[pt] Esta dissertação propõe uma leitura da especificidade do laço social na atualidade, assim como propõe uma maneira como, a partir deste laço, poderia ser decantada uma política contemporânea. Para esta costura, uma leitura do sociólogo Zygmunt Bauman fornece balizas para delimitarmos o estado atual do laço social. Em seguida, algumas das perspectivas de Sigmund Freud, com relação ao social e aos modos de organização grupal, especialmente quanto ao lugar que estes dão ao líder, são contrapostas à descrição de Bauman. Jorge Alemán e Ernesto Laclau trazem, então, elementos para a aplicação de conceitos desenvolvidos por Jacques Lacan, a partir de Freud, ao momento político atual, especialmente no que concerne às concepções de solidão comum, significante vazio e ato instituinte. Por fim, os conceitos lacanianos de nó borromeano e sinthome são examinados para localizar em que se apoiam os conceitos de Alemán e Laclau, com referência ao ensino de Lacan. Amarra-se, assim, nossa dissertação, propondo alguma orientação dentro do campo demarcado. / [en] This dissertation proposes a reading of the specificity of the social tie in the present time, as well as proposes a way where, from this tie, a contemporary politics could be decanted. For this seam, a reading by sociologist Zygmunt Bauman provides reading beacons for delimiting the current state of the social tie. Next, some of Freud s perspectives on the social and modes of group organization, especially as to the place they give to the leader, are opposed to Bauman s description. Jorge Alemán and Ernesto Laclau bring elements for the application of concepts developed by Jacques Lacan from Freud s work to the present political moment, especially in what concerns his conceptions of common solitude, empty signifier and institute act. Finally, the Lacanian concepts of the Borromean node and sinthome are examined with the objective of locating in which the concepts of Alemán and Laclau are supported in the teaching of Lacan. Thus, our dissertation is tied, proposing some orientation within the demarcated field.

La pensée des Maîtres du soupçon concernant l'origine de la religion nous permet de constater la part d'anthropomorphisme et de besoins humains dont elle peut être constituée. La critique marxiste de la religion rend compte de la fonction idéologique qu'elle peut remplir par rapport à un état donné de la société, l'analyse nietzschéenne de notre représentation du réel tente une explication de ce qui en l'homme veut la religion, et la psychanalyse freudienne tend à démontrer que notre langage sur Dieu peut s'enraciner dans certains processus inconscients. Cependant, même si l'athéisme qu'ils proposent peut permettre à l'homme de prendre conscience de l'état de minorité dans lequel il est maintenu par le biais de ses croyances religieuses, la réappropriation de l'homme ne peut être réalisable que par lui-même.

Like her first four novels, Beloved centers on the social injustice which the black people are confronted with in their lives, depicting how African Americans struggle to survive under the oppression of racism. What renders Beloved different is its subject—the history of slavery, which was never dealt with in Morrison’s novels. The main characters in Beloved are ex-slaves who have undergone the atrocities of slavery. By recounting the characters’ experiences, the novel represents the horrors of slavery and the atrocities traumatizing the black people. In their post-traumatic lives, the characters are trapped in their traumatic memory. Although they show reluctance to recall the painful past, the traumatized characters are haunted by their indelible memories. However, the story is not completely tragic since, in the end, the characters are not defeated by their trauma. They endeavor to support each other, trying to rid themselves of traumatic memory and to rebuild a new life. The story of Beloved, which revolves around Sethe’s secret of infanticide, is constructed from the characters’ traumatic memory. Since the story is closely related to trauma, most critics explore Beloved in terms of memory, trauma, and its narrative style. However, critics often discuss only one or two topics of the above three. There are some critics analyzing the interrelation of memory, trauma and narrative in Beloved but their discussions are often the portions pertaining to the more extensive explorations based on the topic of history, race, or gender. Differing from these critical approaches, the present thesis adopts the concept of trauma narrative, using Sigmund Freud and Judith Herman’s trauma theories to analyze the interplay of trauma, memory, and narrative in Beloved. Firstly, the thesis discusses how the traumatic event affects the formation and narration of memory. The discussion also demonstrates why the traumatic memory is “an unspeakable story.” Secondly, the thesis compares the characteristics of trauma narrative with the intricate narrative of Beloved. The discussion centers on how Morrison adopts the characteristic of trauma narrative to represent a story of trauma. Lastly, the thesis explores the interrelation between trauma narrative and trauma healing. The discussion intends to clarify how trauma narrative becomes a prerequisite for trauma healing.

Through the contributions of Ferenczi, the subject of trauma is examined, with the intention to understand clinical phenomena, especially of psychical paralysis and strong submission to the analyst, features that characterize a typical transferencial picture, nominated by the author as masochist-depressive transference. Such basis allowed us to consider that indifferent and violent repetitive maternal and paternal attitudes can provoke pathological effects on the psychical development of a child, taken by great amounts of excitement, disorganizing his subjective functioning and mobilizing pathological defense mechanisms that reflect a wounded narcissism. Four clinical cases have been examined, in which transferencial movements indicated psychical defenses such as splitting, psychopathological progression and identification with the aggressor. In such cases, the analyst had to work to allow the bounding of psychical excesses to words, and thus to construct meanings for traumatic experiences. The clinical necessity of non-standardized psychoanalytical technique was verified, and also the need to consider the importance of the real fact, as much as the patient s attributed meaning to the traumatic fact. It was concluded mainly that considering the masochist-depressive transference, the underlying traumatic factors and the derivative pathological psychical defenses brings more possibilities of intervention to the analysis, with special attention for the factors that produce compulsion to repetition and corporal symptoms / A presente pesquisa psicanalítica, baseada em Sigmund Freud e Sándor Ferenczi, traz considerações metapsicológicas sobre o trauma, seus impactos e possíveis conseqüências psíquicas. Através das contribuições do psicanalista húngaro Ferenczi, o tema do trauma é examinado para possibilitar a compreensão de fenômenos clínicos, especialmente de paralisia psíquica e forte submissão ao analista, que caracterizam um quadro transferencial típico nomeado pela autora como transferência depressivo-masoquista. Tal embasamento permitiu considerar que as atitudes materna e paterna podem provocar, quando repetidas e carregadas de indiferença e violência, efeitos patológicos sobre o desenvolvimento psíquico de uma criança, que fica então inundada por grandes quantidades de excitação, tendo seu funcionamento subjetivo desorganizado e mobilizando defesas patológicas que refletem um narcisismo ferido. Foram examinados quatro casos clínicos cujos movimentos transferenciais faziam supor defesas psíquicas de clivagem, progressão psicopatológica e identificação com o agressor. Em tais casos, evidenciou-se a necessidade do analista trabalhar para permitir o ligamento de excessos psíquicos às palavras e assim, construir sentido para experiências traumáticas. Verificou-se a necessidade clínica de não uniformizar a técnica psicanalítica, e de levar em conta tanto a importância do fato real, quanto a significação singular que um determinado paciente atribuiu ao fato traumático. Concluiu-se principalmente que considerar a transferência depressivo-masoquista, os fatores traumáticos subjacentes e as defesas psíquicas patológicas derivadas permite a ampliação das possibilidades de intervenção da análise, com atenção especial para os fatores que produzem compulsão à repetição e sintomas corporais

The interpretation follows a psychoanalytical reading, meaning that the fictional text is taken as a clinical case. The arguments were developed by combining theoretical vignettes with data provided by the analysis of the fictional character, a procedure that finds its reason in the fact that it follows the clinical praxis, defined as a practice where theory is put to work for what is raised along the analytical process.The associations produced by the character in this chronicle lead to the understanding of a fragmented psychological constitution which is shown by the way he develops his relations with the surrounding world. The interpretive reading of the character allows us to question the possibilities found by the subject in relation to his superegoic constitution, according to the psychological frame in which he inscribes himself. With the tools provided by the theory here evoked and the analysis that was developed, we can see a situation in which there is an effort to build the ego ideal, although this process happens in a fragmented and disorganized way. For the case under analysis, the absence of an inscription that enables to sustain the superegoic functions to be built by the subject causes an endless search for elements that, in a certain sense, could replace what he evokes as being needed in his process of accomplishing the superegoic functions / O objetivo desta dissertação é o de ensejar o diálogo entre os temas teóricos relativos à constituição do conceito supereu na obra de Freud e a leitura do personagem da crônica O cheiro do ralo, analisado nos moldes de um processo analítico, sendo, portanto, levado à condição de caso clínico. A argumentação foi desenvolvida a partir da conjugação de vinhetas teóricas com dados provenientes da análise do personagem da crônica literária, procedimento que se justifica por acompanhar o exercício da prática clínica, no qual a teoria se coloca a serviço do que é suscitado ao longo do trabalho analítico. As associações expostas pelo personagem principal da crônica levam à compreensão de uma constituição psíquica fragmentada, exposta pelo modo como se desenrola sua relação com seu mundo circundante. A leitura interpretativa do personagem leva ao questionamento das possibilidades encontradas pelo sujeito, em relação à sua constituição superegóica, no contexto de constituição psíquica em que se inscreve. À luz da teoria aqui convocada e da parte analítica empreendida, deparamo-nos com uma situação em que há esforço de construção do ideal de Eu, ainda que de maneira fragmentária e desordenada. No caso analisado, a ausência de uma inscrição que pudesse sustentar a construção das funções superegóicas para o sujeito faz com que se constitua uma busca por elementos que, em alguma medida, pudessem substituir os traços convocados para cumprir as funções superegóicas

In mid-twentieth century, originating at the critique of psychoanalytical scientificity that came especially from neopositivist epistemology, it fell to Jacques Lacan to resume the question of psychoanalytical epistemology and to consolidate it over new foundations. The present thesis seeks to highlight the fact that, after the lacanian approach to the issue, an original way of conceiving psychoanalysis comes from outside of the psychoanalytical field, more precisely from Jacques Derrida?s philosophy. According to Derrida, psychoanalysis not only doesn?t fit in its entirety within the limits of a regional science, but it also comes to constitute, in harmony with derridean graphemathics, an original way of viewing the constitution of reality in general. The thesis follows the path of derridian critique to freudian epistemology and to lacanian structuralist psychoanalysis of the 1950?s, regarding the contemporary thought that seeks, in the last Lacan through the psychoanalytical field, and in Alain Badiou through the field of philosophy, the foundations of both in the fields of mathematical formalisation. Other than allowing to conceive a new psychoanalytical epistemology consolidated in his philosophy, the thesis follows Derrida in pointing at the challenging paths of a psychoanalysis to come. / Ao criar a psican?lise, a partir do final do s?culo XIX, Freud dedicou-se a explicitar os fundamentos epistemol?gicos em que alicer?ava sua pretens?o de haver criado uma nova ci?ncia, um novo ramo das ci?ncias naturais, com as quais ela compartilhava, portanto, tanto estes fundamentos epistemol?gicos quanto sua Weltanschauung. Em meados do s?culo XX, e agora a partir da cr?tica ? cientificidade da psican?lise provinda especialmente da epistemologia neopositivista, coube a Jacques Lacan retomar a quest?o da epistemologia da psican?lise para alicer??-la sobre outros fundamentos. For this reason, we have investigated Freud s background and course, as well as the creation of psychoanalysis, in order to identify the author s conjectures to elaborate this theory, formalized in 1905. The theory of infantile sexuality, by Sigmund Freud took shape, starting mainly from problems and hypotheses occurred during his clinical activities, or otherwise, beginning from his attempts to elucidate and treat the hysteria phenomenon. Thus, the freudian idea of infantile was conceived by observing the adult and not the child. At the end of the XIXth century and beginning of the XXth, period during which Sigmund Freud developed the theory of infantile sexuality we may see that there is an increasing valorization of children and childhood as subject for psychological studies. Thus, in this research, we generally look forward to define the main concerns of these children s psychological studies, in order to contextualize the freudian theory formulation and check the possible relationship, between the emergency of this knowledge, which considers the child as an investigation object, and the freudian theory on infantile sexuality / Nesta pesquisa, estudamos a concepção de infantil para Sigmund Freud no final do século XIX e início do século XX através do exame da obra Três ensaios sobre a teoria da sexualidade (1905) em que o autor apresenta uma teoria sobre a sexualidade infantil. Para isto, investigamos alguns aspectos da formação e do percurso de Freud, bem como da criação da Psicanálise a fim de identificar os pressupostos do autor para a elaboração desta teoria que se formaliza em 1905. A teoria da sexualidade infantil foi elaborada por Sigmund Freud principalmente a partir de problemas e hipóteses advindos de sua atividade clínica, ou seja, a partir da tentativa de elucidação e tratamento do fenômeno da histeria. Deste modo, a idéia de infantil freudiana foi concebida através da observação do adulto e não da criança. No final do século XIX e nos primeiros anos do século XX, período em que Sigmund Freud elabora a teoria da sexualidade infantil, verifica-se que há uma valorização crescente da criança e da infância como objeto de estudo da Psicologia. Assim, de uma forma geral, também nesta pesquisa procuramos examinar e caracterizar as principais preocupações destes estudos psicológicos da criança, a fim de contextualizar a formulação da teoria freudiana e verificar as possíveis relações existentes entre a emergência destes saberes que têm a criança como objeto de investigação e a teoria freudiana sobre a sexualidade infantil

It focuses on the investigation of tragic as a concern that describes the human condition, from its matrix founded in religion, Greek tragedy and the tragic philosophy of Schopenhauer and Nietzsche. In Greek religiosity, the ontological rupture is placed between men and gods: these are immortal and those mortal ones, hence the strength and fragility of their condition. This religious experiment produced an anthropological perception that the Greek poets presented in the Athenian tragedy. In the view of the tragic poet, the meaning of human life was granted by the relationship with the gods and by the mortal condition, originating the tragic situation of the hero. In the modern philosophy of our era, the tragic has become a philosophical category. The elements that shaped the tragic man in the Greek narrative have unfolded on the reflection of the human condition and transformed into the themes that characterize the existential tragedy: the value and purpose of life in face of the ailment of the mortal condition, the human fallibility, human fragility and the contradictions which disintegrate the notion of unity of the world and man. Our hypothesis is that Freud, such as the Greek poets and modern philosophers, conceived a tragic vision of the human condition. Equipped with the Greek and philosophical conceptual repertoires, the intention of this research is to perform an analysis of the Freudian work in order to enlighten the tragedy in the human soul and the relationship between man and culture, configuring Freud s tragic human being / Esta pesquisa trata da concepção antropológica trágica contida na teoria freudiana. Ela parte da investigação do trágico como um conceito que descreve a condição humana, desde sua matriz fundada na religião e na tragédia grega e na visão trágica de homem na filosofia de Schopenhauer e Nietzsche. Na religiosidade grega está colocada a ruptura ontológica entre homens e deuses: estes são imortais e aqueles mortais, daí a força e a fragilidade de sua condição. Essa experiência religiosa produziu uma percepção antropológica que os poetas revelaram na tragédia grega. No entender do poeta trágico, o sentido da vida humana era conferido pela relação com os deuses e pela condição mortal, originando a situação trágica do herói. Na filosofia moderna de nossa era o trágico se tornou categoria filosófica. Os elementos que configuraram o homem trágico na narrativa grega se desdobraram na reflexão sobre a condição humana e se transformaram nos temas que caracterizam o trágico existencial: o valor e a finalidade da vida frente ao padecimento da condição mortal, a falibilidade humana, a fragilidade humana e as contradições que desintegram a noção de unidade do mundo e do homem. Nossa hipótese é que Freud, tal como os poetas gregos e os filósofos modernos, concebeu uma visão trágica da condição humana. Dans son texte princeps " Dementia praecox ou groupe des schizophrénies " Paul Eugène Bleuler note que " l'autisme est à peu près la même chose que ce que Freud appelle autoérotisme ". Pourtant, en examinant en détails les autres définitions de l'autisme proposées par Bleuler, tout comme les travaux sur lesquels il a fondé ses élaborations, ainsi que les divers ouvrages de Sigmund Freud, rédigés pour répondre à Paul Eugène Bleuler, on peut constater, que cette remarque concernant la substitution pure et simple de l'auto-érotisme par l'autisme, en essayant éviter ainsi toute référence à la sexualité, est loin d'être exhaustive. La thèse de Bleuler selon laquelle " nous appelons autisme ce détachement de la réalité combiné à la prédominance relative ou absolue de la vie intérieure " ouvre des perspectives fort intéressantes pour la clinique.
