The context of this search is the period which takes 1989 to 2002, and refers to social policies that were developed in Santo André's district, once they are an inflection point in approach of "social issues", as much to the project of reconstruction of district' s identities, thus of the project Regional Strategic Planning. This research seeked, in these programs, comprehend the emphasize to the volunteer work within a critical point of view about the roll of Non Governamental Organizations (NGO's) into the execution of neoliberal policies. The organization was founded in 1979, as bunâ1e up activities promoted by Social Assistant Department of "Centro Espírita Bezerra de Menenzes", which emerges as an organization that blows the line between traditional philanthropy and the redeployment into "social entrepreneurs", especially during the decades of 1980 and '1990. As long as the institution consolidate e rearrangements to the "third sector" administrative way, lined up to district strategic planning. In this way, is possible to detect an aporia between the speech based on citizenship, at the same time theirs focus in social management built obstac1es to theirs programs and activities, in the sense of goes beyond the line of social needs, taking down the emancipation perspective of struggle / O principal objetivo desta pesquisa centrou-se na Instituição Assistencial Educacional Amélia Rodrigues ,localizada no município de Santo André - SP. O contexto da pesquisa abrange o período que vai de 1989 a 2002, e refere-se às políticas sociais mais amplas desenvolvidas no município, visto que as mesmas constituem-se em um ponto de inflexão importante tanto para a abordagem das questões sociais, quanto para a reflexão sobre a reconstrução da identidade no município por intermédio do Plano Estratégico Regional. Procurou-se ver, nestes programas, a ênfase dada à questão do voluntariado no interior de uma perspectiva crítica sobre o papel das Organizações Não-Governamentais (ONGs) na implementação das políticas neoliberais. In order to tackle this research, we attempted to delineate the scenario in which the purpose of our work evolved, upon the changes introduced to the worldwide capitalism over the last decades which also reverberated in Brazil and the main challenges such changes posed relative to the social protection and regulation frame. We also presented the evolvement of the Brazilian Wage Transfer Programs, resumed the PRMSA-FC outline and presented the favelas hub/territories where PRMSA-FC has been implemented. By way of documentary research and interviews, we rebuilt the history track of each participating family in three distinct moments: (i) at the inception of the Program (1998-2000), (ii) at the termination (1999-2001) and at present (2007). In order to seek possible manifestations of social inclusion, the analysis has been performed taking into account tree basic premises: (i) social inclusion/exclusion, (ii) territory and citizenship and (iii) human development and autonomy / Esta tese tem como objeto a análise das repercussões do Programa de Renda Mínima de Santo André Família Cidadã PRMSA (SP) 1998- 2001 na vida de um grupo de famílias que dele participaram, através da análise de suas trajetórias de vida. Para abordagem de nosso objeto de investigação, buscamos inicialmente esboçar o cenário onde se move o nosso estudo por meio da análise das principais mudanças operadas no capitalismo mundial nas últimas décadas, situando o rebatimento destas mudanças no Brasil e os principais desafios colocados por estas no âmbito da proteção e da regulação social. Apresentamos também a evolução dos Programas de Transferência de Renda no Brasil, retomamos o desenho do PRMSA-FC, situado no município de Santo André e apresentamos os territórios/núcleos de favelas onde ele foi implementado. Por meio de pesquisa documental e de entrevistas, reconstruímos as trajetórias das famílias estudadas expressas em três momentos diferentes: o da entrada no Programa (1998-2000), o do desligamento (1999-2001) e o momento atual (2007). [pt] A dissertação reúne cinco ensaios sobre a ficção brasileira contemporânea, articulados em torno da ideia de que os anos 1990 e 2000 são um momento de crise dos conceitos que demarcavam o valor e lugar da literatura no Brasil. Se entre nós o valor literário foi muitas vezes pensado em função de seu índice de verdade ou medida de utilidade, as fraturas atuais nas noções de História e Nação ajudam a redefinir interesses, prioridades, referências e caminhos dos autores brasileiros. Discussão que não implica um experimentalismo ensimesmado, mas antes um jogo político, no sentido de busca de um lugar. Num tal contexto, o surgimento de vozes narrativas que vinculam o narrado a uma determinada inflexão afetiva aparece como contraponto às incertezas, instaurando um novo tipo de assertividade que orienta e circunscreve a imaginação do leitor. Uma rediscussão da distinção feita por Blanchot entre falar e ver, e da experiência de leitura como descrita por Iser, abre caminho para o exame da tensão entre visão de mundo e modo de ver inerente ao texto literário, e fundamenta o desenvolvimento da noção de uma literatura caricatural, que permite a constatação de afinidades entre autores aparentemente díspares, como João Anzanello Carrascoza, André Sant Anna e Marcelino Freire. Apresentados em conjunto, os três são também pensados em separado, em leituras críticas apoiadas na discussão das noções de kitsch, engajamento político e valor do ordinário. / [en] This dissertation is composed of five essays about contemporary Brazilian literature, organized around the idea that the 1990s and 2000s are a moment of crisis in the concepts that traditionally defined the value and place of literature in Brazil. If among us literary value has often been measured according to its degree of truth or usefulness, the current fractures in the notions of History and Nation help to redefine the preoccupations, priorities, references and practices of Brazilian authors. This does not result in an insular experimentalism, but rather in a political effort, in the sense of search for a place. In such a context, the emergence of narrative voices that link the narrated events to a determined affective inflection appears as a counterpoint to uncertainties, establishing a new kind of assertiveness that guides and circumscribes the reader s imagination. A discussion of Blanchot s distinction between speaking and seeing, and of the experience of reading as described by Iser, opens up the way for the analysis of the tension between the point of view and the viewpoint intrinsical to literary texts, and supports the development of the notion of a caricatural literature, which allows the recognition of affinities between apparently incompatible authors, such as João Anzanello Carrascoza, André Sant Anna e Marcelino Freire. Although presented as a group, they are also examined individually, in critical readings that rely on the discussion of such notions as kitsch, political commitment and the value of the ordinary.

Nombreux sont les études consacrées ces dernières années au sujet de la réfutation. La plupart des ces études visent à remettre en lumière la réfutation dans sa structure logico-sémantique. Cette thèse tente par ailleurs à souligner que la réfutation est un art à part entier, au même titre que l’art d’argumenter, étant fondé sur la résistance aux paroles des autres interlocuteurs dans le dialogue théâtral où s’enchaînent les dimensions logique, dialogique, sémantique, rhétorique et pragmatique. L’analyse du texte théâtral nous a permis d’établir que la réfutation, malgré l’évolution sémantique du terme, est associée à la violation de la doxa sociale et son usage à travers les topoï, les figures et preuves du discours dérivé. Elle est également associée à la négation et appuyée par des connecteurs marquant l’opposition entre les points de vue du partenaire du dialogue. Cette étude aimerait donc à contribuer au débat actuel en proposant une piste de recherche dont nous avons la présomption de croire qu’elle est des plus fécondes. / Of the numerous studies devoted in recent years to the study of refutation, most have aimed to shed light on refutation in its logical-semantic structure. This thesis aims to show that refutation is a full-fledged art based, like the art of argumentation, on resistance to the words of other interlocutors in theatrical dialogue, in which the logical, dialogical, semantic, rhetorical and pragmatic dimensions combine. The analysis of theatre texts has allowed us to establish that refutation, in spite of the semantic evolution of the term, is associated with the violation of social doxa and its use via topoï, figures and proofs of derived discourse. It is also associated with negation and is supported by connectors that mark opposition among the points of view of the partners in dialogue. This study seeks to contribute to the current debate by proposing a research path that appears to have borne fruit.

The study is using a method called close reading through adaptation theory, invented by Linda Hutcheon. Through this method we are comparing the book The laugning policeman from 1968 written by Maj Sjöwall and Per Wahlöö with the movie Beck- The invasion from 2015. The movie is based on the book in the sense that it has many so called Sign elements that appears both in the book and in the movie.   The study is focusing on a comparison between the book and the movie regarding the Other, that is people who as characters in the book and the movie respectively are foreign, both as a citizen as well as the person acts.   The results show that descriptions of some persons go under the definition the Other, but the movie and the book is heavily different concerning in what areas the Other has its qualities from. It also differs from which place the Other has in the story. Com o acelerado crescimento das cidades, tornam-se mais urgentes a identificação e as ações de proteção ao patrimônio material que represente as memórias históricas, arquitetônicas, artísticas e paisagísticas de nossas cidades. Buscando a conservação e valorização de imóveis considerados patrimônio histórico, tem sido constante a destinação destes para o desenvolvimento de atividades de caráter cultural. O objetivo principal deste trabalho é compreender se o uso cultural é mesmo capaz de favorecer a conservação do imóvel e em que medida contribui para a difusão dos valores históricos e artísticos em meio à sociedade. O campo de estudo é a cidade de Santo André e o recente período, a partir da década de 1980, onde foram intensificados os trabalhos de recuperação e valorização da memória na região. Para fazer a avaliação desta premissa, foram selecionados quatro imóveis tombados pelo Conselho Municipal da cidade, para através destes também verificar os processos e princípios que os levaram ao tombamento, a forma de apropriação dos espaços e as reformas que foram realizadas para adequação à implantação de novas atividades. Colocam-se ainda alguns objetivos complementares: avaliação dos sucessos obtidos na recuperação da memória e na preservação destes bens tombados; análise das intervenções realizadas nos imóveis em estudo, sua adequação ao uso e a concordância com os preceitos modernos de intervenção definidos a partir das Cartas Patrimoniais; identificação das políticas de preservação e proteção adotadas nas diferentes gestões do Conselho e da Prefeitura. Este trabalho busca contribuir para o registro dos processos de recuperação e construção da memória local, através da compilação de dados e registro das impressões dos agentes participantes dessa história. / With the rapid growth of cities, the identification and the protection actions to the material patrimony, which represents the historical, architectural, artistic and landscape memories of our cities become more urgent. Aiming the conservation and valorization of buildings considered historic patrimonies; the development of cultural activities have been designated to them. The main purpose of this paper is to comprehend if the cultural use is even capable of supporting the conservation of the buildings and to what extent contributes to the diffusion of artistic and historical values in the society. The field of study is the city of Santo Andre and the recent period, from the decade of 1980, where the works of recovery and valorization of the region memory were intensified. To evaluate this premise, four buildings preserved by the City Council were selected. The preservation process and principles, the places appropriation form and the refurbishments done due to new activities deployment will be verified through those buildings. There are still some additional goals: assessment of the successes achieved in memorys ransom and the maintenance these preserved buildings; analysis of interventions on the studied buildings, their suitability for use and the agreement with the modern intervention precepts defined from the Patrimonial Letters; identification of the protection and preservation policies adopted in different Council and Mayor administrations. This paper purposes to contribute to the local memory ransom and build processes records, over the collection of these history agents impressions data and records.

From their own experience on music s field (whether as composer, performer, or listener) and, under the motto art allows the individual person to express the contents that daily language does not reach , it discusses various conscious and unconscious elements that are limited around the establishment, especially musical. In order to link theory and practice, was realized an interview with André Abujamra which allowed to set up the following theses, concerning the possible relationship between music and psychoanalysis. To bridge the hidden cocoon (the inexorable) it is necessary to establish formative and per formative categories of artwork. The composer psychology sets the clinical pictures of music; The word -representation is not linked with object- representation (thing) through all its components, but only from sound image, the music is completely isolated from other arts because its clarity is even more than the world intuitive itself. The music explicit the human cry; Listening music can serve as metaphor for unconscious listening; There is a pleasure produced in musical activity, where make is more important than actual production results. The development of such theories, leads us to articulate the possibility of not only have a musician- person but a music-person / Provocar reflexão acerca da música, à luz dos conceitos psicanalíticos, é o objetivo deste estudo. A partir da própria experiência no campo musical (seja como compositor, executante ou ouvinte) e, sob o mote a arte permite o sujeito expressar conteúdos que a linguagem cotidiana não alcança , discute-se os diversos elementos conscientes e inconscientes que circunscrevem-se em torno da criação, especialmente a musical. Com o intuito de articular teoria e prática, realizou-se uma entrevista com o músico André Abujamra, que possibilitou o estabelecimento das seguintes teses que dizem respeito a uma possível relação entre música e psicanálise: Para transpor o casulo do oculto (do inexorável) se faz necessário o estabelecimento de categorias formativas e performativas do trabalho artístico; A psicologia do compositor define o quadro clínico da música; A representação-de-palavra não se vincula à representação-de-objeto (coisa) através de todos os seus componentes, mas somente a partir da imagem sonora; A música encontra-se inteiramente isolada das outras artes, porque sua clareza ultrapassa mesmo a do próprio mundo intuitivo; A música explicita o grito humano; A escuta da música pode servir como metáfora para a escuta do inconsciente; Há um prazer produzido na atividade musical, cujo fazer é mais importante do que a própria produção resultante.
