabalho em equipe. Conclui-se que a informalidade no contexto investigado n?o pode ser vista exclusivamente como sin?nimo de precariedade, abarcando tamb?m compet?ncias e conhecimentos complexos numa cultura pr?pria que a situa de forma complementar em rela??o ao trabalho formal, contribuindo-se aqui para a ultrapassagem da no??o de antinomia entre os dois e para uma abordagem do trabalho informal como um caminho de alcance da satisfa??o no trabalho, e mesmo do trabalho bem feito, gerador de identidade e lugar social. / The central issue of this dissertation is to investigate the labor activity of beach hawker, in order to identify the main professional competencies mobilized in this activity, traversed by both the precariousness of the means of labor exercise, as for complex and structured routines. In the town of Natal (RN) the beaches serve as workplace for thousands of informal workers, who use various professional skills, translated into the ability to mobilize and articulate knowledge, skills and behaviors to solve problems in concrete work situations. This research therefore had as main objective to investigate the work of beach hawkers, trying to identify the core competencies mobilized for facing demands and obstacles in such a context. The beach of Ponta Negra (Natal-RN) was chosen as field of observation, in which a group of hawkers took part as voluntary subjects. Methodologically, quantitative and qualitative methods of production and analysis of data were combined in three stages. In the quantitative phase an occupational questionnaire was applied to a sample of 60 subjects, generating a set of data analyzed with quantitative univariate and multidimensional descriptive statistical tools, complemented by inferential statistical analysis. The results of this phase indicate a predominance of men sellers with salary varying in a range from one to two minimum wage Brazilian salary, age and education quite heterogeneous, extended working hours and the choice of only this activity and this beach throughout the year. Concurrently with this step of analysis, unsystematic observations of the activity of vendors were held and then driven to the technique of Instruction Impersonator with four chosen subjects. This phase had a clinicalinterpretive analysis, rooted in historical-cultural Vygotskian psychological perspective and in the french approach of skills and abilities. The main results point to several strategies for overcoming obstacles, use of technics anchored in everyday work experience and practical knowledge, building rules of conduct and collective mobilization of diverse professional skills similar to those found in formal work, such as business and time management, use of communicative tools, flexibility in problem solving, creativity and teamwork competence. We conclude that informality investigated in context can not be seen exclusively as a synonym of precariousness. It also covers skills and knowledge in a complex culture that situates informal labor in a complementary way with respect to formal work. This conclusion, therefore, contributes to overcome the notion of antinomy between formal and informal labor activity, since they both can be considered as a way to achieve job satisfaction, and even a personal representation of well done job, which is an important psychological generator of identity and social place.

We seek to discover whether those interacting use some kind of pidgin, or some code as a lingua franca. We also seek to identify the manner in which the features of communicative competence are presented by analyzing the various competences that composes it - linguistic, sociolinguistic, pragmatic and psycholinguistic. The analysis of speech acts, the maxims and conversational implicatures given in the corpus were important to verify whether those interacting were successful in their attempt at multilingual intercomprehension. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo, a partir dos estudos de l?nguas em contato e de compet?ncia comunicativa, situar e descrever a interlinguagem, fen?meno lingu?stico observado na intera??o entre vendedores de praia e turistas estrangeiros. This tariff provides specifics regarding the process of health / disease. It is essential that higher education institutions are committed to this demand in view of the integrated training of health needs of society. The aim of this study is to analyze the Pedagogical Political Projects (PPP) of courses in dentistry in Rio Grande do Norte (RN), according to the national curriculum guidelines (DCNS) and training from the perspective of health care for the elderly. This is an exploratory study with a qualitative approach: with records and interviews. The study subjects were an Assistant Professor in the development of PPPs for each institution. The scenario in this study were dental training institutions in the newborns. Initially, the analysis of the PPP was by using the Alceste 4.9 software. The interpretation of the contents of interviews with teachers was done through content analysis of Bardin (2010). The PPPs are based on the DCNS, meet the characteristics of regional and seek a generalist, but still strongly directed to technical and scientific aspects of professional practice. Efforts and institutional approaches, involving teachers and students of the courses are being mobilized for training with more articulated network of health services. However, the emphasis on content pertaining to the health care of the elderly, is still limited when compared to those targeted content inherent in children and adolescents in all three curricular structures. It is reasonable to conclude that the historical, political, scientific, cultural and social, present in society, influence the formation of the dental professional RN. The greater participation of society in the process of vocational training in dentistry is needed. This can be done from the involvement of universities with health councils, bodies representing the dental profession and other segments of civil society in order to induce changes that generate ideas and educational practices integrative and interdisciplinary, with emphasis on continuing education for teachers, servants, employees and students. Containing conduct this process inherent flexibility of curriculum, teaching-service integration and coordination abilities and professional skills that are essential to understanding the human being and its complexities / O Brasil vem passando por grande transforma??o demogr?fica. A maior participa??o da sociedade no processo de forma??o profissional em odontologia se faz necess?ria. In fact, the decisions of the labor courts generate various taxes. What must be analyzed and defined, however, is the legal nature of the merit award and its settlement within the Labor Court, with regard to its fiscal aspect in the analysis of the tax assessment, consisting of the statement and the constitution of the tax. Starting from these assumptions, we can say that the issue of Labour Justice Racing will reflect directly on the tax implications arising from the employment relationship, through an analysis, also on the question of the competence of the Tax Public Administration. It is therefore from the labor court device, the employee will govern their conduct in relation to their tax obligations, a conduct that will be overseen by Ente taxing and may even result in consequences and penalties. For this reason it is extremely important to ensure a legal solution to the employee's fundamental right to legal certainty in relation to the labor court decisions and their consequences in the tax sphere. / A relev?ncia da Compet?ncia Tribut?ria e da imutabilidade das senten?as trabalhistas, para o estudo proposto neste trabalho, ? grande, tendo em vista que o tr?nsito em julgado das decis?es judiciais existe para a estabiliza??o das rela??es jur?dicas, concretizando o anseio de seguran?a do direito presente, inclusive, no que se refere ?s obriga??es tribut?rias. De fato, as decis?es da Justi?a do Trabalho geram efeitos tribut?rios v?rios. O que deve ser analisada e definida, no entanto, ? a natureza jur?dica da senten?a de m?rito e sua liquida??o, no ?mbito da Justi?a do Trabalho, no que diz respeito ao seu aspecto fiscal, sob a an?lise do lan?amento tribut?rio, composto da declara??o e da constitui??o do tributo. It consists of applying listening activities of formal and informal testimonials in order to promote reflection on the language and contribute to the development of oral communication skills of the students, so necessary for the socio-affective practice of the individual. These reflections also undergo retextualization activities, they discuss themes such as linguistic diversity and the relations between speech and writing in an approach that represents an improvement when considering the guidelines introduced by the textbooks. The proposal in question is based on the design of interactive language - dialogue space that enables social practice of all kinds of acts - contrary to the approach of orality in the classroom as an excuse to practice reading and writing Marcuschi (1997, 2005a , 2005b); Marcuschi and Dion?sio (2007); Dolz; Schneuwly (2004); Bentes (2010); BRAZIL (1997, 1998); Oliveira (2012); Bortoni-Ricardo (2004), Bronckart (2003); Machado (2007). The didactic sequence (DS) - structured in modules - was applied to a group of 6th grade of elementary level from a public school of S?o Domingos in the state of Bahia, during the period of two months, totalizing 26h/classes. The material obtained in the DS and analyzed in this work - audio, video and written texts ? were obtained from the study subjects. The results of the intervention point that working with oral communication in the classroom, from the active listening texts, is productive and that the choice of testimony genre sparked interest and developed the creativity of students, becoming apparent in their productions, their progress regarding the oral competence. It is believed that if the DS were applied in greater time it would give more significant results. The research material is available in a repository for those who are interested in the discussions on the teaching of orality and concerned about the development of the oral competence of their students. The idea is that the proposal presented here add to other orality teaching proposals specifically, and mother tongue teaching, more broadly, in order to improve basic education and the life quality of students, expanding their communicative competence and making them, therefore, able to move around within the society without difficulty, mastering the resources and language mechanisms, understanding the meanings and senses that come to her. / Esta proposta de interven??o pedag?gica ? produto do Trabalho de Conclus?o de Curso realizado no ?mbito do Mestrado Profissional em Letras (PROFLETRAS) da Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana (UEFS). Considering it importance of the performance of the professors in this process, e of the receptivity of the pupils with regard to the premises that guide this pedagogical conception, this study it objectified, of specific form, to verify the perception of the professors of the course of Accounting Sciences of the cited institution relative to the boarding for competences applied to the teach-learning process, as well as of the respective pupils on the paper that fits to them in this process, using itself as main target the "10 new abilities to teach of Philippe Perrenoud", considered Swiss sociologist as one of the main thinkers of the modern education, whose ideas widely are known and respected by the Brazilian educational system. Additionally, this study it looked for to verify if the "competences to teach" praised for Perrenoud are applicable to university education, particularly to the one of Accounting Sciences e, also, to verify the perception of the pupils of the institution "E" on the development for the professors, during the course, of the demanded competences of the accounting professional, in accordance with the curricular lines of direction proposals for the MEC. The research had allowed to evidence a positive perception of the professors with regard to the boarding for competences in the teach-learning process, demonstrating, however, discredit how much to its practical applicability; that the pupils if show inclined to assume the role that fits to them in indispensable the didactic contract in this type of boarding; that of the "10 new competences to teach" of Philippe Perrenoud, 9 can be applied to the superior education of Accounting Sciences; e that, although the professors believe to be developing in its pupils the required abilities of the accounting professionals, those do not have this perception in the same ratio. / O desenvolvimento de compet??ncias e habilidades no processo de ensino-aprendizagem tem sido objeto de v??rios estudos, inclusive de determina????es legais do sistema educacional brasileiro. Our focus of interest is to discuss the development of competence in the undergraduate course of Nursing, including ethical-policy aspects. Its objective is to get to know how nursing teachers in the undergraduate Nursing course who teach diverse subjects identify and take into account the competence that includes the ethics and policies of the future Nurse. We take as a presupposition competence with a dual meaning: technical and policy. Furthermore, we consider that the mediation between the technical and policies is ethics. The theoretical reference that was the basis of this study took the approach of the involvement of Nursing in Brazilian public health policies, recalling the history of Nursing, the expansion of higher education in Brazil and the organization of the actual Brazilian health system, besides ethical and policy aspects. We opted for a qualitative approach in the treatment, analysis and interpretation of data. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire composed of closed questions to identify the profile of the participants and open ones for specific questions concerning the theme. We sent forty-one questionnaires to student nurses of the undergraduate Nursing course in four institutions of higher learning in the State of S?o Paulo. Twenty-three (56%) student nurses answered. In their answers they presented significant contributions by clearly expressing the way they saw the health profession, especially the Nurse, and their contribution for developing this competence. We observed the need for the professional practice of the Nurse to be permeated with more explicit values in the promotion of the ethical-policy awareness of the future Nurse in the search of new horizons that attend better the needs of the actual Brazilian health system. / O presente trabalho est? inserido na linha de pesquisa: Universidade, Doc?ncia e Forma??o de Professores . Nosso foco de interesse ? discutir o desenvolvimento das compet?ncias na gradua??o em enfermagem, abrangendo os aspectos ?tico-pol?ticos. Tem como objetivo conhecer como docentes enfermeiros da gradua??o em Enfermagem, atuantes nas mais diversas disciplinas, identificam e levam em conta a compet?ncia numa abrang?ncia ?tica e pol?tica do futuro Enfermeiro. Tomamos por pressuposto a compet?ncia com dupla significa??o: t?cnica e pol?tica. Consideramos, ainda, que a media??o entre o t?cnico e o pol?tico ? a ?tica. O referencial te?rico que embasou este estudo abordou o envolvimento da enfermagem nas pol?ticas p?blicas de sa?de no Brasil, recuperando a hist?ria da Enfermagem, da expans?o do Ensino Superior no Brasil e da organiza??o do atual Sistema de Sa?de brasileiro, al?m dos aspectos ?ticos e pol?ticos. Optamos por uma abordagem qualitativa para tratamento, an?lise e interpreta??o dos dados. O instrumento de coleta dos dados foi um question?rio, composto por quest?es fechadas para identificar o perfil dos participantes e abertas para quest?es espec?ficas da tem?tica. Enviamos quarenta e um question?rios a docentes enfermeiros, integrantes dos cursos de gradua??o em Enfermagem de quatro Institutos de Ensino Superior - IES - do interior do Estado de S?o Paulo: responderam o question?rio vinte e tr?s (56%) docentes enfermeiros, que apresentaram nas suas manifesta??es contribui??es significativas por expressarem claramente a sua forma de ver o profissional de sa?de, em especial o Enfermeiro, e sua contribui??o para o desenvolvimento desta compet?ncia. Evidenciamos a necessidade de que a pr?xis profissional do Enfermeiro seja permeada de valores a serem melhor explicitados, visando ? conscientiza??o ?tico-pol?tica do futuro Enfermeiro, na busca de novos horizontes que venham a atender melhor as necessidades do atual Sistema de Sa?de brasileiro.
