[pt] A crítica do sujeito na arqueologia de Michel Foucault tem, como foco principal, a investigação da emergência histórica das ciências humanas e a teorização da história arqueológica realizadas por Foucault respectivamente em Les mots et les choses e em Larchéologie du savoir. Essa dissertação procura desenvolver uma leitura sistemática da crítica que o filósofo francês faz à noção de sujeito no período em que concentra seus esforços na realização de uma história filosófica denominada arqueológica. Para tanto, foi necessário, primeiramente, além de reunir elementos da crítica empreendida por Foucault ao humanismo presente na filosofia moderna, explicar em que consiste o método histórico-filosófico denominado arqueológico, para, em seguida, tematizar a tentativa de uma, por assim dizer, desconstrução crítica da filosofia do sujeito moderno, tal como realizada por Foucault nas obras analisadas ao longo dessa pesquisa. / [en] The criticism of subject in Michel Foucaults archaeology, specially as shown in Les mots et les choses and L archéologie du savoir, has its focus on the investigation into the historical emergency of human sciences and the theoretical attempt to elaborate what the french philosopher calls an archeological history. This work intends to develop a systematic reading on Foucaults criticism of the notion of subject in the period in which the achievement of a new philosophical history an archeological history is his main concern. Considering this, we must not only put togheter the essential points of Foucaults criticism towards modern philosophical humanism, but also explain the foundations of his archeological method. The next step is an attempt to analize what could be called the critical deconstruction of the modern subject-philosophy achieved by Foucault in the works above.

Ošetřovatelství v rozvoji moderních léčebných metod u pacientů s fibrilací síní / Nursing in the development of modern treatment methods for patients with atrial fibrillation

The current period is characterized by profound scientific and technological progress not only in the medicine but also in the field of nursing, which is now based more on scientific knowledge than ever before. Nursing as a science requires professionally trained nurses providing high quality nursing care. Therefore, the development of modern medicine, particularly in the field of cardiology, justifies the need to change the perception and status of nurses with respect to patient care together with strengthening the prestige and status of nurses in society. The main research intention of the dissertation was to determine how the nursing behaviour in connection with the procedure of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) due to atrial fibrillation (AF) is perceived by nurses and patients, what is the impact of the RFA on the life quality of patients with AF, and what is the level of education in patients with AF. To meet these goals the research, the empirical part was divided into two phases. In the first phase, a non-standardized questionnaire was used, role of which was to assess the needs of patients with AF before and after RFA comparing baseline and 1 year follow-up data. In the second phase, which only examined the conditions 1 year after the RFA, a standardized questionnaire CBI - 24 (Caring Behaviour Inventory) was additionally used together with another form with questions investigating education of patients. Further data were obtained from nurses taking care for patients during the medical intervention. The research results show that quality of life of patients with AF before ablation was reduced. Patients´ most common problem areas included pain, physical and mental problems. Our research also showed that if we compared meeting patients´ physical and mental needs, meeting physical needs was evaluated better. Another area under consideration was the education of patients. Evaluated results showed the fact that education was focused on its content rather than its form. Evaluation of the perception of nursing care from the perspective of patients and nurses was the last part of the research. The results of the survey showed that nurses evaluated technical competence better than the humanistic approach to patients. It was also discovered that patients evaluated areas focused on performance of nurses better than creating a relationship of security and safety for patients. Finally, the results indicated that communication is also problematic area. We managed to meet the set goals and gain both theoretical and practical recommendations. Analyzing the results, we found out that there is a need to support humanistic approach in nursing care for cardiac patients, communication and education.

After a brief historical background, in which we seek to contextualize the evolution of human rights on the world stage, we will outline the concepts of human development, the right to development and the right to development. The context of the present research is positive law, understood as the system of juridical norms, organized hierarchically, based on the values that comprise the integral development of the human person and human dignity. Le but de cette thèse est d’examiner comment les artistes de la Renaissance, dits humanistes, ont proposé des interprétations nouvelles de la vision du monde au moment où les découvertes récentes de la cosmologie ont lieu, et également dans quelle mesure la force suggestive des images va de pair avec les conceptions de l’univers, lequel est d’ailleurs considéré par E. Panofsky, historiquement et logiquement comme la première œuvre d’art et le prototype de toutes. C’est pourquoi il importe de reconstituer, sous l’angle d’un certain prisme spéculatif, les fluctuations de la configuration spatiale dans les peintures de la Renaissance européennes. / The aim of this study is to examine how the artists of the Renaissance, known as the humanists, have proposed some news interpretations of the vision of the world when the recent discoveries oh the cosmology have happened, and equally how much the suggestive force of images go hand in hand with the conceptions of the universe, which is moreover considered by E. Panofsky, historically and logically as the primary work of art and the prototype of all. Si la théologie chez de Lubac est une théologie d’occasion, son humanisme est un humanisme converti, converti au Christ ! Il y a chez H. de Lubac une véritable quête d’un humanisme authentique qui ne soit pas contre l’homme, mais pour l’homme, ce que seule la foi au Christ peut garantir. C’est la raison pour laquelle notre auteur envisage l’humanisme comme tourné vers la religion la plus humaine, à savoir la religion du Verbe Incarné. Car ce concept d’humanisme, uni à une trop grande survalorisation de l’homme, verse rapidement dans une dérive anthropologique. Dans l’humanisme chrétien, c’est moins l’existence de l’homme que sa vocation qui est mise en valeur. D’autre part, il existe une connexion entre la singularité de la personne et la solidarité de l’humanité. L’humanisme chrétien déjoue toutes les formes d’individualisme et de collectivisme en contemplant le Christ sous les modes de la densité et de l’unité. La conception de l’humanisme revêt chez Lubac une densité ontologique et une fécondité. Si le sage antique est un être séparé parce que sa contemplation reste solitaire, le saint, dans le Christ, travaille à la transfiguration définitive de l’Univers. Lubac dresse le constat selon lequel le Christ ne peut être dépassé puisque c’est en lui que tout est accompli. L’évènement Jésus-Christ joue un rôle décisif pour l’humanité, c’est le principe du « Tout en tous ». / If the theology at Lubac is a theology of opportunity, its humanism is a converted humanism, converted to the Christ! There is at H. de Lubac a real quest of an authentic humanism which is not against the man, but for the man, what only the faith to the Christ can guarantee. It is the reason why our author envisages the humanism turned to the most human religion, worth knowing the religion of the Embodied Verb. Because this concept of humanism, united with a too big overestimation of the man, quickly overturns into an anthropological drift. In the Christian humanism, it is less the existence of the man than his vocation which is highlighted. On the other hand, there is a connection between the peculiarity of the person and the solidarity of the humanity. The Christian humanism thwarts all the forms of individualism and collectivism by contemplating the Christ under the modes of the density and the unity. The conception of the humanism dresses at Lubac an ontological density and a fertility. If the antique wise person is a separate being because his pondering remains solitary, the saint, in the Christ, works on the definitive metamorphosis of the Universe. Lubac draws up the report according to which the Christ cannot be exceeded because it is in him that everything is carried out. The event Jesus Christ plays a decisive role for the humanity, it is the principle of " Quite there all ".

« Une femme peut bien s’armer de hardiesse ». La tragédie française et le féminin entre 1537 et 1583 / French Tragedy and Femininity between 1537 and 1583

Ce travail a pour vocation d’interroger, dans un corpus de pièces françaises compris entre 1537 et 1583, la spécificité de la présence féminine en tragédie et son rôle dans l’élaboration de l’esthétique tragique, supposée entre autres à partir du constat de la préférence des premiers dramaturges pour les héroïnes. Nous examinons la place du féminin et ses enjeux à trois niveaux différents. Tout d’abord, nous étudions les textes théoriques et paratextes qui définissent la tragédie. Dans ce cadre, nous ne trouvons aucune association explicite du tragique et du féminin, néanmoins le féminin y est défini de manière problématique, entre nécessité de la norme (la convenance) et constat de la transgression (Electra qui émerveille par sa virilité). Ensuite, dans les textes eux-mêmes, nous observons une profusion de discours des personnages portant sur la question du féminin. Bien souvent, les lieux communs sont convoqués pour mieux marquer le décalage de l’héroïne avec les femmes du commun ; parfois, le cas de l’héroïne est même utilisé pour contester le lieu commun. Dès lors, nous étudions enfin l’action des femmes sur la scène tragique en la comparant à celle des hommes : l’étude de la spécificité des rôles féminins dans l’intrigue, du type de jeu et de spectacle qu’elles mettent en place, celle de leur effet moral et idéologique sur le spectateur enfin, nous permettent de redéfinir l’héroïsme féminin dans le corpus. Étant donné que la tragédie se construit, d’après nous, sur la recherche de l’action extraordinaire, les héroïnes, plus admirables justement parce qu’elles appartiennent au sexe faible, paraîtraient d’abord plus favorables à la renaissance de la tragédie à l’antique de langue française et lui conféreraient ainsi ses premiers traits. / From a study of a corpus of French plays written 1537-1583, this dissertation examines in detail the female presence in tragedy and its role in the development of the aesthetics of tragic drama. The place of the feminine and the issues arising from it are analyzed on three different levels. First, the theoretical and paratextual works that define tragedy were studied. In this corpus of work, no explicit association between the tragic and the feminine is found. However, the feminine is defined throughout in a problematic way, between the necessity to conform to the norm (the decorum) and the evidence of departures from this norm (Electra will amaze because of her virility). Secondly, within the plays themselves, there are many speeches made by the characters pertaining to the question of femininity. Frequently, the common norms are referenced in order to better differentiate between the heroine and ordinary women; on occasion, the case of the heroine herself is used to contest more strongly the common norms. Finally, the action of the women in the tragic dramas is compared to that of the men. This entails the study of the roles of females in the plot, of the style of acting and performance required of them, of their moral and ideological effect on the audience, all of which allows for a redefinition of female heroism in the corpus. Given that tragic drama is constructed, in this author’s view, from the quest for extraordinary action, these heroines, all the more admirable precisely because they belong to the weaker sex, would primarily appear to be highly favorable for the successful revival of French classical tragedy, thus conferring upon it its first characteristics.

Restless with the tactics of prevention and solution of conflicts that are being proposed by the restorative justice, we look forward to comprehend language elements and their operation on a modality of meeting called Restorative Circle , usually considered the main part of restorative procedures. More specifically, this work deals with the possibility of finding, in restorative practices carried out on oficial justice system, what Ponzio understands by other word , a singular and free word, marked by the right of otherness. Thus, the objective of this work consists in put ourselves listening to other word on restorative practices inserted in a context dominated by retributive justice, hegemonic view in judiciary system. To do this work, we take as its central signical materiality audio and video records from two Restorative Circles that occurred in 2009, by the Programa Justiça para o Século XXI (Justice for the 21 Century Program), by the Central of Restorative Practices Court of Childhood and Youth, to support the activities of the Third Pole of Regional Court of Childhood and Youth in Porto Alegre, instance that is responsible by the execution of social and educational measures. The comprehensions of the texts are based on the theoreticalmethodological assumptions suggested by Bakhtin Circle, which are here developed according to the evidenciary research paradigm proposed by Ginzburg. Considering the interpretive path we have traced in this research, we divided the methodology in two great parts: steps of selection and steps of comprehension. The first one comprises a set of necessary actions on the beginning of this research, envolving, to this the selection of objective reality, from the choosing of the central materialities to the checking of the research feasibility. The second one refers to the set of methodological guidelines adopted to guide the comprehensions of the texts. This step was done based on the four necessary moments of analysis and interpretation of the texts proposed by Bakhtin and developed by Geraldi: 1) The perception of the material dimensions of sign in this work, the unity of perception was centered on the word as an ideological sign. 2) Its recognition. 3) The comprehension of its meaning in certain contexts. 4) The active-dialogic comprehension of the texts. Witht this work, we understand that the meeting of words in the Restorative Circles have ideological conditions and practices to contribute to both the deconstruction of the realities of the identity humanism, world view that sustains the dominant social relations, and the construction of a new humanism, the otherness one. Listening to the other word is a way tha could take to the humanization (the otherness humanism) of the social relations among victims, ofensors and their comunities of support, contribuiting, consequently, to the judiciary in order to reframe its actions. / Com esta pesquisa, oferecemos nossas contrapalavras a práticas de justiça restaurativa desenvolvidas em instâncias da justiça penal juvenil. Inquietos com as táticas de prevenção e de resolução de conflitos que vêm sendo propostas pela justiça restaurativa, buscamos compreender elementos da linguagem e seu funcionamento na modalidade de encontro denominada Círculo Restaurativo , normalmente considerada a principal parte dos procedimentos restaurativos. Mais especificamente, este trabalho ocupa-se da possibilidade de encontrar, em práticas restaurativas realizadas no sistema de justiça oficial, o que Ponzio entende por outra palavra , uma palavra livre e singular marcada pelo direito da alteridade. Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa consiste em colocar-se à escuta da outra palavra em práticas restaurativas inseridas em um contexto dominado pela justiça retributiva, visão hegemônica no poder judiciário. Para realizarmos este trabalho, tomamos como materialidades sígnicas centrais gravações brutas em áudio e vídeo de dois Círculos Restaurativos realizados em 2009, pelo Programa Justiça para o Século 21, por meio da Central de Práticas Restaurativas do Juizado da Infância e da Juventude, para subsidiar as atividades da 3ª Vara do Juizado Regional da Infância e da Juventude da Comarca de Porto Alegre, instância responsável pela execução de medidas socioeducativas. As compreensões dos textos fundamentam-se nos pressupostos teórico-metodológicos sugeridos pelo Círculo de Bakhtin, os quais são aqui desenvolvidos de acordo com o paradigma indiciário de pesquisa proposto por Ginzburg. Considerando o percurso interpretativo que traçamos nesta pesquisa, dividimos a metodologia em duas grandes partes: etapas de seleção e etapas de compreensão. A primeira abrange um conjunto de ações necessárias ao início propriamente dito desta pesquisa, envolvendo deste a seleção da realidade objetiva, passando pela escolha das materialidades centrais até a verificação da viabilidade da pesquisa. A segunda refere-se ao conjunto de orientações metodológicas adotadas para nortear as compreensões dos textos. Essa etapa foi realizada com base nos quatro momentos necessários à análise e à interpretação dos textos propostos por Bakhtin e desenvolvidos por Geraldi: 1) A percepção das dimensões materiais do signo - neste trabalho, a unidade de percepção foi centrada na palavra enquanto signo ideológico. 2) Seu reconhecimento. 3) A compreensão do seu significado em determinados contextos. 4) A compreensão ativo-dialógica dos textos. Com esse trabalho, entendemos que o encontro de palavras nos Círculos Restaurativos tem condições ideológicas e práticas para contribuir tanto com a desconstrução de realidades do humanismo da identidade, visão de mundo que sustenta as relações sociais dominantes, quanto com a construção de um novo humanismo, o da alteridade. A escuta da outra palavra é um caminho que pode levar à humanização (de humanismo da alteridade) das relações sociais entre vítimas, ofensores e suas comunidades de apoio, contribuindo consequentemente com o judiciário no sentido de ressignificar suas ações.

La translittération est la transcription, signe par signe, d’un système d’écriture vers un autre. Relevant à la fois de l’histoire, de la linguistique et de la science des écritures – ou grammatologie –, ce travail vise à dégager les enjeux de la notion récente de translittération, appliquée à une période où elle n’était pas encore formulée ainsi, la Renaissance française. Il délimite les domaines respectifs de la translittération, de la transcription, de la traduction et du saut de code. Cette thèse prend pour point de départ les découvertes récentes sur l’hébreu dans l’humanisme français et met à profit les avancées en archéologie et en sciences cognitives concernant l’histoire de l’alphabet latin et son appréhension par ses utilisateurs. Elle s’appuie sur un corpus d’alphabets, de grammaires et de bibles du XVIe siècle pour mettre en relation les dimensions diachronique et diatopique des systèmes d’écriture. Elle montre que la pratique de la conversion d’écriture s’appuie moins sur les caractéristiques de l’écriture d’origine que sur une extension considérable de l’écriture d’arrivée. / Transliteration is the transcription sign by sign from a writing system to another. Being a matter of history, linguistics and study of writing systems – or grammatology – this work aims at identifying the issues of the quite recent notion of transliteration, as applied to a period when it was not formulated in this way, the French Renaissance. It delineates the respective fields of transliteration, transcription, translation and code-switching. This thesis takes as a starting point the recent findings on Hebrew in the French humanism and makes use of the advances in archeology and in cognitive science regarding the history of the Latin alphabet and its understanding by its users. It relies on a corpus of alphabets, grammars and bibles of the 16th century to link the diachronic and diatopic dimensions of writing systems. It shows that conversion of scripts as a practice relies less on the specific features of the source script than on a considerable extension of the target script.

The influence of Marsilio Ficino (1433-1499) in the history of occidental thought is impressive. Besides having translated to Latin the important texts of the neoplatonic tradition, Ficino presided over the Academy of Careggi, congregating important humanists in the top of the Renaissance. His treatises on love, beauty, light, magic and immortality of the soul have influenced strongly the production of other thinkers. The subject of light is of fundamental importance among his works since it is deeply related with all the other aspects of his philosophy. For him, light is spiritual emanation that perpasses everything without staining itself. Al?m de ter traduzido para o latim textos importantes da tradi??o neoplat?nica, Ficino presidiu a Academia de Careggi, reunindo importantes humanistas no auge do Renascimento. Os seus tratados sobre amor, beleza, luz, magia e imortalidade da alma influenciaram marcantemente a produ??o de outros pensadores.
