Tvångsåtgärder inom psykiatrisk vård är vanligt förekommande och är ett omdiskuterat ämnei media,såväl som inom vården. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskans upplevelser beträffande tvångsåtgärder inom psykiatrisk vård. Enkvalitativlitteraturstudie genomfördes med en manifest innehållsanalys, med totalt tio stycken vetenskapliga artiklar. Studien resulterade i fyra huvudkategorier med 14 subkategori;Att sjuksköterskans beslutsfattande styrdes av flera olika faktorer, att tvångsåtgärder kundemissbrukas och att dess form är ohållbar, att erfarenheter förändradeen sjuksköterskas syn och att relationerna påverkades,och att uppleva starka och svåra känslor försvårade arbetet. Resultatet skildrade känslor hos sjuksköterskan som utfört tvångsåtgärder från rädsla och skuld till lättnad när ingen kommit till skada. Debeskrev att deinte upplevde sig haandra alternativ till tvångsåtgärder att tillgå, men att det fanns en önskan och längtan till att tvångsåtgärderska eliminerashelt. Eftersom tvångsåtgärder är vanligt förkommandeinom psykiatrinbehövs ny kunskap och möjlighet till reflektioni arbetsteamet, och självreflektion,om hur sjuksköterskanska bemöta dessa situationer.

Bakgrund: Läkemedelsassisterad rehabilitering vid opioidberoende (LARO), är en speciellt krävande behandlingsmetod för såväl patienter som för vårdpersonal, då den utgår från ett strikt regelverk och kontrollerande miljö. Trots den kontrollerade miljön är sjuksköterskans roll att skapa en god vårdrelation och ett gynnsamt behandlingsklimat för patienterna. Tidigare forskning visar på just den komplexitet som vårdrelationen med patienter i LARO kan innebära. Syfte: Att undersöka sjuksköterskans upplevelse av vårdrelationen till patienter i LARO. Metod: En kvalitativ studie där nio yrkesverksamma sjuksköterskor som arbetar med LARO intervjuades med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Dataanalysen bestod av en latent innehållsanalys med induktiv ansats. Resultat: Studien visar att vårdrelationen upplevs som sjuksköterskornas viktigaste redskap i LARO och att det präglas av tillit, trovärdighet, trygghet, ärlighet, engagemang, tydlighet och kunskap. Slutsats: Vårdrelationen är grundpelaren, och det viktigaste verktyget i LARO-behandling. Vårdrelationen är kärnan i omvårdnaden, och det är ur den alla behandlingsinsatser i LARO utgår ifrån.

Bakgrund: Genom regelbunden fysisk aktivitet i samband med graviditet kan en god allmänkondition vidmakthållas och flera graviditetsrelaterade komplikationer förebyggas. Barnmorskan i mödrahälsovården har en central roll under graviditeten och tidigare studier visar att barnmorskans stöd för hälsosamma levnadsvanor hos gravida är viktigt. Syfte: Att undersöka kvinnors erfarenheter av barnmorskors information om fysisk aktivitet under graviditet. Metod: Kvalitativ intervjustudie med induktiv ansats där tio kvinnor intervjuades med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Vid analysprocessen användes kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: I analysen framkom ett tema, två subteman och sex kategorier. Temat var Önskan om en stadig hand i ryggen med subtemana, Grundad information och Ogrundad information. En stadig hand i ryggen illustreras av att den gravida kvinnan önskade ha barnmorskans hand i ryggen. Subtemat Grundad information föranleddes av att kvinnan kände sig sedd, att det fanns förtroende för barnmorskan och att kvinnan inhämtade information utanför mödrahälsovården. Ogrundad information uppstod om det fanns hinder för informationsöverföring, att kvinnan inte fick information och att kvinnans längtan efter trygghet inte tillgodosågs. Slutsats: Kvinnorna saknade ibland kvalificerad information om fysisk aktivitet från barnmorskan vilket skapade otrygghet. Personcentrerad och evidensbaserad information i en förtroendefull relation önskades av kvinnorna. Utbildning och ökad kunskap hos barnmorskor behövs för att tillgodose gravida kvinnors behov av information om fysisk aktivitet. / Through regular physical activity during pregnancy, a good general condition can be maintained and several pregnancy-related complications prevented. The midwife in the maternal health care system has a central role during pregnancy and previous studies show that the midwife's support for healthy living habits in pregnant women is important. Aim: To explore women’s experiences of midwifes information about physical activity during pregnancy. Method: A qualitative, semi-structured interview study with an inductive approach was used. Ten participants were interviewed and the material was interpreted with qualitative content analysis. Result: The analysis resulted in one theme, two subthemes and six categories; The theme, A wish of a steady hand in the back and the two sub-themes; Grounded information and Ungrounded information. A steady hand in the back illustrates that the pregnant woman wished to have the midwifes hand in her back. The sub-theme Grounded information occurred when the woman felt seen as a whole, when there was confidence in the midwife and when the woman supplemented the information through her own knowledge sources. The sub-theme Ungrounded information occurred when there were obstacles for information transfer, when the woman did not get information and when the woman´s longing for security not was met by the midwife. Conclusion: The women sometimes lacked qualified information on physical activity from the midwife which caused insecurity. Person-centered and evidence-based information in a trusting relationship is desired by the women. Education and increased knowledge of midwives are needed to meet women's need for information.

Studiens syfte är att utifrån ett normkritiskt perspektiv undersöka hur flickor, pojkar och funktionsvariationer framställs i TV-program riktade till barn. Totalt har egenskaper, beteenden och attribut analyserats hos 69 karaktärer, fördelade på 10 TV-program och 20 episoder. Undersökningen har utförts med en innehållsanalys och ett analysschema har utformats för att synliggöra karaktärernas köns- och genustillhörighet samt synliga och osynliga funktionsvariationer. Undersökningens huvudsakliga slutsatser visar att de analyserade karaktärerna delvis framställs med normbrytande egenskaper, beteenden och utseendemässigt fysiska attribut. Däremot återfanns fortfarande många stereotypa kvinnliga och manliga utseenden som knyts till könstillhörigheterna. Majoriteten av karaktärerna kunde däremot inte fastställas som stereotypa, och många av dem har identifierats som normbrytande. Fysiska funktionsvariationer framställs nästintill inte alls, bortsett från behovet av glasögon. De få psykiska eller kognitiva variationer som identifierats antyds endast, och ingen fysisk, psykisk eller kognitiv funktionsvariation kommenteras i programmen. Dessa antydningar har även framställts som problematiskt stereotypa. Studiens resultat går i linje med tidigare forskning när det kommer till framställningar av funktionsvariationer men skiljer sig i förhållande till tidigare forskning om framställningar av pojkar och flickor

The focus of this thesis is to examine posts on library’s Facebook pages and to investigate possible connections between posts and user response. The study examines posts published from thirty different libraries Facebook pages over a two week period to examine if any correlation between different subjects or types of posts affects the degree and type of response from the users.The findings show that photos stand for the majority of the published post concerning its type and that activities at the library was the most common subject of posts. After using eta as measure of association a tenuous connection between degree of response and the posts subject and between the degree of response and the type of post was found. The standard deviation, however, was high in the majority of the variables used. The data also showed that posts containing videos had a very high mean of user response as did the subject culture news, although either of them constituted a sufficiently large part of the examined material in order to prove a connection. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to investigate how the activities of the public library are portrayed by the Swedish press. It poses the following questions: What kinds of public library activities are portrayed in the Swedish press? What image does this depiction purvey to the general public about the societal role of public libraries?A model of four library spaces developed by Skot-Hansen, Hvenegaard Rasmussen, and Jochumsen is used as the theoretical framework for this study. Qualitative content analysis is applied to 173 Swedish newspaper articles that describe public library activities.The analysis reveals that articles about many kinds of public library activities get published in the Swedish press, but that some activities occur more frequently than others. Articles depicting the public library as a place of literature, a place for lectures, and as a place where you can spend your free time are common, whereas articles depicting the library as a place for seeking information are rare.The essay concludes that if the public libraries want the press to give an accurate account of the roles of the modern public library, they need to make sure that more articles are published which highlight the library’s role not only as a tool for entertaining people, but also for empowering them. / Program: Bibliotekarie

The purpose of this thesis is to see how the Swedish public libraries present e-books on their website. This study has tried to answer the following questions:1. How do the public libraries construct their definitions of the word e-book, and what patterns are there in the definitions?2. How is the e-book definition presented in the context of the public library websites?This study has formulated its own theoretical framework in regards to how you can categorize definitions in four different categories to help see the way a definition is constructed. The framework also contains how different parts of the definition work towards the purpose of the definition.This study has been conducted through a content analysis. Among the public libraries we have studied, we have not observed a definition that was generally used for the word e-book. However the similarities between the definitions were plenty. The definitions most used were descriptive definitions. They tended to contain the same elements but were expressed in a variety of ways. The result showed consistency with the literature in the field.We have also observed that the public library website tends to categorize the information on and/or definition of e-books below a variety of terms. We have also observed that the definition tends to be the first thing mentioned in the part about e-books. The definition tended to be placed above the fold on the webpage. / Program: Bibliotekarie

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the debate in library journals and in official reports on the subject of library education in Sweden. We focus on two periods: the period just before the year 1972 – when the library education was transformed into being occupationally-oriented and the period just before the year 1993, when the library education was transformed into being ”academised”. This Master’s thesis shows that the debate and the arguments among initiated people in the library world have had some impact on how the library education was transformed later on. We study the arguments content and the frequency of arguments by using qualitative analysis of contents. The analysis has been conducted through an examination of these arguments by studying the roles of libraries and the professional roles of librarians. The arguments are studied in their context, i. e alongside a presentation of current societal and cultural changes. The conclusion is that the arguments presented have had some impact on how the library education later on was formed, though the changes of the library education were not as immediate as some debaters wished. Some debaters argumented that the Library Education needs to change constantly, in order to keep up with the changing demands from the surrounding society.
