Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo entender o porquê de tantas pessoas se utilizarem do e-mail para divulgar mensagens de atitude positiva, valores positivos, otimismo, sabedoria, espiritualidade e sentido da vida. O que as motivam e quais são os efeitos em suas vidas? Partindo da experiência de um grupo de troca de mensagens humanísticas e espirituais, abordaremos alguns aspectos sobre esse fenômeno da Internet. Para o enfoque da sociabilidade em rede, utilizaremos os conceitos de Ciberespaço, Cibercultura e Inteligência Coletiva. A propagação da fé terá uma ótica da Mística e do Sagrado. A Transdisciplinaridade servirá de suporte para o diálogo inter-religioso que se evidencia. E analisaremos os efeitos terapêuticos através de uma forma de conhecimento humano denominado Logoterapia / This research aims at understanding why so many people use Internet e-mail in order to divulge positive attitudes, positive values, optimism, wisdom, spirituality and meaning of life messages. What does motivate them and which are the effects in their lives? Departing from a humanistic and spiritual messages exchange group experience, we will deal with some aspects regarding to this Internet phenomenon. In order to focus sociability through network, we will employ Cyberspace, Cyberculture and Collective Intelligence concepts. The propagation of faith will be made through Mystic and Sacred optic. Transdisciplinarity will work as support for interreligious dialogue that becomes, by itself, evident. And, at least, we will analyze therapeutic effects, through a kind of human knowledge, denominated Logotherapy

Nesse inicio de milênio está se formando consenso entre estudiosos de diversas partes do mundo de que a teologia clássica já não mais responde a contento às questões desse novo tempo Axial e cresce o anelo pela construção de uma nova teologia que seja inter-faith, multi-faith ou simplesmente trans-religiosa. Tal teologia exige a construção de um novo paradigma na forma do pensar teológico. Refletindo os esforços de iniciativas similares pelo mundo, a Associação Ecumênica de Teólogos do Terceiro Mundo, ASETT, através da coleção pelos muitos caminhos de Deus, propôs uma teologia nova, transreligiosa, leiga, aberta, não institucional, planetária, multirreligiosa, pluralista e em conexão com os princípios da teologia da libertação. A presente pesquisa se aventura a estudar as possibilidades e limites dessa proposta da ASETT. / At the beginning of the new millennium a consensus is being formed among scholars from different parts of the world that classical theology no longer responds with satisfaction to the questions of this new Axial time. There is also an increasing desire to build a new theology that is inter-faith, multi-faith or simply trans-religious. This new theology requires the construction of a new paradigm in the theological thinking. Reflecting the efforts of similar initiatives around the world, the Ecumenical Association of Third World Theologians, EATWOT, through the collection "along the many paths of God, proposed a new theology, that is trans-religious, secular, open, non-institutional, global, planetary, multi-religious, pluralist and in connection with the principles of liberation theology. This research ventures to study the possibilities and limits of this proposal of EATWOT.

Este trabalho consiste em uma análise comparativa entre os municípios de Campos dos Goytacazes e Niterói, ambos localizados no Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Com a criação da Lei do Petróleo em 1997, os municípios produtores de petróleo tiveram um acréscimo significativo das suas receitas em função de um extraordinário recebimento de royalties. Porém, esse crescimento da receita não vem sendo acompanhado pela melhora dos indicadores que medem desenvolvimento social. O caso de Campos, maior beneficiário de royalties no Brasil, comparado ao município de Niterói, caso raro de autonomia financeira, terá como objetivo elucidar os fatores que atuam sobre a escolha dos padrões de alocação dos recursos públicos nesses municípios. / This work is based on a comparative analysis between the cities of Campos dos Goytacases and Niterói, both situated in the state of Rio de Janeiro. With the creation of the "Oil Law" in 1997, the cities ,where oil is produced, presented a significant increase of their income due to a great amount of royalties they received. In spite of the income raise, social development indicators are not following the same successful path. The analysis of Campos, the greatest beneficiary of royalties in Brazil, compared to the city of Niterói, a singular case of financial autonomy, will the have the aim to show the factors that make the difference in terms of the choice of the patterns of allocation of public resources in these cities.

Propõe uma reflexão sobre o estereótipo nômade do povo cigano, que é associado diretamente à concepção biológica da “raça” e, para tanto, traz a experiência dos Calon de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, como sujeitos coletivos que reinventam a sua própria história. Adota a categoria do “pluralismo histórico”, formulada por Rita Segato que, no lugar da cultura como referencial da identidade fixa, coloca o projeto histórico de um povo como vetor central da diferença. E sustenta um diálogo entre a antropologia que, conforme Segato, se curva à demanda e à interpelação daquilo que outrora foi o seu “objeto”, e os direitos humanos como processos históricos, conquistas e lutas por dignidade, bens e direitos, de acordo com as propostas de Roberto Lyra Filho, José Geraldo de Sousa Junior e Joaquín Herrera Flores. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This study presents the idea of race from Anibal Quijano’s perspective, defined as a purely “mental” phenomenon, a historical emergence contrary to the whole biologist fixation and to any possibility of essentialism. It proposes a reflection on the gypsy people’s nomad stereotype directly associated to the biological concept of “race” and, with that purpose, brings forth the experience of the Calon people in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, as collective subjects who have reinvented their own history. It adopts the “historical pluralism” category, formulated by Rita Segato, which, in lieu of the culture as a fixed identity referential, places the historical project of a people as the central difference vector. And it maintains a dialogue between the anthropology, which, according to Segato, yields to the demand and questioning of what was, in the past, its “object” and the human rights as historical processes, conquests and fights for dignity, possessions and rights, according to the propositions of Roberto Lyra Filho, José Geraldo de Sousa Junior and Joaquín Herrera Flores.

A Semiótica da Cultura trata dos sistemas de signos da cultura e reconhece que a cultura é elemento gerador de diversos textos, o que nos leva a entender que o contexto se apresenta como determinante para compreender o desenvolvimento dos signos da cultura, assim como para os processos de organização e representação do conhecimento. A concepção de linguagem e cultura são elementos que impulsionam as discussões na Semiótica da Cultura. Foi com base nesta premissa que buscamos a reflexão em torno da diversidade cultural e da diversidade linguística existente em diversos contextos da cultura. A questão que norteou a análise deste trabalho foi saber quais as relações teóricas e conceituais entre a Semiótica da Cultura e as abordagens socioculturais da Organização do Conhecimento. Para tanto, objetivamos traçar uma análise sobre relações teórico-conceituais entre a Semiótica da Cultura e a Organização do Conhecimento, mais precisamente às abordagens socioculturais com destaque aos autores: Begthol, García Gutiérrez e Hudon. Os procedimentos metodológicos tomaram como base uma abordagem qualitativa e de caráter exploratória. O corpus da pesquisa reúne materiais do campo da Organização do Conhecimento e da Semiótica da Cultura. O método de análise utilizado foi a Análise de Conteúdo que contribuiu na análise dos conceitos dos dois campos de estudo, tendo em vista o alcance dos objetivos. Desse modo, realizaram-se as análises sobre os conceitos que caracterizam as abordagens socioculturais e as concepções da Semiótica da Cultura. The Semiotics of Culture deals with sign systems of culture and recognizes that culture is generating element of several texts, which leads us to understand that the context is presented as decisive for understanding the development of signs of culture, as well as the organization processes and representation of knowledge. The conception of language and culture are elements that boost the discussions in the Semiotics of Culture. It was on this premise that we seek the reflection on the cultural diversity and linguistic diversity that exists in many contexts of the culture. The question that guided the analysis of this study was to know what the theoretical and conceptual relationships between the Semiotics of Culture and socio cultural approaches to Knowledge Organization. Thereunto, we aim to draw an analysis of theoretical and conceptual relationships between the Semiotics of Culture and Knowledge Organization, more precisely to socio cultural approaches highlighting the authors: Begthol, García Gutiérrez and Hudon. The methodological procedures were based on a qualitative and exploratory character approach. The research corpus gathers materials from the field of Knowledge Organization and the Semiotics of Culture. The analysis method used was a Content Analysis that contributed to the analysis of the concepts of the two fields of study in order to reach the objectives. In the textile surface design as in fashion design, through two case estudies: Goya Lopes and Walter Rodrigues, we turn our attention to forms of African ethnical research, that when treated less superficial generates a hybrid approach which ensures less exotic quality that is new and original in Brazilian Fashion today

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo principal a investigação dos significados da inserção do tema da diversidade cultural no desfile da Festa da Uva 2014, em Caxias do Sul. O desfile foi escolhido como campo de estudo para a pesquisa por ser um momento em que se manifestam principalmente as representações da italianidade – imigrantes italianos como heróis civilizadores que construíram Caxias do Sul através do trabalho - e com maior força, desde os desfiles da década de 90, em que se comemoraram os 120 anos de imigração italiana. A partir da Festa da Uva de 2006 iniciou-se um processo de inclusão do tema da diversidade cultural, com a inserção de representações referentes a outros grupos sociais que também teriam construído a cidade de Caxias do Sul. Para atingir os objetivos da pesquisa foi necessária a compreensão do complexo conceito de identidade, através da elaboração de um referencial teórico, bem como o desenvolvimento de um panorama sobre as transformações da identidade em Caxias do Sul. The parade was chosen as the field of study of the research because it is the moment where mainly the representation of italianity – Italian immigrant as civilizing heroes that built Caxias do Sul through work – and with greater strength, since the parades of the decade of 90, in which the 120 years of Italian immigration was celebrated. Starting from the Festa da Uva of 2006 the process of inclusion of the cultural diversity theme has begun with the insertion of representations related to other social groups that would also have built the city of Caxias do Sul. In order to accomplish the objectives of the research it has necessary to understand the complex concept of identity, through the preparation of a theoretical framework, as well as the development of an overview about the transformations of identity in Caxias do Sul. Said data added to the analysis of the interview with the informants that participated of the Festa da Uva 2014 parade allowed the comprehension of the layers of significates existing in the identity phenomenon on the city and the identification of the meanings present in the diversity.

Empreendeu-se investigação bibliográfica sobre a questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero, em que foi possível verificar que as dimensões de sexualidade e de criação e recriação de identidades sociais de sexo, ou seja, o gênero, possuem sustentações calcadas no patriarcalismo. Através da pesquisa exploratória de campo e de abordagem quanti-qualitativa, foi possível nos aproximarmos da realidade de uma escola pública estadual de ensino fundamental de um município médio a fim de se investigar quais são as ações e projetos existentes referentes à questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero no contexto escolar, dando voz aos educadores. Os dados da pesquisa foram coletados através de aplicação de questionários e realização de entrevistas, e foram empreendidas análises de conteúdo e análises de discurso para compreensão das informações e dos significados das mesmas. Observou-se que a materialidade das propostas de trabalho dos educadores sobre a referida temática não necessariamente tem como referência os Temas Transversais, sendo que na maior parte das vezes o que se percebe são intervenções pontuais realizadas devido à emersão de demandas e manifestações dos estudantes, bem como foi atestado que ainda existe muito desconhecimento, estranhamento e equívocos por parte dos educadores a respeito da questão da diversidade sexual e de gênero. Também se verificou que as manifestações e demandas sociais latentes suscitadas a partir da ação dos educadores são relacionadas à preconceitos, discriminações, conflitos internos, receios e curiosidade pelo assunto. Foi possível compreender circundam no ambiente escolar para a materialização de ações que pautem a diversidade sexual e de gênero a partir do lugar dos educadores dificuldades de ordem pessoal, do contexto escolar e do contexto extraescolar, bem como também possibilidades de ordem pessoal, do contexto escolar e também do contexto extraescolar. A partir das análises e reflexões empreendidas verificou-se que são múltiplos os desafios de tais ações no cotidiano escolar, e que se faz necessário que se ampliem os estudos e pesquisas sobre o assunto. / This present work analyzes, through a study grounded in the perspective of historical materialism, dialectics, the existence of actions to encourage respect, affirmation and appreciation of sexual diversity and gender as the realization of human rights in the context of school education, having as their primary object of research of the literature and of field the Cross-cutting Themes identified in the National Curriculum Parameters, 1998. Undertook-if the research literature on the issue of sexual diversity and of gender, in which it was possible to verify that the dimensions of sexuality and the creation and recreation of social identities of sex, or gender, have the supports marked in the patriarchy. Through exploratory research and field approach, quantitative-qualitative, it was possible to approach the reality of a public school state elementary schools of a municipality middle in order to investigate what are the actions and existing projects relating to the issue of sexual diversity and gender in the school context, giving voice to the educators. The research data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, and have undertaken analyses and content analyses of discourse for the understanding of the information and of the meanings of the same. It was observed that the materiality of the proposed work of the teachers on the said subject-matter does not necessarily have as a reference the Cross-cutting Themes, being that most of the times what is perceived are occasional interventions carried out due to the emergence of demands and protests of the students, as well as was attested that there is still much ignorance, estrangement and misunderstanding on the part of educators of the question of sexual diversity and gender. It was also found that the manifestations and social demands latent arising from the action of educators are related to prejudice, discrimination, internal conflicts, fears and curiosity for the subject. It was possible to understand the surrounding in the school environment for the materialization of actions that guided the diversity of sexual and gender-based from the place of the educators personal difficulties, the school context and the context extracurricular, as well as also possibilities of the personal order, the school context and also the context extracurricular. From the evaluations and reflections undertaken it was found that there are numerous challenges of such actions in the everyday school life, and that if makes necessary to broaden the studies and research on the subject.

How the demands of a pluralistic, multi-center and post-modern society can be met only by reading the Civil Code of 2002? It would be the sparse legislation coupled with microsystems a viable solution to cover the entire socio-legal phenomenon? Issues such as homoafetivas unions, reassignment, poliafetivity, adoption of children by same-sex couples, biosafety, abortion, family violence, child custody, freedom of religion and expression can only be circumvented with the syllogistic method? In this area you will find the present work, that is meant to question the axioms of the classic civil law in the desire to seek the best possible synthesis for a systemic-constructive hermeneutics which is guided by the principles of citizenship and human dignity. / Diante dos intensos movimentos sociais que clamam por democracia em pleno Estado Democrático de Direito, algo nos parece mal explicado. Como as exigências de uma sociedade pluralista, multicêntrica e pós-moderna podem ser atendidas apenas pela leitura do Código Civil de 2002? Seria a legislação esparsa aliada aos microssistemas uma solução viável para abarcar a totalidade do fenômeno sócio-jurídico? Questões como as uniões homoafetivas, transgenitalização, poliafetividade, adoção de crianças por casais do mesmo sexo, biossegurança, aborto, violência familiar, guarda de filhos, liberdade religiosa e de expressão podem ser contornadas apenas com o método silogístico? Para responder a estes questionamentos coloca-se um problema, um objetivo, um método e dois conceitos de base. Problema: a) insuficiência do método da ciência positiva do direito para incluir todas as pessoas num sistema puro e idealizado; b) segurança jurídica – falta de densidade teórica na aplicação do direito civil-constitucional. Objetivo: aumentar a eficiência do sistema jurídico. Método: sistêmico- dialético = oposição e síntese entre sistemas. Cidadania: amálgama formado por direitos, obrigações, deveres e participação na formação da vontade coletiva. Pluralismo: a) de material legislativo; b) de culturas/multiculturalismo; de sistemas sociais autopoiéticos; c) de atores sociais. Nessa seara encontra-se o presente trabalho que tem por intuito questionar os axiomas do direito civil clássico no afã de buscar a melhor síntese possível para uma hermenêutica sistêmico-construtiva que tem por norte os princípios da cidadania e da dignidade da pessoa humana.

O interesse por objetos africanos e a utilização de suas referências estéticas carecem de abordagem investigativa, o que nos remete à passagem dos séculos XIX e XX, na Europa, quando, no movimento Pós Impressionista, identifica-se atitude de contemplação apurada da Arte Africana, determinante na construção da forma da Arte Moderna Ocidental. No design de superfície têxtil assim como no design de moda, por meio de dois estudos de caso: Goya Lopes e Walter Rodrigues voltamos nossa atenção às formas de investigação do étnico africano: que quanto tratado menos superficialmente gera um produto híbrido cuja abordagem menos exótica garante a qualidade do que é novo e original na Moda Brasileira hoje / Abstract: This research aims at producing reflections about Brazilian fashion product that can bring embedded direct influences of African Matrix or what part of the research point of ethnic references, this same culture, aiming at the creation of a particular collection. Interest in African objects and using their aesthetic references lack investigative approach, which brings us to the passage of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in Europe, when the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in Europe, when the Post-Impressionist movement, identifies the determined attitude of contemplation African Art, determining the construction of the Western way of Modern Art.
