Therefore, the present subject in only developing a revision of the literature brought up to date concerning the outsourcing was delimited, presenting a description of its evolution until the current days. The available scientific studies are scarce involving the terceiriza??o of activities. With the present study it was intended to contribute ahead with information on the behavior of the companies of the terceiriza??o process, who can in general be useful to the scientific community and the entrepreneurs, in its analyses and taking of decisions involving the outsourcing of activities as enterprise strategy. They had been made, also, theoretical boardings as analytical base for definition of the strategical behavior of the company how much the integration or outsourcing of activities. How much to the ways, the used methodology was bibliographical and the documentary one. How much to the ends the research will be of inquiry since it will consist of justifying the gotten through evidential date, clarifying the boardings of the outsourcing as tool in the efficient management of the companies. The present dissertation had as concern to identify the factors that they determine or that they contribute for the occurrence of the phenomena. This is the type of research that more deepens the knowledge of the reality, because it explains the reason and the reason of the things. The present work had as objective main the improvement of ideas or the discovery of intuitions, that facilitated the familiarity with the problem, sights to become it more explicit or to constitute hypotheses. / A quest?o de estudo da presente pesquisa guardou estreita rela??o com os meios dispon?veis para investiga??o. Por isso, delimitou-se o presente tema em apenas desenvolver-se uma revis?o da literatura atualizada acerca da terceiriza??o, apresentando um hist?rico de sua evolu??o at? os dias atuais. S?o escassos os estudos cient?ficos dispon?veis envolvendo a terceiriza??o de atividades. Com o presente estudo pretendeuse contribuir com informa??es sobre o comportamento das empresas diante do processo de terceiriza??o, que possam ser ?teis ? comunidade cient?fica em geral e aos empres?rios, em suas an?lises e tomadas de decis?es envolvendo a terceiriza??o de atividades como estrat?gia empresarial. Foram feitas, tamb?m, abordagens te?ricas como base anal?tica para defini??o do comportamento estrat?gico da empresa quanto a integra??o ou terceiriza??o de atividades. Quanto aos meios, a metodologia utilizada foi a bibliogr?fica e documental. To celebrate the inauguration of the new course, the Lyceum publishes a collection of texts entitled "Commemorative Polyantheia of classes inauguration for female gender of Imperial Lyc?o of Arts and Crafts" gathering various Brazilian intellectuals, of which 127 men and only 4 women lectured about education that Lyceum should provide for the female public.This study aims to historicize this unique document, seeking to understand the role of the Arts and Crafts Lyceum in court education, the creation of the women's course within the educational possibilities intended for feminine gender, besides to analyze how the authors (men and women) of Polyantheia understood the opening of the course and the importance and the meanings attributed to female education / Na corte, em 1881, o Imperial Liceu de Artes e Of?cios, institui??o que oferecia ensino profissionalizante com ?nfase no desenho, abre sua primeira turma feminina. Para comemorar a inaugura??o do novo curso, o Liceu publica uma colet?nea de textos intitulada ?Polyantheia commemorativa de inaugura??o das aulas para o sexo feminino do Imperial Lyc?o de Artes e Officios?, reunindo diversos intelectuais brasileiros, dos quais 127 homens e apenas 4 mulheres dissertaram sobre a educa??o que o Liceu deveria fornecer para o p?blico feminino. The study was conducted based on the intersection of oral and written sources, as well as the participant observation, which was systematized in the field journal. The Movement of Agricultural Women (MMA) emerged in the eighties due to the need for guaranteeing social rights such as retirement and paid maternity leave for women farmers, this being one of the first fights of the movement. In its trajectory, the MMA joined the National Articulation of Rural Women Workers (ANMTR) in the mid-nineties, whose emergence was an embryo for the consolidation of the MMC, created in 2004. With the MMC, which brings together different organizations of rural women workers in Brazil, among them the MMA, emerged a peasant political identity and a defense of an ecological and feminist peasant agricultural project. It is perceived that the discussions regarding feminism gained prominence, especially through the dialogue with Agroecology, and have also been consolidated with the emergence of a new political category within the MMC / SC, the young peasants. Finally, it is considered that the construction of peasant feminism by the MMC / SC is the core element to guide the creation of more egalitarian relationships between men and women, constituting as part of a new rurality / O presente trabalho teve como objetivo geral analisar a trajet?ria do Movimento de Mulheres Camponesas (MMC) no Oeste de Santa Catarina. A pesquisa foi realizada com base no cruzamento de fontes orais e escritas al?m da observa??o participante que foi sistematizada no di?rio de campo. O Movimento de Mulheres Agricultoras (MMA) surgiu nos anos 1980 na busca pela garantia de direitos sociais como aposentadoria e sal?rio maternidade ?s agricultoras, o que exigiu o reconhecimento profissional das mulheres agricultoras, sendo esta uma das primeiras bandeiras de luta do movimento. Em sua trajet?ria, o MMA passou a integrar a Articula??o Nacional de Mulheres Trabalhadoras Rurais (ANMTR) em meados dos anos 1990, cujo surgimento foi um embri?o para a consolida??o do MMC, que foi criado em 2004. Com o MMC, que re?ne diversas organiza??es de mulheres trabalhadoras rurais do Brasil, dentre elas o MMA, emerge a identidade pol?tica camponesa e a defesa de um projeto de agricultura camponesa ecol?gica e feminista. Percebe-se que as discuss?es sobre feminismo ganharam destaque, sobretudo, a partir do di?logo com a Agroecologia e v?m se consolidando tamb?m com a emerg?ncia de uma nova categoria pol?tica no MMC/SC, a de jovens camponesas. It is emphasized the relationship between theory and practice in technical training which encourages the understanding of content and the development of the capacity to articulate the various knowledge to contextualize them in their actions to achieve meaningful learning. It is justified due to the perception of traditional teaching methodologies observed as inefficient to help students learn to think, ponder, create solutions to the problems students face and apply their knowledge in the day-to-day experiences. The research was performed at the Federal Institute of Esp?rito Santo - Itapina campus with 16 students of the second / third period (freshmen and sophomores) of Technician in Agricultural in the subsequent mode, who are from ES, MG and BA states, and who have completed high school education in public schools. The activities of the curriculum components directly related to the topic discussed were developed in the 2nd semester of the school year, in 2014 and the first semester of the next school year, in 2015, with the collaboration of seven teachers and the effective participation of two teachers. The methodology applied was the Project Pedagogy and as research instruments were used questionnaires with open and closed questions, technical visits, seminar, debate and drill. The first questionnaire was applied at the beginning of the proposed activities and the second questionnaire, after technical visits and wrap up seminar of the activities developed during the academic year in 2014. In the first semester of the school year in 2015 a debate was held after the registration of students? prior knowledge on "Zoonotic Diseases transmitted by milk: Brucellosis versus Tuberculosis" followed by a practical training for vaccinators, whose proposal has become an ongoing project resulting in certification for students. The completion of the research was a self-evaluation of the activities carried out by students. The results showed growth of students in conceptual as well as procedural and attitudinal fields, and development of their critical awareness and social responsibility related to the problematized reality. It is concluded that the encouragement to research based on students? socio-cultural experience, and the relationship between theory and practice in technical training, are fundamental tools for the development of multiple knowledge to young people, future agents of changing of the environment in which they live / A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo estimular o processo de constru??o do conhecimento dos educandos acerca de seguran?a alimentar aplicando a pedagogia de projetos cujo tema desenvolvido foi qualidade do leite. Ressalta a rela??o teoria e pr?tica na forma??o t?cnica e estimula a compreens?o de conte?dos e o desenvolvimento da capacidade de articular os diversos saberes e contextualiz?-los em suas a??es para alcan?ar uma aprendizagem significativa. Justifica-se em fun??o da percep??o de metodologias tradicionais de ensino observadas como pouco eficientes para ajudar o aluno a aprender a pensar, refletir, criar solu??es para os problemas que enfrenta e aplicar seus conhecimentos em situa??es do dia-adia. A pesquisa foi realizada no Instituto Federal do Esp?rito Santo ? campus Itapina com 16 alunos do segundo/terceiro per?odo do curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria na modalidade subsequente, oriundos do ES, MG, e BA, que conclu?ram o ensino m?dio em escolas p?blicas. As atividades foram desenvolvidas no 2? semestre do ano letivo de 2014 e no 1? semestre do ano letivo de 2015, com a colabora??o de sete professores e a participa??o efetiva de dois professores, de componentes curriculares relacionados diretamente ao tema abordado. A metodologia aplicada foi a Pedagogia de Projetos e como instrumentos de pesquisa foram utilizados question?rios com perguntas abertas e fechadas, visitas t?cnicas, semin?rio, debate e atividade pr?tica. Foi aplicado o primeiro question?rio ao in?cio das atividades propostas e o segundo question?rio, ap?s visitas t?cnicas e semin?rio de fechamento das atividades desenvolvidas no ano letivo de 2014. No primeiro semestre do ano letivo de 2015 realizou-se um debate, ap?s o registro do conhecimento pr?vio dos educandos sobre o tema ?Zoonoses transmitidas pelo leite: Brucelose x Tuberculose?, seguido de um treinamento pr?tico para vacinadores, cuja proposta tornou-se um projeto de curso resultando em certificado para os alunos. A finaliza??o da pesquisa aconteceu com a auto avalia??o das atividades realizadas pelos estudantes. Os resultados obtidos demonstram crescimento dos educandos nas esferas conceitual, procedimental e atitudinal e desenvolvimento de consci?ncia cr?tica e responsabilidade social dos mesmos frente ? realidade problematizada. Conclui-se que o est?mulo ? pesquisa, baseada na viv?ncia sociocultural do educando, e a rela??o teoria e pr?tica na forma??o t?cnica profissional, s?o ferramentas fundamentais para o desenvolvimento de m?ltiplos saberes aos jovens, futuros agentes de mudan?a do meio em que vivem.

Since past decades, megaprojects (steel industry, logistics and the military industry) have been both setting up and expanding local economic growth. Population flows are been detecting as part of this new economic pathway as well the consequently increasing of households within a territory that has geographical aspects unfavorable to this fast expansion. By these issues there is the need for urban planning headed by municipal government in order to creating public policies and programs that aim to improve the population quality of life. The work has as a temporal focus the decades between 2000/2010 because important historical descriptions were detected. Bibliographical research, data analysis and field research were used as methodological tools having been fundamentals to conclusion: the existing concern of the precarious situation of the municipality with the basic sanitation sector. / O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar como o munic?pio de Mangaratiba vem se planejando e capacitando na quest?o de saneamento b?sico (abastecimento de ?gua e esgotamento sanit?rio) diante da press?o exercida pelas mudan?as demogr?ficas influenciadas pelos megaempreendimentos localizados na zona costeira da ba?a de Sepetiba. Ao longo das ?ltimas d?cadas, megaempreendimentos ligados ao setor sider?rgico, ? estrutura log?stica e ? constru??o de submarinos est?o se instalando/ampliando nessa regi?o, influenciando no aumento populacional e consequentemente, no aumento de domic?lios dentro de um territ?rio que possui aspectos geogr?ficos pouco favor?veis a sua expans?o. Diante desses fatores, ocorre a necessidade de planejamento por parte da administra??o p?blica municipal, criando pol?ticas p?blicas, planos e programas que tenham como objetivo melhorar a qualidade de vida da popula??o permanente, de uso ocasional e tamb?m tur?stica. O enfoque temporal deste trabalho ? para a d?cada 2000/2010, por?m ocorrem descri??es hist?ricas importantes a partir da d?cada de 1970, servindo como base para a principal d?cada em estudo. Atrav?s de pesquisas bibliogr?ficas, an?lise de dados e pesquisa de campo, este trabalho foi elaborado diante da preocupa??o existente da situa??o prec?ria do munic?pio com o setor de saneamento b?sico. A incapacidade de demanda do munic?pio com abastecimento de ?gua e a n?o exist?ncia de tratamento e coleta de esgoto, fazem com que, respectivamente, a maioria da popula??o utilize ?gua de nascentes (sem tratamento) e que grande parte dos domic?lios continuem poluindo o meio ambiente, atingindo de forma direta a popula??o. Lan?ado no ano de 2013, o Plano Municipal de Servi?o P?blico de Abastecimento de ?gua e Esgotamento Sanit?rio n?o entrou em opera??o em sua grande parte e, de acordo com a Prefeitura, vem sendo revisado e adequado, por?m sem prazo para estar finalizado

The main objective was to demonstrate the impact of the former students performance in Pernambuco state. In order to complete this research objective, it was adopted a methodology of data collection in documentation research and descriptive field research. The investigative tools were semi-structured interviews; survey of Lattes curriculum and records and official documents of the graduated students of the program and the biotechnology area. The quantitative analysis of the collected data was conducted through programs like Excel, Adobe InDdesign and Adobe Illustrator. The qualitative analysis was performed by categorical analysis technique where the information is grouped by categories. The study was carried out on the profile of graduated students and their contribution for the development of the Pernambuco state, as well as the perception of the coordinators and teachers about the social and economic impact of the program for the state. The results showed the relevance of the program referred to the training of qualified personnel; to increase the scientific publication with the dissemination of new knowledge to society in general. Also, it was demonstrated the social and economic benefits for the people with new techniques, processes and products generated through the results of students' surveys / Esta pesquisa foi realizada no Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Biotecnologia da Rede Nordeste de Biotecnologia (PPGB - RENORBIO), Ponto Focal Pernambuco, na Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco, cujo universo de estudo foram os egressos da ?rea de concentra??o em agropecu?ria, durante o per?odo 2011-2014, bem como os coordenadores e professores da mesma ?rea. O objetivo principal foi demonstrar o impacto da atua??o dos egressos do PPGB ? RENORBIO no Estado de Pernambuco. A fim de atingir seus objetivos, foi adotada, como metodologia de coleta de dados, a pesquisa documental e a pesquisa de campo descritiva, cujas ferramentas investigativas foram: entrevistas semiestruturadas; levantamento dos curr?culos Lattes e fichas de registros de matr?cula dos egressos e documentos oficiais do programa e da ?rea de biotecnologia da CAPES. A an?lise quantitativa dos dados coletados foi realizada nos programas Excel, Adobe InDdesign e Adobe Illustrator. Para a an?lise qualitativa optou-se pela utiliza??o da t?cnica da an?lise categorial, onde as informa??es s?o agrupadas por categorias. For this reason, we intended to analyze the role of these Federal Institutes, looking for the aims, characteristics, and drawn goals to this new institutional model, mainly regarding the themes about the local development and the territory, very discussed in the law. In face of that, we took as example to this study the school called Campus Sert?o, from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul in order to verify if the educational activities are being done according to the referred law. With this in mind, the research was applied by the qualitative evaluation, with the exploratory research, through the case study, and the bibliographic research as well. A brief overview about the following topics was necessary: the history of the professional and technological education in Brazil; the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education as well as its spreading out; of how the Federal Institutes were constituted and, besides that, the history of Campus Sert?o since its foundation. The concepts of territory and local development were also studied through several authors who carried about them, getting a better understanding within the law context. The results were presented and discussed all the way through the thinking about the articles and subsections from the Law Foundation of the Federal Institutes that deal, explicit or implicitly, with the commitment of these institutions to the socioeconomic and cultural local improvement in their enclosure area. In addition to that, this study was worried about how the teaching, the research and the extension worked out in the Campus Sert?o before its incorporation to the Federal Institute of Rio Grande do Sul and what has changed during the two years after it became an Institute. Finally, a comparative analysis was shown between the achievements by the Campus and what is still considered necessary to be done in its working method in order to reach the law demands and improve its essential role to the local and bounded growth. / O presente estudo teve sua origem a partir da constata??o de que os Institutos Federais de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia, criados em 29 de dezembro de 2008, atrav?s da lei n? 11.892, t?m atribui??es ousadas e responsabilidades desafiadoras para com a sociedade brasileira. Por isso, se prop?s analisar o papel desses Institutos Federais, levando em considera??o as finalidades, caracter?sticas e objetivos tra?ados para esse novo modelo institucional, especialmente no que tange ?s tem?ticas do desenvolvimento local e do territ?rio, muito enfatizadas no texto legal. Diante disso, tomou-se como exemplo o caso do Campus Sert?o, do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Sul para verificar se suas atividades educativas v?m sendo realizadas em conson?ncia com o que preconiza a referida lei. Para a consecu??o dos objetivos propostos, a pesquisa foi aplicada e utilizou a abordagem qualitativa, com car?ter explorat?rio, atrav?s da pesquisa bibliogr?fica e do estudo de caso. Foi realizado um breve resgate hist?rico da educa??o profissional e tecnol?gica no Brasil, da Rede Federal de Educa??o Profissional, Cient?fica e Tecnol?gica e sua expans?o, de como se deu a constitui??o dos Institutos Federais e, ainda, da trajet?ria do Campus Sert?o desde a sua cria??o. Os conceitos de territ?rio e desenvolvimento local tamb?m foram estudados sob a ?tica de v?rios autores que tratam desses temas, para maior entendimento no contexto dos dispositivos legais. Os resultados foram apresentados e discutidos atrav?s da reflex?o sobre os artigos e incisos da lei de cria??o dos Institutos Federais que tratam, expl?cita ou implicitamente, da obriga??o que estas institui??es t?m com o desenvolvimento socioecon?mico e cultural local no seu territ?rio de abrang?ncia. Al?m disso, foi abordado como o ensino, a pesquisa aplicada e a extens?o vinham sendo desenvolvidos no Campus Sert?o antes de sua integra??o ao Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul e o que mudou nos dois anos que sucederam a implanta??o da nova institucionalidade. In order to contextualize the Pronatec, we carried out a brief historical rescue of the professional technical education in Brazil, featuring some programs created since the Republican period, introducing the Family Farming Course of Pronatec/CTUR, identifying the subjects offered and their objectives. We analyzed to what extent and in what way the technical training has contributed to the professional development and to the valorization of the practice of agricultural production, which were students? interests for such training, How it was applied in practice and if they were multipliers of knowledge acquired. We used quanti-qualitative research, through questionnaires with open and closed questions, visits and observations at home, with the participation of sixteen students who finished the course. The data revealed participants? satisfaction, the good quality of the course, the teachers? genuine approach and valorization of the farmer?s family. On the other hand, we found out lack of technical support in the farmers? daily activities and lack of practical lessons during the course. / Esta disserta??o apresenta a vis?o dos alunos do curso de Agricultura Familiar do Pronatec/CTUR sobre a contribui??o do programa na melhoria de sua condi??o de pequenos agricultores. Para contextualizarmos o Pronatec, realizamos um breve resgate hist?rico do ensino t?cnico profissional no Brasil apresentando programas criados a partir do per?odo Republicano. Apresentamos o curso de Agricultura Familiar do Pronatec/CTUR, identificando as disciplinas ofertadas e seus objetivos. Analisamos at? que ponto, e de que modo, a forma??o t?cnica tem contribu?do para o desenvolvimento profissional e para a valoriza??o da pr?tica da produ??o agr?cola, quais os interesses dos alunos por essa forma??o, como aplicaram na pr?tica e se foram multiplicadores do conhecimento apreendido. Utilizamos pesquisa qualiquantitativa, atrav?s de question?rios com perguntas abertas e fechadas, visitas e observa??es domiciliares, com a participa??o de dezesseis alunos concluintes. Os dados revelaram que houve satisfa??o dos participantes, onde constatamos a qualidade do curso, o envolvimento docente com os alunos e a valoriza??o do agricultor familiar. Em contrapartida, constamos a falta de apoio t?cnico nas atividades di?rias dos Agricultores e a car?ncia de aulas pr?ticas durante o curso.

We interviewed 11 students, six teachers and the school principals. The main topics discussed were: CAIC Paulo Dacorso Filho Historical context; Environmental Education: contributions and challenges; Historical context of Environmental Education in Brazil; Environmental Education into transversal projects; Environmental Education for a sustainable; world in the school context; the development of environmental education through the school curriculum; environmental education and teacher training . The subjects were selected by their relation to the object of study. The main objective was to investigate how the approach proposed by the Environmental Education legal documents, especially the NCS, occurs in the CAIC pedagogicals practices. It can be concluded that even in an unstructured way, environmental education is a school life theme, especially in occasional events focused on this theme. It is important to note that Environmental Education Approach is predicted in the school's PPP, implemented since 1993, and incorporating the principles set forth by Law No. 9795/99. / O presente estudo foi realizado no Centro de Aten??o Integral ? Crian?a e ao adolescente ? CAIC Paulo Dacorso Filho em Serop?dica?RJ por meio de entrevistas semi estruturadas e question?rios semi-abertos para analisar a abordagem da Educa??o Ambiental na pr?tica pedag?gica da Escola, levando em considera??o a interdisciplinaridade. Foram entrevistados 11 alunos, 6 professores e a dire??o da escola. Os principais temas abordados foram: o hist?rico do centro de aten??o integral ? crian?a e ao adolescente; educa??o ambiental: contribui??es e desafios; contexto hist?rico da educa??o ambiental no Brasil; educa??o ambiental nos projetos transversais; a educa??o para um mundo sustent?vel; educa??o ambiental no contexto escolar; o desenvolvimento da educa??o ambiental atrav?s do curr?culo escolar; educa??o ambiental e a forma??o docente. Os temas foram selecionados por sua rela??o com o objeto de estudo. O principal objetivo foi o de investigar como a abordagem da EA proposta pelos documentos legais, em especial os PCN, ocorrem na pr?tica Pedag?gica do CAIC. Pode-se concluir que, mesmo de forma pouco estruturada, a Educa??o Ambiental ? um tema presente no cotidiano escolar, especialmente em ocasi?es de eventos voltados para esse tema. ? importante destacar que a abordagem da Educa??o ambiental est? prevista em seu PPP desde a implanta??o da escola, em 1993, incorporando assim os princ?pios apresentados pela Lei n? 9795/99.
