Os gestores foram ouvidos mediante questionário, relato de narrativas e entrevistas; o posicionamento dos professores de língua portuguesa e inglesa foi obtida através de um questionário e o posicionamento da Secretaria Municipal de Educação através de uma entrevista. A pesquisa ainda contou com um estudo da proposta pedagógica de cada unidade escolar. Conforme o relato destes gestores e professores foi possível perceber a distância entre as concepções dos idealizadores das formações representados pela Secretaria Municipal de Educação e o público alvo delas. Os resultados demonstram que as formações oferecidas não correspondem às necessidades vivenciadas por estes gestores e professores; suas concepções e dilemas não são levados em consideração ao se elaborar uma iniciativa de formação continuada / In this study the issue of teacher training appears linked to the analysis of needs as the theoretical foundation used Rodrigues and Esteves, 1993; Silva, 2000; Fusari, 1997 and Estrela, 2006. The objective of this research was to understand the needs of continuous graduation reported by educational administrators (principals, vice principals, coordinators and educational assistants ) and by Portuguese and English teachers of public schools in the city of Araraquara and how they occur as continuous graduation in this city. Behovet av revision mot ekonomisk brottslighet : En kvalitativ studie utifrån ett myndighetsperspektiv / The need for audit against economic crime : A qualitative study based on an authority perspectiveCarlson, Elin, Österberg, Elin January 2018 (has links)
Den ekonomiska brottsligheten är ett samhällsproblem då det inte endast drabbar enskilda individer utan hela samhället och kostar dessutom staten stora summor pengar varje år. Problemet med ekonomiska brott är att de ofta begås i näringsverksamheter. Ett behov av en revisor har därför växt fram för att en person ska ha tillgång till de miljöer där brotten begås, samt för att samhällets kontrollsystem mot ekonomisk brottslighet är bristfällig. Ekobrottsmyndigheten och Skatteverket är två aktörer inom samhället som arbetar med att förebygga ekonomisk brottslighet och de använder granskade rapporter i sitt arbete. En förklaring till varför eller på vilket sätt myndigheterna har behov av revision framgår inte i tidigare studier. Revisorns förmåga att upptäcka och anmäla brott har dessutom ifrågasatts. Syftet med studien är därför att undersöka myndigheternas upplevda behov av revision i det förebyggande arbetet mot ekonomisk brottslighet samt vilka förväntningar som ställs på revisorn utifrån ett myndighetsperspektiv. Genom åtta kvalitativa intervjuer med respondenter av olika befattningar från respektive myndighet kunde en rättvisande bild av deras upplevda behov tolkas. Från intervjuerna framkommer det att myndigheterna upplever ett indirekt direkt behov av revision. Myndigheterna upplever ett behov av en person nära företaget som kan upptäcka sådant som de själva inte har möjlighet till, vilket innebär att revisorn har en preventiv effekt mot ekonomisk brottslighet. Vidare finns ett behov av ett korrekt underlag för beskattning vilket en revisor upplevs kunna försäkra genom sin oberoende granskning. Dessutom upplever respondenterna att ett korrekt underlag i sin tur bidrar till att kvaliteten på de finansiella rapporterna stärks. Utifrån myndigheternas perspektiv finns vissa förväntningar på att revisorn ska ha en mer omfattande roll, men samtidigt har myndigheterna en förståelse för revisionens begränsningar. / Economic crime is a problem for society as it affects not the individual, but the society as a whole, which also cost the government a large sum of money each year. The problem with economic crime is that it often occurs in business environments. Therefore, a need for audit has been developed, which gives access to environments where these crimes are committed and the society’s control systems are weak. The Swedish Economic Crime Authority and the Swedish Tax Agency are two actors in society that are working to prevent economic crime and they are using audited reports in their work. However, previous studies are lacking an explanation to why, and in what way authorities are in need of audited reports. Furthermore the auditor’s ability to detect and report crime has also been questioned in previous studies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the authorities' perceived need for audit in the preventive work against economic crime, and to investigate what expectations are being placed on the auditor based on an authority perspective. Through eight qualitative interviews with people with different job descriptions from the two authorities, an interpretation of their perceived needs could be made. Based on these interviews, it appears that there is no direct need for auditing, but the authorities experience an indirect need for audited reports. The authorities are experiencing the need for a person near the company to discover what the authorities do not have the ability to find, which mean that the auditor has a preventive effect on economic crime. Furthermore, there is a need for correct information, which the auditor is able to provide through an independent audit. In addition, the respondents are experiencing that correct information helps strengthen the quality of the financial statements. From the authorities perspective, there are some expectations on the auditor to have a more extensive role. But at the same time, the authorities have an understanding for the limitations of the audit.

Through the parents' and educators' eyes: Play of preschool aged children in need of special supportCelic, Katarina January 2018 (has links)
Play is the primary activity of childhood. It is connected to other areas of child’s development, therefore through play, children improve skills and abilities. The most common categorization of play is into the developmental and social aspect of play. The highest level of play is achieved when the true social play occurs. The ideal setting for social play to occur is early childhood education and care (ECEC) institutions. ECEC in Croatia is striving for inclusion of children with difficulties/special needs, as stated in Croatian ECEC leading documents. In this study, these children will be referred to as children in need of special support since is perceived that name reflects the bio-psycho-social model of disability that recognizes issues in child´s functioning, apart from the child itself, coming from the environment. All the services, for children in need of special support, including ECEC are disability-based. It has been found that children in need of special support experience problems during play which affects other domains of development. The purpose of the study is to investigate play of children in need of special support and the factors, i.e., facilitators and barriers for their play. Play of the children in need of special support is chosen to be explored through the perception of their parents and educators with the use of the grounded theory approach. After collecting data through interviews and preformed data analysis, characteristics of play children in need of special support display together with the factors that affect play positively or negatively emerged. Factors were found to affect children’s play directly or indirectly. The most outstanding facilitators for children’s play were found to be the parents’ and educators’ actions and attitudes regarding the importance of play. The most substantial barriers were found to lie in the children’s characteristics concerning play which were tended to be perceived as consequences of their difficulties and diagnosis-based educational and social systems. Furthermore, the schooling system forcing ECEC institutions to focus on early preparedness for academic success, putting play aside emerged as a notable barrier for the play.

Na Alemanha, a Crítica da Razão Pura, em 1781, inaugura uma nova forma de se pensar a metafísica; na França, a queda da Bastilha, em 1789, expressa uma nova forma de se atuar na história. Muita esperança foi depositada nesses dois acontecimentos, mas pouco depois da virada para o século XIX, são diversas as vozes que afirmam que eles já teriam chegado ao um final. A filosofia hegeliana tenta conferir uma resposta a essas vozes. Para tanto, Hegel busca rearticular a relação entre filosofia e história a partir do conceito de carecimento da filosofia. Se, por certo, este conceito é retirado da própria filosofia kantiana, o significado que Hegel lhe confere é significativamente diferente, ligando, antes, a um problema no interior da formação cultural do que a uma faculdade do conhecimento humano. Retrabalhando dois temas centrais da filosofia crítica kantiana a relação da filosofia com o senso comum e a relação do ceticismo com a filosofia Hegel poderá mostrar como o conceito de carecimento de época tem de estar no cerne de toda a filosofia. Evitando, ao mesmo tempo, alçar seja a objetividade, em si mesma, seja a subjetividade, em si mesma, como artífices da unificação entre sujeito e objeto. Paralelamente, para se apreender o verdadeiro significado da Revolução Francesa seria necessário radicalizar o conceito de representação, evitando tanto o conformismo com o Estado máquina, em que a sociedade perde toda a sua liberdade, quanto a nostalgia pelo ideal da liberdade primitiva, em que poderia se viver em uma comunidade sem lei e sem Estado. Para Hegel, somente na medida em que não se compreendeu o verdadeiro significado de cada uma dessas revoluções, seria possível atribuir-lhes um final. / Kant inaugurates a new way of thinking about the metaphysics; the events in France from the fall of the Bastille inaugurate a new way of thinking about politics. Much hope was placed in these two events. However, at the time that Hegel began to publish his first philosophical writings, many voices were heard proclaiming that both would be finishing. This dissertation understands Hegel\'s philosophy as an attempt to answer those voices, showing that only when one may not understand the true meaning of each one, it is possible to assing an end to them. Plus qu’un objet d’étude ou d’observation, n’est-il pas une ressource, une raison de vivre pour lui ? Examinant avec minutie et rigueur les pages qu’il produit, tant dans la presse qu’au coeur de ses livres, telles qu’elles apparaissent sous sa plume au fil du temps, nous tenterons d’apporter une réponse à ces questions. / José Martínez Ruiz, Azorin, a writer, levantine, an architext of the « Generation of 98 » will devote a large part of his works to the pursuit of an identity through describing a landscape. He never gave up describing the same landscape, all along his life, « mis montanas ». Why? How? Is it only an aesthetic scheme? More than a study or a pure observation subject, isn'it rather for him a recourse or the reason for his own existence? A thorough and close study of the pages he produced, both in the written press and his books, as they appear along the years (under his signature), will help us answer these questions.

O objetivo geral foi analisar e compreender quais os fatores que impedem ou dificultam os professores das três escolas de séries iniciais do Ensino Fundamental do município de Ilha Solteira/SP a trabalharem com Portadores de Necessidades Especiais, pois a Educação Especial, na realidade brasileira, tem sido definida muitas vezes, apenas como métodos, técnicas e materiais didáticos diferentes dos usuais. Nesse contexto, a Educação Especial no Brasil não tem merecido a necessária atenção dos estudiosos de modo a empreenderem uma investigação científica de sua existência enquanto política educacional e não como mera prática de educação, onde se reduz sua ação a repetição de metodologias, reproduzindo e mantendo assim, a ideologia do sistema dominante. Como instrumento para coleta de dados foram realizadas entrevistas com análise na abordagem quanti-qualitativa. O processo de análise e interpretação dos dados teve como finalidade à organização de forma sumária dos mesmos, de tal forma que possibilita o fornecimento de respostas ao problema proposto na investigação. Para que isso se utilizou o estabelecimento de categorias; tabulação eletrônica, avaliação das generalizações obtidas com os dados e interpretação dos dados. Os dados obtidos demonstraram que apesar de possuir um projeto de inclusão, as escolas não se encontram adaptadas estruturalmente e pedagogicamente para atenderem os PNE e os educadores não possuem apoio técnico-pedagógico que contribuam para a construção de uma prática inclusiva propiciando uma educação de qualidade para todos. / Abstract: The current work of searching aimed the investigation, contributes to the reflection of possible ways of working the inclusion within the educational parameters to the public policy to aim at a global society, which the different is disregarded and where educators point out as being a challenge, the inclusion practicing. The general purpose was analyzing and understanding which aspects prevent or make difficult teachers from three elementary schools of Ilha Solteira municipality, São Paulo State, working with especial need bearer, as Especial Education in Brazil, it has been defined some times, just as methods, techniques and different didactic material as usual. On this context, Especial Education in Brazil has not received necessary attention from studious so as to undertake a scientific investigation of its existence as educational practicing, which is reduced its action to the methodology repetition to reproduce and remaining this way, the system, ideology dominant as a tool for collecting data, it was carried out interviews by analysis on quanti-qualitative abordage. The analysis process and understanding of data had as finality to organization of a summary way of same, in a way that makes possible the supply answers to the proposed mather on the investigation. For this it consolidate was used the settlement of categories, electronic board, evaluation of generalization obtained by data and understanding of data. The data obtained showed that in spite of having a project of conclusion schools are not adapted structurally and pedagogically to attend "the PNE" (Special Need Bearer) and the educators do not have pedagogic technical support that contributes to a construction of an inclusive practicing, offering high quality education for all people, based on democratic foundation and appreciation of any kind of diversity being presented into the educational system. / Mestre

Previous issue date: 2010-12-01 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / The current dissertation aimed at evaluating the influence of human values, judgment and meaning, and need for cognition in the choice and attributes of postal services. In accordance with these objectives, two studies were conducted. Study 1 aimed at knowing the psychometrics parameters of the Attributes of Postal Services Scale and the Judgment and Meaning Scale for services, and testing the theoretical model with a sample of students. Participants were 215 students of a public university in João Pessoa (PB), most of them females (61.40%), with mean age of 20 years old (sd = 3.79). A preliminary statistical analysis indicated that all items presented satisfactory discriminative power. Prior to performing the factor analysis, the suitability of using this technique was checked, and for both scales results were adequate: Attribute of Postal Services [KMO = 0.70, Bartlett‟s Sphericity Test, χ ² (210) = 1183.31 p <0.001], and Judgment and Meaning Scale [KMO = 0.75, Bartlett‟s Sphericity Test, χ ² (300) = 1210.93, p <0.001]. A PAF (Principal Axis Factoring) was conducted, without fixing the number of factors and rotation. According to what was expected, in both scales a two-factor solution emerged, and reliability indexes (Cronbach‟s Alpha) were 0.81 and 0.76, respectively. These results evince the factor validity and reliability for both instruments. The theoretical model was confirmed by the correlations found between the symbolic attributes of postal services with emotive judgment and meaning (r = 0.46, p <0.01); the normative (r = 0.24, p <0.01 ) and interactional subfunction of values (r = 0.23, p <0.01); and need for cognition (r = -0.15, p <0.05); as well as the correlation found between the utilitarian attributes of postal services with rational judgment and meaning (r = 0.28, p <0.01); and need for cognition (r = 0.14, p <0.05). This model fitted the empirical data [χ ² (7) = 17.77, p = 0.01, χ ² / df = 2.54, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.91, CFI = 0.95 and RMSEA = 0.085 (0.03 - 0.14); PCLOS = 0.10]. The documents‟ importance and the services attributes were better predictors of the choice of postal services, and the mails‟ opening priority was influenced by the psychological variables measured. Study 2 aimed at testing the same theoretical model with a sample of postal service users. Participants were 238 clients of postal offices of João Pessoa (PB), 50.8% were female and the mean age was 32 years old (sd = 11.45). Findings were similar to Study 1 results, with the exception of the correlations hypothesized to need for cognition. The model also proved to be adjusted to the empirical data [χ ² (7) = 14.88, p = 0.04, χ ² / df = 2.13, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.93, CFI = 0, 97 and RMSEA = 0.07 (0.02 - 0.11); PCLOS = 0.22]. The documents‟ importance and the services attributes were better predictors of choice of postal services and mails‟ opening priority. The psychological variables measured showed greater influence in this study. In conclusion, it is hoped that the aims proposed in this dissertation were reached. Therefore, it is likely it presents a contribution to this field in Social Psychology: the influence of psychological variables in the behavior of postal services‟ consumption. / A presente dissertação objetivou conhecer a influência dos valores humanos, do julgamento e a atribuição de significado e da necessidade de cognição nos atributos e escolha de serviços postais. Para tanto, levaram-se a cabo dois estudos. O Estudo 1 verificou os parâmetros psicométricos das Escalas de Atributos dos Serviços Postais e de Julgamento e Significado do Serviço e a testagem do modelo teórico com uma amostra de estudantes. Participaram 215 universitários de uma instituição pública de João Pessoa (PB), a maioria do sexo feminino (61,4%) com idade média de 20 anos (dp = 3,79). Inicialmente, comprovou-se que os itens das duas escalas apresentaram poder discriminativo satisfatório. Prévia a realização da comprovação da estrutura fatorial, testou-se a adequação de se empregar esta técnica, tanto para a Escala de Atributos de Serviços Postais [KMO = 0,80 e Teste de Esfericidade de Bartlett, χ² (210) = 1183,31; p < 0,001] como para a de Julgamento e Significado do Serviço [KMO = 0,75; Teste de Esfericidade de Bartlett, χ² (300) = 1210,93; p < 0,001], optando-se pelo método PAF (Principal Axis Factoring). Como esperado, ambas as escalas apresentaram dois fatores, com índices de consistência interna (Alfa de Cronbach) de 0,81 e 0,76, respectivamente, reunindo-se evidências de validade fatorial e consistência interna. O modelo teórico foi confirmado com a correlação entre os atributos simbólicos dos serviços postais e o julgamento e significado emotivo (r = 0,46, p < 0,01), as subfunções valorativas normativa (r = 0,24; p < 0,01) e interacional (r = 0,23, p < 0,01) e a necessidade de cognição (r = -0,15; p < 0,05), e com a correlação entre os atributos utilitários e o julgamento e significado racional (r = 0,28, p < 0,01) e a necessidade de cognição (r = 0,14; p < 0,05). Este modelo se mostrou ajustado aos dados empíricos [χ² (7) = 17,77, p = 0,01, χ²/gl = 2,54, GFI = 0,98, AGFI = 0,91, CFI = 0,95 e RMSEA = 0,085 (0,03 0,14); PCLOSE = 0,10]. Verificou-se que a importância do documento e os atributos dos serviços postais foram os melhores preditores da escolha de serviços de postagens e que a prioridade de abertura de correspondências sofre influência das variáveis psicológicas aferidas. O Estudo 2 teve o objetivo de testar o mesmo modelo teórico com uma amostra de usuários de serviços postais. Participaram 238 clientes de agências de Correios de João Pessoa (PB), sendo 50,8% do sexo feminino e a idade média de 32 anos (dp = 11,45). Foram encontrados resultados semelhantes aos do Estudo 1, com exceção das correlações hipotetizadas para a necessidade de cognição. O modelo mostrou-se ajustado aos dados empíricos [χ² (7) = 14,88, p = 0,04, χ²/gl = 2,13 , GFI = 0,98, AGFI = 0,93, CFI = 0,97 e RMSEA = 0,07 (0,02 0,11); PCLOSE = 0,22]. Context: There has been a substantial growth of organizations adoptingAgile software development methodologies for various reasons. The requirementof improving the software processes with respect to traditional softwaredevelopment was clear and evident for different reasons. But the need forSoftware Process Improvements (SPI) in Agile context is unclear and thechallenges faced during the implementation of SPI in Agile software developmentare quite ambiguous. These two issues lie as a motivation for theobjectives of our study. Agile being a flexible way of software development,having a non-flexible framework is almost incompatible for implementingSPI in Agile software development. This acts as an inducement for buildingup our final objective. Objectives: The objectives of this research is to identify the need of Agile-SPI in software industry, challenges faced in implementing Agile-SPI atorganizational level and at team level and finally propose an approach forimplementing Agile-SPI based on improving practices. Methods: In order to achieve the objectives of our research, we initiallycarried out a survey, later cross verified and validated the data obtained inthe surveys through interviews. Literature review was performed to gainknowledge over the background and related work. Results: A total of 34 responses were obtained through survey. Theseresponses obtained through survey are further cross verified and validatedthrough 9 interviews. The data obtained through survey has been analyzedthrough descriptive statistics and the data obtained through interviews wasanalyzed using thematic coding. Conclusions: The need of Agile-SPI and the challenges faced by the organizationsand teams while implementing SPI in Agile software developmentwere identified. A total of 16 needs of Agile-SPI, 30 challenges faced byorganization and 37 challenges faced by team were drawn from survey andinterviews conducted. Finally, a conceptual framework has been proposedto implement SPI in Agile environment based on improving practices.

The new special education teacher degree program was launched in Sweden in 2008. The term new was used since the content was new, but the name stayed the same. Knowledge about the new content, based on the regulations of degree, would have contributed to make the different skills of special education teachers visible. The purpose of this study has been to visualize the consensus about how headmasters, SENCOs and teachers look at the assignment for special education teachers with focus on language-, writing- and reading development. The opinions of the various occupational groups have then been compared with the existing regulations of degree. The study showed that their opinions mainly corresponded with the existing regulations of degree. The quantitative nature of the study is based on empirical data, collected by a survey, with 240 informants. The statements the informants had to consider was largely based on the regulations of degree. Headmasters, SENCOs and teachers show a large coherence within their own group in what they think a special education teacher´s duties should consist of. On the other hand, there is less consensus between these professions. This disagreement could possibly be influenced by different perspectives on special education.
