Paauglių psichologinio prisitaikymo ir socialinės paramos sąsajos SANTRAUKA Psichologinio atsparumo tema jau keletą dešimtmečių domina tyrėjus, tačiau vis dar stinga aiškios teorinės psichologinio atsparumo sampratos, nevienodai apibrėžiamas atsparumo procesas. Tyrimuose dažnai nagrinėjami bendrieji paauglystės prisitaikymo ypatumai, nepakanka prisitaikymo tyrimų, apimančių ankstyvosios paauglystės laikotarpį, ir nagrinėjančių socialinės paramos įtaką aukšto prisitaikymo lygio paaugliams, gyvenantiems prastomis psichosocialinėmis sąlygomis. Šiame darbe analizuojamas psichologinis prisitaikymas ir jo sąsajos su socialine parama ankstyvosios paauglystės laikotarpiu. Tiriamieji – 98 Biržų apskrities mokyklų 12–15 metų paaugliai. Apklausa atlikta 2007–2008 metais. Often the researches analyze only common characteristics of adaptation in adolescence. There are neither enough carried out adaptation surveys, that would include early adolescence period nor analyze the influence of social support for highly adaptable adolescents, who live in rather deprived psychosocial circumstances. This essay is analyzing psychological adaptation and its relation with social support in the period of early adolescence. Santrauka Šiame darbe yra nagrinėjama socialinės apsaugos ir nedarbo samprata, taip pat – atskiros socialinės apsaugos priemonės, siekiant ištirti Lietuvoje bedarbiams taikomų socialinių garantijų sistemą ir nustatyti kokiomis priemonėmis remiami bedarbiai šalyje bei kokį poveikį jos jiems daro. Socialinės apsaugos sistemos raidos analizė leidžia ištirti kintančius santykius tarp valstybės ir atskirų jos narių, o pačios sistemos suvokimas – sužinoti, kokiomis priemonėmis valstybė reaguoja į jos gyventojų problemas. Šis suvokimas yra svarbus ne tik teorine, bet ir praktine prasme, nes kiekvienam iš mūsų bet kada gali tekti patirti vienokį ar kitokį šios sistemos priemonių taikymo poveikį. The purpose of this analysis is to find out what measures of social security are used to solve the problems of unemployed people and what impact is done to those people each of this measures. The master work analyses the social efficiency of the social care’s legal regulation. The work consists of 3 parts. In the first part we analyse the consumption of social and legal care. In the second part we analyse the particularities of the social care’s legal regulation: 1) the norms of terminated ang long – term children care; 2 ) the norms of children care in foster family, household and children care institutions 3 ) the norms of child care sponsorship and 4) the care of legally incapable adults in home and social care institutions. In the third part we analyse the social efficiency of social care’s regulation. In the master work we used such methods as document analyses, law cases analyses and interview. The results of the reseach showed that: 1) Social work with child and his biological family is not enough during terminated care’s period. During long – term care’s period social work with child and his foster parents is not held at all. The reason of it is the deficit of social servises in community and the small number of specialists in the child protection servises. 2) The organization of of children care in foster family and household is not regulated enough. Magistro baigiamajame darbe apžvelgta valstybinio socialinio draudimo sistema, išskirti pagrindiniai veiksniai, įtakojantys VSDF biudžetą, išanalizuotas įmokų ir išmokų kitimas 2005 – 2012 m. laikotarpiu ir pateikti siūlymai dėl biudžeto nesubalansuotumo problemos sprendimo. Pirmojoje dalyje teoriniu lygmeniu nagrinėjamos socialinės apsaugos ir socialinio draudimo sąvokos, analizuojama socialinio draudimo raida ir apžvelgiamas teisinis reglamentavims. Antrojoje dalyje teoriniu lygmeniu analizuojama VSDF biudžeto struktūra, pateikiamos įmokų ir išmokų rūšys, nustatomi politiniai ir ekonominiai veiksniai, įtakojantys VSDF biudžeto įmokų ir išmokų kitimą ir pateikiama tyrimo metodologija. Trečiojoje dalyje išskiriamos aktualios VSD problemos, atliekama koreliacine ir regresinė veiksnių, įtakojančių įmokas ir išmokas, analizė, apžvelgiamas 2005 – 2012 m. įmokų ir išmokų kitimas ir analizuojama dabar susiklosčiusi padėtis. Ketvirtojoje dalyje įvardijamos VSDF biudžeto deficito susidarymo priežastys, atliekama einamųjų ir ateinančių metų įmokų ir išmokų prognozė ir numatomos problemų sprendimo kryptys. . / State social insurance system is being reviewed in this master’s thesis as well as the main factors that influence the State social security insurance budget. Moreover, contributions and benefits change has been analyzed for 2005 and 2012 year’s period and proposals for budget imbalance were presented. You can find the concept of social security social insurance analysis of social evolution and an overview of the legal regulation in the first part of the work. The theoretical analyze of structure of State social security insurance budget types of contributions and benefits the political and economic factors that affects State social security insurance budget contributions and benefits and the methodology of the research were set in the second part. The actual State Social Insurance problems, correlation and regression analyze that shows the factors that influence contributions and benefits. The overview of contributions and benefits change during year 2005- 2012 and now in the third part. The fourth section identifies the cause of budget deficit as well as shows the prediction of contributions and benefits and provides problem-solving directions.

Šio darbo tikslas - išanalizuoti valstybinių globos įstaigų veiklos gerinimo galimybes, teikiant paslaugas žmonėms su psichine negalia, socialinių paslaugų plėtros kryptis ir jų prioritetus. Pasirinkta tema nagrinėjami Lietuvos Respublikos įstatymai, poįstatyminiai ir kiti teisės aktai.
