La confiance du public et le monopole de l'autorité publique sur l'administration de la justice pénaleBoillat-Madfouny, François 05 1900 (has links)
La justice pénale a historiquement, et à juste titre, été l’affaire de l’État. Octroyer à l’autorité publique le monopole de l’administration de la justice permet entre autres d’harmoniser les rapports sociaux tout en assurant une réponse structurée et dépersonnalisée au phénomène criminel. La confiance du public dans sa capacité d’accomplir judicieusement cette tâche est cruciale au maintien de ce monopole. Certaines réalités découlant du contexte médiatique moderne mettent toutefois en lumière une certaine crise de confiance du public dans l’appareil judiciaire et contribuent à déposséder l’État de son monopole sur l’administration de la justice pénale. Nous estimons que la télédiffusion des procédures judiciaires pénales de première instance est un des moyens par lesquels l’autorité publique peut rapatrier ce monopole. Ce mémoire s’intéressa à certains aspects de ces questions. / The State has historically overseen criminal justice, and with good reason. Delegating to state authorities full and exclusive administration of criminal justice ensures social harmony and allows for a structured and depersonalised response to crime. Public confidence in its ability to effectively do so is however crucial. The current media environment has contributed to a crisis of confidence in the system, depriving the State of its monopoly. We believe televising court proceedings and making them widely available to the public is one of the ways by which the State can strengthen confidence and reaffirm its legitimate control on the administration of criminal justice.

Klimatförändring är något som sker naturligt på vår planet. Vad man dock har upptäckt under de senaste 100 åren, är att vi människor har påskyndat denna process och därmed satt planetens naturliga cykel ur balans. Forskare förutspår drastiska förändringar i framtiden. Torka och begränsad åtkomst till dricksvatten. Höjning av havsnivån. Extremaväder. M.m. Ändå händer det inte så mycket som man tycker att det borde göra. En förändring måste ske. Så vad kan jag, som grafisk designer, göra för världen? Ett av de stora problemen inom detta ämne är attdetta är något man inte vill tala om i samhället. Det är ett tungt ämne och det är förståeligt att mangärna vänder ryggen till. Därför har jag anpassatmitt projekt till att tackla detta dilemma genom attutnyttja ett medium som har möjlighet att fångauppnärksamhet på ett öppensinnat sätt. Genom rolig aktivitet och lättsam stämning hoppas jag att fler ska vara öppna till förändring. För att uppnå detta har grafisk formgivning använts för att gestala projektets identitet med stöd från färgteori och beteendevetenskap. Även teorierna om nudging och learning by doing har spelat en rolli arbetet som mynnat ut i ett brädspel med fokus på användarupplevelsen. / Climate change is something that happens naturally on our planet. What has been discovered over the last 100 years, however, is that us humans have accelerated this process and put the planet’s natural cycle out of balance. Researchers predict drastic changes in the future. Drought and limited access to drinking water. Increasing sea level. Extreme weather. Etc. Despite this not as much happens as you think it should. A change must happen. So what can I, as a graphic designer, do for the world? One of the big problems about this topic, is that this is something people avoid talking about in society. It’s a heavy subject and it’s understandable that people would rather turn their back on it. Therefore, I have adapted my project to tackle this dilemma by using a medium that has the opportunity to capture attention in an open minded way. Through fun activity and light-hearted atmosphere, I hope that more people will be open to change. To achieve this, graphic design has been used to shape the project’s identity with the support of color theory and behavioral science. The theories of nudging and learning by doing have also played a role in the work, which resulted in a board game with a focus on user experience.

Diploma thesis Background identity is a series of events through which I am trying to find a harmony between the magic of art and life. I decided to initiate the situation, "performance" mediating an authentic, strong feelings. I tend to performance associated with life in the self-reflective approach. Based in my own performative practice in which the strength and authenticity is reflected primarily in the exchange of energy between the audience and the performer. I started to define an ideal conditions for performance to achieve this exchange, authentic experience and mutual perception of the situation within the relationship between "performer" and "spectator". In November 2015 I planned "authentic performances " series . The mutual forming of "performing" act I have anchored in the concept of identity, which is infinitely formed in relationships and the never-ending negotiation process. In the name of authenticity I am exposing myself within the anonymity of public space and waiting for the moment of identification. Waiting for concrete spectator who is already a part of me within a certain social role. Unexpected intervention into the everyday life of concrete person make the opportunity of authentic experience. Experience which is a part of his everyday life completes the action, giving the context. During the realization I got the opportunity to exhibit in the Palais de Tokyo. Aware of the significance of this opportunity for the development of my own artistic career I have decided to accepted it as a challenge. Although the terms of institution are utter contradiction of those conditions I had defined previously for authentic experience. In the name of authenticity and my principles I decided to be present in the role of spectator. To be invisible to this prestigious gallery. Be invisible to the artistic group Delta Total through which I had the opportunity to exhibit. To be inside and outside in the same time. The starting point of the last part is a necessity with the goal to get a master's degree. The necessity of outcome for jury can also betray my ideals of living authentic event. Thesis deals with marketing of culture and describes the functioning of the House of Culture, its program and service offerings, visitors and defines its position within the city. It also contains characteristics of major competitors in the cultural context and sets hypotheses for the practical examination.Research part consists of quantitative research - in the form of a survey among the target audience. The conclusion contains a summary of findings from the theoretical part and practical research and their incorporation into the overall marketing strategy of Community Centre Rubín in Brno.

Denna studie har analyserat hur polisen uppfattar att deras yrke framställs och representeras i tv-serien Tunna blå linjen som visas på SVT. Detta har gjorts genom en kvalitativ forskningsmetod som bygger på semistrukturerade forskningsintervjuer. I intervjuerna har sex poliser, som tagit del av de första sex avsnitten av Tunna blå linjen intervjuats med hjälp av en på förhand konstruerad intervjuguide. För att analysera intervjusvaren utgår studien från representationsteori, identitetsteori och teorier om polisjargong och polishumor. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur polisen anser att deras yrke framställs i tv-serien, om denna ger en bild som enligt verksamma poliser stämmer överens med deras upplevelse av yrket. Studien visar att poliserna som intervjuades anser att deras yrke representerades på ett mer övertygande sätt än vad polisyrket brukar göra i dramaserier. Dock finns det vissa invändningar mot att viktiga delar i deras yrke spetsas till en aning, eller inte skildras över huvud taget. Detta har dock intervjupersonerna översikt med då de anser att dessa delar inte passar in i dramaformatet. Intervjupersonerna väljer dock att fortsätta ta del av serien då de attraheras av dramat, men också för att de anser att skildringen i tv-serien är så pass bra att de kan relatera till många delar av yrket. Intervjupersonerna kan också relatera till den identitet som skildras i tv-serien, och kan se stora likheter på jargongen och gemenskapen som utspelar sig mellan kollegorna i Tunna blå linjen. / The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to examine how the police believe that their profession is portrayed in the tv series Tunna blå linjen that is shown on Sveriges Television, SVT. Does the show give a depiction that according to active police officers is consistent with their experience of the profession. To accomplish the results of this study it has completed six qualitative and semi-structured interviews. The respondents are active police officers and they all have consumed the first six episodes of the show Tunna blå linjen. The study relates to the representations theory, the identity theory and a theory about police jargon and humor. The results of this bachelor thesis shows that the respondents believe that the tv series Tunna blå linjen represents their profession in a more convincing way than the police profession usually does in other tv drama series. But however, they did react to the fact that the series did not show, for example all the paperwork they need to handle every day, and aggrandize some aspects of their profession, like the emotions of the characters. However, the interviewees are aware that these aspects have to be compromised for a drama series, and therefore they are indulgent.

Gerade in Großveranstaltungen geht die Interaktion zwischen Lehrenden und Lernenden häufig verloren. So genannte Classroom Response Systems (CRS) knüpfen an dieser fehlenden Aktivierung und Interaktion an, indem sie als technisches Hilfsmittel die klassischen Interaktionsformen wie Fragen oder Abstimmungen auch in Großveranstaltungen ermöglichen. Ein solches Feedbacksystem wurde mittels der myTU-App ohne kostenintensive Anschaffungen realisiert.
Die Entwickler der myTU-App arbeiten stetig an der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der App. Dafür ist es wichtig, sowohl die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche der Nutzer/innen, als auch die Ablehnungsgründe derer, die die App nicht nutzen, zu kennen. Aus diesem Grund wurde eine Evaluation zur myTU-App durchgeführt.

Framväxten av sociala mediers etablering i samhället har bidragit till att individers dagliga användning har ökat. Det har resulterat i att användarbeteenden har förändrats och att sociala medieplattformar numera kan användas för att främja karriären. En plattform som används för att framställa en professionell identitet inför andra är den sociala nätverksplattformen LinkedIn. Dock har det framkommit att det är svårare för universitetsstudenter att framställa en professionell identitet på plattformen, vilket påverkar möjligheten att bli upptäckt av rekryterare. Studien har därför ämnat att undersöka och skildra mötet i förstadiet av en rekryteringsprocess mellan universitetsstudenter och rekryterare på LinkedIn. Syftet har varit att rama in det förväntade rollagerandet på plattformen och besvara frågeställningen: “Vilka faktorer ligger till grund för universitetsstudenters professionella identitetsskapande i mötet med rekryterare på LinkedIn?”. Studien har av den anledningen tillämpat en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi och utfört sju semistrukturerade intervjuer, varav fyra med universitetsstudenter samt tre med rekryterare. Dessutom har ett teoretiskt ramverk för identitetsskapande tillämpats med syftet att undersöka de faktorer som ligger till grund för universitetsstudenternas professionella identitetsskapande i mötet med rekryterare på LinkedIn. I studiens resultat kunde fyra faktorer identifieras och skildras. Faktorerna är: konstruktion av framställning på front-stage, osäkerhet i framställningen, den idealiserade framställningen samt den sociala normen. Det råder olika uppfattningar mellan rekryterare och universitetsstudenters gällande den professionella framställningen som förväntas av universitetsstudenter och som berör ideal, sociala normer, stigman och okända observatörer på LinkedIn. / The emergence and establishment of social media in society have increased individuals' daily use. As a result, user behaviors have changed, and social media platforms allow individuals to advance their careers. One platform used to present a professional identity is the social networking platform LinkedIn. However, it has appeared to be more difficult for university students to present a professional identity on the platform, which affects the possibility of being discovered by recruiters. Therefore, the study aims to investigate and describe the meeting between university students and recruiters on LinkedIn in the pre-stage of a recruitment process. The purpose has been to frame the expected role-playing on the platform and answer the question: "What factors underlie university students' professional identity creation in the meeting with recruiters on LinkedIn?". For this reason, the study has applied a qualitative research strategy and conducted seven semi-structured interviews, four with university students and three with recruiters. In addition, the study applied a theoretical framework for identity creation. The purpose was to examine the factors that form the foundation of university students' professional identity creation in the meeting with recruiters on LinkedIn. The study identified and described four factors. The factors are the creation of front-stage presentation, uncertainty in the presentation, the idealized presentation, and the social norm. In addition, there are various perceptions between university students and recruiters of the professional presentation expected of university students, which affects the ideals, social norms, stigma, and the unknown audience on LinkedIn.

Сформирована концепция дизайна сайта. Подобран шрифт и цветовая палитра ресурса, разработан логотип. Обосновано решение использовать для реализации проекта CMS (WordPress) в качестве основной и конструктор Tilda Publishing для работы в разделе «Отчеты». Разработан прототип и два варианта макета стартовой страницы. При помощи конструктора сайтов разработана цифровая история. The domain name of the resource is chosen. The concept of the web-site design is formed. The font and color palette are chosen, and a logo for the resource is developed. The decision to use the CMS (WordPress) as the main for the project implementation and the Tilda Publishing designer to work in the "Reports" section is justified. A prototype and two versions of the layout of the start page are developed. A digital story with the help of the web-site designer is developed. Separate provisions of the study made were presented at the VI International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Book Business: Achievements, Problems, Prospects" (Yekaterinburg, 2017) and the International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Language.
