Esta pesquisa procura investigar o processo de projeto na arquitetura e como o mesmo passou a ser influenciado nas últimas décadas pelas ferramentas digitais que surgiram desde então. Busca estabelecer uma visão sobre o projeto arquitetônico questionando a existência de um novo paradigma. Para isso analisa a produção acadêmica brasileira dos últimos anos que exploraram ou desenvolveram teorias sobre a utilização de ferramentas digitais afim de estabelecer um ponto de partida. Através da bibliografia expõem uma visão e uma defesa de uma forma de projetar e de como as ferramentas digitais podem auxiliar este processo sem criar deturpações de uso. Por fim o texto contrapõem duas arquiteturas: a arquitetura silenciosa - sóbria - que busca adequar-se à cidade e tão bem aguenta o passar do tempo e a arquitetura digitalista, focada no "inusitado", que está muito mais voltada à possibilidade de exploração midiática da edificação e que tantos problemas traz aos usuários e à sociedade. / This research investigates the design process in architecture and how it came to be influenced in the past few years by digital tools which emerged since then. Calçados artesanais e ferramentas digitais: proposta de um modelo híbrido de criação e desenvolvimento de produto para a prática do design de calçados no Brasil / Handmade shoes and digital tools: a proposal of a hybrid model of creation and product development for the practice of shoe design in Brazil

A indústria calçadista brasileira é formada majoritariamente por pequenas e micro empresas que ainda preservam o modo tradicional e autêntico de produção de calçados e têm as mãos do artesão como a mais importante das ferramentas. Dessa maneira, sob a adoção das definições de design propostas pelo ICSID (2014) e por Bonsiepe (2011), o presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral registrar o modo de produção de calçados dessas pequenas e micro unidades produtoras e como objetivo específico propor um modelo híbrido de criação e desenvolvimento, com a implantação de ferramentas digitais que preservasse o modo tradicional de fabricação, e, ao mesmo tempo, impulsionasse essa dinâmica de produção. O trabalho foi fundamentado nas obras E Triunfo?, de Aloísio Magalhães (1985), Tempos de Grossura: o design no impasse, de Lina Bo Bardi (1994) e Design, Cultura e Sociedade, de Gui Bonsiepe (2011). Também foram realizadas pesquisas de campo em dois grandes polos calçadistas brasileiros: região do Vale dos Sinos, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, e na cidade de Franca, no interior do estado de São Paulo, além de entrevistas com entidades do setor e visitas técnicas a centros de manufatura, centros de ensino e empresas fabricantes de pequeno e micro porte. Como ilustração da importância do artesão e do modo de produção artesanal, o trabalho apresenta um estudo de caso sobre a confecção de um calçado para uma pessoa com necessidades especiais. A proposta do modelo híbrido foi elaborada em fluxograma e comparada ao modelo do sistema atual de fabricação de calçados praticado pelas pequenas e micro empresas. Como resultado verificou-se que elas encontram-se estagnadas em sua dinâmica de produção, com falta de renovação de mão de obra, sem projetos de sua própria autoria e sem departamento de criação, o que implica, a cada dia, o enfraquecimento dessas empresas e, possivelmente, na perda e no esquecimento de um rico modo de produção. Logo, o modelo proposto vem ao encontro das necessidades dessas empresas, mostrando que o design é o fator crucial para o fortalecimento dessas unidades produtoras e para o reconhecimento desse modo de fazer como corpo formador do patrimônio imaterial do país. / The brazilian footwear industry consists mainly of small and micro companies, which still preserve the traditional way and authentic shoe production, where the hand of the craftsman is the most important tool. Thus, under the adoption of definitions of design proposed by ICSID (2014) and Bonsiepe (2011), the present study general goal is to register the footwear production mode of these small and micro units, and propose as specific goal a hybrid model for creation and development, with the implementation of digital tools, which would preserve the traditional way of manufacturing, while this boosts production dynamics. The work was based on the works E Triunfo?, by Aloisio Magalhães (1985), Tempos de grossura: o design no impasse, by Lina Bo Bardi (1994 ) and Design, Cultura and Sociedade, by Gui Bonsiepe (2011). Field research in two large footwear brazilian centers were also performed: Vale dos Sinos in Rio Grande do Sul State and the city of Franca in Sao Paulo State, as well as interviews with footwear institutions and technical visits at manufacturing centers, teaching centers and small and micro manufacturers companies. As an illustration of the importance of artisan and craft production mode a case study about making a shoe for a person with special needs was presented. The hybrid model proposed was drawn in a diagram and compared to the model of the current system shoemaking practiced by small and micro companies. As a result it was found that these are stagnant in their production dynamics with non-renewal of hand labor, no projects of their own, and without the creative department, which means every day as a weakening of these companies and possibly the loss and oblivion of a rich mode of production. Therefore, the proposed model meets the needs of these companies, showing that design is crucial to the strengthening of these mills, and for recognition thus as part of the intangible heritage of the country.

As tarefas utilizadas para esse estudo se caracterizam por se constituírem em situações-problema, orientadas por pressupostos teóricos, com o objetivo de estimular a produção de significados de estudantes em sala de aula. A estrutura matemática subjacente à situação-problema aborda o desenvolvimento de funções do 1º grau. O processo de elaboração teve como foco a produção de um protótipo de uma metodologia de ensino cuja análise de sua potencialidade se deu através de uma pesquisa de campo com a finalidade de investigar a utilização das ferramentas digitais do dia-a-dia através dos significados produzidos pelos sujeitos de pesquisa para as tarefas propostas. A pesquisa caracteriza-se por uma investigação qualitativa, e a coleta de dados foi feita a partir da submissão virtual das tarefas a um grupo de alunos do 1º período do curso de Biomedicina de uma faculdade particular, em Vilhena, Rondônia. A leitura da produção de significados desses alunos foi desenvolvida tomando como referência o Modelo dos Campos Semânticos. O produto educacional elaborado a partir desse trabalho é a proposta de uma metodologia de ensino que pode ser utilizada não só nas salas de aula do ensino superior, como também do ensino fundamental e do ensino médio. E que, além disso, pode servir como protótipo para a elaboração de novas metodologias de ensino que têm como suporte os ambientes virtuais pelos quais os alunos já estão habituados. / The purpose of this research is to develop a teaching methodology focused on virtual environments like e-mails, chats and forums to study mathematics. The activities used for this study are characterized for being composed by problem- situations oriented by theoretical assumptions. The aim is stimulate the production of student`s meaning in class. Mathematics structure underlying to problem-situations links the development of the functions of the 1st degree. The elaboration process had as focus the production of a prototype of a new teaching methodology which analyze of its potentiality was done through a field research in order to investigate the use of a dayby- day digital tools by the meanings produced by people involved in this research to do the tasks given. The research is characterized as a qualitative investigation, and the data collection was done by the virtual submission of a 1st Biomedicine students` group of a private college in Vilhena, Rondonia. The reading of the meaning production of these students was developed having as reference the semantic field`s model. The educational product elaborated from this work is the proposal of a new teaching methodology that can be used not only in Superior Education, but also in elementary and high school`s education. And besides, it can be used as prototype for the elaboration of new teaching methodologies that has virtual environments as a work tool and students are daily in touch.

Flipped Classroom och Digitala Materiel : En Karaktärisering av Tre Naturvetenskapliga Ämneslärares Användning av Digitala Hjälpmedel

IT- och IKT-kompetens utgör en stor del av såväl internationell som svensk utbildningsforskning och enda sedan 60-talet har regeringen gjort satsningar med ändamål att förbättra lärares och elevers kompetens inom dessa områden. Den internationella strävan är att läroplaner införlivar mål för förbättrad IT- och IKT-kompetens, för att förbereda elever inför en arbetsmarknad som alltmer kräver teknologiska kompetenser. I den svenska forskningen har det visat sig att användningen av IT i den svenska skolan har ökat märkbart de senaste åren. PISA-undersökningen har visat att Sverige har låga resultat i problemlösning och att dessa resultat samvarierar med hög användning av IT. Vidare kompetensutveckling behövs och lärare bör anpassa sin undervisning utefter de teknologiska verktygens närvaro i den svenska skolan. Flipped Classroom är en undervisningsmetodik som innebär en betydande omordning av aktiviteter i den klassiska undervisningen, med avseende på vad som sker i klassrummet och vad som sker utanför klassrummet. Vidare ämnar metodiken att tydligt integrera digitala materiel i undervisningen. Framtida forskning bör undersöka hur Flipped Classroom-lärare väljer att utforma deras videoföreläsningar och övriga datorbaserade instruktioner. Detta examensarbete söker finna svar på hur och i vilket syfte Flipped Clasroom-lärare i de naturvetenskapliga ämnena använder digitala materiel i sin flippade undervisning samt ge en överblick av dessa. Tre naturvetenskapliga ämneslärare som använder Flipped Classroom har intervjuats. Det är alltså intervjuerna som utgör den empiriska grunden för detta arbete. Vidare innefattar detta arbete en konstruktion av en lämplig modell för att karaktärisera Flipped Classroom-lärares användning av digitala materiel. Karaktäriseringen indikerar att övervägande del av de digitala materielen används för datorbaserad instruktion utanför klassrummet. Totalt sett utgör 57 % datorbaserad instruktion och 30 % elev-centrerade aktiviteter i klassrummet. Resterande 13 % består av digitala materiel som till övervägande del består i mjukvaror för automatisk rättning av prov. För de intervjuade lärarna gäller att övervägande del av samtliga materiel används för att förmedla det centrala innehållet i respektive kurser. Men individuella skillnader finns. Totalt sett så utgör ungefär 52 % av samtliga materiel, användingsområden som ämnar att elever antingen ska återge kunskap eller lagra den i långtidsminnet. Det visar sig också att större delen av dessa användningsområden samtidigt innebär omfattande förändringar av undervisningsmoment.

Digital arbetsutveckling för besiktningsmän i byggbranschen : En kvalitativ studie kring spridning av digitalt arbetssätt / The diffusion of digital tools regarding surveyors in the construction industry

Syfte: Idag är intresset för digitalisering och effektivisering inom byggbranschen stort.Trots intresset har många aktörer inte helt övergått till digitalt arbetssätt, inte minstbesiktningsmän. Genom studien kan trösklarna för utebliven digitalisering analyseraspå individnivå. Då digitalt arbetssätt implementeras möts förändringen först av de erfarenheter och kompetenser som besiktningsmännen innehar. Vidare filtrerasarbetssättet genom innovationsteorins egenskaper och slutligen beslutar individernaifall förändringen accepteras eller avvisas. Syftet med studien var att öka förståelsenkring hur besiktningsmän upplever digitalt arbetssätt på individnivå med utgångspunktfrån olika arbetslivserfarenheter. Genom studien kunde även ekonomiska konsekvenseri samband med digitalt arbetssätt lyftas fram. Metod: Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ inriktning. Inledningsvis genomfördesen litteraturstudie som låg till grund för undersökt problematik. Studiens kvalitativainriktning baserades på tolv intervjuer och två observationer. Intervjuernaresponderades av tolv besiktningsmän från WSP Sverige AB. Besiktningsmännen hadeolika arbetslivserfarenheter och arbetade på olika orter. De kvalitativa intervjuerna lågtill grund för att kunna besvara studiens tre frågeställningar på djupet. Resultat: Studiens resultat påvisar skillnader i användandet av digitalt arbetssätt medavseende på olika arbetslivserfarenheter, som ligger till grund för hur digitalt arbetssättmottags. Dock varierar skillnaderna mest mellan olika åldrar och kontor i Sverige. Föratt effektivisera besiktningsmäns arbetssätt måste digitaliseringen accepteras ochmottagandet måste förstås på individnivå. Med tydlig kursriktning, struktur ochutbildningsinsatser kan innovationen digitalt arbetssätt spridas. Genom insatser kringdigitaliseringen fördelar kan besiktningsmän som avvisat digitaliseringen kan kommaöver sina trösklar. Att arbeta med surfplattor har stark koppling till effektivarearbetsprocesser. Det är till förtagens fördel att vara digitaliserat för att vara attraktivaoch konkurrenskraftiga på marknaden.Studiens slutsatser landar i ett antal rekommendationer för att utveckla besiktningsmänsarbetssätt. Rekommendationerna omfattar utbildningsinsatser från interna och externaföreläsare, att låta mindre digitalt erfarna besiktningsmän följa med kollegor somarbetar helt digitalt samt att utveckla dagens affärsmodell för optimal ekonomisk vinstvid effektivare besiktningar. Konsekvenser: Digitalt arbetssätt bidrar till effektivare besiktningsprocesser som i sintur leder till snabbare återkoppling till kund. Effektiviseringen bidrar även till flerfrigjorda timmar. Det uppstår dock problematik att debitera per timme och sedan införaen innovation som frigör timmar. För att ta till vara på de frigjorda timmarna och skapastörre intäkter bör företaget utveckla dagens affärsmodell för besiktningar. / Purpose: Today, the interest in digitalizing and efficiency in the construction industryis increasing. Despite the interest, many actors have not completely switched to digitalworking methods, not least surveyors. Through the study, these thresholds forinadequate digitalization can be analyzed at an individual level. When implementingdigital work methods, the innovation first meets the experiences and competencies ofthe surveyors. Furthermore, the method is filtered through the characteristics ofinnovation theory and finally, individuals decide if the change is accepted or rejected.The aim of the study was to increase understanding of how surveyors experience digitalworking methods at an individual level based on different work experience. The studyalso highlighted the economic consequences in connection to digital working methods. Method: The study was conducted with a qualitative focus. Initially, a literature studywas conducted which was the base of the investigated issue. The qualitative focus onthe study based on twelve interviews surveyors from WSP Sverige AB and twoobservations. The surveyors had different work experiences and worked in differentlocations in Sweden. The qualitative interviews formed the basis for answering thestudy’s three study questions. Findings: The study’s findings show differences in the use of digital working methodswith regard to different work experience, which underlie the way in which digital workmethods are received. However, the differences vary most between ages and offices inSweden. In order to make the surveyors working methods more efficient, digitalizationmust be accepted and the reception must be understood on an individual level. Withdistinct course orientation, structure and educational efforts, the innovation digital workmethods can be spread. Working with tablets has a strong connection to more efficientwork process. It is for the benefit of being digitized to be more attractive andcompetitive in the market.The conclusions of the study results in a number of recommendations to develop thesurveyor’s working methods. The recommendations includes education about thedigitalization by internal and external lecturers, allowing less digitally experiencedsurveyors to follow colleagues who work in a completely digital wat and to developtoday’s business model for optimal financial gain through more efficient inspections. Implications: Digital working methods contributes to a more efficient workingprocesses for surveyors, which leads to a quicker and more distinct feedback to theirclients. The efficient work also contributes to increased released working hours.However, the released working hours are chargeable. Furthermore, it creates problemswhile charge per hours and introduce an innovation that releases chargeable hours. Thecompanies should develop their business model, to make use of these hours.

Kommunikation, deltagande och dialog : En undersökning av svenska kommuners syn på medborgardialog

Intresset för medborgardialog och medborgardeltagande ökar och många kommuner önskar utöka och förbättra sin kommunikation med medborgarna. För att öka inflytandet och förbättra medborgardialogen är det viktigt att involvera medborgarna i ett tidigt skede i planprocessen. Studier har visat att planer där allmänheten involverats tidigt i planprocessen har större chans att gå igenom utan överklagan. Den här studien riktar sig främst till svenska kommuner och yrkesverksamma inom samhällsplanering. Det huvudsakliga syftet med studien är att övergripande undersöka vilka metoder och verktyg svenska kommuner använder för att kommunicera med medborgarna. För att ta reda på vilka metoder som används och hur dess fungerar har en enkätundersökning skickats ut till 62 kommuner med olika storlek och geografisk spridning. Fyra kompletterande semi-strukturerade intervjuer har genomförts med tre olika kommuner. Resultatet visade att svenska kommuner använder sig i övervägande av olika typer av dialogmöten och masskommunikation i sin kommunikation med medborgarna. Kommunerna uttryckte däremot en önskan om att använda fler digitala metoder om det fanns resurser inom kommunen. Många kommuner uttryckte missnöje över hur samrådsmöten och stormöten fungerar samtidigt som det är en av de vanligaste metoderna för medborgardialog. För att förbättra medborgardialogen och bredda delaktigheten krävs att dialogen inleds i ett tidigt skede och att metoder och verktyg som tilltalar en bredare allmänhet används. / The interest in public participation is increasing and many municipalities express a wish to expand and improve their dialogue with the citizens. It is important to involve the citizens at an early stage in the planning process to increase the influence and improve the public participation. Studies have shown that the plans in which the public is involved at an early stage in the planning process are more likely to pass without any objections. This study is primarily focused on Swedish municipalities and professionals in urban planning. The main purpose of the study is to systematically investigate methods and tools that Swedish municipalities use to communicate with the public. To find out what methods are used and how they work s questionnaire has been sent out to 62 municipalities of different size and geographical location. Four additional semi-structured interviews were conducted with three different municipalities. The result showed that Swedish municipalities mostly use different dialogue meetings communicate with the public. However, they express a wish to use more digital methods if they had the resources to do so. Many municipalities expressed dissatisfaction over how the public hearings and larger meetings work while it is on the contrary the most common methods of communication with the public. In order to improve public participation it is important to involve and invite the public to communicate at an early stage in the planning process and to use methods that will appeal to a wider audience.

L’émergence d’un contexte concurrentiel fort entre les destinations amène les offices de tourisme à se démarquer pour gagner leur place de dispositifs communicationnels d’informations touristiques. Ce mémoire de thèse défend l’idée que les stratégies spatio-communicationnelles mises en œuvre au sein des offices de tourisme équipés d’outils numériques jouent un rôle déterminant sur les pratiques des conseillers en séjour. Ces stratégies mettent en scène dans l’espace les quatre composants fondamentaux d’un office de tourisme : le territoire, le savoir, la relation aux usagers et les outils numériques. L’étude de ces composants et de leur organisation dans l’espace, selon une approche qui se place du côté de la production, fait ressortir trois types idéaux de stratégies spatio-communicationnelles : la séduction, la promotion et la revendication d’identité. Enfin, les analyses des pratiques des conseillers en séjour (à partir de leur observation et d’entretiens rétrospectifs) démontrent une mutation des métiers liée à ces stratégies : les pratiques des conseillers, induites par l’espace, les transforment alors en ambassadeurs du territoire auprès des usagers, en experts de l’offre touristique, ou encore en médiateurs numériques. Dès lors, l’énonciation spatiale désigne l’ensemble des tactiques ou stratégies élaborées à partir de relations spatialisées qui conditionnent la communication. / The emergence of a strong competitive environment between destinations compels tourist offices to stand out from one another so as to carry out their role of tourist information communication agencies. The present thesis argues that the spatio-communicational strategies implemented with digital equipment by tourist offices have a major impact on counselors’ guidelines for a trip. These strategies reproduce spatially the four basic components of a tourist office: territory, knowledge, customer relation, and digital tools. The study of these components and their spatial translation, especially in regard to their production, highlights three ideal types of spatio-communicational strategies: enticement, promotion and the claiming of identity. Lastly, the analysis of counsellors’ practices induced by space (as evidenced by their observations and retrospective testimonies) reveals a mutation of mission statements: influenced by spatial factors, counselors turn into ambassadors of the territory, experts of tourist happenings, or even digital mediators in their dealings with customers. Therefore, spatial enunciation has referred to all the possible techniques and strategies derived from spatialized relationships affecting communication.

Olika sätt att lära-olika sätt att undervisa : En studie om undervisning av elever som har intellektuell funktionsnedsättning och Autism spectrum disorder

Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka hur några lärare kan arbeta med att utveckla undervisningen i grundsärskolan för att ge eleverna möjligheter att utvecklas i läsning. För att ta reda på det har jag genomfört en Learning study. Jag har sedan analyserat resultatet med hjälp av Variationsteori. Det sammantagna resultatet visar att det gynnar eleverna om undervisningen varieras utifrån elevernas sätt att förstå och uppfatta det som eleven ska lära sig. I studien framkommer att visuellt stöd och digitala verktyg kan öka elevernas möjligheter att utvecklas i läsning. Studien samt tidigare forskning visar att undervisningen bör utgå från att eleven ska lära sig både ordbilder och enskilda bokstavsljud. Lärare som deltagit i studien efterlyser ytterligare kompetens för att kunna använda digitala verktyg i undervisningen samt hur undervisningen kan utformas för att träna den fonologiska medvetenheten. / The aim of this study is to investigate how some teachers can work to elaborate teaching to provide student with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder opportunities to develop reading skills. To find out, I have completed a Learning Study. I have then analyzed the result using Variation Theory. The overall result shows that it benefits the students if the teaching is varied based on the students' ways of understanding and perceiving what the student will learn. The study found that visual support and digital tools can increase students' ability to develop in reading. The study and previous research show that the teaching should include that the student should learn both word images and individual letter sounds. The teachers who participated in the study require further skills in order to be able to use digital tools in teaching as well as how teaching can be designed to practice phonological awareness.
