Estudos mostram uma associação das variáveis socioeconômicas e demográficas com essa medida. Estes fatores influenciam o estabelecimento de diferentes estilos de vida, que contribuem para a ocorrência ou prevenção de problemas de saúde. Os estudos longitudinais têm apontado a autoavaliação de saúde como robusto preditor de morbidade, incapacidade, depressão e mortalidade. A avaliação subjetiva do estado de saúde inclui a dimensão mental, que para o idoso é imprescindível para a realização das atividades funcionais. Este estudo tem como objetivos: analisar a prevalência da saúde autoavaliada como excelente ou muito boa segundo variáveis demográficas, socioeconômicas e de comportamentos relacionados à saúde, em idosos; analisar a prevalência do transtorno mental comum (TMC), medido pelo Self Reporting Questionnaire 20 (SRQ-20), os fatores associados a este transtorno; e avaliar a relação da autoavaliação de saúde negativa com indicadores de saúde física e mental, com variáveis socioeconômicas e demográficas, e com bem estar subjetivo, nos indivíduos com 60 anos e mais. Trata-se de um estudo transversal, de base populacional, que utilizou dados de inquérito domiciliar de saúde realizado em Campinas, SP, Brasil, em 2008, com amostra por conglomerados em dois estágios. A análise dos dados levou em conta as ponderações relativas ao desenho amostral e foi feita com o uso do software STATA versão 11.0. Foram testadas as associações das diversas variáveis com a autoavaliação da saúde e o TMC. Também foram analisadas as estimativas de prevalências e calculadas as razões de prevalências ajustadas. Os resultados revelaram associação de autoavaliação de saúde com religião, escolaridade, renda, número de moradores no domicílio, possuir computador, consumo de bebida alcoólica, atividade física, consumo de frutas e verduras e índice de massa corpórea. Também foi encontrado associação com os indicadores de saúde física, saúde mental e com sentimento de felicidade. Em relação ao TMC houve uma associação com sexo, idade, renda, ocupação, atividade física, consumo de bebida alcoólica, autoavaliação de saúde e morbidades. Estes resultados apontam para desdobramentos no âmbito das ações em saúde coletiva, tais como: a) investir na autonomia e na vida saudável dos idosos; b) prover atenção adequada às necessidades com ênfase nos hábitos de vida saudáveis; c) enfatizar o trabalho na velhice, que representa uma autonomia e inserção do indivíduo; d) investir na promoção da saúde com controle adequado das doenças crônicas e da saúde mental, com atenção para o quadro depressivo na terceira idade; e) desenvolver programas de saúde e de bem-estar social voltados para os segmentos socioeconômicos menos favorecidos e identificar recursos individuais-psicológicos capazes de atuar como fatores de apoio na velhice / Abstract: The self-rated health is a multidimensional construct and has been widely used as an important indicator of individual and collective welfare. Studies show an association of socioeconomic and demographic variables with that measure. These factors influence the establishment of different lifestyles that contribute to the occurrence or prevention of health problems. Longitudinal studies have pointed to the self-rated health as a robust predictor of morbidity, disability, depression and mortality. The subjective assessment of health includes mental dimension, which for older people is essential to the achievement of functional activities. This study aims: to analyze the prevalence of self-rated health as excellent or very good according to demographic, socioeconomic and health-related behaviors variables in elderly; to analyze the prevalence of common mental disorders (CMD), as measered by Self Reporting Questionnaire 20 (SRQ-20), the factors associated with this disorder; and to evaluate the association of self-rated health as negative with indicators of mental and physical health, socioeconomic and demographic variables, and subjective well-being in individuals 60 and over aged. This is a cross-sectional study, population-based, which used data from a home survey carried out in Campinas, SP, Brazil, in 2008, with two-stage conglomerate sampling. Data analysis considered the weights related to the sampling design and was performed using STATA software version 11.0. Associations of several variables were tested with self-rated health and CMD. Furthermore prevalence estimates and adjusted prevalence ratios were calculated. The results revealed association of self-rated health to religion, education, income, number of household members, owning computer, alcohol consumption, physical activity, consumption of fruits and vegetables and body mass index. It was also found association with indicators of physical health, mental health and feeling of happiness. Regarding the CMD was association with gender, age, income, occupation, physical activity, alcohol consumption, self-rated of health and morbidities. These results point to developments in the context of actions in public health, such as: a) emphasizing the autonomy and healthy life of the elderly; b) provide adequate attention to the needs with an emphasis on healthy lifestyles; c) emphasizes working in old age, which represents an individual's autonomy and integration; d) Investing in health promotion with adequate control of chronic diseases and mental health, with attention to depressive symptoms in elderly; e) develop health programs and social welfare for lowest socioeconomic sectors and identifies individual - psychological resources capable of acting as supporting factors in old age / Doutorado / Epidemiologia / Doutora em Saúde Coletiva

Atividade física, autoavaliação negativa de saúde e condutas de risco em adolescentes

Fundação de Apoio a Pesquisa e à Inovação Tecnológica do Estado de Sergipe - FAPITEC/SE / Introduction: During the adolescence the individual acquires behaviors that can influence his health, such as the practice of Physical Activity and some conducts of risk associated with negative health self-assessment. Objective: to verify the association between physical activity and negative health self-assessment with risk behaviors Health in adolescents. Methods: This is an epidemiological schoolbased survey with a cross-sectional design. Fulfilled with students of the State Public High School of Sergipe aged between 14 and 19 years. A self-administered questionnaire was applied. The variables of analysis were: Negative Health Self- Assessment (ANS) and Non-active. The independent variables considered for the study were organized in two domains: a) Sociodemographic domain (age, sex, skin color, territory, year of study of the adolescent, maternal schooling, family income); B. Behavioral Domain (use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and food habit: consumption of fruits, vegetables, fruit juice and soft drinks). In the analysis of the association was used the Chi-square test and in the multivariable analysis was used to binary logistic regression. Results: The prevalence of negative health selfassessment was higher among female adolescents (61.3%). Risk behavior was associated with inactive adolescents (OR=1,57; IC95% 1,37-1,80), inadequate eating habits, fruit intake (OR= 1,49; IC95% 1,28-1,74), vegetable consumption (OR= 1,27; IC95% 1,05-1,54), fruit consumption (OR=1,28; IC95% 1,10-1,49), tobacco use (OR=1,37 IC95% 1,14-1,64). The prevalence of inactive adolescents was 44.7%, which was associated with negative health self-assessment (OR=1,57; IC95% 1,37-1,80), to inadequate eating habits, fruit juice consumption (OR=1,42; IC95%1,14-1,76), fruit consumption (OR=1,37; IC95%1,12-1,69). Conclusions: The evidence criated by the research constitutes an important tool to subsidize information and monitor the health of Sergipe schoolchildren, giving sustainability to the implantation of programs directed to the health of schoolchildren, such as the Health in School Program. / Introdução: Durante a adolescência o indivíduo adquire comportamentos que podem influenciar sua saúde, como, por exemplo, a prática de atividade física, e algumas condutas de risco e autoavaliação da Saúde. Objetivo: verificar a associação entre atividade física e autoavaliação negativa da saúde, com condutas de risco à saúde em adolescentes. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa epidemiológica, de base escolar, com delineamento transversal. Realizada com estudantes, do Ensino Médio, da Rede Pública Estadual de Sergipe, com idade entre 14 e 19 anos. Foi aplicado um questionário autoadministrado. Para fins de análise, as alternativas foram categorizadas de forma dicotômica: a) Autoavaliação de saúde positiva (muito boa/ boa) e Autoavaliação de saúde negativa (regular/ruim); b) Você diria que: sou fisicamente ativo há > 6 meses; sou fisicamente ativo há < 6 meses; Não sou fisicamente ativo; Não sou, e não pretendo me tornar nos próximos 6 meses. A variável foi categorizada em: a) Ativo (0 a 6 meses ou mais); b) Não Ativo (Não sou, Não sou e não pretendo me tornar ativo nos próximos 6 meses). As variáveis de análise foram: Autoavaliação Negativa de Saúde (ANS) e Não ativo. As variáveis independentes, consideradas para o estudo, foram organizadas em dois domínios: a) Domínio Sociodemográfico (idade, sexo, cor da pele, território, ano de estudo do adolescente, escolaridade materna, renda familiar); b) Domínio Comportamental (uso de drogas, álcool, tabaco e hábito Alimentar: consumo de frutas, verdura, suco de frutas e refrigerante). Na análise da associação foi empregado o teste de Qui-quadrado, e na análise multivariável foi usada a regressão logística binária. Resultado: A prevalência da autoavaliação negativa de saúde foi maior entre adolescentes do sexo feminino (61,3%). A conduta de risco associou-se à adolescentes inativos (OR=0,63; IC95%0,55-0,73), hábito alimentar inadequado, consumo de fruta (OR= 0,67; IC95%0,53-0,85), consumo de verduras (OR= 0,66; IC95%0,51-0,86), consumo de frutas (OR=0,63; IC95%0,50-0,79), uso de tabaco (OR=0,92 IC95%0,80-1,07). A prevalência de adolescentes inativos foi de 44,7% que se associou a autoavaliação negativa de saúde (OR=0,63; IC95% 0,55-0,72), a hábito alimentar inadequado, consumo de suco de frutas (OR=1,42; IC95%1,14-1,76), consumo de frutas (OR=1,37; IC95%1,12-1,69). Conclusões: As evidências geradas pela pesquisa constitui um importante instrumento para subsidiar informações e monitorar a saúde dos escolares sergipanos dando sustentabilidade a implantação de programas voltados para a saúde de escolares, como o Programa Saúde na Escola.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka högstadielärares idéer och tillämpning av formativ bedömning i ämnet idrott och hälsa, samt vilken typ av formativ bedömning lärarna anser hjälper eleverna bäst i deras lärande. Till studien hör följande frågeställningar: (1) Vilka idéer, värderingar och normer kännetecknar lärares uppfattning om formativ bedömning och dess tillämpning i undervisningen? (2) Vilken typ av formativ bedömning anser idrottslärare hjälper eleverna bäst i sitt lärande? (3) Vilka skillnader finns mellan idrottslärare i deras användning och konceptualisering av formativ bedömning? Studiens kvalitativa ansats har resulterat i semi-strukturerade intervjuer med sex verksamma lärare inom ämnet Idrott och hälsa (IH) i årskurs 7-9.  Kopplingen mellan ämnet IH och idrottsrörelsen befästs bland annat genom att lärarna beskriver hur de hämtat mycket av sin inspiration kring återkoppling från föreningslivet. Det är främst den direkta och muntliga formen av återkoppling (feedback) som används och anses ha stor effekt på elevernas lärande. Motiveringen handlar om att förmågorna inom IH oftast synliggörs på sekunder och det är där och då lärarna ska stötta eleverna framåtsyftande. Lärarna ser självbedömning och kamratbedömning som problematiskt. De relaterar främst till aspekter av tid, planering och elevernas förmåga att bedöma varandra. Studien synliggör även exempel på framgångsfaktorer för när den formativa bedömningen fungerar bäst.

The theoretical part is focused on the description of selected methods of performance evaluation of the company with an emphasis on EFQM Model Excellence. In the practical part PBS POWER EQUIPMENT, s.r.o. is introduced, it's economic activity is presented and on the basis of Model START performance evaluation is made. At the end, series of recommendations to improve the performance of the analyzed company is presented.

The content of the analytical section is to evaluate the current situation in the company using the START Model and selected financial analysis indicators. The results of this assessment are used in the final part of the work, which is to propose measures to improve the performance of the company and to shift forward on its way to excellence.

Självutvärderingsverktyget språngbrädan : En mixad studie om verktygets aktualitet inom offensiv kvalitetsutveckling

Det primära syftet med studien var att undersöka hur ett medelstort företag upplever självutvärderingsverktyget språngbrädan. Syftet var också att bidra med kunskap om forskningsläget kring språngbrädan. En mixad metod användes där datainsamlingen genomfördes genom en enkät på ett urval av företaget. Första delen av enkäten utgjorde en lättversion av språngbrädan som användes för självutvärdering av verksamheten, därigenom fick respondenterna uppleva verktyget. Andra delen av enkäten utgjorde en utvärdering av hur språngbrädan upplevs, med både skalfrågor och öppna frågor. Resultatet visar att en övervägande del är positiva till språngbrädan och kan tänka sig fortsätta använda verktyget. En övervägande del är neutrala i frågan huruvida språngbrädan behöver utvecklas och anpassas efter den egna verksamheten, och huruvida det finns fördelar och nackdelar. Resultatet visar också att språngbrädan är väldigt outforskat där endast en vetenskaplig artikel identifierades. Slutsatsen är att det behövs fler studier där deltagarna informeras om arbetssättet självutvärdering / The primary purpose of the study was to investigate how a medium-sized company experiences the self-assessment tool - the springboard. The purpose was also to contribute with knowledge about the research that has been conducted on the springboard. A mixed method was used where the data collection was conducted on a sample of the company's operations through a survey. The first part of the survey constituted a light version of the springboard that was used for self-assessment of the business, thereby letting the respondents experience the tool. The second part of the survey was an evaluation of how the tool is experienced, with both rating questions and open questions. The result shows that the majority is positive to the springboard and can imagine continuing to use the tool. A majority is neutral to the question of whether the springboard needs to be developed and adapted to its own business, and whether there are advantages and disadvantages. The result also shows that the springboard is very unexplored where only one scientific article was identified. The conclusion is that more studies are needed, where the participants are informed about the method of self-assessment and about the tool prior to the study, in order to obtain more comprehensive data. / <p>2019-06-27</p>

Det är ett medvetetsökande efter förståelse. Reflektion ger möjlighet att utveckla yrkesmässig medvetenhet omsitt eget sätt att fungera och reagera. Genom systematisk reflektion kan individen utvecklasoch koppla teori till praktik. Individen måste medvetet utvärdera sina erfarenheter för attkunna dra lärdom av dem. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa sjuksköterskors möjligheter till självreflektion inom psykiatriskvård. Metod: En integrativ litteraturstudie användes som metod. Data inhämtades från databasernaCinahl plus, PubMed och PsycINFO.Sammanlagt sex artiklar ligger till grund för resultat. Material har analyserats medWhittemore och Knafls (2005) analysmetod. Resultat: Sjuksköterskor behövde skapa utrymme för självreflektion. Studier visade attarbetsgivare behövde möjliggöra att självreflektion kunde utövas på arbetsplatsen ochmedarbetare måste värdesätta att självreflektion kunde fungera som ett hjälpmedel i denpsykiatriska omvårdnaden. Det var också viktigt att lärare och utbildare, i enutbildningssituation, var intresserade av individens lärande och hade kunskap om hur man lärut självreflektion. Slutsats: Möjligheter till självreflektion är tid, kunskap och en tillåtande miljö därsjuksköterskan eller sjuksköterskestudenten kan och vågar ställa frågor och där det finns engemensam norm som värdesätter självreflektion på arbetsplatsen. / Backgound: Self-reflection means being able to observe oneself, their reactions and beingable to talk to themselves about their actions and their experiences. It is a conscious search forunderstanding. Reflection provides the opportunity to develop professional awareness ofone ́s own way of functioning and reacting. Through systematic reflection, the individual candevelop and link theory to practice. The individual must consciously evaluate theirexperiences in order to learn from them. Aim: The purpose of this study is to elucidate nurses ́ opportunities for self-reflection inpsychiatric careMethod: An integrative literature study was used as a method. Data were obtained from thedatabases Cinahl Plus, PubMed and PSYCinfo. A total of six articles form the basis for theresult. The material has been analyzed using the Whittemore and Knafls (2005) method. Results: Nurses need to create space for self-reflection. The study showed that employersneeded to enable self-reflection to be exercised in the workplace and employees needed toappreciate that self-reflection could serve as an aid in psychiatric nursing. It was alsoeducators, in an educational situation, were interested in the individual ́s learning and hadknowledge of how to teach self-reflection. Conclusion: Opportunities for self-reflection are time, knowledge and a permissiveenvironment where the nurse or nurse student can and dare to ask questions and where there isa common norm that values self-reflection in the workplace.

Syftet var att översätta och påbörja utvärdering av självskattningsformuläret The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Development of Clinical Skills Scale (LGBT-DOCSS) i ett urval av psykologer inom hälso- och sjukvården; detta för att kunna undersöka deras kliniska färdigheter att arbeta med hbtq-klienter/patienter. Översättning av LGBT-DOCSS genomfördes, och påståenden relaterade till queer lades till för att inkludera denna grupp. Bakgrundsfaktorer som undersöktes inkluderade utbildning, relationer till hbtq-personer och professionell erfarenhet av arbete med hbtq-personer, social önskvärdhet och förekomst av normkritiskt förhållningssätt. 218 psykologer verksamma i svensk sjukvård besvarade en webbaserad enkätundersökning. Resultatet visade att faktorstrukturen för LGBT-DOCSS reviderades från originalversionen. Deltagarnas kliniska färdigheter gällande hbtq var måttligt hög, med mycket låga nivåer av negativa attityder. Utbildning, privata relationer till hbtq-personer, erfarenhet av att arbeta med patienter ur hbtq-gruppen samt normkritiskt förhållningssätt hade positiva samband med utfallsmåttet, inget samband fanns med social önskvärdhet. Förekomsten av hbtq-relevant undervisning på psykologprogrammen var låg. Studien bidrar med kunskap om psykologers kliniska färdigheter att arbeta med personer som identifierar sig som hbtq. / The purpose was to translate and begin the evaluation of The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Development of Clinical Skills Scale (LGBT-DOCSS) self-assessment form in a sample of psychologists in health care; this in order to be able to examine their clinical skills to work with LGBT clients/patients. Translation of LGBT-DOCSS was performed, and items related to queer were added to include this group. Background factors that were examined included education, relationships with LGBTQ people and professional experience of working with LGBTQ people, social desirability and the existence of norm-critical approaches. 218 psychologists working in Swedish health care answered a web-based survey. The result showed that the factor structure of the LGBT-DOCSS was revised from the original version. Participants' clinical skills in LGBTQ were moderately high, with very low levels of negative attitudes. Education, private relationships with LGBTQ people, experience working with patients from the LGBTQ group and norm-critical approach had positive correlations with the outcome measure, no relationship was found with social desirability. The presence of LGBTQ-relevant teaching on the psychology programs was low. The study contributes with knowledge of psychologists' clinical skills to work with people who identify themselves as LGBTQ.

Planwagen vs. Hefeweizen: Ein Marketingkonzept für den Elektrotechnik-Studiengang der TU Dresden im Rahmen des OSA-Projekts

Der vorliegende Vortrag dokumentiert die Entwicklung eines Marketingkonzepts für den Elektrotechnik- (ET) Studiengang der TU Dresden. Das Konzept wurde im Rahmen des Studienerfolgprojektes Online-Self-Assessment („OSA“) erarbeitet. Das Ziel bestand darin, Faktoren zu definieren, die potentiell erfolgreiche Studierende für das Studium in Dresden anziehen können. Zu diesem Zweck wurden verschiedene Informationsquellen gesichtet und eine Literaturrecherche durchgeführt. Insgesamt ergab die Recherche elf Faktoren, die drei Clustern zugeordnet werden konnten. Die gefundenen Faktoren entsprachen inhaltlich dem Anforderungsprofil eines erfolgreichen ET-Studierenden aus dem OSA-Projekt. Limitierungen der Rechercheergebnisse werden diskutiert. Die Metapher „Planwagen vs. Hefeweizen“ wird zusammenfassend verwendet, um die Botschaft des Marketingkonzepts zu transportieren. Weitere Anwendungen des Konzepts werden abschließend dargestellt.
