Ostentar um corpo diferente dos padrões de saúde e beleza instituídos, não se adequar aos comportamentos sociais "apropriados" segundo seu gênero, ou transgredir o sistema de inteligibilidade cultural que prediz uma relação causal e ordenada entre sexo, gênero e sexualidade são marcadores que denunciam algumas "diferenças" durante aulas de educação física na escola. Ao contar com o aporte teórico de estudos pós-estruturalistas e da teoria queer, objetivamos compreender de que maneira os discursos utilizados pela disciplina produzem marcas associadas ao gênero e a sexualidade, tendo a heterossexualidade como base normativa. Investigamos como sujeitos que questionam os padrões de normalidade heterossexual são representados nos espaços escolares e como constroem resistências para transitarem por eles. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida junto a jovens adultos gays no município de Presidente Prudente - SP. Através da aplicação de questionários socioeconômicos e da elaboração de seis (6) entrevistas semiestruturadas, analisamos relatos sobre vivências de sujeitos, que se autorrepresentam enquanto homossexuais, a partir de suas rememorações sobre aulas de educação física na Educação Básica. Os resultados obtidos apontam que a Educação Física escolar é gerenciada pelos mecanismos reguladores de gênero na qual a heterossexualidade é tomada como padrão de normalidade. Sujeitos que não performatizam a masculinidade hegemônica, ou pautada na noção de virilidade e subjugação do feminino, são alvos constantes de marcações de diferenças que objetivam "materializar" suas "não adequações" no cenário escolar e, mais especificamente, durante aulas de educação física nesse contexto. / Abstract: Physical education is part and parcel of the discursive systems that construct representations of standardized behaviors in our society. Sporting a different physique than that set by the commonly accepted standards of health and beauty, not adhering to socially appropriate gender behaviors, or running afoul of the system of cultural intelligibility that demands a causal and ordered relationship between sex, gender and sexuality are markers that indicate "differences" in physical education classes at school. By relying on the theoretical framework of poststructuralist studies and queer theory, we aim to understand how the discourses used by the discipline produce standards for gender and sexuality, using heterosexuality as a normative baseline. We researched subjects who questioned the standards of heterosexual normality as represented in academic spaces and how they built the defenses that allowed them to transit in these spaces. The survey was developed with young gay adults in the city of Presidente Prudente - SP. Through the use of socioeconomic questionnaires and the development of six (6) semi-structured interviews, we analyzed reports of the experiences of the subjects, who self-represent as homosexuals, from their recollections of physical education classes throughout basic education. The results obtained indicate that Physical Education is managed by the regulatory gender mechanisms in which heterosexuality is taken as a standard of normality. Subjects who did not demonstrate hegemonic masculinity, as grounded in the notion of virility and female subjugation, are constant targets of labeling that aim to "materialize" their "lack of adequacies" in the school setting and, more specifically, within the context of physical education classes. / Doutor

A presente pesquisa busca empreender um mapeamento de produções cinematográficas, nacionais e internacionais, que abordam a transgeneridade. A partir desse procedimento, observamos as regularidades que emergiram desse conjunto de produções. Objetivamos traçar um percurso que inscreve esse esforço num plano micropolítico, uma vez que interroga criticamente as práticas comunicacionais e discursivas do cinema hegemônico. Para tanto, exploramos aproximações e tensionamentos provocados pelos estudos queer considerando, aqui, que é esse conjunto de noções que melhor dá conta de pensar a condição trans enquanto um deslocamento que se impõe ao sistema binário masculino/feminino e, como consequência, ao sistema sexo/gênero. Esse percurso conduzido, ainda, sob um viés discursivo/foucaultiano, traz como implicação um profundo questionamento daquilo que configura o humano ao interrogar os biopoderes, os limites do corpo e os regimes de verdade que o produzem. Desse modo, essa pesquisa guia-se pela seguinte questão: como se configuram os discursos que produzem e expressam os corpos trans no cinema? Partimos das análises dos filmes Meninos Não Choram (1999), Tomboy (2011), Num Ano de 13 Luas (1978), Tirésia (2003), Lado Selvagem (2004), Vera (1987), Tangerine (2015), Paris is Burning (1991) para examinar as regularidades observadas, supondo ser possível interrogar as condições de possibilidade de novas formas de expressar a transgeneridade, no sentido de configurar linhas de fuga significativas para as audiovisualidades. / The present research seeks to undertake a mapping of cinematographic productions, national and international, that deal with transgender characters. From this procedure, we observe the regularities that emerged from this set of productions. We aim to trace a path that inscribes this effort in a micropolitical plan, since it critically questions the communicational and discursive practices of hegemonic cinema. To do so, we explore approximations and tensions provoked by queer studies, considering here it is this set of notions that best account for thinking the trans condition as a displacement that imposes itself on the male / female binary system and, as a consequence, on the sex / gender system . This course, conducted even under a discursive / Foucaultian bias, entails a deep questioning of what constitutes the human being when interrogating biopowers, the limits of the body and the regimes of truth that produce it. Thus, this research is guided by the following question: how are the discourses that produce and express trans bodies in cinema? We start from the analysis of the films Boys Don’t Cry (1999), Tomboy (2011), In a Year of 13 Moons (1978), Tiresia (2003), Wild Side (2004), Vera (1987), Tangerine (2015) and Paris is Burning (1991) to examine observed regularities, assuming that it is possible to interrogate the conditions of possibility of new ways of expressing transgender experiences, in order to configure significant escape lines for audiovisuals.

In this reflection diverse questions are raised, involving sexualities considered peripheral to the patriarchal system. These peripheral sexualities enter into political and academic debate, whether through the feminist movement, the LGBTQIA + collective, or the queer theory. The struggle for political rights in these segments has met with strong resistance from conservative sectors. In this sense a system reactive to the achievements of women, of the LGBTQIA + collectives, is identified in religions. The religions provide support to conservative sectors, which are organized in the institutional political scenario, intercepting advances in the area of human rights and enactment of the laity of the state. This research aims to provide subsidies to understand the increase in intolerance in Brazil, a country with high rates of fatal violence on LGBTQIA + collectives and on women, according to data presented in the thesis. At the same time, it also seeks to reshape the Brazilian cultural system from its peripheral position, with strong postcolonialist traits, in the face of the central European and North American neoliberal system / A presente tese de doutorado é uma reflexão sobre a intersexualidade diante da complexidade do sistema religioso brasileiro marcadamente cristão. Nessa reflexão questões diversas são suscitadas, envolvendo sexualidades consideradas periféricas ao sistema patriarcal. Essas sexualidades periféricas entram no debate político e acadêmico, seja através do movimento feminista, dos coletivos LGBTQIA+ e da teoria queer. A luta por direitos políticos desses segmentos tem encontrado forte resistência de setores conservadores. Nesse sentido identifica-se nas religiões um sistema reativo às conquistas de mulheres, dos coletivos LGBTQIA+. As religiões fornecem suporte a setores conservadores, que se organizam no cenário político institucional, interceptando avanços na área dos direitos humanos e na promulgação da laicidade do estado. Essa pesquisa visa fornecer subsídios para entender o aumento da intolerância no Brasil, um país com alto índice de violência fatal sobre coletivos LGBTQIA+ e sobre as mulheres, de acordo com dados apresentados na tese. Orientador: Wiliam Siqueira Peres / Banca: Leonardo Lemos de Souza / Banca: Pedro Paulo Gastalho de Bicalho / Resumo: Através de revisão bibliográfica pode-se colocar que após 50 anos da regulamentação da Psicologia, como profissão, ainda é difícil encontrar bibliografias que tenham como tema a Psicologia Jurídica; essa invisibilidade se justifica, também, devido à quase inexistência no Brasil de disciplinas nos cursos de graduação que tenham como foco tal área, ou seja, existem poucas problematizações sobre este campo na área acadêmica e entre o(a)s profissionais. Neste trabalho cartografamos as atuações e histórias de treze psicólogo(a)s que trabalham (trabalhavam) nas penitenciárias do estado de São Paulo. Orientamo-nos para realização desta pesquisa pelo método cartográfico que correspondeu à exigência, dialogando com saberes que de modo complementar favoreciam variações; vale ressaltar que a cartografia é um método idealizado por geógrafo(a)s e utilizado pelos filósofos Gilles Deleuze e Félix Guattari. Com isso, pôde-se traçar diversas linhas e formas de atuações que atravessam (atravessavam) essas pessoas no dia a dia de trabalho nas unidades penitenciárias, traçando que cada psicólogo(a) foi construindo sua maneira de atuar ao longo de suas vivências, alguns(algumas) tornando-se mais problematizadore(a)s de suas realidades e outro(a)s se mantendo como realizadore(a)s de exames criminológicos, os quais pudemos mapear como principal função instituída a Psicologia e acabam por minar outras possíveis atuações, como trabalhos com grupos e atendimento psicológicos. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Through literature review we can put that after 50 years of regulation of Psychology as a profession, it is still difficult to find bibliographies which have as their theme the area of Legal Psychology; this invisibility is justified due to the almost absence in Brazil of disciplines in undergraduate courses that has how center this theme, in other words, there are scarce discussions found on this research field in the academic area and among professionals. In this paper we started mapping the actions and stories of thirteen psychologists who work (worked) in the penitentiaries of the state of São Paulo. We were guided to this research by mapping method which corresponded to the requirement, dialoguing with knowledge that a complementary mode favoring variations; it is noteworthy that cartography is a method devised by geographers and used by philosophers Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari. Thus, it was possible to draw different lines and shapes of actions that cross (crossing) these people on a daily basis in the penitentiaries units, tracing every psychologist it was building his way of acting throughout their experiences, some becoming more discussants of their situations and others remaining as makers of the criminological examination, which is the main function established the psychology and end up undermining other possible actions, such as working with groups and psychological care. O trabalho parte do pressuposto que o cineasta utiliza em sua obra elementos que criam questionamentos sobre a concepção dos sujeitos, mostrando novas formas de pensar as verdades sobre os indivíduos, apresentados, nas suas películas, a partir de óticas escorregadias e fluidas que não se prendem às normas de inteligibilidade que tentam cristalizar a compreensão social acerca dos corpos, das autoafirmações identitárias e das vivências sexuais. As personagens revelam que determinados saberes tidos como únicos são mais plurais e múltiplos do que as regras normativas tentam impor.

Por fim, apontamos que essa conversa??o te?rica nos ofereceu pistas para refletir sobre as reverbera??es de uma epistemologia queer para a Educa??o F?sica a partir de um conhecimento pautado na estesia e no sens?vel enquanto marcos de uma outra racionalidade cient?fica. / This study had the goal of make a dialogue between queer theory and the thoughts of the French philosopher Maurice Merleau-Ponty in the categories of body and sexuality. From this dialogue, other goals were designed, namely: identify possible recurrences of the experience of bodies and queer sexualities, designed under Merleau-Ponty?s perspective, to the knowledge of Physical Education and reflect on this domain of knowledge using the notions of queer epistemology and esthesia. The study had as methodology the phenomenological attitude proposed by Merleau-Ponty and use the reduction as technic of research. Trying linking these thoughts we used the cinema of the Spanish director Pedro Almod?var as perceptive strategy, an exercise of look as possibility of reading the world and new ways of perceiving the human being. We appreciate three films, namely: All About My Mother (1999), The Skin I Live In (2011) and Bad Education (2004), which put us in touch with bodies and queer sexualities, with the body of esthesia, of the ecstasy, sensations and lived experiences, un type of art whose contours are not fixed or determinable, postulate by Merleau-Ponty. The philosopher, provide a rich conceptual view of the body and their sexual experience, extends and opens horizons of thought and reflection about queer experience, one experience indeterminate and contingent as a singular way of inhabiting the world. Those horizons opened by the philosopher and added to the queer perspective contribute to put in question the modes of knowledge production and the knowledge about body and sexuality in Physical Education. Finally, we point that this theoretical conversation give us clues to reflect about the reverberations of a queer epistemology for Physical Education usiging one type of knowledge guided by esthesia and sensitivity as marks of another scientific rationality.

Partindo de uma epistemologia Queer, este trabalho teve por objetivo identificar e analisar os fatores que culminaram no recente crescimento do MMA feminino no Brasil, com foco nas questões relativas à performatização de gênero das lutadoras e nas representações midiáticas de gênero relativas a elas. Partiu-se de uma dimensão microestrutural, o universo do MMA feminino, para buscar compreender aspectos macrossociais que situam as estratégias pessoais dessas atletas em responder, via esporte, às mudanças significativas no campo das relações de gênero e das sexualidades não normativas no Brasil contemporâneo. Para tal, foi realizada uma etnografia multissituada com lutadoras brasileiras, online e também presencial. Verificou-se a predominância de atletas bastante jovens, pertencentes às classes populares e médias, que buscam no MMA uma forma de subsistência e a esperança de ascensão social. Há, também, um crescente fluxo de lutadoras brasileiras para os Estados Unidos da América, em busca de melhores condições de treinamento e maiores possibilidades de sucesso profissional. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Women's Mixed Martial Arts (WMMA) has been growing fast in the last years and its coronation happened with the implementation of the first pound division for women in the American Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), in 2013, a factor that strongly stimulated its growth and visibility around the world. Based on a Queer epistemology, this work aimed to identify and analyze the factors that culminated in the recent growth of WMMA in Brazil, focusing on issues related to gender performativity of female fighters and media representations of them. From a microstructural dimension, the female MMA universe, this research seeks to understand the macrosocial aspects that place personal strategies of these athletes in responding via sport to the significant changes in the field of non-normative genders and sexualities relations in contemporary Brazil. A multisited ethnography was performed with Brazilian female fighters, from physical ethnographic immersion in training and competitions as well as through televising and online follow-up. It was found a predominance of very young athletes, belonging to the popular and middle classes, who sought in MMA a way of subsistence and the hope of social ascension. There is also an increasing flow of Brazilian fighters to the United States of America that lies in the search for optimization of their trainings and greater possibilities for professional success. Por interrogar o modelo binário sexo/gênero, permite que se questione os discursos científicos envoltos em pressupostos de naturalização dos corpos. A deficiência, fora dos modelos reabilitativos, representaria per si um transgressão da “ordem anatômica”, ainda que seja reconhecida pelo modelo biomédico como o resultado de uma falha, congênita ou adquirida, que afetará o funcionamento “normal” do corpo ou de algumas de suas partes. A percepção de ambos os corpos recebe novos contornos quando de encontro à leitura de Judith Butler, para a qual, o lugar de patologização e abjeção conferido a estas experiências são resultado de práticas discursivas que estabelecem relações de poder que incidem sobre os corpos. Refletindo sobre as múltiplas possibilidades de experiências compreendidas a partir do feminino e considerando a posição de subalternidade conferida a esses corpos diante das normas hegemônicas, este trabalho se propõe a oportunizar um espaço de narrativa e análise para uma experiência pouco explorada academicamente: a experiência subjetiva de mulheres trans deficientes. Focalizando em especial os disability studies e suas possíveis interlocuções com a Teoria Queer como aporte teórico, foram realizadas entrevistas com três mulheres trans deficientes, sendo elas: duas portadoras de deficiência física e uma sensorial. Utilizou-se para a coleta de dados do método de História Oral Temática (Meihy, 1996). As análises de narrativas foram organizadas conforme a metodologia de Análise Textual Discursiva, destacando as categorias que recebem destaque na fala, constituindo 3 eixos de análise: (1) O transito como transgressão: da dificuldade de locomoção ao gênero itinerante. (2) O olhar como fonte de escárnio, reconhecimento e desejo. (3) A mulher como poder. Esta pesquisa possui um caráter qualitativo e exploratório, e tem como pretensão, ampliar e fomentar novas produções e discussões relacionadas às noções de feminilidade, corpo e sexualidade a partir da subjetividade trans em interface com a deficiência. / The transsexual experience is a highlighted theme in the current academic context, being portrayed as a complex phenomenon, which presupposes an incompatibility between gender and biological sex. By questioning the binary sex/gender model, it is allowed to question the scientific speeches wrapped in body naturalization presumptions. Disability, out of rehabilitative model, would represent, per se, a transgressions of the “anatomic order”, even if recognized by the biomedical model as the result of a flaw, either congenital or acquired, that will affect the “normal” functioning of the body or of some of its parts. The perception of both bodies acquire new outlining when facing the reading of Judith Butler, for whom the place of pathologization and abjection conferred to these experiences are the result of speech practices that establish power relations that act upon the bodies. Reflecting upon the multiple possibilities of experiences, understood on the basis of feminine, and considering the subordinate position conferred to these bodies in the face of the hegemonic rules, this work aims to create a space of narrative and analysis for an experience that has been little explored academically: the subjective experience of disabled trans women. Focusing, specially, on the disability studies and its possible interlocutions with the Queer theory as theoretical basis, interviews with three disabled trans women were made, being them: two physically disabled women and a sensorial disabled one. For data collection, we made use of the Thematic Oral History method (Meihy, 1996).The analyses of the narratives were organized according to the Discursive Textual Analysis, highlighting the categories that are prominent in the speech, constituting 3 analysis axes: (1) Transit as transgression: from walking difficulties to the itinerant genre. (2) The eyes as a source of scorn, recognition, and desire. (3) The woman as power. This research has a qualitative and exploratory nature, intending to expand and foment new works and discussions regarding the notions of femininity and sexuality from the interface between transgender subjectivity and disability

Para tal considerou-se relevante tomar como fio condutor as afetações binárias e heteronormativas proporcionadas pela experiência da pesquisadora quando esteve no papel de espectadora, permitindo-se assim, analisar a desconstrução do conceito de gênero na perspectiva queer. Ao assistir a referida peça, a espectadora foi surpreendida pela surpresa dramática da trama, o que a fez, enquanto estudiosa do tema, perceber que a heteronormatividade não era uma abstração que operava fora, mas que a incorporava interiormente e sob a qual se via vetor de seus efeitos. Partindo desta vivência e do encontro entre abstrações e consequências reais, desenvolvemos este trabalho que exigiu uma forma distinta de escrita que não é linear, e pretende contemplar um experimentar das questões que analisa, porém o objetivo desta dissertação não se restringe às questões queers. Ela também abrange as relações dicotômicas no interior da pesquisa, como sujeito / objeto, na qual, a participação como forma de conhecimento sinaliza que o pesquisador não está resguardado em um patamar em que a realidade social não o atinja, afete, altere, e sob os quais, em muitos casos, ele mesmo auxilia a reprodução das construções sociais que outrora denuncia. Portanto neste percurso se assume as posições de sujeito e objeto, pois a pesquisadora está inserida num contexto que, ao mesmo tempo em que se desnudam questões sociais, também se vê produtora e vetor de suas causas. O campo de pesquisa tem duas unidades temporais: uma em 2010; e outra em 2013. Ambas complementam o trabalho, no qual, se apresentam práticas sexuais organizadas hierarquicamente, direcionando a sugerir que as categorias heterossexuais e homossexuais são atributos fictícios, utilizadas por estratégias que os agentes alocam de forma a reforçarem um status social. A partir dos efeitos do objeto desta pesquisa se revelam os espaços reservados para tais ficções, que por serem constituídas para definir a verdade última dos sujeitos têm, portanto, consequências reais. Este trabalho não enfatiza as práticas sexuais, mas as questões políticas e hierárquicas que organizam as sexualidades. Para dar conta desta empreitada que desconstrói não só gênero, como a própria linguagem binária que o sedimenta, utilizamos a etnografia desenvolvida por Favret-Saada e a questão da afetação como forma de produção de conhecimento, além da antropologia da experiência e performance de Turner. / This dissertation seeks to problematize gender issues from the experience of the researcher confronted with the theatrical play Agreste, to this it was considered relevant thread take as binary and heteronormative affectations provided by the experience of the researcher when he was in the role of spectator, thus allowing to analyze the deconstruction of gender in queer perspective. When watching that play, the spectator was surprised by the dramatic surprise of the plot, which made her as studious theme, realize that heteronormativity was not an abstraction that operated outside but that embodied within and beneath which by vector its effects. Based on this experience and the encounter between abstractions and real consequences, this study developed that required a distinct form of writing that is not linear, and is intended to address one experiment that examines the issues, but the goal of this dissertation is not limited to queer issues. It also covers the dichotomous relationships within the research as subject / object, in which the participation as a knowledge indicates that the researcher is not guarded at a level where social reality not reach, affect change, and under which, in many cases, it even helps the reproduction of social structures that once denounced. Therefore this path is assumed the positions of subject and object, because the researcher is embedded in a context that, while they undress social issues, also sees producer and vector causes. The field has two time units: one in 2010, and another in 2013. Both complement the work, which, if present sexual practices organized hierarchically, directing to suggest that heterosexual and homosexual categories are fictitious attributes, strategies used by agents to allocate in order to strengthen social status. From the effects of the object of this research is to reveal the placeholders such fictions, which are made to define the ultimate truth of the subject, therefore, have real consequences. This work does not emphasize the sexual practices, but political issues and hierarchical organizing sexualities. To take account of this endeavor that not only deconstructs gender as binary language itself that the sediments, we use ethnography developed by Favret-Saada and the issue of affectation as a form of knowledge production, beyond the anthropology of experience and Turner performance.
