Práticas discursivas e modos de subjetivação no ensino médio particular

Este trabalho realiza a análise de práticas discursivas e modos de subjetivação no ensino médio particular, problematizando as finalidades desta etapa educacional. Os estudos de nível médio no Brasil têm sua constituição histórica marcada pela dualidade entre as finalidades profissionalizante e preparatória para o ensino superior. Parte-se do referencial foucaultiano que compreende a produção de subjetivação a partir dos regimes de saber disponíveis em uma sociedade. Assim, as práticas discursivas, ao produzirem objetos de saber, estruturam o campo de ação dos sujeitos, materializando-se em técnicas diversas, entre as quais situam-se os dispositivos pedagógicos. A fim de cumprir o objetivo deste estudo, foram realizadas entrevistas junto a dez professores de uma escola particular, cujos depoimentos foram submetidos à análise textual discursiva proposta por Moraes (2003) e à análise do discurso de orientação foucaultiana, subsidiada pelo trabalho de Willig (2001). A análise dos dados coletados demonstrou que a produção discursiva do ensino médio enfatiza sua finalidade preparatória para o ingresso no ensino superior, o que se concretiza em uma série de práticas pedagógicas. O acesso a um curso superior é tido como a forma de profissionalização dos egressos de ensino médio. Observa-se, igualmente, que a formação cidadã e a preparação para a vida são remetidas à escolha de um trabalho, relacionada, por sua vez, à constituição identitária. As práticas pedagógicas produzidas por este discurso promovem uma relação com o conhecimento pautada pelo consumo deste com vistas à ascensão social. Há pouco espaço, neste sistema de ensino, para o prazer de aprender, já que as aulas são especialmente conduzidas pelos professores e restringem-se à memorização de informações que caem no vestibular. Os sujeitos educacionais não podem lançar questões que lhes mobilizem, pois têm que atender aos requisitos do vestibular. Ao estruturar o campo de ação dos atores educacionais, os discursos que vinculam a escola média ao vestibular limitam o atendimento de outras finalidades educacionais. Acredita-se que o melhor a fazer no ensino médio é capacitar os estudantes para o trabalho. Assim, constituem-se projetos de vida individualizados, que tornam difícil a implicação dos sujeitos em aspectos da vida coletiva. Enfim, o ensino médio na escola particular porta traços elitistas, já que se ocupa especialmente de preparar seus estudantes para o ingresso no ensino superior. Além disso, evidencia-se a ação dos mecanismos disciplinares escolares que produzem individualização e docilização dos corpos, que submetem-se, deste modo, às demandas do sistema produtivo sem opor-lhes questionamentos. Ademais, a psicologização do saber escolar promove o governamento dos indivíduos, na medida em que controla suas condutas de forma muito sutil. Produz-se, diante disso, o questionamento acerca da possibilidade de que os saberes escolares problematizados favoreçam processos de invenção de si em detrimento de promover a moldagem dos sujeitos a preceitos produtivistas, desmobilizando-os politicamente. No entanto, é apenas fazendo mover os discursos produtores do ensino médio que se pode passar a imaginar outras possibilidades de subjetivação. In Brazil, high school has had, over the years, distinct purposes, either preparing students for entrance examinations or providing them with profissional training. This analysis is done based on Foucault´s theoretical reference that production of subjectivity is made possible by knowledge available in our society. Discursive practice produces objects of knowledge, structuring individuals´ actions through various techniques, among which are pedagogical devices. In order to achieve the aim of this study, interviews were conducted with ten teachers from a private school, whose statements were submitted to textual discourse analysis proposed by Moraes (2003) and foucauldian discourse analysis supported by Willig (2001). This research has shown that the discursive production of high school emphasizes preparation for entrance examinations, which gives form to a series of educational practices. Access to university is seen as the professional project for high school graduates. Civic education and preparation for life in its cultural, political and social aspects are not considered as important as students´ training for entrance examinations. It is possible to infer, from the research findings, that it is largely believed that the formation of identity relies on labor. Pedagogical practice produced by this discourse promotes a relationship with knowledge that matches its consumption with social mobility. There is no room in this school system for the pleasure of learning, for the classes are conducted especially by teachers and are restricted to memorizing information required by entrance examinations. Individuals can not ask their own questions, giving rise to issues that mobilize them, because they have to meet the requirements of exams. By structuring pedagogical practices this way, this discourse prevents other purposes for high school education from arising. It is believed that the best thing to do in high school is to prepare students for their profession. Thus, school knowledge supports individual life projects, which impairs subjects´ involvement in collective life. Private high school has shown elitist traits, since it focuses specifically on preparing students to college. Moreover, it is clear that school disciplinary mechanisms produce individualization and docile bodies, undergoing subjects to the demands of the production system, which are never put into question. Besides, the psychologizing of school knowledge promotes the government of individuals, controlling their behavior in a very subtle way. A question that arises from this study is whether the problematization of school knowledge can promote the process of "self-invention" rather than molding subjects to productivity demands, undermining their political action. However, it is just by putting into question high school discursive production that there is a chance we think of other possibilities of subjectification. Therefore, this study contributes for the problematization on youth culture, education policy and teacher training.

Opening section is dedicated to historical development of consumer taxes in segmentation whereon value added tax and particular consumer´s taxes, which are below analyse in theorist part together with determination of living and subsistence level and presentation of receipts and expenditures condition of citizen Czech Republic in selected interval including detailed analysis of consumer´s expenses of selected household representatives. The practical part includes comparing of taxes impact upon consumer´s expense quite three receipts group of household, within them is separately given the progressive of value added tax and particular consumer´s taxes, whose sum determine total charge of consumer´s expense each household from consumer´s taxes. The goal of diploma work is assessment the strokes of consumer´s taxes upon selected earnings groups of household leading to generalization of achieved results.

In Brazil, such areas are called Private Reserves of Natural Patrimony (RPPNs), which are perpetually created areas, at the initiative of their owners, and are recognized and audited by the Government. The management of the reserve, however, remains the owner of the property. In the State of Goias, there are currently 63 (sixty-three) RPPNs created, and in some parts of the State, as in the South Goiano, there are no such environmental reserves. It can be seen that in the microregions where agribusiness and the sugar and alcohol industry prevails, there is no RPPN. Thus, the dissertation problematizes the imperative necessity of the voluntary institution, by the owners of rural properties, of the Private Reservation of Natural Patrimony on their agrarian properties, especially those located in the South of the State of Goiás. It is highlighted the unique importance of volitional creation of these reserves as a mechanism for the fulfillment and effectiveness of the socio-environmental function of the land and also for the preservation of the Cerrado biome. It is analyzed the growing process of unsustainable expansion of the sugar and alcohol sector, a phenomenon that represents a new cycle of the agricultural frontier, and its social and environmental impacts. In spite of Decree No. 6.961, of September 17, 2009, creating the agroecological zoning of sugarcane, with the general objective of providing technical subsidies for the formulation of public policies aimed at the expansion and sustainable production of sugarcane in Brazilian territory, this does not happen in practice. Several social and environmental implications are already felt on account of this fact. Thus, public environmental policies should be implemented by the Public Power in order to encourage rural landowners to create, register in the competent body and sustainably manage the RPPNs, so that the rural scenarios and the memories of the rural man do not be completely eradicated by the indiscriminate advance of the sugar industry. / A instituição volitiva de áreas protegidas privadas é reconhecida como uma importante ferramenta para a conservação da biodiversidade, complementando os esforços públicos de proteção ambiental. No Brasil, tais áreas são chamadas de Reservas Particulares do Patrimônio Natural (RPPNs), que são áreas instituídas em caráter perpétuo, por iniciativa de seus proprietários, sendo reconhecidas e fiscalizadas pelo Poder Público. A gestão da reserva, entretanto, continua sendo do dono do imóvel. No Estado de Goiás existem, atualmente, 63 (sessenta e três) RPPNs criadas, sendo que, em algumas partes do Estado, como no Sul Goiano, inexistem tais reservas ambientais. Pôde-se perceber que nas microrregiões onde impera o agronegócio e a indústria sucroalcooleira, não existe RPPN. Assim sendo, a dissertação problematiza a imperiosa necessidade da instituição voluntária, por parte dos proprietários de imóveis rurais, da Reserva Particular do Patrimônio Natural nas suas propriedades agrárias, especialmente naquelas situadas no Sul do Estado de Goiás. É destacada a importância ímpar da criação volitiva dessas reservas como mecanismo para o cumprimento e efetividade da função socioambiental da terra e também para a preservação do bioma Cerrado. É analisado o crescente processo de expansão não sustentável do setor sucroalcooleiro, fenômeno este que representa um novo ciclo da fronteira agrícola, e seus impactos socioambientais. Apesar do Decreto n.° 6.961, de 17 de setembro de 2009, criar o zoneamento agroecológico da cana-de-açúcar, com o objetivo geral de fornecer subsídios técnicos para a formulação de políticas públicas visando a expansão e produção sustentável de cana-de-açúcar no território brasileiro, isto, na prática, não ocorre. Várias implicações socioambientais já são sentidas por conta de tal fato. Destarte, políticas públicas ambientais deverão ser implementadas pelo Poder Público no sentido de estimular os proprietários de imóveis rurais a criar, registrar no órgão competente e manejar, de forma sustentável, as RPPNs, para que os cenários rurais e as memórias do homem do campo não sejam completamente deletados por conta do indiscriminado avanço da indústria canavieira.

The assumed objective was to critically explore theoretical interpretation of the legal problem resulting from these conflicts, and then perform an empirical study about a potentially contentious negotiating mode, the related party transactions. After studying the logic from these doctrinal proposals, the thesis maintains the hypothesis that the explanations of the Brazilian legal literature vary the ratio of the open concept of 'best interests of the company', according to articulate the position of the party represented by counsel. Arbitrarily designed as 'formal' or 'substantial', such interpretations cares about the time of infringement of the Company's best interest, respectively, to prohibit or guarantee the exercise of voting from the interested party, through suitable arrangements at the dispute. Due to this impairment of abstract reasoning to the practice of law, it is suggested to approach the subject by another theoretical proposal, linked to a specific notion of Law. Understood as a provider of relevant information to stakeholders of the companies, it acts in the regulation of data required from these corporations and in the information produced by them, individually. Such transparency, along with the rules that bind the market, form the conceptual content of the expression 'corporate governance', developed around the proposal called by 'corporate governance system'. The interpretation of information from the various possible systems must offer the decision maker a chance to meet their powers, prerogatives, incentives, skills, limitations and prohibitions in order to assess whether their choice is a good government practice for the business, according the system in which the company operates. For interested third parties, the system should serve to verify if the decision-making process follows the expectation of the business environment designed by the governance system. On the issue of conflicts of interest, the suggestion to think the problem through this notion of Law intended to support the creation and disclosure of rules conceived by the listed companies, which feed the alluded governance system and serve to guide the decision making oriented by the alignment of dissonant goals involved in the company, without the use of external arbitration. So, the empirical work focuses on studies of these particular rules applicable to related party transactions, such mechanisms were collected in the annual report of the 100 most liquid corporations listed at BM&FBovespa in 2011. The results show that only 6% of companies have procedures to identify conflicting relationships arising from related party transactions and 29% to address the problem. The figures relating to companies that establish rules for managing conflicts of interest in the deliberations of the general assembly and board of directors are also low, respectively, 7% and 13% present identification mechanisms, 4% and 11% for treatment. The low frequency showed by the results lighted with the built theoretical proposal identifies an opportunity, namely, to think of mitigating the problem using this private and extrajudicial route. / O trabalho está inserido na grande área do direito societário, especificamente sob a temática dos conflitos de interesses nas deliberações de S.A.´s listadas em Bolsa de Valores. O objetivo assumido foi o de percorrer criticamente as propostas teóricas empregadas na interpretação do problema jurídico resultante destes conflitos, para depois realizar um estudo empírico sobre uma modalidade negocial potencialmente conflitiva, as transações entre partes relacionadas. Após o estudo da lógica norteadora das propostas doutrinárias, sustenta-se a hipótese de que as explicações da literatura jurídica brasileira variam na razão do conceito aberto de 'interesse da companhia', articulado de acordo com a posição da parte representada pelo advogado. Arbitrariamente concebidas como formais ou substancias, tais interpretações cuidam do momento de violação do interesse da companhia, respectivamente, visando proibir ou garantir o exercício de voto do interessado por meio de entendimentos convenientes ao tempo do litígio. Diante deste comprometimento do raciocínio abstrato com a prática da advocacia, sugere-se a abordagem do tema por outra proposta teórica, vinculada a uma noção específica do Direito. Compreendido como um provedor de informações relevantes aos interessados nas operações das empresas, ele atua na regulação dos dados exigidos destas sociedades e na confecção das informações produzidas individualmente por elas. Tal transparência, junto das regras que vinculam o mercado, forma o conteúdo conceitual da expressão governança corporativa, desenvolvido em torno da proposta chamada de 'sistema de governança corporativa'. A interpretação das informações dos diversos possíveis sistemas deve oferecer ao tomador de decisão a chance de conhecer os seus poderes, prerrogativas, incentivos, competências, limitações e proibições, de modo a avaliar se a sua escolha é uma boa prática de governo da empresa, segundo o sistema no qual ela opera. Aos terceiros interessados, deve servir para verificar se o processo decisório segue o esperado pelo ambiente negocial que o sistema de governança delineia. No tema do conflito de interesses, a sugestão de pensar o problema por esta noção do Direito visa respaldar a criação e divulgação de regras próprias pelas empresas listadas, as quais alimentem o aludido sistema de governança e sirvam à tomada de decisões que orientem o alinhamento dos objetivos dissonantes envolvidos na companhia, sem que haja a necessidade de recorrer ao arbitramento externo. O trabalho empírico se debruça então nos estudos destas regras particulares aplicáveis às transações entre partes relacionadas, tais mecanismos são colhidos nos formulários de referência das 100 companhias mais líquidas da BM&FBovespa no ano de 2011. Os resultados mostram que apenas 6% das empresas possuem procedimentos para identificar as relações conflituosas decorrentes da modalidade negocial estudada e 29% para tratar o problema. Os números relativos às sociedades que estabelecem regras para a administração dos conflitos de interesses nas deliberações de assembleia geral e conselho de administração também são baixos, respectivamente, 7% e 13% apresentam mecanismos de identificação, 4% e 11% para o seu tratamento. A baixa frequência mostrada pelos resultados à luz da proposta teórica construída identifica uma oportunidade, qual seja, a de pensar a mitigação do problema por esta via particular e extrajudicial.

This Master's Diploma Thesis The personal experience of Specific Learning Difficulties as the way how to understand student's abilities is devoted to educating students with specific learning disabilities. The special emphasis of the work is on the impact of disabilities on psychical, social, educational and professional life of an individual. The aim of the first part of the Research Project was to comprehend how students with specific learning disabilities perceive individual manifestations of their learning difficulties. The data were applied to a scheme and realization of an experimental workshop for primary school teachers with the aim of helping to improve the relationship between teachers and students. The purpose of the second part of research was to hold an experimental workshop offering its participants a subjective experience of specific developmental learning disabilities, their identification with students' learning difficulties and a future introduction of new didactic and psycho-social procedures into their teaching process. This master thesis deals with the construction design of two different pipeline drag chain conveyors for transport of wheat and sewage sludge. The first part describes the operation principle and the main parts of this conveyor. The examples of designs from several manufacturers follow. Next part is devoted to determining the resistance to movement in individual sections of the transport route. Thesis continues with design proposals of both variants of conveyors, including suitable technological and strength calculations. The outputs of this work are also assembly drawings of these two conveyors.

Chapter 3 deals with the engine proposal and chapter 4 includes calculation and design work of the gear transmission. Today's retail consumer market is characterized by global, intense competition. In times of intense competition, long-term customer relationships are described as the key to both profitability and survival, which is achieved by creating value together with customers through mutual dialogue. For e-commerce companies, the opportunities for human contacts and dialogue with customers are very few and are about to be completely absent due to the prevailing trend to implement technical elements in customer service. At the same time, a lot of research points to the fact that there are great values in offering human resources in customer service, but we know quite little about these values in an online context. We also do not know if these values are so important that companies should take them into account in their strategic decisions. Therefore, our study aims to investigate the importance of interpersonal encounters online. The purpose is fulfilled by studying and analyzing interactions in customer service to create an understanding of what values arise and what impact these have on customer relationships. This is done through a qualitative research design, with an exploratory case study of 92 email conversations between customer and customer service online, which have been processed through text analysis and coding according to social resource theory. The results show that customer service encourages different social exchanges with customers, depending on the goal of the interaction. Social exchanges of concrete resources such as money, goods and information are actions that give customers increased convenience and financial value, which strengthens the relationships if the customer is satisfied. Social exchanges of particular resources such as love, status and service form actions that give customers personal experiences and social and emotional value, which provides increased customer satisfaction but also strengthens relationships with customers even more. The exchange that takes place in interpersonal meetings online can be understood as important for developing customer relationships and competitive advantages. This study can be used to guide research in the field of research regarding service encounters and help retailers create sustainable business models and strategies. / Dagens konsumentmarknad och detaljhandel kännetecknas idag av en global, intensiv konkurrens. I tider med intensiv konkurrens beskrivs långsiktiga kundrelationer vara nyckeln till både lönsamhet och överlevnad, vilket uppnås genom att skapa värde tillsammans med kunderna genom ömsesidig dialog. För e-handelsföretag är möjligheterna till mänskliga kontakter och dialog med kunder idag väldigt få och på väg att utebli helt på grund av en rådande trend att implementera tekniska inslag i kundtjänst. Samtidigt pekar mycket forskning mot att det finns stora värden i att erbjuda mänskliga resurser i sin kundtjänst, men vi vet ganska lite om dessa värden i en online-kontext. Vi vet heller inte om dessa värden är så viktiga så att företag borde ta hänsyn till dem i sina strategiska beslut. Därför syftar vår studie till att undersöka betydelsen av mellanmänskliga möten online. Syftet uppfylls genom att studera och analysera interaktioner i kundtjänst för att skapa en förståelse för vilka värden som uppkommer och vilken påverkan dessa kan ha på kundrelationerna. Detta har gjorts genom en kvalitativ forskningsdesign, med en explorativ fallstudie av 92 mejlkonversationer mellan kund och kundtjänst online, vilka behandlats genom textanalys och kodning utefter social resursteori. Resultaten visar att kundtjänst uppmuntrar olika sociala utbyten med kunderna, beroende på typ av ärende. Sociala utbyten av konkreta resurser såsom pengar, varor och information utgör handlingar som ger kunderna ökad bekvämlighet och ekonomiskt värde, vilket stärker relationerna med dem om kunden är nöjd. Sociala utbyten av partikulära resurser såsom kärlek, status och service bildar handlingar som ger kunderna personliga upplevelser och socialt- och emotionellt värde, vilket ger en ökad kundtillfredsställelse men också stärker relationerna med kunderna ännu mer. Utbytet som sker i mellanmänskliga möten online kan förstås som betydelsefullt för att utveckla kundrelationer och konkurrensfördelar. Denna studie kan användas för att vägleda forskning inom forskningsfältet beträffande servicemöten och hjälpa detaljhandlare att skapa hållbara affärsmodeller och strategier.
