中小企業資訊系統外包採用雲端運算服務之因素探討 / Cloud computing service as an alternative for SME information systems outsourcing: assessing the key factors

雲端運算(Cloud Computing),是近年來在資訊科技與商業資訊應用領域中,佔有相當重要地位的研究與應用議題。眾多企業的執行長與資訊專家宣稱,雲端運算可降低基礎硬體設施與軟體維護的管理成本,為企業組織帶來新的契機與創造全新的商業模式。並非所有人都對雲端運算有正面的評價,部分專家學者指出,科技公司如Google、Microsoft與Amazon等大力推廣雲端運算,皆為了其利益和提高其現有硬體設備資產之利用度,過度高估雲端運算的價值以吸引企業客戶外包更多資訊系統與資訊應用。而無論雲端運算是否能成為下個世代的潮流,未來電腦發展趨勢,已有趨向集中分散各處的運算資源來完成需要高度運算能力服務之現象。   本研究提出一分析模式,預期讓中小企業(Small and Medium-sized Enterprise ,SME)進行外包資訊系統決策,在採用傳統外包與雲端運算外包此二種模式中做抉擇時,能對可能影響決策之因素進行評比與重要性排序,讓雲端服務提供廠商了解使用者所重視的要點以改善現有的服務與加強其發展的方向。本研究亦蒐集雲端運算的相關文獻與各方評價,以及與雲端運算相關之技術和特性,彙整成為一多面向之因素模型。本研究使用德菲法(Delphi Method)與層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),透過製發問卷來濾除模型中不重要之因素與分析因素之間相對的重要程度。本研究之最終研究結果顯示安全性(Security)與穩定性(Stability)兩大面向與相關因素,為中小企業在進行外包決策與選擇服務提供商之優先考量。

台灣無線寬頻接取營運商之競爭策略研究 --以威達雲端電訊為例 / The competitive strategies of WBA operators in Taiwan- a case study of vee telecom multimedia

自2007年國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)發放六張無線寬頻接取執照(Wireless Broadband Access, WBA)後,至今台灣六家WiMAX營運商已全數開台,台灣WiMAX產業正式進入商轉營運階段。然而由於WiMAX為一新興產業,產業之遊戲規則仍待確立,加上其他4G等行動上網技術的競爭下,各家WiMAX營運商之背景與資源分部情形無法立即分出競爭勝負,還需端看營運商如何對自身資源作出適當的評估與利用,以發展合適之競爭策略,才能達到產業競爭優勢。 因此本研究從資源基礎理論的角度出發,透過個案研究法,以得到南區執照的威達雲端電訊進行研究,了解威達雲端在發展WiMAX產業上,對資源的運用。本研究擬探討之四個問題為:(1) 威達雲端電訊當初選擇進入WiMAX產業的評估與原因為何? (2) 威達雲端電訊在發展WiMAX上的核心資源與資源缺口各為何?(3) 威達運端電訊在進入WiMAX此一新興產業時,如何針對本身資源的優劣勢發展出適當的競爭策略?(4) 威達雲端電訊相較於其他WiMAX營運商,有何競爭優勢?(5) LTE與WiMAX陣營在未來發展上各有何資源優勢,WiMAX營運商該如何面對LTE的挑戰? 研究結果發現:(1) 威達雲端最大核心資源優勢為本身擁有大量內容及相關經驗、基礎顧客群,與光纖網路之布建。(2) 威達雲端主要資源缺口為資金、相關人才與電信發 展經驗與技術。(3) 威達雲端有效利用具延展性之資源,將資源做延伸與強化,進行多角化發展,推出新產品組合及服務,以達到綜效與擴大整體經濟規模。(4) 威達雲端進行策略聯盟等合作方式進行資源之補足,尤其是以吸取電信相關布建經驗與技術為主。(5) 相較於其他相關業者,威達雲端以較低成本提供WiMAX服務,並將WiMAX技術與其他資源結合,推出差異化之服務為其競爭之優勢。 / Since the National Communications Commission released six operating licenses of Wireless Broadband Access (WBA) in 2007, the six WiMAX operators in Taiwan have all completed deployment for commercial services by the end of 2010. However, as an emerging industry, WiMAX technology and its industry have not fully matured. Meanwhile, WiMAX is facing the rival fourth generation wireless technology . Under the circumstance, in order to create competitive advantages, WiMAX operators should lie primarily in the application of the bundle of valuable resources at the firm's disposal. Therefore, this paper, takes the Resource-Based Theory as the analysis structure, with reference to the case of licensed WiMAX operator “Vee Telecom Multimedia Co,” (or simply Vee) attempts to find out how the operator utilizes its core resource to carry out the competitive strategy. The purposes of this thesis include: (1) The reason why Vee chose to enter WiMAX industry; (2) The core resources and recourse gaps of Vee; (3) When entering the WiMAX industry, how Vee carry out the strategic deployment of its resources; (4) Compare to other WiMAX operators, what competitive advantages does Vee have; (5) What core resources do WiMAX and LTE operators have? How do WiMAX operators face the challenge of LTE technology? The results showed that (1) the core resources of Vee are contents, customer base, and the fiber network. (2) the resource gaps of Vee are funds, talent, experiences in telecommunications. (3) with the effective use of scalable resources, Vee extends and strengthens the resources to develop new products and services portfolio, in order to achieve synergies and increase economies of scale. (4) using strategic alliances and other cooperative approach to fill the resource gaps, especially the deployment experiences in telecommunications. (5) compared to other operators, Vee provides WiMAX services at a lower cost and offers differentiated services to gain its competitive advantage.

So the main features of the algorithmic trading system have been as follows. 1. The use of Service-Oriented architecture in order to fully use the characteristics of cloud computing. 2. The establishment of asynchronous event control mechanism to provide services to non-synchronous computing power. 3. A centralized data structure, proposed Systolic Ribs Network (SRN) data structure, reducing the computing needs. 4. To provide the genetic algorithm simulation environment that allows users to develop in line with the investment strategy personal investment preferences.

以雲端支援架構建置RFID為基礎之個人化無所不在學習系統 / A cloud-supported framework for implementing RFID-based personalized ubiquitous learning system

本研究提出一項無所不在的學習系統架構改變傳統數位學習之教育傳遞的方式,讓學習者能在任何時間、任何地點透過行動裝置,連結雲端上的學習系統便能自動取得數位化的教學課程及輔助教材等教學資源,並結合RFID標籤之唯一性及無線辨識功能,除了可感測、讀取周遭環境物件資訊以外,更作為學習者個人辨識登入的方法,進而驗證以取得個人所屬的學習課程或學習進度規劃等功能,創造個人化無所不在學習,期許改善目前數位學習在散播教育資源這塊領域,仍有不足之處所造成的數位落差。系統架構本身採用雲端運算作為後端開發技術,將系統、數位學習課程與資料庫分散在各地,以減少單一系統之資源負載量過大及頻寬不足等問題,讓學習者接受即需的教學服務。 / This paper proposes a ubiquitous learning system framework, in order to improve traditional e-learning method for delivering education. Learners could connect to the learning system on the cloud by mobile devices at any time and any place. It could automatically access digital educational resources such as learning courses and supplementary materials. Using the RFID tag for uniqueness and radio frequency identification function. In addition to context-aware and reading the information of objects around the enviroment. It also can be a personalised identify for learners to login and access one’s own function of learning courses or learning scheduling to create personalized ubiquitous learning. There is lack of education due to digital divide which calls for improvement of distributing educational resources. The proposed system architecture incorporates cloud computing for back-end development technology. In order to reduce resource overload of the single system and lack of bandwidth, distributing the learning system, e-learning course and database to several places enable learners to take on-demand educational services.

雲端技術在各產業發展迅速,在汽車產業,特別是豪華車廠也進入雲端應用的戰國時代。豪華車輛的功能,因車身區域網路CAN-BUS的廣為應用,車上系統與系統之間能以封包方式的溝通,不僅速度加快、可以儲存紀錄,更可以依人性化需求,給予程式上的軟性調整。豪華車廠的服務體系,在維修車輛的同時,已有別於一般尚未大量使用車身區域網路的車廠。而隨著無線通訊的發達,車上工程程式的存取,也可以經由3G及無線網路來進行,這個動作,成為改變了服務廠體系的關鍵,車輛不需一定要回到服務廠,才能進行相關的維修或診斷動作,也因為這樣雙向溝通的能耐,雲端服務人員可突破區域性限制,對車輛進行服務(如遠端解鎖、搖控發動等)。 進一步可預期,更多的應用程式可經由無線通訊,被安裝在車上,想像在不久的將來,我們只需記住自己的鑰匙編碼,到任何一部具有車身區域及無線網路的車輛上,就可以馬上使用你的電子信箱,你的Car App store,也可以將你個人化的設定做轉移,如:你習慣的乘坐的位置、習慣收聽的電台,甚至是你的駕駛模式等,這些都可以透過隨機存取功能的應用程式來實現。 本論文透過行動研究員的身份,採用質性研究方法,經過長時間的田野調查,從汽車雲端技術的組織、雲端技術在服務廠的維修應用、相關人員的工作形態與技能、使用者的行為模式等,做一全面性的資料搜集與整合,並逐一追溯每一細節,分析服務體系創新的元素為何,並透過進一步推論,找出對於其他豪華車廠、其他產業公司之間的啟示,並由此發現,經由雲端維修的應用,可以預見從汽車產業打開的新事業服務平台。 / The fast development of cloud computing has enabled applications in different industries. For the automotive industry, the competitions for cloud computing is particularly intensive in the luxury car sector. This is due to that CAN-BUS local area network specifically designed for in-car communication is widely implemented and utilized for data recording, transmission and management. A lot of services provided by the car manufacturers and dealers can be integrated with this system for more user friendly approaches. For example through the connectives of 3G and wireless network, related maintenances and diagnoses can be carried out over a distance, therefore the cloud network service providers do not need to be on-site for supports. This breakthrough also diminishes the location barrier, and improves the service efficiencies (e.g. remote unlock service and remote engine start service). A peek into the future, there will be more applications enabled by the wireless connectives between the vehicles and the cloud networks. Imagine that by simply remember a set of P-I-N number, the user will be able to access personal email accounts, on-line Car App store accounts, frequently used GPS maps, and preferred driver setting such as seat positions, favor radio channels and engine driving models in the near future. All these are independent of which car the user is actually driving. This thesis is developed through qualitative researches over a long period of field studies from a leading luxury car manufacturer in the industry. It has in-depth discussions on the organization infrastructures, technologies and service flows required to enable cloud computing services related to the after-sale supports and maintenances in the automotive industry. The skills and on-job awareness particular to the front-line staffs and back-end supportive staffs are highlighted, and will be analyzed with different users’ use scenarios. Over these step-by-step examinations, the key elements for service innovation will be identified. To take one step further, these findings will also be related for their implications to other luxury car manufacturers and industries. This is to justify that through the applications of cloud services in the vehicle maintenances, it opens the way for service innovation in service network platform.

台灣表演藝術團體以非營利組織型態經營其發展進程之研究-以現代舞團雲門舞集為例 / The study on institutionalized process of performing arts foundation-A case study of cloud gate dance theatre of Taiwan

本研究以林懷民先生所創立之雲門舞集為例,探討台灣表演藝術團體以非營利組織型態經營發展之進程。研究問題有三: 一. 為什麼表演藝術團體要以非營利組織的型態來經營?他們真的很難盈利嗎? 二. 非營利組織型態經營的表演藝術團體,應該如何評估其工作績效? 三. 表演藝術團體以非營利組織型態經營時,如何邁向永續? 林懷民先生被柏林晨報譽為「亞洲最重要的編舞家」,他於1973年創立雲門舞集,是目前台灣擁有最多專業舞者的舞團。雲門舞者的訓練包括現代舞、芭蕾、京劇動作、太極導引、靜坐與內家拳,完整專業的訓練使雲門舞集行走國際,累積許多經典舞作。 雲門舞集在1988年成立雲門舞集文教基金會,1998年創立雲門舞蹈教室,1999年成立子團「雲門2」,深入台灣各地校園和社區。2008年,雲門八里排練場大火,這個空間曾是數齣經典舞作的孕育誕生之地,大火毀了歷年的音樂資料,早年使用的道具、服裝和多媒體幻燈片。 本研究在組織構形的相關文獻上主要參考李仁芳教授所著之《管理心靈》(1980),引申出雲門舞集在開創期、暫停期、成長期與成熟期等四期進程中所發生的組織構形。在組織成長的學理引用上,主要參考學者Larry E. Greiner 1998年在《Harvard Business Review》發表的〈Evolution and Revolution as Organizations Grow〉。 2009年4月,雲門舞集與台北縣(今新北市)政府舉行「徵求民間參與興建營運淡水文化藝術教育中心案」簽約儀式。「淡水文化藝術教育中心」是雲門依促參法規向台北縣政府提案申請興建的,佔地約1.5公頃,林懷民希望雲門從2013年開始有一個固定的家。本研究完成時,園區即將開工,人間事,塞翁馬?期盼未來更多學者持續觀察雲門的發展,因為台灣需要一個這樣的文化團體給人信心。 / This thesis takes Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan as the primal case study that with document analysis, participant observation, and in-depth interview as the research methods to have better understanding of performing arts foundation when they might face in the institutionalized process. The overall objective of this study is: 1. Why, as the most prestige, renowned Performing Arts Company in Taiwan, Cloud Gate has to running with the pattern of nonprofit organization? Is it really difficult for Performing Arts Company to make profits? 2. How to assess and evaluate their working performance if Performing Arts Company is in nonprofit organization pattern? 3. While Performing Arts Company managing with the nonprofit organization mode and mind set, how to maintain their sustainability? Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan was founded in 1973 as the first professional contemporary dance company in any Chinese speaking community. Directed by internationally renowned choreographer Lin Hwai-min, Cloud Gate transforms ancient aesthetics into thrilling modern celebrations of motion. The 25 dancers of the company receive trainings from the West and the East, including Chi Kung, meditation, internal martial arts, modern dance, ballet, and calligraphy as well. This research mainly consults 《The Managerial Mind》 (1980) written by Jen-Fang Lee Ph.D. and also thesis〈Evolution and Revolution as Organizations Grow〉 (1998) which was issued in 《Harvard Business Review》 written by Professor Larry E. Greiner. Evolve into Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, researcher define its history from creative stage, transition stage, growth stage to mature period organization phase taken place among the four processes. Without any similar comparison, Cloud Gate might be stands as a unique operational case; however, I hoped through the special operation analysis, It will sum up the general mode of contemporary dance company towards nonprofit foundation, which will benefit others for its practice managerial experience.

基於多視角幾何萃取精確影像對應之研究 / Accurate image matching based on multiple view geometry

近年來諸多學者專家致力於從多視角影像獲取精確的點雲資訊,並藉由點雲資訊進行三維模型重建等研究,然而透過多視角影像求取三維資訊的精確度仍然有待提升,其中萃取影像對應與重建三維資訊方法,是多視角影像重建三維資訊的關鍵核心,決定點雲資訊的形成方式與成效。 本論文中,我們提出了一套新的方法,由多視角影像之間的幾何關係出發,萃取多視角影像對應與重建三維點,可以有效地改善對應點與三維點的精確度。首先,在萃取多視角影像對應的部份,我們以相互支持轉換、動態高斯濾波法與綜合性相似度評估函數,改善補綴面為基礎的比對方法,提高相似度測量值的辨識力與可信度,可從多視角影像中獲得精確的對應點。其次,在重建三維點的部份,我們使用K均值分群演算法與線性內插法發掘潛在的三維點,讓求出的三維點更貼近三維空間真實物體表面,能在多視角影像中獲得更精確的三維點。 實驗結果顯示,採用本研究所提出的方法進行改善後,在對應點精確度的提升上有很好的成效,所獲得的點雲資訊存在數萬個精確的三維點,而且僅有少數的離群點。 / Recently, many researchers pay attentions in obtaining accurate point cloud data from multi-view images and use these data in 3D model reconstruction. However, this accuracy still needs to be improved. Among these researches, the methods in extracting the corresponding points as well as computing the 3D point information are the most critical ones. These methods practically affect the final results of the point cloud data and the 3D models so constructed. In this thesis, we propose new approaches, based on multi-view geometry, to improve the accuracy of corresponding points and 3D points. Mutual support transformation, dynamic Gaussian filtering, and similarity evaluation function were used to improve the patch-based matching methods in multi-view image correspondence. Using these mechanisms, the discrimination ability and reliability of the similarity function and, hence, the accuracy of the extracted corresponding points can be greatly improved. We also used K-mean algorithms and linear interpolations to find the better 3D point candidates. The 3D point so computed will be much closer to the surface of the actual 3D object. Thus, this mechanism will produce highly accurate 3D points. Experimental results show that our mechanism can improve the accuracy of corresponding points as well as the 3D point cloud data. We successfully generated accurate point cloud data that contains tens of thousands 3D points, and, moreover, only has a few outliers.

利用近紅外光影像之近景攝影測量建立數值表面模型之研究 / Construction of digital surface model using Near-IR close range photogrammetry

點雲(point cloud)為以大量三維坐標描述地表實際情形的資料形式,其中包含其三維坐標及相關屬性。通常點雲資料取得方式為光達測量,其以單一波段雷射光束掃描獲取資料,以光達獲取點雲,常面臨掃描時間差、缺乏多波段資訊、可靠邊緣線及角點資訊、大量離散點雲又缺乏語意資訊(semantic information)難以直接判讀及缺乏多餘觀測量等問題。 攝影測量藉由感測反射自太陽光或地物本身放射之能量,可記錄為二維多光譜影像,透過地物在不同光譜範圍表現之特性,可輔助分類,改善分類成果。若匹配多張高重疊率的多波段影像,可以獲取包含多波段資訊且位於明顯特徵點上的點雲,提供光達以外的點雲資料來源。 傳統空中三角測量平差解算地物點坐標及產製數值表面模型(Digital Surface Model, DSM)時,多採用可見光影像為主;而目前常見之高空間解析度數值航照影像,除了記錄可見光波段之外,亦可蒐集近紅外光波段影像。但較少採用近紅外光波段影像,以求解地物點坐標及建立DSM。 因此本研究利用多波段影像所蘊含的豐富光譜資訊,以取像方式簡易及低限制條件的近景攝影測量方式,匹配多張可見光、近紅外光及紅外彩色影像,分別建立可見光、近紅外光及紅外彩色之DSM,其目的在於探討加入近紅外光波段後,所產生的近紅外光及紅外彩色DSM,和可見光DSM之異同;並比較該DSM是否更能突顯植被區。 研究顯示,以可見光點雲為檢核資料,計算近紅外光與紅外彩色點雲的均方根誤差為其距離門檻值之相對檢核方法,可獲得約21%的點雲增加率;然而使用近紅外光或紅外彩色影像,即使能增加點雲資料量,但對於增加可見光影像未能匹配的資料方面,其效果仍屬有限。 / Point cloud represents the surface as mass 3D coordinates and attributes. Generally, these data are usually collected by LIDAR (LIght Detection And Ranging), which acquires data through single band laser scanning. But the data collected by LIDAR could face problems, such as scanning process is not instantaneous, lack of multispectral information, breaklines, corners, semantic information and redundancies. However, photogrammetry record the electromagnetic energy reflected or emitted from the surface as 2D multispectral images, via ground features with different characteristics differ in spectrum, it can be classified more efficiently and precisely. By matching multiple high overlapping multispectral images, point cloud including multispectral information and locating on obvious feature points can be acquired. This provides another point cloud source aparting from LIDAR. In most studies, visible light (VIS) images are used primarily, while calculating ground point coordinates and generating digital surface models (DSM) through aerotriangulation. Although nowadays, high spatial resolution digital aerial images can acquire not only VIS channel, but also near infrared (NIR) channel as well. But there is lack of research doing the former procedures by using NIR images. Therefore, this research focuses on the rich spectral information in multispectral images, by using easy image collection and low restriction close range photogrammetry method. It matches several VIS, NIR and color infrared (CIR) images, and generate DSMs respectively. The purpose is to analyze the difference between VIS, NIR and CIR data sets, and whether it can emphasize the vegetation area, after adding NIR channel in DSM generation. The result shows that by using relative check points between NIR, CIR data with VIS one. First, VIS point cloud was set as check point data, then, the RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) of NIR and CIR point cloud was calculated as distance threshold. Its data increment is 21% ca. However, the point cloud data amount can be increased, by matching NIR and CIR images. But the effect of increasing data, which was not being matched from VIS images are limited.

以全波形光達之波形資料輔助製作植被覆蓋區數值高程模型 / DEM Generation with Full-Waveform LiDAR Data in Vegetation Area

在植被覆蓋的山區中,由於空載雷射掃描可穿透植被間縫隙的特性,有較高機會收集到植被下的地面資訊,因此適合作為製作植被覆蓋地區數值高程模型的資料來源,而在過濾過程中,一般僅利用點雲間的三維位置關係進行幾何過濾,而全波形空載雷射掃描可另外提供點位的波形寬、振幅值、散射截面積以及散射截面積數等波形資料,本研究將透過波形資料分析進行點雲過濾。 首先經最低點採樣後,本研究利用貝氏定理自動分析並計算得到地面點的波形資料的特徵區間範圍,採用振幅值、散射截面積以及散射截面積係數得到的特徵區間範圍開始第一階段的波形資料過濾,完成後再以第二階段的一般幾何過濾濾除剩餘之非地面點,最後的成果將與航測以及只採用幾何過濾時的成果比較。 由研究成果中顯示,不同的植被覆蓋間的單一回波波形資料的差異較明顯,最後回波類似。同一植被覆蓋下的單一回波及最後回波反應不同。而在成果的比較中,本實驗的成果與不採用波形資料輔助的成果大致相同本研究的成果在部分植被覆蓋的區域成果稍差,但透過波形過濾,可將幾何過濾所需計算的點雲數減少許多,可以增進整理過濾的效率。本研究的成果與航測相比時,在植被覆蓋區域較航測成果貼近實際的地面起伏,數值高程模型成果較為正確。 / In mountain areas covered with vegetation, discrete airborne laser scanning is an appropriate technique to produce DEMs for its laser signal is able to reach the ground beneath the vegetation. Once the scanned data was derived, point cloud filtering was performed based on the geometry relationship between the points at the processing stage. With the development of the advanced full-waveform laser scanning system, the additional waveform data has been proved useful for improving the performance of point cloud filtering. This research therefore focused on using the waveform data to extract DEM over vegetation covered area. The amplitude, backscatter cross-section and backscatter cross-section coefficient were the waveform parameters used to do the filtering. After initial waveform analysis was accomplished, an automated method to determine threshold range of each parameter representing ground points was proposed. By applying the thresholds, the original point cloud was filtered. Geometric filtering method was then used to eliminate the remained non-ground points. As a result, the DEM over the target vegetated area was derived. With the comparison against photogrammetric DEM and DEM derived from traditional filtering method, it was demonstrated that the quality of the resultant DEM was improved.

探討LINE推播新聞之使用行為──以情境理論分析 / Understanding User Behavior in Push Notification News on LINE: A Contextual Theory Approach

各種行動裝置服務不僅便利了生活,也讓資訊的傳遞更加即時且無界。2012年起,五家媒體藉助行動通訊軟體LINE在台灣的高人氣,每日固定推播四則新聞,總訂戶數至今突破450萬人,儼然成為一個新興的新聞傳播渠道。 本研究以情境理論的觀點,質化的使用者日誌記錄法和深度訪談法為主,理解使用者在不同情境下使用推播新聞的行為,並透過HTML5文字雲分析機,歸納出各家媒體推播內容的樣貌和趨勢。情境分析構面包含接收與閱讀情境下的「實體環境」、「社交環境」、「資訊環境」、「先前狀態」和「時間的影響」等;另再針對使用過程中面臨的「人機互動情境」綜合分析使用者的體驗。 這些情境因素不僅各自影響媒介使用的動機和行為,也會與新聞內容相互加強(或制約)吸引力,端賴哪方拉力(或推力)較強。根據訪談結果,「新聞內容」的影響力似乎又更為關鍵。受訪者普遍認為推播新聞的即時性和重要性偏低,新聞價值未能滿足期待,導致對LINE推播新聞的需要性和依賴性偏低。 未來業者可考慮設立不同的「主題式官方帳號」,提供針對性的內容;或者在目前的官方帳號中,增加一日新聞類型的多元性以滿足更多人的需求,就看媒體如何定位自家官方帳號的角色。此外,在發揮新聞標題創意的同時,仍應與內文保持一致,避免造成期待上的落差。不斷強化內容品質,並考量主要受眾的使用情境,可望改善體驗不佳的問題。 本研究以情境理論的觀點,開啟了「推播新聞」的學術研究基礎,並充實行動新聞領域的實證研究經驗,希望提供未來的研究者和新聞從業人員,一個了解推播新聞使用行為的先例。 / Mobile devices and services facilitate our lives, and also assist in delivering information more freely and immediately. Since 2012, five companies send four pieces of news daily through “LINE”, which is the most popular mobile instant messaging application in Taiwan. Nowadays, LINE becomes an emerging news channel, with over 450 million subscribers in total. This study is mainly based on the context theory, by means of diary method and in-depth interviews, to understand users’ behavior of push notifications news in different contexts, from news receiving aspect, reading aspect and human-computer interaction aspect. Besides, analyzing the news headlines by “HTML5 Text Analyzer” to explore the features of different media. Research found that users’ behavior and attitude influenced not only by contextual factors, but also by the value of content. Moreover, the effect of contextual factors and content would be reinforcing (or restraining) mutually, depends which one influence users’ behavior and attitude more crucially. According to respondents’ feedback, the value of push notification news, such as immediacy and importance, were far from their expectations. News editors may plan to set up more than one official account to reach target audience; or to increase the diversity of daily news by existing accounts, making effort to meet demand of more audience. In addition, the headline should be more concordant with the content of the news. Keep improving the quality of content, taking account of context factors while pushing news, may improve users’ experience.
