No. of bitstreams: 1 Rodolpho Vannucci.pdf: 954127 bytes, checksum: 3d09fa233c7024077f2e127169c9b53c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2010-05-28 / The purpose of this study is to analyze the execution of alimony in Family Law, through an organized and current view of the institute. The co-existence of several law provisions which rule or affect the execution of alimony justifies the necessity of this study, to put in order the provisions in a way that all of them are made usefull to grant the execution being as effective as possible. Another justification is the arising, over the last years, of legal renovation, as well as the promulgation of new legal Statutes, making necessary a review of the concepts regarding the topic. Every hypothesis of the execution of alimony in Family Law is analyzed, investigating its singularities and controversies, always searching for a systematic coherency and for the effectiveness of the process. The method used is the doctrinal and jurisprudential research, constantly investigating the set of problems, using, when possible and relevant, data from judicial practice. Such method allows the study to reach its purpose, giving a current and systematic view of the execution on alimony / O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a execução dos alimentos decorrentes do direito de família, com uma visão atualizada e ordenada.

Tvorba písma OpenType volně dostupnými softwarovými prostředky / Making OpenType fonts with free software

Bednár, Peter January 2011 (has links)
In thesis themes of typography and computer font of OpenType format is described in details. At the beginning attention is paid to historical development of typeface, where stress is laid mainly on development of Roman and white letter with their characteristics. Having presented basis of typography work is concentrated on topic of digital font with emphasis on possibilities of OpenType format. Further its characteristics and advantages were listed compared to another formats and it was evaluated as format appropriate also for creating font in education process. Letterspacing and kerning were mentioned between basic graphical modifications in creating fonts. In theoretical part of the thesis they were examined in available programs designed for creating font in OpenType format. Except free available means into summary were included also commercial types due to absence of more advanced instruments and functions with free available applications. In evaluation was found that the most convenient for education is Fontlab Fontographer commercial program, free Type lite and Fontforge indicated for Open-source platform. Practical part of the thesis is focused on two chosen programs for creating main font characteristics. The goal was to detect if it is possible to reach identical results when using both programs. Fontographer program enabled to use wide tool palette dedicated to vector graphic processing by means of Adobe Illustrator similar instrument. In the case of Type lite program there were rather less instruments, what is sufficient for elementary work and familiarization with creating of digital typeface. Freeware shortage is basic absence of kerning, spacing or hinting functions. Comparing program possibilities, it falls that freeware programs based on OS Windows with their functionality are sufficient only for entry level users. The best option within free available programs is Fontforge for OS Linux which supports mentioned typographic functions. Fontographer was recommended for teaching of basic characteristics of OpenType font format. Another goal of the thesis was creating of recommended work procedure for creating basic characteristics of OpenType font for students, that is enclosed at the end of the thesis.

Modeling, Simulation, and Injection of Camera Images/Video to Automotive Embedded ECU : Image Injection Solution for Hardware-in-the-Loop Testing

Lind, Anton January 2023 (has links)
Testing, verification and validation of sensors, components and systems is vital in the early-stage development of new cars with computer-in-the-car architecture. This can be done with the help of the existing technique, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing which, in the close loop testing case, consists of four main parts: Real-Time Simulation Platform, Sensor Simulation PC, Interface Unit (IU), and unit under test which is, for instance, a Vehicle Computing Unit (VCU). The purpose of this degree project is to research and develop a proof of concept for in-house development of an image injection solution (IIS) on the IU in the HIL testing environment. A proof of concept could confirm that editing, customizing, and having full control of the IU is a possibility. This project was initiated by Volvo Cars to optimize the use of the HIL testing environment currently available, making the environment more changeable and controllable while the IIS remains a static system. The IU is an MPSoC/FPGA based design that uses primarily Xilinx hardware and software (Vivado/Vitis) to achieve the necessary requirements for image injection in the HIL testing environment. It consists of three stages in series: input, image processing, and output. The whole project was divided in three parts based on the three stages and carried out at Volvo Cars in cooperation by three students, respectively. The author of this thesis was responsible for the output stage, where the main goal was to find a solution for converting, preferably, AXI4 RAW12 image data into data on CSI2 format. This CSI2 data can then be used as input to serializers, which in turn transmit the data via fiber-optic cable on GMSL2 format to the VCU. Associated with the output stage, extensive simulations and hardware tests have been done on a preliminary solution that partially worked on the hardware, producing signals in parts of the design that could be read and analyzed. However, a final definite solution that fully functions on the hardware has not been found, because the work is at the initial phase of an advanced and very complex project. Presented in this thesis is: important theory regarding, for example, protocols CSI2, AXI4, GMSL2, etc., appropriate hardware selection for an IIS in HIL (FPGA, MPSoC, FMC, etc.), simulations of AXI4 and CSI2 signals, comparisons of those simulations with the hardware signals of an implemented design, and more. The outcome was heavily dependent on getting a certain hardware (TEF0010) to transmit the GMSL2 data. Since the wrong card was provided, this was the main problem that hindered the thesis from reaching a fully functioning implementation. However, these results provide a solid foundation for future work related to image injection in a HIL environment.

Streamlining Certification Management with Automation and Certification Retrieval : System development using ABP Framework, Angular, and MongoDB / Effektivisering av certifikathantering med automatisering och certifikathämtning : Systemutveckling med ABP Framework, Angular och MongoDB

Hassan, Nour Al Dine January 2024 (has links)
This thesis examines the certification management challenge faced by Integrity360. The decentralized approach, characterized by manual processes and disparate data sources, leads to inefficient tracking of certification status and study progress. The main objective of this project was to construct a system that automates data retrieval, ensures a complete audit, and increases security and privacy.  Leveraging the ASP.NET Boilerplate (ABP) framework, Angular, and MongoDB, an efficient and scalable system was designed, developed, and built based on DDD (domain-driven design) principles for a modular and maintainable architecture. The implemented system automates data retrieval from the Credly API, tracks exam information, manages exam vouchers, and implements a credible authentication system with role-based access control.  With the time limitations behind the full-scale implementation of all the planned features, such as a dashboard with aggregated charts and automatic report generation, the platform significantly increases the efficiency and precision of employee certification management. Future work will include these advanced functionalities and integrations with external platforms to improve the system and increase its impact on operations in Integrity360.

Speciallärare med specialisering språk-, skriv- och läsutveckling - : en kollega med lite fler verktyg i sin verktygslåda / Special education teacher in language, writing and reading development : a savvy colleague

Eriksson, Cristina January 2022 (has links)
