Integrationens paradoxer : En intervjustudie av integrationen i praktiken / Paradoxes of Integration : An interview study about the Policy of Integration in practice

Rosén, Håkan January 2008 (has links)
<p>The purpose of this study is to examine the relations of power within the discourse of integration and my focus will be on power relations and structural discrimination. The study origins from four qualitative interviews with employees from the County administrative board as well as from the Employment office.</p><p>The theoretical framework is based upon Social Constructionism, Postcolonial Theories and with an intersectional perspective. The recent critical research from <em>The Official Report on power, integration and structural discrimination </em>(<em>Utredningen om makt, integration och strukturell diskriminering) </em>is used as well as Foucault's theory of biopower which is discussed within the analysis.</p><p>The study indicates that although integration often is addressed as a reciprocal process, it is still assumed that They should be integrated by Us. The present government's one-sided focus on employment has proved difficult for the employees to put into practise and when the responsibility of obtaining employment is based upon the individual alone, she/he becomes responsible for her/his own integration.</p>

På väg mot en tillgänglig utbildning för elever inom autismspektrumtillstånd : En kvalitativ intervjustudie utifrån några informanters beskrivning av ett kommunövergripande skolutvecklingsprojekt

Carlsson, Liselott January 2017 (has links)
This thesis is a part of Master Degree within the field of Education science at Kristianstad University. The aim of this study is based on a few informants’ descriptions and experiences of the schools in a municipal school changed their work to increase inclusion for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The focus of the study is the changes which have been implemented, how it has influenced the student group's schooling and what success factors and challenges the school has encountered. According to the Swedish Education Act, shall the Swedish regular school be available to all scholars. However, several studies and accounts show that primary schools have found it difficult to meet the educational needs of students with ASD.  The national board of education (2009) and The Swedish schools inspectorate (2012) criticizing the school for not investigating the students' needs and supply adequate support. The study was conducted by a qualitative approach; data were collected through semi-structured - and focus interviews. The choice to use interviews are based on interesting to let each informant describes how their school, meet and educated students with ASD and what elements they consider important developments of an inclusive school for pupils with ASD. The implication of the results confirms that by increasing the knowledge about autism spectrum disorders of the instructors, the school has developed a more including learning environment for the students. By creating, a flexible organization in the school’s students gives the chance to be in school on their own terms. Belonging to a class on their own terms, with the possibility of instructing in different contexts, has increased the presence of many students.

Fluid Flow in Fractured Rocks: Analysis and Modeling

He, Xupeng 05 1900 (has links)
The vast majority of oil and gas reserves are trapped in fractured carbonate reservoirs. Most carbonate reservoirs are naturally fractured, with fractures ranging from millimeter- to kilometer-scale. These fractures create complex flow behaviors which impact reservoir characterization, production performance, and, eventually, total recovery. As we know, bridging the gas from plug to near-wellbore, eventually to field scales, is a persisting challenge in modeling Naturally Fractured Reservoirs (NFRs). This dissertation will focus on assessing the fundamental flow mechanisms in fractured rocks at the plug scale, understanding the governing upscaling parameters, and ultimately, developing fit-for-purpose upscaling tools for field-scale implementation. In this dissertation, we first focus on the upscaling of rock fractures under the laminar flow regime. A novel analytical model is presented by incorporating the effects of normal aperture, roughness, and tortuosity. We then investigate the stress-dependent hydraulic behaviors of rock fractures. A new and generalized theoretical model is derived and verified by a dataset collected from public experimental resources. In addition, an efficient coupled flow-geomechanics algorithm is developed to further validate the proposed analytical model. The physics of matrix-fracture interaction and fluid leakage is modeled by a high-resolution, micro-continuum approach, called extended Darcy-Brinkman-Stokes (DBS) equations. We observe the back-flow phenomena for the first time. Machine learning is then implemented into our traditional upscaling work under complex physics (e.g., initial and Klinkenberg effects). We finally consolidate the lab-scale upscaling tools and scale them up to the field scale. We develop a fully coupled hydro-mechanical model based on the Discrete-Fracture Model (DFM) in fractured reservoirs, in which we incorporate localized effects of fracture roughness at the field-scale.

Förskollärares arbetsmiljö : Med fokus på stress / Preschool teachers´work environment : With focus on stress

Hellberg, Lena Ossiansdotter January 2022 (has links)
Abstract Preschool teachers 'work environment with a focus on stress is a master's thesis in pedagogy with the aim of trying to shed light on preschool teachers' own perceptions. There were many reports on preschool teachers, work environment and stress, in recent years alarm reports. Therefore, it is also investigated how authorities and other parties describe work environment problems. Why are there no improvements in the work environment and why did so many preschool teachers become ill? Were any answers found among preschool teachers themselves? The method was a thematic analysis of qualitative interviews with 20 preschool teachers in Stockholm. The theoretical perspective of the study is the framework factor theory, sociocultural perspective, psychosocial environment and stress including the requirements-control-support model. Some of the most important results were: Preschool children are not included in the work environment law, there are statistical problems with measuring the size of children's groups on 15 October only every year, it is a problem that all statistics combine preschool teachers and leisure educators, preschool teachers must teach 40 hours / week, it is missing equivalence for, for example, planning time and increased time worked at home. The study proposes further research.

Funkce polovětných vazeb ve španělském textu a jejich ekvivalenty v češtině / Function of Infinitival and Participal Clauses in Spanish Texts and their Czech Conterparts.

PAUKEJE, Josef January 2010 (has links)
