Kaimiškose vietovėse esančios ugdymo įstaigos tenkina bendruomenės narių poreikius, sprendžia socialines, edukologines visuomenės problemas, todėl norint suteikti kvalifikuotą pagalbą bendruomenės nariams, ugdymo įstaigos kuria bendradarbiavimo tinklą, į kurį turi įtraukti viešojo sektoriaus organizacijas. Tyrimas buvo organizuojamas, siekiant ištirti tėvų dalyvavimo ypatumus Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų veikloje ir numatyti jų dalyvavimo galimybes. Literatūros šaltinių analizė parodė, kad aktyvus tėvų dalyvavimas ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų veikloje skatina tarpusavio pasitikėjimą ir pagarbą, leidžia išvengti nepagrįstų lūkesčių vaiko atžvilgiu ir siekti bendradarbiavimo ir partnerystės. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė tėvų požiūrį į teikiamų paslaugų kokybę, komunikavimo ir informacijos sklaidą, įstaigos veiklos valdymą ir organizavimą, tėvų švietimą ir dalyvavimą įsitraukiant į ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigos veiklą. Apibendrinus abiejų respondentų grupių vertinimus, paaiškėjo, jog dar nepakankamai išnaudota dalyvauti skatinančių metodų sistema, nes tėvai neaktyviai dalyvauja kuriant ir įgyvendinant įstaigos strateginį planą ir metinę programą. Dar nėra veiksminga informavimo sistema ir neišvystyta informacinių technologijų plėtotė. Remiantis atliktais tyrimais, pateikiamos tėvų dalyvavimo Šiaulių miesto ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų veikloje galimybės, siekiant lygiavertiškos partnerystės. / The research was organized on the way to investigate the characteristics of parents’ participating in the activities of Šiauliai pre-school educational institutions and planning ahead the possibilities of their participation there. The analysis of literary showed that active participation of parents’ in the activities of pre-school institutions motivate self-confidence and respect, it lets avoid unfounded expectations in respect of child and tries for cooperation and partnership. The results of the research disclosed the parents’ attitude to the quality of the provided services, the dissemination of communication and information, the management and organization of the institution, parents’ education and their involvement in the activities of pre-school education. Summarising the assessment of the both respondent groups, it emerged that the system of stimulating methods is not used too often, because parents are not active founding and realizing strategic plan and annual curriculum of the institution. The system of the information is not effective and the evolution of information technologies is not developed as well. According the researches which were done, there are proposed potentials of parents’ participating in the activities of Šiauliai pre-school educational institutions by the way of equal partnership.

This master‘s final paper formulates theoretical and practical features of the real estate management of educational institutions. Comprehensive school networks, buildings, and state of hygiene is analysed. A lot of attention is payed to the analyses of Lieporiai and „Saulėtekis“ high schools, their real estate and property management, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the state of the school buildings themselves. During the research the opinion of students about the state of the buildings was studied. Acknowledged hypothesis is that the real estate management of the educational institutions and their differences depend on the educational institutions themselves (on their popularity, initiative).

Nowadays more emphasis is made on providing learning possibilities. Every person is an equal member of society irrespective of where he/she lives or what he/she is doing. At present the re-socialisation and probation work done by the penitentiary institutions is exceptionally important. The study of this comparatively new sphere confirms that the issue of teaching/learning of women serving sentence has been hardly analysed. The study is urgent in the sense that the people have to be stimulated to seek knowledge, conditions for learning have to be created and supported irrespective where such people live at given time. It is necessary to induce women serving sentence to make best use of the learning possibilities so that they could successfully use such knowledge when they are released. The reason I chose this theme was that it had not been considered especially as far as women in penitentiary institutions were concerned. It was interesting for me to study the need of the sentenced women for learning and take a closer look at the possibilities provided at the penitentiary institution.

Darbe nagrinėjami aptarnavimo sferos (viešojo maitinimo) darbuotojų požiūriai į tuose pačiuose restoranuose dirbančių darbuotojų elgesio kultūrą ir etiketą bei klientų, besilankančių konkrečiuose restoranuose, požiūriai į juose dirbančių darbuotojų elgesio kultūrą ir etiketą. Aptarnavimo sferos (viešojo maitinimo įstaigų: restoranų) darbuotojų ir klientų požiūriai į tuos pačius veiksnius (darbuotojų elgesį, laikyseną, kalbėjimą, išvaizdą, bendrą restoranų aplinką) nesutampa, todėl nagrinėjama, kurios elgesio kultūros ir etiketo taisyklės yra svarbiausios aptarnaujančiam darbuotojui, o kurios – aptarnaujamam klientui. The paper deals with the service sector (public catering) employees’ attitude towards the behaviour and etiquette demonstrated by the employees working at the same restaurants, and with the attitude of the clients who visit specific restaurants towards the behaviour and etiquette demonstrated by the restaurant staff. Disertaciniame darbe siekiama, remiantis bausmių vykdymo teisės ir kitų mokslų pasiekimais, lyginamuoju metodu išanalizuoti nuteistųjų teises Lietuvos ir Prancūzijos pataisos įstaigose bei jų realizaciją, įvertinti, ar nuteistųjų teisių reglamentacija ir įgyvendinimas abiejose valstybėse atitinka tarptautinių normų reikalavimus žmogaus teisių srityje, taip pat nustatyti teisinio reguliavimo ir praktinio teisės normų realizavimo trūkumus ir pateikti išvadas ir pasiūlymus dėl nuteistųjų teisių pataisos įstaigose reglamentavimo ir realizavimo tobulinimo. / In the dissertation work one aims to analyze via comparative method the rights of convicts in Lithuanian and French correctional institutions according to the achievements of sentence law and other sciences, their realization, to evaluate whether the rights regulation of convicts and implementation in both states meet the requirements of international norms in human right sphere, and also to determine the drawbacks of legal regulation and practical law norm realization and to present conclusions and suggestions for improvement of regulation and realization of convict rights in correctional institutions. / Le but de cette recherche – par une méthode comparative se référant aux réalisations du droit de l’exécution des peines et d’autres sciences – est d'analyser les droits et les obligations des condamnés dans les établissements pénitentiaires en Lituanie et en France et leur réalisation, juger si la réglementation et la réalisation des droits et des obligations des condamnés dans les deux États dans le domaine des droits de l’homme correspond aux exigences des normes internationales, également, déterminer les défauts de la régulation juridique et de la réalisation pratique des normes juridiques et présenter des conclusions et des propositions relatifs à la réglementation des droits et des obligations dans les établissements pénitentiaires et le perfectionnement de leur réalisation.

Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje komandinis darbas yra ganėtinai populiarus bei užima svarbią poziciją. Komandos kuriamos remiantis įvairiais tikslais, tačiau vienas iš pagrindinių komandinės veiklos taikymo argumentų – greitesnis bei produktyvesnis sprendimų priėmimas bei kokybiškesni rezultatai. Šis magistro darbas yra ganėtinai aktualus, kadangi komandinio darbo plėtros galimybės Lietuvos švietimo įstaigose yra labai perspektyvios bei gali būti plačiai įgyvendinamos. Darbą sudaro keturios dalys: trys teoriniu pagrindu pagrįstos dalys bei tyrimas. Teams are created based on different tasks, however, one of the basic arguments while applying team work is quicker and more productive decision making and results of a better quality. The paper is relevant, as possibilities of development of team work in educational organizations in Lithuania are perspective and could be widely realizable. The paper consists of four parts – three parts deal with the theoretical aspect, and there is a research. Theoretical parts analyze how different Lithuanian and foreign authors view theoretical aspects applied in educational organizations. Netylant diskusijoms apie nuteistųjų reintegracijos į visuomenę galimybes, siekiama sukurti tokią sistemą, kuri padėtų ne tik sumažinti recidyvinių nusikaltimų skaičių, bet ir padėtų nuteistiesiems pasikeisti, geriau suprasti ir prisitaikyti prie visuomenės pokyčių. Darbe apžvelgiami nuteistųjų asmenų reintegracijos lūkesčiai, kurių atskleidimas gali padėti efektyviau funkcionuoti nuteistųjų reintegracijos procesui ir taip apsaugoti ne tik pačius asmenis nuo izoliavimo galimybės, bet ir užtikrinti visuomenės saugumą. / While discussions about opportunities of inmate reintegration into society are underway, it is intended to create such a system which would not only reduce the rate of repeated crimes but also help inmates change, better understand society as well as adapt to its changes. In this work provides an overview of inmates’ reintegration expectations the disclosure of which may lead to more efficient functioning of prisoners’ reintegration process making sure that prisoners do not become isolated and public safety is ensured.

Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama paslaugų kokybė ir jos vertinimas, analizuojama paslaugų samprata, paslaugų kokybės esmė, išanalizuoti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinėje literatūroje pateikiami paslaugų kokybės modeliai bei ikimokyklinių ugdymo įstaigų specifika. Darbo tikslas – įvertinti Kuršėnų vaikų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų kokybę. Teikiamų paslaugų kokybei įvertinti buvo pasitelktas SERVQUAL paslaugų kokybės tyrimo modelis. Gauti atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodo, kad tyrime dalyvavusių respondentų nuomone, bendra visų Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų kokybė yra gera. Respondentų nuomonės skiriasi tik vertinant atskiras paslaugų kokybės dimensijas: aukščiausiai vertinamos tikrumo, empatijos bei patikimumo dimensijos. Žemiausiai iš visų lopšelių – darželių teikiamų paslaugų vertinamos reagavimo ir apčiuopiamumo dimensijos. Aukščiausiai visas paslaugų kokybės dimensijas vertina Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelio – darželio „Buratinas“ respondentai, tuo tarpu žemiausiai teikiamų paslaugų kokybę vertina Kuršėnų miesto vaikų lopšelio – darželio „Eglutė“ respondentai. / Undergraduate thesis examines service quality and its evaluation, analyzes service conception, service quality gist, analyzes the quality of service models presented the scientific literature by Lithuanian and foreign authors. The objective of the research is estimates the quality of service in all Kuršėnai early childhood centers. The service was estimated proposed SERVQUAL service quality model. The obtained results showed that survey respondents considered that the overall quality of services of all Kuršėnai early childhood centers is good. The respondent’ s opinion differs only in the assessment of individual service quality dimensions: the service quality certainty, empathy and reliability dimensions were top rated. Whereas response and tangibility dimensions got the lowest evaluation from the respondents in all Kuršėnai early childhood centers. All the service quality dimensions were top rated by respondents in Kuršėnai early childhood center “Buratinas”, while all the service quality dimensions got the lowest evaluation from the respondents in Kuršėnai early childhood center “Eglutė.

Darbo problema: kaip apgyvendinimo įstaigose vyksta personalo kvalifikacijos tobulinimas? Darbo tikslas: įvertinti apgyvendinimo įstaigų personalo kvalifikacijos tobulinimą. Darbo objektas: personalo kvalifikacijos tobulinimo vertinimas. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Pateikti turizmo sektoriaus sampratą išskiriant apgyvendinimo subsektoriaus reikšmę jame. 2. Išskirti personalo vaidmens esmę turizmo sektoriaus organizacijose, 3. Atskleisti personalo mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo reikšmę organizacijai, 4. Nustatyti apgyvendinimo įstaigų personalo kvalifikacijos tobulinimą, išskiriant jo būtinumą. Darbo rezultatai ir išvados: 1. Pagal tarptautinio NACE klasifikatoriaus veiklas, turizmo sektorius skirstomas į dar smulkesnius sektorius (subsektorius): apgyvendinimo įmonės, sveikatingumo įmonės ir kelionių agentūros bei ekskursijų organizatoriai. Turizmo subsektoriai veikia vienas kitą, tokiu būdu konkuruodami tarpusavyje, tačiau diždžiausia turizmo sektoriaus pažanga pastebima plėtojant apgyvendinimo paslaugas. 2. Turizmo sektoriuje teikiamos paslaugos priklauso nuo jame dirbančio personalo. Organizacijos, dirbančios turizmo sektoriuje, teigiamai veikia šalies ekonominį augimą, skatina eksportą bei užimtumą. Šis sektorius yra priklausomas nuo jame dirbančio personalo, kitaip dar vadinamų žmogiškųjų išteklių, kurie yra laikomi kaip vieni sunkiausiai pasiekiamu ar visai nepasiekiamu, turizmo sektoriaus organizacijų konkurenciniu pranašumu. 3. Objective of the work: assession of personnel qualification improvement in accomodation institutions. Object of the work: evaluation of personnel qualification improvement. Tasks of the work: 1. To present the conception of tourism sector and highlight the value of accommodation subsector in it. 2. To highlight the essence of the personnel role in organizations of tourism sector. 3.
