The camped children face discrimination within the educational institution, making it difficult to build their social identity, impairing their permanence in school and their appropriation of the systematized knowledge content. A universal curriculum that includes and dialogues with vulnerable groups and their diversity can allow children in camps to incorporate all the knowledge and cultural heritage to which all human beings are entitled, overcoming the segregation and the silencing imposed by an educational model that doesn’t recognize them. This research is characterized by a participatory research of qualitative nature and involved a bibliographic survey on the subject and a document analysis of the official curriculum of the State of São Paulo. The choice of this method included a direct link with the researched theme and with the researchers' values and worldview.
[en] This work, situated within the field of studies on popular pre-university pre-paratory courses, aims to present the trajectory of Curso Pré-Vestibular Prepara-NEM from the perspectives of participants of its first group, whose classes were held in 2015. The study was developed using a qualitative methodology, with a bibliographic review for building its theoretical foundation. Data and information were collected in semi-structured interviews with nine people, including former students, teachers, collaborators and the conceiver of the enterprise. Two main analytical categories were considered: pre-university preparatory courses, in ac-cordance to Nascimento s (2012) and Santos (2006) perspective stating that such courses act as a place of social movement, since that for their students it is not only about studying to pass on admission tests, but also about developing awareness about multiple inequalities that permeate the inclusion of specific subjects on uni-versities; and Affirmative Action Policies, seen as stated by Gomes (2011) as social politics of recognition that act as compensatory measures aiming at promo-ting the constitutional principle of equality favoring populations that face unequal situations. The results of this study showed that PreparaNEM stands out as a prepa-ratory course conceived for travestis and other trans people, with unique features: it is not hierarchically organized, it prioritizes the protagonism of trans people and, since the course does have its own physical space, its classes take place in spaces provided by partner organizations. We consider that the education envisioned by PreparaNEM contributes to developing reflections on education and socialization of travestis and other trans people, to developing the students autonomy and capa-bility to resist against the manifest transphobia that is evident in the society and specially in school environments, and to the construction of the group s organiza-tion as a network for affection and solidarity. Those aspects allow us to characterize
this project as a pioneer one within popular pre-university preparatory courses, re-vealing that the importance of this experience is intersected with the notion of citi-zenship, since the inclusion of travestis and other trans people in universities make them emblematic personalities and active agents in the construction of the narra-tives of their lives.

Entre a deficiência e a cultura: análise etnográfica de atividades missionárias com surdos / Between deficiency and culture: an ethnographic analysis of missionary activities with deafSilva, Cesar Augusto de Assis 02 September 2010 (has links)
The aim of this study is analyze the process of deaf as ethno-linguistic particularity. First of all we built an ethnographic and historical comparison between the practices of some religious institutions - Catholic Church, Baptist Church and Jehovahs Witnesses - that have engaged in missionary activity with the deaf. As a methodological procedure, attention was focused on the performance of these institutions rituals, with the intention of revealing how they produce differences between deaf and hearing people in terms of language and culture. Also the empirical universe constitutes religious dictionaries and evangelism manuals relative to deaf. In a second moment, the intention is to reveal the movement of religious agents in other instances, such as social movements, academic institutions and markets (that emerge related to the Brazilian Sign Language -LBS). As will be shown, the exchanges between these domains religious and nonreligious were constitutive for the engendering of deaf as ethno-linguistic particularity in legal universe inside the nation-state.

Previous issue date: 2009-08-10 / Having as a start point the Phenomenology applied to an specific social context, the Hip Hop
movement, this work concerns on the daily life of the movement youth to learn the meanings
of living the time. We presented here an overview about Hip Hop, its main characteristics and
elements. Then, we focused on the concepts of lived time and care, as well as their
characteristics, after that, we conclude with some considerations about possible connections
between these concepts allied to Hip Hop. The movement participants are described as active
in the learning life, abandoning the figure of mere receptors of an unequal social model. That
is, in the Hip Hop, they bring off their lives by means of an ethical education. Through the
categories analysis on apprehended discourses, it is concluded that the Hip Hop gives to the
participants acquisition opportunities of a life motivation, by the time experience in relation to
the place and the others. Thus, it permits that, in the dialog between individual and its context,
the foundation of a successful human being life. Furthermore, the Hip Hop movement
visibility can contribute to the comprehension of the current society, recognizing in this
movement capable subjects to formulate consistent suggestions of change, in an unequal
social model context.
Portanto, a visibilidade do

globalization and the adhesion of the Brazilian government to the neoliberals, in a
movement that culminated with the capture of the education for the capital. It is
analyzed change of the nature of the social movements in the shock with the
instituted power, and its repercussions in the national education. In the years of lead
of the Brazilian military dictatorship they had developed action of active resistance to
the regimen, to the step that with its withdrawal and respective volte democracy of
the Country, the movements had started to be propositive. In the current government
of popular democratic mode, where a former-leader of the syndical movement, one
of ours , assumed the presidency of the republic, it has been possible to detect
positions conservatives of the social movements of educators. This understanding
was possible with the adoption of the historical and dialectic materialism to analyze
the contradictions produced for the capitalist society in the present time. The
theoretical referential concerning the new social movements was basic to show the
flows and refluxes of the social movements of its shock with intuited, concomitantly
with the transformations of the civil society and politics commanded by the neoliberal
politics. A plurality of the associations of studies and research in education, each one
with its specification, that however breaks up the possibility of a common agenda,
however organizes this agenda, many times makes impracticable the joint in a
central office, weakening the shock with the government. This inquiry consists of
more study that show the indifference with that the government deals the education,
so important common good for the Brazilian people. It results of this work the
considerations of that history is not condescending with the latecomers, the
conformed ones, the no critics individuals, the social movements of passive
proposals and with the social movements conservatives. The desfiliados social
ones need to become citizens, need to emancipate themselves of mooring cables
imposed for the ruling classes. Perplexities excited will be able, perhaps, to awake
the conscience of classroom of the professors, for had developed class actions in the

As categorias
e ideológicas ocorridas no mundo e no Brasil.

This study intends to analyze the movement of the Deaf community along the process for the Libras Language institutionalization, from 1990 to 2002, from the perspective of the Political Process (TPP), with a special focus on the Repertory of Action with lobbying tactics. The core of the research lies in the dynamics between the actions of the Deaf movement and the processing of PLS 131/96, which was subsequently transformed into PL 4857/98, until its approval in April of 2002, and the use of the Repertory of Action, with lobbying tactics, as determinant for this achievement. When Libras was made official in 2002, it was the result of many years of struggle for the Brazilian Deaf community. This victory reflected the efforts of a group that for many years was marginalized, not being able to take part in the decisions concerning its distinctive interest, such as, education. This was initially done through a social network that was developed from sports associations and religious and educational institutions, and the group outlined the importance of getting politically organized and being protagonist in their struggles. The performance of FENEIS - National Federation of Education and Integration of the Deaf was essential to this process because it started the organization of most part of the collective actions that culminated in Bill No. 131/96, presented by Senator Benedita da Silva of PT-RJ, which was later transformed into Federal Ordinary Law 10,436 - Law of Libras (Brazilian signs language) .To get closer to the object and subjects of this study, a bibliographical and a documentary research was made on the history of the movement engendered by the Brazilian deaf community and institutions in various archives and documentation centers, as well as through media archives. At the end, this dissertation concludes that the lobby made by the Deaf movement among the political representatives, especially from the federal legislature, was determinant for making Libras the official language for the deaf people.

Previous issue date: 2015-11-24 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / We aim to understand how multiple dimensions of group participation enabled a Mothers Club to remain in time. Our research tries to recognize learning and sharing skills through exchange practices in that group. We also attempt to the affection involved and how it nurture relationships within and outside the group. We highlight the ways by which assemblages and debates within the group may extend spaces for participants to claim for their rights and foster their commitment and influence in actions developed by the State. We assume a constructionist perspective, which leads us to focus on the specific ways by which the group organize conversation and make it easier between participants. We moved our focus from group as a phenomenon to group practices and we propose an understanding of group as a social construction. The group we focused as case study is Lady Mila s Mothers Club, created in the 1969. We engaged in conversations within the group in order to understand how participants worked together in the group and also to recover the group timeline, which gave us visibility to the diversity of historical moments shared by the participants. We also performed four individual interviews in order to give visibility to discursive positioning and dialogues in speeches which were analysed using dialogic maps. The maps we produced made it possible to identify two major themes related to the group history: the operational characteristics of the group and the support of the group during regular activities. We conclude that the possibility of sharing emotions and abilities, the coexistence of activities within and outside the group, the exchange of knowledge and the ability to generate income, contributed to the group permanence over the past 45 years / Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo entender as múltiplas dimensões da participação grupal que sustenta a permanência no tempo de um Clube de Mães.
