The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of a university booklet as a type of publication, the concept of a university booklet is described, the main structural, content and visual-polygraphic features of the university advertising booklet are defined. The practical part of the research is devoted to the editorial analysis of advertising booklets of the directions of the preparation of the UMI UFU preparation on the basis of the theoretical part. The results of the analysis are the elaborated proposals for the improvement of the booklets of the directions of preparation of the university. References contains 63 sources.

Магистерская диссертация «Концепция сайта российского научного журнала» состоит из трех глав – теоретической, аналитической и практической, заключения и библиографического списка, включающего 88 наименований. Цель исследования – разработать универсальную концепцию сайта научного журнала. Объект: сайты российских научных журналов. Предмет: параметры сайтов российских научных журналов. В первой главе диссертации изучено понятие сайта как издательского продукта и отражена его специфика. Сайт представлен как комплекс сведений, состоящий из концепции, проработанного понимания целевой аудитории, семантического ядра, структуры, дизайна и контента. В ходе изучения были сопоставлены основные черты изданий и сайтов для определения зоны работы специалистов издательского дела, а также обозначены ключевые различия между этими информационными продуктами. Во второй главе представлен редакторский анализ сайтов российских научных журналов, в результате которого было выяснено состояние 50 сайтов научных журналов, оценена их эффективность и приведена характеристика внешнего вида, структуры и юзабилити. В итоге были обнаружены достоинства и недостатки сайтов научных журналов, которые были учтены при разработке универсальной концепции. В третьей главе предложена универсальная концепция сайта научного журнала, которую можно использовать при разработке конкретного проекта сайта журнала с учетом проработки указанных в концепции аспектов, зависящих исключительно от тематического направления будущего СМИ, предпочтений и возможностей его разработчиков и учредителей. / The master thesis "The concept of the site of the Russian scientific journal" consists of three chapters – theoretical, analytical and practical, conclusion and bibliography, which includes 88 titles. The purpose of the study is to develop a universal concept for a scientific journal site. Object: sites of Russian scientific journals. Subject: site parameters of Russian scientific journals. In the first chapter of the thesis, the concept of a site as a publishing product is studied and its specificity is reflected. The site is presented as a complex of information consisting of a concept, a well-developed understanding of the target audience, a semantic core, structure, design and content. During the study, the main features of publications and websites were compared to determine the working area of publishing specialists, and the key differences between these information products were identified. The second chapter presents an editorial analysis of the sites of Russian scientific journals, as a result of which the status of 50 sites of scientific journals was determined, their effectiveness was evaluated and the characteristics of appearance, structure and usability were given. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of scientific journal sites were discovered, which was taken into account when developing a universal concept. The third chapter proposes a universal concept of a scientific journal site, which can be used for developing a specific project of a journal site, taking into account the development of aspects specified in the concept that depend solely on the thematic direction of the future media, preferences and capabilities of its developers and founders.

В магистерской диссертации «Школьная газета и ее лендинг в контексте медиаобразовательной практики» мы провели исследование в медиаобразовательной сфере деятельности. Диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, приложений и списка литературы, состоящего из 38 наименований. Первая часть является теоретической основой исследования и содержит исторический экскурс. Мы рассматриваем становление и развитие юнкоровских газет с начала ХХ века. Именно с этого периода начинается формирование современного медиаобразования. Вторая часть работы включает в себя практическую часть исследования и состоит из двух глав. Мы рассматриваем и анализируем деятельность школьного пресс - центра газеты «Миг» МАОУ «СОШ № 54» в рамках современного медиаобразования. Результатом нашего исследования является план дальнейшей работы с рекомендациями по организации и выпуску печатной версии газеты, а также разработанный лендинг, который является стартом для будущего полноценного сайта редакции изученной газеты. Объект нашего исследования: медиаобразовательная деятельность в школе. Предмет исследования: школьная газета как форма медиаобразовательной деятельности. Новоуральска. / In the master 's thesis "School Newspaper and its Lending in the Context of Media Education Practice," we conducted a study in the media education sphere of activity. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, annexes and a list of literature consisting of 38 titles. The first part is the theoretical basis of the study and contains a historical excursion. We consider the formation and development of young correspondents newspapers since the beginning of the 20th century. It is from this period that the formation of modern media education begins. The second part of the work includes the practical part of the study and consists of two chapters. We consider and analyze the activities of the school press center of the school 54 newspaper "MIG" within the framework of modern media education. The result of our research is a plan for further work with recommendations for the organization and production of a printed version of the newspaper, as well as a developed lendering, which is the start for the future full-fledged editorial site of the studied newspaper. The object is the media educational activity in school. Subject of study: a school newspaper as a form of media education activity. The aim: to study the peculiarities of the work of the editorial office of the newspaper in the modern Russian school within the framework of media education activities, and to create a lendingof of the "MIG" newspaper.

Целью работы является исследование концептуальных особенностей книжной серии ИД «Коммерсантъ» как редакторского продукта и инструмента продвижения издательского дома в Екатеринбурге. Объектом исследования в данной работе является серия книг издательского дома «Коммерсантъ» об истории Екатеринбурга. Предметом – концептуальные особенности серии книг ИД «Коммерсантъ». Магистерская диссертация «Концептуальные особенности книжной серии ИД "Коммерсантъ" об истории Екатеринбурга» состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, приложения и библиографического списка, включающего 74 наименования. В первой главе исследования изучены различные точки зрения на определение серийного издания, книжная серия охарактеризована как вид издания, рассмотрены особенности редакторской подготовки, выявлены основные концептуальные особенности книжной серии, а также проанализированы маркетинговые понятия издательского имиджа и бренда. На основе проведенной исследовательской работы был составлен план анализа серийных изданий. Во второй главе диссертации на основе разработанного плана проведен практический анализ эмпирического материала – книжной серии об истории Екатеринбурга издательского дома «Коммерсантъ-Урал» (далее – ИД «Коммерсантъ»). В результате практического анализа выявлены концептуальные особенности книжной серии ИД «Коммерсантъ», позволяющие выделить данную серию в особый вид серийного издания, который имеет определенные содержательные, структурные, композиционно-художественные и маркетинговые характеристики. Было выявлено, что серия книг как редакторский продукт может выступать инструментом формирования издательского бренда и создавать определенный имидж издательского дома. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы другими издательствами для продвижения собственного издательского бренда или разработки эксклюзивной книжной серии, а также в процессе обучения студентов бакалавриата и магистратуры по специальности «Издательское дело». / The aim of the work is to study the conceptual features of the book series of Kommersant Publishing House as an editorial product and a tool for promoting a publishing house in Yekaterinburg. The object of research in this work is a series of books by the Kommersant publishing house on the history of Yekaterinburg. The subject is the conceptual features of a series of books by Kommersant Publishing House. The master's thesis "Conceptual features of the Kommersant Publishing House book series on the history of Yekaterinburg" consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, an appendix, and a bibliographic list that includes 74 titles. In the first chapter of the study, various points of view on the definition of a serial publication are studied, the book series is characterized as a type of publication, the features of editorial training are examined, the main conceptual features of the book series are identified, and the marketing concepts of the publishing image and brand are analyzed. Based on the research work, a plan for the analysis of serial publications was compiled. In the second chapter of the dissertation, on the basis of the developed plan, a practical analysis of empirical material is carried out - a book series on the history of Yekaterinburg of the Kommersant-Ural publishing house (hereinafter - Kommersant Publishing House). As a result of practical analysis, the conceptual features of the Kommersant Publishing House book series have been identified, which make it possible to distinguish this series in a special type of serial publication, which has certain substantial, structural, compositional, artistic and marketing characteristics. It was revealed that a series of books as an editorial product can act as a tool for forming a publishing brand and create a certain image of a publishing house. The results of the study can be used by other publishers to promote their own publishing brand or to develop an exclusive book series, as well as in the process of training undergraduate and graduate students in the specialty of Publishing.

L'identité de la littérature roumaine: écrivains, éditeurs et lecteurs à la fin du XIXe siècle et au début du XXe siècle / Romanian literary identity: writers, publishers and readers in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries

Notre recherche a examiné un phénomène communicationnel susceptible d’éclairer le processus de la modernisation de la société roumaine au tournant des XIXe et XXe siècles :il s’agit de la transformation de l’édition d’une société manufacturière dans « une proto-industrie culturelle » et de la création d’une sphère publique dans ce monde en constante redéfinition. Le rapport entre la croissance des biens culturels produits par les éditeurs et celle de l’intérêt des individus pour la lecture est le centre de notre recherche. Autrement dit, nous avons évalué la fonction sociale de la littérature roumaine et le rôle des livres sur le marché des produits culturels et informationnels. L’intervalle relativement long, de 1880 à 1914, nous a permis de confronter les données spécifiques à la production de littérature d’une manière diachronique, en analysant les stratégies économiques et politiques des acteurs et aussi les conflits résultant des rapports de pouvoir entre ceux-ci. L’analyse des conditions de ces mutations a déterminé les rôles sociaux des instances, les dialogues, les confrontations entre les acteurs et les publics. Nous avons identifié une crise de la littérature roumaine originelle qui a mobilisé une sorte d’internationalisation de la production littéraire. La concurrence des biens, des marchandises culturelles « importées » de l’Occident sous la forme des traductions ou des reformulations est l’un des « potentiateurs » de la création littéraire autochtone. <p>Les lectures croisées de documents (plans éditoriaux, correspondance, presse, journaux intimes et professionnels, etc.) et de sources secondaires (histoires littéraires, travaux de critique, manuels, etc.) nous ont permis de suivre l’évolution des intentions, des objectifs, des réalités et des conséquences sur ce qu’on considère l’histoire officielle de la littérature. Les différences entre les étapes démontrent, d’une manière assez exacte, les degrés de pouvoir des forces impliquées dans la production du canon littéraire ;elles illustrent aussi l’emprise croissante de l’idéologie sur le champ culturel à partir de la fin du XIXe siècle. L’analyse diachronique des parutions éditoriales à travers les 34 années étudiées reflète les changements des politiques culturelles de l’Etat. L’analyse appliquée à la politique éducationnelle de la discipline littérature roumaine nous a permis d’envisager une modification de la stratégie de l’Etat dans ce domaine et de questionner ses effets sur la création du patrimoine national. <p>Le littéraire, acteur central de notre recherche, nous a donné la possibilité d’instrumentaliser plusieurs notions appartenant à l’histoire du livre et de l’édition. De cette manière, les tensions présentes à l’intérieur de l’analyse historique de la littérature ont été transformées en sujet de réflexion, voire de rétablissement de certaines positions de domination. Le concept d’identité bibliographique est convoqué pour réaliser une lecture diachronique d’une époque. Nous avons identifié et analysé toute une série de problématiques passionnantes, telles les relations entre les instances impliquées dans la production, la circulation et la réception des livres littéraires durant la période 1880-1914.<p><p>The PhD thesis entitled The Romanian Literary Identity. Writers, Publishers and Readers in the Late Nineteenth and Early Twentieth Centuries examines a communication phenomenon, constituting a scientific enterprise that aims to clarify some aspects relating to the modernization of Romanian society during the Belle Époque: we have in mind the transformation of the “publishing house” from a business dealing with handmade items into a “proto-industrial culture” and the creation of a public sphere in a world constantly seeking to define itself. The relationship between the increasing number of cultural goods produced by publishers and the growing interest in reading among the people represents a main focus of this research. In other words, we tried to assess the social function of Romanian literature and the role of books on the market for cultural and informational products. By choosing a fairly long period of time (1880-1914), we were able to confront the data pertaining to literary production in a diachronic manner, analyzing the economic and political strategies of the “actors”, as well as the conflicts arising from the power relations between those actors. The analysis of the circumstances surrounding the transformations undergone by the Romanian cultural area enabled us to determine more clearly the social roles of the participants, the interactions and confrontations between actors and audiences. We could identify a crisis of the original Romanian literature, a crisis that fostered the “internationalization” of the literary production. The competition between cultural goods “imported” from the West in the form of translations or adaptations was one of the factors enhancing local literary production. <p>The cross-reading of documents (editorial plans, correspondence, press, personal and professional diaries etc.) allowed us to evaluate the evolution of the intentions, goals, realities and consequences of the official history of Romanian literature (which has its origins in this period). The differences between these stages revealed the power statuses of the forces involved in producing the literary canon; they also showed the growing influence of ideology on the cultural field since the end of the nineteenth century. The diachronic analysis of the titles published in the 34 years under scrutiny reflects the changes ocurring in the cultural policies of the state. The educational strategies concerning Romanian literature as a field of study revealed the state’s attitude change towards this area, which enabled us to assess the effects on the development of the “national literary heritage”.<p>The literary field, the central actor of our research, opened the possibility to operationalize several concepts pertaining to the history of book publishing. Thus, the tensions existing within the historical analysis of literature were transformed into a subject of reflection, even re-establishing some positions of dominance. The notion of bibliographical identity was employed in order to do a diachronic reading of the era.<p>The research conducted for this dissertation gave us the opportunity to identify and analyze a range of exciting issues, such as the relationship between the participants involved in the production, dissemination and reception of literary works between 1880 and 1914.<p> / Doctorat en Langues et lettres / info:eu-repo/semantics/nonPublished

The aim of the submitted dissertation is to offer a complete bibliographical list of the documented Hebrew and Yiddish production of Prague Jewish printing houses between 1512 and 1672. The list is based on an original and detailed description of the identified editions, including paratexts, types and decorative elements. The introductory synthetic study examines the published production from the viewpoint of its language, contents and genres and the identity of its intended recipients; the motivations of its publishers, as well as their possible orientation towards specific types of texts; the standards, methods and goals of editorial work; the function of rabbinical approbations, protection of publishers rights and control of the published matter by Jewish authorities, and the measure in which the printed body of texts reflects the spiritual and intellectual interests of the readers. The typological and typographical analysis of types and decorative elements serves to attribute the undated and anonymous imprints to specific printing houses and printers, whose complete production is listed and whose activities, social position or economic possibilities are also briefly characterized. 'More than America': some New Zealand responses to American culture in the mid-twentieth century.

This thesis focuses on a transformational but disregarded period in New Zealand’s twentieth century history, the era from the arrival of the Marines in 1942 to the arrival of Rock Around the Clock in 1956. It examines one of the chief agents in this metamorphosis: the impact of American culture. During this era the crucial conduits of that culture were movies, music and comics. The aims of my thesis are threefold: to explore how New Zealanders responded to this cultural trinity, determine the key features of their reactions and assess their significance. The perceived modernity and alterity of Hollywood movies, musical genres such as swing, and the content and presentation of American comics and ‘pulps’, became the sources of heated debate during the midcentury. Many New Zealanders admired what they perceived as the exuberance, variety and style of such American media. They also applauded the willingness of the cultural triptych to appropriate visual, textual and musical forms and styles without respect for the traditional classifications of cultural merit. Such perceived standards were based on the privileged judgements of cultural arbiters drawn from members of New Zealand’s educational and civic elites. Key figures within these elites insisted that American culture was ‘low’, inferior and commodified, threatening the dominance of a sacrosanct, traditional ‘high’culture. Many of them also maintained that these American cultural imports endangered both the traditionally British nature of our cultural heritage, and New Zealand’s distinctively ‘British’ identity. Many of these complaints enfolded deeper objections to American movies, music and literary forms exemplified by comics and pulps. Significant intellectual and civic figures portrayed these cultural modes as pernicious and malignant, because they were allegedly the product of malignant African-American, Jewish and capitalist sources, which threatened to poison the cultural and social values of New Zealanders, especially the young. In order to justify such attitudes, these influential cultural guardians portrayed the general public as an essentially immature, susceptible, unthinking and puritanical mass. Accordingly, this public, supposedly ignorant of the dangers posed by American culture, required the intervention and protection of members of this elite. Responses to these potent expressions of American culture provide focal points which both illuminate and reflect wider social, political and ideological controversies within midcentury New Zealand. Not only were these reactions part of a process of comprehension and negotiation of new aesthetic styles and media modes. They also represent an arena of public and intellectual contention whose significance has been neglected or under-valued. New Zealanders’ attitudes towards the new cinematic, literary and musical elements of American culture occurred within a rich and revealing socio-political and ideological context. When we comment on that culture we reveal significant features of our own national and cultural selves.

La thèse se propose d’abord de redéfinir la notion de conversion. L’analyse du droit positif montre que la définition classique de la conversion, comme l’opération qui consiste à tirer d’un acte nul un acte nouveau valable, peut s’élargir à un double point de vue. On ne s’était occupé que de la conversion des actes juridiques ; on a découvert qu’elle peut être étendue aux actes instrumentaires. Dans le même sens, on n’avait envisagé qu’une cause de la conversion, la nullité d’un acte ; on admet aujourd’hui qu’elle pouvait opérer à la suite d’une cause survenant a posteriori, à l’instar de la caducité, la prescription, la forclusion et la résolution. La conversion peut, dès lors, être définie comme la technique qui donne effet, par la volonté de la loi ou du juge, à un acte juridique, qui n’a pu se former, à cause d’un vice originaire, ou qui n’a pu survivre, en raison d’une cause survenant a posteriori, lorsque les éléments qui demeurent correspondent à la définition d’une figure juridique nouvelle, satisfaisant l’objectif économique poursuivi par les parties.La thèse se propose également de moderniser ou de rénover le régime de la conversion. La conversion modernisée exige l’intervention active du juge pour vérifier que les conditions de la conversion sont réunies, mais aussi et surtout pour se prononcer sur son opportunité. La conversion place de la sorte le juge au rang de véritable formateur ou de « faiseur» du contrat. Les analyses doctrinales qui présentent la conversion comme reposant sur une prétendue volonté virtuelle des parties sont artificielles. Il n’y a pas cependant lieu de diaboliser l’office du juge en prétendant que la conversion est un procédé exorbitant et autoritaire. Les inquiétudes que peut faire naître l’accroissement du rôle du juge dans la conversion s’apaisent dès lors que le juge est tenu de puiser les éléments de l’acte nouveau dans l’acte initial. Elles doivent encore être tempérées par la recherche constante d’un acte nouveau qui répond au but initialement voulu par les parties.L’ambition de cette thèse était donc double : la redéfinition de la notion de conversion, d’une part et la rénovation de son régime, d’autre part. Au regard de cette analyse renouvelée, la conversion est vouée à un avenir prospère en tant que technique tendant au sauvetage des actes juridiques. / The thesis proposes to redefine the notion of conversion. The analysis of positive law shows that the classical definition of conversion, such as (like) the operation which consists in drawing from a null act a valid new act, may be extended from a double point of view. All that had been done was the conversion of legal acts; it has been discovered that it can be extended to instrumental acts. In the same sense, there had been contemplated only one cause of conversion, the nullity of an act; it is now accepted that it could operate as a result of a case arising a posteriori, like the lapse, the prescription, the foreclosure and the resolution. Conversion may, therefore, be defined as the technique which gives effect, by the will of the law or the judge, to a legal act which has not been formed because of an original defect or which Was able to survive because of a posteriori cause when the elements which remain correspond to the definition of a new legal figure satisfying the economic objective pursued by the parties.The thesis also proposes to modernize or renovate the regime of conversion. The modernized conversion requires the active intervention of the judge to verify that the conditions of the conversion are met, but also and especially to decide on its expediency. Conversion thus places the judge at the rank of true trainer or "maker" of the contract. The doctrinal analyzes which present conversion as based on an alleged virtual will of the parts are artificial. There is, however, no need to demonize the office of the judge by claiming that conversion is an exorbitant and authoritarian process. The anxiety which may arise from the increase of the role of the judge in conversion is appeased as soon as the judge is obliged to draw the elements of the new act into the original act. They have yet to be tempered by the constant search for a new act which responds to the original purpose of the parties.The ambition of this thesis was therefore twofold: the redefinition of the notion of conversion on the one hand and the regeneration of its regime on the other. In view of this renewed analysis, conversion is destined for a prosperous future as a technique for the rescue of legal acts.
