Cultures locales et identités : l’exemple des pays du Sud Sud-Ouest landais (France) / Local cultures and identities : the example of the countries of the South Southwest of the Landes (France)

Dans le cadre de la mondialisation et dans celui, concomitant, d’une certaine uniformisation culturelle, nous sommes confrontés au paradoxe de l’émergence d’identités et de territoires très localisés (en Aquitaine comme ailleurs), s’appuyant sur des représentations comme sur des pratiques culturelles originales ou, tout au moins, qui s’affichent comme telles. En quoi consistent exactement ces cultures locales qui souvent se déclinent dans un contexte de recomposition socio-spatiale plus ou moins profonde (périurbanisation, littoralisation des populations …) ? Dans quelle mesure la confirmation ou l’émergence de ces cultures locales identitaires et territorialisées exerce des incidences sur la citoyenneté, l’aménagement du territoire et le développement territorial ? Comment des univers sociaux arrivent-ils à s’affirmer ? Sur notre terrain d’investigation, l’angle du département des Landes et plus particulièrement sa partie sud-ouest au contact du Pays-Basque et du Béarn, nous sommes en présence d’une société qui est en renouvellement. Il est par conséquent opportun de s’interroger sur la manière dont se constitue la localité que nous avons choisie comme espace d’étude. Etant confrontés à des objets changeants, chargés d’idéologies, de représentations, nous avons adopté une démarche combinatoire qui s’inscrit au cœur d’une géographie sociale et humaniste. Le travail d’enquête et de recherche réalisé nous permet de montrer que sur cet espace la culture locale est une culture marquée par des apports extérieurs et des singularités propres. L’étude de la vie quotidienne dans notre aire d’investigation sud-landaise a mis en évidence des éléments endogènes constitutifs d’une culture de l’habiter, de l’Ici, de la fête, vivante et populaire. Pour autant, ces spécificités apparentes ne sont le produit que de "branchements" réalisés par des individus de plus en plus mobiles, indépendamment du contexte urbain ou rural. Le local apparait ainsi comme une construction permanente, innovante à travers une logique de "bricolages" identitaires. / Within the framework of globalization and the implicit process of cultural standardization, we are confronted with the paradoxical emergence of local identities and territories - in Aquitaine and beyond - which are supported by original cultural practices or claiming, at least, to be as such. What are the particulars of these local cultures, which often come in a variety of forms in the context of a more or less deep sociospatial recomposition (development of peri-urban et coastal areas) ? To what extent do the confirmation or emergence of these cultures, firmly rooted in local identities and territories, impact on citizenship, country planning and regional development ? How can social realities assert themselves ?On our ground of investigation, the south-west corner of the Landes département bordering the Pays basque and the Béarn, we are in front of society in a state of renewal. Therefore it is convenient to figure out the lines along which the local territory we chose takes shape. Confronted with changing objects full of ideologies and representations, we adopted a combining approach which lies at the heart of a social and humanist geography. Our work of investigation and research has enabled us to show that the local culture of this area is marked both by external influences and its own features. The study of daily life in our area of investigation in the south of the Landes has shed light on the inner components of a whole culture based on living, the sense of the “here” and popular and lively celebrations. Nevertheless these apparent specificities are the outcome of “connections” worked out by increasingly mobile individuals, regardless of the urban or rural context. Local features thus turn out to be permanently under an innovatory process of construction fed by makeshift identity creations.

By adopting a new perspective, four categories can be defined that comprise the focal point of this study: the State, local and global culture, the school community and the group environments. The contemporary state is pervaded with a degree of complexity and fragility that has allowed anew kind of organisation to emerge. This is reflected in the public/private partnerships which currently influence the spheres that have traditionally been regarded as lying within the sole competence of the public sectors, or rather the State. The local and global cultures have merged into a new hybrid form in response to the economic, social and political model through which its influence is felt. This has given rise to the birth of a wide range of existing forms which are closely interlinked with each other, as well as with other forms, apparent realities and the technological apparatus produced by humans themselves, (which has ushered in cyber culture). This study examines the benefits derived by the school community from being responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating its own projects. This means that it is the school itself that must be shaped to become the place where ¨extraordinary¨ events can take place, as well as a privileged space which is able to arouse a process of reflection and broaden one s awareness of the world. The possibility of forming virtual group environments is referred to as a way of allowing the spread, production and reproduction of cultural expression to occur in the most diverse languages. This increases the strength of the will to exist and brings about a sense of belonging and having group responsibilities in shared space. Finally, the envisaged project allows others to have the chance to experience the growing fascination of finding cracks in the ¨ordinary¨ while sensing the emergence of the ¨extraordinary¨ and thus enable one to enter a new world: from its constitution to an exceptional state / A presente tese tem por objetivo verificar se, ao se propiciar visibilidade global à cultura local, ao que é considerado genuíno nos inúmeros municípios do estado de São Paulo, por meio do portal educativo EducaRede, particularmente na comunidade virtual As coisas boas da/para a minha terra , desencadeia-se um fazer pedagógico inovador nas escolas públicas estaduais paulistas. A partir de um olhar diferenciado, definem-se quatro categorias que serão o foco deste estudo: o Estado, a cultura local e global, a comunidade escolar e os ambientes colaborativos. O Estado contemporâneo se imbuiu de um nível de complexidade e fragilidade que propiciou o surgimento de uma nova organização que se reflete nas parcerias público-privadas que influenciam, na atualidade, esferas tradicionalmente consideradas de competência exclusiva do setor público, ou seja, do Estado. 服務創新和發展文化創意產業已成為在這幾年的熱門話題。許多的研究也顯示出文化背景對影響人們做決策和經營管理的重要性;並且,許多相關的文獻也顯示,融合文化來做服務創新的可能性。因此,在這項研究中,我們的目標研究就是要了解是否有任何可以讓我們結合當地的文化資產還有運用資訊科技的協助來促進中小企業達到服務創新的可能性。我們期望可以用文化的角度來看資訊科技於服務創新上的應用,尤其是對中小型企業的業主。   在本文中,我們提出了「文化驅動因子」,藉以傳達人受到文化的影響所傳達出來的情感、價值觀和行為等。除此之外,我們更進一步的提出以語意為基礎的資訊系統,希望藉由本系統,我們可以用一種新穎的方式來詮釋當地的文化,並使用當地文化影響下所生成的「文化驅動因子」來激勵中小企業做服務創新。我們相信我們的系統可以激發中小企業,了解他們的文化背景,並進一步實現服務創新的目標。 / To do service innovation and to develop culture and creative industry are becoming a hot issue in these years. A lot of researches have been demonstrating the importance of culture and how it relates or influences to people's decision making and business management. However, few researches to date show the IT enabled use of culture ingredients to do service innovation. Accordingly, in this research we aim to investigate if there is any possibility for us to utilize cultural factors and IT to facilitate the creation service innovation opportunities. Therefore, we intend to view service innovation from the lens of local cultural factors and IT, especially for the small and medium business owners (SMBs). In this paper, we proposed “cultural interpretations” as the emotions, values and behavior, etc. which people convey out through the effect of culture. In addition, we come up with a semantic information system to motive or inspire SMBs with a new way to think about service innovation by leveraging the local culture in terms of the perspective of “cultural interpretations”. We believe our system could motive SMBs to understand their culture context and then achieve the goal of doing service innovation.

Dessa maneira, essa pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, situada no tempo presente, objetivou desvendar o(s) caminho(s) pelo(s) qual (is) tem se formado concepções acerca do corpo negro afro-brasileiro no contexto educativo no município de Cachoeira/BA/Brasil. A questão norteadora seguiu o percurso da apreensão destas concepções no contexto educativo cachoeirano por meio da pesquisa histórica e bibliográfica, bem como aproximações com elementos da pesquisa etnográfica, documentação indireta, entrevistas e questionários semiestruturados. Consideramos e defendemos, como fundamental, destacar as manifestações culturais locais como elementos necessários ao contexto educativo formal, apontando essa questão como fundante no entendimento de identidade e pertença para cultura afrobrasileira, conforme nos demonstraram os educandos estudados. Faz-se necessário debruçar os olhos sobre este objeto de estudo no sentido de buscar caminhos de possibilitar maior visibilidade ao legado afrodescendente do Recôncavo Baiano que não somente sustentaram economicamente o estado durante muitas décadas do período colonial como lutaram pela causa da independência de nosso país. / ABSTRACT: This study comments the relationship between culture and imaginary of body constituted culturally in the context of formal education of Cachoeira city, Bahia, Brazil. Afro-brazilian culture, in general, has spread and re-signified its inheritance from imaginary constructed, based on the black body, according to this research and as both laws 10.639/03 and 11.645/08 points out. Thus, this qualitative research, located at the present time, aimed to reveal the way or ways by which conceptions have been formed about black afro-brazilian body in the educational context of the city of Cachoeira, Bahia, in Brasil. The guiding question followed the route of understanding of these conceptions in cachoeirano educational context, through history and literature as well as approaches to elements of ethnographic research, indirect documentation, semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. We have considered and defended as essential to highlight local cultural events as necessary elements to the formal educational context, pointing such question as foundational in understanding both identity and belonging to afro-brazilian culture, as it was demonstrated in the students studied. It is necessary to focus the eyes on the object of study in order to find ways to provide greater visibility to the legacy of afro-descedant from Reconcavo Baiano that not only has sustained economic status for many decades of the colonial period as fought for the cause of independence of our country.

本研究は、今日の日本の地域文化における問題を情報社会の観光や旅行者と関連付けて考察し、解決の可能性を探るものである。考察の対象としては、最も情報化された旅行者であるアニメ聖地巡礼者に注目し、アニメ聖地5カ所を事例に採り上げた。結論として、旅行者は地域文化の担い手と共感者という2つの役割を果たし得ることを論証し、旅行者が関与する地域文化の活性化モデルを図式化した。 / This paper analyzes the relationship between local residents and tourists in an information oriented society. In this analysis, the author tries to clarify the role tourists play in cultural policy. the author makes a study of 5 cities, a location in the animation. Il tema dell’unità/unificazione della scienza è radicato nella storia e nella teoria dell’epistemologia del XX secolo. Il presente lavoro riprende tale tema e lo applica alla psicologia in generale e alla psicologia clinica in particolare, con un approccio sia teorico sia empirico. In particolare, la discussione sulla frammentazione della psicologia ha radici nella riflessione filosofica relativa all’unità o pluralità del metodo scientifico e a temi contigui, quali il linguaggio scientifico, le leggi e gli oggetti d’indagine della scienza. In questa cornice di riferimento, viene analizzato dettagliatamente il fenomeno della frammentazione della psicologia tramite l’esposizione critica delle proposte avanzate nella letteratura per la sua unificazione. Quindi, vengono evidenziati alcuni problemi centrali che riguardano diversi livelli di analisi, da quello socio-istituzionale a quello metodologico, in riferimento alla psicologia generale e alla psicologia clinica. E’ entro questo scenario che si situa la ricerca empirica, realizzata al fine di esplorare la rappresentazione emozionale della disciplina, in quanto scienza e professione, da parte degli psicologi italiani. La comparazione tra la disamina teorica e i risultati della ricerca empirica portano a concludere che per la psicologia è fondamentale riappropriarsi di quegli strumenti concettuali che possano meglio coordinare i rapporti tra dati, teorie e applicazioni pratiche. / The issue of the unity/unification of science has its roots in the history and theory of 20th Century epistemology. The present research addresses this issue and implements it in psychology and in clinical psychology, with both a theoretical and empirical approach. In particular, the topic of the fragmentation of psychology is connected to the philosophical reflection regarding the unity or plurality of the scientific method and to contiguous issue as the scientific language, the laws and science’s objects of interest. Within such a framework, the phenomenon of psychology’s fragmentation is examined in detail through the critical analysis of the proposals proposed in the unification literature. Then, some key problems regarding different levels of analysis, from socio-institutional to methodological, are highlighted, with regards to general psychology and clinical psychology. In this scenario, the empirical research is aimed to explore the emotional representations of Italian psychologist about their own discipline, as a science and as a profession. The comparison between the theoretical examination and the outcomes of the empirical research lead to the conclusion that is crucial for psychology to manage those conceptual tools which are able to better coordinate the relationships between data, theories and practical applications.

The theoretical part of the dissertation is dedicated to the research of existing approaches to the solution of the issue, the definition of key concepts and the framework of the concept of public cultural services in the context of the specific situation of strategic management and planning culture of the administrative units in the Czech Republic. It has identified a wide range of potential non-economic benefits of public cultural services, from individual benefits to social impact for the wider community. The analytical part is focused on the position and the importance of culture, cultural services, and its possible benefits in key policy and strategic documents of the selected cities.
