體驗行銷策略之研究:誠品信義旗艦店之個案探討 / Experiential Marketing Strategies : A case study of Eslite Xin Yi Store

本研究以誠品信義店做為研究的場域、Schmitt (1999) 提出的體驗行銷為理論基礎,用深度訪談的方式探究誠品信義店的經營理念,研究誠品信義店如何將體驗的氛圍帶入書店空間,讓消費者願意花較長時間待在書店內細細咀嚼。此外,也以問卷調查的方式探討消費者這端的感受,瞭解誠品信義店的體驗行銷策略是否正向強化了顧客的忠誠度與滿意度。 本研究結果發現:體驗行銷策略模組與顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度的關聯性皆呈現正相關,而在顯著性方面,除了關聯體驗外,其餘四構面對顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度的影響都趨近於顯著。 本研究並提出實務建議:在感官體驗構面上,注意主動線上的商品呈現設計;在情感體驗構面上,依照商品的調性來調配氛圍;在思考體驗構面上,利用多媒體化的設備來呈現多樣化的商品訊息;在行動體驗構面上,提供自助式查詢服務;在關聯體驗構面上,進行多樣化的活動規劃。 / This research is a case study of Eslite Xin Yi Store, based on “Experiential Marketing” theory by Schmitt (1999). My goal is to explore the business idea of Eslite Xin Yi store, so that consumers are willing to spend more time to stay than usual . I also want to explore the consumer’s feelings to understand whether the experiential marketing strategy of Eslite Xin Yi Store have positive effect on the customer satisfaction and loyalty. I use in-depth interviews and questionnaire as the method to the research. The results are : SEMs (Strategic Experiential Modules) of experiential marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty are positive correlation. In addition to related experience, the other four experiences are near significantly with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This research made the following recommendations to the firms that : 1. they should pay attention to the design of products decoration in the sensing experience. 2. they should allocate the atmosphere according to the distinguishing feature of products in the feeling experience. 3. they should take the advantage of multimedia equipments to present the diversity of products information the thinking experience. 4. they should provide for self-service enquiry in the acting experience. 5. they should plan a wide variety of activities in the relating experience.

桃園縣國中體育教師組織承諾與工作滿意關係之研究

本研究旨在探討桃園縣國中體育教師組織承諾與工作滿意關係。以問卷調查方式收集資料,研究對象為桃園縣國中體育教師,因樣本數僅349位,故採60%調查的方式,共有312位國中體育教師。回收之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國中體育教師組織承諾以「組織認同」構面最高,依序為「努力意願」構面及「留職傾向」構面;工作滿意以「工作本身」構面最高,依序為「工作報酬」構面、「學校環境」構面、「行政領導」構面及「人際關係」構面。在組織承諾及工作滿意各構面均屬中上程度。 二、桃園縣國中體育教師之組織承諾,在「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「服務年資」、「學歷」、「職務」變項上有顯著差異。 三、桃園縣國中體育教師之工作滿意,在「性別」、「婚姻狀況」、「學歷」、「職務」變項上有顯著差異。 四、桃園縣國中體育教師組織承諾與工作滿意各構面呈正向顯著相關。 五、桃園縣國中體育教師工作滿意各構面與組織承諾各構面具有顯著相對預測力。

工作滿意與績效關聯性之研究-以刑事警察局為例

內政乃國家政治之基石,而警政更是內政的重心,基於警察機關有任務基層化之特性與職位結構關係,員警處於政府與民眾接觸的最基層,而刑事警察職司政府執行治安工作之第一線,從事犯罪偵查工作人員更肩負各地區治安良窳,其服務態度、工作績效攸關政府治安政策推行與落實的成敗。本研究嘗試藉由從影響刑事警察人員工作滿意因素之探討與分析出發,逐步建立起刑事警察人員工作滿意衡量之重點、變項、因素及整體衡量架構。透過此一架構的建立,作為衡量刑事警察人員工作滿意及績效之基礎,並針對工作滿意與績效進行問卷調查。 本研究主要目的有三:(一)探討影響刑事警察局人員工作滿意之內涵。(二)分析研究不同人口變項的刑事警察局人員在工作滿意、工作績效之差異及關聯性。(三)對現行警察機關績效評比制度運作缺失檢討。(四)提高刑事警察機關工作滿意度之建議。 本研究採用之研究方法為「問卷調查法」及「深度訪談法」。在量化研究方面,以刑事警察局所屬人員(含刑事警察局人員及未具警察官任用資格之一般行政及技術人員)二分之一進行問卷抽樣調查,計發放438份問卷,回收有效問卷391份,資料回收後透過平均數、標準差、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異數分析等方法進行資料分析。在質性研究方面,以刑事警察業務、犯罪偵查人員各2人、爆炸物處理、刑事鑑識及其他業務人員各1人,合計7人,進行深度訪談分析與比較。 本研究以「機關行為」、「個人行為」等二個因素來建構工作滿意,並探討刑事警察局人員整體工作滿意與績效之關聯性。由研究結果發現:(一)在工作滿意各面向與工作績效二變項間的相關係數均達顯著水準,表示各面向與工作績效間有顯著相關,且均為低、中等以上相關;另工作壓力相關係數值為負向外,其餘各面向相關係數值均是正向,亦即主管領導、薪資福利愈好、社會支持愈高、個人人格特質愈積極與工作壓力愈少者,則其工作績效也會愈高;(二)整體工作滿意情形與工作績效二變項間的相關係數達顯著水準,表示整體工作滿意情形與工作績效之間呈現中、高等相關,且因相關係數值是正向,所以整體工作滿意愈高,其工作績效也會愈高。 綜上,本論文依研究目的、文獻探討、問卷調查及深度訪談所得資料,以「機關行為」、「個人行為」等面向來建構工作滿意,並探討刑事警察局人員整體工作滿意與績效之關聯性,考量刑事警察組織沿革及目前體制之困境,提出具體可行之警察政策建議,以及提供後續研究者的參考。 / The internal affairs of a nation are cornerstone of its politics. In particular, the police administration is the central piece of the internal affairs. Due to the characteristic of the police organization that its tasks are community-oriented and the hierarchy within the organization, a policeman is playing the most fundamental role as the contact point between the government and the citizens. In contrast, the criminal police are at the front line as the government carries out its policy on the public security. Moreover, the safety of a local community strongly depends on the police force who is in charge of the crime investigation. Therefore, the service attitude of the criminal police and its efficiency at solving crimes would be the key factors in deciding whether the public security policy of a government can succeed or not. In this research, we start our study by analyzing the causes of affecting the job satisfaction of the criminal police. We then attempt to develop a rating system to determine the job satisfaction of criminal police. To achieve this, we introduce the key elements, the variables and the factors of such a rating system and its overall structure. By establishing such a structure, we lay down the foundation for criminal police to rate their job satisfaction and performance. The rating would be carried out in the form of the questionnaire survey. There are four major goals in our research. First, we would like to have a deeper understanding on the deciding factors of the job satisfaction level at the Criminal Police Bureau. Second, we analyze the difference and the correlation on the job satisfaction and performance among the staff at the Criminal Police Bureau, who have different population variables. Third, we examine flaws of the operation of the current rating system in police organizations. Lastly, we present our suggestions on how to raise the job satisfaction level at the criminal police organizations. The methodologies used in our research are “the questionnaire survey procedure” and “the interview-in-depth method”. In quantitative research, we randomly select half of the staff at the Criminal Police Bureau to answer our questionnaire. The staff being surveyed includes the administrative staff and the technicians who do not meet the requirements of being a police officer. Out of 438 questionnaires we handed out, 391 of them were collected. The data analysis was performed through various methods including the mean value, the standard deviation, the factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the Independent-Samples Test and One-Way ANOVA. For qualitative research, we interviewed 7 staff at various positions for in-depth analysis and comparison: 2 from criminal police administrative staff, 2 from crime investigation department, 1 from explosive special force, 1 from forensic science, and 1 from other administrative staff. Our study determines the job satisfaction based on two factors: “the institutional behavior” and “the individual behavior”. We also investigate the correlation between the overall job satisfaction and the job performance at the Criminal Police Bureau. We found: (1) the correlation coefficient between each perspective of the job satisfaction and the job performance reaches a noticeable level, indicating that there is a tie between each perspective of the job satisfaction and the job performance. The correlation is above the low to medium level. Other than the job stress, all perspectives are positively correlated to the job performance. That is, any of the following conditions would lead to better job performance: the better the senior management is, the better the compensation and the benefits are, the more the support from the society, the more self-motivated the person is, or the less the job stress is. (2) The correlation between the overall job satisfaction and the job performance reaches the pronounced level, as it is medium to high level. Since they are positively correlated, the higher the overall job satisfaction is, the higher the job performance is. In summary, the thesis is to develop a rating system of job satisfaction based on the goal of the research, the review of the past studies, the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interview, along with two different perspectives: “the institutional behavior” and “the individual behavior”. We also study the correlation between the overall job satisfaction and the job performance of the staff at the Criminal Police Bureau. Given the history of the organization and the difficulties encountered by the current system, we proposed the specific and feasible suggestions on the police policy, as well as providing the reference for the future studies. 21世紀的消費環境已經逐漸轉型到體驗經濟的時代,以及各國文化的快速交流,帶動了各國飲食文化的進入,造成台灣傳統飲食文化的不少改變與衝擊,因此國人對於生活更加講究。因消費型態之改變,這個世代之消費者,已經從重視商品的性能與效益轉而為追求能創造美好回憶之商品,對於產品的要求,也由理性的決策行為轉向理性與情感並重的消費者行為。當今消費者注重的已不再是實體商品本身的實用性,而消費者所追求的是觸動情感、刺激心靈的感覺,以及在消費過程中帶給消費者的體驗。故企業運用情境、顧客喜好的消費體驗,替顧客打造ㄧ個有價值的體驗,稱之為體驗行銷。體驗行銷是進入體驗經濟後的一個重要趨勢,而學者亦提出體驗行銷的概念,認為企業可以藉由感官、情感、思考、行動、關聯五種體驗來提高消費者的價值認知。本研究認為體驗行銷與顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度三者間應該具有高度的影響關係,故將研究概念加以連接,並探討概念間的相關性之因果關係。欲以體驗行銷的觀念出發,來探討這熱門的學理,也提供欲實行體驗行銷的企業,有一份參考的依據。 本研究將體驗行銷分為:感官體驗、情感體驗、思考體驗、行動體驗、關聯體驗等五大構面,將顧客滿意度以感受品質與顧客整體滿意兩大構面進行評量,將顧客忠誠度以情感忠誠、口碑、推薦行為、行動忠誠四大方向進行評估。本研究以三者之相關性研究做探討,而研究方法採用便利抽樣方式進行發放,並以體驗行銷主題式餐廳-Brown Sugar Jazz Club & Restaurant做為研究對象。 / Experiential marketing era is coming and cross-culture exchanges drive various foods culinary into Taiwan. The impact of the foods culinary in Taiwan causes customers to be very fastidious about what they eat. Customers who place a high premium on the merchandise function transfer focusing on the memorial merchandise. Customers request merchandise from focusing on ration to focusing on ration and emotion. Customers request merchandise not only practical, but also make customers satisfied. So the commodities and the services are not that important to customers anymore, but the experience from the innermost feelings, this kind of feelings are influencing with each other from the external physique and the intrinsic knowledge, and the emotions. The experiential marketing is to create delightful and memorable experience throughout the entire consumption process. Experiential marketing is an important trend upon entering the age of experience economy and is proposed by the scholar who consider enterprise upgrading customer’s perception by sense、feel、think、act、relation. Kolter (1996) said the major practice of the enterprises’ marketing activities are containing customer satisfaction and developing customer loyalty. We consider the strong interrelationships among experiential marketing are obvious. It’s based on the concept of the experiential marketing is to build a criteria towards the application of marketing. According to the literature reviews, the experiential marketing includes five dimensions: sense, feelings, thinking. acting and relation. The customer satisfaction is measured by customers’ perceived performance and quality of the product of the service. The customer loyalty is measured by the level of repeating purchases. By using convenience sampling, customers are approached while enjoying in Brown Sugar Jazz Club & Restaurant.

E化(B to C)E通路管理之顧客滿意度及品牌個性研究-以PayEasy購物網站為例

本研究以康迅數位整合股份有限公司之PayEasy.com購物網站為研究個案,主要目的是為了探討探討PayEasy.com經營關鍵因素、了解PayEasy.com會員對於PayEasy購物網站E通路管理之滿意度及探研PayEasy.com會員對PayEasy購物網站品牌個性之滿意度。研究分文兩個部分:第一部份是採取質化之深度訪談,了解PayEasy.com網站經營之定位、行銷溝通、顧客關係管理及對其品牌個性等規劃及執行,並運用Sull成功方程式之理論模式,探討其經營關鍵因素。第二部分是採量化之問卷調查,以Stanley A. Brown提出的E通路管理五個構面(資訊構面、交易構面、分佈構面、服務構面)及David Aaker(1995)品牌個性尺度(純真、刺激、能力、高貴、粗獷五面向)和顧客滿意度作為量化研究的衡量構面,在彙整深度訪談後的結果與文獻探討之相關資料,發展成調查問卷,針對已有在PayEasy購物的會員作調查,共回收397份有效樣本。 本研究歸納出相關結論如下: 一、PayEasy.com購物網站經營關鍵因素 包括PayEasy.com掌握女性購物的利基市場與女性網友上網率竄升的趨勢、專業達人策略塑造自有品牌的獨特性,並利於商品的價格控制、與專業達人、廠商、物流、客服中心、信用卡相關業務、便利商店、入口網站等多元化的策略聯盟,增強團隊服務陣容,提供周全的服務體系及流程,並結合eCRM資訊科技提升服務品質,運用多項溝通管道提高與會員的接觸率,發展順暢且多樣化交易模式與成功的配送策略,滿足會員不同的交易需求。 二、PayEasy會員對於PayEasy.com購物網站E通路管理的滿意情形 PayEasy會員對於分佈構面及交易構面的同意程度最高,會員認同於訂貨後配送的速度及正確率和交易的安全性、程序簡單、提供多樣化付款方式和能在最短時間內收到回覆通知等服務,而不同教育程度的會員在交易構面、分佈構面、服務構面之感受有顯著性的差異,E通路管理五構面與顧客滿意度有顯著的相關性及具有解釋力。 三、PayEasy會員對於PayEasy.com購物網站品牌個性的滿意情形 PayEasy會員對於品牌個性之能力與刺激構面的同意度最高,其特色為可信任、聰明的、成功的以及大膽的、有朝氣的、富有想像力的和新潮的等,而高中(職)教育程度的PayEasy會員對其品牌個性感受力最高,且品牌個性與顧客滿意度有顯著的相關性及解釋力。 四、其他統計發現 採用多元媒體與會員互動溝通擴大接觸層面並節省服務的需求及成本,而店配策略獲得多數會員的青睞,促銷策略及密集的先佔攻勢對低收入年輕女性學生族群產生刺激購買的效果。

工業電腦產業發展至今已經數十年了,為利基型產業,「硬體平台」ㄧ直是工業電腦廠商的主要營收來源,近年來因產業特質及獲利率高而受到矚目,吸引不少消費性電腦大廠相繼進入市場,競爭非常激烈。「軟體服務」為工業電腦產業新崛起之重要差異化策略,各大工業電腦業者對於軟體服務模式還在摸索階段,由於是新起的產業服務策略模式,目前對於工業電腦軟體服務在服務品質、服務失誤、服務補救對顧客滿意度所造成影響的研究幾乎沒有。本研究是由服務品質、服務失誤、服務補救各構面來探討與顧客滿意度之因果,透過因素分析探討軟體服務的重要服務品質要素、服務失誤類型與服務補救方式,並藉由迴歸分析來探討服務品質與服務失誤的關連性及服務失誤與服務補救的關聯。本研究是以工業電腦軟體服務之客戶為調查對象,發放問卷進行分析,並針對兩家國內主要工業電腦廠商進行深入訪談。研究結果發現:1.工業電腦軟體服務之服務品質與整體滿意度有顯著關係;2.工業電腦軟體服務失誤與整體滿意度有顯著關係,降低服務失誤可以提升整體滿意度。3.工業電腦軟體服務是可以透過服務補救來增加客戶滿意度; 4.工業電腦軟體服務在服務失誤發生時,可以透過服務補救來提升整體滿意度。

本研究係以Mister Donut之消費者為研究對象,探討其購買動機與所重視之商店形象,與顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度之間的關係。 研究目的如下: 一、探討商店形象、購買動機之各因素對顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度是否有影響。 二、瞭解顧客滿意度對顧客忠誠度之影響。 三、探討影響顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之商店形象有哪些。 四、探討影響顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之購買動機有哪些。 五、人口統計變項之不同對顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度的影響。 研究結果顯示商店形象、購買動機各因素對於顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度有顯著的正向影響。顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之間有顯著的正向影響。商店形象部份,影響顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之商店形象包含「包裝與創新屬性」、「服務屬性」、「廣告代言」、「商品屬性」、「促銷活動」。購買動機部份,影響顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之購買動機包含「分享及愉悅感受」、「優質商品與來源國」、「品牌代言吉祥物」。人口統計變項部份,年齡與教育程度之不同,對顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度有顯著差異。

本研究係以台灣雙A品牌–華碩Eeepc與宏碁Aspire One為例,探討「消費者購買動機」、「購買重視因素」與「顧客滿意度」及「顧客忠誠度」之關係及影響因素,冀望能提供台灣雙A品牌業者在後續行銷策略、產品規劃與品牌形象經營之參考。 本研究採問卷調查與焦點團體方式進行研究;量化調查方面,共取得290份有效問卷,並運用敘述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、相關分析與迴歸分析,將資料進行統計分析及獲得假設驗證;質化研究方面,採用焦點團體,藉由訪談已購買或已使用該產品超過半年之消費者,探索個案品牌形象、使用經驗與消費者未被滿足的需求。 本研究的研究結果,如下: 一、不同人口屬性對顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度,在特定項目上確實存有差異性。 二、消費者購買動機部分要素與顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度間具顯著相關性。 三、消費者購買重視因素部分要素與顧客滿意度、顧客忠誠度間具顯著相關性。 四、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度具顯著正向關係。 五、經由質化研究,台灣雙A品牌–華碩Eeepc與宏碁Aspire One 在消費者心中的品牌形象是正向的。 針對對台灣雙A品牌提出行銷策略建議: 就產品面:加強娛樂方面的功能、增加電池續航力及節能需求、衍生產品的開發(Accessory Research and Development)。就品牌形象,建議雙A品牌應將產品單純化、產品差異化,並清楚自身品牌定位。 / By using Taiwan “AA” brand – Asus EeePC & Acer Aspire One as a study case, to invesgate the relationship and influence elements among consumption motive, Value Factors, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Hope to provide better marketing stratgies, product road map, and brand image as reference suggestions to Asus and Acer in the future. The self-designed questionnaires survey and focus group are applied in the research. In quantitative research, there 290 effective samples are obtained. The data was anaylized by Descriptive satistic, T test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation anaylsis, and Regression anaylsis in order to gather assumption verification. On the other hand, in quality research, by interviewing the people who have purchased or used the product over half year are as focus group to investigate the brand image, using experience and unsatisfied needs. The research findings are shown as belows: 1.There is diversity of opinions for some specific items about the customer satisfaction and loyalty in different segment. 2.The fators of customer consumption motive has obvious relationship between customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. 3.Customer consumption values factors apparent relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4.There is a positive relationship between cutomer satisfaction and customer loyalty. 5.Through quality research, Consumer has positive image about Asus EeePC and Acer Aspire One. The suggestion of marketing strategies for Asus and Acer: At the first, the products need to ehance the entertainment function. Sencondly, using the battery can be increasing the battery life and be considered the green engery trend. Third is accessory research and development. Finally, the product line should be samplified, differeciate, and also need to indenty the brand position in the highly market share competition gamet as well.

隨著時代不斷的演進與網際網路快速的發展,市場已經轉變為消費者所主導,要在這競爭激烈的環境中永保優勢的唯一方式,就是發掘並滿足消費者的需求。本研究以求職網站為例,探討「使用動機」、「訊息來源」、「服務品質」與「顧客滿意度」之關係及影響因素,希望能深入了解,使用動機與滿意度的關聯性,並深入研究在使用動機與資訊來源的因子中,何者影響了使用者的滿意度,進而發掘滿意度是否可以轉換成使用者的忠誠態度與行為,期許研究的結果能夠提供經營求職網站時的策略參考。 本研究採用網路問卷調查,問卷回收的樣本數中,多為網路重度使用族群並有多年的網路使用經驗。研究發現,不同人口屬性對顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度,在特定項目上確實存有差異,而驅使使用者使用求職網站之因素主要是「基本動機」與「大眾媒體」的宣傳,對使用者而言,最重視「職缺服務」的品質,並且最為滿意於選擇使用求職網站與使用經驗,當未來有求職需求時,對於「求職網站是最佳選擇」的認同程度是最高的,尤其是針對曾經透過求職網站找到工作的族群。 本研究之結論與建議,乃依問卷調查資料分析所獲致之結果,使用者對於求職網站的使用行為,會與整體經濟環境與就業市場狀況有所關聯,致使研究結果會受到環境之影響而有所變動。
