In other words, this dissertation aims to understand the reason of the asymmetry attributed to male and female, especially in what concerns the distribution of ecclesiastic works and the authority given to male, as well as the implication of this reality in the reconfiguration of morality and religious praxis in daily life of individuals and involved groups. From this perspective, this work was divided in three chapters, in which I investigate the tension/relationship between faith and secularism, for from this question on concessions and/or prohibitions related to the limits and involvement of the followers with the world and with the very Pentecostal ethos arise. I also analyze here aspects concerning to both ecclesiastic hierarchy and power, with the objective of elucidating how it occurs, what kind of criteria and implications they consider as well as about the nature of the religious labor division between men and women and, finally, I try to understand how the conversion/adhesion of members is reflected in the redefinitions of gender and its relationship between the ecclesiastical and domestic spaces. The diligence and energy spent in this work is in the hope that its fruits can corroborate in the expansion of anthropological knowledge which, in this particular case, involves the Brazilian Pentecostal phenomenon / Partindo do estudo emp?rico comparativo entre duas igrejas de orienta??o pentecostal ambas situadas no munic?pio de Parnamirim/RN e amparado numa perspectiva de intera??o dial?gica entre meus interlocutores e referenciais, propusme refletir como este segmento protestante representa ou articula quest?es de g?nero e rela??es de poder, e a repercuss?o disto no cotidiano de seus fi?is. Noutros termos, esta disserta??o objetiva entender o porqu? da assimetria atribu?da aos sexos masculino e feminino, sobretudo, no que tange ? distribui??o dos of?cios eclesi?sticos e a autoridade hegemonicamente conferida aos homens, assim como a implica??o desta realidade na reconfigura??o da moralidade e da pr?xis religiosa no cotidiano dos sujeitos e grupos envolvidos. No munic?pio do Recife, esta pr?tica vem sendo incentivada pela gest?o e sua implementa??o pautada em atos normativos, com matrizes de avalia??o e proposi??o de metas, embasadas em um modelo pr?prio do munic?pio. Este estudo objetivou analisar a rela??o entre o acolhimento prescrito e o acolhimento real, bem como suas interfer?ncias nas rela??es de reciprocidade entre trabalhadores e usu?rios nas unidades de sa?de da aten??o b?sica do Recife. Utilizou como campo de investiga??o quatro unidades da Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia do Distrito Sanit?rio IV do munic?pio de Recife ? PE. A investiga??o teve um car?ter qualitativo e, para sua operacionaliza??o, realizou entrevistas com profissionais e usu?rios, cujos discursos, foram gravados pelo modo digital de voz e posteriormente transcritos manualmente, de forma literal. Os discursos obtidos foram analisados, em grande parte, atrav?s da abordagem metodol?gica do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo (DSC), sendo tamb?m utilizada, em menor escala, a t?cnica da an?lise tem?tica, de forma dialogada, com aportes te?ricos e documentos oficiais relacionados ao tema. Os resultados apontaram que, na maior parte das unidades de sa?de, os profissionais executam os protocolos propostos e consideram que estes t?m influ?ncia positiva para o processo de trabalho no acolhimento, No entanto, fatores como demanda excessiva, estrutura f?sica das unidades, pouca resolutividade da rede de refer?ncia, singularidades das unidades, entre outros, apareceram dificultando o cumprimento do que foi prescrito e, desta forma gerando influ?ncia negativa sobre o processo de trabalho do acolhimento. As rela??es rec?procas tamb?m sofreram influ?ncias destes fatores, dificultando, assim, a circula??o de d?divas. Entretanto, outros fatores como acesso, resolutividade, atitude acolhedora e responsabiliza??o, potencializaram as trocas rec?procas entre profissionais e usu?rios. Os achados demandam que os atos prescritivos e as rela??es rec?procas do acolhimento s?o diretamente influenciadas pelas singularidades presentes nas comunidades, pelas variabilidades humanas e por fatores ligados ? estrutura e processo de trabalho e, portanto, devem ser operados com cautela com vistas a proporcionar um acolhimento real de qualidade / User embracement has been proposed as a tool that contributes to humanize the nursing, to increase the users? access to the services, to ensure the resolvability of claims, to organize the services and promote the strengthening of the links between them and the health professionals. In the city of Recife, this practice has been fomented by the municipal government and its implementation is guided by normative acts, with evaluation matrices and proposition of goals, based on a model created by the public administration. This study intended to analyze the relation between the prescribed user embracement and the real one and their interferences with the relations of reciprocity between workers and users in the health units of basic attention in Recife. Four units of the Family Health Strategy at the Sanitary District IV of the city of Recife ? PE were taken as an investigation field. The investigation had a qualitative character, so, Interviews were performed involving professionals and users whose speeches were recorded by the voice digital mode and literally transcript. The obtained speeches were analyzed mostly through the Discourse of the Collective Subject methodological approach, being also used, but on a smaller scale, the technique of thematic analysis, in the dialogic way, with theoretical contributions and official documents related to the theme. The results pointed that in most of the health units the professionals execute the proposed protocols and consider that these have a positive influence for the working process in user embracement, however, factors such as the excessive demand, the physical structure of the units, little resolvability of the reference network, singularities of the units, among others, have appeared, hampering the accomplishment of the prescribed, creating, thus, a negative influence on the working process of the user embracement. The reciprocal relations have also suffered the influences of these factors, which made difficult, therefore, the circulation of gift. Meanwhile, other factors such as access, resolvability, sheltering attitude and responsabilization, potentiated the reciprocal exchange between professionals and users. The findings demand the prescriptive acts and the reciprocal relations of the user embracement to be directly influenced by the singularities present in each community, by the human variabilities and by factors connected to the structure and working process, so it shall be operated with caution in order to provide a real user embracement with quality

Bezerra Gomes, taking as a corpus his novel called A porta e o vento. The theoretical foundations supporting this study are related to the ideas disseminated by a group of linguistic researchers known as Bakhtin Circle, especially the notions of dialogic language, literary word, concrete utterance, social voices, and sociological style/stylistic. Concerning to methodological guidance, this work is characterized by adopting the interpretive paradigm of socio-historical background, still situated in the great field of Applied Linguistics, an undisciplinary area of research and frontier whose primary focus is concrete and situated language. The analysis allowed me to hear several social voices embodied therein, realizing a variety of dialogs, numerous worldviews in constant struggle, that due to the management and the finish given by the author, eventually create a tone, a unique composition compared to other discourses and current styles in his midst. Ideological clashes are evident: the voice of tradition versus particular character Santos? voice regarding the institution of marriage; confrontation between antagonistic hinterland pictures - a living hinterland (rich and diverse) as opposed to the stereotypical notion of hinterland (poor and sterile); and the door and the wind as a metaphor of a fighting arena and a hint of poeticization of the language of prose. The main feature of Bezerra?s style in A porta e o vento is related to the aforesaid modes dialogization voices present in the novel. Therefore, one can found veiled polemic, dialogical replicas and veiled dialogues, which are categories already discussed in Bakhtin's theory, but also other new modes dialogization, grounded in the dynamics of living and concrete language

O trabalho discute o papel das rela??es familiares nas formas de sociabilidade e nos conflitos, as estrat?gias matrimoniais, inclusive com os n?o-ciganos, as pr?ticas de trabalho, definindo um estilo de vida cigano. / This thesis analyzes the social relations of Cavalcante family of Gypsies who live in the city of Sobral, Cear?; especially as kinship relations are lived in a context marked by tensions and instability. From the domestic core ethnography conducted from January to June 2013, and observing the representations by gypsies around the family term, the goal is to show how these representations are activated to describe forms of solidarity between gypsies. To define themselves in terms of how a "big family", the ciganos to demarcate the non-Roma and prepare themselves for life in society codes that can be changed in the audience and situations. The paper discusses the role of family relationships in the forms of sociability and conflicts, matrimonial strategies, including non-gypsies, work practices, defining a gypsy lifestyle.

Nos ?ltimos anos estudos t?m apontado a influ?ncia desta realidade na din?mica familiar e suas consequ?ncias biopsicossociais. Assim, o objetivo geral foi averiguar poss?veis rela??es entre os aspectos sociodemogr?ficos, obst?trico, psicossociais e a percep??o de suporte familiar em adolescentes com reincid?ncia gestacional. Espec?ficos: caracterizar o perfil demogr?fico das gestantes pesquisadas; caracterizar o perfil obst?trico das gestantes pesquisadas; caracterizar o perfil psicossocial das gestantes pesquisadas; e investigar a Percep??o de Suporte Familiar entre adolescentes com reincid?ncia gestacional. Utilizou-se de um question?rio estruturado contendo aspectos sociodemogr?ficos, Obst?tricos e Psicossociais e o Invent?rio de Percep??o de Suporte Familiar (IPSF). Os dados foram computados em um software de processamento de dados para a estat?stica descritiva e inferencial. Foi utilizado o teste de Correla??o de Pearson, Teste T de Studant e o teste do X?. Observou-se que 77,4% das participantes t?m entre 18 a 19 anos, 78,6% vivem em uni?o est?vel, 57,1% possuem o ensino fundamental incompleto. Nos dados obst?tricos 45,24% t?m acima de seis consultas de pr?-natal, 67,86% iniciou no primeiro trimestre, 51,8% teve de 13 a 24 meses de intervalo gestacional. Entre as adolescentes 65,48% tem antecedentes gestacionais da adolesc?ncia em parentes pr?ximos. No IPSF as adolescentes apresentaram baixo escore nas tr?s dimens?es e no valor final, na dimens?o Afetivo-Consistente com 38,09%, Adapta??o Familiar com 57,14% e Autonomia 41,67% e valor total obteve-se 47,62%. Verificaram-se correla??es entre suporte familiar e intervalo gestacional (p = 0,042), dimens?o Afetivo-Consistente e intervalo gestacional (p = 0,036) e idade do companheiro e a dimens?o da Autonomia (p = 0,049). Evidenciando que as adolescentes que tem maior intervalo gestacional tamb?m apresentam um suporte familiar mais alto, bem como um maior escore da dimens?o Afetivo-Consistente. Em geral o baixo escore do Suporte Familiar sugere que as adolescentes deste estudo percebem suas fam?lias distantes emocionalmente, com dificuldades em demonstram carinho e aten??o e problemas da comunica??o intrafamiliar. Assim, os resultados mostrados aqui podem constituir um importante caminho para o planejamento de medidas que favore?a a redu??o da taxa de repeti??o gestacional e possa contribuir na reflex?o da import?ncia do suporte familiar para o p?blico em quest?o. / Teenage pregnancy is a matter of public health, particularly by aggravating gestational repetition even in this age group. According to research 30% of pregnant adolescents have a new pregnancy within 02 years. In recent years studies have shown the influence of this reality in family dynamics and their biopsychosocial consequences. Thus, the overall objective was to investigate possible relationships between sociodemographic, obstetric, psychosocial and family support in adolescents with gestational recurrence. Specific: to characterize the demographic profile of the women surveyed; characterize the obstetric profile of the women surveyed; characterize the psychosocial profile of the women surveyed; and investigate the Family Support Perception among adolescents with gestational recurrence. We used a structured questionnaire containing sociodemographic, obstetric and Psychosocial and Inventory of Family Support Perception (IPSF). The data were stored in a data processing software for descriptive and inferential statistics. Pearson's correlation test, test T Studant and the X? test was used. It was observed that 77.4% of participants are between 18 and 19 years, 78.6% live in stable, 57.1% have not finished elementary school. In obstetric data 45.24% have more than six prenatal consultations, 67.86% started in the first quarter, 51.8% had 13-24 months of gestational interval. 65.48% among adolescents has gestational history of adolescence in close relatives. IPSF in the teens had low scores on the three dimensions and the final value, in affective dimension Consistent with 38.09%, with 57.14% Family Adjustment and Autonomy 41.67% and the total figure has been 47.62%. There were correlations between family support and gestational interval (p = 0.042), Affective-Consistent size and gestational interval (p = 0.036) and age of the companion and the extent of autonomy (p = 0.049). Demonstrating that the teenagers who have gestational interval also have a higher family support, and a higher score of Affective-Consistent dimension. In general, the low score of the Family Support suggests that adolescents in this study perceive their distant families emotionally, struggling to show affection and attention and problems of domestic communication. Thus, the results shown here can be an important way for the planning of measures favoring a reduction in gestational repetition rate and can contribute to the reflection of the importance of family support for the public concerned.

Dessemodo, investigaremos as narrativas que foram selecionadas, organizadas e produzidas diantedo processo de institucionaliza??o da disciplina no ano de 2007 e que modificou a EstruturaCurricular do Ensino Fundamental das escolas p?blicas estaduais do Rio Grande do Norte. / This research attempts to problematize the history teaching, regarding its use to "communicate" certain idea of what the Rio Grande do Norte culture and, consequently, how this teaching is being used to build and/or set a local identity. To this end, we will use the institutionalization of the "RN Culture" discipline, perceiving it as a state policy that aims to bring to the attention of school subjects the cultural expressions that are connected to the RN identity. We will analyze the narratives that were selected, organized and produced before the discipline development process in 2007, which modified the Curriculum Structure of Basic Education of the public schools of Rio Grande do Norte, in order to identify and understand conceptions of mobilized culture and possibilities for developments in the history teaching.

No campo cient?fico se discute at? que ponto a aus?ncia da intera??o social, do contato com o outro pode interferir no desenvolvimento e forma??o do indiv?duo com autismo. Esta car?ncia avaliada faz parte do espectro do autismo e nota-se que ? preciso oportunizar aos indiv?duos autistas mecanismos para lhe dar com essa dificuldade. Nesta acep??o a proposta de pesquisa avaliou os benef?cios do programa de interven??o em Psicomotricidade Relacional com crian?a autista na faixa et?ria de 4 anos, atingindo um p?blico da primeira inf?ncia ou em idade pr?-escolar, sexo masculino, no aspecto das rela??es afetivas junto ao objeto, a rela??o com o psicomotricista e seus pares. Um estudo de caso, de corte qualitativo com metodologia descritiva. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado prontu?rio com dados da anamnese e registro do profissional de Psiquiatria para confirmar o diagn?stico de autismo e est?gio de desenvolvimento, crit?rios de inclus?o da pesquisa, dados do campo afetivo e para an?lise dos dados foi baseado na observa??o de fotografias e v?deos. A pesquisa aconteceu no Centro de Aten??o Psicossocial - CAPSi/Natal-RN, uma institui??o com caracter?sticas peculiares, que trabalha com indiv?duos com comprometimento intelectual, patologias mentais e indiv?duos autistas, este ?ltimo foco da pesquisa, o qual tem o escopo de buscar circunst?ncias que podem confirmar ou ampliar a abordagem da Psicomotricidade Relacional. Os resultados foram encorajadores no campo das rela??es afetivas junto ao psicomotricista, a crian?a em foco estabeleceu um elo de comunica??o corporal e de confian?a, quanto ao objeto verificou-se que a fun??o relacional teve avan?os significativos, o qual permitiu estabelecer o contato com o adulto e com os pares, e nesta rela??o observou-se o jogo de imita??o, o qual conduziu a uma maior aproxima??o e na constru??o da percep??o do outro. Neste estudo nota-se que a abordagem em Psicomotricidade Relacional ? um m?todo alternativo consider?vel no trabalho junto ?s crian?as autista na constru??o das rela??es afetivas, e assim, corroborando com os objetivos propostos. / The educational and therapeutic interventions with autistic person gained spaces in academic discussions, especially in the field of promoting social interaction, as well as being fundamental in the mediation of the learning process. Scientific research discuss to what extent the lack of social interaction, the contact with the other, can interfere with the development and training of the individual with autism. This lack evaluated is part of the autism spectrum, and note that it is necessary to create opportunities to autistic individuals mechanisms that make it possible to overcome the difficulties. In this understanding, the proposed study evaluated the benefits of intervention program in Psychomotor Relational with autistic children aged four years, reaching an audience of early childhood or pre-school age, male sex, in the aspect of affective relationships with the object, the relationship with the psychomotor and their peers. In the collection of the raw material research, medical records were used to history records, stating the registration of Psychiatry professional to confirm the diagnosis of autism and its stage of development, research inclusion criteria; using methodology as the description of the evolution of the child focus of research in the affective contact, through observations of photographs and videos made the case study, based on Lapierre theory and followers of qualitative cutting descriptive methodology. The research took place at the Psychosocial Care Center - CAPSi/Christmas-RN, an institution with peculiar characteristics, which works with individuals with intellectual, mental disorders and autistic individuals, the latter focus of research, which has the scope to seek circumstances can confirm or extend the approach of Psychomotor Relational through continuity or development of similar research. The results were encouraging in the field of affective relationships with the psychomotor. The child in focus established a link body communication and trust, as the object was found that the relational function had significant advances, which allowed us to establish contact with adults and with peers, and in this respect there was the game imitation, leading to a closer in building the perception of the other. In this dissertation we note that the approach Psychomotor Relational is a viable method in the work of autistic children in the building of personal relationships, and thus corroborating the proposed objectives.

In this period, erotic comedies were made and labeled pornochanchadas. These films made a big hit facing to the Brazilian public, but were always ridiculed by critics who judged them as evil done cinema. In this context, part of that film production can be classified as parody. So, this work whose subject is language and film has the object of investigation the construction of parodic discourse and carnival worldview in pornochanchada and is inserted in the area of Applied Linguistics in a socio-historical perspective. In order to carry out the analysis, we are reflecting on the investigation of verbal-visual elements present in the compositional form of three erotic comedies produced in the 1970s, as well as analyze the project of constitutor/constituent saying from architectural form. We take as a priority theoretical and methodological foundation of the formulations about language arising from Bakhtin Circle (2006, 2010), such as the dialogical approach of language and reflections relating to the dialogical discourse analysis. The main reference is the work by Bakhtin (2010b, 2010d) on the carnival worldview, the parody, the styling and the carnival laughter.

Tendo como objeto de an?lise o Plano de A??es Articuladas (PAR), um planejamento multidimensional da pol?tica de educa??o elaborado pelos munic?pios para um per?odo de quatro anos, esta tese possui como objetivo analisar o PAR, situando-o no contexto do federalismo brasileiro, tendo como foco a interdepend?ncia nas rela??es entre os entes federados, com destaque para a gest?o do PAR do munic?pio de Campina Grande, PB. O trabalho se alicer?ou na teoria do federalismo cooperativo, com foco nas categorias que fundamentam a busca da unidade na diversidade: descentraliza??o, autonomia e coopera??o, bem como na an?lise da coordena??o federativa do MEC. A pesquisa ? de natureza qualitativa, baseando-se em an?lise documental e em an?lise de conte?do de entrevistas semiestruturadas, organizada por meio de categorias tem?ticas, com a elabora??o de redes sem?nticas. No exame da trajet?ria do PAR, existem tr?s fases: sua concep??o, centralizada no MEC; diagn?stico e elabora??o dos planos pelo munic?pio, desenvolvidos sob um padr?o hierarquizado de rela??es intergovernamentais; execu??o e monitoramento dos resultados, com articula??o de a??es para o exerc?cio do PAR, por?m sem acompanhamento efetivo. Em s?ntese, o PAR funciona por meio da determina??o de padr?es e de uma distribui??o territorial de poder com divis?o de compet?ncias entre Uni?o, estado e munic?pio, buscando instituir a cultura do planejamento e romper com a tradi??o pol?tica de projetos de balc?o para melhorar o relacionamento independentemente da capacidade institucional dos munic?pios. Contudo, as especificidades locais s?o pouco consideradas, e as assimetrias regionais permanecem, al?m de haver outras implica??es, como compromissos n?o cumpridos e falta de mecanismos de acompanhamento dos resultados, enaltecendo a necessidade de transpar?ncia das iniciativas. Discute-se que, devido ?s elei??es, as mudan?as de gest?o desencadeiam rupturas no desenvolvimento das a??es do PAR, bem como a descontinuidade do planejamento feito por gestores antecessores. Tamb?m existe transfer?ncia de responsabilidades do PAR para terceiros, mas, em outros casos, os gestores n?o s? entendem como se imputam da fun??o de instituir mecanismos locais para a melhoria da qualidade da educa??o. As responsabilidades conjuntas s?o exercidas sob um contexto que exige clareza no compartilhamento de poder e comunica??o eficaz entre os entes. Como decorr?ncia da intera??o, surgem ?reas de sobreposi??o e interpenetra??o na concep??o de pol?ticas p?blicas. Em Campina Grande, limites foram encontrados na materializa??o do regime de colabora??o, mas h? a??es em termos de responsabilidades conjuntas, sobressaindo a autonomia do munic?pio na defini??o de pr?ticas locais. As conclus?es permitem enfatizar que a concep??o de uma pol?tica coordenada pelo MEC, articulada ? gest?o da educa??o do munic?pio, cuja organiza??o pauta-se pelos sentidos de autonomia e descentraliza??o, evidencia as heterogeneidades brasileiras, acentuando o dilema da tomada de decis?o compartilhada para a efetiva??o das pol?ticas educacionais. Por isso, as recomenda??es seguem no sentido de melhorar a tomada de decis?o dos governos, visando, especialmente, ? gest?o educacional e ? colabora??o. / The comprehension of the power-sharing dynamic in recent transformations of Brazilian federalism requires an elucidation of the federative game rules existent in the interdependency of the federated entities. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the Plan of Articulated Actions (Plano de A??es Articuladas ? PAR) - a four-year multidimensional plan of educational policy elaborated by local authorities - by placing it in the context of Brazilian federalism, focusing on the interdependency of the federated entities, and highlighting the PAR?s management in the city of Campina Grande, Para?ba. This paper is based on the analysis of MEC?s federative coordination and the theory of cooperative federalism, with a focus on the categories that ground the search of unity in diversity: decentralization, autonomy and collaboration. The research is qualitative in nature, basing itself on documental analysis and analysis of semistructured interviews, organized by thematic categories elaborated through semantic networks. The PAR consists of three phases: its conception, executed by MEC; its diagnosis and elaboration ? developed under a hierarchical standard of intergovernmental relations ? achieved by the local authority in question; its execution and monitoring. In summary, the PAR operates by establishing standards and a territorial distribution of power through division and assignment of responsibilities to federal, state and local authorities. It ruptures with a practice of separate and unrelated demands, instituting a culture of planning. Unfortunately, the local specificities are overlooked and the regional asymmetries keep on existing, as well as many other complications such as unfulfilled commitments, the absence of monitoring mechanisms and lack of transparency of the initiatives. It is argued that, due to the elections, changes in management can trigger ruptures in the development of PAR actions, as well as discontinuing previous managers? planning. There are also scenarios in which PAR responsibilities are transferred to third parties, but, in some cases, the managers not only understand, but also take on the responsibility of instituting local mechanisms to improve education quality. Joint responsibilities are exercised in a context that requires clarity in the sharing of power and effective communication between the entities. Due to these interactions, the conception of public policies finds itself in overlapping and interpenetrating areas. In Campina Grande, limits were encountered in the materialization of the collaboration regime, and few advances are shown in terms of joint responsibilities, with the autonomy of the local authority taking the lead in the definition of local practices. The conclusions emphasize that the conception of an initiative coordinated by MEC, articulated to the municipal education management, whose organization is guided by the senses of autonomy and decentralization, shows the Brazilian heterogeneities, accentuating the dilemma of the shared decision-making for the realization of educational policies. Hence, the following recommendations aim to improve the governments? decision-making, with a particular focus on educational management and collaboration.
