This mental process once transfered to a piece of paper is called ?mind map?, which is the recommended tool to understand what was lived and to introduce school cartography. At schools, cartography taught by teachers goes through a lot of challenges, due to the complexity existed around it. However, when the 12th grade student H?h?h?i Patax? of the Indigenous State School draws a symbolic map of his territory and his pathway between his house and school, are there represented, symbolic aspects, identity and cultural aspects, from the most significant elements to him. This research aimed to learn from the mental maps and semi-structured interviews the perception that indigenous student from the mentioned village has about their ethnic territory and the place of experience, both categories of geographical analysis. The survey was conducted in three different moments: first, in order to identify prior knowlegde, students wererequested to produce two mind maps, depicting the route that they make from their homes to school and of the territory of the village; the second was the pedagogical mediation performed by this teacher/researcher during Five meetings with didactic sequences about school cartography. At the last moment of post-mediation, once again, students were requested to produce the two mind maps, in order to compare them, then checking what changes occurred. The approach methodology used was the phenomenological, grounded in Humanistic Geography, with emphasis on Spatial Perception. To analyze the data, Semiotics was used in an attempt to understand the sign and phenomenology, the phenomenon, from a descriptive analysis of the drawings and their comprehension by the students? explanations. After analyzing the data it can be concluded that in the drawings of the mind maps were present, not only the representation of the place and territory, but also the cartographic language empowerment, via the use of conventional cartographic elements as well as the perception representation enrichment, in which the lived world becomes of salutary importance for meaningful learning. / Durante as atividades realizadas no cotidiano, produzimos mentalmente percursos e/ou caminhos, repletos de informa??es. Este processo mental, quando transferido para o papel, denomina-se ?mapa mental?, ferramenta indicada, principalmente para a compreens?o do vivido e introdu??o para o estudo da Cartografia Escolar. Nas escolas, o ensino de Cartografia, realizado pelos professores ainda enfrenta in?meros desafios, visto a complexidade que existe em seu entorno. No entanto, quando o aluno Patax? H?h?h?i, do 3? ano, do Ensino M?dio, do Col?gio Estadual Ind?gena, desenha o mapa do seu territ?rio simb?lico e do percurso que ele realiza entre a sua casa e a escola, est? ali representado, aspectos simb?licos, identit?rios e culturais, a partir dos elementos mais significativos para ele. Nesta pesquisa objetivou-se saber, atrav?s dos mapas mentais e da entrevista semiestruturada, qual a percep??o que o aluno ind?gena, da referida aldeia possui acerca do seu territ?rio ?tnico e do lugar de viv?ncia, ambas as categorias de an?lise geogr?fica. A pesquisa foi realizada em tr?s momentos distintos: primeiro, no intuito de identificar os conhecimentos pr?vios, foi solicitado aos alunos que produzissem dois mapas mentais, representando o percurso que eles fazem da sua casa at? a escola e do territ?rio da aldeia; o segundo foi a media??o pedag?gica, realizada por este professor/pesquisador, durante cinco encontros, com Sequ?ncias Did?ticas sobre Cartografia Escolar. No ?ltimo momento, de p?s-media??o foi solicitado, novamente, aos alunos que produzissem os dois mapas mentais, a fim de compar?-los, verificando quais altera??es ocorreram. O m?todo de abordagem utilizado foi o fenomenol?gico, alicer?ado na vertente da Geografia Humanista, com ?nfase na Percep??o Geogr?fica. It also establishes a rescue of the genesis of the meaning of labor and its legal consecration from the universal acceptance of human rights in all their dimensions, aiming to realize its corresponding goal, the dignity of the human person. This paper argues that it is entitled to Law establish a new vision of human labor, pillar of a humanistic capitalism, which values what men have as innate and external: their workforce, respecting the dignity of the human person by the composition embodied in the dimensions of human rights of freedom, equality and fraternity. It deals with the meeting with prisoner in the search for the rescue of the human being dignity, discovering the being that finds annulled by backwards of the prison. The current debate on the prisoners in Brazil has as focus the creation of efficient strategies in the combat to the criminal acts, not being worried in understanding the historical and social conditions in the context in which such acts develop. Our objective was to reach an understanding of the experience of the prisoner in the situation of freedom deprivation in Natal (RN) city. Its significant social relevance meets in emphasized thematic which intends to be revealing of the not-said one of these citizens. The epistemological space and the vision of adopted human being support in the humanist ideas of the Centered Approach in the Person and construct self, central nucleus of the personality theory proposal by Carl Rogers. We opt to the phenomenological method as way of access to the singularity of the experience of each one of the participants, supporting us in the strategy of the narrative as expression of the lived world. The results had pointed that the investigated experience is through suffering, that is, the way to be in the world of prisoner in the situation of freedom deprivation is felt by him/her as difficult to support. This reality is had by him/her as difficult to control, having a negative emotional repercussion for the self, leading the citizen to the alienation of his/her existential flow in these circumstances. The reflections produced in this work take us to consider that the punishment practices on behalf of a normalization of the behavior, linked to the recovery idea, do not meet to the intention of the arrests, that come demonstrating to the inefficacy of the objectives shown in the law as well as the loss of the human being dignity / Esta pesquisa resultou de indaga??es surgidas a partir de nossa experi?ncia de trabalho como psic?loga numa institui??o penitenci?ria do estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Trata do encontro com o apenado na busca pelo resgate da dignidade humana, desvelando o ser que se encontra anulado por tr?s das grades. O debate atual sobre o apenado no Brasil tem como foco a cria??o de estrat?gias eficientes no combate aos atos criminosos, n?o estando preocupado em compreender as condi??es sociais e hist?ricas presentes no contexto no qual tais atos se desenvolvem. Nosso objetivo foi alcan?ar uma compreens?o da experi?ncia do apenado na situa??o de priva??o de liberdade na cidade de Natal (RN). Sua significativa relev?ncia social encontra-se na tem?tica abordada que pretende ser reveladora do n?o-dito desses sujeitos. This research, integrating science and literary text, examines spatiality of the above-mentioned novel based on human and cultural geography and emphasizes space of human sociality by the categories of location, space, landscape and lived experiences. Hence, narrative space represents an essential category to comprehend subjective and intersubjective relations, as well as different feelings such as topophilia and topophobia that man establishes with locations. Research Methodology is based on phenomenology and the results reveal space as a protagonist of this novel, underlining the importance of its meaning in the narrative. / Cem anos de solidão (1967), do autor colombiano Gabriel García Márquez, é uma obra prima de amor e solidão, em que realidade e mito se entrelaçam para mostrar através do povoado tropical e fictício de Macondo, a história maravilhosa da América Latina, alargada pela fantasia do seu autor. Esta pesquisa que entrelaça ciência e texto literário, objetivou estudar a espacialidade na referida obra à luz da Geografia Humanista Cultural. Tal estudo põe em relevo o espaço das convivências humanas, através dos conceitos de lugar, espaço, paisagem e experiências vividas. Sob esta ótica, o espaço narrativo se constitui uma categoria essencial para se compreender as relações subjetivas, intersubjetivas e os diferentes sentimentos que o homem estabelece com o lugar, entre os quais estão os sentimentos de topofilia e topofobia. A base metodológica da pesquisa é a fenomenologia. Os resultados desta pesquisa apontaram o espaço como protagonista da obra, o que confirma a importância que semelhante categoria assume na narrativa.

It used descriptive research through a qualitative case study approach, with a sample of forensic experts from the 'Hercílio Macellaro' Criminalistics Institute (ICHM), crowded in the capital, Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul state. The method of data collection adopted for the realization of bureaucratic dysfunction was a questionnaire with closed assertive alternative multiple choice, whose response model consists of four levels of gradation (always, often , seldom , never ), prepared from Maia and Pinto model (2007 ). At another point of the view, the questionnaire was administered presenting issues that addressed elements of QWL proposed by Werther and Davis model (1983 ), adapted for the present study. For this questionnaire, the questions were presented in polarized satisfaction Likert scale, consisting of five alternatives (totally disagree, partially disagree, neither agree nor disagree, partially agree and strongly agree), characterizing the opinion of the participant. The interpretation of the data allowed us to analyze the existence of four elements of bureaucratic dysfunction : internalization of rules, too formalistic, routines and records, resistance to change and display signs of authority. On one hand, the humanistic approach was possible to analyze the survey respondents show noise in communication, both vertically and horizontally, which indicates the need for more transparency and clarity as possible within and between departments and teams in these with superiors, to provide greater understanding between all involved and eliminating conflicts that may occur through misinformation. On the other hand, the analysis of the restrictive approach to QWL in this study allowed us to observe the predominance of instrumental rationality in organizational context of ICHM, since it is geared only to meet your organizational processes based on binomial technique versus production. One can thus consider that the ICHM is strongly connected to the bureaucratic organization model, exteriorized through four levels of bureaucratic dysfunctions. Moreover, as a pretext for the pursuit of efficiency, efficacy and effectiveness, organizational praxis ICHM seems to converge to two models of production: Fordism and Taylorism , which reinforce the restrictive current of the QWL, which seem to confirm the maintenance of the objectification subject in relation to the object, that is, when it was thought that organic being could enjoy the technological development achieved in various sciences , paradoxically, what has been seen is the work as an end in itself. / O objetivo geral deste estudo consistiu em identificar as dimensões da burocracia e relacioná-las aos elementos de disfunção burocrática existentes em uma unidade da administração pública estadual, no âmbito da Criminalística, que influenciam a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT), considerando as abordagens humanista e restritiva, no contexto da Coordenadoria Geral de Perícias (CGP), a partir da percepção dos servidores lotados nesta unidade da Segurança Pública. Utilizou-se a pesquisa descritiva por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa de estudo de caso, com amostra constituída por peritos criminais do Instituto de Criminalística 'Hercílio Macellaro' (ICHM), lotados na Capital do Estado, Campo Grande - MS. O método de coleta de dados adotado para a constatação das disfunções burocráticas foi um questionário com assertivas fechadas de alternativas de múltipla escolha, cujo modelo de resposta compõe-se por quatro níveis de gradação (sempre, muitas vezes, poucas vezes, nunca), elaborado a partir do modelo de Maia e Pinto (2007). Em outro momento, foi aplicado o questionário apresentando questões que abordavam os elementos da QVT propostos por Werther e Davis (1983), adaptado para o presente estudo. Para este questionário, as questões foram apresentadas em escala polarizada de satisfação do tipo Likert, composta por cinco alternativas (discordo totalmente, discordo parcialmente, não concordo nem discordo, concordo parcialmente e concordo totalmente), caracterizando a opinião do participante. A interpretação dos dados permitiu analisar a existência de quatro elementos de disfunção burocrática: internalização das regras, excesso de formalismo, rotinas e registros, resistência às mudanças e exibição de sinais de autoridade. De uma lado, a abordagem humanista foi possível analisar que os respondentes da pesquisa evidenciam ruídos na comunicação, tanto vertical quanto horizontal, o que indica a necessidade de mais transparência e clareza possível dentro e entre as equipes nos departamentos e destes com os superiores hierárquicos, a fim de proporcionar maior entendimento entre todos os envolvidos e a eliminação de conflitos que possam ocorrer através de informações distorcidas. Por outro lado, a análise da abordagem restritiva sobre a QVT neste estudo permitiu observar a predominância da racionalidade instrumental no contexto organizacional do ICHM, uma vez que está voltada somente para atender a seus processos organizacionais fundamentados no binômio técnica versus produção. Pode-se, assim, considerar que o ICHM está fortemente ligado ao modelo de organização burocrática, exteriorizado por quatro níveis de disfunções burocráticas. Além disso, como pretexto pela busca da eficiência, eficácia e efetividade, a práxis organizacional do ICHM parece convergir para dois modelos de produção: fordista e taylorista, as quais reforçam a corrente restritiva da QVT, que parece confirmar a manutenção da coisificação do sujeito em relação ao objeto, isto é, quando se pensava que o ser orgânico pudesse desfrutar do desenvolvimento tecnológico alcançado em várias ciências, paradoxalmente, o que tem sido visto é o trabalho como um fim em si mesmo.

Esta tese tem a proposição de compreender o significado do rio das Contas na vida das pessoas de Itacaré, município do sul do estado da Bahia, registrando os sentimentos e os olhares destes indivíduos de diversas idades e profissões que experienciam, vivenciam o espaço-lugar-rio das Contas. Como estratégia da pesquisa de campo optamos pela história oral e, para coleta das informações, utilizamos a entrevista aberta. Entrevistamos 41 sujeitos em três locais, quais sejam: cidade de Itacaré, distrito de Taboquinhas e ao longo do rio. A partir das entrevistas, elaboramos quatro categorias, com a intenção de reunir os significados dados ao rio, pelos sujeitos da pesquisa: trabalho, subsistência, pertença e alegria. A água do rio provoca reflexões, não meramente geográficas... mas, carregadas de afetos... emoções... sentimentos... que, no dia-a-dia, constroem vínculos hidrotopofílicos entre as pessoas e o rio e, ainda, promovem a construção da identidade do riolugar. O rio das Contas é um lugar e um elemento da paisagem itacareense, percebido e vivenciado pelas pessoas que vivem próximas a ele, através de uma intensa relação afetiva... uma geograficidade... que se realiza na existência humana. / Rio das Contas is the main confluence and convergence element of the social relations and the human subjectivity in the geographic space of its hydrographic basin, relations which are represented in the landscapes of the places. This thesis has the proposition of understanding what Rio das Contas means to the people from Itacare, a city in the south of Bahia state, registering the feelings and the views of these individuals of varied ages and occupations, people who experience the space-place-Rio das Contas. We have chosen the oral history as field research strategy and used open interview for information collection. We interviewed 41 subjects in three places, namely: Itacaré city, Taboquinhas district and along the river. Based on the interviews we elaborated four categories, with the intention of gathering the meanings given to the river by the subjects of the research: work, subsistence, belongness and happiness. The water of the river provokes reflections which are not merely geographic… but filled with affection... emotions... feelings... which day by day build hydrotopophilic bonds between the people and the river and, still, promote the construction of the identity of the river-place. Rio das Contas is a place and an element from the landscape of Itacaré, perceived and experienced by the people that live nearby through an intense affective relation... a geographicity which manifests itself in the human existence.

Esse trabalho de pesquisa busca promover uma reflexão sobre a clínica psicológica e suas repercussões como um lugar de abertura a um falar criador de sentido, partindo da experiência de sujeitos usuários. Compreendendo que há uma especificidade da linguagem no espaço da clínica psicológica, acredita-se que esse trabalho possibilite uma maior clareza quanto à propriedade, singularidade e importância da fala na clínica, além de levar a reflexões e discussões quanto à temática, tanto à academia quanto aos campos de atividade do psicólogo. O desenvolvimento proposto restringe-se à clínica em sua modalidade de psicoterapia, a fim de refletir acerca da linguagem expressa na narrativa do indivíduo. A escuta das experiências de clientes que buscaram serviços psicoterápicos se deu a partir de uma pergunta disparadora/provocadora, e a compreensão de suas narrativas teve como suporte a metodologia fenomenológica existencial de investigação. As discussões tornaram-se possíveis a partir de afetações e reflexões entre relatos e pesquisadora, bem como de diálogos com autores que transitam pelo tema. / This work intends to promote a reflection about the psychological clinic and its repercussions as a place of opening to a creative speech of direction, starting from the experience of users. Understanding that it has a particularity of the language in the space of the psychological clinic, one believes that this work makes possible a better clarity as to the propriety, singularity and importance of speech in the clinic, besides taking the reflections and discussions about the thematic, as much to the academy as the fields of activity of the psychologist. The research restricts the clinic in its modality of psycotherapy, in order to reflect concerning the language in the narrative of the user. The listening of the experiences of clients who searched for psychotherapy assistance was induced by a triggering/provoking question, and the understanding of their narratives had as a support the existential phenomenological investigative methodology. The discussions became possible from affectations and reflections between testimonies and researcher, as well as from dialogues with authors who deal with the subject.

Aiming to think about the theme by a different focus, the study looks for promoting a reflection about the executive's resistance to change, assigning a view to this individual as a complex subject and considering his subjectivity, unconsciousness and his psychic fragility as central elements for the study of the resistant behavior in the organizations. Based on bibliographic researches of exploratory feature, this study is established in a central idea that, basing in a subjective focus of the resistance phenomenon, is possible to consider the executives' resistant behavior as external reflexes of that is reproduced inside these subjects' psyche. The research that was done showed favorable arguments for this idea. Considering the way that the alienation of these subjects and the consequent occult meaning assigned to organization that they administer influence the way that they interpret the world, is possible to say that a big part of the assumed behavior as regards as the organizational change is resulted from internalized and repressed anxieties, ranging from annihilation fear to way of thinking that symbolizes their core identity. It is noteworthy that, in the search for concretization of this theoretical debate, were analyzed two big happenings of the history of two american organizations, AnheuserBusch and RJR Nabisco, translated in the works of Macintosh (2013) and of Burrough and Helyar (2009), respectively. The analysis and the interpretation of both cases enhance the discussion in favor to a practical content for the issues that were discussed in this study. Reached its aims, the research's results point to the fragility of the predominant approaches as regards as theme and promote openings paths for new researches that could be done via subjective analysis. / Este estudo visa discutir o tema da Resistência à Mudança como um fenômeno advindo do âmbito não racional. Objetivando refletir sobre o tema por meio de um enfoque diferenciado, busca-se promover uma reflexão acerca da Resistência do Executivo à Mudança, atribuindo um olhar a este indivíduo como um ser complexo e considerando a sua subjetividade, inconsciência e sua própria fragilidade psíquica como elementos centrais para o estudo do comportamento resistente nas organizações. Sustentando-se em pesquisa bibliográfica de natureza exploratória, o presente estudo se estabelece em uma ideia central de que, partindo de um enfoque subjetivista do fenômeno da resistência, é possível considerar o comportamento resistente dos executivos como reflexo externo daquilo que é reproduzido na psique destes indivíduos. A pesquisa realizada mostrou indícios favoráveis a esta ideia. Considerando a forma como a alienação destes indivíduos e o consequente significado oculto atribuído à organização que gerem influenciam o modo como eles interpretam o mundo, pode-se afirmar que grande parte do comportamento que assumem frente à mudança organizacional é resultante de angústias interiorizadas e reprimidas, que vão desde o medo da aniquilação até modos de pensar que simbolizam o seu núcleo identitário. Vale enfatizar que, na busca pela concretização deste debate teórico, foram analisados dois grandes acontecimentos da história de duas organizações americanas, a Anheuser-Busch e a RJR Nabisco, transcritos nas obras de Macintosh (2013) e de Burrough e Helyar (2009), respectivamente. A análise e a interpretação de ambos os casos aprimoram a discussão em favorecimento a um teor prático àquilo que é discutido neste estudo. Uma vez alcançado o que propôs, os resultados da pesquisa apontam para a fragilidade das abordagens predominantes acerca do tema e promovem a abertura de caminhos para novos estudos que poderão ser realizados a partir de vieses subjetivistas de análise.
