This seems to be a political gamble in the mixing between this fields that arises since the dawn of the XX century with the crisis of fundamentals. The XIX century had already removed God from the monopoly of the Other. Now subatomic physics faces the uncertainty of the substance, and man is more and more dissonant with all the knowledge about himself, since the positive in the field of cognition becomes intolerable in the field of his experience. As the breaking of identity patterns extending from the borders of the countries till the memory of the cells, the differences are no more treated as essences. The difference begins to be addressed as what is produced between the bodies; what become interesting are the processes of differentiation. How to ensure that "ephemeral I will be stronger than everything that the eternal had always been in me? (Lucio Cardoso). This theme was chosen considering the current context in which professional success is constantly sought by the young people as well as they are encouraged by their family that supports and provides them the necessary resources to acquire and to develop their skills since adolescence. We know that nowadays job market is unstable, competitive and globalized. Therefore, in order to distinguish them among other peoples these young adults favored the abroad experience even if they had significant romantic relationship. This study s objectives were the knowledge and the comprehension of the personal and romantic relationships conflicts as well as to identify strategies that have been used, when they went out abroad by working or to study. The research was based on the Attachment Theory first developed by Bowlby and later it was expanded by other searchers in order to better understand the human beings emotional needs. The searcher has used semi-structured interviews with hermeneutic phenomelogical analysis. Although the young adults used strategies that had facilitated contacts with their couples, the results shows us the presence of conflicts and one can see that physical and temporal distances had interfered with the romantic relationship., even yet it was significant / Estudo específico de jovens adultos com relacionamento amoroso significativo os quais realizaram processo de expatriação. Este tema foi escolhido, considerando-se o contexto atual no qual a preocupação com o sucesso profissional é constante e por isso, buscado tanto pelo jovem como também incentivado por sua família que o apoia e lhe proporciona os recursos necessários para aquisição e desenvolvimento de suas competências desde cedo. Sabe-se que hoje o mercado de trabalho é instável, competitivo e globalizado. Assim sendo, nossos entrevistados visando uma diferenciação, privilegiaram a vivência no estrangeiro ainda que tivessem relacionamento amoroso significativo. O objetivo deste trabalho foi compreender os conflitos pessoais e nos relacionamentos amorosos bem como identificar estratégias utilizadas, diante do distanciamento provocado pelo trabalho ou estudo no exterior. A pesquisa foi baseada na Teoria do Apego desenvolvida inicialmente por Bowlby e ampliada, posteriormente, por outros estudiosos com o propósito de melhor compreensão das necessidades afetivas do ser humano. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas, com análise fenomenológica hermenêutica. Os resultados demonstram a presença de conflitos diante dos quais foram utilizadas estratégias que facilitaram os contatos. Jung did not recommend children s counseling, once he believed children s symptoms were due to the parents psyche. He recommended that parents should be treated instead of their sons and daughters. Jung s idea was that the children s Ego was still in the process of construction, and the Self did not yet have any performance. Fordham remade the concept of Self, observing its performance since the beginning of life, instead of after the maturity period, as Jung supported. Fordham worked with children in psychotherapy using Jung s method, including the dreams. This dissertation expects to show, through children s dream collected in psychotherapy, the possibility of work with children s dreams, utilizing the theory proposed by Jung. The dreams were collected in the last twenty two years, in psychotherapy sessions, without the aim, at the time, of producing a dissertation with these subjects. As the collected material suits the objective of this work, it was described, with the dreamers permission. The selected dreams have themes or shapes characteristically of children in different ages. They were described chronologically. Dreams pertaining to dreamers that were not founded or did not allow their use were not included in this paper / Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a possibilidade de incluir os sonhos no atendimento de crianças no referencial teórico da Psicologia Analítica. Jung não aconselhava o atendimento a crianças, pois atribuía os sintomas apresentados por elas à psique dos pais. Aconselhava que estes fossem tratados em lugar de seus filhos. Como na criança o Ego estava ainda em formação e o Self ainda não era atuante, não seria aconselhável o método proposto por Jung. Fordham reformulou o conceito de Self observando a sua atuação desde o início da vida, ao invés de a partir da maturidade, como preconizava Jung. Fordham trabalhou com crianças em psicoterapia utilizando o método de Jung, incluindo o trabalho com sonhos. Esse estudo tem a intenção de mostrar, mediante os sonhos de crianças colhidos em psicoterapia, a possibilidade de trabalhar com sonhos de criança, entendendo as imagens oníricas infantis a partir da teoria proposta por Jung. Os sonhos foram colhidos nos últimos 22 anos em sessões de psicoterapia, sem a intenção, na época, de realizar um estudo a respeito. Como o material colhido revela-se condizente com a intenção deste trabalho, foram relatados com a devida permissão dos sonhadores. Os sonhos selecionados contêm temas ou formato característico de crianças das diversas faixas etárias. Foram relatados seguindo a ordem cronológica. Sonhos em que os sonhadores não foram localizados ou não deram permissão nem fazem parte deste relato

The methodology chosen was the qualitative research with case study design. The two participants were 40 to 45 year-old working women with college degree. The instruments used were, among others: timeline, genogram and interview focused on maternity as a means to deepen the investigation. The study was based on the material produced to try to understand what is common or specific among these women on the threshold of their biological time to reach the goal of maternity. The research results were interpreted in light of the systemic view, in which both the observer and the observed take part in the process. According to this approach, any observer includes himself/herself in the observation he or she makes. The following thematic categories emerged: influence of the family of origin, parental and maternal models, beliefs in the family s traditions and the woman s position, importance given to living conditions to get pregnant, chronological time, chronological age versus maturity, profit obtained through maternity, network obtained through maternity, career, financial support, abortion, mother s role, paradoxical needs, remarriage and role balance. In the last considerations, important issues are found such as the women s need to be aware of their own wishes and values in order to make their choice by creating strategies in search of their goals, according to their priorities and biological time, and better understanding the dilemmas of today s women / Este trabalho tem por objetivo compreender a maternidade tardia vivenciada por mulheres na contemporaneidade com idades acima dos 40 anos. São analisados aqui o seu tempo biológico, os significados atribuídos a esta experiência e suas implicações em uma perspectiva sistêmica. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, com delineamento de estudo de caso. Duas mulheres na faixa etária dos 40 a 45 anos, com nível superior completo e que atuam no mercado de trabalho participaram do estudo. Foram utilizados três instrumentos para a produção dos dados: linha do tempo, Genograma e entrevista focada na maternidade como instrumentos de investigação. Busquei compreender o que existe em comum ou específico entre essas mulheres que se encontram no limite do tempo biológico para atingir o objetivo da maternidade. Os resultados da pesquisa foram interpretados segundo a visão sistêmica, em que observador e observado participam no processo. Segundo essa abordagem, qualquer observador inclui a si mesmo na observação que faz. Foram levantadas as categorias temáticas: Influência da Família de Origem (Modelo intergeracional), modelo de pai e mãe, crenças nas tradições da família e posição da mulher, importância dada à condição de vida para engravidar, tempo cronológico, idade cronológica versus maturidade, lucro obtido pela maternidade, rede frente à maternidade, carreira, apoio financeiro, aborto, papel de mãe, necessidades antagônicas e recasamento. Nas considerações finais encontramos questões importantes como a necessidade das mulheres estarem atentas aos seus desejos e valores para fazerem escolhas e criarem estratégia de busca de seus objetivos de acordo com suas prioridades e tempo biológico, compreendendo os dilemas da mulher na atualidade

The body, a privileged locus, is where power methods and knowledge production fall upon. Due to this, it finds its way into psychoanalytic practice through participation in symptomatic formations, or, even, through manifestations of subjective non-pathological formations. Based upon an issue of a specific therapeutic failure, arisen in psychoanalytic practice, we introduce the hypothesis that organic disease could possibly mean resistance against the other who have subjugated the subject, and which is built upon the absence of other subjective forms of rebellion. The topic of this paper will be developed presenting a clinical case synopsis as basis. In joining the development of the resistance concept, along with the place and possibilities of the body within the psychoanalytic field, to the philosophical thinking inspired by Foucault, our intention is to highlight the ethical and political dimension of psychoanalytic practice / Este trabalho propõe investigar o corpo como campo de manifestação de resistência aos poderes sobre a vida do sujeito, nas sociedades ocidentais da atualidade. Lócus privilegiado sobre o qual incidem estratégias de poder e de produção de saberes, o corpo se impõe na clínica psicanalítica, seja participando de formações sintomáticas ou mesmo de manifestações de formações subjetivas não patológicas. Tendo como ponto de partida uma questão surgida na clínica psicanalítica de um tipo de fracasso terapêutico, lançamos a hipótese da doença orgânica podendo ganhar um sentido de resistência ao outro que submete o sujeito, construída na ausência de outras formas subjetivas de insubmissão. O argumento desse trabalho será desenvolvido apoiado sobre a apresentação de uma sinopse de um caso clínico. Na articulação entre o desenvolvimento do conceito de resistência e do lugar e possibilidades do corpo dentro do campo psicanalítico e no pensamento de Foucault, pretendemos destacar a dimensão ética e política da clínica psicanalítica

The general objective of this research is the understanding of teenagers awareness about sexual behaviour and attitudes in the light of Jungian psychology. This study was done with 350 teenagers that attend a private school in the central region of the Capital of Sao Paulo - Brazil. The tools used to collect the data were: EAS-A Scale of Attitude and Scale of Reasons to Have and Not Have Sex, adapted, translated and validated by Storch (2012), to the brazilian population. The results showed that there are differences between the genders regarding attitudes, sexual behaviors and motivations to have sexual intercourse. The conclusion of the results shows that female teenagers present attitudes less sex utility, that is, a more emotional vision, when compared to male teenagers / Esta pesquisa é resultado da Dissertação de mestrado em Psicologia Clínica no Núcleo de Psicossomática e Psicologia Hospitalar da PUC-SP, com referencial teórico Na Psicologia Analítica. A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral a compreensão da consciência dos adolescentes, acerca dos comportamentos e atitudes sexuais à luz da Psicologia Junguiana. Este estudo foi realizado com 350 adolescentes que estudam em um colégio particular na região central da Capital Paulistana. Os instrumentos utilizados na coleta dos dados foram: Escala de atitudes EAS-A e Escala de Motivos para Fazer e Não Fazer Sexo, traduzido, adaptado e validado por Storch (2012), para a população brasileira. Os resultados demostraram que existem diferenças entre os sexos feminino e masculino no que refere as atitudes e comportamentos sexuais e motivações para terem relações sexuais. A conclusão dos resultados demostram que, as moças apresentam atitudes menos utilitárias do sexo, ou seja uma visão mais emocional, quando comparadas com os rapazes

From the clinical situation, the development of this work led us built some directions to think of the metapsychology of portability/sustenance of a child. The text unfolds in six chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to consider the relations among clinical method, research on Fundamental Psychopathology and the paths that the author had gone through since her encounter with motherhood, and its clinic. The second chapter opens a dialogue between evolutionary biology and Fundamental Psychopathology, emphasizing human subject´s singularity and its mythical constructions. The third and fourth chapters seek to a bibliographic review of the phenomena treated, in other fields of knowledge, overcoming speeches that recur and do not effectively support explanations of these phenomena. The clinical case composes the fifth chapter of this work. Through it, we were led to raise some interrogations and reflect on the relation between (in)fertility manifested in body and life and the psychic plot of a psychopathological subject. In such a manner, we were encouraged to think and to highlight the tenuous relationships that are established in the field of procreation between nature and culture, especially on sixth chapter. For this, we turned to the myths and the evidences that are also present in an institution called maternity / Esta tese, desenvolvido na perspectiva da psicopatologia fundamental e da psicanálise, tem como objetivo apresentar algumas reflexões acerca das (in)fertilidades e dos abortamentos espontâneos, especialmente sem causas determinadas, a partir de desdobramentos de uma trabalho clínico com mulheres que vivenciaram tais fenômenos. O desenvolvimento da mesma levou-nos, a partir da situação clínica, a construir algumas direções para se pensar na metapsicologia da portação/sustentação de um filho. O texto desdobra-se em seis capítulos. O primeiro dedica-se a traçar considerações acerca do método clínico, da pesquisa em psicopatologia fundamental e os caminhos trilhados pela autora desde o seu encontro com a clínica da maternidade. O segundo abre uma interlocução entre a biologia evolutiva e a psicopatologia fundamental, enfatizando a singularidade do sujeito humano e as suas construções míticas. O terceiro e quarto capítulos buscam fazer uma revisão bibliográfica sobre os fenômenos tratados, recorrendo inclusive a diversos campos de saber. Ultrapassar discursos que se repetem e não sustentam de forma efetiva explicações acerca dos fenômenos estudados. O caso clínico compõe o quinto capítulo deste trabalho. Através dele, fomos conduzidos a levantar várias questões e refletir acerca da relação existente entre infertilidades que se manifestam no corpo e na vida e a trama psíquica do sujeito psicopatológico. This is a qualitative research based on the phenomenological approach. The research collaborator was intentionally chosen in order to apprehend the phenomenon, based on the following criteria: it should be a young adult (age between 25 and 35 years-old) that had experienced the illness process and the grief over a brother for approximately one year, and that was able to verbally express the loss and the spiritual experiences of that period. A semi-structured interview was used to conduct the research. Eight topics appeared, based on the narration, and they were grouped in four larger topics that guided the interview analysis: experiencing grief; experiencing spirituality; experiencing spirituality in the grief‟s context; and conceptions about life, death and spirituality. Through a bibliographic review that involved the two larger areas of this study grief and spirituality some considerations were made, as well as a dialog with the authors that study these areas, about the four topics chosen for analysis. It was concluded that the spirituality dimension is affected by the experience of losing a brother. The lived experience of faith and the relationship with God and the holy are shaken in this situation. The spiritual beliefs are questioned and evaluated, and spiritual transitions take place in the grieving process. New meanings are built so that the spiritual/religious beliefs can continue in the life of the bereaved, under new perspectives and meanings / O objetivo desta dissertação é buscar compreender as vivências da espiritualidade de uma pessoa adulta cujo irmão morreu com câncer, focando o período do diagnóstico da doença até a situação atual. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada na abordagem fenomenológica. A colaboradora da pesquisa foi escolhida intencionalmente para a apreensão do fenômeno em questão, a partir dos seguintes critérios: ser um adulto jovem (entre 25 e 35 anos) que tenha vivenciado o processo de adoecimento e o luto por um irmão por aproximadamente um ano, e que tenha condições de expressar verbalmente as suas perdas e vivências espirituais deste período. O procedimento utilizado foi o da entrevista semidirigida. Oito temas emergiram do relato e foram agrupados em quatro grandes temas que nortearam a análise da entrevista: vivência do luto; vivência da espiritualidade; vivência da espiritualidade no contexto do luto; e concepções sobre a vida, a morte e a espiritualidade. A partir de um levantamento bibliográfico englobando as duas grandes áreas deste trabalho o luto e a espiritualidade foram tecidas considerações, e foi realizado um diálogo com os autores dessas áreas sobre os quatro temas definidos para a análise. Conclui-se que a dimensão da espiritualidade é afetada pela vivência da perda de um irmão. A vivência da fé, as relações com Deus e com o sagrado são abaladas nessa situação. As crenças espirituais foram questionadas e colocadas sob avaliação, e transições espirituais foram vivenciadas no processo do luto. Novas significações foram construídas para que as crenças espirituais/religiosas permanecessem na vida da enlutada, sob um novo olhar e novos significados

Starting from the question posed by Lacan, "what am I authorized to do?" supplemented by the subsequent question, "what is the authorship of the analyst?" I have entered a path on the dimensions of aesthetics and justice, from the perspective of the healer. In the first, I find the priority notion of a sensitive knowledge, such as that uniting the analyst to the dimension of the unconscious happening. In the second, I realize that it is in the opposition to the role of the healer, that the analyst carries the symptomatic suffering issues to the court of unconscious choices. Analytical justice maintains ethics grounded on the fates that the subject offers to these choices. As from the narration of passages of a service, I build and calculate such notions into practice, and in the end I conclude that such goals, that of aesthetics and justice represent fields of expertise, whose stage is necessarily the analyst himself / A presente pesquisa procurou refletir sobre as balizas que orientam a escuta do analista em sua práxis clínica. Partindo da pergunta feita por Lacan, em que eu estou autorizado? , complementada pela consequente questão, qual a autoria do analista? , trilhei um caminho sobre as dimensões da Estética e da Justiça, sob a ótica da curadoria. Na primeira, constato prioritariamente a noção de um saber sensível, como aquele que une o analista à dimensão do acontecimento do inconsciente. Na segunda, constato que é na oposição ao papel do curador, que o analista transporta as questões do sofrimento sintomático para o tribunal das escolhas inconscientes. A justiça analítica sustenta uma ética calcada nos destinos que o sujeito oferece a essas escolhas. A partir da narração de passagens de um atendimento, construo e problematizo tais noções na prática, para ao final concluir que tais balizas, a da Estética e da Justiça, representam campos da experiência, cujo palco é, necessariamente, o próprio analista
