Biblijos horizontas XXa. šeštojo dešimtmečio kartos lietuvių poetų kūryboje / The Biblical horizon in the XXth century 6th decade generation Lithuanian poets' ceation

Norvaišaitė, Rasa 03 June 2005 (has links)
Summary The architectonics of the Biblical horizon allow to perceive, and highlight the ideological and semantical poetical kernel of the XXth century 6th decade poets’ generation. While highlighting the peculiarity of the Biblical horizon and revealing the semantical kernels of writers’ apprehension and poetical worldview, the theoretical hermeneutical principle of text reading is chosen. A reference is made to the perspective of Ricoeuras, which formulates the tradition of hermeneutical symbol and metaphor apprehension. The Biblical horizon is perceived according to the three poetical traditions of the Scripture re-creating. That would be: the structure of views proning to the logycs of rebellion and myth, the poetical principle of sensual and perceptual relation to the things, the intelectual novation of the biblical religious architectonics. The creation of these poets, representing diverse poetical traditions, idividually transform (Platelis, Kajokas, Gailius, Cieškaitė) or deform (Patackas) the notional field of the Scripture. In Patackas and Platelis poetry, representing the verse of death or reflection, for pointing out the Biblical horizon is important the mythopoetical cogitation which brings forward the dominant of rebellion, related to the sociocultural apprehension and revealing the Biblical typology of banishment from the paradise. Patackas poetry points out the perspective of the profanic paradygme, demythologization of the biblical images, semantical... [to full text]

However, when applied to traffic, it is one of the main risk factors either for the occurrence or even the severity of accidents. For this reason, the management of speed limits has gained more and more relevance not only at the global debate on road safety, but also in the scope of the international agendas dedicated to the promotion of development in general. Therefore, with this reality in mind, the present dissertation studies the regulation of the speed limits in 'Marginal Pinheiros' and 'Marginal Tietê', two important avenues of São Paulo, the most populated city of Brazil. To achieve this goal, it examines the period between July of 2015, when the Administration of former Mayor Fernando Haddad (2013-2016) reduced the speed limits, and February of 2017, second month since the Administration of Mayor João Doria (2017- ) partially restored to previous levels. The main objective of this investigation is to carry out a case study that seeks to articulate the regulation in reference with the use of legal instruments by specific actors that pursued the repeal of both the increase or the decrease of speed limits. In this last respect, the study considers three main subjects, that are: (a) the lawsuits filed by the Bar Association of São Paulo (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção de São Paulo) and the Association of Urban Bikers of São Paulo (Associação dos Ciclistas Urbanos de São Paulo), both against the Municipality of São Paulo; (b) the legislative project presented by the city councilman Eduardo Tuma (PSDB); and finally (c) the government programs presented by candidates who disputed the city elections of 2016 and 2012. This research intends to contribute to the Law and Development literature by offering a study on how legal instruments can be used to implement and also to strengthen or to repeal public policies.

He was one of the most important authors and characters of the marginal generation in the seventies. Based on the idea of cultural resistance proposed by some authors concerning the action of some part of the Brazillian intellectuality in the period of militar dictatorship, this thesis investigates the role performed by Cacaso in the intellectual environment, and the way his poetic production is considered not only as a reflection, but also as a weapon of those resistance articulations. According to Michel de Certau’s ideas of tactics and resistances, this thesis analyzes the tactics elements assumed by Cacaso in the legitimation course of his generation as well as the elements presented in his poetry and the way they were revealing of those resistance tactics.

Lost in Space : Sökandet efter mening hos människan i Titan A.E.

Fogelholm, Jens January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the depiction of meaningfulness and meaning-making, as seen in human characters in the 2000 animated science fiction film Titan A.E. (directed by Don Bluth). The analysis aims to show how Titan A.E. portrays a collective humanity in their search for a meaningful existence, given the outer space setting of its story. Evil is also brought up, in the context of how it creates meaning within the main narrative of the story. The emotions expressed by the story's characters are treated as if they were real. Meaningfulness and meaning-making get exemplified in both dialogue and visual components seen in the film. In addition to this, some reflection is made on the promotional trailers of Titan A.E. and how their displayed contents differ from the finished product. In parallel to the main analysis, there is a wider discussion made about the relationship between films and their real-world process of production, especially regarding whether theological reflection and the film industry can intersect or not.

Bourgeois Racine, Chanaelle 12 1900 (has links)
This master’s thesis aims to trace the evolution of representations of old age among women in the newspaper La Presse from 1960 to 2010. Based on a mixed analysis of different types of articles in the newspaper, we measured the effects of the socio-historical context as well as the context of the column on the "positive", "negative" and "neutral" representations of old age for women. The main results show that, regardless of the time period and the column, the aging body is thought to be a common obstacle to the radiance of female old age. We then identify 13 ideal-typical portraits of female old age, as portrayed in these La Presse articles, which allow us to understand their evolution over the decades, as well as the influence of the journalistic rubric on these representations.
