The thesis deals with the topic of diagnostics in children with behavioral problems and disorders. In the theoretical part the author describes commonly used terminology and the width of issues related to caring for these children. The Feuerstein Instrumental Enrichment Program is described and built on later in the practical section where the author introduces her own new method called "Children Together". The practical part of the thesis deals with action research aiming at improving author's practice in the field of special education and at evaluating the potential of the new method. The analysis of audio recordings from lessons and semi-structured interviews and two other supplementary research methods were utilized throughout the research. The outcomes of the research allow for a conclusion that the method "Children Together" can provide us with a volume of valuable assessment data on younger elementary-school-aged children. Towards the end of the thesis the author also identifies features of the method most valued by selected professionals, the ways how the method has been improved during the research and how it could be improved further on. Motivation har en betydande roll när det kommer till att människor väljer att motionera. Syftet med studien var att se om yngre motionärer mellan 18 och 30 år samt äldre motionärer på 65 år och uppåt motionerar på träningslokaler för samma motivationsfaktorer, samt att se vilken av de fem motivationsfaktorerna (fysiskt, psykiskt, socialt, må bra och yttre faktorer) som är viktigast och även om det finns några könsskillnader. Genom en kvantitativ enkätundersökning har 40 respondenter från två olika träningslokaler i Karlstad, Friskis och svettis samt Livskraft deltagit och resultatet har visat att det inte finns några större skillnader mellan varken åldersgrupperna eller könen i urvalsgruppen. Utöver detta visade resultatet att ”må bra” faktorn var den viktigaste motivationen, tätt följt av den ”psykiska” som bland annat innefattar att klara av stress, bli glad och få bättre självförtroende; samt den ”fysiska” som innebär att man vill förbättra sitt utseende, komma i form och även vill att kroppen ska må bra. Det visar på att hälsa är viktigt för respondenterna, i form av att ”fysiskt” och ”psykiskt” har värderats högt. Resultatet visade även att det inte fanns något samband mellan kön och ålder i förhållande till motivationsfaktorerna samt att ”yttre faktorer” inte är lika relevant för respondenterna som de övriga motivationsfaktorerna. / Motivation plays a significant role when it comes to why people choose to exercise. The aim off the study was to see if young athletes between 18-30 years of age and older athletes of 65 years and older exercise on training facilities for the same motivation factors, and to see which of the five motivation factors (physical, psychological, social, feel good and external factors) is most important, and even if there are any gender differences. Through a quantitative survey 40 respondents from two different training facilities in Karlstad, Friskis och svettis and Livskraft have participated and the results have shown that there are no major differences between either age groups or gender in the selection group. In addition, the results showed that the “feel good”-factor was the main motivation, closely followed by the “psychological” that includes coping with stress, be happy and self-confident; and the “physical” which means that they want to improve their body appearance, getting in shape and also want the body to feel good. This shows that health is important for the respondents; in terms of that “physical” and “psychological” have been valued highly. The results also showed that there were no connection between gender and age in relation to motivation factors and the external factors are not as relevant to the respondents as the other motivational factors.

This diploma thesis deals with the Tactual Profile test of tactile perception and is aimed at pupils of younger school age with severe visual impairment. The theoretical part is devoted to topics of visual impairment, tactile perception, other compensatory senses and specifics in the development of visually impaired children in preschool age. The theoretical background of the work is supplemented by current studies from the American environment dealing with the importance of developing children's tactile perception in connection with subsequent Braille teaching. The thesis contains a detailed description of Tactual Profile, including material history and theoretical basis. Then it is followed by the research part, which was processed by the quantitative method. The results obtained by testing were processed into graphs according to individual material categories. The thesis also includes two examination reports as an example of possible evaluation in practice. The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of tactile perception in younger school age children with severe visual impairment by Tactual Profile. The aim of this graduation thesis was to find out the level of motor skills in younger school age children, namely in the group of 7-10 years, using the standardized test battery MABC-2 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2nd Edition) at our chosen primary school. 62 children participated in the testing, of which 34 were girls and 28 were boys. We tested three components - gross motor skills, fine motor skills and balance. After evaluating all three components, we compared both sexes with each other. The results showed that all 62 children (100%) did not show any motor difficulties and ranked in the 1st zone. However, in a more detailed examination of the sub-components, we encountered problems with aiming & catching (coarse motoring). There were six children who were diagnosed with the risk of developing motor problems with recommendations for further monitoring (2nd band). In the same component, there were even 9 children who had significant motor difficulties with recommendation for specialized examinations (3rd band).

Thesis is focused on all aspects of having pupils of a younger school age participating in a nature field trip, as percieved from a teacher's point of view. The theory section concentrates on the definition of basic terms on given issues, legislation and organisation of the nature field trip. The practical part is formed of a questionnaire section and a discussion with the aim to find out whether schools in the Czech Republic organise these trips and if so, what experiences teachers come across. If not, what reasons let them to that decision. The object of the thesis is to analyse the outcome of the inquiry and to summarise the benefits and disadvantages which emerge for teachers from such nature field trip. Both part sof the thesis highlight the challenges teachers are facing in thein profession not only during the preparation stages but also throughout the course of the nature field trip. Additionally the practical section features actual examples of previously completed trips, including the reflection of participating teachers.

The aim of the thesis is to ascertain the level of motor skills of basketball players of younger school age. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarises knowledge obtained from scientific literature, defines fundamental terms related to the issue and clarifies the links between them. The theoretical part includes a definition of the UNIFITTEST 6 - 60 testing method, which appears to be the most suitable form of testing pupils aged 8 to 10 on the basis of scientific literature. The practical part focuses on the actual testing of pupils. The aim of the thesis is to compare the results of pupils obtained in the Prague Sokol Organization who do sports actively also outside of school with those of pupils who only do sports as part of their compulsory education and just have the number of PE lessons the law stipulates for primary education. By comparing the obtained results, it will be possible to determine whether pupils who do sports only at school can reach the results of pupils in the Prague Sokol Organization. On the basis of this finding we may assume which pupils are talented and can be worked with further so as to allow their potential talent to develop.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse and compare two mass gymnastic exercises in terms of spatial choreography, the Spartakiade exercise for younger pupils from 1980 and the mass exercise of the Czech Association of Sport for all teenage pupils, girls and boys from 2012 called Between stars. The thesis also maps the development of mass gymnastic exercises in Czechoslovakia and later in the Czech Republic and generally describes the mass gymnastic exercise and the principles of its creation. The practical part of the work deals with Spartakiade exercise for younger pupils from 1980 and mass exercise of the Czech Association of Sport for all teenage pupils, girls and boys from 2012. The aim of the practical part is to characterise and compare the synchronised exercises in terms of place of the exercise, number of participants, sex, length of the exercise, background music and its intelligibility for the given age, clothing, equipment, spatial choreography and movement difficulty for individuals as well as evaluate content based on creation principles. The intention with this study is to look into what and how children at the age of two and a half and three years old expresses about bridges. The study is qualitative and have been completed with unstructured pre- and after interveiews and participant observation with two different groups with in total four children that have been introduced to different materials representing bridges. The difference between the materials is that the first group in the pre interview have been introduced to a toy representing a bridge that the children know from before and a book with the three Billy goats, unlike the second group that had no connection to a story. In the study the four children have been in two different groups. All children in age two and a half to three years old have been completed a pree interview before they went to town to search for bridges and a following interview after that. The results are based on all of the occasions. The children expressed their understanding of the bridge`s function about crossing over to reach the other side. The fence is needed to not roll over and can be a protection. The bridge also often have a stairs so you can go up on the bridge. The results shows that the children talks about bridges through for them known stories and games regardless if they did get a story presented or not. Through the childrens telling and playing, the study shows that the children possess understanding of the function of the bridge because of their explanations about how you need to walk over the bridge to cross over to the other side and not get wet. The children also talks about the different parts like fence and stairs and their function to the bridge. / Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vad och hur barn i ålder två och ett halvt till tre år uttrycker sig om broar. Studien är kvalitativ och har genomförts med ostrukturerad för- och slutintervju samt deltagande observation med två olika grupper där sammanlagt fyra barn fått se olika material föreställande broar presenterade framför sig. Skillnad på material är att första gruppen har en leksaksbro samt en bok om Bockarna Bruse med vid förintervjun till skillnad från den andra gruppen där ingen koppling till saga presenterades. Efter att barnen genomfört för intervjun har de deltagit i en aktivitet där de fått leta efter broar för att sedan åter igen samtala kring broar i en slutintervju. Resultatet grundas på alla tillfällena. Barnen uttryckte sin förståelse för att bron används för att ta sig över vatten och nå andra sidan. Staket behövs för att inte trilla långt ned men kan också skydda. Bron innehar ibland olika funktioner som exempelvis en trappa så man kan ta sig upp på bron. Resultatet visar att barnen samtalar om broar genom en för dem känd saga och lek oavsett om sagan presenterades för dem eller inte. Genom barnens berättande och lek kan man se att barnen innehar förståelse för broars funktion då barnen berättar att man behöver gå över bron för att exempelvis ta sig till andra sidan samt inte bli blöt. Barnen samtalar även om de olika delarna som tillhörande staket och trappa, vilken funktion de har kopplat till bron.

Orientador: Margarida Maria de Carvalho / Resumo: Este estudo tem por finalidade analisar as cortes de justiça senatorial e imperial, através das obras Cartas e Panegírico a Trajano escritas por Plínio, o Jovem, e Diálogo dos Oradores, Agrícola, Histórias e Anais I-VI de Tácito. A organização judiciária da cidade de Roma, durante o Principado, contava com diferentes cortes de justiça. Apesar de perpassar a jurisdição de diferentes cortes de justiça, a presente tese irá se centrar na interpretação das acusações de maiestas e repetundae, relatadas por esses dois senadores romanos, que foram instauradas perante as cortes senatorial e imperial. Ambas as cortes se configuraram como ambientes privilegiados para a análise das negociações entre o Senado e o princeps e, por esta razão, serão objetos do nosso estudo. Veremos como a escolha de uma corte de justiça e os procedimentos empregados no julgamento dos processos eram permeados por negociações entre o Senado e os imperadores atuantes. Como discorremos, Tácito e Plínio centraram suas narrativas no (des)equilíbrio da distribuição das funções e dos poderes jurídicos e político-administrativos entre o Senado e o princeps. Assim, investigaremos a hipótese da existência de um entrelaçamento entre as práticas político-administrativas e as práticas jurídicas durante o Principado. Nesse sentido, partiremos do estudo das acusações de repetundae e maiestas identificadas em nossa documentação. The judiciary structure of the city of Rome, during the Principate, featured different law courts. Although it encompasses the jurisdiction of different law courts, this thesis will focus on the interpretation of the accusations of maiestas and repetundae reported by these two Roman senators that were installed in the senatorial and imperial law courts. Both courts of justice became privileged environments for the analysis of the negotiations between the Senate and the princeps, and, for this reason, they are the objects of our study. We will see how the choice for a law court and the procedures employed in the trials of the processes were permeated by negotiations between the Senate and the regent emperors. As discussed, Tacitus and Pliny centered their narratives around the (im)balance of function distribution and legal and political-administrative powers between the Senate and the princeps. Thus, we will investigate the hypothesis of an interweaving between the political-administrative practices and the legal practices during the Principate. In this way, we will proceed to the study of the accusations of repetundae and maiestas identified in our sources. L’organisation judiciaire de la ville de Rome, pendant le Principat, avait différentes cours de justice. Malgré aborder la juridiction des différentes cours de justice, cette thèse se concentra sur l’interpretation des accusations de maiestas et de repentundae, rapportées par ces deux sénateurs romains, qui ont été instaurées devant les cours sénatorial et impérial. Les deux cours ont été configurées comme des environnements privilégies pour l’analyse des négociations entre le Sénat et le princeps et, pour cette raison, feront l’objet de notre étude.
