The public democratization touch upon a relation to educators and learners; gradually democratic and humanistic attitude of their became a rule. The problems of the educational communication and cooperation are study in this graduation dissertation. The leading edge of mordent educational communications is the strict and respect to learners. The democracy and humanity of the educational communications mean the trust in learner. In other side there are some handicaps for learner in his perfection way, so the democracy of the educational communications anticipate right help. The educator is looking for the best an individual style of person and that helps him to stimulate perfection of learner. The wooessful way of training is positive pedagogical communications, that is important for learner in the all stage of age.

The problem of the cooperation between the ofice and family is being raised up in educational literature and practice. For improving and managing the cooperation between school and family, different forms of work are investigated. In the review of educational and pedagogical literature the analysis of lithuanian and foreign publishings on educational institution and family cooperation is made, with the intention of finding the right place for pedagogical consulting. After acquiring the today’s situation, the fact of missing analysis of the consulting of parents is stated, and there are not so much information published on the subject. Institutions, intended to consult, themselves face the same problem. It was noticed, that parents are leaking the educational culture, with knowledge as one of it’s components, and parents could acquire that from consultants. So the analysis was made on the evaluation and knowledge about educational consulting from the side of consultants. Mokyklos bendruomenės požiūris į pedagogo asmenybės savybes / The view of school community to the features of the personality of pedagogues

Results of research: Teachers relates their profession with pedagogical abilities, moral peculiarities, knowledges and skills. The research educed, that necessity personality features of pedagogues are love for children and stict. All thoses features argumentative for mission and capability to work with young people. The research results shows that pupils appreciable teachers kindness, love for them, heartiness, goodwill, honesty and attention. Mjority of parents who take part in research maintain that love for childrens, bearing, strict, heartiness, justice and finesse are the most necessary personality features of pedagogues. But parents mention necessary features of pedagogues are appropriate only for 50 percent of pedagogues.

Problema: prieštaravimas tarp moters-mokytojos prigimties motiniškumo ir jo raiškos galimybių šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe. Objektas: motiniškumo raiška mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe. Klausimas: kaip motiniškumas pasireiškia mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe? Tikslas: įvertinti motiniškumo raiškos mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe teorines galimybes ir atskleisti Kauno miesto X vidurinių mokyklų mokytojų motiniškumo raiškos tendencijas. Uždaviniai: 1) Atskleisti motiniškumo prigimtį ir raiškos pobūdį. 2) Apibūdinti mokytojos atliekamus pedagoginius vaidmenis. 3) Nustatyti motiniškumo raiškos mokytojos šiandieniniame pedagoginiame darbe ribas ir galimybes. 4) Apibūdinti Kauno miesto X vidurinių mokyklų mokytojų motiniškumo raišką per konkrečius bruožus. Tyrimo išvados: 1) Motiniškumas - tai motinystė plačiąja (psichologine, moraline ir dvasine) prasme. Jis atsiskleidžia fiziologiniame, psichologiniame bei dvasiniame lygmenyse įvairiais bruožais. Object of the research: expression of motherliness in teacher’s modern-day pedagogical work. A child is a sociable being unable to live in full social isolation, without constant social interaction, collaboration with the other individuals. Socialization process in every stage of age has particular, only for that stage specific features. This is to be told about teenagers. Socialization of a teenager is concurrent from particular sociocultural, economical, and political conditions, so nowadays teenagers are one of the most pregnable social groups not only in Lithuania, but in the whole world, because destructives tendencies increasingly flow in to Lithuania from the other states of abroad, wherewith the most pregnable group of society – teenagers confronts. Neither family, nor school has not acquired resistance for this evil. There is noticeable tendency in a pedagogical process, that not even classical socialization factors, like family, school determines socialization of teenagers, but the problems, which are rising and are being solved among themselves influence their successful socialization. Šiandien ypač aktualu efektyviai panaudoti darbuotojų potencialą, kuris yra vienas iš svarbiausių veiksnių, sąlygojančių šalies ekonominį kilimą bei klestėjimą. Savo ruožtu, tai neįsivaizduojama be išsamaus žmogaus poreikių ir motyvų, skatinančių veiklai, ištyrimo, žinojimo bei sėkmingo šiuolaikinių motyvacijos teorijų taikymo visuose lygmenyse, įvairiose veiklos ir gyvenimo sferose. Išsamių, sistemingų tyrimų apie tai, kaip motyvuoti darbuotojus tokiose specifinėse organizacijose kaip universitetai atlikta mažai. Šiuo metu universiteto darbuotojų motyvavimo klausimas opus ir aktualus, nes susiduriama su tokiomis problemomis kaip maži atlyginimai, prasta aprūpinimo darbo priemonėmis (bibliotekos, darbo technika, laboratorijų įrengimas ir kt.) bazė, jaunų specialistų nenoras dirbti aukštosiose mokyklose, pedagoginio ir mokslinio personalo “senėjimas”, kuris reiškia intelektinio potencialo silpimą. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In these times the universities meet with many difficulties: low salaries, poor supply of work equipment, young specialists’ reluctance to work in high schools, “aging” of pedagogical and academic personnel. That is why the issues of teacher’s motivations are so important. The object of this research is the motivations methods of pedagogical staff in universities. The goal of the research is the investigation how given motivation methods come out in universities. Following research methods have been used when studying teachers’ motivation: comparative analyze of academic papers, respondents poll using questionnaire form, and data analyze by mathematical statistics methods. The first part of work is based on scientific literature, it contains analyze of employees’ activities motivation concepts and theories. There is the representation how motivation methods work in context of development of social and economic environment, management theories, material and non-material stimulation means. The next part of the research includes the description of specific aspects of teachers’ work, motives and reasons of theirs activities. Also there is the discussion of peculiarities of teachers’ motivation methods research according to academic papers. The methodology of teachers’ motivation research is presented in the third document part. Kiekvieni tėvai (globėjai, rūpintojai) tikisi savo vaikus užauginti dorais žmonėmis, tačiau klaidingai galvoja, kad tuo labiausiai įpareigota ugdymo įstaiga. Jeigu pedagogai nepatenkina jųlūkesčių – jie nusivilia ugdymo įstaiga net nepagalvodami, kiek daug ši prisidėjo prie vaiko ugdymo. Štai kodėl ne be reikalo jau seniai domimasi vientisos ugdymo bendruomenės, kurią sudaro pedagogai, ugdytiniai ir jų tėvai (globėjai, rūpintojai), puoselėjimo būdais. Parašyta daug knygų ir atliktas ne vienas tyrimas, tačiau praktiškai dar nėra pakankamai pažengta tėvų (globėjų, rūpintojų) pedagoginės kultūros ugdymo srityje. Šiuo tyrimu siekta išsiaiškinti, kokios yra nūdienos pedagoginio tėvų (globėjų, rūpintojų) švietimo ir informavimo raiškos tendencijos bei galimos šių procesų tobulinimo perspektyvos pedagogų ir tėvų požiūrio aspektu. / All parents (foster – parents, guardians) expect their children will grow to be honest people, but they mistakenly think that educational institution is the most obligated to do this work. If educators do not satisfy their expectations – they become disappointed by educational institution without thinking how much contribution they give to a child’s upbringing. That is why it is necessarily to be interested in upholding of building of a solid community, which consists of teachers, pupils and their parents (or foster – parents, guardians). There are written many books and performed some analysis, but in practice there is not enough progress of parents (foster – parents, guardians) teaching culture in the area.

The research by Lithuanian and foreign scientists justify the fact that instructional communication becomes a topical objective in the teacher-students’ professional self-development. Instructional communication is defined as a complex integral phenomenon, the most significant part of teacher’s activity, joining together all other activities into the whole and having an impact on pupil’s and teacher’s interaction, success of the self-developmental process. Teacher’s informative-communicative, perceptive, interactive skills of instructional communication perform a multifunctional role in pupils’ self-developmental process, while designing their world of values, motivating them to learn all life long, embed the attitudes of humanism, democracy, etc. Scientific literature data and legal documents‘ analysis substantiate theoretically the development of student-teachers’ instructional communication topical and points out the problem of its insufficient research. Įvairių organizacijų bei švietimo institucijų pagrindinis tikslas - įgyti konkurencinį pranašumą, kuris yra organizacijos sėkmingo darbo garantas. Svarbus konkurencinio pranašumo šaltinis yra darbuotojai. Atsiranda pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo svarba. Šiandieninėje visuomenėje vykstant įvairiems pokyčiams, švietimo įstaigų vadovai susiduria su pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo problema. Daugeliui besimokančių organizacijų vadovų nėra lengva pasirinkti būdus, kaip padidinti darbuotojų motyvaciją, siekiant organizacijos veiklos efektyvumo. Tyrimo tikslai: išsiaiškinti pedagoginio personalo motyvavimo reikšmingumą ir būdus (ypatumus), tiriant švietimo organizacijos vadovų ir pedagogų požiūrį. Darbe atlikta literatūros šaltinių analizė, anketavimas, duomenų statistinė analizė atlikta panaudojant statistinės analizės sistemą SPSS. Tyrime dalyvavo 181 respondentas. Tyrimas patvirtino pirmą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai į jų veiklos motyvaciją ir jos reikšmingumą beveik sutampa su pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriais. Tyrimas patvirtino antrą prielaidą, kad skirtingo tipo ugdymo institucijų pedagogų požiūriai dėl besimokančios organizacijos bruožų skiriasi labiau nei pedagogų ir vadovų požiūriai. Vadovai turėtų motyvavimo funkciją laikyti ne mažiau reikšminga negu kitos vadybos funkcijos. Jiems svarbu turėti darbuotojų veiklos motyvavimo sistemą. / The main aim of different organizations and educational institutions is to acquire competitive advantage which is success of organizations lucky work. The main source of competitive advantage is the employees. The importance of staff motivation is very actual. In today’s society when different changes take place the employees of educational institutions meet with the motivation problem of pedagogical staff. Most of the studying organization leaders find it difficult to choose the ways in raising the motivation of the employees and seeking the effectiveness of organization activities. The aims of research: to ascertain the motivation importance of pedagogical staff and peculiarities in researching the attitude of educational organization leaders and pedagogues in different educational institutions. In this paper the analysis of literature sources, questionnaire, data statistic analysis were carried out using the system of statistic analysis (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). In this research 181 respondents took part. The research proved the conclusion , that different types of educational institutions have almost the same attitudes towards motivations of their activities. The attitudes of pedagogues and leaders are also almost the same.
