O abuso sexual infantil é um grave problema de saúde pública no Brasil e no mundo, tratando-se de um fenômeno complexo, universal e de elevada prevalência na população. A instituição familiar é composta de histórias e heranças que são transmitidas por gerações anteriores que interferem na constituição do self da criança, assim como a maternagem é uma reedição das memórias dos vínculos primitivos da mãe. A partir disso, o objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar as condições do desenvolvimento do self, os psicodinamismos e a experiência materna de mulheres vítimas de abuso sexual de uma mesma família, cujas filhas também sofreram esse tipo de violência, entrecruzando os resultados da avaliação de mães e filhas, de modo a identificar possíveis padrões na maternidade susceptíveis de serem transmitidos entre as gerações. Para isto, foi realizada uma pesquisa clínico-qualitativa e psicanalítica com a utilização de técnicas projetivas de avaliação psicológica em uma família composta de uma mãe, uma avó e duas meninas, todas elas vítimas de abuso sexual. A avaliação das mães implicou uma entrevista semidirigida, a apresentação de uma obra de arte como mediadora da comunicação, e a aplicação do Procedimento de Desenhos de Família com Estórias. Nas crianças, foram aplicados o Teste das Matrizes Coloridas Progressivas de Raven, o Teste do Desenho da Casa, Árvore e Pessoa - HTP e o Procedimento de Desenhos-Estórias. Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se o método da livre inspeção do material, empregando a teoria winnicottiana do amadurecimento emocional e a da Transmissão Psíquica Transgeracional como background para a compreensão dos casos. Os resultados mostraram que a repetição da vivência do abuso nas gerações da família revela a transmissão de uma cripta, a qual comporta um conteúdo referente aos abusos, à fragilidade e aos maus tratos (característicos da erosão do campo da ternura), e também referente à culpa, à sedução, à sexualidade (característicos do campo da paixão). Observou-se nas participantes uma reprodução da deficiência de holding da figura materna, poucas experiências de cuidado e proteção, negligência, desamparo e um amadurecimento precoce \"superficial\". Conclui-se que o cerne da problemática desta família é a busca de um encontro afetivo para suprir as necessidades de dependência não atendidas, o qual nunca foi vivenciado. Esta pesquisa tentou elucidar e aprofundar o entendimento de casos de abuso sexual caracterizados por uma repetição da violência nas gerações e evidenciou a importância de um manejo específico dos psicólogos para estes casos / Child sexual abuse is a serious public health issue both in Brazil and worldwide, being a complex and universal phenomenon, with a high prevalence in the population. The family institution is composed of stories and inheritances that are passed on by previous generations that interfere with the constitution of the child\'s self, just as mothering is a repetition of the mother\'s primitive bonds. Considering this, the objective of this research is to investigate the conditions of the self\'s development, the psychodynamics and the maternal experience of women of the same family who were victims of sexual abuse, and whose daughters were victims of this kind of violence as well, crossing the results of the evaluation of mothers and daughters, in order to identify possible patterns in motherhood susceptible to transmission between generations. For this, a clinical-qualitative and psychoanalytic research was carried out using projective techniques of psychological evaluation in a family composed of a mother, a grandmother and two girls, all of them victims of sexual abuse. The evaluation of the mother consisted of a semi-directed interview, the presentation of a work of art as a mediator of communication and the use of the Draw a Family- and- Tell a Story Procedure. On the children, it was used the Raven\'s Colored Progressive Matrices test; the House- Tree- Person test- HTP and the Story-Drawing Procedure. For data analysis, the method of free material inspection was used, employing the winnicottian theory of emotional maturation and of the Transgenerational Psychic Transmission as background for the comprehension of the cases. The results showed that the repetition of the experience of abuse in the generations of the family reveals the transmission of a crypt, which holds content concerning abuses, fragility and ill-treatment (characteristic of the erosion of the field of tenderness), as well as guilt, seduction and sexuality (characteristic of the field of passion). It was observed in the participants a reproduction of the maternal figure\'s holding disability, few experiences of care and protection, neglect, helplessness and a \"superficial\" precocious maturation. It is concluded that the heart of the problematic of this family is the search for an affective encounter to supply the unmet needs of dependence, which has never been experienced. This research has attempted to elucidate and deepen the understanding of cases of sexual abuse characterized by a repetition of violence in the generations and evidenced the importance of a specific management by psychologists for such cases

A pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar processos de resiliência em mulheres negras, considerando as influências de conteúdos oriundos de transmissão psíquica (familiares negras, descendentes, ascendentes, ancestrais), de simbolismos associados a mulheres negras, e de significados decorrentes do pertencimento a manifestações negras (culturais, políticas, intelectuais, religiosas). Como metodologia, entrevistas (com estratégia de cenas) com quatro mulheres negras de diferentes gerações na mesma família; os dados passaram por análise de conteúdo, com colaboração das entrevistadas. Considerou-se a demanda e interesse por potenciais para a saúde, abordando o problema com enfoque em pontos de resolução e fortalecimento, focalizando prevenção, superações, amadurecimentos, potenciais, e extrapolando o foco exclusivo ou maior em mazelas e impactos negativos. Foi escolhida uma postura de ampliação do panorama considerado na análise do fenômeno, conjugando os contextos individual, social e histórico do problema. Tais posturas estão em consonância com as teorias adotadas, passando pela psicanálise, psicanálise social, psicanálise dos vínculos, psicologia social, psicologia afrocentrada, entre outras, incluindo os recortes racial e de gênero e a abordagem psicossocial. A dissertação tem início pela introdução, com justificativas, enquadramento político e epistemológico, e apresentação da pesquisadora e dos capítulos. O segundo capítulo expõe o problema de pesquisa, apresentando os objetivos geral e específicos. O terceiro trata de mulheres negras, com perfil (histórico, contexto atual e saúde da população negra na primeira parte, e de mulheres negras na segunda) e psicologia e relações raciais (em geral e com recorte de gênero). No quarto, resiliência, subdividido em definições e discussão crítica. No quinto, resiliência em mulheres negras e suas influências, incluindo os itens transmissão psíquica, simbolismos associados a mulheres negras, significados decorrentes do pertencimento a manifestações negras, resiliência em negros(as) e resiliência em mulheres negras. No sexto capítulo, metodologia: colaboradoras, instrumentos, procedimentos, cuidados éticos e análise dos dados. O sétimo é de resultados e discussões, com categorias de análise. A primeira, Feridas até o coração, reúne experiências de adversidades e exposição a vulnerabilidades, discutindo efeitos prejudiciais dessas configurações, que vão desde comprometimentos orgânicos, passando pelos psicossociais e chegando às relações familiares e afetivas. Desde as ancestrais trata da herança relacionada a outras mulheres negras, seja por transmissão psíquica ou advinda de simbolismos. A terceira categoria, Nas tradições, expõe e analisa relatos relacionados ao pertencimento a manifestações negras, sendo possível identificar coerências ou discrepâncias em relação ao aporte teórico sobre enraizamento e pertencimentos, e discutir a influência desses aspectos sobre o processo de resiliência, por meio de reconciliação com sua origem, conscientização de sua história, ressignificação de sua autoimagem, reorientação para a resistência e potencialização da resiliência. A quarta categoria, Erguem-se guerreiras, ilustra e analisa os enfrentamentos e superações. A quinta categoria, Da resistência à resiliência, investiga a influência dos aspectos anteriores sobre a potencialização da resiliência, discutindo como resistência pode promover resiliência, por que meios, a que custo, com que efeito. Cumpridos os objetivos propostos, o oitavo e último capítulo traz lições aprendidas e recomendações. Posteriormente, são informadas as referências e anexados os termos de aceitação livre e esclarecida, o questionário de classificação social e o roteiro da entrevista / It was the objective of this research to analyze the processes of resilience in black women, taking into consideration the influences in content deriving from psychological transmission (black female relatives, descendants, ascendants, ancestors), from the symbolisms associated with black women, and from the meaning deriving from affiliation in black expressions (cultural, political, intellectual, religious). The methodology for the research included interviewing (with strategy with scenes) with four black women from different generations in the same family. The data collected went through content analysis, with the collaboration of the interviewees. The research also took into consideration the interest and demand for potential for health, approaching the problem focused on the points of resolutions and strengthening. It gives emphasis to the prevention, overcoming, personal growth and potentials. This research also goes beyond the main or only concern on adversities and on causing a negative impression impacts. It was chosen a posture at a widening of the view considered in the analysis of the phenomenon, combining individual, social and historical contexts of the problem. Such attitude is tuned to the followed theories, going through psychoanalysis, social psychoanalysis, psychoanalysis of family bonds, social psychology, afro-centered psychology, among others, including race and genre specially and the psychosocial approach. The dissertation begins with the introduction, together with justifications, of the political and epistemological framework and the description to the researcher and the other chapters. Chapter two approaches the problem of the research, its general and specific objectives. The third chapter refers to black women, with a profile (historical, present context and the health of the black population in the first item, and about black women on the second) and psychology and race relations (from a general view and with a race profile). In chapter four, resilience is divided into definitions and a critical discussion. Chapter five, resilience in black women and its influences, including the items psychological transmission, symbolisms associated with black women, meanings resulting from affiliation to a black expression, resilience in black population and resilience in black women. In chapter six, the methodology: collaborators, tools, procedures, ethical care and data analysis. The seventh chapter is dedicated to the results and discussions, with categories for the analysis. In the first category, \"Hurts to the heart\", experiences of facing adversities and exposure to vulnerabilities are put together, discussing the ill effects of those situations that go from organic compromising, through psychosocial up to familiar and affective relations. \"From the ancestors\" covers the heritage passed on by black women, by psychological transmission and resulting from the symbolism. The third category, \"On traditions\", shows and analyzes stories related to affiliation to the black expressions, where it is possible to identify points of coherence or discrepancy in relation to the theoretical aspects regarding the idea of putting down roots and affiliations, and discussing its influence on boosting the process of resilience, through the reconciliation with their origins, getting more awareness of their history, giving a new meaning to their self image, re-orientation for the resistance and potentialization of the resilience. The fourth category Raise themselves black women warriors illustrates and analyzes the clash and overcoming. The fifth category, \"From resistance to resilience\", studies the influence of the aspects above on the potentialization of resilience. It questions about how resistance can encourage resilience, means, costs and effects. Once the proposed goals be achieved, the eight and last chapter brings about lessons learnt and recommendations. Then, the references and the annexed terms of acceptance free and elucidated are presented, as well as the questionnaire for social classification and the list of questions for the interviews

A família, ao longo de seu processo sócio-histórico, atravessou inúmeras crises e transformações, recriando-se conforme a época e o contexto local, adotando para tanto estilos diferenciados. Apesar das mudanças, a organização familiar continua sendo eixo de referência para procriação e socialização das novas gerações, bem como a base de apoio que o indivíduo dispõe no decorrer de seu processo de desenvolvimento psicossexual. Ao longo do ciclo vital, a família desempenha papéis diversificados e exerce funções específicas, sendo considerada a plataforma de sustentação e estruturação do psiquismo desde os primórdios da relação mãebebê. Nessa vertente, estudos têm apontado que a família constitui-se como um espaço fundamental de transmissão psíquica. Considerando-se esses pressupostos, a literatura sustenta que a organização familiar tem impacto decisivo no processo de saúde-doença do indivíduo, inclusive no que diz respeito ao uso abusivo de substâncias psicoativas na adolescência. Assim, torna-se imperioso dedicar atenção diferenciada à família, por meio de uma abordagem que leve em conta a história, estrutura e dinâmica dos relacionamentos familiares, bem como sua inserção no contexto social mais amplo. Frente a essa problemática, o presente estudo teve por objetivos compreender a dinâmica familiar de famílias que possuem filhos adolescentes envolvidos com o abuso de drogas, na perspectiva de suas mães, e compreender a história de vida familiar. O estudo utilizou enfoque qualitativo de pesquisa e os dados foram coletados por meio de um roteiro de entrevista semi-estruturado elaborado com base na modalidade história de vida temática. Participaram quatro mães de adolescentes usuários de substâncias psicoativas atendidas pelo Programa de Saúde da Família de um município do interior paulista. A coleta de dados foi realizada em encontros individuais, previamente agendados com as mães. As entrevistas foram audiogravadas e transcritas na íntegra e literalmente. Além disso, paralelamente a cada entrevista realizada, foi redigido um diário de campo. Após a digitação, as falas foram enumeradas para facilitar posterior localização no momento da categorização. A análise dos dados foi orientada visando à identificação dos temas que emergiram, individualmente, e posteriormente no conjunto de entrevistas, com a finalidade de construir categorias gerais. O corpus de pesquisa foi analisado à luz do referencial psicanalítico adotado para o presente estudo, fundamentado nos estudos de Berenstein, Eiguer e Kalina. Os resultados mostraram, em linhas gerais, o impacto da transmissão psíquica na história de vida familiar e sua contribuição na produção de sofrimento emocional, que culminou com o adoecimento não só do membro identificado, como também das famílias que vivenciavam o uso de substâncias psicoativas na adolescência. O relato das mães permitiu desvelar histórias de vida marcadas pela violência crônica, distanciamento afetivo e um padrão de abandono recorrente, que constituíram legados transmitidos intergeracionalmente, sem possibilidades de transformação. Compreender o adoecimento e seu significado na adolescência implica na compreensão da dinâmica familiar na qual o adolescente encontra-se inserido e na qual a herança psíquica é transmitida entre gerações. O estudo traz subsídios importantes para o planejamento de ações terapêuticas lastreadas na consideração do fenômeno do abuso de substâncias psicoativas como inseparável dos processos de subjetivação contemporâneos. / The family, along its socio-historical process, passed by crisis and changes, recreating itself according to time and local context, adopting for both distinctive styles. Despite these changes the organization family remains the axis of reference to procreation and socialization of the new generations, as well as the support base that the individual has in the course of his psychosexual development process. Throughout the life cycle, the family plays diverse roles and exercises specifics functions being considered the platform of support and structure of the psyche since the dawn of the relation mother-baby. In this case, studies have appointed the family like being a fundamental space of psychic transmission. Given these assumptions, the literature supports that this organization would have a decisive impact on the process of health and illness of the individuals, including about the abusive use of psychoactive substances in the adolescence. Thus, it is imperative to devote attention from the family, through an approach that takes into account the history, structure and dynamics of family relationships and their integration into the wider social context. Faced with this problem, this study aimed to understand the family dynamics of families with teenage children involved in drug abuse in the perspective of their mothers, and understand the history of family life. The study used qualitative approach to research and data were collected through a structured interview script semi-structured based in the modality life history theme. Participated four mothers of teenagers users of psychoactive substances attended by the Family Health Problem of a town in the countryside of São Paulo state. The collect of data was performed in individual meetings, previously scheduled with the mothers. The interviews were audio recorded and transcribed and literally. Moreover, in parallel to each interview, was written a diary. After typing, the lines were listed to facilitate subsequent location at the time of categorization. The analysis was guided in order to identify the themes that emerged, individually, and later in the interviews in order to build broad categories. The body of research has been examined in the light of psychoanalysis adopted for the present study, based on studies of Berenstein, Eiguer and Kalina. The results showed, in general, the impact of psychic transmission in the history of family life and their contribution to the production of emotional distress, which led to the illness of a member not only identified but also the families who experienced the use of psychoactive substances in adolescence. The report of the mothers allowed us to reveal stories of life marked by chronic violence, emotional distance and a pattern of neglect applicant, which were transmitted intergenerational legacy without the possibility of transformation. Understanding the disease and its significance in adolescence involves the understanding of family dynamics in which the adolescent is inserted and in which the psychic inheritance is passed between generations. The study provides important information for the planning of therapeutic actions backed into consideration the phenomenon of substance abuse as inseparable from the contemporary subjectivity.

Thus, the present paperwork is, above all, the result of the analytical work with a boy and his family, considering the encounters and conflicts that we went through. A boy with a robotic way of walking, with a look that ran through anyone who stared at him and with serious problems of social interaction. During the sessions there were activities of pure, meaningless discharge, a toy house invaded by enemy warriors, lying down on the couch and sleeping soundly. A family who loved war games and movies, admired major dictators and listened to neo-Nazi songs. A German descent analyst trying to understand and to make sense of all these things. In order to try to understand the psychic way of functioning of this analysand and, to some extent, his family‟s as well as the contents that emerged during the analytical process, various concepts elaborated by Melanie Klein and the so-called post-Klein authors are used here as theoretical foundation. Furthermore, a detailed reflection on the way our analytic work was interrupted is presented, taking into consideration the complex short-circuit that came about in the transference and in the counter-transference. If, in the beginning, the identifications between the analyst and the analysand favored the establishment of the transference, they ended up severely obstructing the counter-transference. If we were supposedly alike, we eventually turned out to be totally different, it was no longer possible to keep on walking together. From this estrangement experienced in the analytic relationship, we take a further step to think about the dangerous chaining up between anguish upon facing the different, fear of the stranger/foreigner and, finally, hatred and urge to destroy him. For this purpose, the events that took place in Germany before and during World War II are used as illustrative examples / Há certos casos clínicos que convocam o analista a escrever como forma de elaborar psiquicamente as vivências experimentadas no trabalho com determinado analisando. Assim, o presente trabalho é fruto, acima de tudo, do encontro-desencontro analítico vivido no atendimento de um garoto e de sua família. Um menino com andar robótico, com um olhar que atravessava quem o mirava e com sérios problemas de interação social. Nas sessões, o que havia eram atividades de pura descarga sem sentido, uma casa de brinquedo invadida por guerreiros inimigos e deitar no divã e dormir profundamente. Uma família que adorava jogos e filmes de guerra, admirava grandes ditadores e escutava músicas neonazistas. Uma analista descendente de alemães, buscando entender e dar um lugar para tudo isso. Para tentar compreender o modo de funcionamento psíquico desse analisando e, em alguma medida, de sua família e os conteúdos que emergiram durante o processo analítico são utilizados aqui como referencial teórico diversos conceitos elaborados por Melanie Klein e pelos chamados autores pós-kleinianos. Além disso, é feita uma minuciosa reflexão sobre a maneira como o trabalho analítico foi interrompido, considerando o curto-circuito complexo que se formou na transferência e na contratransferência. Se, no início, as identificações entre analista e analisando facilitaram o estabelecimento da transferência, por fim, elas dificultaram muito a contratransferência. Se éramos supostamente iguais, passamos a ser totalmente diferentes, tornou-se impossível continuar caminhando juntos... A partir desse estranhamento experienciado na relação analítica, é dado um salto para pensar no perigoso encadeamento entre angústia perante o diferente, medo do estranho/estrangeiro e, por fim, ódio e desejo de destruí-lo. Our main goal was to analyze the dynamics of the psychic vulnerability in the clinical position and in the patient. Inserted in the field of Fundamental Psychopathology, this research made use of the clinical method to offer a careful thought about the human pathos, highlighting what was peculiar to each case. To achieve such result, hospitality, the capacity to receive those who are in dislocation, was dealt with from the clinical perspective, which considers hospitality itself one of the cornerstone of the clinical position. On the other hand, it was revealed that in this availability to receive the páthico content that comes from the patient lies the vulnerability that accompanies the clinical position. In view of how important it is to support this belief and establish limits to the notion of hospitality, the concept of dietetics, developed in Ancient Greek, was elected, which suggests the fair measure to the use of all pleasures. The art of living proposed by the dietetics can be of great help to think about the regime that is needed to set the laws of hospitality in the psychopathological clinic. When it comes to the patient vulnerability, the journey of young Sara was narrated. In the moment she was hospitalized, Sara received the HIV diagnosis and presented insufficient defensive resources to face the disease. Based on the concept of Psychic Immunological Insufficiency and its articulation with the clinical material, the present study identified some predisposition to this psychopathological manifestation and pointed out some creative strategies that enable defense against the virulent internal and external attack / A partir de atendimentos realizados aos portadores do vírus da aids em um hospital geral, algumas questões surgiram e fomentaram o interesse para a realização da presente dissertação, a qual teve o intuito de analisar a dinâmica da vulnerabilidade psíquica na posição clínica e no paciente. Inserido no campo da Psicopatologia Fundamental e utilizando do método clínico, o presente estudo ofereceu uma reflexão sobre o pathos constituinte do humano, ressaltando o que há de peculiar em cada caso. Para tal feito, primeiramente, a hospitalidade, ou seja, a capacidade de receber aquele que está em deslocamento, foi abordada sob o enfoque clínico, sendo esta, nesta perspectiva, configurada como um dos pilares que fundamenta a posição clínica. Todavia, relevou-se, também, que nesta disponibilidade em receber o conteúdo páthico vindo do paciente está presente a vulnerabilidade que acompanha a posição clínica. Diante da importância em sustentar tal posicionamento e do estabelecimento dos limites à hospitalidade, recorreu-se à noção de dietética desenvolvida na Grécia antiga, a qual propunha a justa medida ao uso dos prazeres. A arte de viver proposta pela dietética serve de reflexão para se pensar o regime necessário para se estabelecer as leis da hospitalidade na clínica psicopatológica. Sobre a vulnerabilidade do paciente, foi narrado o percurso de Sara, uma jovem que, no momento da hospitalização, recebeu o diagnóstico positivo para HIV e manifestou uma insuficiência de recursos defensivos diante do adoecimento. A partir da noção de Insuficiência Imunológica Psíquica articulada ao material clínico, o presente estudo identificou alguns fatores predisponentes desta manifestação psicopatológica e apontou algumas estratégias criativas, as quais possibilitam a defesa diante do ataque virulento interno e externo

Esta pesquisa analisa estímulos empregados em uma amostra de publicidades televisivas de automóveis com o objetivo de compreender como estes interpelam o sujeito no que diz respeito à irracionalidade imanente ao consumismo exacerbado. O estudo se apoia nos conceitos de estética da mercadoria, indústria cultural, regressão e narcisismo, conforme entendidos pela teoria crítica e psicanálise freudiana. Defende-se a tese de que tais estímulos mobilizam certos mecanismos psíquicos a fim de transformar as pulsões individuais em ações de consumo. Sob a premissa do consumo conspícuo, cuja finalidade é a ostentação com vistas a status e prestígio social, investiga-se como as alterações na percepção dos indivíduos, provocadas pelas pseudoexperiências estéticas mediadas pela indústria cultural, usurpam do indivíduo um esquematismo interno responsável em estruturar a percepção em correspondência com o entendimento, fortalecendo assim a ideologia do consumo. Em decorrência dessa base conceitual, são tomados como categorias de análise da publicidade os conceitos psicanalíticos de regressão, narcisismo, repressão e identificação. A pesquisa de campo permitiu constatar que os estímulos identificados são elaborados com base na carência interna de individualidade e liberdade, que, mobilizada pela publicidade, tende a se expressar na regressão narcísica como uma estratégia de preservação do ego. O mecanismo de regressão é explorado por meio de imagens arcaicas, a fim de despertar pulsões não sublimadas e direcioná-las para o desejo de possuir a mercadoria anunciada / This research treats with stimulus used in television advertising of automobile, in order to understand the irrationality immanent in the current exacerbated consumption. The study is based on the concepts of aesthetic of the merchandise, cultural industry, regression, and narcissism, as they are understood by critical theory and Freudian psychoanalysis. It defends the thesis that such stimulus mobilizes certain psychic mechanisms in order to transform the pulsions in actions of consumer. Under the premise of conspicuous consumption, whose purpose is ostentation to get status and social prestige, it investigates how changes in the perception of individuals, caused by pseudo aesthetic experiences mediated by cultural industry, usurp the individual of an internal schematism responsible in structuring the perception in correspondence to the understanding, thus strengthening the ideology of consumption. On this conceptual basis, it is taken as analytical categories of advertising psychoanalytic concepts of regression, narcissism, repression, and identification. The idea behind this study arose from the analyst's difficulty of working with this type of symptom and a subsequent need to further investigate this everyday phenomenon. Therefore, a study on lies was performed, serving as a starting point for the presentation of a clinical case, which inspired this research. Given the difficulty of the transference management for this type of psychopathology, Freud's work was employed as a support to the psychoanalytic technique. Furthermore, the author also presents other psychoanalysts' reports of patient liars, who in turn, offer a better comprehension of the various aspects that may underlie the lie as told by the patient.Thus, this research intends to consider lies within Psychoanalysis / Esta pesquisa procura compreender a função que tem a mentira contada em análise, bem como retratar qual a função do analista no que diz respeito ao manejo transferencial desse tipo de relato, à luz da teoria psicanalítica freudiana. A ideia para este trabalho surgiu da dificuldade da analista em trabalhar esse tipo de sintomatologia, e uma posterior necessidade em investigar melhor esse fenômeno tão corriqueiro na clínica. Dessa forma efetuou-se um estudo sobre a mentira, servindo como ponto de partida para a apresentação de um caso clínico, que inspirou essa pesquisa. Tendo em vista a dificuldade do manejo transferencial para esse tipo de psicopatologia, a obra de Freud foi empregada para dar sustentabilidade ao que seja a técnica psicanalítica, indo um pouco mais adiante, a autora traz aqui relatos de psicanalistas que tiveram pacientes mentirosos em suas clínicas, que ofereceram, subsídios para a compreensão dos vários aspectos que podem estar subjacentes na mentira relatada pelo paciente. Dessa forma, pretende-se com esta pesquisa considerar a mentira no âmbito da Psicanálise

The patient demands analysis because all her love relationships failed which caused intense suffering. After a few sessions the patient says she knows why her relationships come to an end: She stinks. The stench becomes a recurring theme during her analysis both in her speech as in her dreams, memories, fantasies, hallucinations and also in the transfer with the analyst. A clinical hypothesis is formulated in the terms of the stench being a defense mechanism. As theoretical foundation the following psychoanalytical concepts will be used: symptom, narcissism, defense mechanism, hallucinations, anxiety, femininity among others. Finally, are mapped different functions of the stench in the psychic dynamism and therefore discusses his role as psychic support base / O presente trabalho, inserido no campo de estudo da Psicopatologia Fundamental, tem como base a narrativa de um atendimento clínico. A paciente em questão procura análise, pois todos seus relacionamentos amorosos fracassavam, o que lhe causava intenso sofrimento. Passadas algumas sessões, a paciente diz que sabe o porquê dos seus fracassos nas relações: ela fede. O mau cheiro passa a ser tema recorrente durante sua análise, tanto em seu discurso manifesto como em sonhos, lembranças, fantasias, alucinações e também na transferência. A partir desses elementos é formulada uma hipótese clínica de que o mau cheiro se insere na economia psíquica da paciente como um mecanismo de defesa. Como fundamentação teórica são utilizados os conceitos psicanalíticos de sintoma, narcisismo, mecanismo de defesa, alucinação, angústia, feminilidade, entre outros. Por fim, são mapeadas diferentes funções do cheiro no dinamismo psíquico e, assim, discute-se sua função como base de sustentação psíquica

This research is based on Freud´s psychoanalysis and Piera Aulagnier´s meta-psychological findings. It also the results of my study on clinic practices with handcapped childreen and their parents. It argues that, at the time of these childreen´s birth, the presence of a particular deficiency may, in some cases, trigger a nesting trauma when the mother does not manage to project on the infant´s proper body the expected image wich she had before the birth. The development of such trauma wil depend on the psychic mechanisms the mother may have at hand. The psychoanalytical intervention aims at working strategies for dealing with the mourning for the child that was expected but did not happen, and to enable the mother to dedicate herself to the child as so, as an autonomous and unique new being / Esta dissertação tem por objetivo investigar na clínica psicanalítica os possíveis efeitos da presença da deficiência física na criança, tanto em seu processo de constituição psíquica, como de que maneira esta experiência pode afetar o psiquismo dos pais e sua relação com o filho. Trata-se de um estudo fundamentado na psicanálise desenvolvida por Freud e nas contribuições metapsicológicas de Piera Aulagnier e é fruto de minhas indagações acerca da clínica com crianças deficientes físicas e seus pais. Discute que no momento do nascimento, a presença de uma deficiência pode, em alguns casos, desencadear um ´traumatismo do encontro`- quando a mãe não consegue ancorar sobre o corpo real do bebê a representação psíquica que havia feito deste antes de seu nascimento. A elaboração deste traumatismo vai depender dos mecanismos psíquicos que a mãe dispõe e a intervenção psicanalítica visa à elaboração deste luto pelo filho que era esperado e não nasceu, de modo que a mãe possa investir na criança que se apresenta, como sujeito singular e autônomo

The concepts put forward by certain psychoanalysts regarding this very intricate relationship and their effects on the continual challenge of becoming a woman and on the transmission of feminineness were investigated and analyzed. Freud s observations on the inexorable suppression that covers up the primordial relationship between mothers and their daughters were the starting point. Expressions for the nuances of the vestiges of this archaic relationship with mothers were sought; for daughters, their mothers are both the primary and the secondary objects of identification. Mothers eroticize their baby girls, leaving sensual traces for future adult enjoyment of female sexuality. In this relationship of like that engenders like, there is a potential risk of narcissistic entrapment and symbiotic illusion. Hostility between mothers and daughters was taken to be a search for psychological differentiation, which is always present to a greater or lesser extent. The passion between mother and daughter was shown firstly through the myth of Demeter and Persephone. The tragedy of Electra was dealt with as the other face of passion: hate. The conceptual framework surrounding feminineness in psychoanalysis was investigated and linked in, and the origin and development of the following concepts was explained: primary female identification (Paulo de Carvalho Ribeiro), primary homosexuality (Jacqueline Godfrind), primary female position or phase of feminineness (Melanie Klein) and primary maternalism and primary femaleness (Florence Guignard). The film Autumn Sonata by Ingmar Bergman was analyzed, focusing on the unsustainable nostalgia of meeting the mother, which was always dreamed of and never achieved. Continuing the reflections on the film, the male viewpoint and its indissociable dialectic connection with the female viewpoint is demonstrated. This coming together between female and male viewpoints brings to the fore the concept of psychological bisexuality. The different objective rules of mothers and fathers were also discussed. Two clinical constructions were presented: Zoe and Liz. Finally, the preciousness and tanatic , or the strength and vulnerability of the transmission of the feminineness from mothers to daughters were investigated / O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é fundamentar e sustentar, pela literatura psicanalítica, a existência de vicissitudes psíquicas específicas na trajetória bebê-menina- mulher. Investigo e analiso as concepções levantadas por alguns psicanalistas sobre tão intrincada relação, e seus efeitos no contínuo desafio de tornar-se mulher, assim como na transmissão da feminilidade. Parto das observações de Freud sobre o recalque inexorável que encobre os primórdios da relação de uma mãe com sua filha. Busco explicitar as nuances dos vestígios dessa relação arcaica com a mãe, que é, para a menina, tanto o objeto de identificação primário quanto o secundário. É a mãe quem erotiza seu bebê menina, deixando marcas sensuais para o futuro desfrutar adulto da sexualidade feminina. Há nessa relação do mesmo que engendra o mesmo, um risco pontecializado para a cilada narcísica e a ilusão simbiótica. A hostilidade entre mãe e filha é compreendida como uma busca de diferenciação psíquica, sempre presente, em maior ou menor intensidade. Apresento a paixão entre mãe e filha, primeiramente no mito de Deméter e Perséfone; abordo a tragédia de Electra como a outra face da paixão o ódio. Investigo e articulo a trama conceitual que cerca a concepção da feminilidade em psicanálise, e faço uma explanação da origem e desenvolvimento dos seguintes conceitos: identificação feminina primária (Paulo de Carvalho Ribeiro) homossexualidade primária (Jacqueline Godfrind), posição feminina primária ou fase da feminilidade (Melanie Klein) e, o materno primário e o feminino primário (Florence Guignard). Analiso o filme Sonata de Outono de Ingmar Bergman, sob o enfoque da insustentável nostalgia do encontro com a mãe, sempre sonhado e jamais alcançado. Na continuidade da reflexão a respeito do filme, coloco em evidência o olhar masculino e sua indissociável e dialética articulação com o olhar feminino. Essa aproximação entre o feminino e o masculino traz à tona o conceito de bissexualidade psíquica. O estatuto diverso da mãe e do pai como objeto também é discutido.
