本論文以印度奧修大師( Osho Rajneesh )針對現代人生活方式所設計的「動態靜心」修練為對象,探討現代人實踐莫克夏( moksha )身心體驗之成效性與可行性。本文從印度經典《薄伽梵歌》來討論莫克夏的概念,試圖歸納出達到莫克夏的歷程,並指出莫克夏背後的印度解脫思想。本研究並以親身體驗的方式探討奧修動態靜心是否有助於體驗《薄伽梵歌》中所描述之moksha。 筆者獨自前往印度進行為期七日之「動態靜心禁語閉關」,並藉由自我民族誌研究法( auto-ethnography )呈現筆者意識轉化的歷程及莫克夏之身心體驗對於日常生活的轉變與影響。筆者透過自身的參與,來企圖了解自我意識於該活動之中的變化,討論靜心活動中所體驗到的身心轉化經驗,以及回歸日常生活之後的影響。 / This research probes into the effectiveness and feasibility of experiencing “moksha” through practicing the “Dynamic Meditations” originally designed by Osho Rajneesh. Through the exploration of “Bhagavad Gita”, one is able to understand the process of realizing moksha and the viewpoints of the ancient Indian wisdom of liberation. A self-experience approach is used in this study to better understand whether the dynamic meditations help to experience moksha depicted in “Bhagavad Gita” . This research uses auto-ethnography to explore the process of the transformation of my consciousness through a seven-day silent dynamic meditation retreat in Pune India. I try to understand the changes of my consciousness through my actual participation, analyzing the transformation of the body-mind experiences and the effects on my everyday life.

亞太地區債券市場擇時行為之實證研究 / An empirical study of market timing in Asia-Pacific bond market.

本篇論文探討亞太地區債券市場中是否存在著擇時行為,以此區域中三個經濟區為代表—澳洲、新加坡及香港,透過分析此區域2000~2009期間的絕對利率、相對利率與絕對債券發行量、相對債券發行量間之關係,以及進一步控制影響企業債券發行之因素,包括市場的成長機會、再融資及企業特性等,最後,實證結果指出亞太地區之債券市場並無擇時行為之存在,且其融資行為較傾向支持靜態抵換理論,亦即亞太企業進行舉債融資時較可能同時考慮舉債所帶來的正面及負面效果,因此有一最適資本結構存在的可能。 / The purpose of this thesis is to test whether there is market timing behavior existing in Asia-pacific bond market. Using the data during 2000~2009 in three representative places, including Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore, we compare both the absolute and relative interest rate to both the absolute and relative amount of debt issue. In addition, we further control the factors that affect the debt issue of firms, including the market growth opportunities, refinancing and the characteristics of firms. Finally, we find there is no market timing behavior in Asia-pacific bond market. Besides, firms’ financing behavior in Asia-pacific are better explained by the trade-off theory, which means it is possible that there is a optimal capital structure for each firm.

黃宗羲哲學之建構 / The Philosophical Construction of Huang Zongxi

本論文研究主要關注於,黃宗羲如何在肯定理性的待發展性下,就理性的自我發展,建立一套道德哲學。 首先第一章緒論,先敘述研究之背景目的、文獻評述,擬定之研究方法及進行步驟、預期研究成果。對於黃宗羲,首在去除形上學預設對人的限制。就人在活動中的自主性、發展性,建立一套個人道德養成與推動現實理想化,密不可分的道德體系。筆者將於第二到第六章在此體系下,分別就不同脈絡的個個問題探討其哲學之建構。 第二章:黃宗羲在作品中屢稱己意在承繼劉蕺山,但單憑於此,尚難斷定黃宗羲的哲學思想是承繼劉蕺山。尤其是黃宗羲對人物思想評論,間有與劉蕺山不同之處,而當今學界,更是在黃宗羲與劉蕺山思想定位上,存在著歧異。此歧異牽涉資料援引問題,本章目的乃就當今學術界研究歧異先做一回應。首重原典的掌握,並進行對各家看法加以檢視考據。根據原典呈現,將兩者定位,並就黃宗羲對劉蕺山承繼與發展,來看黃宗羲哲學所關注的焦點。 第三章:針對於黃宗羲理論歧見最多的氣學定位,個人認為應分成兩面向來看。一是黃宗羲對天道之堅持,二是其重氣的理氣觀。而關於此兩面向,有待就黃宗羲理氣、心性與道德關係角度作說明。 第四章:論述黃宗羲哲學是心學也是氣學,就氣流行方式,認為人滯於私為惡,故必須從(1)現實無法使人成善?(2)人何以有一不依經驗的道德性?(3)此道德性如何引導人在現實成善?此三個問題做討論。本章並就理氣與心性論、工夫論之間關係,解釋人道德呈現差異與人文化成。 第五章:本章延續第四章問題論「性」的呈現,由道德意志貫徹於氣化實踐,使「性」以成其全,並論主體擴充之工夫內容。 第六章:黃宗羲認為個人的道德養成,與儒家道德世界在現實中完成乃是密不可分,因此儒家思想在社會建立社會規範,在肯定理性的待發展性下,就理性的自我發展,完成以儒家思想建立公共的規範。 最後,本論文將總結討論黃宗羲建構之哲學思想,能否真正取代陽明心學,以及其哲學的可能發展。 / This thesis mainly focuses on how Huang Zongxi (黃宗羲)established a set of moral philosophy on the basis of affirmative rational development. The first chapter of the introduction, describes the background purpose of research, literature review, the proposed research methods and measures and the expected results. Huang Zongxi, aims for removing metaphysical restrictions on human . Based on the autonomy and development of human in activities, he establishes a set of moral system in which not only personal morality can be fostered but also promotes the idealization of reality. Under this system,from the second to the sixth chapters, I will discuss the construction of his philosophy on the various contexts respectively . The second chapter discusses thatalthough Huang Zongxi repeatedly claimed that he is willing to inheritLiu Jishan (劉蕺山)in his works, it is insufficient to conclude that Huang Zongxi's philosophical thinking is indeed so.In particular, Huang Zongxi's comments on the character thought were different from that of Liu Jieshan. In today's academic world, there is disagreement betweenthe philosophical points of Huang Zongxi and Liu Jishan. The primary purpose of this chapter is to respond to the current academic disagreement which resulted from data-citing problem. Focusing on the original texts, examined the views of various critics. The two would be positioned based on the original texts. Viewing the focus of Huang Zongxi's philosophy which was based on his inheritance and development of Liu Jieshan. The third chapterconcentrates on the controversial issue about the theory of qi (氣) in Huang Zongxi’ philosophy,which should be regarded as two aspects. One is Huang Zongxi 's adherence to the tiandao (天道), the other is his emphasizing of the value of qi (氣). I would illustrated the two aspects by the discussions of the relationships of Huang Zongxi's li-qi (理氣)andxin-xing (心性)inmoral system. The fourth chapter discusses that Huang Zongxi’s philosophy is not only xin xue (心學), but also qi xue (氣學). By the way qi move, human who stagnant self-interest, become evil. Therefore it must be debated on three questions as below :(1) Can the reality not make thepeople good? (2) Why do people have a morality that does not depend on experience? (3) How does this morality lead people to be good at reality? This chapter also explains the difference between human morality and human culture by the relationship between the theory of qi, the theory of the xin and thetheory of cultivation . In the chapter five, I continue to discuss the presentation of "xing" . Since the morality is carried out by qi’s realization, to complete xing ,and discusses the content of cultivation by the expansion of the subject. In the sixth chapter, according to Huang Zong-xi’s view , the Confucian moral world in reality, which is closely linked with the individual's moral cultivation. Therefore,Confucianism will to establish a social norms in society. Under affirmative rational development, the public norms established by Confucianism willbe completed by self-realization. Finally, I will summarize that whether Huang Zongxi's philosophy can truly replace Yangmingism (陽明心學)and the possibledevelopment of Huang’s philosophy.

On the other hand, as time goes by, there are more and more applications on the AppStore stop to update or being abandoned but not removed from AppStore. However, the users know nothing about the lack of maintenance problems and still download and use it. In this research, we will resolve the issue for checking specific property method sequence within an application. By using IDApro to generate function call graph and the subroutine control flow graphs, we use syntax checking strategy to perform a across subroutines sequential checking solution. We will check the application behavior by predefining a property method sequence as pattern and then check with applications’. The analysis method can illustrate whether a property method sequence exists in the application which is available on App Store. This may help us to check some malicious behavior property method sequence or specific behavior method sequence (ex. using deprecated api methods) in the applications. We have prepared some property method sequence as our system input pattern extracted from all the available iOS SDK methods fetching by our web crawler. We will check whether an application contains the prepared method sequence or not. If the sequence exists in the application, we would record the method sequence call included in the subroutine within the application. Then the results data will be aggregated in our database, and export as api service for visualizing and statistic uses. Finally, we construct a call sequence analysis system for the above checking functions and show the result in a web service form

In Taiwan, this commodity is still new to most of us. Consequently, for a better understand and probably the issuance of this commodity, this research focuses on the pricing and hedging of barrier options, hoping that the research can obtain contributive conclusions. On pricing, when using CRR model as a pricing method for barrier options, there exists a situation which the convergence of the pricing is saw-toothed, contributing to the imprecise pricing results. This study provides a modification for the CRR model that can mitigate the saw-toothed convergence very effectively. On hedging, this study uses static hedge as a hedging measure, combining with the modified CRR model, which has very been studied before. The results of this study tell that, using static hedge can reach a very accurate hedging results, which is not attainable using dynamic hedge. Also, the more the time spacing shrinks, the more exact the hedge is. Finally, using modified CRR model as a basis producing replicating portfolio under static hedge can have a better performance in hedging than that of using unmodified CRR model.

壓力方面的研究,雖然自Hans Sely開始,在心理學中即佔有相當的份量。西方學者eE.fromm;N.W Ross;W.Barrett;E.Herrigel 等人,或採哲學的觀點,或運用了心理學的方法,對靜坐加以分析研究,結果亦相當可觀。 但是純以靜坐技術來解決組織壓力的研究卻極為罕見,尤其是國內的研究,幾乎可以說是完全空白。基於組織壓車對於組織整體及個人造成的嚴重損失,已不容再忽視,並且由於靜坐技術的發展歷史甚為久遠,內容及效果對人類心理具有立即且明顯的影響,所以針對組織壓力與靜坐技術予以深入探討。 近年來西方學者對於由牛頓物理學所形成的典範,經由愛因斯坦的相對論及海森堡的量子物理的出現,漸漸無法解釋許多自然及社會的現象,而新物理學,乃至新生物學的誕生,也使得新的典範逐漸成形。新典範所發展出的心物一元世界觀,亦是組織壓力和靜坐技術彼此聯結的最好詮釋觀點。 中山先生早在民國初年的演講中,就已明白指出心物合一的論點,由此可知中山先生確實是其有遠見學者。 本論文在結構上,是先敘述靜坐技術的發展歷史,再介紹組織壓力的相關理論,並整合目前解決組織壓力的各種策略,配合靜坐技術加以研究。主要的研究方法,是以文獻研究作為研究途徑。

本研究以自我參與、自我敘說的方式,呈現超個人心理治療中的奧修「神秘玫瑰」活動,對研究者本身帶來何種的生命經驗?而此經驗又對研究者產生何種影響? 透過自我敘說的研究取向,研究者感受到整個活動過程,就像是從「頭」到「心」的療癒—一步一步地展現出研究者的人際關係、欲望、人格特質、身心狀況,並慢慢地開始化解掉身、心的不舒服,而產生人際模式、行為的改變,也幫助研究者領悟到助人工作的原動力。除此之外,透過活動過程的臉部紀錄,研究者也看到自己較深的內在情緒狀態。 而在故事敘說後的分析中,研究者發現自己小時候的經驗,影響到目前的人際關係與工作、生活態度,並在活動中得到轉化,而產生了具體的改變。除此之外,在整體生命能量上,也產生流動或提昇,並體會到自我生命的富足,是助人工作的原點。 在反思的部份,區分成活動參與者與論文研究者,兩個不同的層次。在參與者部份,我發現自己的生命,其實是一直在對抗主流的心理學、精神醫學,以表達精神障礙者家人的不滿,卻忘了把這股力量,轉成正向的力量,來照顧好自己。在研究者部份,發現要透過語言傳達自己的經驗,其實是一件不容易的事,並看到東方智慧運用在助人工作的可行性。 在建議的部份,再依據本研究的結果,提出帶領類似「神秘玫瑰」活動的超個人心理治療團體,所需注意的事。 最後,在「對話」的部份,呈現出研究者參與不同靈修活動的經驗,與經驗間的對話;並透過「現在的我」來看到,活動心得領悟是對參與者的當下有益,而提醒讀者去經驗自己的生命禮物。 / The study is exploring the experience of the researcher participates the Osho Mystic Rose activity and what is the meaning of these life experiences.So the researcher will participate the group activity and narrates what he experiences. From the meta-story,the researcher finds that his childhood experience has influenced the present relationship,work,and the life’s attitude.And by participating the activity,the researcher’s state is changed and.the life energe is rising.Otherwise,the researcher is awaring that the helper’s blooming life is the root of the work of helping others. About the self-reflection of study,it can be discriminated two levels—participant and researcher.In the participant level,I find that I,the brother of psychotic handicap is against the dominant psychology and psychiatry to show the bitterness.But I forget to translate the opposed energy to positive energy to take care myself well.In the researcher level,I.find that it is difficult to use language to transmit experience to others,and maybe the east wisdom can be applied to the wok of helping others. In advice,the researcher suggested something important about leading the transpersonal psychotherapy group. It is that the group leader should construct the secure environment to let members exploring themselves freely and keep in touch with the present. Finally,the last part,Dialog,it shows and compares researcher’s experiences in different spirit-training groups.And from the point of view of being,the researcher’s insight from activity can not be fitted to others.

新興宗教中知識份子參與靜坐修煉的宗教經驗--以天帝教為例 / The intellectual's religious experience of participating in the meditation practice among new religions: a case of the lord of universe church (T'ienti chiao)

近年來台灣受過高等教育的知識份子,熱中參與新興宗教及擬似宗教的修煉團體。本研究的目的是希望瞭解受世俗理性教育下的知識份子,為何會投入民間教派的靜坐修煉活動,並討論當初學習靜坐的動機與需求,以及對宗教是否有另一套科學-理性的理解模式。 本研究採質性研究取向,以天帝教中知識份子為個案,透過參與觀察、非結構式訪談及文獻分析等方法,試圖瞭解天帝教知識份子參與靜坐修煉的歷程,包括學習靜坐的動機,在修煉過程中的神秘經驗、社會關係的轉變,以及參與信仰論述合理化的行動。 研究發現學習靜坐的動機可分為「解決問題取向」及「非解決問題取向」,前者是被迫要解決具危機感的問題與麻煩;後者為了滿足生命更高的需求層次。靜坐改變以小我為中心世界觀,轉向注重大我,因此家庭關係跟人際關係都趨向和諧,人生觀也從追求個人成就轉向謀求眾人福祉。至於從單純靜坐學習者到成為融入組織的虔信者,中間轉換過程是經由突然跳躍的意識。 最後,本文也指出三項天帝教知識份子對於自我角色的定位模式,藉此凸顯他們在不同知識系統間如何加自我調適,乃至於說明當代知識份子跟宗教團體間的關係及其角色。 關鍵詞:新興宗教、天帝教、知識份子、靜坐、宗教經驗 / Recent years in Taiwan, new religions and religion-like spiritual practice cults appeal to higher educated intellectuals. The main purpose of this study is to realize why these science-ration educated intellectuals were enthusiastic in sectarian religious practice. In this study we discussed their motivation and need for learning meditation. Further more, we'd also like to know whether they have some kind of science-ration patterns of cognition on their religion belief and practice. By case study on The Lord of Universe Church (T'ienti Chiao), a qualitative aspect, such as participant observation, non-structed interview and literature analysis is employed by this study, which tries to understand the process of the intellectuals among the Lord of Universe Church participating in meditation practice, including their motivation of learning meditation, mystical experience of“CHI”, changing of relationships, and the construction of rationalizing belief discourse. 以靜態織入方法實現剖面導向工作流程 / Design and Implementation of a Static Weaver for Aspectual Workflow

現今的應用系統中常會有橫跨性(Cross-Cutting)的程式模組存在,這類程式模組包括:日誌記錄、授權認證、資料永存性等,而這種程式模組在系統中若沒有被區分抽離出來,常常會導致系統重複出現與主要功能需求無關的程式碼,除此之外,這些橫跨性需求的程式碼還會與主要功能需求程式碼糾結在一起,造成程式碼夾雜不清的現象。在工作流程(Workflow)的開發過程中也有著相同的問題。為了解決上述的問題,本研究以JBoss jBPM(Java Business Process Manage- ment)為基礎平台,將剖面導向程式設計(Aspect-Oriented Progra- mming)的觀念與技術運用在工作流程的領域中,使流程設計人員能夠利用AOP的方式來解決橫跨性需求的模組化問題,並且利用靜態織入方法,改善jBPM工作流程引擎進行剖面流程在織入時的效能。 / Cross-cutting concerns are those system design issues that cut across the various modules of an application and are typically foundational system services that we need to consider before diving into building an application. Most common among these are logging, authentication, authorization, and persistence. Cross-cutting concerns always cause program code to be scattered and tangled, and therefore make it harder to understand and maintain. Similar problem also occurs in the field of workflow. In our research, we apply the concept of aspect-oriented programming(AOP) to the field of workflow system, and implement a static weaver for jBPM. With static weaver, process designer can use the facilities of AOP, and the performance is also improved via static weaving .

退休後之最適投資策略及年金化時間點

近年來由於醫療技術之進步再加上物價不斷調漲的影響,使得老年人在退休時需要更多的財富來因應及保障基本的生活支出,故退休規劃對於老年人而言是個不可不重視的議題,且年金保險的設計就是在保障老年人的經濟生活不虞匱乏的一種方式,故本文主要採取之策略為自我資產配置一段期間後再將所有的財富轉換成年金。本篇使用靜態及半動態式的資產配置並配合退休者的風險容忍程度,找出退休者在退休後最適的投資策略及最適購買年金保險的時點。本文中,風險控制之設定乃是採用尾端條件期望值(CTE)的概念,且會設定兩種不同的目標函數,一個為有考慮遺產動機之函數,另一個則無考慮,最後再找出各個之結果。最後,本文也有考慮兩個比較符合實務的例子。第一,當保險公司銷售年金商品時加入附加費用率,對於退休者最適年金化年齡之影響。第二,實務上,一般退休者對於自我資金上的運用可能會拆成兩部分,一部分之資產用於購買年金保險,剩下另一部分為自我做資產配置,最後再比較此策略與全部自我資產配置再年金化策略之結果。
