The pedagogical process is a kind of people activities without which society can not exist and develop. If we want the society to be not only educated but also up brought, the parents and teachers have to take part in this process together. Family and school are two institutes which are connected by the subject of upbringing – children. The purposes of upbringing these, two main institutes (family and school) have to be the same because the third “institute” (the yard and street) will be the winner. If we want to solve the problem connected with the upbringing of a child, the active co-operation between school and family is necessary. The efficient co-operation creates mutual reliance. So it is important to know the parent’s opinion about cooperation with the school, how the teachers of primary education organizes the work with the parents. This was the reason why the author wrote this work. The purpose of the work – to analyze the peculiarities of organizing the cooperation between the primary school teachers and the parents. 50 primary education teachers and 100 parents from 5 school took part in the questionnaire. Ten principals from the same schools were interviewed. Darbo tikslas - nustatyti esminius pedagogų ugdymo kokybę įtakojančius kriterijus, jų kokybines ir kiekybines charakteristikas, bei suformuoti ugdymo tobulinimo kryptis. Magistro darbe yra analizuojama personalo ugdymo pagrindinėse ir vidurinėse mokyklose sistema, tikslai ir uždaviniai, apibendrinti personalo darbo organizavimo ir valdymo procesai, išanalizuoti rezervo formavimo, karjeros planavimo, bei organizavimo ypatumai, akcentuoti svarbiausi personalo ugdymo proceso aspektai. Atskleista nuolatinio pedagogų ugdymo reikšmė ir nauda, turinti įtakos jų darbo kokybei. Akcentuotos esminės problemos, trukdančios užtikrinti nuolatinio pedagogų ugdymo proceso sklandumą pagrindinėse ir vidurinėse miesto ir kaimo mokyklose. Iš dalies buvo patvirtinta autorės iškelta mokslinė hipotezė, kad personalo nuolatiniam ugdymui mokyklose yra sudaromos palankios sąlygos. Pateikti pasiūlymai, padėsiantys pašalinti pedagogų ugdymo proceso ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistemos trūkumus. / The aim of the paper is to define essential criteria that influence the quality of teacher’s education, their qualitative and quantitative characteristics, and to shape the ways of education development. The aims and tasks of staff’s education system are described in this master’s work, processes of organization of employees’ work and management are summarized, peculiarities of reserve formation, career planning, and organization have been analyzed, the most important aspects of staff education have been emphasized. The meaning and use of continual staff education have been defined, that influences the quality of their work. Essential problems that interrupt the process of continual teachers’ education have been highlighted. The hypothesis formulated by the author has been proved partly: there are beneficial conditions for staff’s continual education in schools. Offers to eliminate the drawbacks of the teachers’ education and training system have been listed.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama 10 -12 klasių mokinių samprata apie profesinės karjeros planavimą mokykloje. Darbe, teorinėje dalyje, pasitelkiant kitų autorių šaltiniais, analizuojamas profesinės karjeros planavimas mokykloje. Teorija paremta pedagoginės bei vadybinės literatūros analize. Praktinėje dalyje nagrinėjama profesinės karjeros planavimo mokykloje mokinių samprata. Pastebėta, jog šia tema yra labai mažai literatūros, didelė dalis iš esamos yra sovietinių laikų. Tyrimu nustatyta, jog mokinių samprata apie profesinės karjeros planavimą yra labai ribota. Nors mokiniai ir turi bendrą suvokimą apie pagrindines profesijos planavimo sąvokas, jų žinios yra labai paviršutiniškos. Pastebėta, jog mokiniai nežino kaip tinkamai pradėti planuoti savo karjerą ir nelabai suvokia, kad nuo tinkamo ar netinkamo suplanavimo priklauso jų profesinės karjeros ateitis. Nustatyta, jog tik nedidelė dalis mokinių planuoja savo profesinę karjerą, tačiau, kaip jau minėta, dėl žinių trūkumo, planavimas nėra tikslingas. Nustatyta, jog pradedant planuoti profesinę karjerą svarbu užsibrėžti tikslą, paaiškėjo, jog didelė dalis apklaustų mokinių turi tikslus, kuriuos nori pasiekti. Tačiau yra dalis apklaustųjų, kurie dar nepasirinkę profesijos. Paaiškėjo, jog jie nežino kokia profesija jiems tiktų. Nustatyta, jog mokykla suteikia nepakankamą kiekį informacijos apie profesinės karjeros pasirinkimą. Pasirenkant bei planuojant profesiją labai svarbus savęs pažinimas, pastebėta, jog pažinus... The theoretical part of the work, with the help of other authors’ sources, analyzes the professional career planning at school. The theory is based on the analysis of the pedagogical and management literature. The practical part deals with pupils’ conception of the professional career planning at school. It has been noticed that there is little literature on this topic, the greatest part of the literature being from the Soviet times. It has been determined that pupils’ conception of the professional career planning is very limited. Although schoolchildren have the common understanding of the main concepts of the planning of profession, their knowledge is very superficial. It has been noticed that pupils do not know how to properly start to plan their career and do not understand that the future of their professional career depends on the proper or improper planning. The research has showed that a small number of schoolchildren plan their professional career, however, as it has been mentioned, due to the lack of knowledge, the planning is not purposeful. Magistro darbe yra suformuluotos kaimo mokyklos ir vietos bendruomenės bendravimo ir bendradarbiavimo formos, išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairūs vietos bendruomenės poreikiai bei jų svarba. Atlikta vietos bendruomenės apklausos analizė. Išsamiai analizuojama mokyklos įtaka vietos bendruomenei, mokyklos vykdoma veikla, problemos. Patvirtinama tyrimo hipotezė, kad mokykla institucija, kurioje susitinka ir suartėja įvairūs visuomenės sluoksniai, mokyklos efektyvus ryšių palaikymas su vietos bendruomene yra vienas iš sėkmingos įtakos elementų, formuojantis palankų požiūrį į kaimo švietimo organizaciją, kaip bendruomenės švietimo, ugdymo bei traukos centrą, susijusį partnerystės ryšiais su vietos bendruomenėmis: šeima, visuomeninėmis organizacijomis, verslo organizacijomis, vyriausybinėmis institucijomis, bažnyčia, pirminės sveikatos ir priežiūros įstaigomis, socialinio aprūpinimo tarnybomis. / These Master Thesis is focused on the forms of interaction and cooperation between rural schools and local community, on the problems that emerge between newly established local schools and community as well as on the influence schools impose on the community. It analyses in detail the impact of rural school’s activities on local community. Comprehensive interviewing of local and school communities have been carried out with the aim to find out about the influence of schools on local community. The survey supports the hypothesis that a school’s contribution and influence as well as effective maintenance of relations with the local community is one of the basic elements conditioning positive attitude towards rural educational institution as the community centre able of satisfying its educational and training needs and maintaining close partnership with local communities: family, public and business enterprises, local authorities, church, primary health and care institutions, and social welfare services.

Today’s life is very intensive. Academic achievements, new technologies are rapidly penetrating into our every day life. However, in modern time you can also notice negative factors: increasing number of crimes and forgetfulness of existential questions. It makes us think about values that have been cherished for ages. That is why philosophical, psychological and pedagogical questions connected with the development of personality should be relevant to a modern society. The main educators of values are family and school. The most important educator at school is class teacher. A lot of famous Lithuanian philosophers and scientists wrote about the work of class teacher. They are: A. Maceina, S.Šalkauskis, J.Vabalas-Gudaitis, A. Paurienė, L. Jovaiša, B. Bitinas, M. School is the most important organization in the process of creating educational community, because there is a place where citizens of this community are raised. Schools computerization gets most attention. Analyzing existing intranet based learning systems and creating system, witch is designed for general education schools to improve their students ant teachers work, are object of postgraduate studies work. This system allow schools to corporate, share information, studying plans and information. Created system can be used in all general education schools. This system can be reused in schools which has special purpose. System is designed for virtual learning and communications between students and teachers, for sharing and using educational information, for analyzing marking and learning results, creating summaries. Teachers can: • create studying plans; • deliver theoretical educational information; • create tests; • mark students work at lessons and tests. Students can: • use educational information, which teacher offer them; • communicate with other students and teachers; • take tests; • check for their marks. Scientists almost unanimously claim that the efficiency of music learning of students is mostly determined by the active methods of music teaching, educational means of impact and factors. This research paper is dedicated to the analysis of more active employment of music learning possibilities among the seventh and eighth form students in a private secondary school. The first part of the paper discusses the concept of pedagogical activity and its peculiarities. It also provides the description of global private schools’ practice. In the second part, the didactic principles, methods which predicate the active musical education, educational means of impact and factors which enable a student to participate actively are discussed. The peculiarities of more active music learning during the adolescence period and basic peculiarities of a private secondary school students’ activeness are described. In the third part of the MA paper the results of the empirical survey are reported. The aim of the survey was to examine the activity of music learning among seventh and eighth form students and to identify its causes in both state and private secondary schools. The findings have shown that students from private schools have more responsible attitudes towards the lessons of music, they participate more actively in music classes, a teacher adopts the active methods of music teaching more frequently, the relation between the teacher and students is more friendly, the atmosphere is... Franšizė yra viena iš tarptautinio verslo internacionalizavimo galimybių. Teoretikai ir praktikai pabrėžia šios verslo formos pranašumus prieš alternatyvas eksportą, investicijas ar bendrų kompanijų kūrimą. Tačiau Lietuvos mokslininkų darbuose randame tik fragmentinius šios kontraktinės tarptautinio verslo plėtros formos analizės elementus. Menkai analizuojami valdymo, kontrolės, kultūrinės adaptacijos klausimai. Tyrimo tikslas - įvertinti Lietuvos Yamaha muzikos mokyklų valdymo ypatumus, veikiant franšizės pagrindu Lietuvoje. Tyrimo hipotezė: pedagogams ir vadovams yra priimtina Yamaha muzikos mokyklos valdymo koncepcija. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti franšizės vaidmenį tarptautinio verslo kontekste; 2. Įvertinti franšizės teisinius ir vadybinius aspektus; 3. Pateikti Yamaha muzikos mokyklų tinklo veiklos bendruosius aspektus; 4. Ištirti valdymo ypatumus Yamaha muzikos mokyklose Lietuvoje. Atlikus Yamaha muzikos mokyklų pedagogų ir vadovų anketinę apklausą pastebėta, kad Japonijos kompanijos mokyklos valdymo koncepcija pritapo Lietuvoje ir yra realizuojama. Visi respondentai tenkina sutartyje iškeltus kvalifikacinius reikalavimus. Veikla organizuojama remiantis sutarties nuostatomis, kurios iš esmės atitinka LR CK įtvirtintas nuostatas. Skirtingai nei Japonų kultūroje įprasta, pedagogai labiau linkę į individualų darbą, tačiau tai nesudaro esminių problemų realizuojant pagrindinį mokyklos moto: „Mokykis su malonumu“. / A franchise is one of possibilities to global business internationalization. Theorists and practician emphasizes this form of business advantages comparing with export, investment or joint venture. But Lithuanian scientists revive this form of international business doing just fragmentary. Poorly are explored mechanisms of management, control and cultural adaptation. The aim of research is to evaluate peculiarities of Yamaha music school management in Lithuania. Research hypothesis – to educators and school managers is acceptable conception of Yamaha music school. Research tasks: 1. Evaluate role of franchise in context of international business; 2. Evaluate juridical and management dimensions; 3. Represent main aspects of Yamaha music school network worldwide and in Lithuania; 4. Explore peculiarities of Yamaha music schools management in Lithuania. The results of educators and managers interview shows that main concept of Yamaha music school is acceptable and realizable. All respondents pass requirements of qualification. Activity is organized by contract requirements, which essentially pass the main requirements of Civil Code. As distinct from Japanese culture in Lithuania educators prefer individual work with children. But it does not impact to main motto: “Learn with pleasure” implementation.
