Šio magistro darbo užduotis – apžvelgti šiuo metu labiausiai naudojamas vartotojo sąsajas, kurios padeda žmogui sąveikauti su kompiuteriais ir kitais įrenginiais bei sąsajų architektūros būdus, kurie palengvina programų kūrimą. Taip pat išanalizuoti šiuo metu plačiausiai naudojamus metodus interneto paslaugoms įgyvendinti, kad būtų rastas sprendimas, kaip interaktyvios informacinės sistemos galėtų bendrauti tarpusavyje be apribojimų reikiamam funkcionalumui gauti pasirenkant geriausią būdą saugoti ir atvaizduoti reikiamus programos duomenis kuo paprastesniu ir lankstesniu būdu. Sukurti lygiagrečių tekstynų prototipą, kuris leistų matyti gautą rezultatą su galimybe kuo lengviau ir greičiau rasti bei koreguoti automatiškai sugeneruotus netikslumus, jei tokie yra, pritaikant sąsają, kuri būtų patogesnė ir reikalautų kuo mažiau darbo pastangų. Pasinaudojant prototipu atlikti tyrimą, kuris parodytų įvesties įrenginių naudojimo tendencijas. Darbą sudaro 8 dalys: įvadas, vartotojo sąsajų apžvalga, vartotojo sąsajos atskyrimas, interneto paslaugų analizė, XML duomenų bazės, vartotojo sąsajos kūrimas, išvados ir literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 48 p. teksto be priedų, 25 paveikslai ir 2 lentelės. Atskirai pridedami 2 darbo priedai. / The purpose of this thesis is to review most currently used user interfaces that help people interact with computers and other equipment, and begin exploring new user interface paradigm, which allows humans to interact naturally with the computer. Furthermore, analyze the most widely used methods today for implementing web services, to find a solution how interactive information systems could communicate with each other without any restrictions to gain an overall result choosing the best way to store and display relevant data to the program simpler and more flexible way. Create an interactive parallel corpus development environment prototype for minimizing available errors, if they occur, from the generated parallel translation as easy as possible using as less human labor as possible. Using the prototype, perform a study that will show trends in the use of different interface input devices. The work consists of 8 parts: introduction, overview of user interfaces, user interface separation, web services analysis, XML databases, user interface development, conclusions and references. Thesis consists of: 48 pages of text without appendixes, 25 pictures and 2 tables. Two enclosures of the work are enclosed separately.

The developing stages of communication system for the physically disabled persons with speech and language impairments are presented in this master job. The system was developed in pursuance of international Eureka project E! 2707. The author tried to take notice of disables situation in society of 21’st century and tried to formulate the problems witch appearing then disables trying to use modern communication technologies (internet, e-mail, text typing). A review of compensation method for disables was done. Also the market of compensatory devices was reviewed. Only when analysis of users was done, compensatory methods for physically disabled person was review, and facilities was sum up, the model of communications system and the demo version of software for the physically disabled persons with speech and language impairments was created. The design software lets to type text, to use e-mail possibilities, to browse Internet. All these functions can be achieved using one or two ON-OFF buttons and virtual keyboard. The experiments shows that is possible to achieve text typing speed approximately 20 symbols per minute.

Primary objective in our consumer education work is to develop a financially literate community, where Lithuanian consumers can make informed decisions about financial products and services, and identify and avoid scams and swindlers. To help us achieve this objective, we have developed a consumer education strategy to guide our activities over the period 2004– 2006. As part of our strategy, we have set out: • the scope of our consumer education role; • the priority topic areas that our strategy should focus on. • the delivery mechanisms we intend to use for our consumer education initiatives. As the primary consumer protection regulator in the financial services sector, we believe that our consumer education role should include the following main elements: • Making consumers aware of the need to be informed, educated and active; • Informing consumers about: – How they can look after their money; – Scams and swindles to avoid; – Consumer rights and how to exercise them; • Helping coordinate consumer education across different groups; • Helping improve financial literacy; • Undertaking or commissioning relevant research. • Providing referral information. Mūsų dienomis informacinės sistemos tampa vis sudėtingesnės ir verslo procesams aprašyti seniai nebeužtenka paprastų tekstų ar schemų. Kompiuterizuotų IS reikalavimams aprašyti ir modeliuoti geriausiai tinka specialiai tam skirti modeliai. Modeliavimas tapo būtinas kuriant dideles, sudėtingas ar su kitomis sistemomis sąveikaujančias informacines sistemas, nors daugelis programuotojų siekia minimizuoti modeliavimo pastangas. Modeliuojami ne tik vartotojo poreikiai, dalykinė sritis, programinė įranga, bet ir organizacijos veikla - pastaraisiais metais ši modeliavimo fazė tapo daugelio projektavimo procesų dalimi. Todėl specialūs kompiuterizuoti modeliavimo įrankiai tapo neatskiriama sudėtingų IS kūrimo ir projektavimo dalimi. Modernėjant technologijoms vis labiau orientuojamasi į reikalavimų specifikavimo fazę IS kūrimo projektuose – reikalavimai turi lemiamą reikšmę projektuojant modernias ir sudėtingas informacines sistemas. Todėl vis didėja projektavimo įrankių įtaka IS kūrimo procese, jų pagalba kartais generuojant ir kodą. Taigi, kad tinkamai būtų sukurta ir vystoma nauja sistema, būtina tinkamai apsibrėžti viziją, veiklos modelį ir tiksliai specifikuoti reikalavimus. For information systems requirements there are created special models. Systems modeling became a must for creating big, sophisticated, difficult systems. User’s requirements, subject matter and specialty domain, software architecture and even organizations activities are being modeled in modern software development companies during systems design process. Special modeling tools are used to create information systems. During last few years software and business developers are focusing more to requirements specification phase. In information systems development projects strict and simply understandable requirements have critical meaning creating big sophisticated information systems. So usage of design and modeling tools is more and more popular. Using such tools sometimes program code is generated to. Šiame darbe sprendžiama mobiliųjų įrenginių internetinės vartotojo sąsajos vartojamumo problema, kuri kuo toliau, tuo labiau tampa aktualesnė, kadangi vis daugiau paslaugų bei veiklos procesų yra perkeliama į mobiliąją erdvę. Vartojamumas tampa vienas iš svarbesnių veiksnių, lemiančių internetinės sistemos išlikimo bei naudojimo perspektyvas. Tačiau išlieka atviras klausimas – ar kuriant internetinę sistemą tikslinga investuoti laiką bei resursus ir greta įprastinės vartotojo sąsajos vystyti dar ir mobiliesiems įrenginiams pritaikytą sąsają. Nagrinėjama sritis yra pakankamai nauja todėl tokio pobūdžio tyrimai arba bent jau jų rezultatai dar nėra plačiai paplitę bei skelbiami. Analizės metu buvo išnagrinėti vartojamumo tyrimo metodai bei mobiliųjų įrenginių internetinės vartojo sąsajos rekomendacijos. Pasitelkus dalį išanalizuotų metodų vartojamumo požiūriu buvo ištirtos dvi eksperimentinės tos pačios sistemos vartotojo sąsajos – mobilioji bei įprastinė, naudojamos mobiliajame įrenginyje. Eksperimentui reikalingos vartotojo sąsajos buvo realizuotos sukūrus bei įdiegus „naujienų tinklaraščio“ informacinę sistemą, turinčią tiek įprastinę tiek mobiliesiems įrenginiams pritaikytas vartotojo sąsajas. So it is natural that more and mode services are served through mobile internet. As all regular applications, mobile web applications should be usable and user friendly. These aspects make a quite big influence on success of software. The main goal of this work is to make a usability research on web user interface for mobile devices. This research will show if there is a sense to make separate user interface for mobile devices when you are going to develop web system which will be also used by mobile devices users. Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su savo gydytoju psichiatru, jo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. Tyrime dalyvavo: 140 įvairiomis psichikos ligomis sergančių pacientų (66 vyrai ir 74 moterys), besigydantys VŠĮ. Pakaunės PSPC. Šio darbo naujumas bus surasti ir parodyti sociodemografinius, klinikinius veiksnius, kurie daro įtaką pozityvesniam požiūriui į vaistus ir atsakingesniam jų vartojimui. Taip pat surasti psichikos ligomis sergančių asmenų subjektyviai vertinamo santykio su gydytoju psichiatru ir gydytojo nurodymų laikymosi bei pasitenkinimo sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis sąsajas. / The aim of the research is to evaluate the connection among the subjectively perceived relationship with one’s doctor psychiatrist, adherence to his/ her instructions and the satisfaction with the services provided by the healthcare institution from the point of view of individuals suffering from psychiatric illnesses. 140 patients (66 males and 74 females) with various psychiatric illnesses treated at Public Enterprise Pakaunė PSPC (Primary Healthcare Center) took part in the research. The novelty of this paper lies in the identification and highlighting of socio demographical and clinical factors contributing to a more positive attitude towards medication and its more responsible consumption. Besides, the discovery of the connection among the subjectively evaluated relationship with the treating doctor psychiatrist from the point of view of patients with psychiatric illnesses, adherence to his/ her instructions and satisfaction with the services provided by a healthcare institution is also innovative.

In the thesis, it was reviewed Ajax technology and developed using Ajax and Java programming language “Online presentation”. Software “Online presentation” allow demonstrators to make online presentations to remote users through the Internet in a real-time and synchronous manner. Demonstrator uploads picture format files and can delete them if he does not need them anymore. The demonstrator can invite viewers to join his presentation by e-mail, generated link and login. In addition, the demonstrator can upload various format files and allow them to download. The only requirement to use “Online presentation” is to have a browser and the internet connection.

Šiuo tyrimu siekiama išanalizuoti populiariausių vartotojo sąsajos tyrimų metodus ir įvertinti juos įvairiais aspektais bei nustatyti jų taikymo atvejus. Taip pat suprojektuoti eksperimentinę erdvę ir atlikti tyrimą su vienu iš vartotojo sąsajos tyrimo metodu. Išanalizuoti rezultatus ir juos palyginti su panašiu vartotojo sąsajos tyrimo metodu. Galiausiai ieškosime būdų pagerinti šio metodo tikslumui. Analizės metu buvo įvertinta 15 vartotojo sąsajos metodų. Remiantis žiniomis įgautomis atliekant literatūros analizę apie vartotojo sąsajos tyrimų atlikimo eigą ir vertinimo parametrus buvo atliktas eksperimentas, kurio tikslas ištirti pelės sekimo tikslumą lyginant su akių sekimo metodo tikslumu. Išaiškinus priežastis lemiančias pelės sekimo metodo tikslumą, jas pašalinome ir pakartojome eksperimentą. Atlikus eksperimentus paaiškėjo, kad pagrindinis veiksnys lemiantis pelės sekimo metodo tikslumą yra dalyvių pasyvumas, o dalyvius informavus apie pelės judinimo būtinybę kartu su akių judesiais, užfiksuotas šio metodo tikslumo padidėjimas iki 47% - 77%. / In this research we are going to analyze most popular user interface research methods and evaluate them in different aspects and determinate their use of cases. In addition, create experimental space for one of the user interface methods research. Analyze results and compare with similar method. Lastly, we will look for solutions to increase its accuracy. 15 user interface research methods were evaluated in analyze stage. From gathered knowledge about user interface research methods and evaluation parameters, experiment was performed. His purpose was to evaluate mouse tracking accuracy as user interface method and compare it with eye tracking method. After causes for its accuracy were found, they were removed and repeated the experiment. After conducting the experiment we found out that the main factor in mouse tracking accuracy is user's inability to move mouse actively. After asking experiment participants to sync their eyes movement with mouse movements we witnessed 47% - 77% accuracy comparing with eye tracking method.

Vartotojo požiūriu, kontaktinis personalas yra integruojanti suteiktos paslaugos dalis, todėl sąveikos su teikėjais pobūdis veikia vartotojo sprendimus apie paslaugą ir jos kokybę. Ši sąveika priklauso ne tik nuo teikėjo veiklos ypatumų, bet ir nuo individualių vartotojo bei teikėjo lūkesčių. Lūkesčiai tampa išankstine sąlyga, formuojančia vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūrius į paslaugų kokybę. Jų nusiteikimo ir vilties gauti bei teikti paslaugas atitikimas skatina kryptingą sąveiką. Ir atvirkščiai, dėl skirtingų lūkesčių atsirandantys skirtingi vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūriai į paslaugų kokybės ypatumus gali tapti problema ir nepasitenkinimo paslaugų kokybe priežastimi. Šiame darbe pagrindinis dėmesys buvo sutelktas į vartotojo ir teikėjo požiūrių į paslaugų kokybę palyginimą jų lūkesčių atitikimo kontekste. Tiriamoje darbo dalyje vartotojai ir teikėjai pagal vienodus kriterijus vertino Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės biudžetinės įstaigos Socialinės paramos centro pagalbos į namus paslaugų kokybę. Kokybės vertinimo pagrindu buvo pasirinktos Ch. Grönroos pateiktos vartotojų požiūriui svarbios teikėjo veiklos charakteristikos, integruojančios techninę ir funkcinę paslaugos kokybę. Taikant anketinės apklausos metodą vartotojai ir teikėjai vertino paslaugos savybes pagal abiems respondentų grupėms pateiktus vienodus detalizuotus kriterijus: teikėjo profesionalumą ir įgūdžius, požiūrį ir elgseną, prieinamumą ir lankstumą, patikimumą, kompensavimą. Therefore, the quality of his/her interaction with the user inevitably affects the user’s judgement about the services and their quality. This interaction depends not only on the characteristics of the provider’s activities but also on individual expectations of both the provider and user of social services. Consequently, expectations become a necessary prerequisite for shaping the user’s and provider’s views on the quality of service. A good balance between the user’s and provider’s expectations makes for effective interaction. On the contrary, a lack of such balance may cause problems and dissatisfaction. The main focus of this graduation paper was on the comparison of service users’ and providers’ views on the quality of service within the context of their expectations. The part of the graduation paper containing the survey revealed how, on the basis of identical criteria, both users and providers of services assessed the quality of social domestic services delivered by the Social Support Centre, a Vilnius City Council budgetary institution.
