The work tries to show the updatings, changes, sometimes escapesfrom social models of reference, that is, the conjunctions and disjunctions in the speeches of people when those turn to the performative contexts, where social practices informed by the gender are developed. It discuses also how the social representations are updated and/or modified from the reference that they make about elements of their personal and professional daily life. Thus, the stories of life of the investigated group are taken into analyze proving their experiences in the different and, sometimes, intertwined sceneries in which they build/update their lives. / Aborda as diferenciações de gênero entre frações de camadas médias urbanas em Belém-PA, a partir de aspectos do cotidiano familiar e profissional de pessoas que trabalham com a temática gênero no campo dos estudos acadêmicos (ensino e pesquisa). O trabalho procura demonstrar as atualizações, modificações, por vezes, fugas dos modelos sociais de referência, isto é, as conjunções e as disjunções nos discursos do sujeitos quando estes se direcionam para os contextos performativos onde são desenvolvidas práticas sociais informadas pelo gênero. Discute-se, também, como as representações sociais são atualizadas e/ou modificadas a partir da referência que fazem a elementos dos seus cotidianos pessoal e profissional. Para tanto, as histórias de vida do grupo investigado são tomadas em análise evidenciando suas experiências nos diferentes e, por vezes, imbricados cenários em que constroem/atualizam suas vidas.

A pesquisa se prende em duas gestões no Município de Belém, concentra seu foco de análise nas políticas de Saúde, Assistência Social e Justiça. O objetivo é avaliar o desempenho dos gestores, um do Partido da Frente Liberal (tipificado do ponto de vista ideológico como Partido de Direita) e outro do Partido dos Trabalhadores (caracterizado como Partido de Esquerda) no tocante à proteção social à mulher. A abordagem da temática baseia-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, neste último adotando como fonte principal os relatórios anuais de atividades e as mensagens dos respectivos gestores à Câmara Municipal de Belém. A análise comparativa sobre o desempenho dos prefeitos na condução das políticas públicas destacadas, aponta para uma discreta vantagem da gestão do PT notadamente nas políticas de Saúde e de Assistência Social. Cabe, porém, ressalvar que o avanço nestas políticas coincide e está condicionado a implantação dos SUS e do sistema descentralizado e participativo da assistência social, que ocorre de forma federada sob a coordenação das instâncias do governo federal. / The study approaches the themes of violence and public policies conceived for the protection of women. The study is related to two administrations in the Municipality of Belém. It concentrates its focus of analyzes in the policies of health, social assistance and justice. The objective is to evaluate the performance of the managers, one of the Party of the Liberal Front and another one of the Party of the Workers, in regards to social protection of women and, in particular, those victimized by violence. The study, on prominence, is based on bibliographical and documentary research, is the latter, adopting as principal source the messages of the respective managers to the Municipal Chamber of Belém. The comparative analyzes on the performance of the mayors in the conduction of the public policies detached, points with respect to a discrete advantage of the administration of the Party of the Workers. But it needs to be emphasized that the advancement in the process of implementation of the health and social assistance policies coincides and is conditioned to the implantation of the SUS (Unique Health System) and to the decentralized and participating system of the social assistance.

Para isso analisa a memória de dois grupos familiares considerados tradicionais na cidade de Belém do Pará, em virtude de uma trajetória histórica excepcional que é tornada pública. O fio condutor dessa discussão é, portanto, a memória social, com atenção especial à forma como ela é tratada nos estudos teóricos de Maurice Halbwachs. Utilizando depoimentos orais e a versão escrita da memória familiar, essa dissertação faz um percurso onde tradição, família e história são temas incorporados a uma análise descritiva que desenvolve dois aspectos: 1) Como o adjetivo tradicional foi forjado e associado a certas famílias? Utiliza-se para tanto o conceito de “tradição inventada”, e relaciona-se a construção mnemônica desses grupos familiares a processos de consagração de nomes de famílias e à legitimação de status 2) Como tem sido viabilizada a aceitação dessa imagem pela sociedade envolvente? Ressalta-se aí os aspectos ideológicos que recobrem a questão, com destaque para a ideologia do parentesco e para a ideologia histórica. / This work discusses the importance of family tradition on constructing social representations that are incorporated into a classification system used in a given context. Memory of two family groups considered to be traditional in the city of Belém are analyzed, these groups being so considered in virtue of an exceptional historic trajectory. The central conducting element in such a discussion is social memory, with emphasis on the way it is considered in the studies by Maurice Halbwachs. Upon the exam of oral and written narratives, the study goes on incorporating the themes of tradition, family and history, and developing two main points: 1) How the adjective traditional is constructed and attributed to some families? This question is approached by using the concept of “invented tradition”, and by relating the mnemonic construction of such groups to processes of consecration of family names, and to status authentication. 2) How the involving society has been convinced to accept that image? Emphasis is given on the ideological aspects of kinship and history.

A atividade venal que lhes garante o sustento é reconhecidamente praticada nas avenidas Almirante Barroso e Assis de Vasconcelos, localizadas respectivamente nos bairros do Marco e da Campina. Essas vias públicas funcionam como dois importantes corredores de tráfego de veículos da cidade, sendo por isso ideais para o trottoir. Os dados empíricos coletados através de entrevistas e as notas de campo serviram ao propósito de conhecer a realidade em que vivem essas profissionais do sexo, o que consolida como hipótese a idéia de que seu gênero andrógino as tornam sujeitos sócio-desvalorizados com implicações diretas na sua cidadania.Uma evidência nesse sentido é a carência de políticas públicas concernentes a esse segmento social que se enquadra no conceito de homossexualidade, enquanto categoria mais genérica para aplicar o desejo e o amor entre os do mesmo sexo. Tanto ao nóvel local quanto nacional, verificam-se algumas tentativas de implementação de políticas públicas na forma de leis antidiscriminatórias que objetivam beneficiar não só aos gays, como também às lésbicas e às travestis, porém estas têm sido alvo de resistências de parlamentares contrários ao avanço da cidadania desses sujeitos. Entre outras coisas, constatou-se nessa direção que a construção da cidadania para as travestis na cidade está dependendo da atuação do Movimento Homossexual de Belém (MHB) na mobilização política por direitos, uma vez que elas não se encontram organizadas tal como ocorre em outras capitais brasileiras. Por conseguinte, entende-se que há muito a avançar nas garantias sociais e civis para que esses sujeitos andróginos, popularmente chamados de "bonecas", possam tornar-se cidadãos de direito e de fato. / The present work is a study on the travestytis that live of prostitution in the streets of Belem, state of Para, Brazil. The venal activity that guarantees the sustenance to them admittedly is practiced in the avenues Almirante Barroso and Assis de Vasconcelos, located respectively in the Marco and the Campina’s boroughs. These public ways function as two important corridors of traffic of vehicles of the city, being therefore ideal to trottoir them. The empirical data collected through interviews and field notes had served to the intention of knowing the reality where these professionals of the sex live, which consolidates as hypothesis the idea that their androgynous appearance turns them citizens socio-devaluated with direct implications in their citizenship. It is revealing in this direction, the lack of public politics to this social segment in a way that they fit in the homosexuality concept, especially while a more generic category to explain the desire and the love among people of the same sex. Both in national and local levels, it is possible to verify attempts of implementation of public politics in the form of antidiscriminatory laws that aim not only to benefit gays, but also to the lesbians and travestytis, however these social categoris have been target of resistances of contrary parliamentarians to the advance of the citizenship of these citizens. Among others things, it was evidenced in this direction that the construction of the citizenship for the travestytis in the city is dependent of the performance of the Homosexual Movement of Belem (HMB) in the political mobilization towards rights, as they are not organized such as occurs in other Brazilian capitals. Therefore, one understands that there is a lot to advance regarding social and civil guarantees, so these androgynous citizens, popularly known as "dolls", in fact and through right can become citizens.

Cotidianamente, o amor é vivido e narrado não apenas a partir do belo mas. sobretudo. em função dos conflitos que produzem desarmonia O amor vivido em conjugalidade é regido pela monogamia. cultivada a partir do desejado ideal de fidelidade enquanto opção. Entretanto. muitas pessoas estabelecem relações afetivo e/ou sexual fora do vínculo conjugal, despertado por insatisfação afetiva e/ou sexual: pela falta de carinho, amor e/ou atenção ou. quem sabe por impulsos. desejos. prazer. paixão, vingança e/ou competição. comportamentos socialmente não desejáveis. Tentou-se desvendar como as relações de infidelidade são vivenciadas cotidianamente por oito mulheres e cinco homens, em Belém Pará , que se dispuseram a compartilhar histórias e segredos com a pesquisadora sobre o assunto. Como há uma circularidade de idéias, os informantes permitem. a pesquisadora. a partir de suas narrativas, encontrar diversas visões e inúmeras justificativas dadas à prática da infidelidade afetiva e/ou sexual: assim como nuanças diferenciadas que informam as representações femininas e masculinas sobre infidelidade, possibilitando ler os limites que estruturam as relações de conjugalidade. pois a infidelidade pensada como elemento desestruturador, é. em geral, escamoteada e serve de estratégia ao jogo amoroso garantindo. algumas vezes, quando não descoberta, a manutenção dos laços estabelecidos entre os casais. / Love wakens pleasant memories, feelings and emotions that are associated with romantic stories, which hardily mention the conflicts that are spread through love relationships. Love is daily lived and told not only from the beautiful but especially from the conflicts that produce disharmony. Love experienced in conjugality is ruled by monogamy, which is fostered by the desired ideal of fidelity as an option. However, many people establish sexual and affective relationships out of the conjugal bond, awakened by sexual and affective dissatisfaction, lack of tenderness, love and care, or perhaps desire, pleasure, passion, vengeance or competition, considered to be socially undesirable behaviors. This work tried to unveil how relationships of infidelity are daily lived by eight women and five men in Belém, Pará, which have agreed to share their stories and secrets about the subject with the researcher. As there was a circularity of ideas in the narratives, the informants allowed finding many visions of and innumerous justifications to the practice of affective or sexual infidelity, as well as different nuances that inform the feminine and masculine representations about infidelity. This gave the opportunity to read the limits that structure conjugal relationships, because infidelity – thought as a disarrangement element – is in general juggled and serves as a strategy for the love game, assuring sometimes, when it is undiscovered, the maintenance of the couples bonds.

O mundo está imerso em uma crise ambiental e ética que nos convida ao movimento dialético da ação-reflexão-ação. O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar as concepções e as relações entre os Temas Transversais Meio Ambiente e Ética dos professores de Ciências, técnicos educacionais e alunos de 5ª a 8ª série do Ensino Fundamental, de uma escola da rede particular de Belém. O estudo apoiou-se em Sauvé, Reigota, Sánchez Vásquez, Leff, Grün, Valls, Bardin, Zabala, Freire, Lüdke, André, entre outros. O caminho metodológico foi o da abordagem qualitativa. Para mergulhar nos diálogos intersubjetivos, que são as práticas pedagógicas, foram utilizadas as técnicas de pesquisa de campo e pesquisa documental. A primeira consistiu na realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 16 estudantes, 3 professores e 2 técnicos da Escola - “Alfa”; a segunda envolveu os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais, os livros didáticos de Ciências e os documentos entregues aos alunos e professores, em 2008, na Escola. A interpretação dos dados se baseou na análise de conteúdo, em sua modalidade temática. Foram trabalhados dois temas: Concepções de Meio Ambiente e Concepções de Ética. A unidade de contexto, o ―pano de fundo‖ do estudo, foi uma escola da rede particular de ensino, dotada de boa infraestrutura, cuja clientela é formada, em sua maioria, por alunos da classe média alta. Para definição das categorias, foi preparado um caderno com as entrevistas, o que facilitou o agrupamento, a classificação e a análise interpretativa dos dados. Isso resultou na síntese em sete categorias de análise: Concepção de Meio Ambiente como natureza; Concepção de Meio Ambiente como o local onde se vive; Concepção de Meio Ambiente como relação dos seres entre si e deles com o ambiente; Concepção de Meio Ambiente como sustentabilidade; Concepção de Ética como respeito; Concepção associada a princípios e valores e Concepção relacionada ao meio ambiente e ao respeito às pessoas. Os resultados revelam, contraditoriamente, a prevalência da lógica disciplinar nos PCN e na Escola ―Alfa‖; os livros adotados pela Escola não se limitam aos conteúdos factuais e conceituais; em relação às concepções de Meio Ambiente e Ética, os entendimentos do que vem a ser ambiente e ética são reducionistas. Os sujeitos, de uma maneira geral, não estabelecem conexão necessária entre Ambiente e Ética. Nas turmas de 5ª a 8ª série, a Escola não trabalha os Temas de forma efetiva. As reflexões finais pontificam um convite à Escola para refletir e buscar alternativas que revertam o quadro de suas ações educacionais relativas ao Meio Ambiente e à Ética. As escolas precisam se sentir desafiadas a inserir a Educação Ambiental em seu cotidiano, com o fito de colaborar na construção de uma educação cidadã. / The environment and ethics are frequent themes in the discussion of subjects about the challenges of the Brazilian education. The world is immersed in environmental and ethic crisis, inviting us to the dialectic movement of action-reflection-action. The objective of this work was to investigate the conceptions and relations between transversal themes such as environment and ethics of the teachers of science, educational technicians and students of Secondary School (5th to 8th grades), from a private school of Belém. The study was supported in Sauvé, Reigota, Sánchez Vásquez, Leff, Grün, Valls, Bardin, Zabala, Freire, Lüdke, André, among others. The methodological path was that of the qualitative approach. To immerse in the intersubjective dialogs – which are pedagogical practices – field research and documental techniques were used. The first consisted of the realization of semistructured interviews with 16 students, 3 teachers and 2 technicians of the ― “Alfa” School. The second embraced the PCNs (National Curricular Parameters/ Federal Policies for Education), science textbooks and documents given to students and teachers in 2008 at school. The interpretation of the data was based on the analysis of the content, in its theme modality. Two themes were worked on: Conceptions of Environment and Conceptions of Ethics. The unity of context, the ―backstage‖ of the study, was a school from the private education network, well equipped of infrastructure, whose clientele is formed, in vast a majority, of students from high middle class. To define the categories, a notebook containing interviews was prepared, facilitating the grouping, classification and interpretation analysis of the data. This resulted in the synthesis of seven categories of analysis: Conception of the environment as nature; Conception of the environment as a living place where people live; Conception of the environment as a relation among people and themselves with the environment; Conception of the environment as sustainability; Conception of Ethics as respect; Conception associated with principles and values and Conception related to the environment and the respect for people. The results reveal, contradicting itself, the prevalence of disciplinary logic between the PCNs (National Curricular Parameters/ Federal Policies for Education) and ―Alfa‖ School; the textbooks adopted by the school do not limit themselves to the factual and conceptual contents; in relation to the concepts of Environment and Ethics, the understanding of what environment and ethics mean is limited. The subjects generally do not establish the necessary connection between Environment and Ethics. In classes of 5th to 8th grades the School does not work the Themes effectively. The final reflections pontificate an invitation to the school to reflect and search for alternatives that may revert the scenery of its educational actions concerning Environment and Ethics. The schools need to feel challenged to insert Environmental Education in their routine, aiming to collaborate to the construction of a citizen education. / UNAMA - Universidade da Amazônia

Em torno destes vetores comuns (arte, docência e arquitetura) percebemos a ocorrência de linhas de fuga que emergem de suas produções plásticas que atravessam seus processos de subjetivação. Desse modo, como seus desenhos implicam nos movimentos de criação-formação destes artistas-professores? De que forma se articulam as linhas de criação artística e da docência em arte? Destarte, o desejo de uma apreciação diferida dessas imagens, compreendidas como linhas de vida destes artistas-professores. O estudo opera com a cartografia de Deleuze e Guattari para explorar seus cadernos de artista e diários docentes, propondo uma escrileitura artista na forma de biografemas, segundo Barthes. Dessa junção teórico-metodológica derivam os cartografemas, conceito empregado por este autor em sua dissertação de mestrado, retomado nesta escritura-tese na concepção de sua arquitextura dos afectos. Uma forma de escrever que arrisca-se a uma escripicture: narrativas visuais de um desenho-escrita (graphein), não como análise crítica, mas como fabulação que privilegia a inventividade e a poética da criação artística na escrita educacional. A educação cintilada pelo campo da criação como produção da diferença: uma educriação como plástica política, pois a escrita artista cria estilos de vida, estéticas da existência, conceitos artísticos e poéticas da diferença. Uma escritese concebida entre linhas de escrita e linhas de desenho, como vontade de potência no campo imanente de criação. / This work invests in a narrative whose proposal is to weave a writing-artist on a plastic production – professor-drawings – of professor-artists of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the Federal University of Pará. Around these common vectors (art, teaching and architecture), we notice the occurrence of drain lines which emerge from the plastic productions that cross their subjective processes. Thus, how do their drawings involve the movement of creation-formation of these artists-professors? How are the lines of artistic creation and art teaching articulated? Hence, the desire of a deferred consideration of such images, understood as lifelines of these professors-artists. The study works with Deleuze and Guattari carthography in order to explore both their artist notebooks and professors’ diaries, proposing an artist writing-reading in the form of biographems based on Barthes. This theoretical and methodological junction is the origin of the cartographems, a concept used by this author in his master’s thesis, and used again in this thesis-scripture concerning his conception of his architexture of affections. A manner of writing that runs the risk of a scripture: visual narratives of a writing-drawing (graphein), not as a critical analysis, but as a confabulation that emphasizes poetic inventiveness and artistic creation in educational writing. The Education which is sparkled by the field of creation as the production of the difference: an educreation as policy plastic, for the artist writing creates lifestyles, aesthetics of existence, artistic and poetic concepts of the difference. A thesis-scripture conceived between writing lines and drawing lines, as will of power in the immanent field of creation.

A proposta desta dissertação é apresentar uma descrição etnográfica e análise antropológica tanto para a encenação quanto para os grupos que a fazem, em Belém, na contemporaneidade. Após a apresentação de atores sociais e espaços e de explicação acerca de seu passado histórico e seu formato artístico, começa a descrição do ciclo ritual, tendo por referência, principalmente, informações resultantes de observação direta em duas pastorinhas, A Filha de Sion e Os Filhos de Judá. Eles são grupos temporários, constituídos prioritariamente por adolescentes e dirigidos por mulheres não-casadas maridos e sem filhos pequenos. O processo ritual em questão não só é marcado por caráter anti-estrutural como também proporciona aprendizagem aos menores, no que se refere tanto ao saberes referentes à própria encenação quanto àqueles que as organizadoras julgam necessários para a participação na vida social. / Pastorinha is a theatrical expression whose fulfillment is connected to the Christmas' celebration. This dissertation's proposal is to show ethnographic description and anthropological analysis as much for the staging as for the groups that do it, in the city of Belém in ours days. After the presentation of social actors and spaces and an explanation about its historic past and its artistic shape, the ritual cycle's description starts. To do this, the most important information's source is the direct observation of two pastorinhas: A Filha de Sion and Os Filhos de Judá. They are temporary groups, constituted, mainly, by teenagers and their leaders are women without husband or children. It´s striking the antistructural character of the ritual process. Further on, it proportions apprenticeship as much about the knowledge required to do the staging as other, that the leaders think that are necessary to the inclusion on the social life.

Neste sentido, após todo o manancial de informações colhidas tanto dos livros como dos jornais populares, adentramos no campo minado dos linchamentos, ideamos nos lançar sem amarras no mundo das gentes, locais de onde advém as modalidades mais estarrecedoras do uso desenfreado da força bruta, visualizamos que os atores sociais neste universo elaboram suas próprias formas de enfrentamento do crime e ao mesmo tempo de manutenção de laços sociais comunitários e para tanto lançam mão tanto de artifícios legais como também cambam para a ilegalidade. A visualização de uma forma de sociabilidade gestada pelo medo e pela violência a que sempre foram submetidos corroboram para que as respostas a criminalidade violenta seja de igual modo utilizando-se da força bruta, a socialização entre os inúmeros indivíduos conhecidos ou não, vítimas ou mesmo expectadores de alguma forma de crime é capaz de impulsionar a decisão arbitrária de ceifar a vida de um criminoso contumaz ou eventual, o linchamento se ressignifica enquanto modalidade de vingança coletiva é assim uma forma avessa de aplicação popular da justiça, onde visualizamos a violência como último recurso ao alcance popular que fornece resposta imediata a uma transgressão perpetrada, o grau de pertencimento dos atores sociais autores destes crimes, as várias representações sociais envolvidas, a ausência de responsabilização de seus participantes, a crença de que reagiram a um acontecimento cruel. Assim, nossa intuição sociológica nos direcionou para a compreensão do mesmo tendo como ponto de partida os locais de onde os mesmos emanam e os atores sociais que fornecem aos linchamentos condições de existência e manutenção na atualidade. / The communication to follow results of the bibliographical research and field concerning the practical ones of lynching in Belém of Pará, in this aspect the first initiative was leaned over on the historiography of the act, that would supply support posterior problematization of the same while question of eminently social matrix. In this direction, after all the source of information harvested in such a way of books as of popular periodicals, we enter in the mined field of the lynchings, ideamos launching in them without mooring cables in the world of the people, places of where happen the modalities staggering of the wild use of the rude force, the social actors in this universe elaborate its proper forms of confrontation of the crime and at the same time of maintenance of communitarian social bows and for in such a way they launch hand in such a way of legal artifices as well for the illegality. The visualization of one form of sociability gestated for the fear and the violence the one that had been always submitted corroborates so that the answers violent crime is equally using itself of the rude force, the sociação between the innumerable known individuals or not, victims or same viewers of some form of crime are capable to stimulate the arbitrary decision to cut with a scythe the life of a criminal eventual contumacious person or, the ressignifica lynching if while modality of collective revenge is thus a form averse of popular application of justice, where visualize the violence as last resource the popular reach that it supplies to immediate reply a perpetrated trespass, the degree of belonging of the actors social authors of these crimes, some involved social representations, the absence of accountability of its participants, the belief of that had reacted to a cruel event. Thus, our sociological intuition directed in them for the understanding of the same having as starting point the places of where the same ones emanate and the social actors who supply to the lynchings conditions of existence and maintenance in the present time.

Cette recherche se retient à l’importance de la performance rituel pour la formation de l’identité des acteurs sociales qui pratiquent cette culture traditionnele. Le travail réflechi encore sur les rôles atribués aux maîtres dans cette pratique qui se manifeste dans les centres urbaines du Brésil et du monde, en rancontant les passages des quelques maîtres qui sont venus à Belém, en donnant plus d’importance aux échanges avec le maître João Angoleiro. / O presente trabalho busca demonstrar as especificidades da Capoeira Angola em Belém, fazendo um breve levantamento histórico desta prática na cidade. A pesquisa pretende pôr em evidência a importância da performance ritual na formação da identidade dos atores sociais envolvidos com esta prática cultural tradicional. O trabalho reflete ainda sobre a importância da figura do Mestre para esta prática que se manifesta em grandes centros urbanos do Brasil e do mundo, relatando o contato com alguns destes célebres Mestres, em suas passagens por Belém, tendo como foco principal o contato com o Mestre João Angoleiro de Belo Horizonte.
