Intresseavvägningar för planprojekt - inom Stockholms innerstad / Balancing of interests for planning projects - within Stockholm's inner city

I denna uppsats studeras hur avvägningarna mellan allmänna och enskilda intressen hanteras avde dömande organen och hur de olika sakägarna resonerar utifrån de olika intressena. Arbetet har genomförts som en fallstudie där fyra olika byggprojekt studerats. Gemensamt för alla är att de ligger i Stockholms innerstad och har mött motstånd i form av överklaganden. Det finns lite olika definitioner för vad allmänintresset är, somliga menar att allmänintresset är ensammanslagning av flera enskilda intressen medan andra definierar att det bestäms av folkets valda representanter. Det ideologiska tillvägagångsättet som diskuteras är utilitarism, enhetligt, rättighetsbaserad ochdialogbaserad. För att tolka domstolarna domslut används fjäder- och balansvågsmodellen där fjädervågsmodellen symboliserar gränsen för vad man som sakägare är skyldig att tåla. Balansvågsmodellen symboliserar det beslut som tas baserat på de sammanvägda för- och nackdelarna. Det första fallet är kvarteret Plankan 24 där Svenska Bostäder vill bygga nya bostäder i den oexploaterade innergården, planen har mötts av kritik från de boende som menar att luftkvaliteten, bullernivåerna, ljusinsläpp, rekreationsytor, barnens miljö och kulturmiljön avsevärt kommer att försämras. Mark och miljööverdomstolen anser att de skäl som de klagande åberopat inte är tillräckliga för att planen inte ska genomföras. Fall nummer två handlar om Orgelpipan 6, en hotellbyggnadskomplex och en av citybanans uppgångar mittemot centralstationen. De klagande menar bland annat att ett nytt hotell kommer att skapa obalans på en redan obalanserad marknad, att ljusförutsättningarna kommer att försämras och att byggnaden kommer att för skada Stockholm. Länsstyrelsen anser inte att deklagomål som kommit in är tillräckliga för att planen inte ska vinna laga kraft. Det tredje fallet handlar om Mårtensdal 6, ett kontorskomplex som ska bli 125 meter högt. De klagande är befintliga hyresgäster som anser att deras verksamhet inte ska behöva flytta och Fortum Värme AB som anser att höjden på byggnaden riskerar att inskränka deras verksamhet pga. att den är högre än deras egen skorsten. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen beslutar att Fortums överklagande bör accepteras och upphäver därför planen pga. av allmänintresset. Det sista fallet är byggandet av Nobel Center på Blasieholmen bakom Nationalmuseum. De klagande är gemensamt emot planen då det kommer påverka riksintresset och kulturmiljön. I Mark- och miljödomstolens domslut går man på de klagandes linje och upphäver planen för att planen innebär påtaglig skada på kulturmiljön och riksintresset. Den ideologi som tycktes vara den som tillämpades mest var en blandning mellan utilitarismenoch enhetliga. Den rättighetsbaserad ideologin användes inte alls och den dialogbaserade är något som används tidigare i planprocessen. Något entydigt samband i domstolarnasbedömningar har dock inte kunnat konstaterats, det kan bero på att varje fall är unikt och har dess egna förutsättningar. Kommunen och övriga sakägare resonerar på olika sätt när det kommer till avvägningar mellan allmänna och enskilda intressen. Generellt gör kommunen avvägningar genom ett utilitaristiskt och enhetligt tillvägagångsätt medan sakägarna använder olika tillvägagångssätt beroende påom de representerar ett företag, en förening eller är en privatperson. / This paper examines how the balances between public and private interests are handled by the appeals court and how the different stakeholder’s reason based on the different interests. The work has been carried out as a case study in which four different construction projects were studied. Common to all is that they are in Stockholm's inner city and have met with resistance in the form of appeals. There are slightly different definitions for what the public interest is,some believe that the public interest is a combination of several individual interests, while others define that it is decided by the elected representatives of the people. The ideological approach under discussion is utilitarianism, unitary, rights-based and dialogical. To interpret the court's verdict, the dynanometer and beam scale model is used wherethe dynamometer model symbolizes the boundary of what you as a stakeholder are obliged toendure. The beam scale model symbolizes the decision that is made based on the weighted pros and cons. The first case is Kv. Plankan 24, where Svenska Bostäder wants to build new housing in the undeveloped courtyard, the plan has been met by criticism from the residents who believe that the air quality, noise levels, day light, recreation areas, children's environment and the cultural environment will deteriorate significantly. The Land and environmental court consider that the reasons cited by the complainants are not sufficient for the plan not to be implemented. Case number two is about Kv. Orgelpipan 6, a hotel building complex and one of the new entrances for the new commuter track, Citybanan. The complainants believe, among otherthings, that a new hotel will create imbalance in an already unbalanced market, that the lighting conditions will deteriorate and that the building will harm the character of Stockholm. The County Administrative Board does not consider that the complaints received are sufficient for the plan not to get implemented. The third case is about Mårtensdal 6, an office complex that will be 125 meters high. The complainants are existing tenants who feel that their business should not need to relocate and Fortum Värme AB who believes that the height of the building risks reducing their business because it is higher than their own chimney. The Land and environmental court decide that Fortum's appeal should be accepted because the public interest of Fortums appeal is greater than the office building to be higher than the chimney. The last case is the construction of the Nobel Center at Blasieholmen behind the NationalMuseum. The complainants jointly oppose the plan as it will affect the national interest and the historical culture environment. The Land and Environmental Court cancels the plan because it involves significant damage to the historical cultural environment and the national interest. The ideology that seemed to be the one most applied for the court was a mix between utilitarianism and unitary. The rights-based ideology was not used at all and the dialogue-based is something that is used earlier in the planning process. However, no clear connection in the judgments of the courts has been found, it may be because each case is unique and has its ownconditions. The municipality and the other stakeholders reasoning in different ways when it comes to the delimitation of public and private interests. In general, the municipality balances through autilitarian and uniform approach, while the business owners use different approaches depending on whether they represent a company, an association, or a private person.

Myth, mind, Messiah : exploring the development of the Christian responsibility towards interfaith dialogue from within Ken Wilber's integral hermeneutics

Interfaith dialogue is no luxury for Christians living in a pluralistic~ effervescent world of intenningling, multi-religious realities. Many Christians take seriously their responsibility towards interfaith dialogue. However, different Christians understand this responsibility in different ways, which often leads to acrimonious accusations of unchristian dialogical approaches. The question is whether there is any means of ordering and assessing the Christian responsibility towards other religions in a mutually uplifting and increasingly holistic way? Ken Wilber provides an integral, or All-Quadrant, All-Level hermeneutics that may assist us with an answer. All holonswhich means everything in the "Kosmos" - emerge or arise in holarchical fashion. On one level, it is a whole, on the next transcendent level it is a part of the whole. This process is infinite and is only ever released in One Taste/salvation/Nirvana/the Kingdom of God, or simply unqualifiable Suchness. Wilber provides an integrated methodology for understanding the process by which holons find their release in One Taste. The holon of Christian responsibility towards interfaith dialogue also emerges through discreet, recognizable stages. Each stage is integrated into the next higher level. The lower levels are more fundamental since they exist as a part of the higher levels. However, the higher levels are more significant, since they have an increased capacity to explore aspects of dialogue previously hidden. The levels we explore are the mythic rational, the rational and the centauric. 'lbese levels emerge through four interrelated dimensions or Quadrants: the Upper Left or spiritual/faith dimension of the person entering into dialogue, the Upper Right Quadrant or theology of dialogue that emerges, the Lower Left or communal and interpretive realm, and Lower Right which covers the social organizational patterns with which the person in dialogue chooses to associate him or herself. We define responsibility in tenns of these four Quadrants: The response or theology (UR) of the person is dependent upon her response-ability, or interior faith development (UL), which is informed by the worldview (LL) of her faith community to whom she feels responsible, with the sociological patterns of her community (LR), to some extent, offers clues as to her stage of development. / Religious Studies and Arabic / D.Th.(Religious Studies)

Inductive elements in pulpit communication of pentecostal churches / Dissertation

Discontent with preaching as mode of communication is the problem statement of this study. The authoritative nature of deductive preaching is mirrored by the exploratory, "discovery nature" of inductive models, emphasizing how dialogical preaching is enhanced by incorporating inductive elements into preaching. Meaning production and levels of meaning were studied, and a hermeneutical model for Pentecostal churches were proposed. Dialogical preaching as attitude and principle as well as method was looked at, and the role of interactive participative communication in the dialogic process was described. Special emphasis was placed on the Parable, the metaphor and narrative preaching as models for inductive preaching, and the development and phases of the "plot" was examined. Participatory research with hospital social workers in a primary health care context

We conducted the study to explore and define the role of the social worker in Primary Health Care. The medical care model on its own is viewed as inappropriate for developing countries. We see Primary Health Care as holding the key to improving the health status of the many disadvantaged communities in South Africa. The Primary Health Care approach demands those health care providers, including social workers work collaboratively to provide the best possible services to the communities. Social Work is a profession concerned with the disadvantaged. However, social workers are assigned a very limited role in Primary Health Care. Since participants are concerned about subjective and experiential realities, participatory research was the appropriate research method. The major findings and conclusions were that, social workers have a role in Primary Health Care. They have to be assertive and tell others what is it that they do to find a place in Primary Health Care / Social Work / M.A. (Social Science (Mental Health))

Critical reflective practice : conceptual exploration and model construction

Although it is relatively easy to study and learn about a practice discipline in the safe environment of an academic institution, it is far more complex to make sense of what has been learned when faced with the real world of practice. Practitioners need to think on their feet and have to find new ways of managing complex problems which do not fit directly into the theoretical frameworks learned in a more formal setting. Knowledge of what the various disciplines say is not in itself sufficient, experiential knowledge is necessary. The key to learning in the experiential domain is critical reflective practice and emancipatory learning, which empower practitioners to explicate their implicit theories. If autonomy is the goal of professional education, the key is to help adult learners to distance themselves from their own values and beliefs in order to entertain more abstract modes of perception. The purpose of this inquiry was therefore, to construct a model for facilitation of critical reflective practice, based on thorough analysis of the main concepts (critical thinking and reflection), related viewpoints, models and theories; and the data gathered and analyzed during, the naturalistic inquiry. The inquirer sought to. develop each participant through Socratic & Learning Through Discussion (Dialogical) Technique, Critical Incident Reporting and participation in Critical Reflective Exercises. The constructed model for facilitation of critical reflective practice evolved from empirical observations, intuitive insights of the inquirer and from deductions combining ideas from several fields of inquiry. The model for facilitation of critical reflective practice postulates that practitioners have the inherent potential to change from auto-pilot practice to critical reflective practice. The purpose of the model is the facilitation of heightened awareness of the self, to enable health care professionals to consciously meet community needs and expectations. La forme du dialogue chez Platon : une étude « poétique » du Phédon

Le présent mémoire, qui s’inscrit dans l’approche dialogique des études platoniciennes, vise à expliciter la notion de forme du dialogue chez Platon, et ce, par le biais d’une analyse « poétique » du Phédon. Dans un premier temps, une définition provisoire et approximative de cette notion sera formulée à la suite de l’examen de ses significations dans les travaux des auteurs du courant dialogique : la forme du dialogue est une forme littéraire, poétique ou dramatique, conçue comme une totalité formée de parties, gouvernée par la « nécessité logographique » et ayant une structure telle que les éléments les plus importants du dialogue figurent en son centre (en anglais : “pedimental” structure). Dans un deuxième temps, il s’agira de préciser davantage ce en quoi consiste cette forme, en posant – et en faisant une tentative de justifier – la possibilité de l’examiner sous l’angle de la Poétique d’Aristote (qui porte essentiellement sur la tragédie). Enfin, l’analyse du Phédon à partir de la Poétique aristotélicienne révèlera la forme de ce dialogue comme une forme « pédimentale » dynamique, composée de trois mouvements, traduisant – mieux, « mettant sous les yeux » – le mouvement de la pensée de Socrate (c’est-à-dire, de son âme, quintessentiellement rationnelle) en train d’élaborer la méthode d’hypothèses, et, plus généralement, une théorie de la science. Ce sont : 1) le mouvement ascendant, préscientifique, de la première partie, 2) le mouvement de retournement et de révolution « théorique » dans la partie centrale, 3) le mouvement descendant, déductif ou scientifique, de la troisième partie. / This master’s thesis, which adopts the dialogical approach to Plato studies, aims to clarify the concept of Plato’s dialogue form by means of a “poetic” analysis of the Phaedo. Firstly, after having studied the meanings of the notion of dialogue form in a range of studies that fall within the dialogical approach framework, we propose a provisional definition of the dialogue form: it is a poetic, literary or dramatic form, designed as a whole composed of parts, governed by the “logographic necessity”, and characterized by a “pedimental” structure (a structure in which the most important things are put in the centre, by analogy with the figures that are arranged in the triangular pediment of a Greek temple). Secondly, having supposed that this notion could be further clarified by applying Aristotle’s analysis of tragedy in the Poetics to Plato’s dialogues, we attempt to justify this application. Finally, the analysis of the Phaedo from Aristotle’s “poetic” perspective reveals this dialogue’s “pedimental” dynamic form, which is organized in three movements and seems to translate – or “visualize” – the movement of Socrates’ thought (i.e. of his quintessentially rational soul) while constructing the method of hypotheses, and, more generally, a theory of science. The three movements comprise: 1) the upward (pre-scientific) movement of the first part, 2) the “theoretical” mouvement (turning and revolution) of the central part, and 3) the downward (deductive or scientific) movement of the third part.

Apokoinou in Swedish talk-in-interaction : A family of methods for grammatical construction and the resolving of local communicative projects / Apokoinou i svenskt samtalsspråk : En familj av metoder för grammatisk konstruktion och för lösandet av kommunikativa projekt

I den här avhandlingen undersöks den grammatiska samtalskonstruktionen apokoinou i svenskt samtalsspråk. I kontrast till traditioner av normativ grammatik och teoretiska perspektiv på språk, där apokoinou och besläktade fenomen har exkluderats från grammatisk beskrivning eller blivit behandlade som produkter av olika typer av misstag, är apokoinou här re-specificerad som en i högsta grad funktionell grammatisk resurs och metod för att åstadkomma lokala kommunikativa projekt i samtal. Apokoinouyttranden definieras formellt som produkterna av en konstruktionsmetod där det finala segment i en möjligt avslutad syntaktisk enhet (pivån) är retro-konstruerad som det initiala segmentet i en efterföljande syntaktisk enhet. Utbyggnaden av pivån görs med en dubblering av en eller flera syntaktiska konstituenter från segmentet som föregår pivån samt med en prosodisk design som integrerar yttrandet i sin helhet. Ur ett strikt och normativt perspektiv på en avgränsad (skrift)mening som grundenhet medför denna dubblering att den finala fasen i hela yttrandet framstår som inkoherent med den initiala fasen. Apokoinouyttranden är dock inte inkoherenta för samtalsdeltagare, utan är en familj av metoder för att åstadkomma två handlingar efter varandra inom samma yttrande. Den andra handlingen kan skifta perspektiv på den lokala ämnesaspekten, bekräfta eller insistera på ett lokalt ämne eller handling, avsluta och avgränsa ett lokal projekt, samt återuppta oavslutade kommunikativa projekt efter mellanliggande aktiviteter. Dessa handlingar är alla mottagaranpassade lokala kommunikativa projekt i det avseendet att de är utformade att passa in i en vidare kommunikativ kontext samt att de ofta är interaktionellt åstadkomna inom och genom minimala handlingssekvenser. Dessa resultat har konsekvenser för grammatiskt teori. En av dessa konsekvenser är att grammatik måste uppfattas som villkor för dynamiska konstruktionsprocesser, inte endast som statiska och fixerade strukturer. En annan konsekvens är att grammatik organiseras lokalt snarare än på en maximalt generell nivå. Apokoinou bör också inkluderas i en svensk samtalsgrammatik som en av de grammatiska resurser som är tillgängliga för deltagare i samtal. / This thesis investigates apokoinou in Swedish talk-in-interaction. In contrast to the traditions of normative grammar and theoretically based approaches to language, where apokoinou and related phenomena have been excluded from grammatical description altogether or been treated as the products of various kinds of mistakes, apokoinou is here re-specified as a highly functional grammatical resource and method to accomplish local communicative projects in talk. Apokoinou utterances are formally defined as the products of a construction method, where a segment that is final in a first possibly complete syntactic segment (the pivot) is retro-constructed as initial in a following second syntactic segment. The extension of the pivot segment is made by way of a doubling of syntactic constituents from the pre-pivot segment and with a prosodic design that integrates the whole utterance. From a strict and normative sentence-perspective, this doubling renders the final phase of the whole utterance incoherent with the initial phase. However, apokoinou utterances are not incoherent for participants, but a family of methods to accomplish two consecutive actions within one utterance. The second action can change perspective on some local topical aspect, confirm or insist on some local topic or action, close and demarcate a local project, and resume turns or skip-connect to pending local communicative projects after interstitial activities. These are all recipient designed local communicative projects in the sense of being designed to fit within the ongoing wider communicative context and they are often interactionally achieved in and through minimal sequences. These results have implications for grammatical theory. Among these are that grammar must be seen as conditions on dynamic constructional processes, not only as static and fixed structures, and that grammar is organized on a local level rather than on a maximally general level. Apokoinou should also be included in a grammar of Swedish conversational language as one of the grammatical resources available for participants in Swedish talk.

This paper is devoted to a critical analysis of the book I and Thou in the attempt to identify the main points of the dialogical philosophy as presented by Martin Buber. The introductory passages present the background of the book in terms of time (the era after WWI), cultural background (the influence of Hasidism), or the history of philosophy (an opposition to immanentism, monism, idealism, transcendental philosophy etc.). The main goal of the following interpretation is to try to understand man as a person in his complex existential situation, i.e. through his potential relationships or objectifying attitudes to the world. Being is described as a dual structure either of the basic pair of words I-Thou or of the basic pair of words I-It. As opposed to the usual use of the term, dialogue is defined as a specific interaction of man and the remaining world metaphorically expressible by the structure of addressing-responding. By this scheme, the characteristic reciprocity and direct continuity is expressed. The dialogue is also placed in the area "between" I and Thou, which mediates the genuine, immediate and transcendental knowledge constituting the reality. Formação profissional dos trabalhadores da construção civil: o canteiro de obras e a emancipação social / Professional education of construction workers: the construction site and social emancipation

A presente tese de doutorado aborda a formação profissional dos trabalhadores da construção civil com objetivo de contribuir com experiências pedagógicas alternativas à sua atual condição heterônoma e oprimida de trabalho, por meio de ensaios experimentais, no formato de \'canteiro escola autogestionário\'. Essas práticas levantaram questões e revelaram lacunas de conhecimento da história das modalidades alternativas unitárias e integrais de educação. Pesquisamos exemplos de escolas e espaços de ampliação da autonomia dos construtores como contribuição para sua emancipação social e política. Nos perguntamos como chegamos a atual separação das profissões, divididas entre teóricas - arquitetos - e práticas - operários. Em busca de sua genealogia, abordamos as primeiras sociedades de classe, na antiguidade, e os primeiros espaços formativos duais, que separam a formação das elites para direção da sociedade - educação liberal e teórica, das classes subalternas - educação prática para o trabalho. A formação de arquitetos e construtores se deu de modo particular nas sociedades de classe: há momentos de formação dual onde arquitetos apreendem seu ofício distante das práticas construtivas, sem uso de sua força de trabalho, a formar \"arquitetos sem construção\", e os construtores apreendem seu trabalho nas oficinas, sem controlar a produção da arquitetura, numa relação dialética, dominados por arquitetos. Noutras sociedades, a formação de arquitetos se dá pela experiência prática físico-corporal na produção material da arquitetura, quando desenvolvem o ofício do desenho, e da representação. É ali, no canteiro de obras que formam-se \"arquitetos com construção\", de origem popular, compondo coletivos autônomos que idealizam e constroem. Na invasão das Américas os europeus treinaram os povos escravizados a construir com estéticas européias. Ergueram edifícios com trabalho heterônomo, oprimido e explorado - salvo exceções como nas Missões Jesuíticas. Com o avanço das forças produtivas no século XIX, criaram Liceus assistenciais, para \"qualificar\" construtores com apoio de trabalhadores italianos. Nesse período - 1870 a 1914, São Paulo - as elites não perceberam que a qualificação artística ampla e autônoma dos construtores resultaria em mobilizações por direitos trabalhistas. Quando se deram conta, recusaram os italianos anarquistas e os capomastri coletivistas construtores do ecletismo paulistano, e apoiaram tecnologia que exclui o trabalhador da criação: o concreto armado. É período de desqualificação e treinamento do trabalhador. Para formar os nacionais, criam a educação empresarial: \"Sistema S\" e em 1964 dão o golpe civil militar, que perdura até 1988. Com a redemocratização ampliam-se experiências formativas autogestionárias, e políticas publicas socializantes até 2016 - golpe midiático parlamentar. Foram 28 anos que permitiram experiências de \"educação de trabalhadores por trabalhadores\", como ensaiado nos \'canteiro escola\' com movimento popular, o MST, e universidade, a USP. Edificamos a \'casa das artes\', na ENFF - Guararema, com técnicas agroecológicas de construção e uma \'viela publica\' no Parque dos Químicos - São Bernardo do Campo, com técnicas compensatórias de drenagem urbana. Os ensaios praticaram as idiossincrasias da formação libertária dos trabalhadores da construção percebidas no levantamento do processo histórico. Essa vivência nos permitiu identificar que os \'canteiro escola\' contemporâneos se inserem nas tradicionais linhas de ação popular pela emancipação da classe. / The present doctoral thesis deals with the professional education of construction workers with the objective of contributing to pedagogical experiences that are alternative to their current heteronomous and oppressed work conditions, through experimental tests in the form of \'construction site - self - managed school\'. These practices raised questions and revealed gaps in knowledge of the history of alternative and unitary modes of education. We have explored examples of schools and spaces for the expansion of the autonomy of the constructors as a contribution to their social and political emancipation. We wonder how we came to the current separation of professions, divided between theoretical - architects - and practices - workers. In search of their genealogy, we approach the first class based societies in antiquity and the first dual formative spaces, separating education of the elites for the direction of society - liberal and theoretical education, and the subaltern classes - practical education for work. The education of architects and builders takes place particularly in class based societies: there are societies where the formation is dual where architects learn their craft away from constructive practices, without using their work force, to create \"architects without construction\", and The builders apprehend their work in the workshops, without controlling the production of architecture, in a dialectical relationship dominated by architects. In other societies, the formation of architects is due to the physical-corporal practical experience in the material production of architecture, when they develop the office of drawing, and in representation, it is at the construction site that they form \"architects with construction\", of popular origin. They are autonomous professionals who idealize and build. In the invasion of the Americas by Europeans the elites trained enslaved people to build with European aesthetics. They erected buildings with heteronomous work, oppressed and exploited. With the advance of productive forces in the nineteenth century, they created assistencial Liceus, to \"qualify\" builders with the support of Italian workers. In this period - 1870 to 1914, São Paulo - we verified that they did not realize that the broad and autonomous artistic qualification of the builders would result in mobilizations for labor rights. When they realized it, they refused the Italian anarchists and the capomastri collectivists builders of the São Paulo eclecticism, sponsoring technology that excludes the worker from creation: the reinforced concrete. There is a period of disqualification and training of the worker. \"National System\" is created, and in 1964 the civilian military coup has place, and lasts until 1988. With redemocratization, self-managed formative experiences and socializing public policies are extended to 2016 - year of media-partisan coup of the elites. These 28 years have generated experiences of \"education of workers by workers\", as rehearsed in the \"construction site school\" with popular movement, the MST, and university, USP. We built the \'house of arts\' at the ENFF - Guararema, with agro-ecological construction techniques and a \'public gallery\' at the Chemical Park - São Bernardo do Campo, with compensatory urban drainage techniques. The essays practiced the idiosyncrasies of the libertarian education of construction workers perceived in the survey of the historical process. This experience allowed us to identify the contemporaries \'construction site schools\' fall within the traditional lines of people`s action for the emancipation of the class.

Le poète européen Guillermo Carnero, dit ‘novísimo’, publie ses premiers poèmes dans l’Espagne du franquisme tardif des années 70 du siècle dernier et se fait alors connaître du grand public par son oeuvre phare Dibujo de la muerte. Auteur de onze livres, il poursuit l’élaboration de son oeuvres piralaire jusqu’au dernier recueil en date, Carta florentina, publié en 2018, tout en conduisant une carrière universitaire en tant que professeur de littérature à l’université d’Alicante. Souffrant d’une réception souvent figée par les figures de réception imposées de l’historiographie littéraire, la signifiance de cette oeuvre, réputée difficile, ne fut que trop rarement mise en évidence malgré la parution d’essais européens. Or, le poète, lecteur et érudit cosmopolite amoureux des arts et des cultures exprime dans sa poésie une intime relation au monde grâce à une relation dialogique avec le référent culturel, qui y occupe une place centrale en tant qu’axe fondateur autour duquel s’articulent l’expression de l’émotion poétique et la réflexion sur la création. L’hybridité constitutive du tissage de l’insaisissable ordonné de cette oeuvre poétique induit chez le lecteur une réception engagée et une itinérance au sein des univers culturels propres à l’auteur. Ainsi se met en oeuvre la médiation humaniste entre le poète et son lecteur grâce à la prégnance du référent culturel mobilisé pour dire l’intime d’un douloureux rapport au monde. Cette médiation humaniste facteur de connaissance de soiest ici conduite hors de toute recherche d’intertextualité mais laisse place à l’écriture de l’émotion à l’oeuvre, saisie dans l’instantanéité des ambivalences d’une insaisissable voix poématique / The European poet Guillermo Carnero, known as 'novísimo', published his first poems in late Franco's Spain in the 1970s and became known to the general public with his flagship work Dibujode la muerte. Author of eleven books, he continues the development of his spiral work until the latest collection, Carta florentina, published in 2018, while conducting an academic career as a professor of literature at the University of Alicante. Suffering from a reception often frozen by the imposed reception figures of literary historiography, the significance of this work, reputed difficult, was only too rarely highlighted despite the publication of European essays. The poet, reader and cosmopolitan scholar inlove with the arts and cultures, expresses in his poetry an intimate relationship with the world through a dialogical relationship with the cultural referent, which occupies a central place there as a founding axis around which are articulated the expression of poetic emotion and reflection on creation. The hybridity that constitutes the weaving of the elusive order of this poetic work induces in the reader a committed reception and a roaming within the author's own cultural universes. Thus the humanist mediation between the poet and his reader is implemented thanks to the influence of the cultural referentmobilized to express the intimacy of a painful relationship with the world. This humanistic mediation, a factor of self-knowledge, is conducted here without any search for intertextuality but leaves room for the writing of emotion at work, captured in the instantaneity of the ambivalences of an elusive poematic voice.
